20 Best Timing For Yoga (2022 Updated)

I’ve sporadically used blocks and a strap over the years, but someone made a comment about changing the way we think of them that sparked an “a-ha!” moment for me. After tearing my hamstring, most poses are difficult and I thought it would take me a long time to be able to do something like king pigeon w/ forward fold, if I ever could.

Using blocks has eased me into the poses, but most importantly helped me stay in alignment as my body learns how to get into these poses again. Love these blocks & strap for use in my practice! Keep away from cats though; my fur babies see them as chew toys.

These are the same as the blue or purple foam blocks yoga studios normally use. They are good quality foam, soft on the tailbone but firm and steady for weight-bearing. I had a cork block once, and I found it too hard on my back and pretty heavy to tote around.

I later bought some foam blocks at a discount store, and that was a big mistake; those had mushy, poor quality foam that didn’t bear my weight well and were too narrow in width to be of much use. These are the size and firmness one would expect in a good foam block.

The only difference is the funky marble pattern. I was sick of the blue and purple ones, and I wanted something to coordinate with my red mat. These look cool.

I bought two blue [brand:gaiam] yoga bricks so I could work on yoga poses at home during the pandemic. I went with the [brand:gaiam] brand because I already had their yoga mat, yoga tote, yoga socks and yoga gloves, so they seemed like a solid brand that would also make good yoga blocks.

They are good quality bricks made out of sturdy foam. They give me stability when used in so many poses, so I can certainly trust them more than I can trust my balance or knowledge of poses. My only quibble is that I have gouged and scratched them with my nails, but they’re made out of foam, not concrete.

I definitely recommend if you’re looking for more stability in your yoga practice. #yoga #workout #fitness.

I never write reviews, but must clear something up here. This is an EXCELLENT yoga dvd “for beginners. ” It’s not intended for one desiring a faster/challenging program (though portions still challenge me).

I’ve tried many programs over nearly 10 years.

The instruction on the video is the best Ive found so far, and I have bought a lot of workout tapes and DVDs. Her voice is easy to listen to, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow, and the pace is perfect.

I’ve had other beginner programs and this is the first one Im sticking with. The Getting Started routines have been a good starting point. The Sun Salutation is my favorite right now. This beginner version gives you modifications and moves at a good learning pace.

With so many routines on this DVD, I know I’ll be using it for a long time.

Very good video showing basic to more difficult positions. I shall get much good use from it. The lady that is used to demonstrate the positions is amazingly flexible compared to me, I sometimes wish they would put someone less flexible with her on the platform so I can see them struggle like me, ha ha.

I got this originally in a small and in gray and liked it, but the bottom started to ride up on me after I washed it and I was always having to tug it down to keep it from being bunched up around my natural waistline.

I love the built-in bra aspect however, and decided to get the black in medium. I regret it because the medium didn’t make it any longer (at least not enough to solve the tugging problem), but it did make it broader across the chest, so now it digs into my armpits.

After wearing for a day I usually have red marks at the front of my armpits. I do love the thickness of the material and the slight padding in the bra. The padding is sewn in place so I don’t have to worry about them shifting during washing.

It’s not enough to add to my chest, but thick enough to cover up nipples. For reference I’m 5’7” 120 lbs, 36A. I’m obviously very small chested so maybe if you have more chest they would pull it away from armpits.

I’m other words, buy your regular size but be aware you will be tugging it down.

I have been looking for a workout top like this for years!!! I think I may have found it. I am truly over the moon with this top!!! The last one I had like this was made by NUX and I couldn’t seem to find anything close to it and now here it is.

The material, the comfort and most of all how it covers you on the side. It is true perfection. I ordered six more and stocked up. I think that these will last for some time! Now that I’ve actually worn it, here’s what I found to be the difference: I wish they had adjustable straps since I’m on the petite side and don’t like that I have to keep adjusting them/pulling them up since I’m short from my neck to my bust area.

I ordered smalls and an xsmall to compare. The x-small was the perfect strap height for my torso, but too small body wise on me. It fit. just uncomfortable. The small absolutely perfect but the straps are a little too long on me.

This is why it would be nice to adjust the straps. Also, in my personal opinion, I would definitely like to see more spandex spun into it. I’m the kind of woman who likes to step into her workout camisole — not the “mud wrestle/fight over the head method” of putting it on.

