great quality in perfect condition. wheels spin flawlessly making it a vehicle even a two year old can tell is of better quality ( my grandson ignores the cheaper plastic trucks and goes to this every time).

rides quietly too. no comparison to other brands of toy cars/trucks. Hess is the best.

Perfect. a great product and these toy trucks will last for many years. We’re not babying or putting this away for the future. My grandson is playing with it and enjoying it.

Very disappointed with packing. I did not get the washers or cotter pins for wheels. Almost impossible to get manufacturers to replace them. Buying online has its disadvantages ??

arrived with a defective inner tube in one tire. .. don’t waste your money and time on ordering…go to the store and purchase direct and fully put together with tires inflated.

I absolutely love this. This is not cheap & flimsy but a sturdy well built one. I have a bad back & use this around the house both inside & out of the house to carry things that are to heavy to carry especially when they have to be carried a distance.

Have 4 dogs & buy 50 lb bags of dog food & this is wonderful to get them from the car to the house.

Only reason it’s not 5 stars because I bought this toy as Christmas gift & haven’t seen it in action. The price was $20 lower than any other retailer & the speed of shipping was great. Never heard of Blain’s before this purchase but will be happy to make another purchase when I’m ready.

It’s good, built well and seems sturdy. The only slight disappointment is for the price of it, you’d think they could’ve included lights and sound and a person, like they did in the similarly priced ambulance.

I am VERY unsatisfied with this toy, my kids were so excited to be pulled by the truck and were upset when it could not. My son is only 65pounds and my daughter is less than 20 pounds, the truck cannot pull them together and wont pull him at all, they tried with a skateboard and wagon and no luck.

it can pull my daughter only if I help push the wagon to get him going. I am unhappy that my kids have been so disappointed with this toy.

I wish the price listed now is what we paid but we paid twice that. It takes a lot of expensive batteries and does not last very long at all. It had trouble pulling 1/4 of what it says it can. Very disappointed as was the child who received it as a Christmas gift.

It sits now not played with.

I welded it to a 3/16 plate spanning from the bed support at the wheel well to the support by the bumper, 10 inches wide. I put another plate under the bed, bolted the 2 together, then welded angles to the frame for support.

I replaced the small section of boom with a longer, heavier piece of square tube. I placed the crane flush with the inside of the wheel well, not tight to the side of the bed like its shown in their photo.

If you don’t have any common sense or mechanical ability, this probably isn’t for you. Its not something you take home and just bolt on. It requires a little bit of thought, or you’ll destroy your truck.

This seems to be a very nice heavy duty lifting crane for your pickup. However my intended use was as a barn loft crane. This one only lifts a few feet from the ground to the bed of your truck not from the ground to a barn loft! So I returned it.

HB does have another crane that has a long winch with steel cable in their catalog and on display in the store. However, they do not do special orders in the store. I have to order it online because the stores cannot control their own inventory even though it is out of stock in the store.

After reading and rereading and watching several videos my cousin and I realized that this product will not work as described without doing several modifications to the product. I do not recommend anyone buying this if you don’t have a cutting torch, chopsaw, drill press, and a grinder.

You will also need longer bolts. Luckily my cousin is a welder and mechanic. We had to add an extra piece of angle iron to keep the base stable.

This is the best present my son has ever gotten according to him. The build time was 3 days, and totally worth it. The fun we have had so far is beyond any toy Ive ever gotten him. I highly recommend this Lego set.

This is really cool. Everything is good about this truck. The only improvement would be for a faster movement of forward or backwards and would think an actual motor in it would be just perfect. In saying that, its not an outside toy so as it is, it is great.

Excellent Lego quality, this toy has a wide age appeal – from 3 year old grandsons to grandfathers. Expensive when new, but durable enough to make a good second or even third hand purchase. Plus, fantastic spares availability for those odd missing pieces.

I was so surprised when not only do the magnets line up and work, but it is so precise, you can tell this company is serious about making a quality toy. Everything about this toy is solidly built and I have no issue whatsoever giving it to my kids to play with! You cannot go wrong with Brio!.

This sturdy tow truck was a huge hit. You can even open the hood to see the engine. The front magnet is pretty weak so the tow truck doesnt stay coupled to other trains if you try to pull them up a slope.

Other than that would say the design is perfect. Well made and durable. Nice not to have a bunch of pieces to keep track of! Would certainly recommend. Is fun to tow broken trains to the repair shop.

I received this train in exchange for my opinion. My son loves this train set. He loves the tow truck. It’s really fun that the magnet that tows raises and lowers to pick up the car or any other train that you may have.

The quality of this toy is fantastic. The only slight negative that we have is that the hood on the tow truck easily falls off if it gets pushed too far after it’s lifted. It’s easy to snap back on though!.

I bought this as a replacement for the dead WARN winch on my Defender. It was about 1/5 the cost but I thought worth a risk. I fitted the winch into the standard holes and it went in easily. The instructions were for 3 different winch types but not this exact winch.

It wasn’t difficult to work out what to do so this is a very minor point. I have used it to winch a Peugeot 308 up a hill and it worked perfectly. The remote control is useful too. So amazing value and does the job brilliantly so far.

My 4 year old son had a blast with his DRIVEN Turbocharge Carrier Truck! Not only is it a toy in itself, you can store and display up to 34 cars. It is not as bulky as I would’ve figured a truck that can fit that amount of cars is; it’s approximately 23 inches in length and 5 1/2 inches in width.

