The hardest part if you install yourself is removing the factory exhaust. Sounds great with the Tundra. I was considering a Corsa exhaust bc I kind of liked that raspy noise, but decided the Borla wouldn’t get on my nerves.

Perfect if you spend a good amount of time in your truck. It’s not really a noticeable noise when you crank it up and at idle. Sounds real nice with my AFE CAI, but I think the intake made more of a difference in engine volume.

Get on the gas and you’ll definitely hear it.

This exhaust is the right choice. Cost a little more but your getting T304 Steel throughout and most of the other exhausts are T409 with T304 tips. At the end of the day both are stainless steel and probably does not matter but still cannot compare cost apples to apples.

I believe Borla’s main goal is flow and performance. The sound is quite but lights up when you hit the throttle for a deep tone, no crackling. I also added the afe cold air intake the day before and really opened the airway!.

Based on other reviews, this Borla cat-back is what I expected. The price point was good, installation went smooth, and it looks great. Compared to previous cat-backs I’ve had, this Borla is quieter, but still has a nice throaty sound.

Noticed an improvement in my truck performance, and a small improvement to my gas mileage. Overall a good product for the price.

So you might guess by the title I chose, this assembly doesn’t have good sound. Not true, but I did buy this purely for the look and marginal performance gains from opening up the exhaust a bit. Don’t expect your sound to keep pace with the Hemi Challenger’s or V8 Mustang and Camaro crowd.

Your truck is still gonna sound like a 6cyl. with an open exhaust. Having said that, this is a quality built system with good hardware provided. The black tips are a full 4. 5 inches wide at the exit and really do look great dumping out behind the rear wheels.

This kit is as good as you would expect from a name like Flowmaster. I am very satisfied with the way the kit installed and how easy the stock system comes out in one piece. The sound is exactly as the install video from XT depicts, a 4 out of 5 on the loudness scale when putting your foot in it and just a very low rumble at idle.

My only negative (see pics), on my 2022 SR5 there is slightly too much flange that is intended to sit inside the recess provided on the kits mating flange. That piece of the stock exhaust needs to be ground down an 1/8th to 3/16ths if an inch to properly and flush mate the stock side and kit side of the 2 bolt flange mating surfaces.

I completed my install as a rainstorm was starting so I will grind that down on another day. An afternoon is generous. If you have a critical eye as I do, adjusting these tips for symmetry on both sides of the truck will take some patience, took me about 20 minutes and just a little bit of back and forth to get them dead on even.

I absolutely love this exhaust! I have been using it for the past 5 months ever since I bought the truck. I really disliked the stock exhaust for it’s look and quality of sound. I wanted a little something extra in the way of sound, and this exhaust fits the bill almost perfectly.

The only thing I will mention is that when you have an additional side exhaust on the driver’s side it may impact you if you decide to get bigger tires or wheels. The 5th wheel is stowed underneath the bed and the exhaust fits fine with stock tires, however with 33s or larger you will start to touch against the exhaust which obviously can dispense large amounts of heat.

Using heat shield can prevent any burning or damage to the tires but it is something to mention I didn’t think of when I bought the exhaust. Other than that it is fantastic, it is a little throaty in the early rpms (2-3.

5) and really starts to rip in the latter (4-6). It is not too loud where it wakes up the neighbors, but enough to have fun with. I mean for the price it is hard to beat really. I looked at carbon exhausts, which can sound incredible at high rpm, but they get expensive quick, and can be much louder.

The drone only starts to get a little annoying around 80 and up in mph. Took me 6 hours and a 12 pack of miller lites to put on.

Years ago I had installed a custom exhaust system on my 2006 Tacoma to allow the engine to breathe better over the O. E. system. The result was too loud and I regretted the change every day I drove the truck.

I wanted the same outcome for this Tundra but as quiet as the O. E. exhaust note. This Flowmaster Force II dual is PERFECT! The exhaust note is the same volume as O. E. w/ the added pleasure of a better/deeper resonating sound.

I won’t know for a couple of tankfuls if the MPG improves. I don’t hotrod this truck, its main purpose is a daily driver and pulling my 26″ travel trailer all over the country. VERY happy w/ this specific exhaust system!.

Ordered this cover for my new 2018 Tundra after reading many different reviews and doing some searches online. I wanted something that would be high enough quality to withstand the weather in FL and also look good while doing it.

