20 Best Tinted Moisturizer Target (2022 Updated)

I’ve been using this product for many years, and I keep buying it because I like it better than anything else. I’m somewhat fair (with coolish skin tones) and the 05 Natural seems the best for me so I’ve always stuck with that tint.

I have never liked and basically never worn foundation, but this product is different. It is nicely moisturizing, has SPF 30, and a very slight tint to smooth out your complexion and color and it somewhat hides reddish areas and spots.

At 72 I have pretty good skin and barely any wrinkles, so I’m not sure how the product would be on older more wrinkled or sun damaged skin. I have stayed out of the sun my whole life and at my current age, that has paid off! Complexion Rescue gives a light bit of coverage without ever looking like you have anything on your skin, so I love that.

After it is on, my skin feels soft and non-greasy, like freshly washed skin. It holds up all day long, even in our California heat. I recently got testers from a couple of Chanel foundation products, also one from MAC, and I really didn’t see that they added anything that this Complexion Rescue doesn’t already do and I didn’t like how my skin felt after putting them on.

I use various moisturizing products prior to putting this product on at the end, and since I don’t really have oily skin any more all these products work well together. I use a tiny dot of product on each cheek and I use this daily, but surprisingly the tub lasts nearly a year.

It is buildable if you think you need more than one layer, but I’ve never used more than one application. I think for many people younger than I am, it would probably be fine without any added moisturizers under it.

Fabulous and affordable product, I hope it never gets discontinued.

I have dry acne-prone skin and have been using this since I can remember. I always ensure I have an extra tube of Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer in the shade Vanilla before one bottle runs out.

That is how lovely the product is. I love that you can apply it to bare skin with just sunscreen on it first. Although it has SPF, I still love adding SPF as a backup every day 365 days a year to be safe instead of relying on make-up for my SPF.

I love products like Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue Tinted Moisturizer because it has buildable coverage. You can really blend it into your skin for a lovely sheer wash of color as a base even using your fingers or a sponge as a tint that feels soothing to the skin or to layer it for medium coverage.

If it’s too dewy for your liking, you can add powder without it ever looking cakey. I love how this product is buildable with even powder products. I do recommend a setting spray or even just a hydrating mist to go over the powders to blend them in, but it layers in such a lovely manner.

Remember that light reflects light so if you have some texture, this is a mineral-tinted foundation and a blurring softening setting powder may look nice over it or not so long as you don’t rub it all over the under-eye area.

I can give you tips for using this, but it’s my holy grail tinted moisturizer foundation because of its versatility and how easy it is to work with. I recommend adding some jojoba oil onto the face if you’re super dry or prepping it with a hydrating water moisturizer, but this is a product for beginners and experts alike.

I highly recommend it. I have 2 bottles of it currently. and photos will be coming asap. any questions, ask away. I have not found an exact dupe for THIS at all, but the less pigment, the less texture, scarring, acne, and dryness it has to cling to.

Keep that in mind when building most tints up. However, I must say that I have never seen this foundation cake up on my dry skin even when I build it up which makes it all the more unique. If you like a nourishing gel moisturizer, you will love this! It definitely is a foundation, but with added skin benefits.

It’s been around for years for a reason and will not be going away any time soon because it’s so stunning on every skin type imaginable!.

This is my mainstay; I keep trying other products (in search of more SPF) but none of them perform as well as this. The light coverage is perfect for me and while it gives a dewey look, it doesn’t look too greasy (unless you put a heavy moisturizer underneath, which doesn’t work well).

I have normal-ish/sometimes dry skin and this work great, it even covers the redness and pimples I get sometimes. The reason I love this so much is because it has the SPF protection, which saves me a layer in my AM skin routine when I use it.

I like that it has light coverage, it looks like my real skin. Beware as others have stated is doesn’t play well with some other products and sometimes pills. It does work well with my AM Vitamin C serum or my Clinique serum as a base, but you have to let them soak in a bit (just a few minutes) before putting this on top; then they work great together.

I found that the only times I’ve have pilling issues with this is when I use a heavier moisturizer like my Youth To The People Adaptogen cream (which makes sense because this is already a moisturizer) so I make sure not to use them together.

The truth is you don’t really need it because this provides plenty of all-day moisture (at least for my usually thirsty skin). All in all this is my go to for everyday wear. If I need more coverage I use this plus the Bare Minerals powder.

I also use the Ilia tinted face serum which is similar to this but a bit more oily/dewey, a bit more SPF, and a bit more coverage if I’m going out for a long time on a really sunny day – but I keep coming back to this because it just works.

One tip – apply with your fingers rather than a brush or a sponge – the coverage is better and it absorbs into your skin more quickly.

so at first I didn’t like it. I put it on and it was patchy, it pilled, it was too dark, just all out bad. but then I actually thought hey let’s not be dumb and put it on over other products (seeing as how this is actually intended to be an all in one product I thought maybe it might work better solo-it does) this product doesn’t play nice over serums or other moisturizers unfortunately but if you can part with wearing your vitamin c serum under it and skip all the other skincare this has a beautiful finish.

it has a light/medium shade to it and a rather neutral finish, it leans more medium than light however. so, if you’re anything other than that shade you won’t like this. its better for me in the summer when I’m a shade darker otherwise I need to use a self tanner to get it to match me, which I do because I love it.

unexpected benefit to this is that I have shockingly oily skin, like not just oily skin but straight up seborrhea skin condition type of oily. I dont know how but this actually gets me through the day without looking like I’m melting.

I do put a bunch of powder over it so that helps too but normally it doesn’t help MUCH so its definitely THIS stuff thats helping a lot. I can’t believe I dont look like a crazy person by noon with this on.

so amazing! it allows me to pat some concealer on over it where I want to and still looks nice or if I want I can just leave it alone for a no makeup look. I love that this is a sunscreen as I make it a point to wear one every day since my mom had melanoma, and a moisturizer in one albeit not a very moisturizing one but its fine for me since I’m so greasy.

I think if you have oily or combo skin in the medium skin tone range this would work for you quite well. I bought this during the 21 days of beauty so I got it half off but now I know ill keep buying it because its well worth the cost to me for what it does for my skin.

I have combination skin and a true medium skin tone (I’m South Asian). I used to have very acne-prone skin when I was younger, but now I just have some shallow scarring and redness around my face. Overall, I think this product absolutely delivered and worked so well for me.

SHADE: It’s so interesting that this is a one-size-fits-all product. It comes out of the tube looking greyish beige, but it blended in to my skin pretty well. It did look a little chalky as most tinted sunscreens will typically do.

