Great flavor for salmon on the BBQ. I put it on salmon steaks, place them on a heavy duty foil lined cookie sheet and cook over the coals and also my gas BBQ, turning once. Note, use an old cookie sheet that you don’t mind warping or turning charcoal on the bottom over an open flame.

Wife ordered Cedar Plank Salmon Seasoning and I got the Bill. When I looked at it I thought it was a Plank of Smoke Salmon. I went to the Post Office and picked it up a few days later and looked at it and then took it home and confronted my wife.

This seasoning is a little spicy and a little sweet, and its just delicious! Not too complex and somewhat straightforward, which I like. Really, really yummy! I’m a big fan of cooking salmon at a super high temperature, 450, for about 10-12 minutes, and then left rest with a some foil over it.

This is an excellent salmon rub — been using it for years on our annual Alaska salmon fishing trip catch. we sprinkle it on a light mayonnaise coating to the fish. Add a touch more salt. Put on BBQ; enjoy!.

Although my Lab likes this, its more like small liquorish type booster. My fault for not really checking. Saw a good product and a different flavor to boost my labs dinner. I usually use freeze dried and break it up like a powder onto her kibble.

NO WAY you can do this with ths “tender” which is not tender. I used as a walking treat.

My 3 rescued Chihuahuas have been eating tender toppers for years. They are picky eaters and love the tender texture. BUT!! The new formulas is junk. Low protein and it has a chemical smell with a fake ‘smoked’ smell.

My 3 did eat it but I don’t feel good about feeding it to them. So we will move on. I am so disappointed in Wellness.

Being a pescatarian it is hard to find jerky!!!! I tried vegetarian mushroom jerky and it was just too hard. Ever since I tried this salmon bite jerky I have been hooked and now order it by the box! Worth every penny.

Yes it smells a little fishy but it has to be refrigerated after you open a bag and it’s fish so what else should it smell like?? Lol!! Only has ingredients you know which is also a plus! My favorite jerky hands down!.

Salmon! I could eat it at every meal. I didn’t care for the taste of any of the other dipping sauces or seasonings for Salmon till I came across “Johnny’s Salmon finishing sauce” it is the absolute best sauce! The only downfall is once I found it at my local grocery store they stopped carrying it.

I searched everywhere and could not find it any where. finally I found it again in Cincinnati only after a few months they stopped carrying it too. Talk about being disappointed I was heartbroken. My husband known how much I love Johnny’s he searched again and found it on Walmart’s website, I pray they actually have it on their shelf, if so I’m buying a case to heck with getting one bottle.

I couldn’t find locally anymore so purchased this 6 pack. This stuff is the best on any fish. Can use in place of tartar sauce too! Share a bottle with a friend or friends if you can’t use all. Stored in fridge unopened will add a year to the best by date.

I bought this sauce online because I found it at a locale store. The store quit carrying It. After checking five different locale stores And none of then carrying the sauce I gave up. I found it at walmarts website, man was I happy.

My very picky Shih Tzu has been prescribed a prescription diet due to a medical concern. He dislikes the medical diet and often went without eating. I tried this topper recently and he loves it. Its very smelly so a little bit goes a long way.

#ReceivedFreeProduct I was really excited to get to try out this Chicken & Salmon flavored grain free Wet Dog Food from American Journey because I had never gotten to try anything out from this brand before & I’d heard some really good things about it.

The food arrived at my house faster than anything I had ordered in a very long time. It was also packaged very nicely to prevent any damage to any of the 12 cans during shipment, which I really really appreciated.

They were wrapped in heavy plastic that was easy to cut away with a pair of scissors. The wet food itself came in 12 really big cans & was really easy to open up the cans with the easy to open lids. That’s another nice feature to appreciate.

The food isn’t runny. It’s nice & thick & my pets absolutely love it. I’m able to split one of these big cans betweens between 2 of my babies and they eat it all immediately. They know when it’s time to eat too, because even they see these cans in my hands, they get super excited.

Plus it’s a healthier recipe. It’s made with good things & they’ve kept out grains. It’s also much appreciated that they care enough about our pets to use good ingredients and to keep out the bad. I mean honestly, what more can you ask for as a pet parent? This wet food is a really good product, made by a brand you already know & trust, made with good ingredients, is easy to open and your pets will love it?! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a good solid food that you know your babies will eat.

I have two British labs. One is 5 years old and has a tendency to throw his food back up. So I have always bought him sensitive or limited ingredient foods. The other just turned 1. He started shedding and itching like crazy at about 8-9 months old.

I could not figure out what was making this happen. I started making only natural treats, changed his flea and tick medication, gave baths, etc. I started looking into foods that would benefit both of my boys instead of having different food for each dog.

