I started taking biotin gummies a gew months ago after being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis which caused my hair to start falling out more. These are the third brand of gummies I’ve tried so far and I’d say my second favorite in how well they work.

While taking these gummies I did notice my hair was still falling out, but less than it previously was. The biggest change in my hair was how much more it started growing, this is literally the longest my hair has been in my life.

I absolutely adore this product. I use this as well as the collagen gummies from this same brand and I must say I have seen a major difference in just a month of consistent use ! I wish I could give these 0 stars. I learned the hard way and ended up with a giant disgusting bottle of gummy vitamins when it’s just so much more effective to take your day to day prenatal vitamins that you swallow! I was very wrong also It was my own fault for not fully reading the label, but a serving of these vitamins has 10g of sugar! If I’m going to have that much I’m going to enjoy it in some decadent dark chocolate or ice cream, definitely NOT my daily vitamins.

We love all of the Wellements products that we have tried so far, and these gummies are no exception! They are so convenient for our kids to take and they love the taste. We previously did the Elderberry syrup and liked it, but our kids prefer to take their elderberry in the gummy or the Elderberry pops.

Love that this vitamin is organic, but the flabour is not so loved in this household. I’ve had 3 children tell me it almost tastes like barf, but they are all willing to continue using them until they are gone.

I received a sample of organic kids formula vitamins from sampler. I really like them and so did my kids. They give you adult ones kids ones just so you know I wasn’t giving my 12 year old and adult one.

I have cancer and start taking these vitamins about four months ago. My lab numbers have gotten better. I take Iron (my white blood count is normal and my red blood counts are one point off from being normal).

My Iron has gotten better, not fully where they need to be just yet, but hopefully on the next test we will see my iron improve. I take Iron for anemia and for my blood counts. I take the one a day multivitamin, I take vitamin D to help with my bone health.

I take Magnesium to help with taking the iron, so I am not constipated, and I take turmeric and ginger to help with arthritis. My hip is not nearly as bad with taking the turmeric and ginger and my laboratory numbers have gotten better in just four months.

I am looking forward to seeing where my lab numbers will be in a year. I also started intermittent fasting around the same time (16 fasting/8 eating) so not sure which of these have made the greatest impact but with them together, I am hoping my condition improves over time.

I have noticed a slight boost in energy. My skin was dry before and has remained dry – no change there. We have had some really extreme weather changes over the last month that would normally send my immune system into a tailspin.

These vitamins are pretty tasty and more important, they are derived from good food sources, unlike the use of ascorbic acid, which comes from GMO corn and probably heavily processed overseas. My kids liked them, but they said the other versions were better tasting.