COVERAGE: Excellent! It easily covered my shallow scars and evened out the red patches in my skin to the point where I used this for a week without any additional foundation on top! Obviously for full coverage you can add a foundation or powder on top.

WEAR ABILITY & FEEL: Also excellent. I tried this out during a week where we had temperature in the 90s as well as the 50s. My combination skin didn’t get oily at all and the coverage lasted throughout the day.

It’s so rare for me to find a product that doesn’t get me greasy with heat and humidity! Just a little bit of this product goes a long way. I would estimate that one tube would last me about 4-5 months of daily wear.

Unfortunately, by the end of the week my skin was drying out a little bit so I do recommend staying on top of your moisturizing routine if you plan to use this daily. Also, because the product has such little color, there was barely any transfer when I rubbed my face on a towel! CONS: Because this can get drying after a few uses, I don’t see myself actually reapplying this product to my face every two hours to keep on top of the SPF requirements.

I didn’t love that it was drying me out by Day 5, so I would probably add it into my rotation of foundations instead of using it as my sole foundation for the summer. The price point is really high as well.

Would I purchase this again? Probably not – but just because of the price point. I typically shop more in the drug store range. I absolutely recommend this product as it totally delivers on all of its promises, and if anyone wants to buy me another one as a gift I wouldn’t say no!.

I have used both the SPF 15 and this one as my foundation for about the last 15 years. I love how it melts into the skin, providing moisture and coverage with no white cast. I have light/medium skin and the product adjusts to match my tone perfectly.

It moisturizes without looking too shiny, and I never powder it. I would use the 15 in the winter and the 40 in the summer. Sad to see the 15 be discontinued, but this product is great. I know others criticize the consistency (it is thicker), but I honestly like the higher SPF this product offers.

I especially love that I have a moisturizer, an SPF and a foundation all in one. It is not hard to use the proper amount recommended for adequate sunscreen coverage as this product is not at all cakey or heavy.

I have tried many other tinted moisturizers, tinted sunscreens, BB and CC creams, and I always come back to this one. My only complaint is that Origins discontinued many of the other make-up products I used including the eye shadows and my all-time favorite Sugared Toffee lipstick.

I have never been able to replace it. Highly recommend this product and this brand.

If you don’t feel like reading then just skip down to the last paragraph & I’ll sum it up there. Otherwise here goes I. This review wouldn’t submit unless I unchecked the “No I wouldn’t recommend this to a friend” believe that? ANYTHING to try to skew the weight of negativity.

Smashbox (& many others) are NOTORIOUS for not ever creating or accommodating the people w/cool undertones in all their face products. I’ve never found a foundation (or foundation-type product) from Smashbox that I can wear because they’re ALWAYS too warm (yellow).

Even the “neutral” shades are much too yellow. Tarte, Too Faced, UD, Nars, Estée Lauder, IT, Huda, (the list is long) are all brands that I can’t wear because there isn’t a shade match for me. I can’t even “make it work even though I shouldn’t have to at this stage of our consumerism.

I’ve gotten to a point where I don’t ever approach a foundation line thinking, “oh gee, I’d like to try this, let me grab my shade,” no, I approach thinking, “let me humor myself (again) & see how close this line gets to a shade match, maybe I’ll get lucky & this time will be different.

” My friend said, “that’s really sad, bcz it’s no different from how people feel when a brand doesnt make shades deep enough – cough-cough Hourglass (& almost every other luxury brand out there). I wish there was a brand that came out with a line that offered those hard to find shades or undertones.

In all fairness though, the Pür 4 in 1 Love Your Selfie Foundation is the only high end foundation (that I have found) that has a PERFECT (Winter) shade match AND simultaneously love the formula too.

It’s nowhere near as difficult to match myself in the summer when I have a tan but I also don’t wear a lot of foundation in the summer. Most other high-end brands don’t make my winter shade which is a med-light to medium shade w/a truly cool (pink) undertone (not “peach” either! Peach is not cool, peach is peach!).

Many brands label or describe a shade as peach or having a peachy undertone & claim it’s a “cool undertone” & it’s just not! Peach is more for neutral skin, not cool. I’m just so tired of brands completely excluding the truly cool-pink undertones.

Having shades named or described as cool doesnt make it so. All exclusions at this point in time in the industry is unacceptable – it’s lazy neglect in my opinion. Although Smashbox doesn’t label any of their foundations as cool lol.

They’re all warm, neutral or olive. It’s a blatant exclusion but at least I don’t waste my time looking (& hoping) that I’ll find a match. Sadly, I’m actually grateful for this “backhanded favor. ” Can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked for my shade , only to realize that the one I had hopes for or thought MIGHT be a possibility, was named “cool bisque” (for example) & described as neutral w/a peach undertone or cool with pinky-neutral undertones & you swatch it & it looks like you smeared a streak of yellow paint on your hand or jawline }:( grrrrrr As usual I end up having to resort back to the ONLY brand that I’ve been able to count on for the past decade, that has always had shades (yes, plural) that are cool enough for my skin – it’s the “CoverGirl ‘Tru Blend’ line.

” It’s a very simple but STUNNING medium but buildable coverage foundation – very underrated & very inexpensive too (the original formula not the matte). I use shades M2 &/or M7 depending on time of year & &/or tan depth.

It reminds me a lot of that newer $5 Wet & Wild product, that “Tinted Hydration”. They’re very similar but not dupes. I like them both. Anyway, Smashbox’s foundation-type products suck bcz there’s never been a line to accommodate a cooler skin tone.

So they’re missing out bcz there are a lot of us!.

The consistency is very thick-not what I was expecting for a tinted moisturizer. I applied a pea sized amount (it goes a long way so that’s good) with a clean duo fiber stippling brush & buffed out the first day.

Surprisingly it was light feeling on the skin, set with a little powder & worked a 12 hour day. It definitely looked like my skin but better & held up as well as can be expected under a paper surgical mask doing a job that requires a lot of talking.

But when I washed it off for bedtime. holy baby whiteheads. On my forehead, cheeks, even a couple around my mouth area. I took a little extra time & care with my skincare that night & next morning & things were better.

So gave it a second go for a short 6 hour wear test. This time I went over it after buffing with a damp beauty blender to pick up any excess & make it a little lighter (this product can definitely give you medium+ coverage easily).

Washed it off that night. same issues with the whiteheads. My skin, which is pretty tolerant, apparently does not like this product, which is such a bummer because the light medium is spot on for my winter shade & golden tone and the thicker consistency actually felt good on my skin.

I really wish it worked for me.