I found American Journey, spoke with a few vets. Then decided this is what we were going to try next. It has been 3 months and both boys are doing great. Old man Ace is not puking his food up. And his wing man Goose is no longer itching, the shedding has subsided some as well.

(He is a Fox Red. Little longer hair, and of course red, so easier to see) My ONLY two issues with this food is the bag sizes and availability. I wish that there were more options than ordering from Chewy.

Switched from the American Journey Active Life salmon recipe (which I fed for many years), to the Limited Ingredient salmon food. Within a couple of weeks I noticed my 4 year old dog’s breath became VERY smelly.

My boyfriend also commented on how stinky it was. My dogs have never had noticeably bad breath so it was out of the norm. Around this same time the dogs had their annual vet exam, which verified there are no dental issues that would cause bad breath – teeth and gums are clean/healthy.

I cut out the fish oil I mix into their food first, but his breath was still smelly. Switched to the Limited Ingredient duck recipe and within a week, his breath stopped smelling. Added the fish oil back in, and still no bad breath so it was definitely this specific formula.

I love American Journey and have never had issues with their food, just an odd side effect with this recipe!.

My dog loves all things salmon and this did not disappoint him. Sometimes I give him a whole stick or 2 and sometimes I cut them to small slices and use them as “training bits”. Much cheaper than the pre-packaged bits.

I only wish they didn’t use liquid smoke since it isn’t a great ingredient and I doubt dogs really would mind it not being there. Other than that, nice quality and ingredients.

I have been buying these treats for my three 8-lb poodles for years and have started several other people using them. However, the last three bags I have opened (and maybe more that I haven’t opened) are laced with fish bones.

I cut the jerky sticks up into small pieces for my dogs, and these new bags are difficult to cut due to the small, sharp fish bones. I don’t want these in my dogs’s stomachs as some of the hard, sharp pieces are over 1/8” long, so I use tweezers to try to pick out the bone fragments as I am afraid they could harm my small pooches.

Time to switch to another brand that is not trying to sell me fish bones for a treat.

This is the best seasoning that you put on Salmon. If you love Salmon like I do then buy this you will never buy any other kind. Its not spicy but has a rich taste. I love how it smells when cooking.

You dont even have to put lemon juice or anything else on the Salmon when you have this. This is a MUST HAVE for cooking Salmon.

This is an incredible seasoning for salmon. It is Smokey, sweet, and just takes salmon to the next level. This is the only seasoning for grilled salmon. I apply it twice while cooking salmon on the grill.

It imparts and incredible flavor and it also will caramelize on the fish as well. It can be difficult to find locally at grocery store but I have ordered it online with manufacturer.

The only problem with this product is that it contains too much Black Pepper. Chefs, Cooks and Corporations never take into consideration of making their seasonings with or without Black Pepper. I hope this message educates MAGIC Salmon Seasoning!!!!.

I received a free sample of Made by Nacho Shredded Grain-Free Recipe Cage-Free Chicken Recipe With Bone Broth wet cat food to try with my trio of extra-finicky foodie-kitties. I split the packet up between my three foodie-snob finicky cats and then kicked back with my fingers crossed not knowing WHAT to expect from them really.

To my relief, they immediately dug right into that broth and then tried plate-checking their buddies much to their chagrin! If only it came with even MORE (it comes with quite a bit already)I betcha they’d have been fine with just the straight broth! The shreds were kinda the icing on the proverbial kitty-cake for them, and they each saved theirs for last.

Who’d have thought that they would LOVE this, but boy did they EVER! I loved how this food is grain free and uses ALL the right ingredients that I can feel comfortable knowing that I’m giving my trio the best food possible that they love while I feel safe giving it to them.

The addition of the bone broth is a HUGE added perk according to my cats. I will definitely be getting more for my household, it’s great!.

I wanted to switch my 2 babies from a VERY expensive RX food to something more affordable but still good quality – (Ben has urinary issues) So I ordered Made by Nachos variety pack and chicken because I knew they both love chicken.

Sadly they would not eat it! But when I opened the chicken chunks in gravy, it smelled like people food!! I thought it would be great on rice. uh for the cats! But when they would not eat any of the varieties, I decided to send it back.

Customer Service was fabulous! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I explained the situation and the service representative refunded my money without question, and told me to donate it to a local shelter or rescue.

Which was a double blessing because I adopted my two babies, Ben and Bailey from Smitten with Kittens in town, so it all turned out pretty good except I’m still on the hunt for another food. But Nachos food would be a winner if could have started them on it!!!.

I received a free sample of the Made by Nacho Cage Free Chicken Recipe Cuts in Gravy with Bone Broth Wet Cat Food. I was hopeful because the ingredients list is good on the product. It has a nice amount of gravy and kitties love that.

