I have been so impressed by Rugs. com. A++ customer service. Nice looking rug, arrived rapidly, rolled nicely, no chemical smell, stays flat so no fear of tripping. Reasonable price for size. I was looking for a fug with a lot on the shopping list and needed to discuss and get extra info and cancel two purchases they were fantastic in customer service.

Highly recommend Rugs. com and I am picky. This is not the softest rug for bare legs, but makes my kid’s dorm cozy and it’s nice looking. No off gassing, smells fine. They answered all my question honestly and were so nice and patient.

Definitely won a customer with their honesty and how ethical they were. Very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this rug a few weeks ago to replace a similar one for my living room. My intentions were to buy another rug exactly like I was replacing. I have dogs. however when I went to the site I found the price had almost doubled since my previous purchase.

So I went on a shopping trip on my computer looking for a similar type rug. I came across a rug on Rugs. com that was $20. 00 cheaper than the rug I was originally going to purchase. Long story short, I received the rug in a few days and it was more than I hoped for! The pile was thicker and a little longer than my original rug and it was so soft to walk on.

So far it has been easy to maintain and the pile looks like new after vacuuming. I am very happy with my purchase and will return to Rugs. com whenever needed.

OMG–this rug came in TWO DAYS!! Who does that? What a great purchase! This rug was a true, very brilliant turquoise just as pictured. Was wrapped and packaged securely. Just like all the reviews said, the loop was very thick.

Even though the backing is thin, it’s a really nice, high-quality backing and binding on the edge. Used my (fabulous) Shark vacuum with suction half open and it was perfect. I love this rug and will of course purchase again from this company and no one else from now on!.

We bought this for our son’s room. It’s a lovely blue and the contrast tassels look nice. My son wanted a very plush rug and this one looked like it fit the bill. But it turns out to be kind of thin, and not that soft underfoot.

The fibers are so long you can’t vacuum it normally, because they get caught in the rollers. Our robot vacuum is constantly getting hung up on this rug. It would probably feel more plush with a pad underneath.

If I was choosing again, I would have tried to find a different rug. If you want shaggy, this is a great choice. If you want something plush, keep looking. Either way, it’s hard to keep clean.

Size was a slightly smaller than listed, but over the years, I’ve learned that’s what to expect. It still fits perfectly in the space I bought it for. Ran the vacuum a few times over, per the instructions and it all fluffed up nicely! I did not place anything on it for 48 hours to let it settle, used weights on one end to flatten the natural up curve from being rolled/shipped.

Absolutley love the rug itself and give it five stars for quality, style, and construction. In the six months we’ve had it, there are no loose threads, no curling of edges, and the high shag has maintained its shape (the plush pile is perfect for little ones who like to sit/play on the floor.

) I did take away one star merely for the description of the rug, not for the rug itself. I wish the description was more specific on the 2″ pile height. It’s a little difficult to vaccum and said little ones are constantly losing their game pieces in it.

Also, the ivory is a lighter shade than is shown (more of a white/winter white). Had I know these two things, I would not have ordered this specific rug. All that being said, it is a beautiful rug made very well.

We kept it, and we are happy with that decision.

I had seen this on other websites for $100-200 more. I went by the reviews and am very pleased with the purchase. I had originally wanted to purchase the ivory color, but it wasn’t available in the size I needed, so went with the tan.

To me it’s actually more of an oatmeal color. A variegated blend of ivory and tan. It’s very subtle and pretty. Also, the rug is very soft and surprisingly plush and deep. Our grandkids love lying on it and rolling around! I’m very happy with this rug.

I got this kitty rug over the holidays for Baby Girl and our other house guests to sleep on. I absolutely 💘 how thick and soft this rug is. Baby Girl just loves it. It was part of her Christmas 🎄 present from Kenny and l.

Purchased the 7’10×10 rug. It does have a typical new rug chemical smell, not overwhelming but noticeable, and the edges will take time to flatten down. It is thin, approximately 1″ in thickness, but very soft.

The material is hard to describe. It is not like a normal shag rug with standard carpet strands. The material reminds me of the faux fur on throws/blankets or a child’s plush stuffed animal. The only way you can vacuum this rug is to turn off the beater bar and pull the vacuum towards you.

