20 Best Tick Lawn Treatment (2022 Updated)

Black Flag has been around for years so I thought why not when I seen it on the shelf. Somewhat skeptical I had high hopes. After all I had tried several other products that seemed to have little to no significant impact.

I raise chickens which intern is a natural draw for any predator. If they are within 5 miles and hear or smell a chicken they are coming it’s just a matter of when. The problem I have dealt with for years is the fur baring sort namely the mange infested coyote or the coon with a handful of bobcats.

The worst being the coyote. They make their rounds nightly, like clockwork, diseased and dropping off hundreds of mangy chomping fleas that intern have plagued my dogs every spring and summer. The flea battle never ends.

I can honestly say after spraying the yard and 25’ beyond the fenced yard over the last two weeks I have seen a significant decrease in the flea population. I do believe it disrupts cycles as I have noticed u lull in the infestation and have not noticed any small or juvenile fleas.

I have not noticed any large adult fleas and I do mean excessively large adult fleas. The few I have noticed are in a midpoint maturity. The number I see in population have dropped somewhere around to only 10% of the 100% previously.

I will spray again in another week and expect the flea population to be decimated. It is so nice to see a product that kills and destroys the life cycle of the fleas and that actually works. My dogs sure do feel much better and they do NOT move around scratching all day.

I do not use collars and have not applied any chemicals directly to the skin of my dogs this season. I have simply bathed them and sprayed the premises with Black Flag. This product works and works well.

I had a really bad back yard flea infestation summer 2018. I had a dog and 2 cats and was fighting the “worst ever” indoor flea infestation: the usual treatment of borax didn’t work, so I mixed borax with diatomaceous earth and salt.

and spread it liberally — no luck. I hate poisons, but I bombed my foster cat’s room TWICE, with no improvement. My senior dog was on Nexgard, but it wasn’t working (fleas must take a blood meal from the animal to be killed).

I started noticing that within minutes of putting my poor dog down in the yard, he would be covered in 10 or so VISIBLE fleas — which means more were buried in his coat. I new the yard had to be the key to the problem.

I had read up on the active ingredients and I THINK that people who are claiming that it didn’t work PERHAPS did not use it correctly. From my reading the fine print, I’d learned that DIRECT SUNLIGHT DESTROYS THE ACTIVE INGREDIENT.

So, I waited until the sun was no longer shining on my back yard, then working from the outer perimeter slightlyy overlapping the sprayed area as I worked my way backward to my patio (and left a narrow path to the outdoor spigot so I could turn it off).

The next day, as soon as the grass was dry, I did “the white sock walk” into the middle of the yard. not a single flea.

I sprayed my yard and screened in patio 3 days ago and I am still getting fleas off of cats. I believe I combed them all off the night after I sprayed. Two days later and it seemed like they had more fleas on them.

I sprayed a second time with a different chemical. Anyone else had any failures?.

I live in the Midwest and mosquitos gravitate to me, especially around dusk. Since using this on our yard, I have been able to sit outside in the evening without getting eaten alive! We used as directed, two times about a week apart.

I cannot yet attest to the effectiveness on fleas, as we are currently treating our home for those as well as our animals, but I’m hopeful considering the effectiveness on the mosquitos. I love that it’s safe for my flowers and veggies, not to mention we don’t have to wait to let our animals out after treatment! And your yard smells like a cedar forest for a short while after use! Not overpowering, and doesn’t stay for long! Highly recommend this product!.

I sprayed this on my back yard. My little Shih Tzu went to the groomer back in March. She said Lucy was covered in fleas so she used a flea dip. I could not believe it but Lucy had dead fleas on her.

I went home and put her flea med on. Let her out to potty a few times and checked her and she had fleas again even though she had a flea med on her. She only goes out and and right back in. I figured my yard must be infested.

I live in the country with woods behind me. So I ordered this natural product. It won’t hurt animals or people. It absolutely works. Not one more flea on her. I sprayed it in Feb. and again when it got so much warmer.