I also had a price point in my mind I wanted to stay around which was $250 and this cover not only met that price point but also had solid reviews. After receiving nine I can say that the reviews were not wrong!!!This cover arrived packaged very well and had all the necessary equipment and brackets needed.

My truck has a spray in bed liner and rail system so I had to use the included metal brackets that fit into my rail system. The cover came out of the box inside a nice little cover that I suppose you could put the cover back inside if you had to take it off for any reason.

It also comes with additional seal stripping in case you don’t have a bed liner and there are still gaps between the cover and the truck bed. I didn’t appear to need them with my truck. The clamps and toggle locks were easy to setup.

The only small challenge I had was getting the metal brackets down my tail system just due to the paint on the rails. A few light taps with a mallet got them moved into position then tightened down with the included allen wrench.

Overall so far I am very happy with the purchase and looking forward to how well it holds up over the next few years. It feels and looks like a high quality cover and I was able to get fully installed/adjusted in about 15 mins (between interruptions from 3 of my daughters wanting to know what I was doing out in the garage.

Purchased this for a Toyota Tundra with the Bed-Rail System. For starters, the directions should tell you that half of the parts are in the bottom of the ‘sack’ that the cover is shipped in. I unboxed the cover, let the sack drop to the ground not knowing that some of the needed parts were in the bottom of it.

Got part way into the installation, couldn’t find the parts with the others that were not in the sack, and went inside to email the manufacturer. Then, picked up the sack, and found the missing hardware.

After getting through that, the installation was pretty straightforward. It took me, by myself, about 45 minutes to complete it (I’m slow and methodical though). I found the piece of glue-backed rubber gasket (goes along the top of the bed next to the cab) kind of flimsy.

We’ll see how it holds up. I did not have to use any of the rubber gasket along the top of the tailgate. I just snugged down the securing handles (they screw in/out depending on how much closing pressure you need) and it sealed.

I have not been through a car wash yet, but a couple of heavy rains, at highway speeds, yielded no leaks. The frame does feel, and is, very lightweight. The cover does start to flap slightly above around 60-65mph.

I didn’t hear it, but could see it out the rearview. We’ll see if it holds up over time with the stress of the vibration. Overall, great cover for the price. After one month in use, I would recommend it and would buy it again.

I have never written a product review in my life, primarily because most products don’t live up to the advertising hype. This product is very different. My wife and I are in our seventies and both have severe arthritis.

Working together we were able to make the installation in about thirty minutes. If I should need to remove it, re-installation should take about 10-minutes, now that we have everything adjusted up. I hoped that it would offer some weather protection, but never dreamed that it would keep the bed contents COMPLETELY dry.

This morning I put the cardboard box, the cover came in, into the bed (opened so it covered the whole bed), shut the tailgate and sprayed the whole thing with a water jet from my garden hose. I sprayed directly into the bed/cover juncture on three sides (I couldn’t get a direct shot at the side against the cab bulkhead), but I sprayed into the other three sides from varying angles.

I figured the cardboard would show me where there were leaks, so I could place the (supplied) weather stripping. When I pulled the cardboard out, there wasn’t a single drop of water anywhere on the cardboard or in the bed.

WOW!I don’t know how long the cover will last up here in the deserts of Eastern Washington, (High UV exposure), but I do know VALUE when I see it. I HIGHLY recommend this product!.

I have wanted a Decked system since first released. finally was able to place an order. Frequent trips to my tree farm that I also use for hunting and recreation with tools, seed, supplies, dog, hunting gear, weapons, etc.

back seat was a jumbled mess. Now since installing I can see more of the versatility and will put it through its paces in December on a cross country trip to Kansas to pheasant hunt. Keeping vehicle items, tools, recovery straps, battery jumper, toilet paper ;), etc, in left drawer and then the right drawer is my seasonal/activity drawer for shotguns, shells, vest for upland/waterfowl/small game.

rifle, shells, jacket, boots for large game. rubber boots, bow, quiver for traditional bowhunting, life vests, water sandals, paddles for canoeing. and leaving my back seat free for clothes, dry goods and my bed for coolers or oversized items.

On the trip to Kansas will have 3 shotguns and their shells in the right drawer along with my upland vest. Look forward to being able to remove/store shotguns easily and quickly at the truck. slide off vest.

reload shotshells, first aid kit for dogs, etc. maybe a granola bar or two. shut the drawer, close tailgate and then go into a diner for a meal with everything locked up tight, out of sight and protected from prying eyes and weather.