I have a Dyson and with the beater bar off it would not allow me to push back & forth through the rug and you would not want to use a carpet shampooer on it. Per the directions on the rug, vacuum with the nozzle and spot clean only.

For this reason I would not recommend this rug to an active family with children and pets. This rug would be nice in an office or spare bedroom but not in high traffic areas that get used.

It is a lot lighter than it looks in picture and a lot thinner rug than I thought it would be. I’m having a hard time keeping it down and in one place. Not worth the money in my opinion

I have gotten other carpets before but this is the first time I received one with a big pull hole in it. I am a senior citizen and had to wait for my son to come and put it down for me. I contacted customer service at qvc and told them this and they were like, roll it up and send it back.

What part of OLD LADY don’t you get. I have been a member for many years and this is the first time I have had an issue and asked for help. When I told SHEILA at qvc customer service I was disappointed and wanted to cancel my membership, she was like , we can close it, no sorry, please reconsider, She just did not want to help me and for that reason I have closed my account.

3 stars because I liked the carpet except for the BIg pull hole. if I could give customer service any stars it would be NONE!.

I was hesitant to order this site unseen but I really needed an area rug for my living room to cover a tiled floor on top of concrete, which is freezing most of the time, well I figured a thick area rug would help a lot and it does.

The color matches perfectly with my couch and other décor in the room. I’m familiar with the brand and knew it would be great quality, I still have to get a pad for underneath which would extend the life of the carpet and also for added comfort, but it is plenty thick.

I ordered the Mushroom and you really can’t tell from the photo but there are two colors in the Mushroom color in a light and darker shade and I really like it because it adds a warmth in the color. I also ordered a smaller size for my bedroom in a different color but it hasn’t arrived yet and a round in another brand for my small dinette area near the kitchen.

I don’t think I could have done better at a store and I got it at a great price and no shipping sale and the easy pay made it happen and do-able. Love my carpet, now my living room is cozy again. I had a family tragedy and it has been hard replacing things, it is so expensive to start over again but the Q makes it happen!.

Great buy! I bought the light gray/silver. It came with a little bit of odor but that seems to be the norm, and is gone. it’s not shedding like others have experienced the edging binding seems just fine it’s very soft.

I placed a thick rug pad under because it wasn’t as thick and cushiony as a like, and it made all the difference in the world.

Purchased for my teen son’s room. It is perfect. Beautiful color, soft and he’s says it’s perfectly shaggy – not too much, not too little. Not cheap looking like some others I’ve seen. Great price compared to most others and I looked at A LOT.

We unrolled, gave it a fluff and it was good to go. My some loves it. I would buy this again.

I Purchased the red shag rug. It is absolutely gorgeous. Heavy weight. Deep shag soft pile. Does not fuzz,pill, or come apart. It is in a bedroom so it does not get high traffic. It does not show the Wear when we walk across it each time.

Love this rug.

The first rug that arrived had a musty smell to it, so we had to return it. The second one was OK, but returning the first one was a pain because of the size. We ended up taking it to the local Target store to return.

The rug is very plush and if it wears well, it’s a good value for the money.

I only recently bought this rug, so I can’t comment on its durability. However, I’m happy with it so far. I washed it in the washing machine before I laid it on the floor. The instructions said to let it line dry.

It came out great after I dried it in the dryer on the low setting. It feels nice on my feet when I walk on it. It’s soft, but it’s not shedding. The only problem I have encounter so far is that it doesn’t stay in place very well.

This might just be a compromise for an area rug that can be washed in the washing machine. As far as I’m concerned, that’s a fair trade.

“Light Grey” color is the perfect silvery light grey color, as described. Although the rug pile and backing is very thin (and not much cushion when you walk on it) I love that it has the non-slip backing built-in and the entire rug washable.

The faux fur pile feels soft and fine, a bit slippery to walk on. I vacuum it but my vacuum sucks it up easily. So I like to roll the vacuum against the surface to get that directional, just-cleaned-vacuum look.

Overall, happy to find this hard-to-find 10′ runner for my hardwoods.

