20 Best Toys For Beagles (2022 Updated)

After months of searching and 100s of dollars later. I have found a toy that can withstand my 7 month old American Bully puppy! This guy has chewed up flooring, baseboards, door trim, weather stripping, and pretty much all of my kids’ toys that they forget to pick up.

R. I. P stuffed animals. I have bought him toys almost every week because he destroys them (Kong toys don’t last longer than 2 days with him) so quickly. He has now had this toy for 5 days and it is perfectly intact.

Even my 7 year old Cane Corso enjoys this and he NEVER has wanted anything to do with chew toys, even as a puppy. I recommend these toys to anyone with an EXTREMELY aggressive chewer! You won’t regret it.

My french bulldog LOVES benebone toys. He chews on them every single morning and evening for at least 30 minutes a pop. He has never had interest in any other chew toy. Do benebones wear down, and need to be replaced every couple of months? Of course.

Does he have to be monitored while chewing? Always. This pack is perfect – he loves every shape and size. But that new fish bone is his favorite. My other dog (a five year old pit/boxer mix) normally has zero interest in any type of chew toy, however he has stolen away the fish bone and is currently chewing away! I may need to buy another one or two of those separately.

I gave this 2 stars because my chiweenie LOVED them. My girl is only 8 lbs. so I thought these would last forever. Mainly because most of the reviews are of bigger dogs (labs, retrievers, shepherds, etc.

). My girl is a strong chewer and loves sticks and wood. She LOVED these toys!! However, all 4 only last about a week and a half before I had to toss them. Once they start to look like rice on the ends you’re supposed to toss and I noticed she kept cutting her mouth and gums on them at that point anyway.

Once she ate the ends, she couldn’t really get to the middle part anyway. Great product, but not for very strong chewers.

My dog is a super chewer lol. She can and will chew through ANY toy I get her. I wanted something with extreme durability that she could have fun with. I heard Kong was great for extreme chewers. So, I went and bought the pink one for her and let me tell you she’s had this toy for MONTHSSS and it still is in one piece and just as strong and durable from when I first purchased.

You wouldn’t even think I bought it that long ago. It’s her go to toy not only that but it’s a treat dispenser. So, I put the Kong treat spray in it every once in a while and it keeps her entertained for hours.

I would highly recommend this if you have a pet that enjoys tearing her toys up like mine an your tired of buying toy after toy. This toy will last forever!.

The gave this to us at the place we bought out dog when we got him at 4 months old. He’s a little over a year now and he still loves that thing even now, but more importantly, it has lasted!! I’ve bought this dog power chewer toys and extra hard blah blah blah toys and have had to throw them away 2 hours later because he destroyed them.

The only thing I hate about it is that Tank throws his head back and plays catch with himself and this thing BOUNCES! And because of its shapes, it’s not bouncing is a line, it’s flying off of everything like a wild bull.

But that’s not a product defect or anything. That’s a personal thing. Overall great product that my dog loves.

We have a puppy we fondly call “Chomps” and “Jaws” as she is teething and loves to bite down on our hands and fingers. We’ve spent a small fortune on various teething toys in efforts to retain our fingers.

Left the rest of the cookie inside and had no interest in the toy itself. Ordered the canned liver flavor filler to put in these but it hasn’t arrived yet. Will update after receipt.

First things first, as a *chew toy*, this thing is amazing! Our GSD mix pup LOVES it and will choose this Fishbone Dog Chew Toy over other toys almost every time! I would have given this 5 stars — but I think the manufacturer and Chewy need to do a better job of making it explicit and obvious in the description etc.

So, I have 2 rescue German Shepard mixes… I was in a store to pick up an online order but then though, they deserve a new chew…. well, I’ve never seen a fish flavored chew and got one…one to see if one of the two would like it.

Well, I should have gotten 10… they love this thing and fight over it. Literally we need to make them take turns with this. They leave the bacon, beef and chicken chew alone and won’t touch them. I feel horrible….

I specifically purchased this chew toy because I have a serious chewer, however, it’s very hard and I did not appreciate reading the inside of the packaging where it says, “It’s durable nylon so it’s important that your pup has strong, healthy teeth”.

“Check with your Vet because nobody likes an unexpected trip to the dentist”. If this warning statement was made available to me to read BEFORE purchasing this chew toy, I would not have purchased it.

Even though I have a heavy chewer, I’m not going to give him toys that are as hard as rocks. Statements like this should be made available for reading before purchasing. I feel it is deceptive on the part of the manufacturer.

They were too small for my cocker spaniel. It was my fault for not reading description fully. We needed an extra large. He tends to be able to destroy them if not supervised.

The kitten is really adorable! My little one was immediately drawn to her and wanted to cuddle her and name her. The height is great for small children and they can ‘walk’ the cat around easily. When it’s time to take care of the cat in other ways, it is a great way to practice fine motor skills when they add water to the bottle, feed the kitten.

As they walk about, my little girl was talking to it and acting like they were at the park. She stopped and said, Oh hey, kitty, you’ve got to go potty? Then she pulled up the tail and off the kitty went.

On my floor. Thank goodness it isn’t real. The water is minimal and as a parent I used the opportunity teach my child to clean up after her pet. I think she’s going to be a responsible pet owner after having this toy.

It is well made and a lot of fun. It is educational in a hidden way.

I recently received this furReal pet because my kids love them all. I love the concept of being a real dog. My kids had been asking for a new pet so this is great to train them how to care for a dog.

And be responsible for their own pet. They like to use their furReal pet to take it for walks. Like if it were to be a real dog and had a leash. Only thing is the name is a little weird other than that my kids love their furReal pet.