Also allows my pups crate to sit on top with a couple coolers and still leave room for me to roll out my CanvasCutter bedroll to sleep on the trip if desired before we reach our cabin in Kansas for the week.

Biggest problem now is deciding my LOAD OUT and ORGANIZATION of the drawers. I feel that will evolve as I use it more and learn of more possibilities. Yes, stickers went on within an hour of completion.

The Platinum Tundra has very little storage, so I was in the market for either a toolbox or the DECKED system. Toolboxes are naturally disorganized, but I was a bit uncomfortable giving up such a large chunk of real estate in my truck bed for the DECKED system.

I pulled the trigger on the DECKED system because it was built with organization in mind. We have 7 trucks in our company fleet & I’ve owned several myself, and I can safely say that the DECKED system is the best addition I’ve made to any truck.

I no longer have to give up my back seat for tool boxes (nor do I have to take them out when the kids get in now!). With the addition of the Tracked cargo strips, I can now haul compressors and generators safely & still have access to all of my tools.

My truck is like a swiss army truck now – I have everything I need for the jobsite as well as everything I need for the woods. If you’re on the fence about buying the system – take the plunge, it’s absolutely worth it.

The instructions were easy to follow, with plenty of pictures and videos if things still didn’t make sense. The drawers roll smoothly & are very heavy duty. The only difficult part of the installation on my truck was cutting around the Toyota truck bed lighting system (I was warned appropriately in the FAQs!).

Simple installation, lots of organization options, and the durability to haul and strap down various loads – what’s not to love?!.

Purchased to test reception for FM and determine range issues. Its works but distance has not been tested yet. Not the best mounting hardware but it does not strip. Good for the cost and my purposes.

Received the Tygerpro Tonno the day after I ordered it. Packaging was excellent, there was no damage, and all the parts were there. It took me about 30 minutes from unboxing to finished installation.

The only issue is the instructions. They aren’t particularly clear on where the side rails insert into the cover bracket. Otherwise they’re pretty straightforward. I actually like written instructions as well as pictures, but that’s just me.

There is a three minute company video online as to how to install it. It requires a 10mm socket and #2 crosstip screwdriver. I was able to leave the bedliner in my truck. I did originally install the supplied weather stripping, but didn’t need to as the bedliner is already flush with the top of the bed.

The cover bracket already has foam rubber weather stripping attached, so adding the extra left an angular gap where the side rails rest on the bed. That’s not clear either. The cover itself seems well made for the price, and perfectly fits my 2015 Tundra w/o bed rails.

The additional parts for bed rail installation are included. Everything is nice and tight, and adjustment is easy. I recommend it.

I just wanted to reiterate how good this cover is for the price. I looked at a lot of other options that were much more expensive but really couldn’t bring myself to shell out that kind of money for a tonneau cover so I settled on this one and I’m really glad I did.

I’ve had it on for 8 months now and it’s still in great shape. It keeps the bed mostly dry and although I have gotten some moisture in there on heavy downpours it really wasn’t anything to make a fuss about.

I would never keep anything back there with the expectation of it being completely dry anyway (you’re going to get condensation anyway). I was a little concerned about the plastic handles not holding up but so far they’ve done just fine, and I use them a lot.

Just a tip for anyone who folds it up on a regular basis, make sure the handles are in their locked position (as they would be if you were locking the cover down onto the bed) and snapped into place in the top of the mount on the cover before you fold it otherwise you will end up puncturing a hole thru the cover when you fold it up.

You’ll see what I mean when you try to fold it up the first time.

Guys, why is it so hard to get in touch with you. I ordered my cover, made a mistake in size and wanted to return it for the right size and couldnt get anyone on the phone or return my calls. After going through this, I ended up cutting the cover to size myself, attached it back with screws and a metal strip.

It worked out fine and I made a bad situation turn into a good one. You guys need to work on customer service.

Awesome cover. Keeps all my tools nice and dry. No more snow to clean out of my truck bed and I can leave my tools in my truck over night. No more blue tarps flying down the road like Supermans cape on the back of my truck.

my second purchase of this cover – had it on my 2014 and now on my 2019. Easy to use and install. Wish it was easier to put somewhere in the truck when not being used, but it’s too long for the back seat, but it can be put in the bed and strapped if moving something.

