20 Best Transcription Foot Pedal (2022 Updated)

If you have the right software or know how to use Autohotkey or other scripting software this item works great. When I received it, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. It is also very heavy so it does not get kicked around easy.

I have been doing medical transcription for many years and have always used the Infinity foot pedal. It works very well with my PC and my laptop. Very easy to set up and I use it with Express Scribe transcription software.

I bought this product used, but it works as if it’s brand new. It’s of good, sturdy design and works instantly with plug-n-play, as most hardware does. I purchased it to use with the Express Scribe software, but I’m sure it would work well with other similar programs.

Just be sure to do the proper set up within the Express Scribe software so that the program recognizes the presence of the foot pedal.

I bought this for my partner, and it has worked GREAT, except that it started squeaking a ton which was driving me crazy. After some research on YouTube, I decided to try 3-in-1 oil (typically used on cars), took apart the pedal, and put a little oil at the base hinge of the pedal as well as along the rim of the spring on both sides.

Now it’s working with no squeaks. Wanted to share this because I saw others having trouble with the squeak — and I was happy to find a solution. Just be careful taking it apart because the wires are delicate.

Using it with a couple of keyboards: Nektar Impact LX 49; NI KOMPLETE KONTROL S49 It took a while for me to determine whether it was working or not with the S49. However, the NI website clears it up as well as the manual.

Problem solved when properly set up. It worked without any hassle on the LX 49. I just played a note on my Push2 and hit the pedal while it was still connected to the LX 49 and it sustained the Push2 note in Ableton Live 10 Suite.

Not sure how that’s working, but I will be checking into that. Might be linking an association to the VST. Cosmetics-wise, the rubber foot pad could use some better adhesive, but that’s not something to fret over.

I would suggest that some sort of rubberized stress relief be added to future pedals where the cable enters the pedal. I see that as the focal point for any catastrophic damage to occur without much effort on the part of the user.

I’m handy, so I will be adding my own protections to that area before my cord gets sheared off. Other than that, it seems pretty solid and I hope to get some mileage out of it.

This pedal is to noisy when used, it makes a loud clicking sound and the spring inside vibrates also make a horrible loud sound. No good for a quite home studio when you want to do music and not disturb others in your house hold.

Maybe fine for loud environments, it is pretty sturdy and well built otherwise. But no good for my use case.

Got these pedals a week ago and have four rides on them. I got them to replace my Al flat pedals that were going to need their third rebuild so it was time for new pedals. I decided to get some plastic pedals to save some weight and money over another pair of AL pedals.

I have bought other things from PNW and I like their products and the company itself so pretty confident that the pedals would be what I want. OK, I love these pedals and determined that after a couple of rides.

They are slightly bigger than the pedals they replaced and the shape of the pedals just fit my shoes better. The pedals are wider on the inside half and the outside half taper in. This fits the bottom of the shoes better and tucks in the pedals a little on the outside so less pedal out there for pedal strikes.

Lastly, I would recommend these for any rider looking for flat pedal replacements. I gave these a 4 star and not a 5 because for me I would prefer the pedals to be a little thinner but they are great the way they are.

I’ve had my pedals for just over a week now and I have just completed a four day, 500km bikepacking trip around the Scottish Highlands. The route included quiet roads, canal towpaths, mountain double track, forest tracks and very technical, rocky singletrack.

The pedals were excellent throughout. The grip levels were very high but still allowed me to reposition my feet when I wanted to (not so easy easy on my Burgtec flats). The bearings are still turning very smoothly even after repeated immersions in water and a few times in bog.

The pins have stood up well to many rock strikes. I will be recommending these pedals to all my riding mates and am planning another pair for my other bike.

Pros: Build quality is excellent as always with PNW. It really is a high quality pedal for a very good price. Looks great, spins great & seems like they’ll last a long time. The con: It’s bigger than I expected.

