Although the PSAT is not as well known as the SAT, it is an important test for high school students in the United States. The PSAT is a practice test for the SAT and is often used to determine National Merit Scholarships.
Here are some tips to help you do your best on the PSAT:
1. Know the test format. The PSAT is made up of two sections: Math and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing. There is also an optional essay section. The Math section consists of multiple-choice and grid-in questions, while the Evidence-Based Reading and Writing section has both multiple-choice and essay questions.
Be familiar with the types of questions you will encounter on each section so that you can pace yourself accordingly.
2. Do practice questions. One of the best ways to prepare for the PSAT is to do practice questions. This will help you get used to the test format and question types. It will also help you identify any areas where you need to focus your studies.
3. Understand the scoring. The PSAT is scored on a scale of 320-1520. Your score is based on the number of questions you answer correctly, so it is important to attempt to answer as many questions as possible.
There is no penalty for guessing, so if you are unsure of an answer, it is better to take a guess than to leave the question blank.
4. Know when to guess. Although there is no penalty for guessing, you should only guess on a question if you can eliminate at least one of the answer choices. If you can eliminate two or more choices, your chances of guessing correctly are significantly increased.
5. Be strategic. The PSAT is a timed test, so you will need to be strategic in how you approach the questions. Skim the questions first to get an idea of what they are asking. Then, go back and answer the questions that you are confident about first.
This will give you more time to work on the tougher questions.
6. Take your time. Although the PSAT is a timed test, you should not feel rushed. If you need to take a guess, take your time to eliminate the answer choices that you know are wrong. This will increase your chances of guessing correctly.
7. Relax. The PSAT is just a practice test and your score does not affect your GPA or your chances of getting into college. Do your best, but don’t stress out if you don’t get the score you were hoping for.

If you actually use your Microsoft Surface Pen a lot, or all really, then I’d say this is worth picking up. Even if you don’t really need it right now, I’d get it just in case. I don’t see these being available forever.
Especially once more people find out that they exist, lol. Heck, I never even found out that they did until over a year after I had already had a Microsoft Surface Pen myself. But as I said in the title, it really should have been included with the Microsoft Surface Pen.
Needed a new tip for my surface pen and found these. I stuck with the normal/standard size tip. I do wish there was some tool that came with the tips to help in the removal process. I also couldn’t get the finer tip pen to snap into my surface pen but I didn’t really mind.

Just had a pair of these installed on my 2001 Silverado, and they make the ol’ 5. 3 sing. They mellowed out the tone nicely and give the engine a more aggressive sound. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

These broadheads always fly true for me and get the job done. No deer hit with them has ever gone very far. Two years ago, the 7 point buck that was coming across (would have been about 20 yds out) made a 90* turn at the last minute, causing me to pivot in my climbing tree stand with the cross bow.
He picked me up and I had to let fly, threading between two trees. It struck him far more forward in the should than I like (having been a traditional bow hunter), but my 370 FPS Centerpoint crossbow drove this head right through his shoulder and out the other side.
The arrow bounced off a rock wall, and the shaft and head still looked almost good enough to re use! The deer went 30 yds, stopped and dropped! I have full confidence in these heads, and love that there is no rubber band to deteriorate!.
Had a great opening morning using the 125gr Nap Spitfires on a 22″ carbon bolt. Shot with a Excalibur crossbow with lots of power. Hit a button buck at 18 yards and a doe at 25 yards within 2 minutes of each other.
The doe was a double lung shot. The arrow passed through and gently laid on the ground behind where she stood. She ran about 20 yards and dropped dead within 10 seconds. Very fast kill. I was amazed that there was a very insignificant blood trail–just a couple drops where it was struck and nothing until it dropped.
The button buck ran about 15 yards before dropping. The arrow struck his shoulder blade in a relatively thin section of the bone. The arrowhead penetrated perhaps 3 inches beyond the bone into the lung.
Just enough to kill, but a very lucky shot as the blades were mangled. I was disappointed in the penetration considering how close the shot was, the overall weight of the arrow and high speed of the recurve crossbow.
I typically use the Thunderhead 125s with which I likely would have gotten a clean pass through and lost the arrow into the ground behind the deer. My takeaway from this is that you really need a clean broadside shot with theses types of arrowheads.
Even though the arrow point is the same as the Thunderhead three blades, the energy loss from the expansion of the blades is very significant. They are clearly potent, but be extra careful to avoid shoulder blades and definitely pass on any straight down spine shots as the backbone and thick horizontal section of the upper ribs is likely too thick for effective penetration.
That said, a nice level double lung shot should produce a very fast kill with a lot of internal bleeding. I would also add that I can consistently hit 1 inch target circles at 25 yards when shooting from a table with my practice tips.
The Spitfires shoot with the exact same accuracy–very impressive. I know that if I ever miss, it’s 100% me and not the arrowhead at fault.
I been using NAP Spitfire 3-bladed 100 grain broadheads for eighteen years now. Have shot 16-18 whitetail bucks with them. One buck run about 75 yards before dropping dead. He was dead on impact, he just didn’t know it yet! All the other bucks dropped within 40-50 yards, two dropped in their tracks never taking a step.
No arrows stayed inside the deer, all were pass through. I found one of my arrows about fifteen yards from the buck I;d just killed sticking out a 3″ tree. These NAP Spitfire broadheads fly true and are deadly.
I think I should add this to this review too! All shots were heart and double lung shots.

