20 Best Travertine Shower Cleaner (2022 Updated)

Many shower cleaners have crazy scents and I’m afraid to use them because of their ingredients. This however, will tell you another story. I used this Shower Cleaner by Granite Gold on the walls of my shower.

It works very effectively in removing all the gunk and build up. The scent is that of a simple cleaning agent. The only downside I found was that I had to really rub hard to clean the area very well.

Just make sure to adequately spray the cleaner onto the surface. I like that it doesn’t require using water and just directly sprays the cleaner onto the surface. It’s super easy to use. The bottle size is good too that could last you a few months at least.

What I love the most about this product is that it is safe to use in the shower as well as on food-prep surfaces. It’s non-toxic, non-acidic and free from ingredients like phosphates and ammonia. It’s also pH balanced and biodegradable.

If you use it regularly, then it will help prevent mold and mildew from forming on the surface. Now what a great product that works and that is also environmentally friendly?! I’d definitely recommend this to everyone.

After trying the wood restorer and was immediately blown away with the results, I had to go back for more! I ordered the Big Job Wood Restorer kit and wanted to give the enzyme cleaning system a try.

I was incredibly pleased and impressed with this product. I chose to use this along with the No Scrub Tile & Grout Everyday Cleaner. In my experience, I find if Rejuvenate Products are used as instructed, I noticed a definite difference.

The enzyme system difference is more visible the next day, subtle but a clear difference. It’s not a presto change-o difference if that’s what you’re looking for. However, in my experience, as I routinely use the grout cleaner when needed and the No Scrub Tile & Grout everyday cleaner as instructed, the enzymes do work, and it visibly brightened my stone floors in my kitchen and both bathrooms.

My negative is the gallon is way too expensive! I’m unfortunately out of product right now and wanted to buy the Gallon Grout Deep Cleaner, but not at that price, NO WAY! I will admit, I also used the Marble, Stone, and Slate cleaner during the week for quick clean-ups to preserve the Enzyme cleaning system for my weekly deep cleaning.

Not sure if it interrupts the enzyme cleaning system, but it didn’t seem to. I hate to use my regular household cleaners until my order arrives. However, I am excited to start over again!.

I have tried the overnight application and with the grout cleaner brush nothing works. I should have seen the reviews before buying. In fact lysol bowl cleaner or vim works much better then this. This is really expensive and no result at all.

It was supposed to be the strongest cleaner on the shelf. It was moderately effective on my kitchen floor which was only slightly discolored. Needs a lot of elbow grease and effort even to remove some of the dirt.

Vim works much better.

Pleasantly scented enzyme cleaner that works. I tried it all and this is the best cleaner on showers and glass doors with buildup. Shower cleaning now takes minutes. I spent an hour on shower doors before, relentlessly scrubbing.

The vinegar solution was smelly and not effective. I have my own cleaning business and need products that work and save time. I wish I had the photo, but the shower door was encrusted at the bottom 6 inches.

I sprayed it on and came back 15 minutes later with a scrubby pad and to my total amazement, it was totally clean!!!.

Start by saying I seriously hate cleaning shower doors. Just gross no matter what. I discovered Rejuvenate one day shopping at Home Depot. Oh my GOSH. This is literally the best tub/shower cleaner I have every used in my ENTIRE life.

Fantastic. ZERO SCRUBBING. Spray it on let it sit( even overnight) and no joke it rinses the crap right off. Unreal. Has a nice scent not overwhelming like bleach. I’ve tried other Rejuvenate products with good results but buy far this one is the best!.

I hate soap scum. My fiancé uses bar soap. I was constantly scumbunf the shower walls and glass door. It took me 30 minutes until I found this bad boy. I spray the shower walls, the tile floor and shower door.

I let it soak 3-5 minutes and just spray it off. It gets the soap scum off the grout so easy. It cut my cleaning the bathroom time so much and no scrubbing. A friend who owns a house cleaning business recommended it to me because she uses it on her houses.

I will never scrub the shower again. It is a must for your bathroom if you use bar soap.

