20 Best Toddler Smoothie Cup (2022 Updated)

Haven’t gotten to use this yet as baby is only 3 months, but I have a good feeling about it. It’s much sturdier than I thought it would be and has good weight to the base! It looks to be a great size for starting out.

Not sure about the functionality of the shape, but I love the look of this cup much more than the ever so popular ezpz brand. Also love that a lid and straw comes included for use when they’re older.

My only complaint, which is super minor and most people won’t be bothered by, so I didn’t knock a star, is that the black cup doesn’t come with a black straw when they clearly make black straws! I don’t love the color block look and had to buy 2 cups, a white and a black one just to have a matching straw for the cup.

And the straw that comes with the black cup isn’t even white, it’s gray.

I was looking for a non-plastic valveless straw cup. This one is easy for my 16 month old to hold and drink from while learning the responsibility of not shaking or throwing a cup or walking around while drinking.

However, this actually is spill resistant enough to be tipped all the way sideways. Good: only three parts! unbreakable, simple (valveless requires normal sucking and no extra parts) I don’t expect it to mold like other straw cups, dishwasher safe, appropriate size for small hands, transitions into regular cup and straw can be used as a regular straw for a short glass for at the table.

Both a good and bad thing: toddler can take off lid. Isn’t leak proof Bad: still smells chemically after several hand washes, will show teeth marks when chewed, will probably stain with colorful liquids, liquid will squirt out the straw when placing the lid on.

I bought this cup for my one year old. It arrived quickly which we were very happy about! It did have a plastic-y smell for the first day or so, but dissipated after I soaked in warm soapy water for a bit.

It is made of good quality silicone, is the right amount of water for my baby at mealtimes and the top does not come off even when it is dropped from the highchair (repeatedly. on purpose) The straw even has a little ring around the inside end that prevents it from being removed from the cup.

Overall, we really love this cup and will be ordering more in different colors! If you love other Avanchy products, you will love this one as well!.

Looks great but fails in the most basic of uses. You cannot suck water through the straw, as a grown man I cannot get any liquid out. Not sure if it is an issue with the internal straw length or something else but I bought this two days ago and suffice to say it’s going back as useless.

On my experience and it seems other reviewers I would advise you look elsewhere.

I really like the quality and the handling of this cup. Water stays cold while outdoors and in the car. However, it doesn’t fit into the car seat cup holder nor the stroller cup holders. It’s annoying and I recommend to change the design to be able to fit standard size cup holders.

It’s hard to get water out of the straw. Baby tried many times but nothing came out. I gave it a few tries and figure out you need to bite down the stopping valve and suck. This is pretty tough for a small baby.

So steer clear of this bottle.

My son is 2, I wanted him to have a variety of cups but nothing to preemie at his age, I’m trying to develop his skills. So I like that it’s a cup cause without a weighted straw, he’s so use to using his weighted straw cup that he doesn’t hold this cup upright.

We’re working on it. After the first use of the straw, it is much easier to push into the cover but it still keeps the spill proof feature. The straws appeared very sturdy and durable but my son was still able to bite on it so it’s destroyed but I read in another review that other straws can replace them.

Don’t know if it will spill though. What bothers me most, the color of the covers don’t match the cup, I personally hate that.

I adore these for my little one. They are as close as a straw cup with a top can get to completely spill proof, better than the similar Nuby ones that don’t seem to be sold anymore. I love the fun colors for little one, easy to hold from a very young age under 12 mo.

The top/straw insert is SO tight it can be difficult but it helps keep liquid in so I’m not complaining. A little difficult to get final liquid out because of the vacuum created but again it’s for the greater good and my walls and floors are already happily less splattered than ever.

These cups seem great at first. Until your toddler throws one on the floor, the lid pops off and water goes everywhere. Luckily it was only water and not milk that time, but I’m not taking any more chances.

These went in the trash and I spent $5 on a well made sippy cup with handles that doesn’t spill.