This product seems to work as well as the stuff the professional service I used to use was using, if not better. It definitely appears to handle flea and tick problem. The tiger mosquitoes do return in short order, but their numbers appear to be reduced (significantly less bites per outing).

Immediately after application and the first few days thereafter (provided no rain) seems to be when the product at its best. The fact that it doesn’t kill the kids and the pets and that they don’t have to be quarantined from the yard makes this one a winner.

Eco Smart is the best pest control product for the yard that I’ve ever used!! I normally use the spray for fleas as well but it wasn’t available and I combine it with the granules for superior results.

And I can feel confident that importantly, not only am I NOT poisoning my family and pets, I’m not poisoning the environmental!! Vitacost is the only place I can order both spray and granules online that don’t cost an arm and leg! Local stores used to carry both but that stopped, I’m sure BIG CHEM had something to do with that!! Vitacost is awesome! I’d rather purchase it from them anyhow and i can’t say enough how amazing this product is!!! It’s #1 in my opinion!!.

We have a cabin up north that is so remote they don’t spray for bugs. In the summer you can be carried away from the mosquitoes or chased inside from the black biting flies, horse lies and deer flies.

We have tried everything. This product is also a repellent. When we use this product we can sit on our deck day and night and enjoy the outside again. Nothing else works as well.

Simply attach to your garden hose, turn on the water and turn on the valve on the sprayer. Just make sure you shake the spray bottle to mix the product before you start. Start spraying the product where you want it.

occasionally shake the spray bottle to check how much is left. Right after spraying my dog had only one or two ticks on him verses 4 or 5 before spraying, and after a few days it is down to ZERO.

I have tried several products (spray, fog, traps) to control our mosquito problem and this is the first to actually do the job. I sprayed the eaves, grass, shrubs and trees in my backyard and the next morning we had breakfast on the patio without any bites (first time in years that was possible).

That afternoon we got a couple of bites in the front yard so I sprayed there the next morning. A few days later I spent a couple of hours fixing sprinklers and spraying weed killer (wearing shorts) and never got a bite which is another first as they usually get me through my pants.

This small bottle is fairly expensive and I indicated it is a good value only because it really works. I subsequently purchased the 32 oz bottle of concentrate and fill this little sprayer with 2 oz of product and 6 oz of water which seems to do the job for a lot less money.

The spray bottle is easy to operate and the small size will make it perfect to take in our RV to control pests at the campgrounds. Since it is all natural I don’t need to worry about contaminating the site.

This product is great. A professional quoted me over $400. 00 to spray my property. When I asked what he used he sent my information on Tick Killz. I’ve been using this for years with unbelievable success.

Easy, cost-effective, safe and smells great. You won’t be disappointed.

Won’t be using this until tick season starts in April but for years we had the Killz applied commercially and it seemed to work well. Rocky Mountain BioAg was great, they were so helpful in giving me guidance on what to buy to apply it ourselves.

They were very knowledgeable, patient and so nice.

I bought this a week ago and use it every day on my small cavalier king charles spaniel female and once on my springer spaniel and medium size cavalier king charles spaniel boy. All dogs are with infected with fleas and we had a hard time keeping them off with regular store bought spot on treatments and baths so we bought this product hoping it will kill and repel the fleas off our dogs and home and this is what happened after we almost finish the spray bottle.

I want to mention before I forget that I been using it everyday on my small female king charles spaniel and once on the other dogs and that I sprayed my bed bedroom every day too and sprayed the dog’s bed and area with it a couple of times but now I am trying another product because this spray will actually kill the fleas but the fleas have to be visible like on top instead of under tick hair or out on top of the bed or floor for them to die.

My cavalier boy infestection was the worst uyou could she them running and jumping and the millions of eggs and when I sprayed him all die and the eggs too. The eggs became blood and my dog had so many he looked like he was badly hurt off how much blood was on him after the spray.

