I’m sorry but the person or focus group who thought scalloped edges on toilet paper sheets was a good idea for toilet paper isn’t living in the real world! I do not think for one minute they tried to tear a sheet off for themselves bc it does not happen.

It’s a huge fail. The sheets do not make a clean tear to where you end up with this beautiful scalloped edge. No, no! The sheets are a mess when you try to tear it. And forget about it if you’re in a hurry because you end up having to find a new place tear off a sheet because the scallop never works.

It may sound like a good idea in theory but who pays attention to that? And my housekeeper always folds the ends in a point when she is finished cleaning the bathroom. Charmin is my one and only go-to bathroom paper but if this scallop thing continues it is a big enough problem that I would change brands.

No one wants to fight with a piece of paper when you’re on the toilet and ultimately that’s what happens. Please go back to the original straight edge. I’m not one to write reviews but it is that important to me that I needed to voice my concerns here.

What happened Charmin? My family has used Charmin toilet paper for years, the ultra soft and the ultra strong. They were both soft and durable. After the pandemic shortage the prices went way up and continue to do so, I bought it constantly as to not run out, before and after the pandemic.

Once I ran out of my back stock and had to use the newer (NOW) Charmin toilet paper THERE IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN QUALITY. I think the new product might have less sheets, and weighs less, I think the size of each sheet is smaller, and it is way thinner making it rough, scratchy, and all with almost no durability.

AND YET WE ARE PAYING MORE FOR LESS. EVERYTHING! After so many years of swearing by this product, I am confident in my decision to switch, and make sure everyone I know checks their products as well.

I sadly, no longer recommend this product. Beware of SKRINKFLATION AND SKIMPFLATION.

Charmin Ultra Strong has been my go to for a few years. I admit I am quite particular about having soft toilet paper, but also wants it too hold up for the job intended. This used to be the perfect product.

The last two packages I have purchased, I honestly thought there had been some mistake. The toilet paper is rough and scratchy, more the texture of off brand paper towels. It’s honestly uncomfortable to use at this point.

What happened Charmin? The product isn’t cheaper, so why has it gone from the previously luxurious feel to something that reminds me of the gas station bathroom? After several years as a loyal customer I won’t be buying this again, or any other Charmin product.

If they downgraded this one so drastically I can’t imagine how disappointing their other product changes will become.

We’ve been buying this product for about 50-years and I’m not sure when the changes began but it’s been over the past few years and we have purchased it many times from Home Deliveries USA in varying package sizes.

I could deal with it getting a bit thinner but when the sheet width was cut from 4. 5-inches down to 4-inches my review goes down from the an original 5-stars to 4-stars. I’m tired of hearing there’s no inflation yet packaging sizes dramatically decrease and/or products get reduced significantly.

When the standard size of a chip bag goes from 15-ounces down to 8-ounces yet the price stays the about the same that’s either inflation or ripping me off. In this case Scott ripped off a 1/2-inch of paper from 1000-sheets and the price stayed the same.

Disappointed but not looking for alternatives… it’s still worth it and it’s yet another item that gets a good discount. However, I do like the paper because it still has 1,000 sheets and degrades easily in the septic system so that’s why I’m still purchasing it despite my review.

If your bum needs a lot of softness and a thick buffer between it and your hand this is not a recommended product. However, if you want to be kinder to the septic system and get a decent bang for the buck 1-roll lasts 2-adults about a week then I’d still recommend it.

Following the pandemic toilet paper shortage when we finally got Scott Toilet Paper back in stock, I immediately noticed a marked difference in quality. It was very thin, not as wide, and the texture was rough.

I wasn’t happy, but figured the change was made to expedite manufacturing to alleviate the toilet paper supply shortage. I am 68 years old and a lifelong user so, I figured I’d hang in with my brand loyalty to you till we got past the supply shortage issue.

During that time I had to buy whatever brand was available, but now that supplies have returned to normal I can always find Scott Toilet Paper in stock. However, I noticed the quality has seriously deteriorated.

It is still way too thin, not as wide, and very rough. Additionally, it crumbles leaving behind remnants and it is very, very irritating such that I thought I had developed an allergic reaction till I read almost unanimously negative reviews on Amazon complaining of the very same thing.

Reading reviews here, you keep responding that no recent changes have occurred which is really quite a foolish thing to keep saying when so many customers are even providing photographic proof that there is indeed a change to your quality.

If as a corporation you’ve not made changes as you repeatedly insist, then something shady is happening at your manufacturing plants and you really need to figure it out instead of denying that changes have been made.