That’s a workout in itself!!! So when there’s a lot of spandex and you have that type of material, it has a lot of memory to it and seams don’t “pop” and the top just lasts forever, straps don’t stretch out, they launder well.

This is really a close runner up to that kind of material but not quite there. It’s still a great top and I especially like the coverage on the sides! Maybe because I’m always tugging and pulling up??? The style of the thinner straps makes it super cute as well! Sellers, you have to keep in mind, not just teens, 20 year olds, 30’s, and 40’s like to work out.

Us 50 year olds are the new 30’s and we too like to look good. However, not so riske! We too like to look good, but don’t need too show the “FARM”! Thank you CRZ for making such a great workout/yoga top! Your new biggest fan 🙂 Please consider making the straps adjustable.

The fabric and style is surprisingly nice for such an affordable price! I ordered a medium which is an 8/10, I am usually a small (or 6) in tops/tanks, however built in bras are usually too tight in a small.

I am a 32dd, 26 waist, 39 hips, 125lbs. The bra part fits good, but the band is borderline too big (would be perfect for a 34 band). The bra fits, but not tight enough for too much activity, so basic walking/stair master/yoga (no running or jumping).

The rest of the tank is fitted but not skin tight, it is still clingy enough to show my waist/curve, which I like. I think I small would work too if I wanted something tight tight/better compression up top.

Length is slightly long on me (5’2″) but that is normal. Basically identical to the lululemon ebb to street tank, *which I have – the lululemon 6 is perfect the 4 is way too small on my chest* Hope this helps!.

I started this book in 1993. Have never went to a class because it isn’t needed. Doing at my home daily on my time. Remember, your body is your clock and medicine chest. You do only what you can do in your own time.

As you proceed daily you will gradually get to the post you can do everything. Never strain. Go easy and keep faithful. After doing this I can also do asanas in other books. Everything just follows suit.

Keep going and never discourage. It’s not difficult.

When I sprained my neck (really bad fall from a horse) nearly 40 years ago, I started using this book as part of my long-term rehabilitation program. Day one was pretty easy so it encouraged me to go to day two.

By the end of the month, the most difficult exercises at the end of the book were easy and made sense. Things I learned from the book have stayed with me my whole life and many of the exercises in the book are part of my daily routine.

The fact that I am still riding jumpers at age 66 is due in no small part to having had this book in my toolkit. When a friend’s dog ate my original copy, there was no doubt or hesitation about replacing this must-have book.

I bought my first copy of this book in the late 70s and gave it to a friend a few years later. since then I have given away five copies to friends who all have used it to learn the benefits of Yoga. This book presents a stress free, simple way to learn techniques that will keep a person physically and mentally fit for life.

I’m now 70 and ski double black diamonds. I credit this book for making that possible.

I’ve been through 4 different stopwatches and decided to try this brand. It is durable, easy to use, easy to read display. The most important factor was really durability. I travel with my stopwatch for training purposes, and every one of my previous stopwatches came back non-functional.

This stopwatch has been able to wear daily use and traveling. I’m not that hard on my stopwatches, and I don’t throw them around. I have packed my other stopwatches inside a protective case, and they just didn’t work when I returned from my trip.

Anyway, this stopwatch has passed the test for me. Great product!.

My experience when used that the start and stop button response a little stiff and sticks sometimes. This is a problem because I measure efforts within tenths and hundreds of a second. Need to spend more money for a good timer.

I found this to be easy to use, and when we calibrated it against our GPS standard, it was well within our 30 seconds per month requirement. The only thing that was a little confusing was that pushing the mode button toggles between two screens, both of which have the word ‘stopwatch’ displayed in the upper left corner.

We figured out that it’s only REALLY in stopwatch mode when the word is flashing.

I’m 5’6”, 32B and wear XS/2 in tops. In Lulu I always wear a size 4, except for the Power Y, which has always been too small, and the 6 too large. THIS tank in a Small fits me perfectly, and the material is great.

It’s probably a tiny bit shorter than the Power Y, but hits exactly right. I have a long torso though – if you are normally proportioned and below 5’4” or so, this may be too long for you. One thing I DON’T like about this shirt is that the neckline is unfinished.

The sports bra and tank are only connected at the very edge of the neckline where they meet, meaning there isn’t any piping/edging/stitching (sorry, don’t know the right terminology) to stop the seams that are part of the sports bra on the inside from curling out so they’re visible, right at the center of the neckline (on the inside, the two seams run down the middle of the sports bra, about an inch apart, to help keep the cups in place).

