I was real skeptical of these, they’re the size of a thick cookie and look like oats. This book was probably THE best breastfeeding source out there. Every mom and expecting mom should read it. The benefits of breastfeeding far out weigh formula and it really does inspire confidence. It has great ideas for how to breastfeed and helps you through the challenges.

Breastfeeding is learned not instinctual. It also helps to surround yourself with other breastfeeding moms and watch how they do it. But even if you don’t have that many ‘supporters’ this book is a great reference.

I highly recommend this for all mothers, even ones who want to only use formula. I give this gift to every friend who is pregnant and they all have loved the book as well.

Great product. I used this the most when I was pumping. Milk can be pumped directly into these bags with the adaptors, which makes things so much easier when you have a lot going on. My baby never took the bottle tops, but I was glad to try them.

The warmer is very fast and easy for heating the kiinde storage bags, but perhaps not hot enough for thick bottles. I really liked the freezer shelf too, because it would ensure that the milk froze in a flattened way so that it could be stored better down the line.

All in all, I am so happy I tried this.

I got this kit at my baby shower and I love that everything comes together. It’s a bit pricey I suppose, and beings my daughter wouldn’t bottle feed- I still have most of the bags left. And the bottle warmer went to a friend a believe or I still have it.

But the bottle warmer allows you to set a timer(with instructions on how to set it) based on weather your milk is refrigerated or frozen and needs to thaw. It’s a convenient set for any new mom, especially if you plan to breastfeed or pump and bottle feed.

Kiinde twist is truly a game changer. 1st of all, it is super convenient that they have attachments to fit almost all breast pumps so you can pump directly into the milk storage bag, reducing the amount of time it takes to transfer the milk into a bag and then washing the containers.

I used this brewers yeast for to make lactation protein balls, and they turned out great! I couldn’t taste the brewers yeast at all. I next used it to make lactation cookies and again, I couldn’t taste the brewers yeast.

I love that they have almonds and other health items in it to make higher fiber. Just one really does help I love it is a snack and tastes good. I eat green morning or evening still increases my supply.

Next, I tried the lactation smoothie recipe which includes a banana and spinach. It was very thick but a bit better than the milk with the powder alone. I gave some to my son at dinner, and he seemed to like it.

I, personally, did not particularly like the powder either in the milk or as the smoothie. The directions say to use an entire scoop, which is quite large. I do not usually use protein powders so I may not be accustomed to that kind of taste.

You can definitely taste the pea powder, and it leaves quite a strong aftertaste when used as a drink. I do plan on trying to find a baking recipe for the powder that I may like though. I did feel a bit more “full” in between long nursing stretches than usual after using the bites and the powder.

I am so grateful for having gotten to try the bites and powder, and I would definitely recommend (and already have recommended) them to others who may be looking for a good quality product for lactation support.

Honestly always a bit skeptical on some products but I find these lactation cookies to be super yummy in flavor. And will definitely purchase again, there like little nuggets pack with flavor and goodness.

The vanilla chai powder is my absolute favorite! So good with oat milk and cinnamon in the morning. With all the amazing and healthy ingredients, I will purchase this even after my breastfeeding days are over.

I had some issues with my nursing my first born and had to supplement with formula. After becoming pregnant a second time, I decided to research some lactation supplements to use and I kept coming across Majka products.

I have a smoothie everyday using the chocolate protein powder and I love it!! My milk supply this go around has increased significantly. I can tell because with my first I never had to use to the nursing pads for leaking, whereas now they are an everyday wardrobe necessity.

(I bought some of the washable kind so I dont to keep buying boxes of the disposable) At first I was hesitant to try the bites because I’m a pretty frugal person, but I quickly learned that I am usually the last person to eat and usually grab something to chomp on that is not the healthiest.

I got this to boost my milk! I was getting 2 ounces per boob at the 5-7 min mark pumping. I’m lucky if I can get an ounce at the 10 min mark pumping. So disappointed-I read the reviews after buying and it seems most women dry up or lose milk production once they start this! BBB should stop selling and honest should stop making! This hurts production doesn’t help it.

About me: My one month old eats for 2-3 hours on the breast (spread out over 9-12 sessions per day) and 1-2 bottles of breastmilk (4 oz each) per day. Each day I pump for 30-45 minutes in 15 minutes sessions spread out over the day.

I drink plenty of water, and my diet did not change while using the two supplements. I’m fortunate to have over 200 oz stored in the freezer, but I don’t want my supply to decrease after just one month.

I was pumping 3-4oz per boob and built a pretty solid milk stash. I had a full fridge and even some frozen and I had managed to keep it that way. I noticed a disappointing dip in my milk supply one day and was only pumping 2-2.

I wanted to love it. I wanted to feel like it was working… it hasn’t. Instead. EVERYTIME I take a pill, it acts like a laxative. I know on the bottle it says you can experience an upset stomach. I wasn’t expecting this.

I changed my diet. Cancelled ALL sugars thinking that was the problem… No change! So then I just stopping this and after two days of being off of it my stomach was back to normal. Like I said, I wish I could love this product and say it worked for me.

Of the four items in the set, I have tried all of the items in the set except the nipple everter as I do not have any issues with baby latching onto my nipples.

I am a buyer in US and pay $40 for international shipping, that’s why I tried to stock a good amount of product each time. While there is no warning when I check out online saying the product they sell could be soon expiring, I bought a year’s supply but I received all bottles expiring in 7 months! I talked with customer service, they quoted a QA session mentioned “it’s a risky to buy for more than 6 months’ supply” then please stating on the check out page or anywhere can be found out obviously! In all, product wise, I just started on this one and I believe this is a good product since I bought the Elevit prenatal and men formula and liked it.

(and last time I received all product good for 2 years).

These bars saved my life. My daughter is 9 months old, and I am now pumping exclusively. Inevitably, my supply began to drop, I tried everything: teas, brewers yeast, fenugreek pills. There was a slight increase, but not enough to feed my daughter.

Once I started eating 1 Mrs. Patel’s bar a day, I noticed a substantial increase in my milk supply. It was like the hallelujah chorus was singing! I still use brewers yeast in the morning, I have my bar in the afternoon, and sometimes a tea at night.

But if you are slightly considering this decision, go for it! _x000D_ I enjoy the original bar the best. The chocolate is good, but I don’t prefer a lot of chocolate on my bars. I also really like the vegan pack.

These Chocolate Chip Lactation Cookies are so good. I’ve tried a few kinds, many can be chalky from the brewers yeast, hard, or overpriced. These cookies are large, taste great, soft, have chocolate chips, oatmeal, and other galactagogues that help with milk production.

Perfect for mom struggling with milk production or needing a boost in supply. The packaging is great as well because nobody else will eat them on you! I highly recommend them, I eat them when my supply dips still, but when I first had my NICU son I struggled so much with my supply.

I live for these! They are so delicious and I actually started eating these before giving birth and I had a great supply of colostrum and killer supply of milk now! I can pump 10 oz in one session and with the hakka I get 10-15oz q day just from my let down when nursing the opposite side.

Into my second pot of this and while I really like the taste of it, I’m not sure it does anything to help my milk. I have a very low milk supply so taking various things to help it but don’t seem to notice a difference when i drink this tea.

Also note it’s loose leaves so you need a tea pot. Great flavour though and good to keep up the fluids!.

This is a really nice and enjoyable tea. Easy to drink and I often found myself making cups just because I fancied one. I did notice an increase in milk supply too but was also trying other milk boosting products so can’t say if it was definitely this tea or not.

Would definitely recommend!!!.