My kitty is 13 and is very, very picky. Well, he barely even looked at it. I’m sure he smelled something he didn’t like. Cats use their smell the most and that’s all it takes. He sensed something, I have no idea what.

He really didn’t even give it a chance as far as I’m concerned. But as many, too many before it, another full thing of cat food straight to the garbage. I let it sit for a few hours and he never went back.

It’s hard for me to recommend it when my own cat won’t eat it. Like I said, the ingredient list is better than most. The gravy is good. I am glad this was a sample and that I don’t have a case of it now.

I received a sample of One Sheet Pan glazed salmon and vegetables. I used the seasoning mix with chicken and vegetables. I am not a salmon lover so I either eat chicken or turkey. I placed my casserole pan in the refrigerator to bring everything together.

I was expecting the seasoning mix to be salty and take the flavor away. I followed the directions that were on the packet using peppers, onions , celery and carrots. I was pleasantly surprised to see how tender and moist my chicken was and the taste added to the vegetables.

My adult children enjoyed the taste of the vegetables and chicken. I was expecting to have leftovers but my children changed that for me. McCormick, you hit this out of the ball field. This inspired me to purchase the packets.

While I was putting the packet in my cart, I was asked about the seasoning. I informed the shopper that the seasoning has the right amount of spices and no salty taste and that your family will enjoy how it makes your food taste.

After reading the ingredients, I knew we wouldn’t be happy with it on our salmon and since I had thawed chicken out, decided to use it on that instead. It smelled wonderful while cooking and kept the skinless chicken breast moist.

The flavor though was very overpowering – my husband is a fan of spicy foods and he said it is very spicy – I was hesitant to try it, as I’m not a fan of most spicy foods. The brown sugar helped cut the heat, but I was glad I didn’t use it on the salmon – it would have been totally overpowering of the flavor.

I had left over chicken in my salad the next day and I liked the flavor much better – I had mixed my salad greens with mayonaise, so between that and it being cold, the flavor was milder. If asked, I would give a positive reccomendation if the person liked spice and was using on a neutral flavored fish, chicken or even as a rub for pork tenderloin.

McCormick Glazed Salmon Sheet Pan 1. 12 OZ is bursting with flavor and great taste. I loved the flavor, it was wonderful. I also tried it on pork tenderloin and it was great also. The taste and texture was Exploding!!!! I also love that you can make your main dish and add your veggies to it in your sheet pan and everything is done at the same time and the veggies have a hint of a taste of the glazed salmon seasoning of garlic spices, soy sauce, and onion flavors, go great together and also has a hint of smoked flavor.

I love it!!! I also love the added kitchen tips on the back of the packages, I try the kitchen tips on the package. They are very helpful. I have recommended this to my family and friends.

This is a simple way to prepare salmon patties for the inexperienced. Three ingredients: salmon (I used canned), this packet, and mayonnaise. It makes five patties that can be fried or broiled. It was foolproof for me.

We are from Maryland and this packet makes superb crab cakes! The mix makes crab cakes as delicious as if we were dining in a restaurant on the water in Annapolis!!

I bought these thinking they would be great to incorporate into my cats kibble. Turns out he loves them but they make him vomit a lot. He does just fine on the days I give him his dry food and canned wet food, but for some reason these make his tummy upset.

I continued to give him some just to see if that’s what it was and the results stayed the same. I also checked the expiration date and that’s fine. I wouldn’t say he’s eating them too fast or anything, he gets about half a packet a day and it’ll last until he pukes it back up.

I really wish he could hold these down as I love the idea of giving him wet food options. I suggest maybe buying one packet to see how your cat does before buying the whole variety pack!.

My cat goes crazy about anything instinct. It smells terrible, I will admit, but as compared to any grain or corn heavy food out on the market, he seems to like it significantly more. The food itself is pricey, but I think for my cats health it is worth the extra money.

This food specifically, I only give him for special occasions, and mix it with some of his dry instinct raw boost food. He seems to love it and I’ve really noticed a difference in his coat and energy level.

Wow was this a battle!!! Our carbohydrate intolerant Bombay decided after 8 years of the SAME food, he wouldn’t eat it. At $2. 50 a pouch, and about four tries and two days, using pouches from alternate batches, he was done.

Since putting him on a grain free wet diet measured at 9 Oz a day, his coat looked as beautiful as the day we met and, he once heart condition always undetectable WITHOUT using the pills. So, tried the hard food version of the wet, just at the beginning of the quarantine and pandemic.

He gained three a pounds and grew an undercoat that required the furmerator, generating enough excess hair i could sent it to Cher for a wig. So went back to soft. HAD to go retail and buy individual packs and cans to see what was going to get him through his pandemic boredom.