I received the chart which is so cool. however I was disappointed it was folded. I expected it to come in a tube and not with fold lines. I took it to Staples and had it laminated. I keep it rolled up for quick use since I don’t have wall space to hang it.
Because it is laminated, it will always be in good shape and cleans easily if it gets soiled from baking. I love it. Wish it would have come out years ago. Kudos to Wilton!!!!.

I love this tip. I use it to create the perfect cupcake frosting. It doesn’t rust, bend, or lose it’s sturdiness. It’s easy to clean. Just keep it in a ziplock bag after you clean and dry it. otherwise it gets lost with everything else in the “kitchen draw”.

They don’t split the yarn, not too slippery (yarn doesn’t slide off as much as it usually does with metal knitting needles) & the tapering on the point is perfect for doing complex stitches. Definitely going to get more in the smaller sizes (I use my Blush Lykke needle set when I need to use bigger size needles) for when I knit lacy projects or projects that need finely sized stitches.

i got these today. it took me a long time to put onto my drumsticks. it is not good for playing the drums with because it adds wieght to the sticks. its good for practicing because you can practice on practicly any hard surface.

This closed star tip is enormous! You don’t need a coupler for this tip, it will adjust itself once you push down the batter or whatever it is you’re piping. That’s why it’s important to have one bag to use only with these giant sized tips.
I bought this specifically for piping churros, to make a recipe from the latest issue of a certain magazine. The dough for these is pretty stiff, so I’m sure this will stand up just fine to the thickest buttercream.
Anyway, the churros came out really thick. Honestly, I think this is a great tip if you like a higher soft inside to crunchy outside ratio. I also fail to see any rusting, and I’ve left this tip out to dry overnight.
So yes, I definitely recommend this tip if you’re looking for something that will last you a long time.
As another reviewer said, this is very very similar to the Wilton 2D piping tip and like the 2D it makes very pretty rosettes on top of cupcakes. It’s also great for piping a hydrangea flower-type design on cupcakes.
For that style it’s best to use a two-tone frosting in colors that occur naturally in hydrangea flowers. It’s pretty easy to pipe basically 2 layers of drop stars using this tip are all it takes. These are also great to use with mini cupcakes.
Simply hold the piping tip slightly above a mini cupcake and pipe straight down to form a small pretty ruffle. This is a good quality, versatile piping tip. I recommend having at least 1 or 2 of these on hand if you like to make cupcakes or make buttercream rosette cakes.

I got two of these because of the Flowmaster name and the look of the polished stainless. They look fantastic as I would expect from Flowmaster. Having said that, the bolt and nut provided to tighten the tip (clamp) onto the exhaust pipe is terribly cheap.
I could not tighten the bolt enough to prevent the tip from slipping on the exhaust pipe before it snapped. I bought grade 8 bolts, 2″ long, 1/4″ x 20 threads with grade 8 nuts and washers from a hardware store and was able to easily clamp the tips to the exhaust pipes.
I’ve been buying Flowmaster mufflers and products for nearly 30 years and this is the first disappointment that I have had. If the tips hadn’t been such nice quality themselves, I wouldn’t have wasted my time making them work with new bolts.
I would recommend these based on looks and quality of the tips themselves, but be prepared to purchase a quality bolt, nut, and washer to make installation quick, easy and permanent.
The tips look amazing – but do yourself a favor and throw the clamp bolts away and replace them with 5/16 x 2” grade 8 bolts. Installed 2 tips on my 72 Cutlass with 2 1/2” pipes and both original clamp bolts sheared before the tips were tight…the 1/4” diameter bolts are just way too small.
Once we got the right hardware they tightened right up and look great!.

I used to exclusively use Comply tips, which are great, but you have to change them regularly. I started using the silicon tips recently, which fit and isolate well but slowly lose their grip and seal while at my desk over the day.
These tips are durable and fit like silicon tips but have the grip to stay in place all day. Definitely recommended to try.

