20 Best Ties For Interviews (2022 Updated)

The ties were exactly what my daughter in law to be wanted. The order came earlier than expected. They are extra long. The only reason I gave it a four star is that they charged separate shipping in each of the five ties I ordered and they did five different transactions for the ties so my credit card company thought it was fraudulent.

Definitely a good dark blue tie but the picture is a bit misleading because its pretty much a navy blue color……..which is exactly what we wanted

I love the tie. I have worn the same thin black tie for the past year or so which I also purchased from Walmart in a physical location that is made or branded by George, and this new red tie gives my mom, kids, and people who have to look at me something else to distract them from my face.

Thank you to the people who work hard at Vesuvio Napoli. Additionally, as a single dad without a college degree, I waited for a year to purchase a thin tie and this one, like the black-tie made by George was less very affordable.

I am currently as thin as I have enjoyed being before becoming a dad, and I am thankful to have a tie that suits my stature.

So normally I look great everyday. Well with this product, WOW I look amazing. Easy to tie and wear. You’ll look amazing! This will not cover up all of your Neck Tattoos. But will try to cover them up.

I got this tie for my Grandson. My grandson needed the tie for a homework assignment and I appreciated that it was reasonably priced yet good quality for future use.

My husband wore this tie for our wedding and looked so handsome! He never wears ties, so to see him at the altar waiting for me wearing his suit and tie made me want to run down the aisle! I will say that the tie is more of an Ivory color than white as it said on the tag, but I was looking for Ivory, so we were fine with the color.

great quality. the extra length really helps for guys over 6 foot tall. the tie can come lower and the other strand of the tie will be closer in length. the solid color is nice, easy to select with a patter shirt or coat.

looks great with any suit. ver in style. you could call this a donald trump tie and charge $80 and people wouldn’t blink an eye. If I spill something on this tie or whatever the cost of throwing it away would not ruin my day.

After buying this tie and appreciating the look, quality and price makes me wonder why I always paid so much more for ties. I promise you that you will not be sorry with the purchase of these ties. I recently bought a few additional long ties in different colors.

Not too shiny. Classy. Works for a function or a funeral. I have to wear a black tie about three times a year and this one is thick and good.

I returned seven clip on ties, too short, order resent back to me with only 6 different colors. Included were two dark blue ties. I dont need two identical colored ties, Please sent correct missing tie, check the original order, I cant recall color.

Ties match uniform perfectly, and attach in seconds with clip. They are light, simple to put on, are the right shades of color (navy or black), and are offered at a very good price. Clothing stores do not offer the same ties.

Hard to find shorter tie was perfect 16 inches. The bottom of the tie sits above the duty belt buckle as a tie fashionably should.

Shipping was insane and we appreciated the discount however for anyone shipping to Canada we wish we would have used Detroit Mailbox. On top of shipping there was an additional $60 COD when I picked up.

We could have saved $150 if we picked up from Detroit Mailbox.

My Son wore this on the first day of school, the school called at 10am and said he was crying because his tie has stared falling apart and he wasn’t sure what to so. I have never seen such poor quality and stitching in a tie or clothing from Target before.

I had them send it home in a bag whole my son my was mortified and embarrassed. Needless to say I left work went to the uniform store and purchases new ties for him and took him one. Very disappointed in the quality of this product.

This a decent tie for the price. It is on the cheaper side so you do get what you pay for. My husband needed a solid black tie for an event no longer than 90 minutes so this did suffice. It looks just fine from a distance and you really can’t tell that the material is not the nicest.

If you want a cheaper tie, you can find one. If you need a black skinny tie for work or something similar, this is a good one. It’s possible that you could find one at a discount store for maybe a little less (though I did not one when I looked at several).

But I picked this one up same day that I needed it. That’s why I’d give it a five.

While I love Dazi’s material for the neckties, the colors are not accurate. I originally ordered the Sedona color and when I got them, they had more of a pink/blush tone to them. My wedding colors are terracotta (burnt/rust orange) and I was afraid those wouldn’t match correctly, so I exchanged them for rust.

Well, now these seem to look too red. I’m a little disappointed but we will make it work. I have no other option at this point, since our wedding is a few weeks away. I recommend that Dazi does not add a filter to their product pictures.

Or, at least offer color swatches before making the purchase.

We struggled with finding a simple tie for our wedding and this one ended up being perfect. The ivory is a good clean color without being too white or too yellow. Its a great neutral and looks sharp against a white shirt and blue suit.