In the black color it’s not too too bad, but it does look kind of cheap and wrong. Since the Power Y isn’t an option for me, I’m trying to decide whether I can live with this, or if it’s going to drive me crazy to see the beginning of the inside of the sports bra every time I look down at the neckline or in the mirror.

I took pics of the CRZ tank (black) held up against a Power Y (light grey stripe), to try to show what I meant about the sports bra not being fully stitched into the INSIDE of the shirt, but I’m not seeing where to upload them.

Will edit if I figure it out. Hope this helps anyway.

I tried this in a Large (12) and XL (14). I’m 36A-34-41 and 5’9″. The L seems to fit me best because I didn’t want a tight compression fit, and the length covers my bottom, which is what I was looking for.

I wish the straps were adjustable because I’m a little tall for the fit: the bra sits a tiny bit higher than I’d like, and the straps are little tighter than I want them to be. Strangely though, the bottom of the Large is a bit loose and puckers on my 41″ hips.

I expect a compression top to be a bit snug. The XL was better for my height, but the rest of the top was much too loose at that size. I found the bra pads to be little lighter/thinner than what I usually get from Jockey Modern Micro Seamfree Cami Strap Bralette (I usually wear an XL in those for a comfortable bralette), but these are ok.

I also would have liked the armpit area to be a bit higher to conceal any bulges. Oh well, not perfect, but sufficient. I misread a review that mentioned cotton and didn’t realize that this is not made of cotton.

It’s soft and comfortable though, but the material is much thicker than I expected. I hope my review helps you! I always find it difficult to shop online because of sizing and misleading pictures hehe 😛 And big thank you to everyone who wrote reviews to help the rest of us out! Happy holidays :).

I was beyond pleased with these tops. I usually buy from Lorna Jane or Alo Yoga and I thought I’d save my wallet and give these a try. I purchased a few options from Amazon and these yoga tops were by far my favorite.

The fit was nice and snug, the quality feels like Alo Yoga (that says a lot !!!), very comfortable and they are super cute. I had to order more. I can get 3-4 for the price of one and the usual brands I buy from! They are extra long FYI, which gives it that Yoga top look.

So the hem ends below the hip bones. I’m 5’ 5” 115lbs and 34B-C and ordered an XS (0/2). They fit so perfect! I rarely rave or leave reviews, but i had to say something because these tops exceeded my expectations.

I use this book for yoga teacher training program. I prefer spiral bound books when it comes to thick books. Happy that I came across Layitflat. I had a concern that was instantly resolved. Wonderful customer service and they stand behind their work.

It’s a great resource for yoga teachers of all levels with loads of sequence options and useful information. My only struggle is the use of Sanskrit throughout, which for a beginner makes it hard to reference the pose needed.

I definitely want to learn the Sanskrit as well but would be useful to help the learning process by referencing the poses in English and Sanskrit terms.

Arrived quickly. About the size of a school textbook. Lots of information! Perfect for any yogi or yogini!

It was in good condition however the version of the book wasn’t the one shown in the picture. Just would like to be clarified of that next time. Otherwise good purchase!

Clear instructions and information, with very good adjustments. Demonstration photos clear and easy to understand. Great book to work with.

I’m not new to yoga, but I am new to Ashtanga. Having full page photos of each asana, with alternate modifications as well, is extremely helpful. I chose the spiral bound edition, so that I can keep it open on a stand next to me as I pose.

Everything is in order and there is also an index to help you find what you need quickly.

Right size for me at 5 foot 5 inches. Core strengthening seated plus low back stretching prone position and ball filled to hard

This ball feels very sturdy. I have had several other balls develop leaks over time. This one feels like it will last. One draw back. The surface is very squeaky and has a lot of friction if you are rolling on it.

Very durable, but my arm got tired from inflating it, next time I will get one with a foot inflater. Great for exercise, does not roll out from under you.

I just wanted a basic stopwatch. no bells or whistles. This is just the ticket. Fits nicely in my palm with thumb on start/stop, index finger on split/reset, and there you go. When not timing, the normal time function and day of the week are displayed, and there is an alarm feature if you want it.

I love it :).

needed it to time some lines for a radio broadcast. Worked perfectly.