I wear size 9 shoes & this pedal feels real big. It’s big enough that the ball of my foot doesn’t cover from end/end and I feel the spindle. I’ve gotten used to it, but it was unexpected. Overall: Get these if you have big feet or like big pedals.

You can’t go wrong if you check one of those two boxes.

I’ve been using this for about a month at the time of writing, and it’s been a very cool tool. The pedals are comfortable enough to use, and the additional springs for various pressures are a good addition.

You can get really creative with it, and I’ve been using it to mute myself on Discord, place stream markers on Twitch, use healing in games, switch tools while editing, etc. As with other Stream Deck products you can create multiple profiles for it, so you’re not limited to just 3 inputs.

My only issue for the device is the software, which is usually intuitive. A feature of profiles lets you switch between them automatically when using a specific app/game, but it’s hidden a bit in the settings and has very little auto detection.

I would have liked the software to have given a list of games or apps it found installed, but instead you have to dive through your files to find an exe file. There is also an overlay you can use that shows what each pedal is assigned, which is actually very helpful when profile switching, but it has to be toggled via a Stream Deck button.

If you don’t have a standard Stream Deck then you HAVE to use of the pedals to toggle it. It would be good if we could toggle it from the software, instead of having to switch profiles or waste one of the pedal buttons.

Overall though, I really recommend this product. My issues with the software are very small and can easily be fixed down the road.

As a guitar streamer I’ve been looking for something like this for a while now. I can now change scenes, change the zoom on my Facecam, toggle sources (and a lot more) with a tap of my foot instead of having to stop playing the song, so I can press the button on my Stream Deck.

If you already have a Stream Deck, you can literally copy-paste your action to the pedal interface and the setup (from plugging it in, to actually being able to use the pedal) takes 10 seconds. The pedal itself has a decent weight to it so it doesn’t slide all over my floor and the quality of the casing gives me confidence that I’ll be able to use it with shoes if I ever do outdoor streams again.

All in all, it delivers exactly what it promises.

I was using three USB (Keybind) pedals and decided to upgrade to the Elgato foot pedal as using key binds often interfered with other programs etc. This piece of kit is incredible and with a bit of stream deck software know how can literally work magic! This is NOT just a push to talk pedal.

TLDR This is sold as Thrustmaster’s ‘Premium’ pedal set, buyer beware given the support for this product by Thrustmaster in Australia/NZ. I bought a set of these August 2020 as I almost exclusively used Thrustmaster products and initially everything was great.

Within 3 months the brake pedal started having a play when being released , which at least could be fixed by tightening a set screw on the bottom of the unit. 6 months the pedal faces started wearing through (I race barefoot or with socks), so much so that I had to drill out the old screws and buy new ones to replace the provided screws, but this was something I could live with.

Also around the same time I started hearing creaking from the base and some of the screw holes had cracked (my pedal set is hard mounted in my rig with 4 screws) and I could not understand why this was happening.

Last nail in the coffin started 2 weeks ago in mid Nov 2021 (~3 months after the warranty expired) as the throttle pedal kept on getting stuck between 50-80%. I had to fully unplug an re-plug the pedal set in which only sorted it for a few minutes and then the symptom would return.

I obviously contacted the Thrustmaster support and they provided an firmware update which actually made things worse. Then I requested to have the device fixed (either selling me the part) or sending it in for repair.

Below is the response I got from thrustmaster. We inform you that we do not sell the PCB of the T-LCM separately as it requires to be changed at our workshop due to the internal calibration software that has to be run after replacement.

However, we have no official repair center servicing your country, and thus are unfortunately not able to help you further. In short, I now have a doorstop with what should be a simple fix going to become more ewaste on a dump as Thustmaster provides little/no support for any repairs once this is out of warranty.

I had the thrustmaster wheel and pedals that came with the rs 300 wheel. They are plastic basically and after only 2 months, the torsion spring broke. So, while waiting for warranty service, I bought these load cell pedals.

They are a massive improvement. The pedals are metal (the base is still plastic but it shouldn’t matter). The load cell is really adjustable with different springs which are easy to remove and change.

