This ball is consistent, durable, and gives me the distance I need as a slower swing player. Yup, you read that right, my driver swing speed is about 88-89 mph which a lot of folks would categorize in the “slow swing speed”.

I Iike the TP5 ball, I really like having pix impressions on the ball, BUT, I really love the USA pix! Do they preform any better than the standard TP5 ball, probably the not. But for me, psychologically, they sure do! I can smack that bad boy farther than the others and when I talk to it in the air.

They definitely go straight. I’ve been in a rough patch with my golf game recently and bought these to. cheat against my friends. These aren’t legal for tournament play because they have an unusual dimple pattern.

Also do note that they don’t go as far as a regular ball and they fly lower. I found that if I take one more club than I would normally need for a certain distance it works out well. So if you would normally hit an 8 iron from where you are to the green, take a 7 iron instead.

I was unable to hit a slice or hook with these, but gentle fades and draws are possible.

The ball actually helps reduce a slice. Great ball for casual golfers. It nonconforming to usga rules. Unfortunately the company is in chapter 11. Fighting to stay alive not producing balls at this time.

A dozen balls are selling for 50-70 dollars. I hope they start making their product soon they are getting too expensive to buy. Im 67 and got my first hole in one this year using the polars ball.

These golf balls are awesome. I have a slice that just won’t quite with a normal ball, but the ultimate straight is just that. The flight corrects it’s self to fly straight. The only thing you have to do is tee the ball correctly.

Put the line on the ball in the direction you are hitting. It you don’t it won’t work.

I am 66 and have been playing for 4 1/2 seasons, with a few lessons from a friend who coached at college level. At this point I am a bogey (16-18 handicap) player and have been using these clubs for a year.

They have been durable and perfectly matched to most of the shots I encounter in a typical round, which is why I chose them. Most golfers would benefit from improving their swing rather than buying new clubs, so don’t spend massive amounts of money when a full, matched set like this one will suffice.

They are light, balanced and do the job. The bag has pockets in the right places and has also held up well.

I bought the women’s set in petite as a starting set thinking it would be perfect for me as someone standing at 5’1” and was really excited to see a full set at an affordable price. I found this set great to take to the driving range and par 3s since it has everything you need.

The better I became, I realized that this set is really best suited for someone 5’3” and found it still difficult to use as someone that is 5’1” since I need to adjust my grip up over 2”. I thought being in the middle of the suggest height range meant I would be the perfect height for this set, but it seems like this is still too long for those truly “petite.

” My suggestion would be to get this set if you are truly looking to learn golf and then understand that if you fall in this height range, you are likely to require getting future clubs fitted to your height in the future since standard clubs are definitely going to be too long for us shorter folk :).

I decided to pick up golf again after a few years off. With my height and body proportions, I decided tall clubs would be a better fit. I’m 5’8″, mostly legs. I first took the clubs to a range and was hitting the ball better than I ever did before.

On the course was no different! They’re comfortable, light, and have held up well so far. Added bonus – I love the color scheme! Perfect purchase for someone who wants a quality set but wants to hold a budget.

The only thing is that I wish Wilson sold the Tall clubs with a standing bag, not just the cart bag.

I found my favorite putter grip! My previous was the Ping Man or Golf Pride similar. However, the Lamkin Deep-Etched is similar shape, provide outstanding feedback, right tackiness, and appears to be durable where it will not wear as much as the others.

If your preference is non-jumbo grip (where you can’t feel the putter and a waste of expensive premium putters), this is the grip to buy. If you want a jumbo, I would consider other Lamkin putter grips.

Besides, Tiger played Deep-Etched periodically.

I bought this to replace a grip on my Toulon Design Madison Putter. I considered a Golf Pride paddle grip but thought I would give this a try after noticing several PGA Tour pros using it. A great choice and easy to see why it is so popular.

Softer rubber compound with deep grooves make is easy to grip with lighter pressure. Broad flat top improves face control. Highly recommend.