When I received the runner it was missing the bar that the screen attached to. They immediately sent a replacement piece which was awesome but the replacement bar didn’t quite fit the predrilled holes.

I tried loosening everything up and wiggling it around to make it fit but just ended up making the hole a little bigger with a drill. I’ve only ran on it a few times but so far so good. It’s smooth and seems sturdy.

Customer Service was awesome and it’s besides the hole not lining up it’s super simple to assemble.

It rattles a little, had some rubbing with the belt on the underside of the plastic cowling. I had to cut the plastic down to fix it. I do get shocked everytime I get off the runner. Overall I’m still happy with it especially for the price.

It works well but does have a few things left to be desired, especially when it comes to the monitor. If I was stocking for my gym I would probably get something better but for my own home use it fits the bill.

It takes a couple times to get the correct form but once you figure it out this is such a smooth and easy machine. Crank the resistance up and you really have to work like you are doing hill climbs or pushing a sled.

So far this is way better than a motor controlling your speed. You want to go faster or slower you just move your stride like you do on the field. Thanks Tru Grit!.

Meh. After inflating the ball, there is a plug to keep the air in. I expected that with enough pushing, I could get the plug to be flush with the ball. No such luck. So now I have an exercise ball that will poke into me if I don’t align it perfectly during use.

Oh, and it took 3 weeks to get the item from when I ordered it. Won’t be ordering again from this vendor and unfortunately I do not recommend the (cheaply made) item.

Love This Mini Pilates Ball. First off, The Colors are Amazing. Love that you can pick to match your personality! I can easily take this with me anywhere and everywhere, it comes in a handy mesh bag.

The material is very durable, I have already ordered 3 more! One for each person in my family, so we can work out together.

I have been using the mini exercise ball now for a couple weeks. I find the ball is helpful when I am doing my leg lifts and sit ups. I did have to ask how much I should inflate the ball and received the response that it should be filled as much or as little as I desire.

I also learned the fuller the ball, the higher the difficulty was so, I have mine inflated in the softer side. I appreciate the carrying bag so I can keep everything together and look forward to increasing my uses for the mini exercise ball in my workout.

I purchased these shorts in a size small in the color Lunar Rock. The color is very nice and it a darker, browner shade of gray. I usually wear a small in shorts; however, the leg holes were quite big for my legs.

I also would size down if you do not have a larger backside. Yet, the waistband fit perfectly. Overall, I definitely believe these are worth the purchase and they will make great running shorts. They are also very comfy and live up to their quick drying reputation.

These shorts are amazing!! I bought one pair of the lululemon find your pace shorts a couple months ago and ever since have wanted a second pair. They are always annoyingly out of stock so I started looking elsewhere for comparable alternatives.

These did not disappoint!!! The quality of the material is incredible and you can’t beat the price! Did a 6 mile run in these shorts this morning and was so comfortable in them!! I highly recommend this brand and I will no longer be looking for a restock of those lululemon shorts!.

I like these shorts & am an avid runner. Great material & a side zip for a key. I debated size after reading many reviews & measured myself base on guideline. I’m 5’4” 120 lb 48 yrs old. Small in colors were too big.

Black ran smaller so we’re fine. Colors I should of ordered size XS. One thing important to note is body type. No one else mentioned. A lot say underpants too tight or thighs too tight. I measured a size medium on waist & my hips/thighs were not on scale as I measured much smaller than an XS.

I have no butt or thighs. I am more a guy build as I have no waist. That being said, my waistline fit fine in size small & would like an XS size in all colored shorts. They sit low so if you want them above or near your belly button, these are not for you! Very comfortable & I love the detail stitching around the bottom, it makes it appear as I have some bottom.

Colour: WhiteDesign: Single This watch looks really good. It is stylish and looks like a proper watch on your wrist. The strap is soft and comfortable and has a quality feel. This is what I was looking for in replacing my, now defunct, Garmin.

So, if like me, you are more into classical analog looks, this is a good choice. Setting the watch up was really easy, which was a pleasant change from experiences of trying to set up my wifes new band.

The phone app is also easy to use and provides all the information I am looking for. I particularly like the way it gives you a sleep score. You can look at the sleep pattern data if you want, but the score is easier and more impactful.

Also preferable to my old Garmin, is that I can get all the information I need displayed on the phone with a push of one button – I had to go to the phone app for that information on my Garmin. Battery life, although still early days, looks really good.