He had so many dead fleas I used the flea comb to get them off him and the comb was coming out completely full but he did have live fleas on him, the ones that were under the ticker hair or under the ton of dead fleas.

The springer spaniel female did not had that many since she had a hair cut and bath with blue dawn the day before and her fleas were reached easy and died and for the small cavalier female most died except the ones under the tick long hairs which I got out with the flea comb.

I had sprayed my bed, bedroom and the rest of the house with it also my small cavalier female pj’s and as precautiong sprayed her body before putting on the pj’s and she walk out the room and when I called her back as always I checked her and she had a flea on the pj where her right tight is.

The flea was not jumping or moving when I pulled her out. We went to bed without my small cavalier waking up to scratch and sleep the whole night but the next day after we got up (me and the dog) it was a flea on the bottom corner of the outer side of the bed which I immediatly spray with this product and died.

I also got jumped by a flea on my sock when I opened the kitchen door to let my small cavalier out so this product does not repel the fleas at all as you can see by my experience on the bed, dog pj and kitchen door but will kill the fleas when you see them so what I am doing until we can get them to the bed next week is combing them after we spray them to make sure we we get them and for my little cavalier that sleeps with me I spray her and rub it to her skin and spray her pj too then put her in the bed and be sleeping without problems or scratching all night and do not find those flea dirt (small black dots that are flea poop or/and eggs) on my bed but I did noticed one thing about this product it does bring out hair out on the bed and dog’s plush toys.

Use a lot of this product, and usually order 2 bottles at a time. Few weeks ago, ordered large refill jug because it was cheaper. However, with the regular bottles, once you screw in the dispenser top, it snaps and locks onto the bottle.

Found that it is impossible to remove, so cannot refill the spray bottle. Tried a cheap spray bottle at dollar store, but the product does not hold its scent in that bottle. Useless, because the repelling scent is the whole point of this product.

Infuriating. Why sell the refill jugs if you can’t remove the top of the spray bottle to refill it? This product is not cheap, and now I have to order more individual bottles right away.

For the first time ever, I noticed a few fleas (two or three) on my kitty which I thought was odd because he gets another flea preventative every month. Anyway, I ran out to my local pet store (where I really go because they never have anything I need — I usually order from Chewy) and they had one bottle of this.

While a touch strong, it does have a very pleasant odor. I used once a day for about five days and after each application dried, I used a flea comb. Lucky for me my kitty LOVES to be brushed and combed.

After the first time, I only saw one flea and after the second and third only one flea. Days 4 and 5 — none. I was pleasantly surprised that my kitty didn’t lick it off. I also liked that it is plant based.

Would definitely recommend but maybe just for a situation like mine where there is just a few.

The word ‘Granules’ is a misnomer. Even though they were fresh bags (2), the product is mostly dust, which floats away in the breeze. The Sevin with about 30-40% granules is not easy to spread. Even the granules are not well formed.

Given the composition, much of the product blows away and you need to stay upwind if you don’t want to be covered in the dust by the time you are done. As a result, one ends up using more product than in the instructions.

Will post a follow-up review once I see how it works on the lawn insects. Other products such Bayer insect killer (Imidacloprid) or for that matter, lawn fertilizer, are in fact granules as indicated on the bags.

This is the best brand I have found for the fleas and ticks on my land. I actually set my spreader 1/2 click more than what the packaging says. I have 4 large breed outside dogs too. Hasn’t bothered them.

Second summer I’ve used it and couldn’t be happier. Haven’t seen any black scorpions in the last two years either. Worth the money.

I tried this for the first time. We had fleas in our yard and some mosquitoes. It takes once applied, about 7 to 8 days to conquer the problem but it does conquer the problem! We are so happy we purchased it and will continue in the years ahead to purchase it.

Amazing! It arrived about 4 days after purchase transaction. Very quick! Do not hesitate to purchase this but wait till about a week to 8 days and you will be amazed!.

