20 Best Time Management Planner (2022 Updated)

I absolutely love Clever Fox. I’m currently using Daily premium. I’ve used the daily pro. It so helps with my day job and my two side hustles. So much to offer for staying focused, directed and driven!.

I have been searching high and low (for many moons) to find a planner like this. I couldn’t have asked for something better. It is incredible. I love this so much. I cannot wait to fill up and begin my second one (only had it a day! So a while to go).

This does 4-8 planners in one. AMAZING!!! Thank you so much.

I got this in purple and it’s beautiful. My brain feels more organized and I love that it helps me to stay focused on my actual priorities (and, helpfully, limits how many priorities I can attempt to juggle).

This is now glued to my hip at all times. I do wish it had a built-in pen holder though, but that can be easily added after-market.

Overall it’s a great planner but not detailed enough for me. It falls short in that the executive size is just not enough room to write in. I ended up buying a regular Rocketbook and making my own templates so it can fit everything zi need.

It would be great for people less busy than me (with less than : active homeschooled kids!).

I always buy planners but I never use them for a long period of time. But the changed that. From the very first day of using it, I feel more productive. The planner has a calendar view, a weekly view and daily views.

The planner itself is a nice quality. I highly recommend this if you have to keep up with school, work, personal projects and goals. Also, one nice touch is there are four bookmark strings so u can easily flip to your current day/week/month.

Excellent for removing stubborn mascara!

I have sent away for this particular calendar for 4 years. I really like the way it is organized ; *see a full month at a time * has previous and next month referenced in the corner * has easy access tabs to find months *durable cover with soft pages * conversion charts, lists of holidays, plenty of blank pages, contact lists, etc.

I started using it while teaching and can’t live without it in retirement. MY LIFE is on those pages. I carry it everywhere. The only minus is the price. It seems a bit high for a calendar. But it has not deterred me from continuing to seek it out year after year.

My book arrived on time! I have used this product for about 40 years!! A year ago, I was sent the WRONG appointment book. It took “forever” to get the right one. I mean 40 years??? This year I called to make sure I was sent the right one the first time.

The problem was the number on the book was not the number on the order email/network/whatever it’s called. But whom ever I talked to knew the products forward and back and got me the correct one. Hooray!! I will ALWAYS use AT-A-GLANCE!!! I can whip it out of my purse and look up anything faster than my spouse can find it on their cell phone.

Advanced technology is not always the best. Thank you AT-A-GLANCE!.

It is not a good replacement for my old one, which was discontinued. I really, really wish you would bring that back. Its the Executive Monthly Appt Book. This one doesn’t have tabs, it doesn’t have a space on the side for notes, I don’t like that Wednesday is on the second page and not the first.

Also, there is not a page in between so things bleed through. Please bring back the discontinued planner. It was so great to include everything and have it zipped up. It would be greatly appreciated!!.

15 minute increments Monday thru Saturday starting at 7am. Cover is durable enough vinyl/plastic. Pages are spiraled so you can fold open book in half (8×11). Shows a full week when appointment book is opened with 4 small months on the top of the page (the previous, current and 2 future months) for a quick glance.

The beginning of appointment book has a personal info page, a page of 36 months (previous year, current year and the next year) for a quick glance. The back page of the appointment book tells you what days holidays will fall on for that current year and for the next 3 years.

What would make this appointment book better for me, divider tabs for the different months would be helpful.

I have been using this brand for over 10 years. If you’ve never used this particular brand before you might be happy with it. It USED to have the hours written as 8:00, 9:00 etc in bold. The 1/4 and 1/2 hours were written as 8:14, 8:30 etc.

not in bold. Made it very easy to find the times. It is now written as 8,9,10 etc. NOT in bold, and then the 1/4 and 1/2 hours as 15,30,45 etc also not in bold. You have to SEARCH for a time when you want it.

Will be looking for a new brand next year and have advised the company of that.

I’ve used these for years, except that last year they were out so I had to use the Staples house brand. That showed up a few things that had been bothering me anyway, so this is kind of a comparison.

