20 Best Toys For Rabbits (2022 Updated)

My bunny loves this for chewing. He likes it best when I put it under my wrought iron end table in office so it holds it in one place while he chews. He did not like it moving around as he tackled it.

But it is a hit in our house now.

Rabbits teeth never stop growing, so they need things to chew on to help wear their teeth down or they may begin chewing on things they’re not supposed to – like baseboards and wooden furniture. While hay does wear teeth down well, toys also do this while providing something fun to do.

This toy is great for nibbling, rolling, even tossing if your bunny is big enough. The many holes provide places to begin chewing and tossing. My three house rabbits love this toy and it’s one of their most chewed toys.

I initially purchased the Bunny Blast for my house-roaming Lop Bunny, but she was not interested. I then put it in the cage with 3 little rat rescues and they chewed it to bits after a few months. Bought 3 more Bunny Blasts so I wouldn’t run out.

They move it around, tip it up on end, chew on it. A lovely toy for them. Light enough to play with, but hard enough to get a good chew!.

My rabbits not much of a player, he’s honestly lazy! He eats hay and sleeps, although we go for walks he was getting chubby. This ball has been magnificent! Not only does he have to ‘play’ and work for his food, he gets a whole heap of exercise chasing this throughout the house.

I fill it with a scoop of his ‘vetafarm pellets’ pellets every-night. He can hear it being moved and comes running and will spend a good hour playing it it. Only downside would be that he makes a noise banging it into things and he chases it and he will loose it in mysterious places.

If only he could tell me where he last put it! Ha Ha.

This ball works perfect for what I use it for. I put rabbit pellets inside for a treat and the buns get to play with it and are rewarded with just regular pellets. Took me a while to find the right size opening to do that.

This ball is completely adjustable to fit the smallest treat up to a regular sized treat or larger. perfect.

My mini lop rabbit turns up his nose at most toys. Knowing how treat-driven he is, I knew he’d enjoy this ball. Saying that he loves it is an understatement. I put rabbit pellets inside, set the opening to allow a minimal amount of pellets to come out when nudged, and set him on his way.

Not only does it provide enrichment for him, but it also gets him up and moving. I recommend this for any treat-driven, small animal owner.

I got this toy without even reading it before our cat was adopted. She is over 6 and would rather sleep than play with anything. Yet, she absolutely adores this toy. She’s a big baby so she’d rather be on my lap than playing, but when she has this toy she will play with it until she gets tired.

She launches it across the house and plays with it like a little kitten. It’s the only toy that keeps her attention longer than a minute. It can be quite annoying at times (she loves playing with it when I’m sleeping) so I have to take it away from her a lot.

But I’m so happy she has a toy she actually enjoys. She will literally carry it around the house in her mouth to play with wherever I am. By far her favorite toy. I don’t think anything else I could get her would ever measure up.

She broke the squeaker for a while (I must admit I was relieved at first) and still enjoyed it then, but she flung it into a wall and fixed it somehow so it’s back to terrorizing my nights.

My cat has such weird toy preferences, I never know what she’s going to like so I just kinda buy everything and return what she won’t touch. So naturally I assumed this squeaking bunny would be a long shot as well.

NOPE! It’s her absolute favorite toy. It’s smaller than I thought it would be, but she loves it. The squeaking isn’t very loud or annoying, it’s just perfect. Love this toy. Gotta buy more so she can have one in all her little places.

This is my second brown bunny. I adopted a rescue, and I had this bunny, or one just like it, for my first cat—who didn’t really play with it. My new cat picked up the bunny and took it everywhere. If I left the room, she would pick up the bunny and take it to where I was meowing the whole way.

Well, it got lost, after she settled into the house. I’m glad to get another one for her to play with once she wears out the fish she has now. I swear that cat understands the difference between the verbal command of get your bunny and where’s your fish.

My kids really live connecting the rabbits and we encourage counting, building, learning the colors and using their imagination

Great hands on activity for toddlers! It’s easy for them to put the pieces together and it keeps them busy until it’s time to move on the next activity. It is also good to teach them colors with this product!.

I bought the willow branch ball for my 7 month old Mini Lop Bunny, out of all the toys I presented him with, he was definitely most excited about this one. He immediately sought it out amongst the other toys and chewed and tossed the toy until it was completely destroyed.

Although he had a ton of fun with it especially compared to other toys such as chew sticks and other toys, it only lasted about a day. The only thing I would suggest changing about this toy is its sturdiness so it could be more durable because he had so much fun with it.

