I know that trace minerals are important but the flavor of the liquid version is so unpleasant. This capsule form is a great way to avoid the gagging harsh flavor.

Unfortunately I did FURTHER research on this after purchasing and had 1 concern and that is, is this product fake fulvic acid? Because the bottle is so blue I couldn’t see the actual color of the liquid until I opened the bottle and it’s clear.

But from what I’ve read fulvic acid has a color?? I also read anything that claims to have high fulvic acid is fake because it’s “hard” to extract large amounts of real fulvic acid. Fulvic minerals that we don’t get any more from veggies grown in mineral depleted soil. Tastes awful but a few drops in homemade soup or smoothie and no problem. My body craves these minerals we no longer get from our foods.

I really wanted to like this product since it’s in a convenient dropper bottle and I don’t like to take multivitamins, but if you have autoimmune conditions such as dermatitis, I don’t recommend fulvic acid.

After using this daily for a week, my arms began to itch excessively and constantly. According to WebMD, fulvic acid causes your immune system to become over active if you already have an autoimmunity.

The itching went away after I stopped using this.

I bought these drops because my body has been extremely acidic over the last year due to adopting a high protein diet lifestyle. My body was so acidic that it wouldn’t even register on PH strips. Got this product because I learned I was deficient in some minerals and decided to choose the chocolate flavor to also satisfy that craving and in a healthy way. It really has a very delicious chocolatey flavor! I like to mix it with almonds and water.

I read some reviewers have trouble blending it well and this is how I do it. First blend the almonds in Nutribullet with the nut blade attachment and then add water and Trace Minerals packet and blend again.

I usually use about 8-10 oz of water. You can skip the almonds and just blend the packet with water or whatever liquid you are using and blend it. I think it blends a lot better than just stirring or shaking it up.

I also notice I feel full of energy and just an overall feeling of well-being after drinking it. Seems to quell other cravings I sometimes have. like for chocolate.

This is a great way for those of us who dont like eating fruits and veggies to get nutrients we are missing from having a less than stellar diet. I mix it with my pineapple juice in the mornings and it tastes great.

This makes taking boron much easier for me. I have too many pills to remember to take, so this is one less pill to add to the list. It doesn’t change the taste of anything. Just put it in water or a smoothie.

I like all the ionic mineral formulas. This form of Boron works the best for me. Just mix with a little water first thing in the morning. A slight salt taste but not bad at all. I use Boron as a part of my overall Men’s health program.

I prefer the ConcenTrace trace mineral drops that don’t have much sodium in them, because I can add them directly to water without really affecting the taste. These I’ve only been able to use in a homemade energy drink, so far (I think the agave syrup I add helps to cut the salty taste a bit).

I also feel like the ratio of sodium to other minerals is a bit off, relative to my needs. I get enough sodium from my diet, it’s really those other minerals that my body hungers for. So I feel like I’ve had a bit too much sodium after having this.

I’d use the rest for energy drinks or adding some saltiness to homemade soup. But, in the future, I’d stick with the ConcenTrace trace minerals. I prefer the flexibility and I don’t feel so overwhelmed by sodium that way.

I’d recommend comparing the two before making a decision on which to buy (or get a small amount of each), so you end up with one that suits your personal needs the best.

It is what it’s labeled as; a very salty sea water. As for the mineral contents; I’m not an expert in chemistry nor do I have a lab to test the amount of minerals each serving size contains; neither do I know the difference between buying this or sea salt.

I saw a video about the bad repercussions to your health when not drinking water with minerals. Since I got these bottle of Trace Minerals, I haven’t been sick with the flu. That’s about 1 1/2 years now.

I used to get it 2 or even 3 times a year. I just put a few drops (8-12) of it into my water bottle to add minerals every time I fill it out. Only that has made a difference in my health.

Spread out your daily amount. I take 2 or 3 at a time with a bottle of water. Start with 6 a day and quickly work up by adding 1 tablet per day until you get a loose stool then back off one tablet. We want to maximize your intake in order to replenish the mineral loss over years and due to childbirth.

Note: If you are taking a separate Magnesium supplement? Stop, because it is crushed rock and not usable by your cells. Remember this is not only about healthy bones, but all of our cells need these minerals to replicate property with good function.

I agree with the other reviews. I have never taken a tablet that smells as bad as these. The positive is that you just hold your nose and swallow. They are small and easy to swallow. There is no after-taste and you don’t burp up the taste/smell either.

These are far better for me than the liquid low sodium concentrace minerals, which make me nauseous, due to the salty taste. I always feel sick after taking the liquid version.

This is an excellent trace mineral complex with verifiable ingredients and amounts, but I don’t understand what the horrible smell is coming from. I have a super long history of taking supplements of all kinds so I have a good idea of the color and smell of a lot of them, but for the life of me I can’t pinpoint what in this formulation is causing the powerful odor.

This is a rock solid trace mineral choice which I have been taking for several months and will contiune to do so.

We stopped taking multi vitamins because we were supplementing the nutrients in the vitamins that were lower than the levels we felt we needed. So we started making up our own vitamin packs by buying a B complex and then added all the extras we were using anyway.