Nice looking kit for 2018 Toyota Tundra 5. 7L. THE GOOD: Sounds FANTASTIC and a noticeable throttle response. THE BAD: Install was not nearly as easy I had expected or was advertised. Holes do not align properly with the factory 2018 Tundra locations – VERY difficult to get the air box aligned and ******* in at the same time – required two people.

The online instructions are not nearly what they should be. needs more detail & photos within each step. After install, the main S&B intake tube would not properly go fully into the factory throttle body.

there was an angle and gap left there where it connects (see photo), so the angle is off. Because of this, the Toyota engine cover would not seat properly – only the front riser peg would seat. Choice is to file/cut down that side of the plastic engine cover where the S&B intake tube goes in or add some washers to the riser peg.

that is what I did. Added about 6-7 small washers to get the cover peg to sit up a bit higher. Without this, the plastic Toyota cover would not even seat correctly.

S&B makes amazing CAI’s. I installed one in my 2013 4Runner it was easy peas and the results were awesome. V6 4Runner is no longer a DAWG when I hit the gas! So, I ordered another for my 2007 Sequoia.

Information is listed as 2007- 20XX Sequoia and Toyota Tundra 5. 7L/4. 6L. Well the 2007 Sequoia has a 4. 7L V-8. There were no other options than that for the 2007 year. But since They had the year I thought it had to fit.

It did not. The only difference from what I can see is the connecting pipe to the engine. It needs to be a 90degree connection on the end. I was hoping it would be a quick fix with a silicon 90 that S&B could ship.

But no go. I understand you need to have the engineers look at it. I thought maybe another connecting pipe from another S&B stock part could be shipped. Website description needs to be updated as the 2007 Sequoia has absolutely no reason to be on that drop down.

Cost me 60 bucks to mail it back too. I should have called and done a littlle more research. Lesson learned. If S&B ever adds the correct connection for the 2007 Sequoia I’d be the first in line. Had to go with a Volant Performance Filter.

Not near as cool as the S&B, but it will fit. Guys in Customer Service on the return were super helpful and understanding. Wish I could have gotten an engineer on the phone too. ‘:)).

The Magnaflow Off-Road Pro cat back exhaust is definitely a minimalist’s enhancement. It tucks up well beside the driver frame rail and terminates close to but just shy of the rear axle. It opens up the rear underbody to prevent damage and allow space for other modifications.

The note is louder on start but mellows to a fairly quiet idle. See the XT videos to hear a fairly good representation. I’m still in the break in period so it sounds like a V-6 with some power when I step on it.

It’s a fun sounding exhaust. Install went very well – I followed other reviewers’ advice and used penetrating blaster on the nuts and connections. My 2017 did not have much if any rust on the exhaust.

The exhaust hanger tool from Amazon helped too, it’s $20 or so and made hanger removal much faster, but there was a bit of wrestling anyway. Install time was about an hour counting removal. So far I’m very pleased and looking forward to my next trail run.

Purchased a different brand exhaust system. Just way too loud for MY particular taste. I like loud, just didn’t like the tone. I”ve purchased MagnaFlow for my other vehicles and LOVE the brand. Should’ve gone with them initially.

This was literally a 30 minute install. only because I’ve been taking on and off other brands till I found what I wanted. Everything fit perfectly !! The sound was quieter than I expected from watching other installs, but I still like it.

MagnaFlow is known to get louder over time. THIS is perfect and I know as time goes by, the low tone I want will come out. Performance gain was really decent. It IS a straight-thru design.

The kit arrived in perfect condition and was very well packaged. The kit contained all necessary components to install on either a JL (mine) or JLU, the difference being the install of one length of straight tube.

It sounds nice when you get on it, but doesn’t drone annoyingly at highway speeds. The entire system is tucked up in the vehicle’s frame so you’ll never rip this off while wheeling. The only complaint I have is that the angled cut on the outlet tip was botched and the tube extended ~3/8″ past the score line.

This caused rubbing against the rear frame crossmember so I had to pull that section back down and re-cut it myself. The install itself was simple and I did it in my driveway with basic tools. If not for needing to take the last section back down for cutting, the install would have been roughly an hour/just under.

Excellent cover, easy to install, looks and works great. I had a roll n lock on my last truck which I liked, however my new truck has the multi function tailgate and unlike my last retractable cover, the Retrax locks without attaching to the tailgate so definitely a better option for my new truck.