I have not played Lamkin in quite a while — I used to play the Crossline years back for a few seasons. I wanted to mix things up from the other brand, so I bought the UTx to test out based on some favorable reviews.

I definitely think this one is worth a try if you’re looking for something new. What you get from this grip is really interesting. The first thing that stood out to me was that it has a surface tackiness that I’ve never felt in a full cord grip.

Usually with a full-cord grip, you get good traction and feedback, but there’s never much ‘tack,’ so this was super interesting – in a good way! It seems to have slightly more shock absorption that other full cord options, but you still get great feedback.

Overall, it’s a well-balanced feel, that leans to the firmer side. Would love to see it offered in a reduced taper version.

I have been using Winn grips on the last 3 sets of clubs starting in 2001. I do my own regripping and the alignment of these grips are a great help. After surgery on my left wrist I saw the Dri-Tac LT grips and purchased 3.

Driver 6 iron and Gap wedge. The clubs I use most often. They’re great. The LT grip really helps with knowing I can swing with full confidence the club won’t twist in the rough. The distance is negligible but I feel the confidence in the swing is more important.

As my other Dri-Tac grips wear I will certainly be replacing them with the LT’s.

The less taper style of these grips are great for my driver and fill my hand better than most other options in this size category. The only downside to these is they are a little too soft and have a foam-like feel so they took a little getting used to over traditional grips.

Otherwise, the texture and traction on this grip is excellent and would not hesitate to put them on other woods or hybrid but unless you need more cushion on irons or wedges I think these are a little too soft for that application.

I initially bought just 1 grip for 7 Iron. I was so impressed with this grip that I replaced all clubs with Winn Dri-tac LT Oversized even though my set and driver are only 3 weeks old. Very comfortable, easy to hold using just the right pressure, no stress on fingers after a round or the range, sturdy, nice feel, awesome impact feel.

I initially thought that feel was dead, after just a few shots, I was very impressed. You will love the feel especially after seeing your much-improved ball flight and path 😁. I use Oversized even though I should be using Small.

I recommend Oversized regardless of hand size.

This ball seems to be at a higher compression than standard pro vs. Really zips of the face with driver and long irons. Slight lose of feel on the shorter irons but only very minor. Putting absolutely fine and runs true but with slightly less aural feedback on the quality of strike.

Weathers a bit cold and wet in the UK at the moment Feb but suspec.

Best ball out there. I have tried so many other brands and always seem to come back to the pro v1. I wonder what the pro v2 would be like. Not that it exists yet, but just saying. The only thing better would be to have built in gps ball finding ability.

I’m a low swing speed player and I was still able to compress this ball enough to get great distance off the tee. Spin is great around the greens too, perhaps a touch less control than a standard ProV1x.

Only complaint is this ball is very firm, almost like hitting a stone.

Purchased these a few months back to get into the game of golf. This set has been great to learn with and is pretty forgiving considering where I started and where I am now. Pros: – Great price/value; you won’t find many starter sets that offer this many solid clubs in this price range – Great set & performance; plenty of options to get you down any length of hole with a reasonable amount of shots – Incredibly forgiving if you’re not that consistent.

Even with a high handicap (30+) I get pretty regular carry distances with each club – Bag is lightweight and comes with a comfortable shoulder strap Cons: – Included bag leaves much to be desired regarding storage space and pocket size, though I guess that’s the tradeoff for being lightweight – Although forgiving, it’s *really* hard to “read” how you’re striking the irons and adjust to fix your swing.

At least in my limited experience, I didn’t realize what I was doing wrong until I spent a great deal of time at an indoor range that gave me more data on my swing – Driver and woods feel fragile. the shafts are a bit whippy even for my “average” club head speeds, and I have already had to replace my driver as it cracked on the head.