Cinnabun, our Holland Lop, is very chewsie about his toys. We were not barking up the wrong tree with the willow ball! We couldn’t beleaf how much he loved it! The willow ball provided entertainment, exercise, and endless nibbling opportunities.

Cinnabun doesn’t have thumbs, but he would give it a two ears up rating. if he could actually put his ears up.

I bought this for my bunny. I am always looking for new things to entertain him. This has been so much fun! He loves opening the puzzle to get his treats. Its a great enrichment toy! He was able to figure out how to do everything on the puzzle.

I like that it has a couple easier and harder compartments so he can get some with ease but has to work on others a little harder. I highly recommend this one. (I do not recommend bunnies eating the yogurt drops they show in the photo as those are really bad for buns).

We use pellets or other healthy treats.

I wanted to get my rabbits something to stimulate them while giving them treats. I saw this and thought it might work. My Dutch buck (Spaz) is clueless and my mini-rex doe (Sunny) is a savage when it comes to this puzzle (meaning she tries to chew, claw, and throw the whole thing).

I use the Kaytee Natural Snack treat mix and they love to figure out how to get to it. Well… Sunny does. Spaz just waits for her to figure out the puzzle and then takes the prize from her. They’ll get it eventually! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because some parts are a tad flimsier than I thought they’d be but for the price I do think it’s worth it.

I was so surprised that my bun got the hang of it and solved every puzzle especially since I was a bit concerned he wouldn’t get it since he’s more of a brute force sort of rabbit. He still tries to pick it up and flip it over sometimes but he usually solves it the intended way! The ONLY concern I have is that if the treats are too big then he has trouble grabbing at them so they have to be in really small pieces.

I’ve been using pellets and those don’t seem to be a problem but if you tend to give them large treats I would say to just watch them when they first are introduced to this toy just so you could make some adjustments if needed!.

I ordered this toy to play with my daughter. She loves dinosaurs and dragons. She often plays with them in her sensory bin, or in the bath tub. This brontosaurus was the perfect size for her. Not teeny tiny, and not too large.

She has had it for quite a while now, and it’s often one of her go to hands in imaginary play items when she gets home from school. It’s a hard plastic dinosaur toy, so I don’t have to worry about water getting inside and causing mold or bacteria to grow inside of it.

Once she’s done playing with it I either wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe, or pop it in the bleach bath with other toys. It’s definitely one of her favorite toys, and I’ glad I ordered it. No loud obnoxious roars, or flashing lights to over stimulate or upset her or any other child.

Makes a great toy for most kids on the Autism spectrum.

Overall this is a great set! The animal figures are always great quality – detail, likeness, heft, solid! The hutch is very realistic. It has many moving parts with doors and latches. The doors and pen are a bit flimsy and can be broken by little hands that aren’t patient enough to take their time with attaching/detaching parts.

Ours did end up breaking, but a little super glue will fix it I think. Great toys for fostering imagination! Last forever, can be passed down to generations! Quality products, very detailed and realistic.

Educational value is top notch. Can be used in just about ANY teaching moment – math, science, social studies, social skills, community!.

These are well made, cute, look just like the picture in real life, and boxed nicely. Unfortunately, they were the first ever treat that attracted ants in our house. The Guinea pigs cage was full of ants as well as a trail of them leading to the cage.

Our pigs are in the Midwest Guinea pig habitat placed on the floor. The room they are in is on the ground floor of our house. Perhaps up high and on a second floor this would less likely happen. Once I connected the time of when I put the new treats in the cages and when the ants arrived, I disposed of the treats.

After cleaning up the ants they never came back after that.

My Guinea pigs and chinchillas really like these wood chew toys. Nice size and colorful so easy to find in the shaving in the cages. Very happy with this package item.

We got this as a recurring order, thinking each month would be different toys for the guinea pigs. The exact same toys arrived the 2nd month. We have 2 guinea pigs and neither one really liked any of these toys.

These tiny pets are a perfect addition for any doll family! The yard is a separate piece from the house, but that does not bother my little one while playing. It’s quality construction and seems to be holding up well with the hours of play!.

Got this for our chinchilla and he loved it! He started nibbling right away. Finding safe products for chinchillas is difficult due to there sensitive systems. It’s nice that it’s shaped like a vegetable.

The price tag was however attached from outside into the product which made it very difficult to remove the plastic piece that attached the product tag. Chinchillas can’t digest plastic so this is dangerous way of attaching price tag.

Recommended and approved by our chinchilla.