I like how you can lock in any position as well in lieu of a few set positions. Has kept the bed dry through some bad thunderstorms already too.

Pleased with the cover, relatively easy to install. Definitely need to 2 people. Lessons learned: -Read instructions multiple times -the pictures in the instructions aren’t great, they require some studying to ensure they are understood.

– be sure to read the vehicle specific instructions in the back of the printed instructions -install drain hoses before it tells you to do it in the paper instructions, see the video instructions – for my Toyota Tacoma, it was easier to expand the drain holes before we placed the cover.

-the clamps to the Tacoma side racks work well I haven’t tried the top rails for a rack system yet, but they seem High quality Only gripe is a small dent in one of the aluminum cross pieces, not worth returning but frustrating to have received with a small dent.

No impact on operation of the cover, but you can see it if you look for it. The cover rolls open and shut very easy, looks great and keeps a low profile.

Great quality product that provides great bed protection. The Retrax Pro XR was easy to install and it looks great. The cover is lockable in the open or closed position. It’s made of high-quality aluminum that should not fade like the vinyl covers.

I bought it for my 2008 Toyota Tundra with a 5. 7. My Tundra has always had a lag in the excellerator pedal, almost as if it were cable lash in the throttle body which is not possible since it is fully electronic with the exception of the pedal position sensor.

Stacie my partner could not accelerate from a stop without barking the tires. After installing the Pedal Commander the lag in the pedal is gone. No more stressing about easing into the pedal when you’re at a stoplight next to a State Trooper.

I have yet to test out all the modes but I tried it at max and was blown away by the throttle response. Currently, I’m running it on eco mode. But I haven’t had it installed long enough to see a difference in my mileage although I can definitely feel the difference as it gently accelerates.

I do tend to have a bit of a heavy foot off the line so I’m hoping this will help. However, I find the Pedal Commander worth the investment just for removing the frustrating lag in the pedal. So if you’ve got the same issue buy it you won’t regret it.

The install is simple. It is truly plug-and-play. The most difficult part is dressing the wiring, especially in my case where I have a brake controller and a snowplow harness to route it around. I still haven’t decided on it’s permenant home.

I’ve purchased a lot of items over the years from Amazon but this is the BEST by far! I bought my Tundra new in 2018 and I really love the truck but it’s always had that delay in the gas pedal and the service guys at the dealership said that’s just they way they were and they had no way to change it.

I looked at the “Pedal Commander” for a long time before I decided to take a chance on it and I couldn’t be happier! I’m close to 80 and still drive with a heavy foot and the Tundra would sometimes stall when taking off from the light and it also was only getting about 10 MPG! With this device it no longer stalls and the mileage is a little over 13 MPG.

It is a tiny bit harder to install that they say but that might be because I’m almost 80 and it’s difficult for me to get in the floor of the truck but other than that I just love this product! I’m so happy with this truck now I’ll keep it until I die! Oh and I keep it in the “Sport” mode because the “Sport Plus” is a little touchy and if you don’t want to burn the tires off you have to put the Tundra in 4WD.

I absolutely love these headlights! They make the truck look amazing and they work fantastic. You’re able to see much more at night compared to the stock lights. I wont lie, these are expensive, but believe me they are worth it.

I cant get enough looking at these in the reflection of cars in front of me at red lights. Super high quality. You also have the option of having the turn signal blink as one solid light or have if light sequentially (which is what i leave it on) Additionally, if your tundra has the headlight lowering feature for trailer hauling, these light retain that ability.

These are completely worth the money in my opinion. Super easy and quick install too.

Installation was extremely easy and straight forward. Completely changes to look of the truck. The start up sequence is awesome, brightness on low beams is more than the stock headlights high beams, which I need living in in rural Texas.

Sequential turning signal is also a head turner. On the pricier end, but completely worth every penny.

This is my 2nd set of a Morimoto headlights on a 2nd Tacoma. Everything about these from look, function and adjustability is superior. Not to mention that black housing against a Barcelona Red is stunning.

Installation was a little more than an hour, and most of that was getting all the plastic fender, bumper and wheel well to all line back up.

overall I am very happy with this product. They seem to be very high-quality and the installation is easy. I have installed two of these on our Dodge ram 1500’s. I will say that the instructions are incorrect in stating to torque down the bolts to 27 foot pounds.