You do need to download the config software (to configure the firmware) even if you have it on a PS or XBox. At first, I hated the load cell since it was SOOO different from the basic brake on the other one but, I did some practice with it, got my trailbraking under control and my laptimes dropped by seconds, yes seconds.

This is a MUCH better pedal but you will have to practice to learn to trailbrake with this load cell. It takes some time but it’s worth it. Well built apparently, and very adjustable. I moved the clutch all the way over since I don’t really use it.

Pricewise, it is cheap compared to a lot of load cell pedals. I would recommend it.

While this product is intended for use with other Line6 equipment, it can also control any music software (that has midi input) via its USB midi interface. This includes Guitar Rig 5, and DAWs such as Reaper or Cakewalk.

In this mode the 4 switches can be programmed to be single-action, momentary or toggle (with appropriate lights), and each can output any midi command that you wish. The volume pedal moves smoothly, and switches to a Wah pedal by stepping on the top end of it.

Note that there is no Midi-out interface, just USB-midi and the Line6 cable. The USB cable is not supplied, but any USB printer cable can be used. The unit is big enough to use, but doesn’t take up too much floor space.

While some parts are plastic, the main body is metal and it seems to be well made and robust. The controlling software is simple and appears to be free of bugs. I chose this instead of the Behringer FCB1010 because it takes up much less space.

I do not regret that decision. Overall, this is an excellent addition to a home project studio, even one that does not use other Line6 products.

I love this piece of equipment. Without it my spider iv feels a bit boring, but after utilizing this pedal not only do i now have a wah to play with, I can easily switch between presets. Also this works like a charm with my line 6 ux/2 interface.

The wah pedals are now finally useful. Its also my understanding this pedal will work with the spider 5 amps as well. Like i said this thing is built like a tank. its heavy metal and the expression pedal reminds me of the way the line 6 floor pod xt was constructed and that too was a tank!! just love it really.

oh don’t forget the tuner display, that works so much better than the built lights on the spider 4 amp.

I knew the limitations of only 4 preselects, or 4 fx groups. I really, REALLY like the cat-5 connection to the Line 6 Pod. Calibrating the foot pedal was pretty straight forward, though an additional step that I wish wasn’t necessary.

However, calibrate it once, and you’re done. No need to do it again. The only thing that annoyed me was the noise the foot pedal made through the sound system, when configured for volume pan with high gain and stereo delay.

It was a kind of “wow” sound that echoed behind the guitar when changing volume. Haven’t heard it with any other FX combos, though, so it seems to be peculiar to the stereo delay. Other than that, works great.

Use it on gigs with no problems.

First of all, I already own other Boss pedals and I can say that it is a quality brand. The pedal in question, not cheap but in an average price range, does just what it needs to do! The sound is clear, well finished on all frequencies, the dynamics improve and the overall level of the guitar sound is also raised and leveled.

There is a fairly long sustain of the sound. I recommend this pedal to professional musicians.

I have tediously tried many bass compressor pedals and just couldn’t find the one that I was comfortable with. You want a lot of sustain and a nice punchy but squashed signal for most rock or metal. I had been very impressed with the boss cs-3 for my guitar and wondered if there were a bass version.

I stumbled accross the bass smasher which is a modified version of the cs-3 and felt very confident it would do what i wanted. It performs beautifully. The only reason i dont give it a five star is because it can still be a little noisy if dial up to high.

But if you know how to use noise suppression gear this won’t really bother you. I imagine when compressing notes with high sustain its very difficult to get rid of all the noise. Highly recommend for a cheap and easy way to get balanced tone and high sustain.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product that I bought 2nd hand used. I just do not see the cost of a new one or a 2nd hand one worth buying. The 4-control knobs are (1) Volume, which all pedals have, and no big deal, (2) Tone control just gives you slightly more or less trebble or bass – very slightly, also no big deal (3) Pick Attack is totally not noticable, and that is a big deal – worthless, (4) Sustain is for how long a note will ring and ring.