I am in search of another brand because I cannot use your brand any longer for the reasons cited above.

I have to use 1-ply toilet paper because the plumbing is very bad in my apartment building. For several years I have only used Scott brand because it was available both in my grocery stores and through Amazon on line.

I am currently disabled and unable to shop in stores for myself. The last 5 times I bought the 32 pack of 4X8 rolls they have arrived in cartons that are purposely open on top and bottom to show what is inside.

SO the exposed areas with wimpy plastic open to the elements let the rolls get damp, squashed, dirty, etc. Moreover the rolls NOT exposed are covered in loose plastic wrapping and more often than not look partially discolored and dirty! WHY is Scott using such stupid cartons? And what has happened to the quality control? Amazon will not provide the former Amazon boxes that enclosed the Scott packages.

In fact now I can’t find the 32 roll packs on Amazon at all. What they DO provide is incredibly expensive and mostly not the same Scott rolls. So now I have to search for other sources or switch to another brand.

It’s very hard to find single ply rolls in bulk—and seemingly impossible to get them at a reasonable price. I am terribly disgusted by all of this. After being a loyal Scott customer for 8-9 years I may be forced to use another brand.

I’ve been very impressed with Stock My Closet during this pandemic, especially since I’m just buying for my household. I’ve received my orders quickly and exactly as described. I really like the Tork bath tissue as they are in smaller rolls that easily fit on my toilet paper roller thingy.

My only note is that there is a pretty big gap in the cardboard box on both sides, so my cats immediately got their paws in it to try to rip up the toilet paper. However, I was able to easily take them out of the box to stack them in my closet so it’s all good.

But if you have eager pets, you’ll want to plan to store it away from them.

Bought this product, which is usually used in commercial settings, during the great TP shortage of 2020. It’s a bit different than the stuff marketed for home use. The rolls are the same size, so they will fit your typical bathroom holder.

Only took about one roll to get used to it and I’m not sure there’s any reason to go back to my old brand. If you don’t agree you can always squirrel it away with your emergency supplies.

It’s ideal to always have toilet paper available. With this item, you’ll have plenty of tissue rolls on hand. It’s not the fufu brand, but it does the dirty job intended. Great that its individually wrapped.

The previous reviews and pictures were helpful! This toilet is pretty decent. I wish it was individually wrapped but I’m not complaining. It’s softer than I thought. They do fit on all of my toilet paper rollers in each bathroom.

It’s not Charmin but it’s good toilet paper and I’m thankful to be able to order this, receive it so fast and not have to leave my house and run from store to store only to leave disappointed with no tissue.

I bought this product to supply my office. The product arrived quickly and without any damage. I usually used a brand named toilet paper for my office restrooms. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has made it difficult to restock on a regular basis.

I discovered that Office Depot carried an alternative. These large rolls last a lot longer than expected and are reasonably priced. I will continue to use this company to keep my office well supplied.

I bought this in a fit of panic when it looked like regular house-type toilet paper would continue to be unavailable; besides the fact that the rolls are so big that they won’t fit in an ordinary holder until about half gone, the paper itself feels stiff and unpleasant to use.

Now I am beginning to see regular tp appearing in my local markets. Since my wife refuses to use it, it looks like I’ll be stuck with it for months, if not years, at my normal usage rate. If we suffer another tp drought, I may make it available to my neighbors.

I seek out the lowest possible price for an item, to get the most product for my dollar. 24 rolls for $16, =66 cents per roll of 2 PLY, 500 sheets. If I turn the 2 ply into 1 ply, I’ll end up with 48, 400 sheet, 1 ply rolls.

So $16 divided by 48 one ply rolls, = 33 cents a 1 ply, 400 sheets roll. That’s the lowest price I can find. It’s even less than half the price of Walmart’s cheapest unbranded toilet paper, that is 84 cents, for four 2 ply, 150 sheet rolls.

When the box shows up on your porch, it is HEAVY. Like you need 2 people to move it. That’s good news, get your money’s worth! Best to stock up all at once, then you’re done for awhile. Next, this is REAL TOILET PAPER because it is 4.

5″ width, the original standard from when toilet paper was invented. Most toilet paper these days is 4″ width. Check out the price per roll. At 500 sheets, and sheet length 3. 75″, that is 156 feet of toilet paper on each roll.