No smelly insecticides to inhale. Water activates and it’s indescribable. Best product to have year around. Less creepy crawlers seen on porch or windows. Sprinkle the Ortho BugClear Arian your house and along grass line and you will most definitely see a difference.

More specifically Earwigs/Silverfish, which are absolutely horrible and terrifying to think of with my children or even worse our disabled child!!! Naturally I have been freaking out an trying to deal with them!!! I have bought numerous bags of this as well as sprays, and none of them kill or even deter the Silverfish!!! I have spent hundreds of dollars on this brand only to be disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated!!!.

I bought this specifically to kill the Spotted Lanterfly in my maple tree because Ortho’s website claimed it killed them on contact when used per the package directions. Unfortunately, even when used exactly as directed it did nothing.

They paused as they were covered in spray and then just kept on going. No change, no death, nothing. I’m sure it works on other insects but it didn’t work for this annoying invasive species.

In North Florida we have insects year around, and in the spring they definitely become more of a problem. Misquotes are a serious problem now, as well as insects on my citrus trees. This product seems to work on killing BOTH, so I don’t have to buy these products separately, as well as lawn pests like lawn moths and sod web worms.

I have applied it once and notice no misquotes on my screen porch where they usually land. It will also kill fleas and ticks which are a constant pest for my out door cats. Seems like the ideal all around insecticide that is easy to apply with an Ortho lawn sprayer.

(I’m waiting for the bees to finish pollinating my citrus tree flowers before spraying them just to be careful with the the little guys 🙂 Then I hope it will keep scale and leaf curl off these trees as well.

If you do your own yard work, you will want to purchase the Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer for Lawn and Landscape. I use this throughout the year to get rid of pesky insets in the lawn. I would recommend this to everyone.

I’m leaving this review a little after 12hrs of using this product. I moved to our home 3yrs ago and could never enjoy sitting outside in the yard without ever known and unknown kind of bugs flying around biting us.

It was totally out of control. This spring I want to enjoy the outdoors of our home without being bit and spraying Off spray all over our bodies. So after getting the lawn cut this weekend my uncle recommended this product.

I rushed to the store to purchase and used it yesterday evening. I went out to the porch this morning and not one bug was flying around. As of now I am highly pleased with this product and can’t wait to enjoy our yard later today.

After moving to the southeast a few years ago, I quickly learned that unlike my time in the mid-west, the bugs are plentiful. I dont mind the non-destructive ones, but here there are tons of termites, carpenter ants and bees, chiggers, among other things here.

Living next to a nature preserve, I learned quickly after moving in and digging around my yard in order to make a flower garden, that chiggers were alive and well there. So, my go to for keeping bugs at bay is the Ortho bug b gone liquid spray and the granules from Spectricide.

This works great at keeping those annoying bugs out of the yard. I regularly, every 3 months or so, spread this across the yard. As long as I give the yard an update every 3 to 6 months, I have had no issues with chiggers or any other type of annoying pest crawling in the yard.

This helps with carpenter ants, termites and Japanese beetles too. This has worked well for me every year that I use this as I have had no pests in the yard since moving to the area. This 20 lb bag covers approximately 25,000 square feet at a reasonable cost of 12 bucks a bag.

It does have a bit of an odor in the bag, so keep that in mind when storing. 5 stars.

We have used this product for several years. Our problem include ants by the zillions. They appear to be wicked little critters. anywhere ,everywhere and whenever!!! We also have pets. The Triazicide is safe to use in the beds,on the lawn basically, everywhere.

I do not use it in the home. To stop ants from invading the home, I place a narrow “LINE” of it along the foundation especially where pipes or wires occur. Generally , I apply Triazicide every 60-90 days.

I think TRIAZICIDE is a good buy because it is : 1. economical , 2. effective if applied as directed and 3. safe for both my pets , wildlife and my family.