I really wanted to love this product but was left underwhelmed by the results. It’s a fairly expensive tinted moisturizer at $34 and I find I regret spending the cash when there is many lower prized items that work much better.

I found it very streaky when applying it. I have combo dry skin and I did like the level off moisturizer it provided however I did find that it started separating and looking patchy half way though the day.

The shade worked well and blended into my skin tone nicely but the streakyness just ruined everything. I did not detect a strong spf fragrance which I liked. I tried using a sponge and it made the product super patchy, ir pilled up when I tried using my fingers so brush is best bet.

The product does have a beautiful glow but overall it just felt short off expectations. Maybe it’s just not working well with my other products and I need to try it with different products but when buying something pricy I expect it to play well with everything.

Overall ok just not worth the price. Was not amazed, safe your coin for something less finicky.

I have used this product in suede and in dune for years now. I tried dune when suede auto-delivery failed to deliver and have kept both on rotation in the hopes of at least getting one of them. I understand availability issues, but this was hard to get even before all the recent problems.

This bare minerals product is my favorite in their line and I have been a bare minerals user for years. It is gentle and not too greasy. It has medium coverage on me. I still have to use concealer on some of my redness, but my redness is really dark so this should work well on most people.

It does not feel like a mask and lets your skin breathe. I put the bare minerals medium beige matte powder foundation lightly over it for a more polished look for work. I have extremely sensitive skin and bare minerals addresses that beautifully.

However, I just got yet another delay which often ends up in a cancellation of my auto-delivery. My question is, how can I NOT get my product when QVC has the exact same product as a Beauty IQ Steal RIGHT NOW in my colors?? What is the point of auto-delivery if it does not deliver?? I am ordering the Beauty IQ Steal in order to get my delivery.

QVC really needs to take a look at their auto-delivery plans and the way they work, or do not work.

Everyone said this was a dude for the charlotte tilbury flawless filter so I rushed to grab it. I’m so glad I did because this stuff is incredible. It gives you a perfect glow that you can wear alone or under foundation.

I like to put a pinch of this on and a pinch of skin tint and blend them together and it gives me the perfect no makeup makeup base. I have combo oily skin and this doesn’t make me a oily mess and doesn’t dry out my skin.

This is perfect for all skin type and fraction of the charlotte tilbiry flawless filter. If you have been wanting to try the flawless filter and just can’t afford it I defiantly say run and get this.

You wont be disappointed.

I’ve been wanting to try this Lotion or Glowtion from the L’Oréal Lumi line for awhile now. I use and the original version as my foundation. And as you know getting that dewy, healthy glow can be harder to achieve when you use a powder foundation.

Fortunately, the Illumination CC powder does give me some radiance, but I’ve always wanted to try those highlighting drops ppl usually mix into their liquid foundations. Once I saw this I was dying to try it since I can add it into my SPF which lately I’ve been using.

Since the sunscreen is a light fluid it’s easy to mix or to apply this on top. I applied this on top of my SPF an even with the powder the glow showed through. It gives me a fresh natural glow, and also has some hydrating ingredients as well.

I do spoil myself with lipgloss. It’s completely out of character, but I trend toward super chapped lips, and lipgloss is as easy to put on as chapstick. Some lipglosses, like this one, outlast chapstick by a LOT.

Ok, here’s the rundown. Color: Sheer, shiny, and subtle. I like that! Some people don’t, and prefer more pigment. SPF: 20. And it works. My lips burn, so I feel like a good judge of these things. Feel: Wet smooth.

I really like the feel, and would compare it to Buxom, though of course it doesn’t tingle and it fortunately it isn’t nearly as sticky. In fact, I’d call it slippery. My SO still dubs me “Princess Sticky-Lips” when it’s on, though, so apparently it doesn’t feel as nice to smooch.

Durability: Magic. 🙂 I really like that part! It easily lasts as long as Buxom, if not longer, and it outlasts Soft Lips and the fruity Blistex chapsticks, my other two go-to SPF lip products, by leaps and bounds.

Flavor Smell: pleasant and fruity. Slightly more sophisticated than fruit punch, but that’s the closest smell I can think of. So, I’m a fan. I hope this review helps you determine whether you would be, too.

I highly recommend Neutrogena moisture-shine lip soother! I would definitely give this product more than 5 stars! This stuff is amazing! No other brand I’ve tried has come even close to keeping my lips so healthy! I feel immediate hydration with a cooling-soothing sensation that can be addicting.

If you want luscuous, healthy lips that are sexy then this is the stuff you need to buy! It 100% works! I’ve been using it for about a year now and pay $6 to $8 for a tube which seems a bit pricey to me but it’s worth every penny! I use it everyday throughout the entire day and it will last me a few months.

I am extremely happy with this product, hands down this is the very best lip stuff ever and I don’t even think about buying anything else.

This isn’t a terrible product, it does make the skin look very sheer which I like but it does oxidize. I am a porcelain shade and bought the lightest color which matched at first but within 20 minutes it gets 2 shades too dark for my skin tone.

It also doesn’t blend easily, it leaves behind streaks. I mix it with other face lotions to avoid waisting the product but I wouldn’t buy again. The product also doesn’t exaggerate peach fuzz like some other tinted moisturizers I have used, and doesn’t get oily after hours of wearing.

If you like more of a matte finish this isn’t for you. I would say this works best on people with normal to dry skin.

Woof, this is awful. Looking at other reviews I’m not sure if the one I purchased (very recently at Target) is the most current version? My packaging is white where the others seem to be gray. To be safe, I’m giving 2 stars in case I just have old garbage.

I don’t wear much makeup these days in this remote environment so I had high hopes this would satisfy evening out my skin tone just a bit while moisturizing and giving me some SPF coverage as I sit in front of a well-lit window most of my day.

This is SO thick and dry. It doesn’t “melt” into the skin whatsoever. I already have dry skin so this is extra disappointing for something labeled as a “moisturizer”. It doesn’t blend in well at all either.

It looks so cakey on my clean skin and creates a white cast worse than any regular sunscreen I’ve ever used. While I don’t wear much makeup right now, I am very used to wearing full blown stage makeup and can tolerate a lot on my face.

This is the first product I’ve ever used that actively feels uncomfortable on my skin. I can’t touch my face as it immediately wipes away and my hands are covered in the residue. It feels so heavy and like my skin can’t breathe at all.

Adding makeup on top of it (so as to not look like a total ghost) doesn’t blend well at all because this product is just sitting on top of my skin like a mask. Finally, this settles into every crevice.