This Tumbler is adorable and durable. I love that it is insulated but maintains it’s looks. It doesn’t leak and the silicone straw is great for small kids. I will suggest making sure to have a straw brush handy for cleaning purposes.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this product and I’d buy it again.

We really like these cups for our grandkids. Easy to use, clean and spill protection that keeps messes to a minimum.

Love this cup! My daughter just turned 1 and so we will soon be transitioning from bottles to cups. The idea of milk in most straw cups gave me the ick because the valves that make them no-spill seem like they could be hard to get fully clean.

And an open cup is great, but some days I don’t have it in me to make sure she doesn’t dump it all down her front – which is worse with milk than water. Anyway, this cup is an excellent size. It has oz markings, which will be really useful in seeing how much milk she’s taking.

It is easy to clean, the straw does not come out, and while it is not spill-proof, it doesn’t leak much unless it’s fully turned upside down for a little bit – in other words, it doesn’t leak unless I am too slow getting it.

It also works really well without the lid. We have used the EZPZ tiny cup for our open cup, but this cup seems to be much easier. The weighted and wider base helps her put it down without tipping, and the fact that it’s transparent prevents me from accidentally waterboarding her.

Oh, and it comes with a brush to clean the straw. This is exactly what i was looking for, and it exceeds my expectations! It took a few uses to get used to the straw since it is wider and has no valve – so a lot more liquid than most of her other cups! But she adjusted quickly.

I started my baby on the honeybear bottles just to train her to drink out of a straw and that worked well for her. She just turned 9 months and just got the hang of it a few weeks ago so I decided to switch to a silicone straw cup.

I’m loving this Olababy cup and so is she! She’s been sucking water right down with it and is able to pick it up and bring it up to her mouth — the top lip of it seems to help her get a grasp of it.

The bottom, while it’s too wide to fit in her stroller drink holder, it’s wider so helps a lot to avoid spills elsewhere. The lid has an indentation at the top– not sure if it was on purpose to catch water, but since drinking water from a straw cup is rather new to my baby that indentation helps to collect water that keeps dripping from her mouth instead of dripping all over (as much).

The straw has a ridge on it that won’t allow it to just get pulled out which is nice. The design is quite nice and it feels quality. I love the clear frosted glass look! Do they make these in an adult size? I would like one also as I just spilled my open mouthed water bottle all over the floor while writing this review.

Our 1yo daughter was easily frustrated by straw cups with anti-spill valves because they took extra force and/or biting to open up the valve enough to pull water through. To my surprise, there aren’t many valve-less straw cups sized small enough for babies– you’re pretty much stuck with Olababy or Ezpz unless you dive into the Amazon marketplace.

I went with the Olababy because I like the translucency to be able to see how much water is left, and whether or not baby is actually pulling liquid through. I think the Ezpz is easier for smaller babies to hold, but a toddler can manage this cup just fine.

Both are easy to clean. Is it expensive for a cup that will likely be used for a year or less? Yes. I’ve raised several eyebrows when I told them how much this thing costs. Does it leak? Yes, because there are no valves, but we’re just putting water in it, so as long as she doesn’t drop it behind the TV, we’re okay.

Did I buy a second one? You bet.

Love these glass straw cups more than anything! The perfect container for smoothies. The perfect size for babies and toddlers. These cups have been dropped from the high chair and are just fine! Also, the cups do not leak much, or at all, when my kids drop them on the floor.

The I was worried the silicone sleeves would be difficult to get on and off, or too easy for the kids to remove. I have no problem at all getting them off, and they stay on the glass firmly. My children never remove them.

The straw cleaner works perfectly and makes it super easy to clean these straws. The colors are gorgeous. I love that they come with two sets of lids, one without the straw holes, so they can be used to store anything.

I purchased these cups for my toddler and 7 month old niece. Both kids love them and are drinking so well from the cups both with the straw and open style. We love that they are glass and not plastic.