It works OK, but who needs that much continued sound? What I also noticed is when you turn this knob up slightly, then you will hear more harsh bad noise from your strings, especiqally the sqeeking noise of yuor hand sliding on the strings and all that noise gets real loud.

So, I have it turned all the way off. Would I recommend it? No, but try it for yourself, and you decide. Maybe if you play very loud in a band, then you may like it.

I just received my Philips foot pedal and so far, I think it is better than the Inifinity model. It is smaller, better looking, and its controls appear to be responding better and quickly. All of this is important for me since I work with a foot pedal countless hours every day!.

Foot pedal is excellently made and works well for typing from dictation. Well made and self installs to PC. Drivers and software are easily found on the Philips site if you like to personalise the pedal.

You will need a typing software package along side the pedal to use.

Works perfectly. Great if your software supports it. Please note that you will not be able to use the generic “Pedalware” software on Windows 10. Keeps crashing on 10, however on Windows 7 works beautifully.

If there is inherent pedal support in your software it does work great on Windows 10. I use Dolbey.

I bought those product last week. Not only was it easy to install, but it worked fantastically with my express scribe software. It was also shipped earlier than I expected, and in good condition.

This is a replacement for the same product that I wore out over four years of transcribing. I was relieved to be able to replace it exactly. It was like new, still in the plastic inner wrapping inside the box.

It’s a workhorse of a foot pedal for professional transcribers. If I can get another four years out of this one, I should be ready to retire by then!.

In der REFERENCE MANUAL werden alle Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt, wie das interne Sound-Mapping der Mono/Stereo Inputs auf Mono/Stereo Outputs geschaltet werden kann, oder wie man die Tap-Tempo-Funktion auf seine Bedürfnisse hin verändern kann etc.

Deswegen hab ich mir das Gerät gekauft, weil durch diese “geheimen” Einstellmöglichkeiten hat man am Ende eine kleine Kiste auf der Bühne, die auf Zack! genau das macht, was man will. Soweit kann man den SY-1 oder das RV-5 (die ich auch hab) nicht “hacken”, soweit ich weiß, also: Gut, dass das DD-8 das anbietet! Sonst: Klang absolut gut, kein Rauschen oder Brummen, die Preset-Sounds sind so wie in allen anderen Bewertungen beschrieben.

Zusatz: Ich hab seit 35 Jahren (!) das BOSS PS-2 Delay/Pitchshifter im allerschlimmsten Live-Einsatz. Das Gerät funktioniert wie am ersten Tag, Schalter, Potis, Buchsen ohne irgendwelche Betriebsabnutzungen, echt toll.

Ok, der Lack ist tw. ab, aber die Kiste ist immer noch ein verlässlicher Teil meines Live-Equipements. Wenn die Qualität bei BOSS immer noch so ist, überleben mich die Teile gewiss. AUCH: Hab erstmalig bei den Köllner Jecken bestellt, weil der Online-Marktführer nicht liefern konnte.

IšverstiShow in original languageGreat looper for those new to a loop pedal, like myself. It has a very simple design and operation. There aren’t any extra buttons, sub-menus, or PC interface software to confuse or complicate its operation.

I personally felt I would have been so lost in pushing buttons and turning knobs with other loopers. I like the simple tap record, tap again to stop recording and start play back. It has a couple of different loop modes, but I prefer the default settings.

The ability to layer multiple loops over each other (a percussive loop, bass loop, and rhythm) is great. I also like the led display because it tells what it is doing ( playing, recording, over dubbing, paused, and where it is in the loop).

I also like how it stores the last loop when it is turned off so it’s ready to go next time you use it. I would recommend reading the manual and buying an ac power adaptor. It does run on 9v batteries, but the battery on lasts about 4-5hrs.

Once the battery starts to die the looper begins loosing volume, which was very confusing the first time it happened to me. I would recommend this to loop beginners and experienced loopers that just want a simple loop pedal.