He was “ok” with canned pate but the litterbox wasn’t; like liked some of the organic gourmet grain free choices but didnt vocalize or act like an egg time watching the digital clock waiting for the 4 to show up so he could SCREAM announcing it was time.

Finally tried this and it’s off the hook. He’s DEFINITELY founder of the duck, wouldn’t touch the rabbit and looked at me as if I was an idiot for trying and definitely took to the chicken well. But the duck.

back to his Oprah good weight, beautiful coat and no murmur. BTW, Chewy was so gracious about a refund for two months of unopened former food. NOW we have our boy back and Chewy is 15% less than retail! Thanks Chewy!.

Since transferring my two dogs to K9 Natural Beef and Hoke, I have seen a remarkable improvement in both energy levels and coat and skin condition. My dogs have always been fed raw, grain-free food, but my Airedale developed seizures at 6 years, following a severe bout of pancreatitis and hospitalisation.

I tried various changes to his diet but the low fat roo recommended left him with severely itchy skin and secondary infections, for over 3 years. Since changing him to K9, he rarely scratches, and although it is probably unrelated, he has not had a seizure for nearly 12 months.

Yay! I love this food…it is convenient and the dogs love it!.

It has been very difficult finding an affordable, high quality, raw diet for my Frenchie with food allergies. He was always allergic to chicken, and now he has problems with beef, dairy and anything related to chicken, including eggs, so this food is perfect for him, especially now the eggs have been removed.

This food makes up part of his diet, I like to give him variety, and also because if a food is out of stock, he needs to be able to eat something. That is my main complaint about this food, it is often out of stock in the large size.

He also eats a meals for mutts variety and freeze dry pork from Frontier Pets Online, another excellent, convenient food. I give him raw sardines twice a week and raw pork ribs sometimes, turkey wings when I can get them.

Now that I have a new puppy, she will also be eating the same foods, fingers crossed, she doesn’t develop allergies.

I have 2 miniature poodles, one who is 11 and one who is 3. They both have very different systems, the 11 year old is prone to developing yeast blooms if she eats too much starch and the 3 year old is a high energy, picky eater, and has a hard time keeping weight on.

This is the first food that has met both of their needs. My older dog has had no issues with yeast since switching to this food. My younger dog LOVES this food and always finishes her bowl. With other food she almost always walks away, uninterested, and it was difficult to keep her at a healthy weight.

I’m so happy to have finally found one food that works for both dogs. To make feeding more convenient, I make about 3 days worth of food (adding water to the dried food) and refrigerate it. Easy for traveling too!.

We were buying Buffalo Wilderness similar packets for about $12-$20 more per box. Based on the reviews, I decided to try these. My 3 adult Australian shepherds love it just as much as the previous brand.

There’s no discernible difference in the appearance or smell. The content is quality, and it’s made in the US, which I appreciate re: safety standards and supporting the local workforce and economy. The teensy tiniest complaint which will not change my decision on these (and I wouldn’t have even noticed if I had not used a different brand prior) is that when I tear open the packages, a bit of the gravy squirts out and gets on my hand every time.

It’s a minor annoyance, and I’m sure it because there’s actually more gravy in there than I’m used to, but if the packaging was a little bigger or the gravy was a little thicker, I think that wouldn’t happen.

Not sure and don’t really care because it’s a great, quality product for a much better price than competing brands in this category. Thanks!.

this is wonderful! First time I made salmon at home in oven and easier than friends said it would be and incredibly tasty 🙂 My roommate liked so much when I asked what spice I should put in the french toast batter for cinnamon raisin bread — he said the salmon blend?! I did and somehow it was wonderful, blended well with vanilla.

So now I am on kick if its the garlic/ onion or dill flavor that made this work well. Something tells me it definitely won’t be the blend’s fault if the cookies don’t work out ;).

My daughter and I agree that this is an essential part of any salmon recipe. It’s the perfect blend of spices. I also sprinkle a little into tuna salad. Just ordered a second bottle for my spice shelf because it goes fast at our house!.

So good. My sister told me about spice house. I use to go to pen skies. But this company is much better and quicker. I love and eat a lot of salmon and this seasoning really flavors it well. Spices are really fresh as well.

My dogs love this! It is a bit too big as training treats for my dogs but I still use it as during walks to get some engagement and redirect from distractions. I also use some on top of my stuffed Kongs or Zogoflex Toppl to \”seal\” them on the top.

If you like to carry it in treat pouches or pockets, the beef flavor specifically is less crumbly than the others although it still crumbles more than Instinct Raw Meals.

I bought just to try it out and wow, I see why my dog goes crazy for it. I added a bit of water to it and the room immediately is filled with the smell of beef! Smells really yummy and fresh too. It is a bit pricey for the portion though.

I only added this as meal topper and finished it in less than 2 weeks.