The silicone sleeves keep them safe from even the wildest toddler adventures. Wee Sprout’s customer service is amazing. Our first shipment had a minor chip in one cup that was to be given to my niece and they were able to replace the cup swiftly and without any question.

Our favourite bottles ever!! Had then when my daughter was first born and even used them with our son! Nice slim design for child to hold and easy for any child to figure out how to use straight away! We love the design of these and all the colours available.

These cups are awesome! They’re somewhere between a water bottle and a sippy cup. My little guy loves them and they’re definitely completely spill proof. The only downside is that they have the little plastic piece inside but it’s super easy to get completely clean so I didn’t take a star off.

It’s worth it and the price is worth it too. Shipping to US from overseas can take a little extra time too. #mommusthave.

I bought it for my toddler son 8 months ago to switch milk bottles. It was great shot, because he didn’t have problem with switching. Its not leaking. Good for traveling, have top which can close the bottle.

Also this bottle is great to make natural flavored water and fruits aren’t clogging anything. Easy to clean, cute looking.

I recently just purchased the little cup a few weeks ago because I was looking for a non toxic option for my 19 month old son. There aren’t very many options for non toxic products for your little ones, which is so surprising because you would think the FDA would want to keep our little ones safe.

Anyways I googled non toxic toddler cups and your brand popped up. I loved that it was silicone made and was spill proof and that after he’s done using the straw we can just transition it to a regular drinking cup for him.

I also love that it has the measurements on the inside of the cup so I know just exactly how much my son is drinking. The cups are greatly designed and super soft, they have beautiful colors we ordered the blue and green options.

My son enjoys using them he never wants to give them up! We look forward to trying so many more of your products since we absolutely loved the cups!.

Not impressed by cup. Very small. More baby not toddler size. Straw easily pulled out by baby. Wish it had a mechanism to hold straw inside the cup. Hard to put straw inside after cleaning d/t being soft.

Hard to put cap on cup or open the cap without squirting drink out of it (cup slightly gets squeezed when trying to put cap on or take cap off, therefore must use even less water in an already small cup).

Several times after washing seeing a white residue dried on cup and bowl. Had to wash again. Like water marks?! Overall, not really pleased with products.

This cup is a genius design. My son uses it as a sippy cup for milk, straw for smoothies and an open cup for water. It works for him somehow. And he hasn’t had any spills. He loves the two little handles.

And I love that it’s silicon, so water doesn’t taste plasticky as in the Munchkin 360 cups. Absolutely love it. Would purchase more. Additionally, ten stars for customer service. They are the best in helping you with anything with no hassle at all.

I wanted to like this cup because it is the perfect size and cute, however I have only been using it for two weeks now and had to throw it away. I hand washed with Dawn dish soap and warm water as I always do each day and left it to dry upside down on drying grass.

Next morning, there was a lot of mold on the bottom of the cup and also on the underside of the lid near the straw. I couldn’t not wash it out of the bottom. I washed this cup every day, sometimes twice, and my daughter would only drink water with a very light splash of apple juice in this cup.

I have also bought two other Ezpz tiny cups without straws and one of them arrived with lots of scratch marks on the bottom like a knife was in there. At this price point the silicone molding should be smooth.

Out of 3 cups only 1 has been okay. From my experience, Ezpz does not offer quality cups.

Love that this cup comes in many colors. I tried this on my baby who was soon to be 6 months old and couldn’t believe she was ably to use this so effectively. However, as with young kids impatient with foods she slurps so fast that she sometimes choke.

I could not use the lid with this because as she slurps the milk up some milk falls back down into the cup, otherwise there would be a mess everywhere. I will keep it until she learns to control her feed but as of now I have to find a straw cup that will force her to do more work pulling liquid up.

I wanted to love this cup so much! It’s made really really well. But the problem is my baby can squeeze the cup and the lid immediately pops off. The cup by itself would be a nice way to learn just a sip out of a cup but the straw and lid function just doesn’t do it.

