20 Best Trader Joes Rose (2022 Updated)

I remember buying this and absolutely loving it and how refreshing it felt. I always used it everyday without every really taking the time to look at the ingredients because I assumed it was fine considering it’s from Trader Joe’s.

However, I did some research there are some CHEMICALS that are considered HARMFUL when absorbed in your skin!! Recently I’ve been checking the ingredients to all the skin products before buying mad I have to say I’m sad to see this Trader Joe’s product has bad chemicals.

Chemicals considered harmful:PhenoxyethanolUsed as an anti-bacterial in cosmetics and stabilizer in perfumes, phenoxyethanol is actually very harmful. It is harmful if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through skin, especially to nursing mothers or infants.

Phenoxyethanol can have an effect on the brain and the central nervous system. It irritates skin and eyes, and can cause blistering on skin as well. Although many skin care products (even some organic products as well) use phenoxyethanol in small amounts that is “not harmful” to skin, if you use the product multiple times a day, every day, it can cumulate and possibly affect you.

CitronellolA volatile fragrance chemical extracted from geranium, rose, and other plants, citronellol has a characteristic grassy, citrus-like scent. Applied to skin, it can cause aggravation when exposed to air.

This exposure causes the unstable citronellol molecule to oxidize, which is believed to trigger aggravation on skin. Geraniol A volatile fragrance ingredient extracted from geranium, geraniol is capable of causing sensitivity when applied to skin.

However, the risk of such reaction has to do with depth of penetration into skin, and geraniol doesn’t penetrate skin easily. As such, although it’s not a great ingredient to see on a label if you have sensitive skin, it isn’t among the most troublesome fragrance ingredients when used in low concentrations.

Despite the lesser concern, research has shown that, like many fragrant oil components, geraniol can oxidize in the presence of air, causing damage when appied to skin’s surface. Also contains multiple kinds of fragrances.

If you don’t already know fragrances are NOT considered healthy for your skin and can even cause irritation.

I’ve purchased several bottles of this spray over the years and it never let me down. For many years I used this as a toner but I’m a bit older now (late 30s) and I am at the point where I feel like I need more from a toner, with more anti aging benefits.

I still have one last bottle that I will continue to use… I’ve been using a crystal/salt deodorant stick which you typically have to wet before applying to your underarms. Instead of using water, I’ve been using the rose water spray before the deodorant and I absolutely love how fresh it feels with the slightest scent.

I may continue to purchase the spray just for this reason.

I couldn’t find the actual product of these. But these are the Trader Joe’s watermelon mask and facial mist. I wasnt a big fan of the watermelon so I gave it to my daughter. It felt wierd on my skin.

Like it kinda tingled. But the watermelon mask is good. Leaves my skin soft and hydrated the next day ! I love it ! The smell for the mask is better then the spray ! Smells like watermelon jolly rancher.

So I couldn’t find what I’m trying to review in the drop down bar so I have to tag , however, I’m reviewing Hue_Calm Vegan Hand Cream! It is a vegan, cruelty-free hand cream with Shea Butter in it and it is moisturizing as heck! I just use a dash and it completely covers my hands and absorbs fully within a few moments.

My only qualm eight this hand cream is that it is a dash greasy/oily from the butters in it, however it does fully absorb and that feeling goes away within a few minutes. And, when it fully absorbs it is absolutely incredible, very luscious and moisturizing! I’d definitely recommend this product as I love cruelty-free, vegan beauty products.

I absolutely love this hand cream! It is the best budget hand cream you can get. The smell is subtle rose and is intoxicating and fresh. The consistency is super thick and moisturizing. I have gone through 3 of these bottles and I can’t get enough! I live in Colorado, where it’s super dry and my hands get chapped, especially in the winter.

This cream helps a lot and I use it every day. I would definitely recommend this product and I will surely be buying it again!.

Delicious as my Oma would say. This is a very thick delightfully smelling cream. A little goes a long way. A pea size amout is perfect for ha nds and arms. I’m really liking Trader Joe’s cosmetic line.