Just a real well made piece. Good design, good fit and good finish. My only complaint is the bolts and alien wrench that are furnished. The bolts are longer and extend further into the case than the own bolts.

Had I known there would be an issue I would have picked up a metric tap to chase the threads before draining the oil and removing the pan. I made my own tap out of the extra bolt that was furnished but it sure made it a lot more difficult.

Then there is the Allen wrench provided for the pan bolts. Not the manufacturer has to know there is a cross member right behind the pan. They also know this pan is deeper than most. So why do the provide an alien wrench that is almost an inch shorter than the pan is deep? Love the pan.

Just had a harder time with the installation than needed be.

Walking my dog (collie) was such a such a stressful task, but with the halti head collar and some high quality treats I want to go out for walks more than he does now haha

As I prefer continuous damper pedals for digital piano and keys but needed to buy a stop-gap sustain pedal during a coast-to-coast move, I looked at the budget range options and decided this simple switch pedal from On_Stage was the best choice available, and I was not disappointed.

I’ll be using this on a Sequential Pro 3 synth, so really only need simple switching anyway vs. piano-like damper, and the small footprint is advantageous in this context, along with the secure grip and sturdy build.

Great bang for buck; best in class.

I have a simple Midi controller in my studio and my wife has a full blown Keyboard in which we shared a sustain pedal. It never failed that we both a times needed the pedal so I decided to get myself something cheap because I don’t do anything special and didn’t warrant a high end pedal.

I got this unit home and plugged it up. It worked decent for a few mins but then began having issues with not releasing or not sustaining altogether. It only took a moment to realize that the pedals design seemed to not allow for full release of the actual switch.

I proceeded to open it and filed down the plastic and also ran some contact cleaner in the switch. It works perfect now to say the least and suites my needs just perfectly. 🙂 Even on a student level I don’t think I would recommend this product.

Sound: The sound is fine, it sounds good with my Yamaha keyboard. Features: Not much in terms of feature, spring pedal with not a lot of effort to push. Ease of Use: It is easy enough at first until it starts screwing with you and you have to press hard or move the switch in the back around.

Quality: This is my biggest issue. I had it for maybe two hours and it already broke. Along with it being a cheeply made plastic pedal with a spring, the electronics must be malfunctioning too. Sustain can no longer be activated by the pedal, i can either always have sustain on, or always have it off.

So i have a useless pedal and a sustain switch. Not even worth it for the affordable price. Invest in a better pedal. Value: For the fifteen to twenty dollars you spend, youd think youd get a pedal that would at least last you for a decent amount of time.

However, the best bet is to invest a little more money in a better quality pedal (Yamaha makes affordable and well made pedals). I wouldnt recommend this unless your giving it as a cheep birthday gift for your nephews first keyboard for his seventh birthday.

The Wow Factor: Disappointing again. Its very simple. Rough plastic and squeaky hinges just make this a tiny eye sore. At least it keeps you from getting your hopes up about everything else. Overall: This product has the lifespan of a day.

Pass it up, trade it in, invest in a better quality pedal.

The first thing that strikes you when you open the box is the build quality of this pedal. This is no toy, it’s built to be used, and used a lot! Adjustment of the weight balancing and spring tension is very simple and does make a difference.

The KT-10 ships with the spring in the weaker position but personally I prefer the more ‘assertive’ feel you get from the stronger spring setting. There’s an expression, “buy nice or buy twice”, so if you need a kick drum pedal that will perform perfectly, feels natural and will last the course, the KT-10 is a no-brainer.

So don’t waste your time and money trying to save a few quid, because in the end you won’t. You will immediately understand why it’s the professionals choice. As a side note, I use this with an Alesis Sample Pad Pro and it works perfectly.

BUT, there is a little tiny, microscopically small switch beside the kick drum input. make sure you have that set to ‘Trigger’. That’s all I’m gonna say about that! PMT could not have been more helpful and professional and they remain my favourite and most trusted gear supplier.