It is showing 99% charge after over a week, whereas my wife has to charge her band every two to three days. The watch vibrates and displays texts as a kind of ticker tape on the small screen, which I have used on a couple of occasions.

Its not what I bought the watch for, so the limitations of that dont bother me. However, if you are looking for a smart watch which can do much of the stuff your smartphone can do, this is probably not the one for you.

If, like me, you want to track your fitness activities in an easy to use way and dont want too many other distractions or complications, then this is definitely one to consider.

I am extremely pleased with this smart watch by Withings! One of the best features of this is the analog watch face, as it looks like a regular analog watch but with all the capabilities of a smart watch.

Thus, it looks really great dressed up for work while still transitioning well to an activity tracker after work. I like that this is slim and not bulky, making it very comfortable to wear. My favorite feature is the silent alarm, as I can set an alarm to wake in the morning and it vibrates to wake me.

This way there is no noise to wake my partner. I am also super impressed with the battery life of this. I can go a few days without charging it. It is super easy to set this watch up and the app is really helpful in tracking my activity.

You can set daily fitness goals and this watch will let you know how close you are to achieving them. It’s been almost a competition with myself to see how many days I can go meeting my fitness goals.

Along with fitness goals, this smart watch automatically senses when you are doing certain exercises like walking or running, so that even if you don’t start a workout, it will record the data. I really love this feature! I really also love the silicone strap, as it holds up well to sweaty workouts but is super comfortable to wear 24/7.

If you’re looking for a quality watch that mixes the best of a smart watch and analog watch, then look no further. This smart watch has the best of both worlds with really amazing tech and a super classy and functional design.

If you are looking for a fitness tracker that looks like a regular watch, this is the one for you. The Steel HR Sport has a sporty look but it is not bulky or awkward to wear. I like it because it is not obvious it is a fitness tracker because it just looks like a watch with its analog display.

The display is pretty slim and thin with a matte black finish. I own some watches that are quite heavy and in comparison, this tracker is quite light. I forget I am wearing it. There is on button on the right side of the face display to perform all the functions.

And the tracker can be worn underwater to 40M below. While I have no plans to go underwater with this tracker, it’s good to know I can get it wet from rain or snow with no worries. A soft silicone strap/band feels comfortable on my wrist.

The LED display is easy to see with a step counter at the bottom of the display (which also shows your progress toward your daily goal). So, this tracker can track activities like running, walking or swimming but it can also track other types of activities like yoga which is very cool.

There is also this feature that can track your oxygen consumption during your fitness activity using a GPS through your smartphone. I Am not sure how accurate this feature is but it is a nifty feature that at the very least, it can ballpark how your oxygen is.

Other readings include a heart rate monitor, step and calorie counting. Sleep tracking is an interesting feature and seems quite accurate for me personally. I do not have a lot of experience with fitness trackers but I have been super impressed with this one.

The battery life is fantastic. I keep thinking I need to charge it but I don’t. Days and days go by but it still doesn’t need a charge. It is said that the battery doesn’t need charging for at least 25 days.

I have not had this tracker long enough to confirm that point but I would not be surprised at all based on the performance so far. Overall, I think this is a pretty awesome fitness tracker/watch (yes, it tells the time) and would make an excellent gift for Christmas for anyone looking to get in shape or just to have a better understanding of how one sleeps or how much exercise you are getting on a daily basis.

I know wearing it motivates me to move.

I’ve used both the standard gymboss with alternating interval timing and the more complex mini-max which has a confusing multiplicity of functions but once you work it out it’s brilliant. It is robust and functional.

I have two negative observations. 1. The time of day clock doesn’t keep accurate time. It needs adjusting regularly. 2. I bought the wrist strap because the clip was unreliable and I kept nearly losing the gymboss.

The wrist strap is excellent for keeping the timer out of the way while exercising (although it gets in the way if you are lifting weights) but several times when I have knocked my hand the interval time has come off the strap.

The little plastic tang that keeps the interval time attached to the strap is not up to the job.

I used a “hard” version of this timer for 3 years before I got moisture in it and the digital part got all screwed up. Note: that they are not waterproof! In my case, I wore it out in misty weather and the humidity affected it.

Anyway I worn this soft replacement one several times now. I love it for doing interval training when running because I am able to change the interval duration while I am running. (You have to stop and reset it, but to do it on my GPS watch requires me to completely stop the run and start over).

