Lightweight, comfortable and most important they dont move. Nothing like retrieving knee pads that slide down to your ankles. They sit over your knee cap, so sliding down is not an option, and your knee is cupped in gel pads to eliminate shifting.

my first pair I got them because I have psoriatic arthritis and will be 60 in 3 yrs they are well made and surprisingly comfortable even when walking this way anything I have to do whether cleaning or fixing that I have to be bent down I can handle it no problem except the effort it takes to get up of course : ) these are worth the money should last the rest of my life.

Work well, pretty comfortable, the flat surface keeps you stable.

I injured one of my knees a couple of years ago which greatly affected my ability to work on my knees. I have used various knee pads to provide me with some protection with mixed results. Most moved and others applied too much pressure to the back of my knees which added to my discomfort.

Additionally, they had to be really strapped on tight which made them ever more uncomfortable. I considered these “stabilization” knee pads and even though I thought they were a bit pricey, I came to realize that you get what you pay for.

From the moment I tried these on, I was impressed. It did take a bit to get them to fit right, but once I got them where they were comfortable, they stayed there, Great product and well worth the price.

These are in a class by themselves. Freaking beastly knee pads. Mega comfortable, unbelievable protection. You can run across concrete and drop to your knees and slide to a stop without discomfort. They are truly unbelievable.

They are a bit bulkier than some, because of the hard exoskeleton, but the comfort and stability are awesome. I have old painful knees, and the ability to just drop to my knees without concern for the landing is incredible.

I love mine. They are pricey, but worth twice what they cost, in my book. I won’t work without them. I take em home every night, just in case I need em.

My knees have died and gone to heaven. This is my 5th pair of knee pads. I’m 74 years old so I have owned lots in the past. They stay in place and have much more padding than others. You can adjust them to any circumference because they stay in place with velcro.

Now I can stay on my knees longer.

I do handy work of all kinds and landscaping and have gone through loads of kneepads and always had issues but NOT ANYMORE! These are SO comfortable! All pads get sweaty cant avoid that but these stay in place with the thigh strap and dont fall side to side on my knee.

Pad is soft GEL and you can slam down on your knees on concrete and wont feel it! AMAZING PRODUCT FOR THE PRICE! And they had red outline and thats my color!.

I use these all day at work and they never slide down. If you get pinching on the back of your leg, you have the straps too tight, just loosen them slightly. Tight enough to keep them in place, but not so tight they pinch when you bend.

I have not had these very long and so I only use them once. I have had both full knee replacements. So I was looking for some thing to pad my knees when kneeling. After the initial adjustment to my knees.

I use them to work on my Motorcycle. What a relief. I have no problem being on my knees with these pads on. Not sure about the long run, but they seem to be built not only for comfort, but also to last.

When walking around with the pads on they seem to stay where I initially place them. Some people in other reviews of knee pads said they moved when walking around. These seem to stay in place and were comfortable for the few hours I was using them.

If you have had a full knee replacement, you know how uncomfortable it is to kneel. Do yourself a favor and purchase a good set of knee pads. These are gel and very comfortable.

I am sorry to have to give this a bad rating because it is a well made product. It falls short because the 2 straps loosen up every time you bend, which makes it virtually useless because it takes too much time to keep tightening the straps.

If the straps were made of Velcro, this would be a perfect product.

They felt comfortable on but as soon as I went to kneel down I almost fell over cause the jell stuff on the front of them is pretty big. Also made it a bit uncomfortable kneeling around. If you use them and stay in one spot they are ok but I needed them to clean floors and they stick to tile and stuff and made it difficult.

Material (water friendly) and honeycomb design (form-fits around knees) are great. Easy to install/remove. However, they did bunch up in the wash, which leads me to my biggest suggestion/complaint. The pad needs to fill the entire cavity in order to stay in place.

It swims around on me during wear, and when I’m on my knees, say, installing floors, my knee is prone to roll off the side while the bulk of the pad is on the other side of my knee. I got size large for 32/34 pants.

They’re close- how the top widens out- but unless it completely fills the space (just make that wide part as wide as the cavity; leave the rest of the shape as is to allow for articulation), it’s going to swim.

I cut out a similar design from some thick wool padding, properly spanned, and it’s actually more pleasant to wear.