And really the best pocket calendar would combine features of these two lines. Best things about this one: – the separate cover that gives you pockets for receipts, notes, business cards, etc (the clincher for me) – each day gets a lot of space and plenty of lines for what you need to write in – running count of days elapsed/days remaining (ie, February 1 is day 32/333 remaining) – pretty comprehensive coverage of holidays, etc, for US users Shortcomings: – WAY too few pages for notes, contacts, planning, listing random things you want to list – paper seems thinner than just a couple of years ago, verging on too thin for comfort – some feature info seems kinda useless (like area codes– maybe 20 years ago?), especially given how skimpy this thing is on pages overall This calendar includes one page with both 2022 and 2023 condensed calendars, one listing holidays, one for contacts, one for future planning, and one with area codes.

Total 5; everything else is weekly calendar. Last year’s house brand has 17 non-calendar pages with features and room for notes. So “ataglance” is really scratching to save tenths of farthings on paper.

It doesn’t even have space to write your name in it! (tbf, this brand has never had that). Before I talk myself into giving it a 3, I should wind up. I generally like them and have been using them for years, but.

they’re trying way too hard to shave cost. The house brand this year is much closer to what I’m looking for– more usable space per day than 2021, many more supplementary pages than this one– and I would have gotten it again if only it had the cover this one comes with.

Ataglance remains decent but its shortcomings are showing and ACCO needs to get on the stick here.

This is the 9th year in a row that I’ve purchased this particular calendar. I love that it features a whole page for Monday – Friday. Saturday & Sunday share a page. There is enough room on each page to capture everything in “my Bible” including office visit notes from doctor visits, business cards, reminders on when to send birthday cards, when I made charge card payments, etc.

— in addition to the normal stuff one would write on a calender. It’s amazing how often I refer back to these calendars when doing my taxes, when writing my Christmas letter, when someone needs to know on what date something happened and even now when I’m writing a book and need to refresh my memory on the details of a specific activity on a specific date.

This is an expensive calendar but since I use it every day to organize my life, I would be completely lost without it so plan to buy this calendar annually until I die. For me, it’s a 2 thumbs up calendar and I highly recommend it.

I find using this particular paper calendar is a lot more efficient than using an electronic calendar and not only can I capture so much more, but I can quickly and easily locate the info.

I thought this was a year long planner but only lasts for a few months. It’s a big planner – I love the concepts and the reflections and it works well in a busy job. But I don’t use the middle daily section broke into hours and I think this would be better as a smaller morning/evening reflection planner.

It’s too personal to take to work and use as a planner in meetings etc. The first month is missing a month planner – this only starts after the first four week entries. You can only start this planner at the beginning of the month with the way it’s laid out.

Overall a great motivator and excellent for those in leadership positions but I think the format needs work.

I didn’t realise this planner has no dates, and no whole month calendar. It’s designed so that you can start at any time and unused pages won’t be wasted. It’s a productivity planner not a calendar/diary.

Also note one planner only lasts 60 days. But don’t overlook this for a productivity tool, it is very well done and I will be coming back again and again. Watch the YouTube reviews for better idea of what’s in it.

I’m really glad I bought this. I’ve looked through it, and I’m really happy that it DOES NOT have specified dates in it. You can add your own dates! Thank goodness because I am not good about keeping up to day with planners now that all of my appts are on my phone’s calendar.

I’m looking forward to using this planner in 2021.

I love this planners binding spiral and the overall size. I just wish they would do away with the vertical list feature and allot that space to the day’s boxes and enlarge them. I never use the list feature, and always am looking for monthly displays that include large boxes to write.

If you need a list maybe place it in a separate section in the book’s rear. I always look for single color displays as I find the ones with color vert distracting and have a tendancy to miss things with all that going on in the page’s design.

So the brighter and cleaner the design is, the more I like it. I prefer to buy planners with the largest boxes I can get so I can list the day’s events in order chronological. So love the uncluttered modern graphic design on this, but just wish they would chuck the annoying vertical list feature and use that space to make each daily box larger so they could contain more writing.

This is almost exactly what I was looking for. Only the months, tabbed, and ruled daily blocks. Also NOT academic year! I wish it had been a 2 year calendar, but will settle for 18 months starting in July.