I’ll start off by saying I normally love dark horse brand. But this one. well it isn’t my favorite is not bad for a rose. But it’s also not my favorite. It’ll due in a pinch definitely not a go too. It does have a nice crisp to it that I like.

It has a heaviness that isn’t in my opinion, constant with their other wines. Kinda a let down as I had high hopes for it. This as well as many other dark horse wines are very affordable and easy to find.

I’d say it’s worth the money to try it because everyone has different tastes when it comes to wine.

Amazing little can! Great for picnics, days at the beach or golf course. Full flavored. I love that it goes with sushi very well. I don’t even taste the can. Very affordable. Not expensive at all! I would highly recommend this product for anyone and everyone.

Of the incredible list of affordable roses this one is just okay. Now, if you want something affordable and drier, while still being fruity, you might actually really like this, but I prefer something a little juicier when I drink a pink wine.

This wine is a little drier than others, but has a good fruity taste. The bottle is simple and clean looking and the wine is a pretty pink color. I will drink this in a pinch but I have other options in a similar price range that I prefer.

I’m not very knowledgeable about wines, but I’ve been trying different ones since Total Wine opened near me. I really enjoyed this choice! Great flavor for my movie night with two of my girls! I’ll be buying a few more bottles on my next trip.

Trying to eat more plant based foods. I’m not even close to being Vegan since I still wear animal products, but trying to change what I eat/drink first. I absolutely love Whispering Angel Rose, so I was hoping this Rose would be comparable.

It tastes slightly different but I definitely enjoyed it! I like dry Rose’s so I was hoping it wouldn’t be too sweet, and it’s not! Definitely happy with my purchase. Excited to try more Vegan Friendly wines! :).

I am a big rosé lover but I was NOT a fan of this wine. Literally had a sour / weird aftertaste that I couldn’t shake. Heard great things about this wine but I am unfortunately disappointed.

I am a rose drinker, typically Hampton Water or Whispering Angel so the Meiomi was too sweet for me. It tasted like a white Zinfandel. Very sweet so not your typical rose.

This rose is not only adorned by its beautiful decoratively, designed bottle and adorable rose pink glass cork – it is delicious from nose to sip to finish! My bff suggested I try – so glad she did! Love the peach notes and almost dry finish.

Great sunset refreshment! Pairs well with banana nut bread or lemon ppund cake (sounds odd, yet happy accident 🙂 Definitely worth trying and repeat buying! Bottle is so pretty – it’s makes a great hostess gift!.

Try this wine, it’s fairly accessible, ran into it today accidentally on purpose while looking for a juicy Rosé. Enjoyed this wine with Shrimp and extra zesty cocktail sauce (a perfect pairing). Going to pick up a case tomorrow and note it’s not a sparkling wine.

Light, refreshing with notes of Strawberries and Watermelon across the palate and subtle Rose (the flower) and citrus on the nose with a very clean finish. Not at all sweet, but very crisp, not unlike many a French Rose’ from Provence (though this is from the Languedoc region) but unlike them it’s easy on the minerality and with 14.

2% abv it certainly creates fun times wherever it’s poured. Serve at 50F, slightly cooler than the serving temperature for a red wine 60-65) and slightly warmer than the serving temperature for a white wine (40-45).

✨WOW. SHOCKING. ME? Buy a bottle of wine based on the label and design? Neverrrrrrrr. 🤩 Well, do you blame me? Look at how beautiful this rosé by Gerard Bertrand wines is! It’s quite easily one of the more aesthetically pleasing wine bottles I’ve seen.

I’ve noticed the apparent hype for this rosé all over Instagram. So, naturally, I wanted to try it out myself. It’s not that I was disappointed, but the experience didn’t live up to my expectations.

I saw reviews of this wine ranging from, “THIS IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE ROSÉ” to literally one that said “I made an account to leave a review just so I could tell everyone how much my sink enjoyed this wine.