Clorox is my holy grail because it’s the only cleaner that works in my wet or damp areas. Right after my shower, I spray Tilex on my shower surface and on my shower doors. No scrubbing needed and scratches.

I never have mold or mildew inside my shower. I do the same for my bathroom sinks and bathtub. My ceramic tiles and shower doors are very clean and rinse well with no residue or slippery surfaces. The spray can be strong for sensitive noses so make sure there is plenty of ventilation.

Bought several of these. works efficiently. The 32oz. bottle is a little large to hold in the hand, would try to get a smaller spray or the gallon container next time.

It makes short work of soap scum with little to no scrubbing. I have a tub with non-skid surface on the bottom so I can’t scrub it or it removes the non-skid elements. I typically spray it on at night and wash it down the drain the next morning.

For really dirty bathrooms you might have to do this a few times. The fumes are pretty harsh, so wear a mask ventilate, or spray and close the door quick.

I love this product. My granite is slippery and shiny now. It looks fantastic! My friend uses it and I noticed how fabulous her granite looks. Now mine is beautiful too! I use it every other day. I do a LOT of cooking at my house.

Most people probably only need to use it once a week.

if it is for the care of your granite at home, this is the best for me, it leaves the surface of the granite super shiny, smooth and with good essence, I use them almost every day and it feels super clean in the kitchen, I recommend it.

I researched and researched on the internet what would clean and remove hard water and calcium stains on my travertine stone shower floor. Supreme Surface caught my attention fully but much to my dismay the product didn’t even budge any of the stain.

So it looks like my only resolve is to use an ingredient that not only removes the stain but the sealer also and then re-seal. I was hoping for a miracle that SS did not provide.

I’m so pleased with this multi-purpose foam cleaner. I have well water. Not only do I have well water but it’s extremely hard water. The hard water stains build up fast in the bathrooms and kitchen sink.

I was very surprised that I could see it working right when I sprayed it on my glass shower doors. I didn’t need to let it set in or scrub it. The hard water stains literally just disappeared as I was spraying.

I have no problems whatsoever with this bathroom cleanser. I was hesitant to purchase it because of the reviews here. I spray it on the tub or sink surface, leave it for a few minutes before wiping it down and rinsing.

It doe a much better job than the chemical-laden product I had been previously using. I even use it in the toilets. Granted, smell is strong, but you do rinse it away and then it eventually dissipates.

I do wish it smelled more like the lavender cleaner, however, figure it is a small price to pay for a clean cleaning product.

Wow, I’m super impressed by this cleaner! I love Mrs Meyers scents, but I’m super picky about my cleaning supplies. Because I haven’t been able to find my regular shower cleaner for over a year now, I thought I’d give this a try, but really was not expecting much aside from a pleasing scent.

The scent is actually a little funky, but still better than most shower cleaners. However. it works amazingly well! It gets soap scum off better than most products I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a LOT). I usually scrub, then still have to use my fingernails to scrap every spec off, but not with this one.

I bought this originally to use in my bathroom reno; however, I used it just to see what would happen when prepping my aluminum siding for paint. WOW! I “mopped” it on with one coat and then rinsed after a couple of minutes and it took it down to the aluminum right where it needed to be.

It is wonderful! I wish I could find it in a larger size.

It’s OK at cleaning tiles and grout, but don’t expect a miracle as plenty of scrubbing still is necessary. My main complaint is the awful chemical smell that made me feel dizzy and nauseated despite adequate ventilation.

Due to the health hazard I therefore cannot recommend this product.

The directions start by admonishing: “This product is to be used directly from container and is not under any circumstances to be thinned or diluted with anything before use. ” Then it goes on to direct you to dilute it for difficult stains and for all purpose cleaning.

I diluted it and it works fine but the directions are confusing.

If you spray this all over your shower and liner, you will NOT have to scrub! It is an awesome product. You do need to spray it at least every other shower. Use hot water to spray off any bubbles or soap that might be on shower, shower floor, or inside shower liner.

And then spray everything. Do not rinse. Only issue is that you can’t get all of the solution out of the bottle when its almost gone. You need to start out with a clean shower or tub for it to start working immediately.