Pro tip: measure your space! I definitely could have gotten a size smaller and made a rookie mistake of eyeballing it. The rug itself is really nice, super soft and has held up to vacuuming so far. It’s thin so it can fit in the wash; I paired it with a thick rug pad for some cushion.

Great shag rug for a dining area. No one wants to spend a mint on a white rug. It cleans well with spot cleaning. It is a loose shag and not quite as thick/tightly woven as the listing pic implies but it still looks great for the price.

Chairs slide easily even with the terrible legs they came with, I added sliders and now it’s perfect. Material is soft and feels natural, almost cotton like? But definitely not scratchy or acrylic (although it may be acrylic LOL) I ordered the performance pad which affects my review.

So a while ago, I bought one of the runner rugs for my mom. She gave it to me when it did not work at her house. I recently painted my bedroom and took up the remnant rug we had under the be. I was tired of all the dust and dirt that accumulated on the rug under the bed.

So we removed it. Our hardwood floors r so beautiful. So I bought 2 more runners and placed one on each side of the bed and one at the end of the bed. It looks fantastic. Just enough coverage but able to see the beautiful floors.

I bought this a week ago and am so impressed by the cost, the quick shipping and overall quality of this rug. I highly recommend getting the luxe pad for underneath it to make it a little more plush but honestly, this is a quality rug.

Considering that it is going to be a in a moderate traffic area of the house (family of 2, living room with frequest guests coming over) I am pleased with this rug. The only think I will say is definitely vaccuum a couple times and considering getting that odor powder you can sprinkle on and vaccuum out to help with the smell – it’s not awful but it does smell a little especially at first.

Otherwise this is a great rug and you cannot beat the price! Def will be ordering from here again for our other rooms.

Great Rug! Super plush! Looks great! Much higher quality than expected! Unrolled like a dream. No issue with corners laying down flat. Looks like it will wear well and clean easy. No shedding and carpet fibers do not pull off when sweeping with my Dyson Animal or my LG Cord Zero.

Both glide easily on rug and I can see debris being swept up. Great rug for people with pets. My dog love to sleep on it and treat crumbs do not get trapped in the fibers and can be easily swept up. Fast delivery! Will definitely order from Rugs.

The only thing I regret about this purchase is that I didn’t get a larger one! I ordered the 7×10 and it is stunning. Far more gorgeous than the photo suggests. I am not using a mat and feel it is not needed for my purposes, but can imagine you’d want to sleep on this thing if it had a premium mat under it.

Shipping was odd in that the packers taped one end of the rug in lieu of using poly to protect it – – I thought I was going to pull out the shag and initiate a snag as I peeled the tape off. But I lucked out.

Using in a room with grey black and white base colors, and orange/coral accents. Highly recommend.

We got our lovely, funky rug, rolled it out, and went “what’s that SMELL??” It’s smells like fish, y’all. It’s been rolled out and on the floor for about 2 weeks now, and the smell has dissipated, but the fibers themselves are stinky.

I’ve febreezed. I’ll be doing it some more. That said, it’s just what it looks like. Everyone who comes over thinks it’s the coolest. We love to take our shoes off and walk on it barefoot. I bought such a thick pile because it sits in front of our TV, and I wanted sitting on the floor to be an attractive option.

And it is. Unless you get your face near it. And then it stinks.

Super thick, soft pile and the colors are exactly as pictured. I purchased two runners to put on each side of our bed and they are so comfy. I have a cordless Dyson that I was a little concerned wouldn’t be able to go over them because of the thickness but it works perfectly.

First of all the picture does absolutely nothing for this carpet. I purchased the demin blue color, it is beautiful. It makes the room so nice and vibrant due to the color variations. There are different shades of blue (one color looks ice blue) in the carpet, which is a nice thick shag.

If you want a blue but not solid, which is all my daughter wanted, this is an excellent purchase. The price is great especially with the 20% coupon.

I ordered 4 rugs from other places for my daughters room and they were all such poor quality’!I have been shopping at Pier 1 for many many years and the quality has always been good. I hope I’m not dissatisfied.

Love Safavieh rugs. I’ve bought several over time, but this one disappointed me. It is not white!! It is yellow or at best cream. I found another use for it, so will not be returning it. Write up should be changed.

Quality is good, just mislead concerning color.