I gave this to my 5 year old. She absolutely adores it. It’s a pretty sturdy toy, it hasn’t been broken yet. The walking wand could be a little bit longer though. It has real time feeding and peeing abilitys, she has to feed it outside so it doesn’t wet in the house.

This is a beautiful dog, 17 inches long, very lifelike and you feel like you have to pet him! The fur has a nice soft, but firm feel. Very nicely done.

This is a cute see toy bought for our kitten mad grand daughter. Ideal for her to get the feeling of closeness to a real kitten.Makes kitten sounds when placed on her hand.

Rabbit is small in size and has a convenient shape. It will be interesting for the baby 2-3 years.

A great toy for less money

We bought this as a Xmas gift for our grand dog. She loved the toy & it was perfect for her because she plays rough and the rubber ball has a similar reaction to a person holding the rope (without putting all of the force on my shoulder).

The ball also gives some separation between dog & human for tug of war. I volunteer at a local shelter and the “tug of war” dogs love to swing the ball around. Unfortunately, we only had the toy for 2 weeks and the rope pulled completely out of the ball.

We tried contacting the manufacturer to see if there’s a way to fix it but they’ve never responded. I don’t recommend buying this item since there’s no customer support when the product fails.

Our dog loves balls and loves to chew. This toy has brought endless hours of fun for him. He is a 20 pound cavapoo and we had the 6 in ball. We left it at the park accidentally so rebuying. He chewed through the rope toy and now plays with that separately and the ball is PERFECT for bringing to the park to play soccer with him.

I like it because I don’t have to throw the ball over and over with the chuckit, I can just kick it for him. SUPER durable ball yet somehow still light and doesn’t hurt him if he accidentally gets a ball to the head 😛 Also floats, so it’s fun in the pool.

I don’t normally review anything but for the last three dogs I’ve owned THIS has been the all time favorite toy. For Jaxon, my min schnauzer, NOTHING beats his jolly ball. He fetches this particular toy on demand.

Ask where’s the jolly, and he immediately seeks it out. On days I don’t feel well he plays with this ball all by himself. We’re on our third one. They’re almost indestructible but it’s one that stays out a lot and each dog has had his own.

I would definitely recommend this to high energy pup owners.

I bought the Frenchie for my nieces for Christmas and did not realize it had a cool perk. There is a removable warming pillow that you can heat briefly and place back in the puppy’s pouch. My nieces love this! My girlfriend called to tell me “Thank You” (sarcastically) because now she has to make puppy warm when her little one lays down for nap or sleep.

She’s two and loooves puppy now! Not sure if that feature is listed in the description but it was such a hit that I wanted to share.

Bought this for my 5 year old dog lover. It’s incredibly cute and just the perfect size to warm up little bodies or help with tummy aches. I love that the heating pad comes out to microwave and I don’t have to put the whole pup in! My kiddo loves it and brings it everywhere.

It doesn’t stay warm very long but it’s good enough and helps with falling asleep. Wish they made larger ones for adults, haha.

My pit loves this toy! I originally bought it in February, and it’s now mid-September, and it just got its first tiny hole. We’re talking about months of daily play and tug-o-war. Jave absolutely loves to shred plush, which is why 97% of his toys are BarkBox SuperChewer or Kong Extreme, but this has stood the test of time.

He usually destroys plush toys labeled as “Durable” within an hour and the fluff around our house can attest to that. We usually get him a plush toy once a month to allow him to get his want to shred out, but this one has really held up.

I am not sure what these are really made out of. but the dogs love them. They are supposedly bacon flavored latex. the pups go crazy for them. My dog has toy adhd and he spent hours playing with it. the squeaking can get on the nerves after a while.

also i warn you, don’t bring to a crowded dog park. My dog is not toy aggressive. he shares his toys with other dogs. but other dogs got into a fight over these balls. Even if your dog doesn’t go for traditional balls.

My goldendoodle pup is going through 2nd teething and he was gnawing it for a while. but he does not have a tendency to destroy his toys.

My chiwennie Ruby is absolutely obsessed wth these squeaker balls. The squeaker last a long time and the ball is very durable. Ruby has one or two in everycolor. She loves to play fetch with these balls and they are easy for her to see because they are so bright.

The ball smells like bacon so that makes it even more of a good thing for her. She will sit and chew on the ball for hours. She is very fond of her squeakers and these balls do not disappoint. She brings one everywhere she goes.

The fact that they are so affordable is great for my wallet. The dura play balls really do hold up for a long time even when they get left out in the sun and weather. I can buy her one and it lasts months the ball usually will tear befor ethe squeaker goes out.

My furkids each got one of these over a year ago from their Aunt. My girl Furkid (Hattie) loves to “kill and dissect” the squeaking critter. My boy Furkid (Gabriel) loves it even it is flat and makes no sound.

My poor Gabriel has been carrying around 2 legs because that was all that was left. It was his favorite toy. I was so happy I found these on Chewy and so were they. So, if you are looking for a non destructible toy this is not the one if you have a Furkid “ScissorTooth”.

My dog loves this toy. It both shakes with a satisfying wobble (the arms and legs flail about), and squeaks from the belly. The measurements on site are a bit off, however. We ordered the large, which is described as 12″.

But the measurements are, not including legs (body only): length 9″, width 6″. With arms and legs included: length 14″, width 13″. My dog is a small breed dog, an English Toy Terrier, and he weighs 15 pounds.

The large is perfect for him; he can run with it, toss it, and shake it with ease. I imagine the small would not be as fun. I just ordered another.

We received this toy along with a few others from a friend whose dog passed away when we brought Bailey home from the shelter back in October. Flea soon became her favorite toy. She plucked his eyes from his body and worked her way down, ripping each leg off individually until Flea was no more.