Then, no more cleaning!.

This is pretty affordable of all the products like it. Unfortunately, we use softened hard water and this still allows streaking. If you have better water, this will work great and it’s only $2. I’m going to go back to the $3.

50 brand as that one leaves my shower streak free even though my water is heavily with minerals.

Clean Shower is a good product to use. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best or the highest score; I would give it an 8. It is gentle enough to use it every day. It is affordable in comparison to other cleansers.

On the advertising, it is supposed to clean mildew stains, prevents soap scum, hard water, and other stains. It does not require a lot of scrubbing, but if helps to use a towel to clean. If the shower is still not really clean and shiny, I will use another product.

That is the reason I gave it an 8/10 score.

The grout on our floors were never sealed tiles were installed about 8 years ago grout is about a medium grey color. Well i have 4 small dogs that have accidents I wear my shoes in my home the grout got very dirty.

I seen a you tube video on cleaning grout it showed how to make a tool using a oxo good grip soap dispensing palm brush it has a hole in the center the you get a carriage bolt nut and washer put bolt nut washer onto the brush bought the tilelab tile and grout cleaner I got both the gallon jug and the1 quart spray bottle it did not say how much coverage started my cleaning sprayed on grout lines full strength small area at a time waited 15 minutes used the brush I had made with a cordless drill scrubbed grout then tile.

I can say it worked better than I thought it would tile and grout look brand new I am more than happy. Coverage all I can say is it goes a long way did not need the gallon jug. I was amazed with this product but the brush on the drill helped.

I purchased this to clean grout that was freshly installed 8 months ago. This grout was not overly dirty. I tried the product and used a scrubber from Home Depot designed for grout cleaning. I did a side by side comparison with hot water and they looked the same when dry, still dirty! I used some water mixed with vinegar and this cleaned 3 times better then the Home Depot garbage.

Don’t waste you time. Taking mine back for the next victim to use.

For some reason, I stopped using this. THAT won’t happen again! After taking apart our 5ft walk-in shower and cleaning it thoroughly (some places required a toothbrush), I reminded myself I didn’t use to have to do this ugly chore.

So right to the Walmart site I went and found the Tilex spray and bought two! This spray is like a sprinkle of magic. I rinse down the shower walls and doors after each use but somehow it isn’t always enough.

Tilex to my rescue. After two weeks of daily use, I see NO spots on my doors. at all!.

Initially my impression of this product was, “meh. ” It didn’t cut through some very strong soap scum on my shower door, the actually looks like mineral deposits. I used a competing powder product meant for barware to tackle that.

I will say the the Clorox Plus Tilex Daily Shower DOES do it’s job on soap scum once hard mineral deposits are gone. But here is what I discovered by accident about this product: It IS FANTASTIC on glass and mirrors.

I mean INCREDIBLE. No streaks, no residue, no cloudy film left behind. I even used it on my black glass cooktop and it cut through all the crud on the surface and left a streak-free shine. I couldn’t believe it! So, I will use the Scentiva on my countertops because it disinfects, and I’ll use this product to replace my former glass cleaner and my a cooktop cleaner that I found clumsy to use and not as effective.

Clorox, if you actually read these reviews, you could do a lot to market this product differently, and I bet you’d pick up a lot better ratings. This product will NOT cut through mineral deposits that some may think is soap scum.

But one those are gone, it does indeed cut through soap scum and keep your shower doors clean. For the mildew and mold, find a good bathroom foam and use that. Match the right product for the job.

This is a great PREVENTATIVE product! These other reviews claiming that this product is horrible seem to have been written by people who expected this product to REMOVE already existing soap scum and hard water stains.

That’s NOT what this product is for. It’s purpose is to prevent them so you don’t have to scrub and work so hard to clean your shower. I use this product after every shower because I enjoy not having to scrub any part of my shower when it comes time to clean and disinfect it.

Since there is hardly if any soap scum or hard water stains to power through, I am very confident in the cleaning and disinfecting abilities of Clorox Plus Tilex Mold and Mildew Remover Spray with Bleach whenever I need to clean and disinfect my shower.