I don’t have major wrinkles at all but it’s settling into the folds of my eyelids aggressively and under my eyes into every tiny line I do have. This is so unflattering and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since applying this morning (it’s been like 5 hours now).

I love this product. I was reluctant to buy this because I did not like the old formula which felt heavy and oily and the lightest shade was too dark but I decided to try the 1C shade in this because my favorite tinted sunscreen was discontinued and let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised.

I love the finish. It’s satiny and moisturizing but not oily like the old formula. The shade 1c is a perfect shade for me and the best part is that it helps smooth out the texture of my skin and hides my large pores so I look like I have gorgeous skin without looking like I have layers of makeup on.

Love that it has such a high percentage of zinc oxide and even when I put on multiple layers to make sure I have good sun protection it still looks great. I literally glow and not in a bad oily way. My skin looks satiny and this is weird but also I noticed when I wear this it makes my skin look firmer.

Great product. So happy to have found it. Please don’t discontinue.

Terrible I really wanted to like this product. I love the clean ingredients and the mineral sunscreen. I have combo skin, it’s a bit drier in the cooler months and oily in the warmer months. Regardless this product does not work for me no matter the weather, time of year or what I do.

I purchased two bottles, hoping there would be some improvement. However, the second bottle was worse than the first. When you squeeze the product out there is separation. Regardless the application and wearability is horrible.

It seems to just sit on my face, no matter what I do it doesn’t blend nicely. It creases into all my lines and completely melts off my face. I have tried changing primers, powders, setting powders, etc trying to make this work but it does not.

I would give it zero stars if I could. It’s the worst product I have tried in a long time.

I’m absolutely obsessed. I just bought this product yesterday after MONTHS of searching for a new foundation/tinted moisturizer. I hate the feel of most foundations, they always get cakey no matter how much I prep my skin, even the ones labelled as “light coverage”, “buildable”, etc.

I tend to have big, clogged pores around my nose, redness in random spots on my face, and an overall uneven skin tone. After cleansing my face, I applied this product all over with my fingertips and the result was genuinely MAGICAL.

It has a silky smooth, very lightweight texture that feels nothing like your typical foundation, cream, or primer. When I first applied it, it looked a few shades darker than my skin, but after rubbing it in it matched my face so perfectly that you couldn’t even tell I was wearing any makeup.

It’s not the slightest bit cakey, even on the creases of my nose where my other products usually cake up a lot. As for the pores around my nose, they were practically invisible after using this stuff, and with just one layer, the redness on my face disappeared.

My skin was left feeling softer than it’s ever felt before. To really put it to the test, I spent a few hours out on a restaurant patio in the scorching 105° Texas heat. I was basically melting after just a few minutes out there.

When we got home 3 hours later, my face looked exactly the same as it did before we left. The product was still there, none of it melted off at all, and my face still felt softer than ever. I even SLEPT IN IT and woke up to perfect looking skin before washing it off this morning.

Out of all the products I’ve ever used, this one is now my all time favorite. I hate spending money on makeup, but I will gladly spend the $40 on this product regularly, probably for the rest of my life.

You can use it as a normal primer before foundation and other products, but I used it alone with no setting spray or anything and it gave me the best no-makeup look ever. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who loves makeup, hates makeup, and anywhere in between.

33 years old, oily/combo skin with breakouts. I bought this because I was looking for a cruelty-free base. I have been really enjoying it as part of my everyday make up routine for the days I have to go into the office.

I am just about to buy my second tube. I usually wear this (no moisturizer or primer before) and a bit of under eye concealer as my base. I finish it with a very light dusting of powder over top, bronzer, blush, and setting spray.

I apply it with my hands like a moisturizer. My only complaint is that this shade is a bit too light for me (I need to use a bit of extra bronzer), but the next shade is way too dark for me. I just wish they had a bigger shade range.

This evens out skin tone nicely, but for larger/darker spots you would need a dab of concealer too. In terms of my breakouts, I would say this hasn’t improved them, but it also hasn’t made them worse.

Texture is similar to a silicone based primer.

I absolutely love this bb primer! I will be the first to say it isn’t for everyone. It’s true that it clings to any dry patches you might have. However, on my *very* oily skin it looks amazing! I have always wanted a foundation that looks just like skin, but my face is oily and textured from acne scars so most thin, tinted moisturizers and bb creams are too oily, dewey, or slide right off my face.

Going on, this reminds me of kind of the the silicone-y feel that the OG Smashbox face primer has. It almost feels like it will be too “slick” to dry down but it does anyway and beautifully so. This covers up redness and will be perfect for evening out skin tone but it is *not* tinted enough to cover up blemishes.

On days when I want a little more coverage I actually use a powder foundation (tested with Estée Lauder and Shiseido) and it works PERFECTLY! This bb primer extends the life of the powder foundation and the foundation gives more tint and coverage.

It lasts all day on my oily face in the Florida sun and humidity. I always wear sunscreen but I appreciate the extra dose of SPF 30 this has. This mini size is VERY small, it almost fits in the palm of my hand.

That being said, I prefer minis for testing out products I’m not so sure about. I probably wouldn’t have bought the full size outright so I’m glad the mini exists! If I had any complaint about this it’s that the fair shade is a little too cool/pink for me but it is sheer enough that I don’t mind.

If you have oily skin and are looking for a lighter coverage bb/foundation to even out your skin tone I cannot recommend this enough!!.

So I never write reviews, however I find this product so poor I had to share. I am a make up and product addict, lately I’ve been making the most of my natural skin and wanting a more lightweight look.

I was browsing for a hydrating / day cream when I came across this product and loved the idea of something to hydrate and give me slight coverage on my skin. I was so excited to try this. Clinique is a high end brand so I guessed I couldn’t really go wrong with this product.

I was so wrong … it’s so heavy on the skin, it clings to certain areas leaving a heavy make up cakey look but without the coverage to even justify it ! It feels so sticky ALL day. Overall for the look itself it is awful ! It feels like a low end brand and what I’d expect if I were paying around £10 for, One thing I would say is the colour of the product was lovely but such a waste for a bad product.

In terms of hydrating… I would say it certainly does that but the tint needs to be taken out of this product if you want to appreciate that. I’ve worn this product in 4 different occasions to give it a chance and to be honest it’s just got worse each time of use.

So disappointed as I paid a lot for it and I brought online so cannot return.

I’ve been loving this product, the coverage is just enough to even out my skin tone, and the consistency is so smooth and creamy. It feels beautiful on the skin when applying and really helps disguise the pores on my cheeks, nose, and forehead.