This works so well! My dog got fleas about two weeks ago and even when we got them off of her, they were still a problem in our yard and house. So my mom and I got this product and I sprayed it during the evening in our backyard.

I sprayed the entirety of our yard and I still have half a bottle left! I woke up in the morning to take my dog out, and I find no fleas in our backyard. Usually when I went in the yard, about 4-5 fleas would jump on me and stick to my legs.

I would have to check my legs and clothes before walking in the house so I wouldn’t bring in fleas. But when I walked outside today, not one flea jumped on me! I was astonished! None jumped on my dog either! Very satisfied with this product.

I suggest you spray it in the evening/night and let it sit overnight so it can really work its way into the dirt and kill those fleas/ticks and in the morning you will find little to no pests.

I have had a huge tick problem in my yard for years until I used this product. Guys give it a chance, it was a huge saver for my dog and my yard. Here’s my little story. I live right next to a huge golf course that has several rodents (birds, possums, rabbits, skunks, cats etc) and they do not spray their land.

My poor dog had been suffering from ticks for weeks. I took her to get prescription medicated baths and tick medication but it was not enough and I was getting desperate. Her vet recommended this brand of spray to use in the early morning or evening.

I had been using natural remedies and natural sprays to kill ticks in the yard but never had real progress. I used this and saw instant results. Dead ticks everywhere I walked. Of course there were still a few walking around but people, ticks live in the dirt and grass you can’t kill them all the first time.

I sprayed my yard on a weekly basis and it took me one month to be tick free. I no longer have to spray or have any more tick problems. My dog is living her best life and will be getting off tick medication finally.

Best time to spray is early morning or evening when the sun isn’t beating down because then the solution evaporates too fast. I kept my dog out of the yard for the day when I’d spray.

A few summers ago the cat population in my neighborhood was absolutely huge. With the cats came fleas, and every walk I had with my dog ended in me using a flea comb to get rid of the fleas that jumped on her while walking.

When the cats left, the fleas stayed in the grass. Using this spray, the problem was completely destroyed!.

I got this to add to our flea control regimen and so far I’m pleased. We use a separate flea treatment for our pets, but I used this to spray the furniture, including our cat trees since the fleas in our home recently got out of control.

The smell was a bit strong at first, but it mostly smells like orange, so not a big deal. Even without ventilation, the odor was mostly gone within a couple hours. I’ve already noticed a reduction in the flea population even though I only lightly covered the furniture with it.

I would recommend this product as part of your flea control program, especially since it uses natural ingredients instead of harsh chemicals.

I have been using this a full week along with the matching shampoo to try to rid my dog of a flea. If he ever gets a flea I immediately wash him and all the linens and carpets and it’s worked within 3 days every single time in the past 12 years – never had to use frontline.

But after using this brand, the fleas have gotten worse! I put this spray on him all the way down to the skin every day and the biting is getting worse and worse. They’re biting him directly on the sprayed spots, it doesn’t make sense! I’m going to have to take him in for Frontline for the first time in his 12 years.

So upset about this.

When I discovered my fur baby had fleas, I was shocked and confused (we are now assuming she got them from her last visit to the groomer). That’s when I ran out to buy a flea bath and something to spray our bedding with.

Our local pet supply store recommended this product, and it really helped with the initial “infestation. ” Thing is. you have to be consistent about using this. One flea bath and spray won’t eliminate the fleas.

I’m already on my second bottle which I purchased from Chewy, and I am still finding a flea on her here and there. Can be used after a flea bath directly on your pup and also on their bedding. I took an extra step and also sprayed these on my pillows and carpet, but have purchased the separate carpet powder as well for extra security.

I like that it’s made with all natural ingredients. The smell is strong but not a bad scent.

IšverstiShow in original languageI definitely needed this tick and flea yard spray. It works on any pest insects and bugs including ants. Ants are a big problem in my area as well as small biting no see-ums.