When I tried this it ruined the plastic end pieces. Customer service was great and informed me to boil the rubber pocket blocks and to only hand tighten the screws. Once I did that everything went well.

I would not use these for load tiedown purposes. I bought these purely for aesthetics and if I wanted something more functional I would buy a set with the metal ends. Four star rating given because of the end pieces being plastic and do not seem to be very functional for tiedown purposes.

My only complaint is the product was back ordered, then delayed, almost 3 weeks from when I ordered. BUT, what I can tell so far is they are worth the wait! Installation was simple. The directions were easy to follow, plus I already had an Access cover installed and the direction took into account if your truck does or does not have a cover already installed! The rails precisely fit! Quality product! Very glad I waited for them!.

I love the way they look and were easy to install. The one rear back side does not rest as good as the other side, but after a few days of adjusting it is ok. I think Putco should include the hardware for people that order this product that have existing tonneau covers.

I had to drill holes to make the back plate bigger so the bolt would fit. Overall a very good product and the price was very fair. Thank you auto anything!.

This bumper is coated very well making it scratch resistant and giving it a very professional look. However, if you are going to use your stock fog lights you will need to get a thread chaser to clean out the threads to mount the bracket.

The instructions were in color (huge plus) but the pics were small making the callouts very small. The mounting brackets are a pain, I mounted the bumper 3 times before I figured out that the stud goes on the top leaving the nut to hang free on the bottom (installation video is no help as they are using different hardware).

I had to run the bottom bolts with no washers first, then tighten the top nuts (first with just the flat washer to pull the bolt all the way through, then remove the nut and install the locking washer and retighten), remove the bottom bolts then I could only get the washer and locking washer on one of the four, the other three would not fit with both washers so I am only using the locking for now.

This kit comes with wiring adaptors for the fog lights but they will not work with my 2021 JL so I completely disassembled my stock bumper to reuse the stock wiring harness. I did this install alone in my garage with no lift and I love the final outcome, but if I had to do it all over again…I’ll pay someone to install it for me.

I wanted something beefy to accommodate an upcoming tire upgrade and this carrier is great. My install went very smoothly and only took an hour or two to get the factory bumper off, this one on and the carrier set up.

I stole an idea from another user’s review and cut/extended the third brake light wiring harness so that I could have full access to the carrier/tailgate without having to disconnect/reconnect anything.

The zerk fitting for greasing the carrier hinge did break almost immediately but an assorted metric zerk fitting pack from Autozone made fixing that a breeze. The hinge came with some grease on it but after applying some grease after install the carrier swings much more freely.

The bumper did arrive with some of the powder coating chipped off of corners from shipping and rust starting. I hit those areas with some bed liner/undercoat style spray to correct the look and I’ll have to see how it holds up.

All in all I love the look/use of this bumper/carrier combo and I couldn’t be happier with the new setup.

Some dill-hole struck the right-rear corner of my Jeep, causing a dent in the stock bumper. This happened in a parking garage and the above a$$ clown did not leave a note, nor stick around to explain themselves.

I had wanted to change the appearance of my Jeep and put parts on that would enhance it’s off road capabilities and increase overall protection. Now I had a reason. I looked at other bumpers on this site and settled on this one.

I liked the look of it, the quality and the reviews were positive. The price seemed reasonable as well. Once I received the bumper, I was not disappointed. The quality is excellent and it looks 100 times better than the stock bumper.

Putting it on took about an hour but that was only because I did it solo. The only bad thing about the bumper is once on, the rest of the Jeep did not look right. The front/stock bumper now needed to be replaced.

There wasn’t anything wrong with it but the quality and looks of the rear far exceeded the front. Thus the Barricade Trail Force HD front bumper was quickly purchased.

They are awesome handle great the travel is phenomenal. Easy install with instructions over all rode quality is a 10 ??. Thanks again extreme terrain. Took about 6 hours from start to finish.

Awesome ride quality! I regularly commute with my Jeep and it drives very smooth on the highway. This lift also provides plenty of additional clearance for larger tires. I’m currently running 35s and have no issues with using the stock fenders.

Overall, this lift is a great value and would highly recommend it!.

I think it looks awesome but struggled a bit with install. The license plate holder does contain a light however, it seems that any cover will not work due to light placement and the curve on the bottom of the bracket.

As for the rear backup sensors. Getting them off the old plastic bumper was a real pain. Had to call DV8 support to figure out how to mount the sensors. I got the pdf for the install which I will link below, so I hope they will include it on the product page but is much more work than anticipated.