Although I felt these were overpriced to begin with, I was already spending $200+ on a pair of yukon bibs so I figured WTH, might as well try these knee pads out. My initial impression of these upon receiving them was one of intrigue.

I found the design and functionality of these knee pads to be original and innovative. But the first thing everyone I showed them to mentioned, was that they are not soft at all. It wasn’t until I really got to put these to use that I realised just how right everyone was.

Granted, I have bony knees but man was I left scratching my head wondering so many questions. Why are these so expensive? Why are there so many positive reviews? Why would these not be padded whatsoever? Why wouldn’t they have even just a thin layer of actual cushion? Why would the issue of these becoming rock hard and even more unforgiving when introduced to cold temperatures not have already been addressed? Why (considering I ordered the corresponding and suggested size) is there still so much wiggle room for these to become out of place and really do a number on my knees when I go to kneel and come down on an edge? Why have these glaring issues been hashed out in the R&D stage? And lastly, I find myself asking, Why did I buy these expensive, uncomfortable, hard and subsequently redundant, padless knee pads? I cannot recommend purchasing these.

I Wouldn’t mind having my money back so I could put it towards a pair (or two) of cushioned, protective, comfortable, functional kneepads.

The pads would be great, but they don’t stay in place. It’s really an issue with the pants I guess. The pocket for the knee pads is too loose. And the pads slip down constantly. I’ve tried them in denim bib and the insulated bib, correctly sized for both according to Carhartt chart.

Also on both pants the kneepad pocket is “twisted” toward the inner leg, almost too much to be usable at all. In other words, my left kneecap is just barely covered by the very left edge of the pad. The pads are great, but your pants don’t seem properly made for them.

Due to my job of shaving concrete sidewalks Im on one knee 5-7 hours a day. The gel pads are by far the best actual pad Ive ever used. Over the past few years Ive had the opportunity to try maybe 10 different brands and these are without a doubt the best.

I see a lot of complaints about the elastic straps. They have one for the thigh and one for the calve, which eliminates the pinching that occurs with a traditional one strap behind the knee. The buckle snaps into place quite efficiently and there are little teeth which if you pull snuggly towards that direction the strap locks pretty securely into place.

Ive yet to have a pad wear before the strap gets too sloppy which takes a good amount of time to occur as well. If you have any problem finding a comfortable knee pad these are for you!.

This is ideal if the headphone output and microphone input on your PC isn’t up to much. This makes the sound crystal clear and drives headphones well. The mic input is sensitive and good quality for Skype calls, WhatsApp etcc.

I purchased these to save my knees with odd jobs around the house. Ive used them several times now for painting and timber & decking work out side. Why havent I bought a pair sooner. Comfortable and easy to use.

I find sometimes I need to adjust and tighten up. Easy to fit. Personally I would buy the same pair again if I ever needed too.

The best kneeling pads I have found. They do the job and stay on. They are light weight and durable – my last pair laster for several years.

They were very comfortable at first. But not after a month of daily use. Im not on them all day either. Maybe an hour or less total per day. The gel gave out and now you can feel the floor after a month of use.

I was hoping it would have better layered padding, but no. Thats too bad, ive had cheap harbor Freight pads that last longer. Its probably ok for the very occasional user. As in just to have around the house in case you ever need em.

Just like so many “single strap” knee pads, these do not stay in place! Especially with pants on (which hopefully you’ve got on on the jobsite) they slip and slide all over the place making them absolutely useless.

They also stand so tall that you almost feel as if you’re on knee-stilts. The only reason I gave them 3 stars and not 1 is because the quality is really quite good. Not recommended. Stick with knee-pros.

These are pretty awesome. Comfortable, they stay up and dont twist. I pour concrete for a living and really like them. I wouldnt shut up about them so my business partner got a set also. He loves them too.

Im going on around 4 months and theyve held up great but At $20 they are disposable and I would definitely get the same set next time.

Wore these for the first time yesterday. Easy to attach and the gel cushion makes them very comfortable when I kneel on the tile and wood floors in my house. Very happy!