We haven’t seen a problem with fleas or ticks this year but thankfully this yard spray is effective on any bugs. These tiny flying bugs bother the living daylights out of my dogs especially on their under bellies.

This product is easy to use and attaches to a water hose mixing water with the yard treatment. This really takes the effort out of application. And I look forward to using this product next season.

Concentrated cedar oil kills existing ticks and their larvae, and kills fleas and mosquitoes on contact for up to 4 weeks in dry areas. ” We live in the Northeast and have a lot of cases of Lyme Disease in this area.

I haven’t seen many ticks this year, thankfully. However, we had A LOT of mosquitoes. My son and I are always getting bit by mosquitoes and usually have several bites. I have noticed a dramatic difference after the first spray!! I was outside for awhile a day after spraying and not a bite or did I really see any mosquitoes or little flies.

I was extremely happy with the results especially without as many chemicals.

This spray was easy to use and I am so happy it doesn’t contain synthetic pesticides. It’s been hard to find insect control products that feel less harmful to the environment, so I love that this has that benefit.

I used this product when northeast Wisconsin was experiencing severe mosquitos. Like I didn’t even want to apply the product because I didn’t want to be outside that long. After application, the mosquitos did dissipate, though it also did get cooler and less humid put.

So it’s hard to say if I can credit this product for less mosquitos or not. But at least I didn’t riddle my lawn with pesticides! I will have to give it another try in the spring. I did receive this product for free, and gave my honest review.

I am late reviewing this product because I was doing a comparison with and without long term effectiveness. Easy to use with simple directions. It did work for several months. The bugs moved over to the area I did not treat.

Pretty much expected this. With time and a lot of rain, the effects wear off and the bugs come back. In its defense ALL product effects will wear out with a lot of rain and time. This one held up longer than most.

But not quite so many bugs returned. So feel confident you will get the effect you want with this simple to used product from Scott.

I tried this product on unwanted grass growing up on concrete driveway. Killed within a few days. Grass has not returned. Keep away from areas you do not wish to eliminate. Use on a non windy day. Will recommend.

South Florida – I was fighting with sod webworms in my St. Augustine (Floratam) grass or sod and I found this Trazicide to work very well but I’m honestly uncertain that it wasn’t my other product I put down at the same time.

(Talstar Pro). Anyway, I applied this product to my lawn with a hand spreader evenly in the early morning before the rains came. In just a few days I have noticed that there aren’t nearly as many of the white moths in my yard.

The moths are not the problem, they are just an indicator of their larvae eating the grass roots near the ground. Good to go and I would definitely buy again.

After looking at the reviews decided to order this spray. In our back yard in Texas where it’s so hot outside I figured this would be a Godsend from those pesky flys. It worked for like 5 mins and once the hot sun dried it out, the flies were back in droves! I have a beautiful maintained cut yard, clean trash cans and clean yard from poop.

I sprayed in all those areas but it scared the flies away but only for a little bit. I love to watch tv on my patio but I haven’t been impressed with this spray. We are also having my Son’s Homecoming Party in a week from being deployed (Semper Fi) and I’d hate to have folks in the back with lots of food and all with these darn flies.

And my four Cheweenie’s hate being pestered by the flies as they sunbathe for a little while in the back yard.

This spring, probably due to the extremely wet and snowy winter, our collie’s yard was full of grass ticks. I was taking 3 to 4 off of her a day. Even with her heavy winter coat, they still found their way to her face and top of her head or behind her ears.

I ordered the Natural Yard and Kennel Spray from Chewy and got to work. After the first treatment, I only found 1 tick in 2 days. After the second treatment (3 days later since it rained), I found 1 very small, probably just hatched, tick.

I sprayed her yard again 3 days ago and no ticks since. This has a lovely spicy fragrance of cloves and cedar and compared to other yard sprays I have tried in the past, its efficacy is 100% better, probably because the ingredients are oil based and not just water based.