“If you have a plastic OEM bumper spread the outer tabs to release the sensor out of the back of the bumper. Then use a scraper or putty knife to break the plastic welds holding the entire bracket to the bumper.

KEEP TRACK OF HOW THESE ARE MOUNED AS THEY’LL NEED TO GO INTO THE NEW BUMPER THE SAME WAY” and “If you have and OEM plastic bumper use a strong epoxy to adhere the plastic housings to the bumper using the same configuration that was on the factory bumper then place the sensor into the housing reversing the steps used to remove it.

NOTE: the housings may need to be trimmed slightly in order to fit properly. ” I ended up buying MOPAR SENSOR BEZEL from DV8 instead of that hassle so now I have to wait. Overall, it will be worth it in the end but plan accordingly if you have sensors.

After much research and thought, I decided to go with the matte bronze because I saw way too many black wheels and wanted something different. I am beyond satisfied with my choice. These wheels look amazing! The color is even better than I hoped and is definitely attention-grabbing.

I paired the wheels with the Gladiator MT 35s and they look so TOUGH! I was shocked at how large the wheels/tires were and couldn’t wait to get them on my ride. which lead to one small hiccup: Though I paid for the “mount and balance”, some of the weights had fallen off in transit which obviously caused the wheels to be unbalanced.

I was able to take it to a local shop and they agreed to balance them for me at no charge. Once they were balanced, everything was great. I am very surprised that the tires don’t run louder than they do: I actually feel like they run quieter than the Goodyear I had on my stock wheels.

Long review but I can’t really express how satisfied I am with these DV8 wheels and Gladiator tires. and if you’re still reading, do yourself a favor and get these wheels!.

Like several other reviewers here, I fully agree the receiver port is very impractical and a challenge. The fit, finish, and quality of the bumper is excellent, it looks great, with a clean design, and is not as heavy as some other choices.

All good. But the integration of the receiver port is maddening. You need small hands, and the stubbiest short hitch pin you can find to maneuver it into place (from below and behind), and yes, once in, the pin is a challenge to remove.

The hitch pin hole area is within the enclosed space of the bumper. There are no safety chain holes. I loop safety chains through the D-rings, as attached. But this requires enough chain/cable length to make the longer reach.

If your trailering needs are light and infrequent, then you can probably live with the awkward design.

The Banks system was complete and easy to install, it took less than an hour to install. It has a nice sound at idle and under acceleration, my issue is the constant drone that starts at 1900 rpm and goes to 2500 rpm.

That about covers my cruising range on the backroads and interstate. Im hoping I can change or eliminate the factory resonator to change this. I have a 2003 Tundra and if I keep it at or below 55 it is quiet as the factory exhaust.

This system is a work of art. It’s refreshing to see this kind of quality in the material & the workmanship. Welds were beautiful, fit was perfect,easy installation with everything included. Packaged very very well,and there was absolutely no damage in shipping.

I was concerned that it may be louder than I wanted, but it’s just right. Nice tone & not that annoying drone at highway speeds like I have seen with some systems. Thanks Banks & AutoAnything!.

The muffler & tip are polished to a high shine, the tubing itself is not polished, if you were wondering. The removal of the stock system was more difficult than the installation of the Banks. All of the brackets lined up nicely & no modifications were necessary.

The sound is quieter than I anticipated, but still sounds good. Time involved was as follows: Removing stock system – 45 minutes Installing Banks – 30 minutes It really is that easy!.

No instructions were included with the kit and initially Cameron that assisted me with the purchase never mentioned the wrench level for the product. Overall, the install was simple enough. The only issue my husband and I came across was that my truck spent 6 years in N Dakota where I was stationed.

All the salt they use on their roads did not make the install “easy or smooth”. I do love how my truck rides with it, some reviews for this product stated that the ride would be stiff, but I do not feel that way.

Even after install, as I drove it to the shop to get an alignment done, my steering wheel never vibrated and didn’t pull to either side. Just ensure that you have a coil suspension compression kit if you don’t have a mounted tool like the pros do.

Bought the Old Man Emu light load kit and also ordered JKS adjustable track bars, adjustable JKS sway bar end links and JKS brake line relocation brackets. The install took me about 6 hours in my garage and went quite well.