To be fair, that may primarily be my fault for fatting the driver a few too many times. – Putter is eh. I may not know what a premium putter should feel like, but this one definitely feels. hollow and soulless, if that makes any sense.

In conclusion, I absolutely do not regret getting this as my first set. Though it is very tempting to start upgrading the rest of the clubs after replacing my driver, I know that these could last me for at least 2-5 years before I outgrow them.

This set has also made me quite the believer in Wilson gear. If I had to do it again and my budget was in the same range, I absolutely would pick these.

I bought this set last year to get into the game a little more seriously. This set gives you a great start. The irons are solid and still useful as Ive improved a great deal. Are there better ones available? Absolutely but they will cost you double this set for the irons ONLY.

The woods however are just so-so. I really didn’t like the feel of the driver and its not quite the quality that the irons are. I did end up replacing it with a Cobra F Max and it dramatically increased both my accuracy and to a lesser extent, my distance.

The 3 wood is slightly better but very similar to the driver. Ive figured out that the included hybrid is a #5. It is steel shafted while the driver and 3w are graphite in my set. The pros: Quality, good feeling, and forgiving irons Sand and pitching wedges are included (though it would be REALLY nice if they had included the specs on the wedges, so you knew what loft you were using) Decent bag Very nice stock grips on every club Good quality blade style putter included with a larger mid-sized grip.

Cons: The the driver. The distance gap from the #5 hybrid to the 3 wood is pretty big. You definitely should have at least 1, probably 2 more clubs in there eventually to fill the gap. Overall, a very nice, quality made set for a great price.

Id have paid the cost of the whole set for just the set of irons.

I ordered this set of Wilson Ultra clubs expecting a decent looking set of “beginner” clubs. I have not hit any of the clubs at the time of writing. I am 20 years out of golfing and I would say these clubs appear to be very worth the purchase price in aesthetics alone.

The set is made in China. The Driver and Fairway wood have graphite shafts and the Hybrid thru putter are steel. The bag seems of sporting quality (durable) and the auto deployable legs and shoulder straps are nice for walkers.

The paint seems decent (a couple of runs or bubble spots but nothing of major concern or in places that would interfere with play). Overall I think an intermediate golfer would be satisfied with this set and I look forward to hitting them soon.

I did not order extra length shafts with this purchase. I am 6’2″ and shaft length doesn’t appear to be an issue. This order was shipped free delivery from Walmart via FedEx and delivered without damage and a day earlier than expected.

I’m pretty brand agnostic when it comes to golf. My driver is Taylormade, 3W is Callaway, irons are PXG, wedges are Vokey, putter is Scotty. The same goes for ball. I’ve tried the Pro V1, Pro V1x, -Pro V1x, AVX, TP5 / TP5x, etc.

The Pro V1 is great for the cooler months, where you want a slightly softer feel and more spin around the greens (compared to a TP5x or (-)Pro V1x). The Titleist line is also quite a bit more durable than some of the other balls I’ve played – particularly the TP5.

I was very excited to buy and try the yellow 2021 Titleist ProV1. I have been trying out a wide variety of balls as of late to really have a short list of balls I will buy and play. My first impression with the packaging was WOW these are premium balls.

The actual balls themselves looked nice, however they felt harder then I expected given I have played older versions in the white color and they felt softer then these new 2021 yellow ones. I have played two rounds of golf with them and I have to say they are disappointing.

I can honestly say they seemed shorter in distance with the driver then any other balls I have played as of late. The spin on the irons and wedges didn’t impress me either. I sent Titleist a message asking if the yellow balls had a different cover, or hardness compared to the yellow and they said they are all the same, white or yellow.

I will stick with Z-stars, TP5, and Top Flite Gammers.

I am a golfer and enjoy using golf balls that can hold a lot of spin. When I first started playing, the ball I used didn’t really matter, So I used a Top Flite, which is the worst ball. I also wasn’t that good at the time, so it didn’t matter what ball I used.