The Clorox Plus Tilex is a scrub free cleaner and disinfectant that I just have to thoroughly spray my dry shower with, let sit for 5 minutes and then just rinse with water and let air dry. It effortlessly and effectively cleans and kills all the bad stuff that a disinfectant should.

If I didn’t use the Daily Shower spray after every shower, I most likely would have to scrub down my entire shower by hand in order to make sure that it was properly cleaned and disinfected. CLOROX PLUS TILEX IS A GREAT PRODUCT AND DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS IT’S SUPPOSE TO DO: PREVENT!.

I was looking for something to help extend the period between deep cleaning of our shower. This does a decent job with the tiling and especially the grout areas and we don’t have to do a deep clean as often.

That said, it doesn’t seem to work as well on the glass unless the glass really gets wet so the steam vapour on the glass doesn’t seem to be enough. I would still recommend it because glass cleaning is still much easier compared to cleaning the tile and grout and this does work well on these areas.

I live in the Midwest were the water is hard. My shower was often left with soap **** plus a reddish color on the walls. I started spraying this daily after my showers and immediately saw a difference.

It made everything cleaner so when I actually clean my shower I don’t have workout doing it. I can clean it so much easier.

I love this cleaner! I tried it without wiping in our shower that had hard water buildup that is difficult to clean, it significantly improved the clarity of the glass walls after only one use! One note is that the citrus scent is quite powerful, so if you are trying to avoid that, this spray might not be for you.

*** Right now I use this to clean my bathroom counters, sink and toilet. I continue to use scrubbing bubbles for the shower as it’s less effort. *However, if I had an extendable cleaning brush tool I would use this to clean it as well.

I love the scent of this, and think it cleans pretty well. The issue I have with it is the “foaming nozzle. ” If and when you actually get a good spray from the bottle (rarely happens), it sprays the product vertically and in a splattery mess.

Who on earth wants something to spray in a vertical line??! I can only imagine the person who came up with this never actually cleans things themself. There’s no way to change the direction of the sprayer, either.

Honestly even a horizontal line of product would be kind of weird, because it means you’ll never get a precise spray. But the vertical spray just plain makes zero sense to me. I have debated putting this in a different spray bottle and just using that way, because I do really enjoy the fresh clean scent.

But it’s annoying to me that I ahve to do that when I’m sure the higher cost of this is somehow related to the special spray bottle.

I tried this product for the first time tonight. I’ll start by saying I’ve never used this brand. I do like this particular scent a lot. However, it took two applications and a ton of scrubbing to get the shower clean when in reality it wasn’t that dirty.

We typically buy another brand, spray it, leave it sit a couple minutes and spray it clean with water. Just liking the scent alone isn’t good enough for me to switch long term. I’m going to finish this bottle and then go back to our normal brand.

I just don’t have time to scrub everything twice. I’d only recommend it to someone with the time to do all the extra work.

I bought this product as a daily cleaner without wipe it off. It did not work as expected, it leaves awful streak on my glass shower and it is very noticeable. I do not know what to do to get a better result with this product.

Any advise? I tried using it as directed in the instructions, but the applicator does not produce a mist, but a stream.

I love the smell of this! It’s pretty powerful though so I spray and run out of the shower haha. I do love that it keeps things sparkly and the mildew at bay between cleanings. I would recommend this to anyone who just wants that extra clean that lasts longer.

Worked great to get the limescale off the perimeter of the sink faucet. It also worked when my husband left a wet metal knife in the metal sink overnight. It rusted and lime-a-away got the rust off the sink! The only thing that kinda sucks is the sprayer leaks when I spray so I feel like I’m wasting product every time.

The name sounds good. I would probably do my best not to let the rust get so bad that you need something extra. Its very difficult to get rust off toilet bowls and other items. This didn’t really seem to help a whole lot although I have other family members who object to that statement and really like this brand.

I don’t see a whole lot of difference between say Clorox and Lime Away. You’d have to be the judge I guess.
