20 Best Toddler Outdoor Chair (2022 Updated)

Love these little chairs and what a deal! My 4 and 2yo love them. They fit in them perfectly and love having their own chairs. We have 2 for out back and two for the deck. They are easy to stack and carry.

They can even do it themselves.

This chair is really cute. My granddaughter loves it! The height is perfect for an 18 month old. My only complain, and it is a big one, is that it is way too light weight and easy to tip over. A chair for a toddler needs to be sturdier.

If my granddaughter leans on arms or back it can tip right over. Disappointed in Little Tikes on this one. Too bad because the chair looks cute just does not have the sturdiness needed for a little tike.

I bought two of these chairs for my 2 year old grandsons. The size is perfect and they are able to easily get in and out of the chair. It is light weight so they are also able to pick them up and bring them where they want the chair set.

Plastic seems to be good quality. Because the chairs are a bit light weight, they do tend to tip over easily. Not quite as sturdy as I had hoped, but will certainly work for the limited use they will received.

The chairs are fine for the deck but they are reflective of the low price. The size of the chairs are decent but I would not call them king size. I’ve had previous plastic deck chairs which were much larger.

But they will be suitable for everyone but the largest. The chairs are reflective of the pricing when it comes to strength. There is no plastic ribbing under the arms which means if an adult leans hard on then e.

g. while standing up, the arm will bend deeply. This is not a problem but you should be aware. All in all, for the price, these are pretty decent chairs.

When I first saw this chair in the store sometime last year, I overlooked it. Since then, I have read tons of positive reviews here and I knew I had to buy at least one for myself and today I did for a pick up order.

I can totally sit back in this chair and relax with both hands stretched out comfortably on the arms of this chair, my feet planted comfortably on the carpet with my head and neck at ease as I lay back.

I need to buy 3 more. I wish that Target offered home delivery for this item. I am so elated with my purchase. It was long overdue. I love that I can swivel out or conceal the compartments for a cell phone, a drink and keys.

Great chair!!! My husband and I are wildly different sizes. He’s 6’6” and I’m 5’2”. We rarely find cheap plastic chairs that we both love, but these are the BEST. Granted, my feet still don’t touch the ground, but if I cross my legs at least one toe does so it works, lol.

Even if I don’t though, the base is sloped slightly outward, so it’s still comfortable to let the legs dangle too. The headrest is nicely contoured as well, and lends itself to sky-gazing. Perfect for tonight’s super flower blood moon, eventually lunar eclipse viewing, to be sure! Lastly it must be noted that one doesn’t have to use the cup holder to have a rest for your weary beverage – the arms of the chair are wide enough to set stemware, our C&B martini glasses fit comfortably.

Love the turquoise color. They are also surprisingly light to carry, but don’t feel flimsy at all when sitting in them.

This is perfect for the 2 – 6 year old. I thought it would be a little bit bigger. It is great quality and since you’re putting it together yourself, make sure you have a power drill. Also, the directions could be better.

Be sure you have the pieces in the right direction for the screw heads to all end up being recessed.

Lots of pieces, but fairly easy assembly of two children’s chairs. Color great, kids look comfortable and secure in them. Grandsons ages 3&1 look like they have their very own outside chairs this summer!.

First purchase with houzz. The small chair looked nice on-line and was on sale. It arrived quickly and assembled easily. The wood and finish are nice quality and we’re very pleased. Cute.

Ordered two chairs. Find below our findings. It is definitely not top quality wood but would say you get your money’s worth. In a little over an hour I was able to assemble them both. Sitting is okay.

What are the minor points. I would say the softness of the wood so not knowing how long it will last even after staining them. Second issue is that that the pre-drilled holes are not always opposite to the openings in the wood to attached.

Concerning the manual I would like to point that there are two instructions that are a bit confusing, like showing that the right part is to put on the left side. But if you think a bit longer it will straighten out.

Last but not least, be aware of the strength you use to drill the screws into the wood. Don’t use to much power. I broke two screws despite the careful handling. Still I believe it is a nice chair for a fair price.

I like these chairs. I have bigger and stronger plastic wood chairs around pool. These are my extra chairs I pull out occasionally. Patched, Glued and Painted it the exact color of the pool. Had for many years.

Stored in a shed probably explains longevity. Lost plans originally put it together with a little imagination. If anyone has the plans and can post them here as a picture I sure would appreciate it. I know I didn’t assemble it the way they wanted but they work great.

Never was able to fold mine. My error for lack of instructions.