I like the poly cover. Hopefully it will last all year. I just don’t use those weekly pages and it’s hard to find a planner without them that still has ruled daily blocks. The price was a little high but I suppose you have to pay that to get what you want sometimes.

It’s very (nearly) the same planner that I’ve been using. The only thing I found odd, was that it didn’t come with the clip in bookmark. I went back to the item description and no where does it say that it came with one.

I just found it odd that This specific design didn’t come with one. Not a huge deal, I’ll just transfer my old one to the new planner. but keep in mind that this specific design does not come with a “Today” clip in bookmark.

Pros: -Page quality is still stellar like always. -The daily space is large enough to keep up with my packed schedule -The front and back cover is durable enough to take a beating. In my backpack, this is guaranteed.

-Pages are durable and easily turn without ripping. -Month tabs are durable and do not rip the page. The cons: -only one is the lack of a new bookmark. (shrugs).

I procrastinated in buying a 2022 date book, this was one of the few places that had any left. This model has all the features I needed. The size is better than the larger one that I’ve been using for years.

The individual date box have lines & are big enough for appointment reminders. It is spiral bound, which is a must for a book to last a year. I’m not ready for my appt book to be on my cell phone, this is just a tiny bit bigger.

Also, I can be using my phone while easily checking a date, which is very hard on a cell phone. Only objection is that it doesn’t have month tabs, which is why I gave 4* instead of 5.

Best planner I ever bought! I always buy whatever is available each year, but I hope this brand will be available for years to come. I love that it’s spiral bound, the size is perfect, the calendar year (rather than academic year), the spaces for goals, the monthly calendar, the monthly tabs so you don’t have to flip through a million pages when planning ahead, the little plastic folder, the handy ruler, etc.

At first I didn’t think I’d like that the days are unlined, but I actually think I prefer it now, the pages look less “messy”. This feels like it was designed by someone who really put a lot of thought and care into it.

And the price is great too!.

I strongly prefer this planner to the journal – I find it lighter and more flexible, and it lets me plan the right sized projects. I also like that I can see an entire week at a time, that there are built-in reflection opportunities, and plenty of space to think freely.

All in all, I’m going to keep using this planner! I find it really helpful. I wish there were an even lighter-weight version with fewer “inspirational” questions or quotations, but those are easy to ignore.

I also wish that the free pages at the end had perforations and that the cover did not pick up pet fur so much. I like that the daily plans now go to 9:30pm! But there are some changes from my previous version of this planner which make it a worse product.

It seems that the changes were not executed with care. First, the paper does not handle ink as well as previous journals do. Ink bleeds through all the time now. Second, they got rid of the perforated page corners.

These were very helpful for keeping your place in the planner, which has only two ribbon markers. Third, there are four project plans for the first three months and only three for the last three. This is weird.

Fourth, they changed the self-evaluation at the start of the six month period to a circle you color in. I guess this is fine, but not ideal if your paper handles ink poorly. Also, there are grammatical errors on the self-eval page.

I’ll still use this planner, but I wish the current version indicated more attention to detail.

This journal is phenomenal. My brain no longer feels discombobulated with all of the ideas I think of or the tasks I need or want to accomplish. I have been able to solidify my discipline thus allowing me to use my hands to grasp the reality I want.

With that being said, it is important to remember that everything is a process, I have much of my path to yet travel. This planner helps keep me on it instead of being side tracked by disorganized thoughts.

Here is a bulleted list of what I like and dislike about it! Likes: – The 6 Month Bucket List, it allowed me to look ahead and give myself a road map for what I wanted to get done. – The Project Plan Pages, these allowed me to think about the process of completing my goals.

– Monthly Reflections, it was a necessary check in to see if I was adhering to process goals to better align myself for success with my outcome goals – The vertically formatted Week Planning Page seperated by each day.

With the vertical format, I was able to write my schedule for each day as a list. This helped organize my time and any tasks I needed to get done. The vertical format also allowed me to chronologically plan things as well by associating times with each thing on my “list” for each day.

There are marks for each waking hour in the day 6am to 9pm or however you choose to use them. – The Dotted-Grid Pages, after each week there are two dotted-grid pages. I found them great for writing any ideas down or writing notes associated with the week.