That is a lot! What quality of paper? Hey if you want stuff that feels like paper towels and plugs up your toilet, go buy Charmin. This is PRACTICAL toilet paper. It does what it is supposed to do, 2-ply, but it’s Not built like a foam comforter.

Figure this is the best deal on the whole internet. But wait, there is one more oddity. The ink on the box isn’t blue, it’s green. And it obviously involves a manufacturer licensing agreement “made to specifications of Windsoft” etc and I would say the REAL Windsoft is made in Canada and the box has blue ink.

HOWEVER if you want to put toilet paper into your closet, this issue shouldn’t matter much. LASTLY these sheets are shorter at 3. 75″ this IS the best deal on the internet BUT if you’re a TP fanatic, the Windsoft WIN2200 (not the WIN2240) has got 4.

5″ x 4. 5″ sheets and therefore is about 185 feet roll length. I actually like WIN2200 best, but it is NOT the best deal per foot. THIS WIN2240 is the best deal per foot. BUY BUY BUY WIN2240 (or WIN2200).

I’m always trying to find the best deal on toilet paper. Until trying this Windsoft from Sam’s, the best deal I had found was Kirkland brand (priced in the Warehouse, not online). Strength and absorbability are the most important aspect to me, as we have 4 girls in our house.

No pilling, tearing, or tp dust allowed! This Windsoft meets those requirements. We don’t have to use any more than the Kirkland brand per “use. ” The Windsoft is acturally stronger than the Kirkland–less tearing.

There is absolutely no tp dust from this Windsoft. perhaps that’s why some reviewers have said it’s too rough. But I hate fluffy, dust-spewing, shredding toilet paper! So I actually PREFER this Windsoft to other softer/thinker brands.

I’ve been meaning for some time to write you to compliment you on your product. I am a caregiver for my mother who has middle-stage Alzheimer’s. She has a bathroom off of her bedroom, which shares a wall with our laundry room.

She has memory issues, and earlier this year, she left the water running in the sink in the bathroom. Unknown to us, we had a leak in the pipes under the sink. The water was likely running for quite some time before I noticed sitting water in the laundry room.

The water had leaked into the vanity and back through the bathroom wall into the laundry room. We had a small amount of seepage from the laundry room onto our laminate floor in the family room. Quite the mess.

But I discovered, when we were doing cleanup, that there was no water on the bathroom floor. At all. There was none on the tile. And nothing had seeped from the bathroom into my mother’s laminate floor in her bedroom.

And why was this? Because the Scott toilet paper tissue being stored in the vanity absorbed the water that attempted to go forward into the bathroom. Your TP saved us a couple of thousand dollars worth of repair to the laminate flooring in my mother’s room.

I personally bought Scotts toilet paper since I started shopping in 1959 that is 62 years, my parents bought Scotts many years during my growing up & Im sure before I was born. Scotts “definitely” changed over the last several years & I keep going back n forth buying Scotts toilet paper.

The last time I was in Costco it was the only brand still left on their shelves , I bought the large pack hoping for better results with it than the previous times of late. I always bought Scott & favored it over any other brands that came out over the years, it “was always good quality”.

As I said however that quality has changed in the last several years , the paper is very, very thin, seems to dissolve in ones hand as soon as it gets wet. Im very disappointed with it. The packaging claims that 1 roll will last a week, that is not true.

The amount I have to use is double or triple what one normally would need to use. My son & his family were visiting & they even made comment on how thin it is & asked what kind I was now buying. Unless this product gets back to the quality it once was this last large package I bought will be my last.

As I said previously I was a long term customer but when the quality went down I switched & periodically would go back in hopes Scotts had improved back to its usual quality, only to be disappointed.

I ordered this product by the carton for the first time back in March 2020. It is wonderful. It is just toilet paper with no additives. It is good for people who have allergies to additives to paper products.

I purchased this during the Pandemic as my regular Marcal toilet paper (also made from recycled paper) was unavailable. It does benefit the blind people who make it, but I wish it was packaged in a smaller quantity box.

The box is very difficult for me to lift and cumbersome to store. The toilet paper is okay. A little rough and sometimes the end is too loose or too tight.

This is the roughest toilet paper I have ever purchased in my life. It literally feels like rough paper. The 2 plys don’t stay together. It feels tougher than almost any toilet paper I have used in a public restroom.

I will not purchase this again, especially at its high price, unless I am desperate again due to TP shortages. For reference, I normally use Kirkland toilet paper, and am not that picky. It’s usable in a pinch, just not worth the price unless there are no other options.

The positive was that it arrived in the time promised.