Am so disappointed with these after reading reviews and expecting a great chair for a good price. I had ACE build them for me and perhaps that was the problem. They’re flimsy even after I re-tightened all the screws.

They’re made with cheap wood, not sturdy nor have the solid feel I was expecting. Wish I’d spent more money on Adirondack’s that are made with a higher quality wood. I’m 50, my tastes are becoming much more discerning.

These would have been great when I was younger and didn’t recognize good quality yet! 😂.

The chair is of good quality. The umbrella is from a dollar store. You insert the umbrella handle a into an elastic pocket. The first time I took the umbrella out of the pocket, the handle stayed inside the pocket.

There is a plastic case on the side of the chair case for the umbrella when not in use. I don’t see that lasting very long with taking the umbrella in and out of it. If the umbrella and side pocket was the same quality as the chair, it would be worth the money.

I bought the purple chair for my granddaughter, 4 1/2 years old. She loves her purple chair. Good quality, great design, love that the umbrella is separate and can be used independent of the chair. Would highly recommend.

Chair has safety locks which is a good thing, but makes it difficult to close and fold up easily. Would suggest that the manufacturer consider an umbrella holder on each side of the chair back to allow for more options in adjusting to the position of the sun.

Exactly what my daughter was looking for to go with her little girl’s table. The shipping was the biggest plus. I was panicked about getting it in time for Christmas and you came through with flying colors.

This chair is so comfortable, I even sit in it sometimes! All three of my kids, from ages 1-4 love it. It was super easy to put together, just 4 pieces of foam and you zip the bottom up. My kids loved watching it expand out of the packaging.

I also love that I can easily unzip it and wash the cover. Happy with this purchase!.

Our initial reaction was “great. ” Our grandchildren love them and they are just the right size for them. Unfortunately, two of the four have noticeable and significant cracks in the wood, noticeable under the paint.

Both appear to have been puttied to close the cracks prior to painting. Otherwise, they are very solid, sit evenly on the ground, and were easy to put together. (Please don’t post this information. It is for your use only.

I love this chair and have given it as a gift to several people. Normally I have it shipped directly to them. This chair I received to put together and take to the recipient. True chair is painted green but there were areas with bare wood.

I can’t present a gift like that.

The chair is perfect for my one year-old grand daughter! She loves to try to get in and out of it by herself as she isn’t quite walking yet. It is very durable and allows her to feel safe doing it. I bought the unfinished version and applied stain and polyurethane and it turned out beautiful! I highly recommend this product!.

I purchased two white Jefferson rocking chairs and am glad I finally did! After years of purchasing less expensive, inferior, wooden rocking chairs–ones that require repainting and repairing due to splitting/cracking wood–I finally splurged and bought these no-maintenance chairs, something I should have done years ago.

I put them together by myself; each chair took about 45 minutes in the comfort of my living room. The important thing, though, is NOT to tighten any of the screws to the max until the entire chair is assembled, and then you can go back and rotate through each screw, tightening as you go.

Assembled, this chair is heavy–it’s not going anywhere in a strong wind, that’s for sure! I love that the plastic has a faux woodgrain pattern and feel, making it feel less plastic-y. Be prepared to use your own L-shaped hex tool because, although the tool that comes with each chair works, it’s too long to get enough torque to turn the screws tight enough.

The screws for my chairs are white, but the paint scratches easily. That the screws are so visible on the assembled chair, even though they’re painted, is a design flaw to me; in the future, I would love to see Polywood products have countersunk screws with faux-wood plugs to cover up the screw holes.

I think this would make for a cleaner presentation. The seat is comfortable, but I agree with another reviewer that the back is ramrod straight; if you require a backward slant, perhaps an Adirondack chair would be a better option for you.

I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this style and brand of porch rocking chair.

The Polywood La Casa Cafe Patio Dining Chair is well made, durable and easy to maintain. My only quibble is that there is one less seat slat than the Vineyard Patio Chair resulting in the slats being spaced further apart to achieve the same seat depth.

The Sand color is lovely in a woodland setting. Cushions will be necessary for seating comfort.

Very happy with these chairs. Pretty easy assembly. A few minutes. Have a rubber mallet handy to drive in two wide pins. These chairs are pretty sturdy. And once assembled are pretty good size and heavier than wood chairs of the same dimensions, so you may want to assemble on your porch/deck/patio.

Comfortable chairs. Easier to get in and out of in spite of the fact Adirondack chairs are low (< 1ft off the ground). No painting or staining needed. 20 yr warrantee. I got 'sand' color. Neutral shade and won't show every speck of dirt, but may be too light of a color if you are using on grass (though stains should come off with modest effort).