I love the fact that the handle at the top of the truck doesn’t stick out and that it goes back inward so that it is flush with the top of the truck. I also like that the display doors seem durable and secures at the bottom of the truck so you don’t have to worry about the cars that are stored in it to spill out.

Just make sure that the doors are secure, because they can spill out. Another great feature about this toy is that it comes with 2 pull-back cars that are lightweight and move really fast. They also bounce off the things they run into which made them very entertaining to play with.

The DRIVEN carrier truck will make the perfect gift as it is a fun toy, can store a lot of cars (which means a cleaner play area without toy cars all over the place) and it comes with two more cool cars.

Only one side of this truck stays closed. My 4 year old loves loading it up but as soon as he tries to drive it, the one side flips open and all the cars fall out. He gets frustrated quickly and therefore doesn’t play with it for long.

Maybe I received a defective one.

9/10 times products are cheap for a reason, and this truck is one of those times. this truck is total junk. the doors don’t latch so when you fill it with cars, they immediately fall out. I wish I had just spent the extra 10 bucks for the better version.

For being called a Steel Classic, this Truck is mostly plastic. The Cab is Steel, but everything else is plastic. I think if it was just called a Tonka Truck, it would make more sense. The wheels spin nicely, the tow arm moves up and down, the latch to keep it up or down works most of the time.

The stickers are almost all placed correctly. But the plastic on the end of the tow arm is a bit weak and when trying to tow other vehicles, a slight bump will drop the load. I think i was just expecting more from a Steel Classics series item.

It feels like a knockoff Tonka, or like it was outsourced to save money.

I was so excited to see the Steel Classic Tonkas available! Having fond memories of the total metal Tonkas we had played with. Well I suppose this is as classic as it will ever get. There still is a lot of plastic features on it, but the tow truck brings such excitement to my grandson and he was not disappointed one bit.

And that is what matters. This is a high quality, well built and no doubt sturdy, long lasting toy. Not as I remember, but much better than any others we have tried that are mostly plastic.

Tonka has done an amazing job with this toy truck. It’s large easy for kids to grasp. Metal design makes it durable , paint is so cute ! The details are realistic and functional. You can actually tow another toy with it.

The wheels are bigger so Roa easy for kids to move it all around in various material.

My son really like the truck, he loves to play with the truck and with the car attached. The car can move back and forward. The truck has sound that makes the game more realistic and fun. My kid used other brand cars to play with this toy pretending that they are all broken.

For me, the quality isn’t not great but looks like the kids doesn’t care about that. He loves his toy.

My son liked this tow truck and was entertained a few hours. It has a rolling wheel to pull the little yellow car into the tow truck. Unfortunately, the little hook that attaches the cord to the yellow car broke after a few hours after receiving it.

My son still plays with it but he’s not as excited as I thought he was going to be.

This is such a cool little gift ! It is a great stem toy for kids to figure out how to load and unload a vehicle !! It is made well and will definitely endure a kids rough play !! The colors are vivid which draws kids in !! I love the fact of the materials it is made from !! This brand is the best and I’d buy all the toys.

An excellent construction kit, absorbing and time consuming probably takes about 20 hours to put together. I find these very relaxing to build. Lego was new when I was a child and a light up brick was about as sophisticated as it got.

I dont have the imagination to make something like this on my own but thankfully it comes with very detailed step by step instructions and I have really enjoyed building this. I have previously done the Land Rover & Mack Truck kits.

I’m 80% done with this set, and its really great! It’s my first pneumatic set, so I’m really enjoying the new functions. Personally I wasn’t a huge fan of the look, but I do like it better in person.

I’ve also decided to not apply the more OTT stickers. Not to knock this set, but I do wish I could buy pneumatic parts or other sets on the store. I would def buy this set again.

This truck gives you a lot for the money. Tons of working functions and the pneumatics work great and are fun to play with. The non pneumatic functions seem tedious to play with in comparison, but they are still nice to have and add a lot.

It might seem like a lot of money for a toy truck, but the mechanical nature the of this truck, especially the pneumatics, makes it something really quite special. I’m really impressed with it as an adult and I’m sure my nephew will go nuts when he sees it! Easily one of the best products Lego has released in a long time.

Tonka truck 4×4 pickup is the perfect size for my little guy. It is easy for his small hands to hold and maneuver around on the floor. I really like that the body of the truck is made out of steel. The steel body is very durable especially with how ruff my boy is with it.

The truck rolls smoothly so you can give it a push and watch it go. Looking forward to getting more steel body Tonka truck to go with this one.

This is a very nice Fire truck. It is a nice size, durable. For those who had problems with the ladder coming off when extended, what I did was put a thread on it so that when fully extended it will not come off.

On real ladders you put rope on them to serve the same purpose. I had a problem finding a building to fit the Fire truck inside. I tried a o scale Plasticville Fire station and the doors were not wide or high enough for the truck.

I have found by asking on line about the o scale Plasticville Airport Hanger is high enough in the center for my purpose. I Highly recommend this product.

Got this for my grandson’s 5th birthday. He loves lego’s and loves this firetruck. He is able to follow the directions himself. Wonderful lego directions. Bought this with the playground set and suggested he put the trashcan on fire in the playground and have the firemen put out the fire and save everyone at the park.

He thought that was a great idea! Walmarts shipping got to my house exactly when it was suppose to!.

This was a gift for my 5 yr old grandson he is just getting into the City Legos. Up until recently he putting together mostly JR Legos. This was perfect for him to start with a small project. I think Legos are great how they start with Duplo and go all the way up to Expert.

I believe they learn alot just mastering following the building plans!.