It is a thick product but has never felt/looked heavy or greasy on my skin, which tends to be oily. The spf 25 makes it perfect for reapplication over my daily sunscreen on cloudy days when I’m mostly indoors, and on sunny days when I need to reapply my higher spf product throughout the day it goes over top this without issue.

It would be a 5 star product if not for the shade range. I’m white but my skin is not incredibly pale and I wear the lightest shade of this product, so I imagine if you have very pale or very deep skin there might not be a good match for you.

Otherwise this is a dream product for those wanting that “naturally flawless” look!.

First time I tried it over a year ago on my clean non-prep skin and it would not glide properly and I didn’t like the finish so I returned it. fast forward to now I’ve been using Clinique moisture surge line to save my dry skin and it’s been amazing.

So I decided to give this tinted hydrator a second chance. Instead of applying on my clean skin. I applied Clinique moisture surge gel moisturizer followed by super goop watery gel spf. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! Not only it applied so butter smooth.

but it blended seamlessly and makes my skin looks so even and still lightweight. Long story short:: it’s all about playing around with different techniques and face base to make a product work and once nothing you’ve tried works out, then of course the product is just not as good.

I would highly suggest using any type of water base/gel moisturizer for this tinted moisturizer since it’s mainly water based. Trust me!! You will love it if you love no makeup makeup look with even healthy skin.

I never write reviews but this product has earned a forewarning label. I wanted to love this product, I read so many great reviews but it did not live up to any of them. I typically prefer a loose powder foundation such as bare minerals but due to cold weather and my battle with acne these products were clinging to dry spots/problem areas.

I decided to go with this product after researching more hydrating options for my problematic skin. I wanted a sheer coverage that was similar to a powder and this item seemed to check all the boxes! HOWEVER this product is one of the worst base products I’ve ever tried.

The product would start to dry while I was blending other areas SO FAST and when I’d blend with a damp sponge (very typical) the product would start pilling to the point of falling off my face. The product oxidizes almost immediately to a very orange tone.

Between the pilling/ oxidation the slight product and tint that was left looked streaky. My skin has never looked so bad. I tried the product with 2 different primers, no primer and I also tried it without moisturizing but the results were all the same.

Save yourself some money and get something better. Trust me.

I received this moisturizer free as part of home tester club testing program. This tinted moisturizer is now my go to tinted moisturizer. It provides light coverage with the tint included in the product.

It instantly evened out my skin tone and made my skin look more awake without masking out all of my natural skin features. The color sat nicely across my skin without settling in lines and blended seamlessly along my jaw.

The moisturizer part of this made my skin soft and hydrated without feeling heavy. It soaked into my skin fast enough that I could apply additional make up over it shortly after and slowly enough that I was able to blend out the tint easily to avoid any uneven patches.

I’ve used more expensive brands of tinted moisturizers and this is genuinely comparable in quality, coverage and moisturization. I checked my skin throughout the day and it never looked greasy or shiny, It simply looked soft and radiant.

I am a huge fan of products that are not only multi beneficial, and serve more than one purpose, but I also like wearing the least amount of makeup. The Neutrogena Healthy Skin Radiant Tinted Moisturizer got me really excited! Not only was it a moisturizer, but it was tinted, and provided SPF.

As soon as I got it, I couldn’t wait to use it. I cleaned my face, and opened the tube. It was a nice light weight consistency with a mild scent and a nice pigmented color. I put some on my hands and started working it onto my face.

It went on nice and easy, but as I started moving it around, it almost looked like it was getting cakey and streaky. I got a little concerned as the more I messed with it, the worst it was looking. I added a touch more and put it on quickly with little motion.

It was a little tacky, but didn’t feel bad on the skin. I gave it a few minutes, and was actually pretty amazed. It soaked into my skin, evened itself out, and looked fantastic. Would recommend!.

as much as i try to avoid using coverage products, once in a while a boy just wants to even out their skin tone a bit, and this tinted moisturizer works wonders for that purpose. sure, you don’t get a full ounce, but this product is dirt cheap, so i really can’t knock it for that.

overall, it just adds the lightest wash of color, so this probably isn’t for those who love a full-coverage kinda look, but for my purposes and tastes, the way this smooths out the skin and makes it look glowy and healthy is perfection itself.

towards the end of the day, it can get a bit greasy looking, but that’s nothing a bit of setting spray can’t fix. doesn’t accentuate acne or dry spots, which is a big plus, as i have combination acne-prone skin.

you can definitely feel the squalane in the way it sits on the skin, which i don’t generally enjoy, but it’s not enough for me to knock off any stars. overall, this is a really solid skin tint, and for the price, it’s absolutely worth trying.

for shade reference, i’ve got ghoulishly pale with warm undertones, and both the ‘fair’ and ‘porcelain’ shades fit me well, though the former is a slightly better match. i recommend getting two shades just to be safe (especially given the price), but each shade can really fit a range of skin tones.

I used to buy Wet N Wild as a kid. It was the inexpensive brand of makeup you could buy when your parents gave you some money and dropped you and your friends off at the mall. Fast forward 30 years. I’m now in my 40s and can drive myself to the mall.

:). I have only a couple of fine lines but my skin now has needs that it didn’t have back then. I tend to gravitate towards the prestige brands for foundation because I can get what I need out of them as opposed to a drugstore foundation.

However, I was looking for something that was more of a tinted moisturizer than a foundation to wear as the weather gets warmer and then later this year when I vacation in a more humid climate. I don’t know if I can call this a moisturizer, but I really do like this.

I actually just tested this against a prestige brand waterproof foundation and it held up just as well so I am pretty impressed. I don’t expect it to hold up in the pool, but I don’t want it to melt as soon as I step outside.

The coverage is good and I have seen very little creasing in my under eye area like I have seen with other brands. It seems to last through the day even without any powder to set it. I didn’t have much product on the inside of my face mask either so it didn’t really rub off.

The shade I bought was pretty spot on. I like the packaging. The tube is very lightweight so it would be easy to travel with and it is really inexpensive so if I accidentally leave it behind in the hotel, I won’t feel bad.

I am buying more to take me through the summer so I can really get a good idea of how it holds up.

I love tinted moisturizers these days. They cover redness, even skin tone and they feel like you’re wearing nothing. But like all base makeup, tinted moisturizers are becoming more and more pricey, even at the drugstore.

Thankfully this one preforms great and is under $10. Blends nicely, evens skin tone, can be built up a little and has just a hint of a dewier finish which can be easily mattified with the lightest dusting of powder.

If you want to amp up the glow, I suggest adding a drop of a liquid luminizer and mix before applying because this does not dry down glowy. It feels like wearing nothing, very comfortable. I would describe my skin-tone as light, leaning a little to light-medium and Light-Medium is the perfect shade for me so the shades run pretty true.