I went thru 5 different types of knee pads and had a problem with each as far as staying in place and having to constantly stop what I was doing to adjust the pads. The McGuire-Nicholas Slider Knee Pads stay in place and allow me to stay down and slide from place to place which keeps me at the job and not spending half my time adjusting.

Ive had two pairs of Maguire & Nicholas knee pads. The first a more expensive pair. Both very cosy to start but eventually for some reason they seem to want your knee to sit to one side or the other leaving them virtually unwearable.

After trying many different knee pads over the years Ive been using these exclusively now for 6-7 years. I never use the top strap. After years of every other day usage Ive had 2 straps rip and strap buttons break off.

Seems there is no way of repair. Im a big man so that might factor into durability. I recommend as a solid, decent comfort, knee pad for the $$$s. 4 stars leaves room for improvement as mentioned.

The product was in stock and similar or the same as some I had used before that I liked. Very comfortable. My knees are so much better after using them. If you are just using them to kneel they’re perfect.

I’ve been wearing them spending 6 to 8 hours a day crawling around my attic vacuuming, installing baffles and insulation for a couple weeks now in very confined spaces. I’m spending a lot of time crawling on my belly and rolling over and twisting.

The only issue I have is that sometimes the straps pop loose when I do these movements, if they catch on anything, or if my opposite knee or leg gets on it when I’m crawling.

I had used hard cap knee pads for years. I needed a pair of non skid knee pads for installing a ridge cap on top of a 16′ horse barn a few years ago. These worked perfectly. They lasted until one of our dogs decided to turn them into dinner.

I’m now replacing them 4 years later. The straps will deteriorate over time but are replaceable fairly inexpensively.

After using these twice, one of the knee protectors came away. I had literally been using these for around 4hrs. They are very uncomfortable and don’t sit around the knee properly at all. They are the most uncomfortable, poorly made and badly designed knee pads I’ve ever used.

Do not waste your money.

The straps are awkward but the pads themselves do the job, Active framer, 66 years old.

I’m a painter so I spend alot of time kneeling on the floor. With these pads inserted I can actually comfortably function all day. No irritating straps going around your legs. The drawback is you have to have pockets to hold them in place on your knees.

Clothing manufacturers are figuring it out though. On trade work with a seamstress like I did.

I’ve had these for a little over a year now. I put them in new carhartts at the time of purchase. They have since shrunk quite a bit and are much thinner than they started at. However I work pretty hard with them.

The pants have a 2″ hole in one knee, and starting to develop a hole in the other. They’ve been through several tile jobs, and a couple roofs, as well a regular day to day jobs. Without the pads I’m sure the pants would be done by now, but are still going strong.

I have just swapped the pads, as they wear unevenly, and still have some better padding on the opposite corners. I’m hoping to get another 6 months or so, and then will probably purchase a new set of pants and pads.

These fit perfectly in Wrangler Rigg’s cargo pants, as well as the Duluth Trading pants that have pockets for these. The’re too long to fit in the equivalent Carhartt cargo pants. There’s a bit of a bulge in the knee area, but it’s not too bad.

I recommend these pads as standard in any work pants that have compatible knee pockets. They significantly cut down discomfort and fatigue if you’re forced to kneel and crouch a lot while working. Anything that reduces mileage on your body is a good thing.

Another big bonus: they can be left in when you do laundry, and reused when your pants wear out.

The review that said fail on quality but soft on knees is accurate. The store delivered a used product. I wouldn’t mind so much but the straps weren’t the same size and they were scratched up. Secondly the velcro stuck to the inside and ripped it off and it’s pretty messed up now.

I hate returning things. I’ll keep them as back up but I think I’ll get a different kind. Disappointed with the whole deal. However, they are really soft.

I use my Fiskar Ultra-light knee pads all the time, multiple times a wk. I like that they are easy to strap on and light weight. I love the low cost! They have protected my knees very well. I used yo get my knees all banged up.

As I have gotten older, my knees have had some issues. At times they are sensitive to pressure. This has alleviated my knee problems and wear and tear while gardening.

I really need something top protect my knees when working outside, especially if I’m on concrete or asphalt. These pads provide great protection for my knees as they’re plenty thick, and with the velcro straps secured around behind the knee, they stay put well.

Nice side benefit is they also protect your clothes so our not scraping up the knees if you happen to be wearing a good pear of jeans or khakis. I recommend these pads.