The numbers are very easy to read and both the sound and vibration are easily heard and felt. I have a Velcro Gymboss wristband that I attach it to and wear it like a watch. I, also, bought a plastic cover to make sure that no water gets inside of this one.

I do not do any training runs or races over 6 miles without wearing this. It’s a little bulky, but it doesn’t bother me at all when wearing it.

Great Little Timer, I use this to time my kettle bell interval training. Setting up the intervals or rounds of intervals can be a little confusing however there are several great YouTube videos that helped me.

The timer has both audible beeps or vibration to time the intervals. I use the vibrate and it vibrates intense enough to feel it. I clip the timer on my waistband. I highly recommend this timer if you do interval training or any activities that require timing.

There is a real disappointment regarding the purchase. The problem comes from the touchpad and fingerprint reader of the laptop I bought (yoga 9i, 14 inch). I really would like to know why the GENIUS designer design the things in this way: the touchpad and fingerprint reader are totally flat.

I mean there is no notch (height difference) for your finger to distinguish the periphery of the touchpad and fingerprint reader. This really gives a really greasy rather than a comfortable and neat feeling for those people who really use the touchpad (I think it is designed for convenience rather than as a decoration).

When you are typing and watching the screen, it is really hard for your finger to practice the accurate left and right clicks on the touchpad, especially for some complex operations such as copying, pasting and moving an object.

And the sticker to locate the fingerprint reader should not be removed since then it becomes very hard for your finger to touch the reader accurately, and the speed and accuracy of fingerprint recognition are thus bad.

For a user like me who is heavily relying on the touchpad, this really hinders my efficiency and comfort substantially. This is the first time I see this design. I am now getting used to this but I think the traditional design of touchpad and fingerprint designers with notches are REASONABLE and there is really no reason to change things in this way, which in my opinion is ANTI-ERGONOMICS.

Any feedback and comments are welcomed and I am curious about the inspiration of this design and whether I am the only one who thinks the operation experience is not good. I will continuously support Lenovo since it has provided me with a lot of wonderful devices over the years, while I really would like to help improve the design of this Yoga 9i product by participating in the discussion of the reasons behind the design of touchpad and fingerprint reader, if possible.

I have been stalling on buying a new laptop for a few months because I couldn’t find the right machine with the right features at the right price. Then I got an email from Lenovo with a link to a sale and that all changed.

Fast Processer – check, USB-C charging – check, 2-n-1 – check, 1080p with a brilliant touch screen – check, sleek design – check, aluminum case – check, in-stock and ready to ship – check! So I pulled the trigger and it was delivered several days ahead of schedule in less than a week.

As with any new tech toy, it takes a little time to get used to the features. The biggest surprise was how well the handwriting recognition works with the included/docked pen. I can scribble in the box and it generally knows what I intend.

This makes using the machine in tablet mode a very user friendly device. Speed is not an issue with the included CPU and 8GB of memory. WiFi6 is a nice addition and since my home network can support the connection speed, backups to local network storage are quick and efficient.

The screen is beautiful. I opted for 1080p vs 4k because at 14″, the pixels are already small enough! The extra money for a 4K would be wasted. The leather cover is a really nice touch. It has a great feel and steps this device up from a toy to something elegant.

Battery life is good and it charges quickly with the included 65W USB-C charger. I may add a single-cabled dock so I can easily use it with my desktop monitor keyboard and mouse. One cable for everything is very convenient.

It’s also very quiet and doesn’t seem to get as hot as other laptops that I have used. The only complaints I have are these: It came pre-loaded with Win10 and the immediate upgrade to Win11 took many hours – seems like it could have shipped with Win11 from the factory.

The camera doesn’t work with Windows Hello. The touchpad and fingerprint reader need a more pronounced edge – they are impossible to see if the ambient light is low. The Pen could be a little bigger in diameter and perhaps have a larger battery.

I’ve had the Yoga 9i for a little over two months now, and it’s an amazing laptop, to say the least. For starters, it’s beautiful. I love the leather cover, speaker design, and fully glass touchpad area.

It feels like it weighs almost nothing when carrying it in my bag and is small enough to use in the car when I’m out and about without turning myself into an origami work of art when trying to type. The battery life is phenomenal, and most of the time, I leave the house without my charging cable.