I also have this in Light and I can still wear it as each shade gives you leeway on either side. I have tinted moisturizers in a wide range of price-points and I would easily rank this as among the best I own.

Excellent quality, regardless of price, but for under $10, a steal imo. I highly recommend.

Yay! I found the perfect tinted moisturizer spf!! I have recently been redoing my makeup routine with the main goal of shortening my makeup application time and making it look more natural. This texture reminds me of a very light weight foundation.

I use my hands to apply because it glides nicely on the skin and I can see if diminish my red spots/discoloration. Sometimes I apply a little more under eyes and to my red spots! I follow it with some cream blush and contour, then set it all with a translucent setting powder.

And DONE!! It looks so natural! Highly recommend! (I only knocked off one star because I have to use about a quarter size amount to get a good even coverage, so I will probably have to buy one of these often).

First of all, thank goodness I didn’t pay full retail price for this joke in a tube. I got it on sale. However, this Dream Fresh BB Cream from Maybelline is nothing but a hyped up tinted moisturizer, and not even a good one at that.

I have basic Fair skin with neutral undertones. I bought the Light shade. The color unfortunately is a bit too dark, and as it wears it definitely looks orange. It oxidizes throughout the day. My biggest irritation with this product is that it is too greasy, never truly dries down, nor does it absorb into the skin.

I’m 38, and have somewhat normal to combination skin, other than acne prone and large pores. I really think this product is a fail. And it’s unfair that it would be marketed as a BB Cream. The hype is just that.

I’m sure it could work for people with super dry skin and who do not have any imperfections/wrinkles whatsoever, because it is all out misleading to claim that it “blurs imperfections”. Maybelline needs to get with it and update their formula as well as the shade range.

Take the orange out completely from of all of them and add a Fair category to the shade range. I know Maybelline can do better than this. Lastly, there’s practically no actual coverage on its own, and that would be fine if it was called a “tinted moisturizer with spf” like it actually is.

I am truly dissatisfied with this product. I have used a real BB Cream, and one of the best at that, with a wide variety of shades that actually gives some decent coverage and definitely blurs imperfections without the grease.

So, in conclusion, I would never recommend this product especially at this ridiculous price point.

I only wear eye makeup and oil free moisturizer. I needed some coverage because I have a lot of hyperpigmentation on my face. I didn’t want it to keep getting worse so I also wanted something with SPF in it.

This matches my skin perfectly (light medium). It feels very light on my face, isn’t too oily and minimized the appearance of my hyperpigmentation. It is very light coverage. I put my oil free moisturizer on first and then put the BB cream on over it.

Blends very well. Love that I will have protection from the sun. My only complaint was that the tube was too small but you only need to use a little so hopefully it will last a while. So that you can see the see the coverage I posted some pictures.

The last picture is with my normal lotion on and eye makeup. You see my hyperpigmentation. The others are with the BB cream with SPF. I hope that this review helps others.

I first purchased this while visiting my daughter during the summer. We were going camping and rafting and makeup just wasn’t a part of the packing list. I saw this and first thing I thought was “WoW ~ sunscreen, tinted moisturizer, AND retinol???” I honestly wasn’t expecting to love it but I was taken aback when I put it on with just my fingers and looked at my face.

This stuff completely evened out my skin tone, gave a nice amount of coverage and and I had a youthful glow (NOT glitter!). Even now, it’s my go-to makeup. If I need a bit more coverage I add a couple drops of my foundation and mix it on a palette and apply with a brush.

BUT THERE’S MORE! During COVID I’ve been getting lazy with my makeup. Wanted something in an easy-carry compact so I began my online search “compact makeup for mature skin. ” I ended up purchasing the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Compact makeup with spf 55.

Neutrogena has done it AGAIN! I applied this with my dry Beauty Blender (sponge) and once again shocked by my reflection. Perfect! For reference, I’m 53, have fine lines, some large pores, and hyperpigmentation from too much tanning in my 20’s-30’s and both of these just even it all out, does not cover it all, but definately blurs these issues.

I’ve used Too faced, It Cosmetics, Juice Beauty, Tarte. and I find myself reaching for my Neutrogena over any others. At this price point, if you’re even considering this product – BUY IT! I’m really glad I did.

I have pretty clear skin but I am 64 so I have some lines. I was using BB cream to make my skin look smooth and even but lately it hasn’t been blending well and was settling in some creases. I did some research and purchased this product (Light to neutral 30) and one other which (has not arrived yet) to test them both.

So far I have been very happy with Neutragena. It depenses soft and creamy, blends well, makes my skin even, and does not settle at all in any lines. It is pretty scentless and has not been irritatiing.

It also has sunscreen so that is a plus. If you are looking for very light coverage, this is a great option. If you want great coverage, this is probably too light in texture.

First of all – this is VERY VERY sheer! And that’s what I LOVE about it! I don’t like makeup and never wear it unless absolutely necessary. However, I’m getting to that age and where all the years of working night shifts are starting to show.

This is a great way to give just a little bit of cover for your slight imperfections. This is NOT going to cover a zit, it will not erase dark circles, it will, give you a nice subtle glow. Now let’s talk about the color – it’s a touch on the dark side so if you are torn between two shades, I would go with the lighter one.

I’ve only just started getting back into using makeup. I use it sparingly, very light, and have a hard time with dry patches on my face. I’ve tried different types of moisturizers pre-concealer, pre-foundation, but it always ends up the same – orangie, dry, cracked, and just not looking good.

So I opted to try a new hydrating tinted product by Wet and Wild. I managed to find a color that goes extremely well with my skin tone. I’d say I’m in between an opaque and light skin tone. The color is porcelain.

All I can say is so far I’m very impressed. I do also use this with a moisturizer on top when I’m all done with everything. It just seems to work out better for my skin and it blends in everything together so it doesn’t cake up.

I don’t usually do photos for makeup reviews but this kind of deemed one. This is a full face use of the product. I also have a concealer used, an eyebrow pen, but I’ll review those later. I have to say that the tinted hydrator does a marvelous job of covering up my pink tinted skin, and my blue veins that show on my eyelids, moreso as I get older.

As I took my picture for this review, my husband walked by and said “oooohh, nice picture”. So I think I’m going to keep this makeup, it’s doing its job. finally.

So I bought this after seeing a lot of great reviews for this on youtube. First of all I am 34, soon to be 35. I currently use tretinoin and my skin is combo as I get oily on t zone and dry in remainder of places.