Then, as I started to get better, I used better balls. In the two years I’ve been using Pro V1s, and it is amazing how much better they are. They spin really well and last a long time. This is a 5/5 star for me.

I have played a couple of rounds with these grips and they are easily the best golf grips I have ever played with. They have a soft, but not overly cushiony feel and the there is just enough tack in the grip to maintain complete control of the club throughout the swing.

I was told that are rather long lasting for softer grip of this type. But, I haven’t played enough rounds to comment on that. Frankly, if I have to re-grip more often because they don’t last as long as firmer grips, I am OK with that.

That’s how much I love the way they feel.

I’ve been trying to find an alternative to Golf Pride CP2 Wraps. I like those grips, but just wanted to see if there’s something better. These grips have a lot of the same qualities I’m looking for: softer wrap, rubbery grippiness, but not too slick feeling.

These also have more texture than the CP2 Wraps so still working out whether I want to use these instead.

Excellent tack and feel. Giving them a 5 star rating because they are exactly as advertised. Note that they are a little thicker than other standard grips ( at least to me). I have small hands, so I will be looking for something slimmer in the future, however, I will enjoy every swing with these grips due to the cushion, unique pattern, feel, and level of tack needed to play great rounds.

I highly recommend these for someone who likes thicker, more cushioned grip without sacrificing feedback in the club head.

I am a high handicapper that has been playing Noodles and other bargain golf balls. I have been playing better lately so I thought I’d try these to see if I could notice a difference in distance and consistency.

I didn’t think I would be consistent enough to notice a difference. I did. I normally average 170-180 on a drive. My first drive came in at 205. My next drive was 193. My 3 wood is usually 160-170. I used it twice in the round.

First shot went 180 and second shot went 193 (uphill). They feel great, maybe the softest ball I’ve tried. I honestly loved the performance first time out.

Good price, competitive with a local National sporting goods store but you had free shipping which they offered me after I bought from you. You snooze you loose! I’m always going with free shipping!

Loved the Arccos program but did not like the grips. With 6 months to go on my subscription changed the grips. I asked to purchase screw sensor holders but was told I would have to purchase all new sensors at an additional 104$.

No thanks. I will go back to golf logic!.

Theyre great, I had the screw in sensors and they began flying out on every swing and now I dont have to worry about keeping my eyes on both ball and sensor. Only minor issue is the putter sensor doesnt fit into my odyssey stroke lab 7 grip, it doesnt screw all the way into the grip, luckily I dont have to swing it fully.

Originally excited to receive a premium, package set from a reputable brand. What worked: The hybrid is nice, with decent loft. The irons are the best part of the set. Not the latest tech (or even prior gens like M#/SIM), but really a great set to get going with.

The bag is a decent cart bag, but is weighted strangely and therefore difficult to carry. What doesn’t work: The putter is “unbearable”. Has Pure Roll insert, but otherwise not worth its weight in metal.

Such a shame, as the Spider range is so good, that I would have expected better. The woods are “bearable”. Not much forgiveness, very tinny sounding, good enough to get you started. After buying this set, I immediately needed a new driver, putter and bag (as in, within weeks).

It’s a shame that for this price point, they aren’t higher quality, or at least leveraging tech from the last 5 years. For the same price, you could get an M4 irons/hybrids/driver, an MG1 SW, a cheap stand bag, and literally any putter would be better.

Honestly, I would have probably rated 3+ stars, but the biggest kick-in-the-teeth, is that this set is completely ineligible for TM’s trade-in program. At this price point, I hoped that I would have at least been able to recover some value as I upgraded, and put my trust in the TM brand to at least start with some quality.

The response I received from support was maybe one of the most disappointing brand interactions I’ve had in years (just sell locally).

One of the best prices in Australia I could find for these clubs and had stock when others didn’t, GolfBox didn’t disappoint anywhere in the transaction. Quick postage and straight up information to when to expect arrival and it beat arrival date by 2 days.

