20 Best Ties For Weddings (2022 Updated)

My partner and I attended a wedding. One of us wore the Spring Bloom tie, and the other the Powder tie. Both ties coordinated beautifully with the blue blazers in slightly different shades of blue the we each wore.

The Spring Bloom looked great against a bright white cotton button-down shirt, while the Powder tie looked chic against a vibrant sky blue button-down shirt. The contemporary floral design of both ties were perfect for the wedding setting.

We both received compliments. When I began shopping for the ties, Dazi was one of the first sites I visited. It was easy to decide quickly after seeing their tie selection. What a nice product. They came carefully wrapped and flawless.

I’m completely happy with this purchase.

Pictures make it seem like it has bright pink flowers mixed with some orange/peach flowers with green leaves. Colors are very dull in person. The orange/peach flowers aren’t even close, it’s a very dull pink.

The other flowers are pink but not as bright as shown in picture. Leaves are hardly green more grey if anything. It almost feels like the printer was running out of ink. Still a nice tie but does not look like the picture.

I most likely won’t order from here again.

We bought these ties for our wedding! We were very pleased with the quality of the ties – the print was beautiful in person, the tie was substantial, the cut was modern. We didn’t have a full suit for all the groomsmen, so the floral ties really made their shirt and slacks + suspenders look REALLY good.

The tie also looked good on my husband’s three piece suit. It’s a very versatile suit, dressing things up but also capable of being subdued enough for a three piece suit!.

I went to a bar one night and decided to put a tie on thought it was going to be an average night. I was wrong very wrong. Went out with the lads and usually I don’t do that well with the females. But tonight there was something in the air.

I walked into the bar and everyone turned and looked at me and was in shock about the true natural beauty of my tie. I got so many compliments about my tie. No one has ever seen a wife-beater tie combo like this before.

But when they saw me they saw a fashion revolution begin. Later that night at the strip club I found my wife she gave me 4 free lap dances and told me it was because of the tie. Later that week we got married and I was still dressed to the nine because of that tie.

I have been buying DAVI ties for the past 6 years and am saddened to see their quality diminish. When I purchased my first set of ties for my entry into the professional work environment, I was excited that slowly with my growth in my career, I could continue to add to my DAVI tie collection.

I regret to say that with each renewal came a decrease in quality. This last purchase (2022) will most likely be my last as they have seem to lost their original quality and name. At this time I would recommend seeking competitor skinny ties as the DAVI brand in my opinion is no longer the gold standard.

Good for super casual tie. Some dark blemishes in stitching on front contribute to casual appearance. Was not a fan of the dark stitches-thought it was an error. because they looked like little blobs from afar.

Exchanged it for another of the same tie which also had the same dark thread blobs. Easy to exchange. Note you can only exchange or return tie once. Saw review saying good for wedding day which is why I bought it- didn’t work for my wedding due to above, though was perfect color otherwise.

We ended up taking things a different direction and went with the “powder” ties instead which we loved & every single one of those were perfect.

When it arrived it was in a lovely box and packaged very well. Excellent quality and the cummerbund and box tie are adjustable which is great. Looks fantastic on and very pleased, would highly recommend and excellent value.

I prefer these to paper towels. They are more absorbent and you use much less than paper towels. Great to use when removing makeup.

The way it is advertised i would have been happy for half the results and still didnt live up to the hype!!! Well over priced for what it actually is.

These bow ties are very handsome and the packaging is perfect. Due to COVID-19, my bow ties took 2 months to get to me. They traveled from seller to the US quickly, but were stuck in Chicago for 6 weeks.

The seller told me they may take an extra month, so that was helpful.

I know shipping is out of the control of the seller, but these took almost 7 weeks to arrive. We unfortunately had to scramble last minute to find back up ties for our wedding because of this. The bow ties are beautiful, we are bummed we didnt get them in time to use them.

Arrived quickly, items completely as described and just great quality. Really happy that you can get the swatches first as it meant we could match our bowties to an unusual colour of bridesmaid dress!

Flawless delivery, wonderful product. The carrier pigeon alighted on my shoulder at precisely the agreed time of 16:20 and was more well trained than I had imagined, going so far as to tie the silky smooth satin around my neck.

I walked around the rest of the day being stared at. Could have been because the pigeon refused to leave my shoulder and my face was smeared with (chocolate?) cake, but I prefer to think it was the silky shine of the satin tie wrapped perfectly around my pale salmon polo shirt.

So as I was perusing the many options of ties for my daughters boyfriend to wear to the winter formal I realized NOT THING MATCHED. So I sat and pondered upon my sofa wondering, why is this such a difficult task? Why is this such a terrible thing to encounter as a father/boy.

It’s really cute, great quality. The print is identical throughout the tie though, so it’s the exact same print wrapped around, if that makes sense. The same flower cut off at the exact same place like 4 times.

He was going to wear it for the wedding, but it does end up looking cheaper than the material actually is (which is really nice!).

I bought the SAM and previously the DAN skinny tie and they are exactly as described and are of excellent quality. They are just the right width to be considered trendy and they hold their shape really well when tied in a half or full windsor knot.

I received LOTS of compliments on the DAN floral tie and I look forward to wearing the SAM floral tie to a summer wedding.