It’s a little baby can pop it off with his fists it’s just a mess waiting to happen.

Perfect size for their little hands. The smooth edges are gentle for the little babes, in case they tip over onto them! The colors are even prettier in person. I’ll buy another set for bath time, because some of them have holes in the bottoms that will be fun to play with.

Love these soft yet durable cups for my preschooler and our toddler will soon graduate to these cups also. They will leak some out of the straw hole if tipped over, but it is a slow leak and as long as the lid is tight, we’ve never had it leak out of the lid.

If dropped from a long ways, the lid might come off but it is pretty tight and at least it won’t damage my wood floors if dropped from the table! The bumps on the side help make it sturdy. I would love bumps on both sides to make it even easier for little hands to hold but it is pretty non-slip already.

The kids love the colors and the mix-match options among the cups we already have.

I purchased this cup for my nephew as “his cup” for my house. I do not have kids (yet), but wanted something spill proof for my home that he could use. This is AMAZING! When he first used it, I tested it in the sink, but still followed him around to make sure it didn’t spill.

He walked all over the house with it, tipped it on the carpet, even shook it upside down and nothing came out! Truly great product.

This product is a MUST BUY, for ne parent with kids from age 1 to 8 who are messy or tend to spill a lot! This guy is simply amazing, it seals shut with its thick lid thay friction seals to the cup. In addition, your kid can tip this over, upside down and even lightly shake it and it won’t spill.

It takes concerted effort or intent to open the cup for it to spill. I am very impressed with what I have here. The only complaint I have, which is far from a complaint and more of a: yer and idiot and should have thought of that is when you seal the lid, pull the straw all the way up.

This prevents the straw from sitting in the liquid, and the liquid squirting out the straw as you seal the lid by pressing it down on the cup. I am so impressed and very happy to have this item! Such a great product!!.

Started my baby girl out with this cup at 6 months. At first we only tried it as an open cup but as she got more interested in my cup with a straw I decided to let her try with this straw. After a few days giving her tastes of water by covering the straw end and releasing when she closed her lips around it then adding a slurping sound once she got that she started sucking the water out and the straw would suction to my finger.

I then started offering the straw in the cup and by day 3 she was successfully sucking and swallowing water from the cup. She’s still figuring out cup etiquette so she picks it up by the straw and drops it and watches it roll and I’m always so surprised by how little leaks out if any does at all.

Perfect size and design cup for baby’s first cup in my opinion. The only downside is you need to put the lid on very slowly or a bunch of liquid is forced out the straw and spills. Today she finally drank my frozen milk from this cup after months of rejecting bottles and only taking fresh from the boob milk so that was a huge bonus I didn’t realize would be achieved with this cup.

We just bought two more because baby and mom both really like this cup the most out of all other options we have.

Ordered the yellowmagenta the magenta is definitely more of a red burgundy/maroon. Nice color still, just not the pink/purpley magenta you would think. I’m happy with the fact that it’s all silicone which was my main purpose for this purchase- the straw is soft, so no worries about toddlers hurting their mouths/gums/teeth if actively playing or walking around while sipping.

And you can feel good about not giving your kids a drink with plastic-leaching chemicals, or water that tastes like metal. Reviewers have mentioned it leaking/spilling/spouting from the straw. This is true, but no big deal for us.

You quickly figure out where the max amount fill is, apply the lid gradually from one side as opposed to straight down, and simply stick your thumb over the straw hole to pop lid in place. Small size is perfect for an infant or young toddler.

I find it to be fine for my 3yr old, and just okay for my 5yr old- I wish it was offered in more sizes for older kids. Still no complaints overall since we use this around the house- the 5yr old just refills it at will.

For going out and being on-the-go, it sure would be nice to have more sizes. I would definitely buy them!.