But I liked the sand as it was a light color and would not get too hot in the sun. My recommendation-buy them one at a time using the standard BB&B 20% off coupons. Saves about $40 per chair.

These are strong, well made chairs. They are roomy and heavily made with strong fabric and frames. Logos (Georgia Southern) are perfect. The chairs are really comfortable. I had a problem with a tear in one of the carrying cases (i ordered two chairs) I contacted Logo customer service by email and received a new carry case very promptly.

Everyone at the company was great to work with. I’m really impressed with the product and the people who sell it. Way to go Logo Brands.

I was so excited when I saw these presented on QVC, because my married daughter is a fan of the SF 49ers. I have wanted to gift her a non-clothing NFL item she and our son-in-law truly would appreciate.

When I saw two NFL team chairs offered at such a fantastic price, I wondered if it was too good to be true. It was! We received the two chairs yesterday — Today they are on their way back to QVC. Quality of the fabric is not what I want to give anyone.

Too many hanging threads and double or triple sewn threads (back and forth over each other) on the top sides of the chairs. I did not exchange, because I am pretty certain we would receive chairs identical to these.

There are no zippered holders on either of the armrest, two mesh cup holders only. The bag is very easily ripped. I purchased two in the warehouse and hoped the online items “might” be better, but nah.

Buyer beware.

Having worked in sales and in commison based environments, I have a HUGE eye towards chinks in a stores armor. I have to remind myself to relax and am quick to forgive when I see mistakes. But my experience most recently was enough to make me worry.

As I arrived, there were just a handful, < 15 people including myself and my friend. Two of those were employees who were fighting with each other, arguing loudly so they could hear each other over their cubical walls.

This was only, finally interrupted by a sluggish manager , who clearly wanted to not deal with them again. A second manager was up front, near the front door, with a uniformed police officer who was clearly disappointed with his experience.

I over hear ‘sorry’ and ‘we can’t’ several times. Not very encouraging to the new customers walking though the door. My sales person was excellent. She gave me little more than a third of her time, which was more than fair as she tried to shark 4 sales, passed the buck on small tasks that were her’s to do to keep up her juggling act.

Meanwhile, a fourth sales person rolled his eyes, sighed, or just simply lumbered off with every interaction with her, while she mumbled “so-and-so lost me another sale. “. None of the customers seemed excited or encouraged by their individual attention.

All of the sales staff and managers on duty clearly hated being there and the people they suffered the day with. With these few examples matched with extremely low inventory (date 4/19/17) it’s lucky I walked out with a purchase.

There was no way to build the sale with the physical inventory and the negitive personalities around the store.

Sales person I was dealing with before I came in that specifically wanted to take advantage of my one year no interest, I know he works on commission so the more overall to take is the better for him.

I wanted a tv and I had my eye on a nice clearance tv and again I mentioned I was excited by my no interest multiple times , so now he’s preparing the tv and getting ready to finalize the purchase when I start asking questions and he reveals that clearance items automatically have interest when you finance them which is fine but he didn’t feel it necessary to reveal that detail until I asked and if I would have finilized it that would have been on me after I told him multiple times how I was excited about not having it.

So I decided on getting a new tv to take advantage of my no interest and then while finalizing this he asks if I would like to combine accounts, (I also am financing a Mac, with interest, through them) I said yes and as he’s preparing to finilize I ask how that would work since the tv has no interest.

He said interest would automatically be added to the tv as well. Like what the heck??? Stop trying to get over on the customer and listen to their needs I’m all for suggestive selling and I’m an impulsive buyer so I’ll listen but don’t try and take advantage and be sneaky.

Then through out the conversation he kept mentioning how he needed me to rate him five stars so he can get money??? It was just an off putting experience. He was a nice enough guy but he wasn’t listening and should be more careful about how he comes off to the customer.

I regret ever purchasing these chairs. I painted the chairs prior to setting them up, unfortunately one of the armrest broke while setting it up. Requesting and receiving the damaged part has been nothing short a nightmare.

Had to try four times and hours before getting the part ordered. They said 14 days to receive them then they sent me a message a month later saying it would take another month for me to receive it. Two months to get a replacement.

I cannot return them because I painted them but had I not – you bet I would have returned them without any hesitation. I’m searching for others to see if I could just throw these out. I’m beyond frustrated.

The chairs are nice but very small and seem a bit flimsy.