Ties arrived after wedding, was charged $20 restocking fee on 4 ties ($80 purchase) then an additional $20 return shipping. Lost $40 due to your company not being able to accommodate a 2-month-ahead order for 4 ties.

Will never do business with your company again, and have shared our poor experience with other bride/groom pairs who were considering your business for their wedding needs. This was an easy one to get right but you failed to take ownership for your own error and make it right with the customer.

A little on the skinnier side, but it still looked great! Beautiful color which matched my bridesmaids perfectly. My soon-to-be husband wore a grey suit and they paired very nicely together.

Bought a gold boy’s tie for a wedding. It was a good quality item for the price and nice gold colour but I’m giving 4/5 stars as it was bit smaller than I expected. I was ordering for a 10-11 year old and this looked more suited to a 6-7 year old.

Sizing info when ordering would be helpful. It’s also confusing as it says “paisley” on the product details but it is a plain gold tie, no paisley or other designs.

I love this product. I have to be careful in regard to germs. These are perfect.

The bow ties look and feel great. Especially the ones in \nboy or baby size are so cute. The colours look as expected. Very fast delivery and the communication with the shop owner was also very nice and helpful!.

While I had hoped it would be a bit wider, I was pleased with the fabric of this tie. Unfortunately, I had been wearing cheaper ties, and they were full of snags from my rough hands, and were collecting beads and lint.

This fabric will stay nice.

This was a gift to my nephew (early 20s and works at a bank). He loves the colors, the fabric and the style. He has gotten many compliments and feels good wearing it.

This tie adds a great pool of colour and can be worn with so many different colours of shirts. I love it against a pink shirt. Best bonus of all is that is was on sale!!!

The bow tie has collar sizes marked on the inside of the neck so it is very easy to adjust to fit. It is comfortable to wear and it did not become loose even after several hours. The cummerband is elasticated and is also easy to adjust and comfortable to wear.

I was very pleased with both items and would recommend them.

After trying (unsuccessfully) to obtain this item from some of the larger high street department stores I tried the Internet and I’m glad I did. The quality for the price is truly excellent. There can’t be much of a profit margin for the retailer.

Bought the cantaloupe coloured version for a wedding and it has survived the rough treatment. No fraying, or indication of a weak area.

I ordered ties for my wedding and a pocket square to match. I understand that colours may be slightly different than shown on screen but the pocket square was exactly as pictured then the tie was a totally different colour.

In the first photo you can see the screenshot images of the tie and pocket square together. The tie is a similar colour to the main colour of the square. The second photo is of the actual colours upon arrival.

Not at all what was displayed and not at all the colours needed. Wedding is in three weeks, not enough time now to return them and find something else. The quality is nice though.

It was really tough to see the pattern in anything but full sun/full light. Without full light the pattern faded and it looked like a dark wool tie. However, once the sun hit it, it really “showed its colors” and was an amazing piece that complemented our forest wedding scenery.

I have several ties from The Tie Bar, but it has been a long time since I have purchased anything, I had been buying vintage ties for a while. Then I found they opened a location in Chicago where I live, and even though I ordered online (free non iron dress shirt with $20 purchase) this tie, for under $30 is indistinguishable in quality from ties many many times more expense, It has taste, it can play conservative or a little more bold, or even stylishly aloof, the color is beautiful, the texture thick, firm, but maleable enough to make knotting a breeze.

Feeling the fibers and the tighly woven technique between your fingers provides a clear indicator of the quality of the textiles.

Ordered ten of these for groomsmen. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding. We looked into the return policy before ordering, it described a “$10 restocking fee for items returned BY MAIL” and a “$10 restocking fee per DRESS”.

However, when I went to return our unopened ties (not dresses), in person (not by mail), they still tried to charge the full fee saying that it was company policy. Charging a restocking fee worth over half the item price is ridiculous to begin with, but particularly when the language describing it is so misleading.

Why specify the fee is for item returned by mail, or per dress, if what you mean is for ALL items, regardless of how they are returned? Clearly a company trying to bury such a ridiculous policy, Tried to contact customer service and they were unwilling to waive the full fee.

Disappointed, and will not be ordering from this manipulative company again.

This tie is a matte texture that really matches quite well with the crepe material that we bought for our bridesmaids. I was pleasantly surprised – and a great deal!

I was looking for a nice bow tie-pocket handkerchief combo to go with my Prince of Wales check suit as I was getting ready for my son’s forthcoming wedding. The style and pattern are exactly what I was looking for.

It will certainly will enhance my appearance no end. Both the bow tie and pocket hanky are both excellent quality. They compliment each other.

Product has premium feel, great design and good quality material. Well presented in a modern box. The one and only thing which slightly disappoint the whole experience is several blue loose strings coming off of the bow tie.

It does look good and customer has to cut strings off and hide it in creases.

A high quality gift, beautifully and carefully presented with a small card explaining where the print came from – a lovely touch. This was purchased as an anniversary gift for my husband of 26 years who is a connoisseur of silk ties and has quite a collection! This print is different to anything he already owns, and that can be quite a challenge to find! Customer service was spot on, with communication at every step.