We had trouble finding a subtle tie that matched our vision, but this one finally worked out for us. We are also really happy with the quality and love the inside detailing. We ordered a few other neutral ties as well, and those were also great contenders.

Really loved the ties, but the Ivory was the color that we selected.

FYI — This is a tie for VERY casual outfits. When they say “unlined,” they are not messing around. It’s very, very soft and unstructured. As such, any knot other than a four in hand or oriental is going to end up a clumpy mess! I was expecting a bit more texture from this tie, like shantung or dupione silk, but this one has a hand feel like a really soft wool.

It has little flecks of different colors, kind of like a donegal wool, which is unexpected but nice. For the price, this is good, but a really great unlined tie is going to require that you spend more money on material and craftsmanship.

I will say that this is a good “starter tie” for someone who wants to experiment with the look, though.

With three weeks left before our wedding day, we were starting to get worried we wouldn’t be able to find the right color and material for the ties of my best man and step-son that would complement my ideal choice of a bow tie.

We braved department stores and online shopping but found nothing that “worked”. Enter the Tie Bar! I found an awesome gosgrain bow tie and the perfect color/material for our ties at a really great price.

We ordered and within days the ties were at my doorstep in really nice packaging and presentation. Everything was high-quality and our expectations were definitely exceeded! I even referred a few different friends based on my experience and will definitely continue to shop with them for ties, accessories, and other clothing needs.

I bought 5 of these ties for myself and my groomsmen at the recommendation of my tailor. While the design was very nice, the actual tie itself was terribly made. The fabric was very thick, which would have been fine alone, but there were several other flaws that have influenced my one star review.

Upon opening the package, it was clear each tie had several deep creases. Ironing and steaming the ties did not fully remove them, and they actually seemed to be imprinted in the color of the tie. This was a huge disappointment and made me question my purchase immediately.

In addition to the color creasing, each tie had several threads hanging off of them, so much that we needed to find sewing scissors and doctor every single one. This was unacceptable on my wedding day and added significant stress.

I will not buy from The Tie Bar again and strong recommend anyone purchases this tie. There were too many inconsistencies and the quality was very clearly lacking.

Purchased this tie in white with hopes of it matching the description. Not only did the tie come nearly 2 weeks later, it was sent in a plastic shipping bag with no protection. Now the real issue is the misleading description.

This tie is NOT 2 7/8” as all the 1905 ties. It is 2 3/8” making it a skinny tie. Further, the description says it’s a polyester blend, in fact the tie is 100% polyester. To make matter worse, when trying to return items to the store, the employees always give you an attitude and don’t like to help.

A very nice, high quality tie, but the shipping leaves a lot to be desired. The two ties I ordered arrived loosely packed in shipping bag and thus had lots of wrinkles. It has taken several steamings and pressings and they are at least presentable now, but some faint lines still persist (at least to my eye as the person wearing it).

I miss the days when Jos A Bank would ship their ties in boxes. I know it’s a cost thing, but I might pay a few extra bucks for a box option for better protection.

It’s a really nice tie. I was surprised to discover that it’s 90% wool, 10% cashmere, instead of silk. But that’s just because I didn’t read the description carefully, because it’s exactly as advertised.

The designs are elegant, maybe even nicer colors than in the picture.

Nice summer tie. However, the Saks packaging was not so nice. the tie came folded several times in the box instead of being rolled, leaving a large crease in the center of it, that required me to take it to the cleaners to have it steamed out.

We decided to do different colors dresses for all of the bridesmaids and ordered this tie and 3 others from birdy grey to match the dresses and they were absolutely perfect!

It is defective. I would like a refund or a replacement that does not have the horrible snag that mine came with. I bought 8 different men’s neck-ties in one order, and this particular one is defective due to a snag in the fabric.

It was even visible from within the original plastic wrapping it arrived in.

The material of the tie seems good, but the color is not really what it looks like in the pictures. The color is actually pretty dull and does not look orange at all. The tie is fine but I’m a little disappointed in the color.

Got a few screaming orange bowties as well as a screaming orange standard tie. The 2 products were both of good quality but came in vastly different colours of orange. I can recommend either product on its own but do not count on the ability to mix and match any product for an event.

Because of the way the tie was folded in the packaging, it had a permanent crease across the middle. I brought the tie withe the tag back to the Century City store, and was able to exchange it for an identical one on the tie table.

My only disappointing online purchase from Bloomingdale’s.