There is also a section of dotted-grid pages. – Quarterly Reflection (Quarter of the Year, so each 3 Months), another necessary check in and area for you to do a live autopsy of where you are at in accordance to your goals you planned for and to readjust if your trajectory has changed.

Dislikes – The material used for the Cover. I would like if there was a faux-leather or even a cover that you can purchase separately like the Self Journal. The cover for this planner is fabric and it collects dirt and dust easily.

I was careful at first, having owned a Self Journal prior, but eventually it collected some dirt. BEST SELF, I would really like a different cover or a separate purchasable cover. Honestly, that is a huge determining factor for me in purchasing another Self Planner.

This is my only dislike and why I am rating 4 Stars instead of 5. All in all, this is a fantastic product and I can say I am comfortable in recommending it to other people. Eat the path!.

This planner has all the things I need and covers 6 months at a time. A lot of other planners are only 1-3 months. I love that it has a place to set and outline big goals and to assess all aspects of your life.

The ribbons make it easy to mark the month page and the current week page that I’m on. I love having the entire week on one spread with the hour by hour planning. I sit down on the weekend and plot out my week.

Then on the next blank page, I write my 10 gratitudes and 10 dreams each day, along with track my business actions. It’s perfect!.

At-A-Glance Daily/Monthly DayMinder has been a wonderful resource to help me stay on track with my daily and monthly tasks throughout the year. The smaller 7″ x 83/4″ offers the right amount of writing space in the daily sections to keep my notes neat and organized.

It also fits perfectly in my purse and doesn’t take up much space at all on my desk at the office. This has been a great find!.

Really glad to still be able to get this refill. I like the size and the layout of the weekly and monthly calendars. My only disappointment is that they changed the style of the lettering and numbers to one without serifs.

To me, a less pleasing look. Still, this planner, whether this refill or with a cover, stands alone for its excellent arrangement of space. Three yearly calendars on one page in front, then the month of January on one page in normal Sunday to Saturday calendar style with a facing page for notes.

Then January’s week-at-a-glance pages , each 2-page week beginning with a small display of 4 months, then the weeks run from Monday to Sunday, with Saturday and Sunday sharing smaller space at the end.

Then comes February’s month page, and so on. About 6¾x 8¾”.

I have purchased the At a Glance Calendar every year for over 20 years. My needs are simple and the changes in the new calendar I don’t need and won’t use. 1. Prefer the size of the squares in the old calendar.

Saturday and Sunday squares too small. Prefer length for daily appointments so I can add more. No need for increase in width. No need for full year calendar on bottom of each page. 2. Will never use the umpteen pages for writing in names, addresses etc.

Everything is in my phone and iPad. And what on earth are all these blank pages for. who’s bright idea was that???? 3. Like the 2023 At a Glance page. Simple and easy to use. Overall, I miss the format of the old daily planner.

I feel I have less room to list several appointments going into the evening hours.

very pleased does what it advertises

I’m almost 3yrs into recovery. I’m at the point where it’s easy to lose track of the fundamentals that keep me sober. This is great too to touch base with myself daily so I dont forget where I started and where I never want to be again.

It’s awesome for personal accountability and keeping track of activities that keep me on track both mentally and physically. Anyone can use this. It’s a good tool to remind yourself of the really important things in life.

Not just errands and tasks.

Beautiful. gave one as a gift! Individual pages are so pretty and of very nice weight, which adds to the overall quality book weight. I love the book and have it on a bedside nightstand. This is not the sort of book one carries everywhere because I think constant transport might stress the spine and eventually dislodge the pages.

I want to keep mine in pristine condition while still being able to enjoy it daily. I love photographs accompanied by God’s Word. this book makes me smile.

I’ve been using WorkLife Productivity Planner for a year now. It is an essential part of my daily productivity routine and workflow. It‚Äôs become a fundamental part of my morning and evening routine.

I’ve seen an increase in my happiness and productivity levels. It’s has especially made a huge difference at my job by making it possible to focus on my most important goals and tasks without getting distracted by social media or tv.