I’ve yet to get even close to running out of juice when away from home. The video quality for zoom calls is more than passable, and I love that it has a built-in camera cover. Sound quality is top-notch, and I can’t believe that no one else has thought of designing it in the same way.

All that said, it isn’t perfect. The keyboard is comfortable and spacious, but I would like more ‘clickability’ in the keys. Sometimes they feel sort of soft, or maybe I just enjoy hearing that ‘click clack’ sound when I type.

Also, the touchpad is overly sensitive, in my opinion, sometimes resulting in unwanted onscreen actions taking place, and I still haven’t discovered a way to reduce the sensitivity to an acceptable level.

(Like many of us out there, I’ve become a lazy typist over the years, resting my hands on the trackpad area when they should be raised. As a result of the trackpad sensitivity, you’ll have no choice but to type correctly on this laptop.

I’m complaining, but I’m actually typing the way I should now. ) Finally, this laptop doesn’t support Windows Hello and uses a fingerprint reader instead. The fingerprint reader, up to this point, has been hit or miss.

It works about 65% of the time for me so far. Unfortunately, I have to leave my finger on the reader area for long periods (up to 10-15 sec in some cases) for it to work, if it works at all. None of the detractors I’ve mentioned are game breakers, but I think people should know about them before purchasing.

I’d still buy this laptop again in a heartbeat. For a portable laptop, it pretty much hits all areas I wanted to address: Long battery life, minimal footprint, reliability (we’ll see), business-appropriate appearance, lightweight, internally housed pen, and fast.

For business on the go, this is an amazing laptop.

I was able to assemble it without too much trouble. But now that I’m using it, it feels cramped and uncomfortable, like I’m trying to ride a child’s bicycle standing up. I’m not a big guy. I think the problem is that the stride length for this machine is just 11 inches, well below what is comfortable for most adults.

Maybe that’s just the price of compactness, but I posit that any piece of exercise equipment that isn’t enjoyable to use risks not being used at all. Making the stride adjustable—or selling alternative parts—would go a long way toward improving the experience.

I spent hours putting together which I was expecting but when I got on it I could Barry get it to move. I checked the manual and had to remove cover off and adjust a bolt controlling the magnets. I put it back together and still so tight that a couple of minutes was all I could satay on it.

Took it back apart and adjusted as much as it would go and it’s better. The distance meter shows I’ve gone a half mile in 5 minutes and I can promise you I’m not in that kind of shape. So I’ve got up to a mile but that all I want.

Oh and the tension knobs was set on lowest setting when I put it together. Any advise would be appreciated.

Bought these for running and wear them 4+ times a week. I like the pockets. Haven’t tried to put anything in the one on the back because idk how secure it would be, but side pockets are deep and things stay in place.

Even with both pockets full the shorts don’t slide down. I find these very high waisted (long torso and they come just over my bellybutton. ) Not my favorite but it’s not so bad. I don’t really notice it when I’m running, more when I’m stretching/sitting/wearing them casually.

The only thing I don’t like about these is that the material makes noise. My thighs rub together when I run (the whole reason for buying these) and they make a kind of squeaking sound from the fabric brushing together.

It’s not super loud, but I always feel a little weird. -1 star for that.

I tried these on in store and immediately fell in love. They are so, so soft and comfortable. They’re straight up buttery good. Size wise, they fit pretty true to size. I typically wear a small or 4/6 in pants — I tried both a small and medium on in store and ended up going with a medium.

For me personally, this is just because I don’t like anything too tight feeling, especially with an obvious tighter fit/fabric. Otherwise, the small would have been fine, too. Another huge plus for me is you can’t really see any undie line! The fabric is thick enough for me to feel comfortable because again, of how sculpting the fit/fabric is of this style of short.

So I have not tried to exercise in these and probably won’t; they might be ok for yoga or light biking. HOWEVER, these are the comfiest, cutest, most functional lounge shorts I have ever had. I tried them on when they arrived and literally did not take them off for the entire day.

The pockets are wide and deep, the thighs are not too constricting and they don’t ride up. I never knew what ‘buttery smooth’ was until these shorts came into my life. I would not say they have much compression, so you might go for a different short if that is what you are looking for.

Plus, the blue pattern is fun and interesting without being too loud. My roommates complimented me on them and are now buying pairs themselves, and I am thinking of getting a second pair! GREAT SHORTS! WOULD RECOMMEND!.