Haven’t played a round with the clubs yet but have been to driving range twice. All clubs are quite forgiving once you dial in the weight difference. Whole set in the box felt too light, like I got the bag with no clubs.

But no, full set is light but still get exactly the same, if not further distance compared to my old clubs. Still prefer my Taylormade Burner driver to the one in this set but it’s not far off from feeling the same.

Bag is great and padded shoulder strap very comfy even with fully loaded bag. Great buy for a weekend hacker beginner/intermediate player. Hopefully it takes a few strokes off the card in a couple of weeks.

Purchased this set about 10 months beginning golfer late in life. This is a great set to get going without having to put much thought into it. Since I am a beginner and didn’t have a consistent swing it didn’t make any sense to get fitted for clubs and make a major investment.

These are all I needed to get started. If I don’t hit will I can’t fault the clubs. Last time I had a lesson the pro picked up my driver and hit the ball further than I thought it could go. If you’re looking for a complete set these are great.

Only criticism is the bag. I ended up purchasing a stand bag.

I’m a tinkerer when it comes to golf balls. I’ve watched videos, read reviews, and tried put multiple brands to find the best golf balls out there. As a guy with a 100 mph swing speed, I found I could not consistently hit “x” series balls because of their high compression.

I started messing around with “standard” compression balls and found better results. After trying multiple brands, I came to the conclusion that TP5s are the same (if not better) than prov1s. I went to get a ball fitting at my local store, and the numbers validated the difference.

TP5s spun a little more on wedes and irons, prov1 traveled a little farther on the drives, but I’d argue I just swung the driver better with the prov1 that day. What’s great is that TP5s can be bought in “practice” form, which are 60-70% of the retail price and perform the same as standard TP5s.

Also, taylormade does 15% off for active duty military on their site, which I currently am. Love the TP5, and will be playing it for the foreseeable future.

TP5 is an excellent ball. Definitely one of the top premium balls. Really great feel. Very sticky ball around the greens with a lot of spin. The urethane cover is quite soft. Spin rates are also slightly higher with driver and irons, but flight is very stable.

In really windy conditions I prefer to use the TP5X as it has lower spin and lower trajectories.

The golf balls all came in near perfect condition. Of the 48 over half of them would be Indistinguishable from a brand new ball and I would say those made up about 30 of the balls. The remaining still looked and felt brand new but may have had a logo from a company or someone’s markings on them.

For me I don’t like playing with the large logos, but they make for perfect balls to use if you are trying something on the course and don’t want to lose a nice ball. I was very cautious the first time I bought this bucket as I was concerned it would be too much of a mixed bag in terms of logos being on the ball, but after ordering this bucket twice I can say that almost 75% of the balls don’t have any markings on them at all.

The ones that do vary in size but are not obnoxious. This is definitely the best value for your money if you want to play a quality golf ball with out having to worry about losing them.

My child’s hands and kit were covered in glitter that falls off the grip and it split easily when putting the grips on. Poor quality

I’m sure you’ve seen the commercials about these grips and wondered if they lived up to the hype. I’ll tell you right now that YES! In fact they do! Now, I’ve only had these grips for a few weeks or so, but I’ve played 3 or 4 rounds of golf already and I absolutely LOVE these grips.

They provide just enough tackiness to give you an outstanding grip, without being sticky on your hands. They are extremely comfortable to the point that I’ve used them a few times with no glove on, and I kind of liked having the glove off even better than with the glove on! I bought one first to put on my driver.

Played one round of golf with it and then ordered the whole batch of these grips. I absolutely love them. As a comparison, I have a full set of Callaway clubs with their standard grip. And they are good, don’t get me wrong.

But putting the Winn Dri-Tac 2. 0 Grips on there opened up a whole new world of golf for me. As for Carl’s Golfland – they were very fast in getting the grips shipped out to me. I think I had them within 3-4 days at most.