We have always had great luck with these cups and used them for both of our kids. They are a great introduction to a straw cup for babies. They can get water out no matter what angle they’re holding it at, and the straw is nice and narrow so they don’t take on big gulps and choke.

The odd time it can leak around the lid if you don’t screw it on properly, but it’s an easy fix. We bough the little Zoli straw cleaner which makes it super easy to clean the straw. We also use them for only water which makes them easy to clean too.

Was so excited to get this because I heard great things, but was disappointed after it cracked literally two days after my 13m old started using it. He dropped it one time and now there’s a crack along the bottom causing it to leak.

In a product this expensive, the material should be able to take a couple falls before cracking. Also noticed the plastic seal inside the top of the cup started coming out, even after trying to put it back in (also why it’s leaking) Looks like it’s stretched out (once again, was only using this for 2 days before I noticed this) and was never washed in the dishwasher.

I don’t have the box, otherwise I’d be returning it.

I saw that my friend had these cups for her toddler, and never thought to ask how she liked them. I went ahead and bought 3 cups (first time mom mistake not to ask). While they are easy for beginners to learn to sip from a straw, they are horrible about leaks and spills.

If my daughter lays the cup down on its side (which always happens cause babies never set it upright) all the contents leak out. If she throws it down on the floor, which happens often, the liquid spills out.

If the cup has liquid in it and is sitting upright but hasn’t been sipped out of for a few minutes, the liquid overflows out of the top of the straw and leaks everywhere. Do your self a favor and skip these cups.

I have 3, and they ALL leak.

These are my new favorite sippy cups! They are easier to use and leak less than other 360 cups I have used before. Occasionally they do leak but mostly it is only when the cup is launched through the air like a missile.

My toddlers both do well drinking from them, my floor stays cleaner, and the cups are easy to clean. I’m planning on ordering more and getting rid of my other sippy cups.

Love that there is no silicone band on the lid! I know you can remove those but it’s a pain. And these cut that problem out. Kids love them and they don’t spill; unless they are smacked hard down onto the floor with full force.

So a little tip or what have you is fine. Wish they were bigger though.

These cups are awesome!! We’ve been prominent Munchkin 360 Cup users for about a year. These WOW cups have impressed me. The only time they ‘leak’ is when dropped. Unlike the Munchkin cups, they don’t leak when left sitting on its’ side and they are easy to clean.

The lids are also easy to screw on and they don’t have that little rubber ring where mold was prone to grow. I’m obsessed and will be telling all my mom friends about them.

My son loves this cup! I love how the flow is slowed down so they can learn how to drink from a straw after being so used to bottles/sippy cups. My son is wild and tends to bang the cup on his high chair and the inner weighted straw attachment has only fell out once.

If your child is rough, the will scratch off (ours no longer has a nose, haha) but I’m not worried about cup cosmetics and neither is my little one. This is the first straw he ever drank from and he’s a pro at all straws now! We had to buy a second when they went on sale.

If he’s happy I’m happy.

I work as a daycare teacher and I have some students with the munchkin click lock weighted straw cup, and I have some students with this cup. Both cups in my opinion are amazing because they both do what they say; drink at “any angle” and are both “spill proof”.

HOWEVER!!! The munchkin brand is literally IMPOSSIBLE to clean when it comes to actually wanting to clean the INSIDE of the whole straw system!!! VS. this one you actually CAN!!!! The straw system on this one comes apart and you can thoroughly clean it! INSIDE AND OUT! Honestly This weighted straw cup is hands down the best!!! The only thing I truly wish they had though was a larger size like a 10oz option instead of only just the 7oz.

My 17 month old daughter loves this cup. She loves to carry it around and say, “nose! eyes! ears!” The weighted straw is very effective and she can drink from it from any angle. It’s easy to clean (all components come apart easily), and surprisingly doesn’t leak, even when laying on its side.

This is a VERY important feature of a straw cup, and in my experience most toddler cups do leak, so I have been happy with this. The only downside is that there is no lid/cover or option to tuck the straw down.