I bought this cute woven carrot toy for my daughter to play with her bunny. My daughter and honey the bunny liked playing together with the toy. Honey likes chewing on the carrot toy. She does go after it when my daughter throws it too.

I would buy it again for my daughters bunny. It’s made pretty good too. It’s such a cute little toy. It is worth the value too. It’s a good toy overall. I would recommend this carrot toy to anyone who has a small pet.

My bunny nibbles on it for a little bit but he is not crazy about it. Still a good product. I’m dropping a star because it doesn’t come in a package and it could have been exposed to bacteria, viruses, any nasty thing you can think of.

And I can’t put lysol on it because it would be toxic! And it can’t be washed. i hope they change this sometime soon.

I first came across this brand years ago with my daughter who is now 15 years old & she absolutely loved the little animals and the different accessories they come with.

The pieces are all solid, well built and virtually indestructible! Heavy weight compared to typical hollow plastic figures, these cute little rabbit’s and guinea pigs are perfect for play time and can be mixed with other farm animal sets from the brand or from other brands.

They really stand out as a collector toy to me, we have passed my daughters Schleich collection down to her cousins and they continue to love them almost 10 yrs later. Great colors and very cute too! Def would recommend as a present for any little kid who likes animals!.

They are super small and I’m afraid will get “misplaced” easily. Overall it’s a cute toy that promotes imagination and creative play just wish they were the toys were slightly bigger.

I realized early on that my hedgehog is very energetic and playful. I figured I would buy him an inexpensive toy to see if he was interested. They’re always in vastly different places each morning. He LOVES them.

They are lightweight enough to be fun toys, but large enough to not be considered a treat or be thrown out of the cage. They’re also very heavy-duty, which is necessary when you have playful animals.

They can get a little dirty, but just make sure you’re always cleaning the cage and it shouldn’t be a problem.

I got these timbells for my bunny as an alternative to the tim pops I always get him. He LOVES the pops, so I was hoping these would be a hit as well. Sadly, he only likes to eat the compressed Timothy hay coating on the outside, and leaves the rolled Timothy hay center alone.

If your bunny is less picky, these may work better for you, but I recommend the tim pops over these.

My bun loved these! The timbells are better than the lollipops due to my bun taking longer to chew through these! I love to take these on car rides and trips to help her chew away any stress she may have.

Definitely a fun treat and chew toy for rabbits!.

2/4 of our boars took to this right away. The other 2 push it around here and there and are beginning to nibble on it. I think it’s a good toy to keep in their cages. It’s safe and something to help keep their teeth healthy.

My bun LOVES these. Not all willow toys he’s interested in, but something out this square one from Oxbow he just has a blast with it – throws it around, gnaws on it, when it’s on its last leg I get a new one and game on again for him.

The first one came broken but Pet Circle replaced straight away! I was very happy with their Customer Service. The Bunny Tree is a great product for our fur babies they both love playing with the hanging Carrots and they try to push it around the play area.

Excellent entertainment for our bunnies. It’s very sturdy so has never tipped over. Some of the hanging carrots and the straw base however have been chewed off because they really love playing it 🙂

Can highly recommend this cute product for rabbits. It has a heavy, sturdy base so it won’t fall over too easily. The tray around the trunk is perfect for chaffed hay.

My 2 tabby girls just love these plush bunnies. When I first received these bunnies, one of my girls grabbed it right out of the box. I hadn’t even had a chance to detach it from its manufacter card.

They race all over the room with their bunnies. So cute to watch. They seem to be well made, and definitely would recommend. I have purchased several Kong pet toys, and they are very tough. And Chewy.

My kitten adored this toy from the first time he saw it. My daughter brought it with her for her kitten to play with when they visited us for the weekend, but mine snatched it at every opportunity. When she got ready to leave she put it in her suitcase to make the journey back home.

What she didn’t know was that Sonny had already snuck it out and taken it away. We didn’t discover his antics until after she’d left and he was rolling around in the hallway with it. My husband and I had the greatest laugh! We bought a replacement so that he is never without one.

Sadie here, I am a 6 pound MIKI dog, who has a big problem sometimes finding the right toy for my mouth, this soft little bunny was just the right size. I immediately grabbed it and moved it into my bed.

My granddaughter recently came to spend time at Grandma’s. She discovered a “bigger girls’ “ toddler cupboard. In it were some old favorites and some new additions, as well. One of these new toys was the little wooden mint green “hopping” push bunny.

It is so nicely made. Sturdy material, just the right size for little hands, a beautiful color, and a surprise “hopping” motion as it moves along. She enjoyed playing with it! :).