This will be the 4th rocking chair I have bought. One for each of my grandchildren. Very fast delivery. Picture on the website is an accurate depiction of colors and image. Pros: Great value. Very sturdy.

Cons: Had a little trouble with the seat lining up to the attachment points but nothing that was too difficult. Even with saying that I would still buy again, and would highly reccommend.

This is the cutest little rocker. I bought it for my two year old grand daughter and she loves it. I was surprised by the size. She’ll be able to grow into this rocker and have it for years to come. So glad I decided to buy it.

These rockers are really very attractive and very sturdy and well put together. I think the quality is excellent. Assembly was not bad once we got through the first rocker and learned that the holes needed a little boring in order to get the screws in securely.

The rockers are fairly comfortable but would not be suitable for a large person. We may purchase some pads for added comfort. One other notable. if your surface is not smooth the rockers will not rock as well as they should.

Our patio is flagstone and therefore we get a slightly bumpy rock. This is not the fault of the product. But worth mentioning. We bought two rockers and a table for our back patio. Looking forward to the low maintenance!.

I received two raiders Chairs, so excited, took out of bag and stood up and put back on bag, strap broke on chair, so I sewed it back on. Then as I was putting the chairs back in each bag noticed bags looked used and one was sewn together.

POOR QUALITY I’m returning them.

I purchased a set of the Dallas Cowboy chairs to give to my son & Daughter in law for Christmas and both Chairs split in the same seam after 2 weeks. My daughter in law may weigh 130 & my son 160. I still have the chairs however thought it had been to long to return them since I ordered them around Christmas but geve them to them in March for my sons birthday present.

Very disappointed!!!.

I purchased 4 lawn chairs as a birthday gift for my brother. he saw and sat in them at the Berkshire Botanical Garden. The chairs are perfect Garden chairs. They are comfortable, light weight and blend in well, making them an attractive chair.

They are very well made and worth the price. Delivery was great and the packaging was very protective.

Beautiful, light and easy-care garden chair. The colour is a real pleasure! Good workmanship and therefore an acceptable price-performance ratio. The surface is matt which I particularly like. We have chosen both chairs and corresponding table in the same colour and are very satisfied with them.

Particularly practical is that the chairs can be stacked.

we are super satisfied, the chairs are light, well made and also comfortable. Fortunately, they are also really white, I was not so sure about the color designation. The chairs fit in very well, even to a completely different table.

We purchased two Tables, a Double Glider and two Fan Back Rocking Chairs. The Tables and Glider went together perfectly however; the two chairs had issues. One chair had two holes in the wrong location but since it was an internal location, I was able to drill two new holes.

The other Chair had a wrong part which required my contacting the manufacturer for a replacement part. This effort required multiple phone calls and over two weeks to receive the replacement part.

I initially purchased this chair for my daughter who is pregnant. You gotta have a good rocker for a newborn! Love these so much, I bought two more and a variety of other styles. Awesome color selection.

Usually my color choice is “backordered”. Nope! Got my Aruba blue furniture in no time! The order was painless. PayPal and done. The rocking chairs are delivered in three, pre assembled pieces. They bolt together with 6 large stainless steel bolts.

THERE ARE NO SMALL SCREWS to screw in! The pre drilled holes are laser accurate, making assembly a breeze. A child could do it. Tools are in the box. The bolts and papers were neatlypackaged and wrapped in easy to open plastic.

My arthritic hands are grateful. Once you’ve taken a few minutes assembling, you have a chair that is formed to your body. Heavy duty?? I’m 6’2″ 240. It’s a throne. Totally comfortable for an XL human.

My daughter is tiny. She says it’s comfortable for her as well. I feel solid in the chair. I am a quality freak. This rocker left nothing to be desired. This was one of my best online order experiences.

(Wonderful people will call you if they think you may have ordered the wrong color because it doesn’t match the last one you ordered and save you a huge headache!) I usually try to balance out my reviews with my negative findings.

Not this time. I can’t find anything bad to say! From ordering to assembly – The rocker is worth the price. I’ll have mine forever. seriously. The material is lifetime. A sincere thank you for your service and great product.

The chair material is great, will stand years and years of outdoor use. However, do not buy this product unless you have a genius assembler at your disposal. The instructions that come with this product are the most horrible and wrong that I have ever encountered.

The pictures are wrong, hard to see and the descriptions are absolutely hellish. It took over two and a half hours to assemble one chair after disassembling sections three times in some cases. Don’t know where this is made, but, folks get it together.

They do not tell you the tools that you need and two people are really needed to put it together. A most horrible experience. Once assembled, the chair is great.