My husband does a lot of jobs around the house. He is my handy man. He said these Hyper Tough kneepads really help keep his knees from taking a beating. My husband has arthritis in his knees from years of working on them.

He uses them when he works on his vehicles outside and he said the gravels in the drive way don’t bother his knees anymore. Very easy to get up and down in them because they don’t restrict movements.

He also used them to when he put our wood flooring down in our home. He said they are very comfortable and light weight. They are very easy to get on and off your knees. And don’t cut off your blood flow like some he has tried in the past.

They are contoured and attach easily with an elastic strap. I got a set of two for him and he said that was one of the best gifts he had received. The color is black. They are made of heavy duty rubber and didn’t have a smell to them like other rubber knee pads he had tried in the past.

These kneepads will last a very long time and get lots of good use.

Bought these mini gel knee pads for laying a wooden floor. They were OK for a few hours but then the gel seems to move inside them as if the weight of you kneeling on them is displacing it. Had the same problem with both pads.

All the gel shifted to one side and your left with just the material between your knees and the floor. There’s also only 1 elasticated strap on each pad which doesn’t secure them properly. Very disappointing product.

the product is what it is a mini knee pad . It’s the kind you should be wearing at early stages . Highly recommended , They are so light but effective you can wear them all day without realising .

OK. where do i start. I’m 66 years old with advanced arthritis and what my doc says is a broken knee. a compression break from a ladder fail First of all they don’t have the conventional Velcro. which is fantastic.

no fiber in the teethof the Velcro which causes it to break down as an adhesive. it must be so fine the Velcro only grabs the target without picking up any foreign material. Next. the flaps are large enough to get around my inflated knee.

A This is a big plus in this household. So i believe these will fit the above average knee size. yeah. Next. Oh my word!! I can actually kneel, for the first time in two years. What a joy to actually be able to kneel.

I have six pair of knee pads but none of them come close to these in their ability to cushion the knee. I,literally, cannot say enough or sing their praises enough. Theseare a definite buy. With knee pads, quilts,garden pads and gel inserts together being held in my knees with , of course, duct tape holding all o on my knees the cushioning my knees received was not adequate.

Here are these regular football player gel pads in a small and wonderful package. I, enthusiastically, recommend these pads.

I thought that the hard cover on the Hart knee pads would make them restrictive, but the gel interior and the knobbed design on the pads make very durable and more comfortable than other products I have used.

The knee contour is very comfortable and the very strong velcro closures make for a good fit, although he pads did slide down a little on my jeans. The knob design allows for comfortable movement while you are on your knees, which were not store or stiff once I stood up.

The knob design and and the solid cover protected my knees from nails and other refuse on the ground which I a have felt with other pads. The only drawback I found with these pads was that the single closure behind the bend of the knee sometimes pinched.

Nonetheless, I will continue to use these knee pads as my knee protection of choice.

These are the third pair of these knee pads I’ve owned over the years and I cannot recommend them more highly if you spend a prolonged time on your knees. My only gripe is that many moons ago the fastening straps were secured by sturdy clips which have been replaced by Velcro over the years to save on cost.

Unfortunately, the Velcro tends to get filled with adhesive after a while, reducing the effectiveness of the strap but apart from that, highly recommended.

The straps could do with being a bit longer. Ok if you’ve got skinny legs. The blue removable front pads are very hard and overly thick. This can make it difficult to keep them positioned on your knee.

I took the blue parts off and this made them more comfortable. However this just makes them into ordinary knee pads that you could buy for a tenner. If your working on a rough surface with sharp edges then the removable blue parts are needed and these pads will do the job.

If not,go and buy some cheaper air filled pads.

These knee pads are excellent my husband was really pleased that we had finally found a pair that protects his knobbly knees and prevents them from being too painful to kneel down.

The movement twist on the knee was only very slight and did not interfere with my work. I wore shorts whilst doing the work so there was slight pinching behind my knees with the straps but no major concern maybe with trousers the problem may go away.

All in all a good quality product which I would recommend.

Maybe I am unlucky. Bought another pair still slip to the side and do not stay in place. Dewalt by far the most comfortable. Mistake buying things on e bay if bought local would of returned.