The irony about good champagne is that it seems, the more genuine and popular it is, the nastier it is. Good champagnes tent to be strong and very dry with more bread flavor than sweetness. And because of this, I have come to accept that I am NOT a fan of good champagne.

Although Belair is among the cheaper varieties of wine, it has the very, strong dry taste of the better champagnes like Veuve and even Dom. And because of this, I will say that it is very good wine and worth the money if you want the dry, bready champagne taste.

But if like me, you prefer sweeter Rose, do NOT buy this version of Belair. I purchased it because it is described as being sweeter than Moet Imperial Nectar and having a “deep red color. ” Nope. It’s pale pink just like every other Rose but it substantially drier and has no sweetness whatsoever.

There is NOTHING sweet about this wine. So, if you like the taste of strong, bread champagnes, this is a good cheaper alternative. If you like sweet Rose, don’t buy this.

I love this champagne! It tastes amazing and the packing is nice. It’s very light, so it’s easy to drink and very refreshing and crisp. My favorite one is the bottle but I have tried every single one of them and they are delicious.

I add my own little twist to it sometimes, not that it’s needed but to be cute.

Did not enjoy it. Very strong in flavor. Maybe the more expensive champagnes are just not for me. I keep trying them and get disappointed every time. I’ll stick to the cheap stuff like Andre.

I have been strictly a red wine drinker in more recent years, but Liquid Light has completely changed that. It is the perfect amount of lightly sweet and refreshing for a summer love. I love it – so did my boyfriend.

My go to choice for the summer. Everyone loves a chill Rose on a hot summer day and this is the perfect option. Even though it is low calorie, the flavor is still great! I still feel like I am indulging while choosing this healthier alternative.

This Rose wine is my new favorite due to the small amount of calories it has. This wine is my go to and I love hosting with it, too. Many of my friends are into fitness like I am and this is their new favorite wine.

This is everything I was looking for. I needed a wine for a blind wine tasting party and a friend recommended this wine. Love, love, love it. It’s connected to a famous music studio in France which had my husband super into it and it tastes like dry strawberries and rose petals.

Bonus points because it won the tasting:).

Pale straw colour, clear. Aromas of pear and yellow apple and grapefruit with a touch of honey. Fruity taste with a very nice acidity at the beginning that balances very well with the bitterness at the end.

I want to start this review by stating I am not a huge wine drinker. I tried this wine as a cash back incentive from Influenster. Well, this wine by Josh Cellars has changed my mind about not liking wine.

this Rose is smooth and complex. It is not sweet at all, so the chance of not feeling well the next day is lower by not tasting overly sweet. You can taste the fruit hints throughout the body of the wine.

I do not have any cons about this Rose! Go get your bottle today!.

I really like Josh cellars wines. I believe the winery has only been making the rosé for a few years. I like it. it’s good. I particularly like drinking a nice cold rose in the late spring or early summer.

I find them very refreshing. not too sweet. a little dry which is what I prefer. in fact, the dryer, the wine, the happier I am!.

I love a good glass of wine, and I usually prefer a red wine. But I wanted to try something a little bit different. This Rose wine was smooth and medium bodied. It’s not as strong as a red and was very flavorful.

My husband tried it as well and he also liked it a lot. I have tried other wines by Josh Cellars and must say that they are all good and great for any occasion. 😉❤️🍷.

One of my favorite rose wines, consistent and a good value. Dry, with some fruity flavors, especially strawberry. Enjoy it on its own, or with fruit and cheese, a variety of seafood, chicken or vegetarian meals, even duck or pork.

Very crisp and clean rose. Made in more of the French method of not sweet but light with some acidity. Can pair with anything. A welcome and refreshing surprise for spring and summer. I’m ordered more!.

Delicious Rose! We have enjoyed this Roman Roth wine ever since its first vintage several years ago. Mostly paired with simple foods like pizza and pastas and salads, it is an excellent choice. And, we have it as a delicious aperitif.