Found some helpful install videos online of how the install goes and it was a big help to know what to expect. As for the kit WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE from the stock suspension. My JK has 100,000 miles on it and after the install the drive is a huge difference.

The OLD MAN EMU kit is a great upgrade and the Jeep is about 3. 25 inches taller. Front and rear axles were about 5/8″ off center and the JKS adjustable track bars made the correction easy to accomplish.

The only other adjustment was needing to center up the steering wheel. IT was about a third of a turn off center and freaked out the ABS traction system on initial test drive. Easily corrected by loosening up the drag link adjustor and making a couple turns.

Highly recommend this kit if you are looking for 2. 5″ – 3″ of quality lift. My only suggestion is to do it right and add the adjustable track bars / end links and brake relocation brackets.

I’ve never installed a lift kit before, so I recruited a very knowledgeable friend to help me. We watched the ET tutorial on YouTube and got to work. We didn’t have a coil spring compressor, so we improvised by using the floor jack against the weight of the vehicle.

Worked like a charm. I love the way my Tacoma looks now. It didn’t take quite a full Saturday. Maybe 6 hours? Also, I haven’t had the chance to take it off road yet. I want to take it in for a front end alignmant first.

I have a canvas cover over the bed of my truck. I was suppose to take out the aluminum block on the inside and drill a hole in the bracket provided, not a major problem. But needed someone with small hands to reach down in the hole.

However, I was supplied with a 2 inch bolt to make this change but I need to go and purchase 2 1/2 bolt because I could not go from the inside of the bed of the truck and reach the inside bracket. I found no major problem cutting out the post with a Stanley knife.

These side rails appear to be good quality, fit well and priced much less than the OEM (which were Chrome not SS). They would have been easy to install if I didn’t use the SS polished caps from another company.

To bad Putco don’t make the caps as well, the fit may have been better. In any case they really look good together and add pizzas to the bed of my new truck.

I researched bed rails the best I could and found that Putco worked the best for me. They fit on the bed of the truck very neat and secure and also give me enough room for my Bakflip VP tonneau to operate properly.

I had a problem with a piece of the rails. Autoanything took care of it immediately. I would recommend Putco rails as well as Autoanything for a great product and great service. They really look sweet on my new Silverado.

Love the design and functionality. Looks great on my 2020 Ram 2500. The unit came well packaged to prevent shipping damage and was thoughtful given the assembly operation. Instructions and online videos were well done making the assembly straightforward.

Going slowly, it was relatively easy to complete the assembly solo. Getting the cap flipped over and up on the truck’s bedrails did require the recommended 4 people. A section of 2″ PVC pipe across the bed was handy in getting the positioning correct without dislodging the D-gasket.

My only complaint about the design is the seal on the tailgate. The 2020 Ram 2500 has a slight curvature on the tailgate. The addition of 2NM torque on the rear clamps did not create a complete seal across the center of the tailgate and I didn’t want to push it.

Exploring options to correct this, preferring not to add a piece of weather stripping on top of the tailgate. The lead-time on this backordered item was better than what was communicated. Once on the road the shipping took longer than I was expecting.

The communication with the freight company on their arrival timing was not great. Fortunately, someone was home when the delivery took place. Not sure what would have happened had that not been the case.

Looking forward to seeing how it performs on the road and in the backcountry.

I have been looking for the perfect lockable truck cap for my Gladiator since I got it 18 months ago. I had been using a Softopper which looked great on the Jeep (kind of like an old army truck) but the lack of security on trips was a concern.

I had seen the RSI SmartCap a year ago but the long shipping times and higher price made me pause. Well I finally made the leap and couldn’t be happier. I’m not sure what magic Offroad Alliance worked but I received my SmartCap within 10 days.

It arrived packaged well and one thing I appreciated was there was very little plastic/styrofoam involved. It was mostly cardboard yet very well packaged. Assembly went pretty smooth. A few bad words were muttered trying to align one of the ends but it worked out and after about 2 hours was fully assembled.

Then three friends and I lifted it into place and I secured it easily to my trail rails. Just got back from the first trip with it. It worked great and the side doors allowed great access for loading/unloading.

And I got a lot of compliments! Also, just a casual observation, but my overall mileage appeared to tick up slightly (maybe 0. 5mpg) with the SmartCap vs my previous topper. Perhaps due to the smoother envelope.

Perhaps it’s just in my head. But overall extremely happy and very impressed with my dealing with Offroad Alliance.