It dries quickly and does not bother her at all, but best to let it dry to prevent eye irritation if your dog loves to roll in the grass as mine does. I will be ordering this product again and hopefully with more use this spring, the tick population with be conquered for the season.

Very easy to use as well. Just connect to your garden hose and turn it on.

In early spring started finding TINY ticks crawling on our dogs feet after going outside most days. We sprayed this, and saw only one or two since then (and it’s been about a month). It smells good, too, but the smell made my dog go a bit crazy sprinting around when she went out a few hours later after it was dry.

(The smell mostly dissipates in a day or two. ) I have already repurchased and will continue to use this.

Moved to current home summer before last with indoor outdoor Cat. I noticed he was getting fleas so I Purchased this product and treated inside and outside. The flea problem went away. You do need to treat indoor and out or you’re just wasting time and money.

My cat disappeared unfortunately several months later. I did not treat the next summer since I had no pets but I had terrible mosquitos, not usually a problem for me anywhere but OMG! I have a new pet dog now indoor outdoor, I plan to treat yard this year as preventative measure and hopefully it will take care of mosquitos too!.

Do to the flooding this year, i have a horrible tick problem. Even with flea and tick meds for my dogs, i found multiple ticks on my dogs. I was spraying my yard every 15 days to get control of the ticks.

This spray did the trick. After 2 applications, the ticks were gone. I recommend to reapply every 30 days.

Bought this to get rid of fleas in the lawn for a small area. Used according to instructions but very heavy application on a small area with fleas. I used the entire bottle in one application. The fleas never stopped getting on my dog where he relieved himself.

If this product killed one flea I could not tell it after several days waiting for it to work. I would not buy it again. It was a waste of money and effort.

I used this stuff every 2 months during Spring & Summer after moving into a new home (in a new state). I wondered if it was the product that kept the bugs away or if it was the new state we were living in? The following year I didn’t use any insecticides on the lawn.

By the time the end of the summer approached we had SO MANY bugs! Mosquitoes, two types of little flies covering the lawn, yellowjackets, spiders … we couldn’t stand being outside. The third year I had a baby in early Spring so we were inside most of the hot Spring & Summer.

But when we did go outside, we were quickly chased back in the house by flying bugs. The yellowjackets mostly! This year I will be applying this stuff consistently. Never again will I skip an application.

I want to ENJOY my yard! The funny part is that I commented about how we didn’t have any bugs the first summer we were here and that the last two summers we had soooo many yellowjackets. Everybody kept saying “We always have a ton of yellowjackets!” I didn’t see a single one the summer I applied this spray, so I was surprised to hear the neighbors around me were suffering with Yellowjacket problems while we were barbecuing and enjoying our yard that summer.

For an old lady I had few problems. The first time I turned the water on it sprayed back at me. I unthreaded then rethreaded and it stopped. The water, apparently, comes out in a jet stream when no product is coming out, then turns into a nice wide spray when the product is coming out with it.

It was a bit difficult to see the level of product remaining, but I could guess by how heavy or light the bottle was feeling. Hopefully it will take care of the fleas. I used another product, but it didn’t kill a lot of them.

It made the environment more hostile than the Pet Armor Plus that was on my dogs…. all the fleas, apparently, jumped onto the dogs preferring the Pet Armor. It was A LOT! What a war! Hoping this kills them instead of just a shot across the bow.

The dogs got a different topical, as they obviously learned to live with their current topical. PLEASE work! I’m exhausted fighting this fight, checking all the time and all the cleaning and treating bedding—and I don’t even have carpeting! But I refuse to let my babies suffer.

So I purchased 2 bottles from Homedepot the other day. First bottle sprayed 3/4 of my yard 3000 square feet when I noticed the product level never drop at all. Then the hose blew off the connection. So I tried bottle #2 this time the bottle stayed on but again know product left the bottle.

Yes it was in the on position on both bottles. I’ve never had this problem with the one from Cutter backyard mosquito which has been my go to. I guess it’s back to ol reliable.