Love the motivational quotes and love the beautiful lettering and design on this planner. Highly recommended if you are looking for a portable productivity planner.

This is my second year with this particular appt book and it is very handy. It has week numbers and tear offs for past weeks. It is a good size and has slots at 15 minute increments. Great for the hairdressing industry.

I’ve used the 2015-2017 planner all year and it’s been perfect for me at home and the price was right. The daily squares are large enough to write in my appointments and each month has a space for notes.

It’s got several pages in the back for notes & another section for websites and email addresses. There is also a mortgage interest table and metric conversions. I’m reordering for next year only in the next smaller size as my hands are becoming more arthritic so I’m having a hard time handling this large one.

I bought this to use for my daily appointments and couldn’t be happier. It’s great for daily appointments. It has one page per day with half hour increments from 7:00AM to 7:30PM. The outside covers are plain and don’t have the visual asthetics of the more expensive day planners.

However, I’m satisfied because my priority is the page layout and overall usefulness, not the cover design.

Like: Very sturdy heavy card-stock paper cover. Good-sized, but not too large. Spiral bound. Have large calendar-type two page spread and then additional pages with lined space for writing extra. Paper pages are also a thicker paper—not flimsy.

Each month has a clear-wrapped tab with month name; allowing quick finds. And the sharp bright cover. Dislikes: This is not really a dislike, but the extra pages for Contacts and Passwords were really not needs for me.

Price is not worth for its limited features. First of all, the lines & minutes are very light, so it’s a “blur” between each hour. Secondly, there needs to be more space for writing notes before and after each month.

Tried to get a medium sized of same brand, but features were visually unpleasant. Hour/minutes are not bold enough. Wish the first day of each month would start on the new month, instead of one day of last month.

Disorienting. I’ve seen better but it’s all Staples had of what I needed the most.

I love this planner/appointment book. It is the only one that will work for me and the job that I do. It has full columns for both Saturday and Sunday, as well as a column for notes. I work seven days a week.

All the other planners have a partial column for Saturday and a tiny space for Sundays. Too bad I have to search so hard for it. This year I had to order it online from Staples because I couldn’t find it in the store.

Call me Habitual because it fits. I have been using this yearly model weekly planner since forever. Being old school and no cell phone, I still use a manual planner and only write in pencil because plans change and all I have to do is erase and re-enter.

My wife has a cell phone and a manual planner. What does she use the most for her appointments? Manual planner.

Helps organize and review how you spend your time from one year to the next. Used this brand for years. I have never kept a schedule on my phone. I find this superior. Unless you toss into the ocean you wont loose your data.

Have used this appointment book for the last 25 years. Have my brother and sister-in-law using them also. I actually get them for them every year for Christmas !! If you go by 15 min. appointments this is what you need !!Best ever Dayminder Appointment Book perfect size !! At a Glance G100-00.

This is literally the ONLY planner on the planet with this format, I buy it every year!! Wire spiral bound so it lays flat when open, week at a glance, which is how my brain organizes my week, and large squares for each day with space to actually write in the meeting title and some notes, and Most importantly, the days have the times listed! I have meetings all day long and it keeps them neat and organized since the format is preprinted with all the times of the business day, 8am-6pm.

My only wish was that they made this in more than just basic business color scheme/design. There are so many great new designs available for other planners, but they all lack these essential features so I always go back to this one.

This brand does not offer the same features in one book any longer. I’ve used this brand exclusively for nearly 40 years except for last 5 years. Paper is thin and cover is l looking shabby after only 4 months of use.

No tear-off tabs to mark used pages makes it difficult to open to the current week. I’ve been cutting the page ends to flip the date I’m on. Book is thin and I lose sight of it often. The fact that it only comes in black doesn’t help at all.

I will not purchase this again.

Manufacturer has changed content over the years. No more multi-year calendar in front, no more tabs to separate each month, Times on each daily listing range from 8:00 a. m. to 5:00 p. m. but competitive products range from 7:00 a.

m. to 700 p. m. which is more realistic. The product itself used to be available with a hard bound cover which really held up well if you carried it with you. That model also permitted annual inserts which cost about the same as this newer model.

Overall, same price for a lesser valued product but it does function.