Champagne on ice? Yes! With berries or frozen grapes? Yes. Ladies, this will improve your summer day drinking pleasure immensely AND it won’t break the bank like Moët Imperial (when you can get it). Gentlemen, this is far more elegant than a Truly or White Claw.

i bought this in nj and have really loved it. now i see total wine has it there in stuart, fl which we will be there for the winter! i bought a case to take to fl incase they dont carry it any place.

I was never that person who thought you get what you pay for when it comes to wine. Don’t get me wrong, this rosé was perfectly pleasant and quite affordable. You can find it pretty much everywhere. I only had 2 glasses at brunch and still had all of my faculties.

It was a nice change from the overly sweet rosé’s that are offered in this price range.

This was a decent bottle of wine, especially for the price. I would only say it’s not as soft as I expected. It could do with some changes, but I’m not a wine expert, so I don’t know what to change. t I would still pick this over other bottles in the same price range.

This SIMI Sonoma County Dry Rose is a beautiful rose wine with nice gentle flavor. It is nice a fragrant and smooth for a wine. I love rose wines, they are my favorite and I always enjoy trying new ones.

I NEVER drink California or boxed wines! While visiting the dentist, they served me a dry rose’ which was absolutely incredible! When I requested the brand information, I simply could not believe it, Bota dry rose’.

I have tried very expensive French, Italian rose’ and none of them measure up to this! I will try the other types very soon! If you are reluctant, whether as it being a boxed wine or a CA wine, give this a try.

I decided to go with this Bota Box instead of filling up my recycling with a bunch of bottles for an early 4th of July gathering. This was perfect! The Rose wine was perfect for a summer get together and not too heavy of a drink.

The box is recyclable which I love and the wine tastes great too. I will definitely buy this again for myself and other get togethers.

Most roses I find to be a bit too sweet for me, but Bota Box’s dry rose is PERFECT. It’s perfect if you’re having a brunch at your house for a group of people, because you get 3 liters’ worth. And, if you don’t use it up, it stays fresh for a long time in the “bladder”.

Maybe I’m just not sophisticated enough, but this wine was nothing like a rose to me. It had no flavor at all! It was like drinking straight alcohol. There was nothing making me want another sip, I was drinking it because it was there.

Would not buy again!.

I purchased this wine to expand my horizons with different tasting wines. I’m not much of a Rosé person so perhaps I’m not the best judge. I didn’t care for the initial taste or the dry bitter aftertaste.

It smelled like hand sanitizer and tasted like raisins. Definitely don’t recommend. I had several different people try it, everyone disliked this wine.

I’ve been to almost 50 countries and I developed a peculiar taste. I hate most of Brut-type sparking wines or anything, what they call, “citrucy”, but I call plan sour (dry). On the other hand I do not like muscatos and other sweet wines.

This one strikes a perfect balance! It is not sour (dry) and it is not too sweet (just enough). It has enough flavor (don’t chill it too much, if more flavor is desired). Chill in freezer for 17 minutes (or 12, if more flavor is desired).

I love it as an aperitif. It’s goes well for the “breaking ice” phase of a meet. It goes well with light foods like light seafood, chicken, pizzas and stuff. Probably would not drink it with aged cheeses or manchego/basque cheeses.

Definitely not with a steak, even though as aperitif while steaks are being done is great!.

I’ve purchased 4 bottles of this wine. The last one was chosen for me by a staff member – curbside pickup. It was bad, but it was too much trouble to return during COVID. If you’re buying in person, don’t select pale, faded, “tainted” colors.

This is my favorite wine. I’ve grown fond of bubbly wines. Cava is silky like Champagne, without the price tag. I like the Rose specifically. Great paired with Cocktail Caviar if you want to feel fancy or a little pampered after a long day.

I absolutely love this rose. Crisp, refreshing, light and delicious. Perfect or sipping or with a meal.

Normally I do not drink wine! But I really enjoyed this!! I shared it with my sister,sister in law and my mom!! Let’s just say that’s an empty bottle!! Loved it!! Can’t wait for the next one to get here!!.