This means the cup won’t work for traveling or putting in a backpack. We have enjoyed using this cup around the house, so it’s not a major complaint.

I want to like the stage 3 straw sister so much. It’s a good size, good value but they suck. They either leak like crazy or I can’t suck liquid out if it. We’ve tried adjusting everything, fixing the vent, making sure connections are good.

This afternoon was the worst, at first it wouldn’t stop leaking from the straw but I gave it to kiddo anyways, a few minutes later he gives it back to me still half full. I tried it and I couldn’t suck anything out.

It’s not user error as I’ve had other people try putting it together for me. I follow the instructions, I looked up a YouTube video on how to put it together and the thing is still terrible. I’ve bought 4 of them in hopes it’s just a faulty one but all 4 are just as bad.

I really like this Playtex cup a lot. It’s easy to clean and residue does not get stuck underneath the plastic parts. I would give us a five star but the straw detaches from the little plastic insert a lot and it makes my son frustrated.

So I have to go back in and push the straw back. But I still love the cup!.

These little cups are wonderful for your little one. The top stays secured so you don’t have to worry about leakage from the cup when it’s been dropped or thrown across the kitchen. The sipping spout is soft and it’s easy for kids to drink from.

Stick to this brand. the hard sipping spouts are no where near as good as these!.

I find this product as good as the previous reviews had stated. There is however, one issue that should be addressed, disassembly for a complete cleaning. My daughter noticed some “gunk” (for the lack of knowing what it really was) leaking out from beneath the orange dome while hand washing the cup.

I then searched this site to find instructions but there were none to be found. After fifteen minutes of trying to take it apart without breaking it I was able to separate all the pieces. Like most baby or infant products all parts should be accessible for a good, healthy cleaning.

A set of how to instructions would complete this item for my five star-rating.

I have a 9 1/2 month old and recently have needed to supplement her with formula. I had only tried 2 bottles; which she absolutely hated and refused, when a friend suggested I try a straw cup. Specifically the mOmma.

By then, I researched numerous brands, as I needed something where the ounces where imprinted on the cup, to make formula measuring easy. low and behold, this straw cup has worked. Though it’s for a 12 month old, my 9 1/2 month old loves it.

she drinks out of the straw with ease and supplementing her is no problem. I totally recommend this for anyone having issues with a baby accepting bottles. totally give a straw cup a try. Another plus, it does not spill.

I wish I would have listened to the reviews about it being hard to use. For some reason the straw is not like a normal straw. It actually needs to be slightly bitten or something in order to suck liquid up it.

My son is 13 mths and can use a regular straw but he couldn’t get anything out of this one. I tried it and realized it worked but was hard to make it flow with a normal suck. I guess thats what makes it soill proof but not the easiest to use.

Otherwise, its a good cup.

I thought at first that there wasn’t a hole in the spout, but there is–you just have to pinch/wiggle the first time and it will appear! This is versatile and easy to pack for a trip, but its not a true sippy replacement–its just doesn’t work as well as our Kleenkanteen and thinkbaby stainless steel water bottle-style sippers.

Love the new cup- it fits in my cup holder in my car- works well for smoothies. It’s portable and surprisingly stays together well. A friend of mine has one and it’s her 19 month old daughters favorite cup.

Love this cup! It’s easy to hit my goal to drink water during the day when I use this cup and straw. Easy to clean, doesn’t hold on to stains or smells, washes up quickly. It would be a fun gift, useful and cute!!.

I got this cup for my son after he turned one. This cup is super easy to clean. I like the top so I can take it anywhere with us on a way out. This cup helped a lot my son, he finally learned how to put up the cup so he can drink from it.

Strange one. Love the design, love the handy little handy bit etc BUT it does leak. It leaks from the sides where the top screws onto the bottle. Which is simply annoying and a major design flaw for a cup designed for 7 month olds + The cup itself is great.