They were very helpful with some of the questions I asked, and I will definitely be buying from Carl’s Golfland again.

I recently put JumboMax Ultralite grips on my clubs, to help in reducing my draw tendency. I then started taking lessons with a new instructor (3 years after last instruction), and the instructor had me make a significant grip change, making my right hand much stronger (rotated more on top of my left hand).

The grip change made the JumboMax grips feels too big, making my right hand sore after hitting balls. So I bought the oversize Winn Dri-Tac and the oversize Dri-Tac 2. 0 to test them. They are a much better size for my new grip, and the softness of the grip feels very good.

I’m regripping my set with the 2. 0 (it looks better than the original). I install the grips with the seam on top, wording down, and to others who have noted the seam – doing it this way turns it from a bug to a feature, because the seam can then be used to make sure you hold the club in the same way every time.

Bought a couple of different grips from Winn and Lamkin to try out. By far this one outperformed the others. It takes no pressure now to secure the club with this grip. I immediately started feeling more confident in swinging harder and noticed I was hitting 5-10 yards further with my irons.

I use steel shafted clubs and this grip really absorbs a lot of the rattle from impact with ball or digging into some turf. Very relaxing on the hands. I am now regripping all of my irons and lob wedges with the midsize Dri-Tac Grip.

This is a valued purchase. I have used it for 10 minutes per day from time I received it and I can see the difference in my swing. I now have an inside to out swing. This has greatly improved my ball striking on the golf course which enabled me to drop 7 strokes.

This early results encouraged me to purchased the GFX Resistance band, the Lightwhip and the wedge. Check back with me in a couple of weeks for an update.

This is the accessory product for the Orange Whip. It helps those of us who are challenged with balancing our swing. It is good quality and would recommend it for anyone who may need help with tempo, swing speed, or balance.

That said, it is priced considerably more than the whip itself. The whip I find to be a great tool of good value but would find the peel to be more valuable if it was priced accordingly, probably as the same or lower price than the whip.

The Orange Peel is well made and has several uses. I’ve struggled with balance and shifting my weight properly on the downswing. This helps me get my weight in the proper position to improve all of that.

It works on various uneven lie situations as well as flat on the ground. I use it with the Orange Whip and am seeing an improvement in my swing speed.

The TS2 has a large stable head. Generous sweet spot. Looks great whit a classic shape and in black. You feel as if you know where the ball is going off the face. Evenflow shaft is a little heavy. Too stiff for me.

Changed shafts.

Bought without trying and very pleased with results. Stock item had standard grip so replaced with Golf Pride CBX due to hand issues and given driver very stable feel. Like the lighter weight as now feel Im in control rather than having to adapt to the driver controlling me.

One of my better untried buys.

I ordered a custom TS3 3 wood in the 15 degree loft with the hzrdous smoke black stiff shaft and it is my favorite club in the bag. the feel and sound off the clubface is top notch. I love the surefit hosel and the adjustable weighting in the back of the clubface.

it is my go to club off the teebox and off the deck. with 115 club speed im hitting up to 250 carry from fairways and 275 when tee’d up as verified with flightscope mevo. the flight is super low almost like a stinger flight for me.

the only problem is that the shaft has a tiny vertical fray right above the hosel and im not sure how it happened because I always have the headcover on and never throw my clubs or anything like that.

Received 2 brand new wedges that had ball marks on both and a chip on one. Send pictures of both and approved to replace both. Received fed ex label but unable to print. Replied back to TGW and still have not heard back.

I needed the wedges for a recent tourn so I kept the damaged wedges. Very disappointed that these were repackaged and shipped. Defects were easy to spot. Also , no follow up on the fed ex question.

This was a replacement for my SM6, 52. I play frequently and the grooves finally wore out. This is probably the 3rd or 4th generation of Vokey wedges I have used. They all have been good preforming. I think the consistency of the playability of these wedges is why they are a fixture in my bag.

They just feel good.