It is adorable, my daughter loves it, but it was too small for her room so we ordered 2 more and they are spread out. So cute! However not as soft as we would have preferred. Color and shag are spot on.

NOT white as expected. More yellowy cream colored. Shag was long and not real thick. You could see the dark backing through the shag. I’m sad. Would have kept it if it was whiter.

The 5’ x 7’ rug was ordered. Overall, I am very pleased with the carpet. It’s about exactly the size needed for the space, and it has a long pile that looks like grass (as desired). The only small issue is that it looks slightly different than the picture on the website.

The website picture looked all uniform green. The actual carpet has significant silver strands in it. It’s still an attractive carpet. Most of the rug is still grass green. The silver seems a detractor from the grass feel, but maybe it was meant to provide a more realistic grass look, if some of the grass appears aged without color.

It’s a very nice carpet. I would likely have still bought it if I knew that there was some silver in it. It’s just a bit different than expected. Thumbs up with the quality and overall satisfaction with the carpet.

Love this rug! I was going to put under my dining room table but loved it so much I decided I would move it to living room so it cold be seen more and goes with my glam mirrors. The one I had before wasnt shiny and matched perfectly with my color sheme but to colorful to really work with the glam look.

I didnt notice until I put this rug in there with the mirrors! BUT The color is to bright for my couch and walls. My couch is a very deep gold almost copper, so the tone just didnt match. Dont believe the color of first pic! Even though is has black threads its not very dark but more of a bright teal like the second pic! That pic is dead on color wise! I will find a place for this rug though, probably will work when I finish decorating my dinig room.

I also plan to get a runner for my hall!.

This rug feels amazing. It’s so nice to wake up in the morning and step onto this soft furry luxuriousness. I’m really happy with the bright TRUE WHITE color of this rug as I had to browse through many question sections/reviews of other rugs to find one that was not an off-white color as well.

The only gripe I have about this rug is that the threads don’t go all the way to the ends of the hard material on the sides and corners. It’s ok for now because the fibers/threads are so long and fluffy that they cover the sides and corners where there is bare carpet backing but it’s kind of like a come over on a balding guy.

if the wind blows(on in this case if your foot moves it) it can expose the bare hard parts until your correct it. Overall I’m pleased with the amazing look and feel of this rug. I only wish that for the high price tag I paid, this one little issue with the bare edges didn’t exist.

This rug is very low quality. It’s so thin, uncomfortable to walk on, and just a huge disappoint for this brand. It’s obvious that it won’t last long. I should’ve listened to some of the bad reviews.

The low price reflects the poor quality of the rug. Too expensive to return, so I’m stuck with this thing, which will just be donated or tossed into the garbage. Don’t waste your money.

Love it! Considering getting a second one. When you unpackage it, the rug is super flat. I ran my hands through it to fluff it up. There’s some sort of substance on it that leaves your hands feeling like there’s wax on it.

Our kids kept laying on these in the showroom so we knew they’d love it. The memory foam on these makes them more comfortable than any other rug I’ve owned. And out of all the memory foam rugs at Bobs, this is the softest because of the faux Angora material.

Since we have kids, we got the gray (which looks white) and yes, I’m nervous for how it’ll hold up to stains. But it’s created the most cozy addition to our living room. The white “fur” does shed though.

So have your lint remover ready. It shows up especially on dark clothes. We went with the larger size and it makes the room feel bigger and fits our sectional well. It’s very slippery, so be careful when wearing socks on it.

Omg this rug is amazing. You talking about a feel you never felt before, this rug is so soft smooth silky feeling. My kids love it in my room, they said they are sleeping right on the floor on it. I would like to know if you can purchase this type of carpet somewhere.

If so I would put it throughout my house. 100% recommended. Can you supply the manufacturer or lead me the way to see about getting installation if it’s possible.

I purchased this rug one year ago. Nice and soft at 1st But now the shag is pulling out and the shag is separating from the mat. The edges are curling up and I even bought the bobs insurance with it.

The rug separated And I contacted Bob’s sent them pictures and then pictures and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. I would not recommend this rug for anybody unless you like sweeping up every day because my living room looks like tumbleweeds with how much material this rug is losing.