So the good folks at Roland have created pedal unlike any I’ve every experienced, and it is, without doubt, the best response and smoothest action of any bass drum pedal I’ve every used, including a pedal that was driven by magnets instead of springs.

I’ve been playing shows professionally for about a decade now, and I’ve hauled a 30lb bass drum and 25(ish)lb pedal to every one of them that didn’t have a backline, so for me, the weight difference is one of the biggest appeals of the KT-10s, but never imagined it could be as smooth as a “real” bass drum pedal, considering that most electronic drums and pedals feel.

well, electronic, for lack of a better term. That seems to be the key feature in the design here, making it feel indistinguishable from an acoustic bass drum pedal, and holy crap did they succeed. The reverse action beater is super soild, and has adjustable weights to customize for any playing style.

The spring, in addition to being fully adjustable, is about 1/2 the length of an acoustic pedal’s spring, ensuring that it will carry at least double the lifespan of your average spring. I bought 2 of these, and out of the box, the settings are so comfortable that I settled back on them after experimenting with nearly every iteration of the setup.

The input/output jacks onthe side make it so that you can literally chain as many of these together as you could want, meaning you could theoretically have 2 of these going into each external jack of an Octapad, or even into a drum brain, giving you double pedal access to entire kits.

You could literally play an entire set with just your feet, and it would be smooth as silk the entire way. TL;DR, this thing is amazing, and when paired with a brain that has good quality samples, it can be used in tandem with acoustic drums to give a new, streamlined look while still sounding acoustic in the mix.

I’m glad I took the plunge, and would encourage any drummer to give them a shot.

This pedal is not the cheapest for creating sustain. They say the electronics is constantly analysing the audio input source and takes a small millisecond of the audio signal to loop. There is control of the dry/wet, attack, and decay signal.

Sustain up to infinite. Up to 5 layers can be sampled and played back. There are an effects loop so other pedals can be use after the plus which should be at the start of any pedal setup, optional dry only out.

Pros: very responsive with the piano-style pedal, a big plus and better than a switch. Very good build quality. It gamechanger audio and they make great stuff. You can create some very nice soundscapes.

To do this you will certainly need the optional footswitch. Cons: no other effects, no included PSU. Makes it expensive especially if you add the footswitch (a must have) and PSU.

Firstly, It’s very expensive for what it is, so you’d expect top quality etc. It looks good and is well made and finished but an item that costs close to £300 doesn’t come with a power supply!!! Fortunately, I had a spare Boss supply that met the requirements stated in the manual.

Secondly, it only works when first in the FX chain (I used it on the send/return on my Boss GT10). Although it hints at this in the instructions, it is in fact vital. Thirdly, the example that I bought took some fiddling to set up and seemed to work well but next time it was turned on it didn’t, producing a garbled warbling sound.

This inconsistent reliability continued over several days until I gave up with it and send it back to GAK, who refunded me. Even on the occasions when this pedal worked, it didn’t offer much better facilities than the ‘hold’ pedal on my Boss GT10, It may be that with different set-ups, it may work better but if not, it’s an expensive waste of time and money.

Built like a tank, similar in operation to the EHX Freeze pedal but more expressive. I like the brass sustain pedal, it is easy to modulate the volume of the repeated phrase. You do have to be accurate in where you get the pedal to freeze the sound as it can result in a burbling type staccato repeat if you are not careful.

I got the Wet switch unit with it but I cant see me using in the Wet mode very often.

I bought this pedal used at a decent price. The grit control is a handy feature when you need it and sounds great. Now the blend knob is the key component to this compressor. It’s super sensitive and it really creates the overall tone.

Blend knobs should be on all compressors especially if your using this pedal for bass. Mixing the compressed signals and the natural characteristics of your instrument really is vital for getting that overall best compressed sound and this pedal definitely delivers.