You changed the quality of these extensions or something else. I’ve been buying the 22″ extensions from you since November. I’ve spent a lot of money and usually buy 3-4 packs at a time. The last ones I ordered are completely different from the ones I’ve gotten before.
Before they were truly 22″ long, solid and thick hair from the “root” all the way to the ends. Now they are thinner than silk strands and the ends are like nothing, super thin, fragile and cheap looking.
I buy my own hair and take it to my hairdresser, where she does my roots, moves my extensions up and adds in the new packs I bring her. It always blended so seamlessly before. The extension strands matching the thickness of my natural hair strands.
Now they are so thin and cheap and just lay flat, no thickness, volume nothing, just scraggly thin hair that doesn’t blend in at all with my natural hair. I didn’t even open the packs before giving them to her because all the other times she’s done my hair they were fine.
After she finished and I saw how thin, scraggly and ugly my extensions looked, she said these are different than what you usually bring and thought that I knew. I look like an idiot, it is beyond obvious that I have extensions in, they look so cheap, thin, barely any hair in the packs and what is there is so freaking thin.
I don’t know what you changed or if I got defective packs but I am beyond upset. I have spent so much money buying the hair and paying my hairdresser all for my hair to look so stupid and obvious that I’m wearing Claire’s quality hair extensions.
This hair is beautiful! I have not washed it yet because it is clean and it is super shiny. Holds curl amazing so you won’t have to stylet each use. I always get compliments on my hair when I wear it.
I love the color it is not yellow and it is not ashy I would say it’s a neutral light blonde. Which is the exact color that I love. It takes me like one minute to put it on and Way better than any permanent or removable extension I have ever tried.
The only thing is I wish that the string was more adjustable and they had extra or different links of the wire so I can fit it to my head. They do have adjustable’s on the actual extension itself but I find that when you shorten it sometimes there’s like a little bump on the side so I just keep it as long as possible because I don’t like the bump.
But overall I love it! I hope that this company also comes out wit toppers so I can add volume to the top of my hair as well and get that bombshell look without teasing my hair.
I’ve been using Donna Bella for years. The quality of the hair itself is 5 stars, in my opinion. I’ve been extremely happy with all of my previous orders, including when my stylist would order and apply for me.
This time, the bonds on all 4 bundles are tiny. Each strand seems thinner as well, though I understand the weight of each bundle is noted – I’m not sure if that has decreased. Normally 4 bundles is more than enough for me.
This time, it barely did the trick; it looks very thin and incomplete. Also, because the bonds are so small now, several of the strands have already slid out! I even decreased the amount of my own hair that I normally would bond them to when the bonds were larger… I’ve been doing this for many years….
Something’s definitely different and I am really bummed out about it.

I have used Jones exhaust parts in the past and have always had good luck with them. For this particular project I wanted stainless and not chrome. I can’t really comment on how well it will hold up to the outside elements because I’m using it for an exhaust stack on a 1932 John Deere hit and miss engine.
This tip is great quality and for $20 is hard to beat. I would definitely purchase again.
I purchased these exhaust tips (a second set as I purchased this product before) for one of my vehicles. They are excellent quality and blemish free, no question about it. I was originally attracted to them because they are 9″ long.
I found similar tips I believe at Advanced Auto, but they were shorter. The price was very reasonable. Anything stainless is expensive and when it’s highly polished, it’s even more expensive! These are a great quality product if you’re looking for exhaust tips.
Chromed tips rust right away and are a waste of money.
Reason I gave it 4 stars, is that the Cut for the Tip is a bit imperfect. Not that it contains Burrs or anything. But that you could see that it was slightly uneven this was only seen when installing.
I do like the Overall finish, very close to Mirror Like from factory. Looked very good on my car. Id buy them again at this price point.

Odd as it sounds it’s hard to find thimbles the right size. Rather than keep wasting money on thimbles that are too big I bought these after seeing them in a video. Put on the tip and put the thimble on over the tip.
Cut off the excess rubber with sharp scissors. If need be you can glue the tip to the inside of the thimble to make it extra secure. No more thimble falling off while you stitch. I’ve been told the silicone tips don’t work very well for this.
From my own experience these rubber ones are great. As an added bonus wear tips on your thumb and index finger too. You can push the blunt end of the needle with the thimble and pull with the tips. You’ll get a better grip on the needle without your fingers getting sore.
Please note – these #11 size small rubber fingertips are tiny. I am a smaller boned female and these barely fit on my pinky. I returned in store for #11-1/2 size medium for perfect fit. The quality of these tiny tips are fine, they just need better online description for the buyer.
I buy this over and over in different sizes. I have never been able to tolerate metal thimbles. I use these on my thumb, index, middle and on some projects ring fingers for hand sewing. If you can grab the needle you don’t need metal to push against it.
I find using these a superior method of needle handling. I also wear them on 3 fingers and sometimes my thumb when feeding material through my sewing machine if it is something the feed dogs don’t move well without some guidance/assistance.
As I get older I find the whorls on my fingertips (what makes fingerprints) aren’t as grabby as they were when I was young. I started to use these may years ago for paper handling (collating, etc. ) in an office and remembered them when I started having trouble gripping needles.
Obviously they’re good for paper – their original intended purpose!.