I applied my cetaphil moisturizer and Aqua Sunscare let it dry before applying any foundation. Now for the Review: This is a thicker consistency then expected and feels very cooling and spreads like a cream moisturizer whether I use my hands or brush which I liked very much.

I had to apply a large amount to get the coverage seen and that isn’t saying much as I have sun damage and acne scars and is still very visible. With its creamy texture it still clings to every dry patch such as corners of mouth and nose and my chin which is usually my problem skincare area from hormonal acne.

I think the color match is fine, and may work for someone younger to even out skintone. If it didn’t clinge to patches I would like this for that reason as I like a more natural look. But I will likely be returning this.

Also the bottle is very tiny, which may be nice for traveling.

For shade reference; I wear NW20 in MAC products. I picked this up in “Porcelain” at the recommendation from a friend. I WILL say the shades are tricky to figure out and I DID notice it oxidized a tooouch.

LUCKILY, it’s such a light coverage that if you’re between shades it’s not the most noticeable difference. I find most tinted moisturizers have a buffer zone with shades because they’re light to medium coverage.

Either way, the porcelain is a suuuuper close match for me. I applied this for the first time with just my fingers, on not prepped skin and I did not set it. I just wanted to see how it wore. I was blown away.

My skin looked hydrated and even and just gorgeous. For $7. 99 at Superstore/Walmart, this is a banger. It plays well over SPF, under cream and powder products and it honestly doesn’t transfer too much.

It looks good for HOURS. If you’re looking for full glam and full coverage this won’t be for you, but if you’re looking for low maintenance coverage you’re in for a treat!.

i heard a girl speak very highly of this tinted moisturizer on tiktok and it looked so pretty on her skin so i had to try it. i got the shade fair and could’ve gone for porcelain because they do seem to run a shade darker, but it blends in and matches well enough to get away with it.

other than the shade being off, i’m obsessed with this product! it looks like skin when i blend it in and doesn’t feel heavy like a foundation. it leaves my skin looking naturally glowy (without being too much) while also evening out my complexion.

the first time i wore it, my mom (who is not a huge makeup lover and never comments on my makeup) kept mentioning throughout the day how good my skin looked and i definitely agree with her. it makes my extremely dry, flaky skin look amazing.

i highly recommend this tinted hydrator if you’re a dry skin gal like me. :).

This product was just a meh for me. You must have great skin to start with. It has very sheer coverage and up close you could see all of my sun spots, hyperpigmentation and broken capillaries. To be fair, it’s labeled just a tinted moisturizer so you can’t expect flawless coverage.

The thing that made me give it only 3 stars was the way it dried down. For having the word moisturizer in the title, it dried down. dry! It made my skin feel tight and uncomfortable. I did moisturize before using it, but still it left me feeling less than glowy! It also settled into ALL of my lines and pores, so up close, my face was spotty and my pores were very pronounced.

I initially dotted it on my face, and tried to blend out with a damp beauty blender, but it was just not working, so I did the remaining with just my fingers. I feel that it left my face looking flat.

I would not purchase this again. I will keep it to see how it performs in the hot summer months.

I originally ordered the medium light shade and decided it was a bit too light as my skin is still tanned after so many days out in the sun, this past summer. So I only gave it four stars to begin with.

It will work great when my tan fades in mid to late january and on. And it has just the right amount of gold tones in it which looks great with my olive skin. Come summer though, I was going to need the medium deep shade and when I shared this in my first review, the amazing customer service folks at Winky Lux sent me a medium deep at no charge.

Wow! what service! The shade is perfect! Just dark enough and it still has the golden undertones that look good with my olive skin. It also smells wonderful! So many SPF products smell awful. Not this! And there’s no gritty, dry feel to the moisturizer that so many tinted moisturizers have with SPF.

I really love this product and it deserves 5 stars and kudos for their really great customer service!.

The concealer itself is good, it feels natural, healthy, light, moisturizing, no offensive odor. I would recommend going with a darker shade to get more coverage and effect. However, the big con is I only used this product lightly about three times and then it seemed like it was done.

It wouldn’t pump out anymore product. I realized it’s because of the design, there is a lot of product still in the bottle but the pump cannot reach it so the issue is with the design of the pump. Therefore, I returned the product because I don’t want to Make a mess trying to get the product out, it should be simple and easy to use.

I don’t even know how I would get the product out so much product will be wasted. I don’t know how people give this so many good reviews when there is this huge design flaw, only three uses is ridiculous.

The tinted moisturizer is heavily scented which I do enjoy. If you are sensitive to scents then this is not for you. It is also extremely sheer. It is the most sheer tinted moisturizer I own and I own several products from Milk, Tarte, etc.

There is also almost zero lasting power so it’s not ideal for all day wear. I do powder over it but that doesnt seem to help. I have ordered the Winky Lux Diamond powder foundation and plan to use that as a topper to see if that will help with the longevity of the tinted moisturizer.

I am convinced those who posted raving reviews have normal skin and little to no blemishes. I have combo skin and suffer from redness.

I love a lightweight light to light-med coverage. I’m usually not a fan of Wet n Wild face base products such as foundations. A friend recommended this and I saw a review on youtube who had skin like mine dry and over 40.

When I found it they didn’t carry much of a selection of shades. I would’ve chose light but they only had light/medium. It still looks good but I’ll pick up a light from Ulta. This is so lightweight but it covers my redness very nicely, evens out my skintone and looks smooth.

I haven’t had issues with it falling into fine lines. I’ve worn it with and without setting powder. It feels very comfortable and hydrating. It may need some powder later in the day if you didn’t use it upon application.

It really doesn’t get oily I’m guessing because it’s oil free. I highly recommend trying this, especially at this price! Just can’t believe it’s this good at this price point. Think I found my new HG!.

This 4-in-1 Tinted Moisturizer from PUR is awesome! I have a 10 minute morning routine, it’s pretty simple because I’m just not motivated to spend any more time than that on makeup. I’ve been noticing more signs of age in my skin, though, and adding a few products, so I love that this is a 4-in-1 product to cut out a few extra steps so I can keep my routine short.

Moisturizer, foundation, primer, and SPF all in one. And it is effective at each of those things. I have combination skin and this moisturizer is hydrating enough for dry skin but balancing for the oily skin on my forehead.

The foundation is sheer and a gorgeous color on the skin, with a little bit of shimmer so your skin looks bright and healthy. The primer does a decent job of smoothing out imperfections, all those fine lines I’ve been noticing lately, and lessening the appearance of large pores.