Whether you buy the old one which is what I bought, or their new mini philosophers tone I think won’t be disappointed.

The ONLY complaint is the location of the in and out jacks. Pigtronix did NOT do pedal board owners any favors there. BUT I don’t care. Man is this the right compressor for me. First off, the tone control–all the compressor pedals I’ve tried boosted highs or mids.

They mess with your tone. This one, as close to perfectly transparent as a pedal can get. That means I can use it as a clean boost, a dirty boost,too-because it has a ‘grit’ knob. or a compressor. As a compressor I love the subtle uses.

very mild smooth compression. very little effect on attack. excellent sustain with almost no added character. Then you can start to get into the pedals effects. and it’s every bit as nice as my former rack units, but faster and easier.

smooth warm jazz, punchy popping country. Plug in your humbucks or fire up the tele, the Pig will have it covered. It’s really perfect with other pedals. I have 8 in my chain. it’s fantastic alone. ALL of my amps love it, and I have at least ten, six of which I built.

This is a pup for a bassplayer, too. very nice. Seek it out on ebay. shop carefully and I feel safe in saying you’ll have the best pedal compressor out there. and keep it forever.

Every now and then, a new product comes along, and you are pleasantly surprised when it meets or exceeds your expectations. This is the case with the philosopher’s tone. I had heard about it, but until I played it, I couldn’t appreciate it.

This guy works fine. Note: When plugged into a midi controller (Novation Launchkey 37) this appeared not to work with Musescore but did work with Ableton. My take-away is that in a midi controller you rely on the software to support the sustain pedal.

It may not be a pedal issue if yours is not working.

Got it for a young lady who is on a budding carreer in musical theatre and vocal performance and just got an electronic keyboard (has a string piano). she LOVES IT! STURDY–all METAL—polarity reversal swithch so it matches about everything.

And it operates very smoothly. just the right touch to engage the sustain function, but if you STOMP on it, this piece can take it. Great for standing at a keyboard, but works just as smoothly sitting down.

Très bonne boîte à rythme et louper, très complet ! Dommage que la boite à rythme ne se cale pas automatiquement et à la volé sur la boucle fraîchement créé. Mais pour le prix, franchement, c’est le meilleur.

Zum Looper dazu gibt es noch einen gut klingenden (im Vergleich zu BOSS) “Drum-Computer”, der sich sogar tempomäßig mit den Loops synchronisiert und auf Fußtritt Fills abliefert – Klasse! Nicht so toll sind die extrem schwergängigen Klinkenbuchsen für Ein- und Ausgänge, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Für mich ein absolut empfehlenswerte Looper zu einem unschlagbaren Preis!.

There are 3 versions of the VFP1 pedal: -10 for normally open like Casio, -15 for normally closed like Yamaha, -25 for switchable. Since it’s not specified on MF’s product page to find out which version this was.

The sales agent assured me it was the version that would fit my Casio keyboard. I placed the order with him and it arrived very quickly. The pedal itself seems well made but, it was the wrong version.

I received the VFP1/15 for Yamaha and not the /10 for Casio keyboards. Replacements are currently on backorder for over a month but Adam in customer service made it better by issuing a full refund. Right now I score MF 3 for sales/fulfillment and 10 for customer service for a solid 6.

The product description does not state which brands the pedal is compatible with. I received it and the box stated it was good for several brands, but not Cascio. So when I explained that to the associate, he tells me that I have to pay shipping to get a refund.

It’s not worth the cost of shipping. I’ve spent hundreds of $$$ at Musician’s Friend, but now I am going to cut back on my purchases. You should pick up the shipping charges. The product description was incomplete-so now I have to pay for inept marketing.

Works as expected. Relatively lightweight so great for carrying to gigs. There is no polarity switch, which for me isn’t a problem as that can either be changed via keyboard software or is automatically detected.

There is a removable plate underneath which is handy if you ever need to change the cable or use switch cleaner. Quality is good. Not particularly heavy duty, but overall this is a great buy.