And the few times I’ve done more makeup on top after applying this, it stayed fresh looking all day. And the SPF – why don’t all moisturizers and foundations just have SPF now? It’s a must for me. So glad to have found this moisturizer, and recommend for combination skin, quick morning routines, and if you’re looking for light coverage.

First, I hate tinted moisturizers. I don’t like the way it feels on my face. My first choice is your pressed powder multitasker foundation. That one is amazing. With that being said, I thought I’d give this liquid multitasker a try.

I love any makeup or skincare that has “multitasker” in its description. It surprised me. I couldn’t believe how melty it felt on my face. The way I’d describe the experience of it is “liquid bliss”.

It just pretty much melted into my skin, and it left no heavy, tacky after effects. I couldn’t believe how long my face makeup lasted for the day. My skin is oily, so I was expecting me to be a shiny mess halfway through the day.

Nope. I use your entire line of face makeup, so all of them are synergistic with the skincare I use from Pür. I’d have to say, that this one is a 5 star all the way around. I never expected this to work so well.

And to top it off, it has sunscreen too? Yea, total win in my book:) I choose your line of makeup, BECAUSE of it’s unique skincare fusion of ingredients. I have never broken out from your makeup, nor have I had any skin issues that result from application of your line.

I don’t like trying new products because of my picky, bratty, skin that likes to play jokes on me from time to time lol. I am absolutely ecstatic that Pür is my top 3 go-to for my beauty regimen:).

Let’s talk about color! I’ve seen lots of people on Instagram rock TLB foundation and fast face, throughout the complexion spectrum. And we love to see it! Unfortunately, I did not see this product compliment my skintone.

I am fair skinned and freckle or turn pink in the sun before my skin darkens even a little. This moisturizer is the lightest option of the bunch and is still three shades too dark for me. Why does the 1:00 family concealer match but not the tinted moisturizer or foundation? It’s a mystery.

Texture was only a little gooey when you start to apply it, then the product dries quickly. In fact, it doesn’t budge once it dries. Coverage is not sheer enough for my skintone to come through. This is great when I have a bad breakout, but these days, that’s in a small enough area for concealer to do most if not all of of the coverup work.

I checked the packaging just to make sure I did receive a tinted moisturizer. This product would be great for someone who wants a foundation with some moisturizing properties, or feels like their current tinted moisturizers don’t cover up or stay put after application.

I ended up giving this away to a family member who usually wears medium coverage foundation and is much closer in skintone to My Fair Lady than I.

CONS: So I did the skin quiz and I also added my foundation color for a more consistent match and the results were the same. The shade was too dark for my liking so I’m going to go with the next shade.

When I received my package it came with a free brush… which was broken. As soon as I applied the foundation the end of the brush snapped off as if it wasn’t properly bonded. PROS: The coverage is AMAZING!!!! I usually do an orange/red color corrector for my hyperpigmentation before foundations/ tinted moisturizers.

I’m glad I didn’t because this tinted moisturizer covered it all and it’s buildable! I was impressed by the first layer but the second layer had me in awe. So natural and lightweight. I continued my no makeup makeup look with a little concealer , translucent powder , blush , a little nose highlight, mascara , brow fill in and a little nose highlight… finished with some rose water.

I was in love. All of the products looked amazing over the foundation. I’ll be back with an update once I receive my new shade!.

I’ve been on the hunt for an everyday foundation or tinted moisturizer. I have combo skin (oily t-zone, normal check area) and I am prone to stress-related excess perspiration at times. I’ve been looking for something that has moderate coverage but feels like I’m wearing nothing.

I also wanted SPF protection as I’m one shade lighter than the undead. Most face makeup from Tarte hasn’t met my needs in the past but I decided to give this one a try because of the reviews. I got the shade Fair.

It almost seems like the shade “self-adjusts” to my skin tone. The color is a near perfect match; that almost never happens for me. I like that I get moderate coverage, it’s super lightweight, it has sun protection, and it doesn’t separate on my oily t-zone area.

I also like that it stays in place when I get hit with excess perspiration. It has a satin-like finish. It reminds me of Lancôme’s Teint Idole Ultra Wear foundation, which is my go-to for dressier occasions.

For reference, I wear 090 Ivoire in Lancôme Teint Idole. As other reviewers have noted, if you have dry skin the product may appear patchy in those areas. For me, when I have had dry skin patches I’ve ended up applying extra moisturizer in those areas and that seemed to do the trick.

If you are on the fence, just try it. I’m glad it did. Pros: *lightweight *medium coverage (easily buildable if needed) *limited to no product separation in oily t-zone areas *noticeable difference in skin texture and tone (in a good way) *natural satin-like finish *SPF 20 Cons: *may need extra moisturizer for dry skin area.

I have combo skin that is oily in some areas & dry in others, I never could find the right product for me & trust me, I have tried EVERYTHING under the sun for foundation & tinted moisturizer, until my hairstylist recommended this product.

I’d always find other products sliding off my oily areas & caking up in my dry patches, or if something worked it would have other flaws & wouldn’t be the right shade, would make me break out, etc. THIS IS truly a skin treat as it makes skin look & feel flawless & lives up to its poreless namesake.

It’s especially nice & lightweight feeling for summer & doesn’t slide off my face but still moisturizing enough for me in winter. Keeps my face shine free but not flat. And great for minimizing products in my cosmetic bag especially when I travel, being that it’s a primer, moisturizer & foundation base in one.

Also, the coverage is truly buildable, however being that I focus more on my skincare & don’t like full coverage like I used to, one layer is enough for me! I have pretty fair, cool toned skin & the fair shade is a perfect match.

Please don’t ever stop making this Tarte! ??.

Wow, this was SO tiny! I purchase a lot of minis from Tarte now, since all the pandemic stuff has made it impossible to test products in person as I used to do. (These digital shade finders are hilarious: I’m a graphic designer, and color matching–one of the banes of my job–through a webcam/selfie lens is a pipe dream.

) But $10 for this TINY tube was shocking. The product is not super-pigmented, and it goes on very fluffy/light, which was nice. I wore it to the gym and it looked very natural, pores reduced, really nice finish.

But I barely got two applications from the tiny container, so was not able to judge the performance well (i. e. will it cause breakouts if used over time, does it perform well for my skin in various weather, etc.

). $5 for one day’s wear is a bit steep. I wish there was a better way to try more of Tarte’s products before committing to a full-sized color! Or even providing a coupon with the sale of a mini towards a purchase of a full-size product could be nice? One thing is for sure: this would be PERFECT for a weekend jet-set jaunt.

Just enough for two days and you don’t even need to bring the empty package home in your quart-sized bag.
