Well what can I say, It is one of the most enjoyable Creator Expert projects for me. The color of the truck is so eye catching. Every single block in the projects fits with ease and is very steady. I really enjoyed building the seats of the truck as well as the small details of the milk can, vegetable baskets and so more.

Well done Lego it is really a good investment.

Brought as a gift for a child as was not able to find Transformer Themed Lego. I loved the promotion of creativity by demonstrating that you can create several other objects with the available pieces.

Also that it was win-win for child and parent/caregiver and present giver as promotes value for money. An overall fantastic product that supports fine motor skill development, fosters creativity and can be added to an existing lego collection for even more creations.

I ordered this Lego set for my ‘Lego Mad’ Grandson’s 7th birthday. When it arrived I thought it was in a quite a small box and wondered if it was too smaller set and he might make it too quickly! When he opened it he was over the moon with it and proceeded to start making it that very afternoon! If he’s happy then so are we!.

Have tortured this truck for 12 years now. High speed crashes, overpowered batteries meant for planes. Rolling down hills and speeding into signs at 30+ mph. Today I ran it over with a full size lifted golf cart that had multiple people riding it and the truck only broke a front control arm, a rear rim, and the drivetrains are a bit shaky.

Other than that everything including the steering works perfectly.

I ordered a truck for my daughter since she was feeling left out when my son got one for his birthday. The stampede is a standing tradition for backyard bashing. I had a friend with one when they first came out and they are so much better now it’s new batteries and updated radios.

The run time is great compared to what it was years ago. I added ball bearings in the wheels for reduced wear and longer run time. They do make the truck a little faster but everyone loves to play longer.

The shipping was super fast fedex I had the truck in under a buisness week from the time I ordered.

Fast, upgrade your battery and get a wheelie bar. The steering knuckles are a little weak. I’ve broken two already. The motor went out after one week of use. But still gave it a 4 because when it isn’t broken it’s a lot of fun.

Going to upgrade to brushless and metal steering components tomorrow.

This car is 27 years old with current design and configuration being 10 years. This is a sturdy vehicle that comes with some good extras. As a stock car it will provide hours and hours of fun. I find that this car handles extremely well even while “bashing”.

Runs well on dirt tracks, flat surfaces and in a skate parks ( be careful on high jumps in course). On the negative side this car is fair in grassy surface (do not think it is built for that kind of terrain like most stadium trucks).

Could use a few upgrades to give longer run time and durability ( i. e. heat sink, battery replacement, wheelie bar, front and aluminum shock towers and suspension bars.

So I decided during quarantine for me and my kids to do something different and bought this car from everyone superstore. It said it was for entry level people like myself (note that I am not mechanically minded at all – more of a book smart guy).

We were so excited when we got it. I was impressed by how easy it was to put together and we were driving it in no time. I spent some time getting used to it and was impressed by its speed. And then I let my 9 year try it out.

5 minutes later the front wheel was completely dislocated and the parts on the front were broken. He went full speed (which is super fast) into the wall. At first I was very angry and sad. But then i realized that this is what people do thee hobby car stuff for.

So I went to the rc superstore website and found the part number I needed (took me a couple hours longer trying to figure out from the explicit diagram that the car came with-it’s amazing how many parts they have) So.

I bought the part and emailed the store (they aren’t able to answer phone because of quarantine) with a picture of the wrecked car and the part I ordered. They were extremely helpful and response (tank you Caleb) and were able to tell me that I needed an additional pin.

Parts came three days later and it was super intimidating for someone like me who had NO experience with this stuff. But I came up with a plan. It got a little frustrating on the way because this isn’t the type of thing with directions but my son and I had an amazing sense of accomplishment when we got it to work and now understand how to fix the front of the car.

This car has made me realize that I need a hobby. Thank you Caleb and RC Superstore.

My kid drives this things so hard. off ramps, flips it over Back, front and sideways, wheelies galore, gets it stuck under the shed bending the antenna. Besides some scrapes on the cover, no real damage.

I am a single mom and this is my first real nice RC car, I was nervous it would be complicated, but it was just about ready to go out Right of the box. Just made sure it was charged, read some directions and away way we went.

O. and it was raining. It worked great and so much fun in the rain we just made sure we dried it will well after and took the battery out for the night to let the rest dry. 100 crashes flips twists rain water and no severe problems yeah aside losing those silly hitch (Hood) pins I would suggest being extra.

I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone with younger kids who are a little more rough and things!!! My son is six almost 7 and I cannot believe how fast he picked us up I can’t even get it to go straight and he can do 30 over a ramp! Great Product!!.

Overall Tomy did a very nice job trying to put a lot of detail in such a small package. The paint work is very good. My wish would have been to add a detailed interior. The finish on the chrome wheels in nice and looks good on the car.

The level of performance it delivers, for a box stock car, is very good. With that new Mega G+ chassis I have noticed a little better handling and overall speed compared to the Mega G chassis. Most importantly, They appear to have corrected the electrical problem with the pickup shoes that would pop up on the Mega G chassis.

Overall I would say this car is worth the money. It definitely gives you a lot of bang for the buck in performance and cosmetics. Ron H.

Omg – these are the best things ever if you have a toddler who loves monster trucks. Since purchasing these, he rarely lets them out of his sight. They are durable and haven’t chipped paint or broke a wheel.

We will be getting more.

I love all 4 bracelets that I bought. Great prices and such a big selection! But one of my most favorite things is that the bracelets are so easy to put on!!!! I am almost 74 and have always been a bracelet freak.

However, trying to use lobster clasps or just regular clasps it virtually impossible now. I have so many treasured bracelets but since I am single, I do not have anyone to help me put them on or take them off.

The SKYRC IMAX is the real version not a knockoff and the difference is night & day. This LIPO charger has better electronics and has a built in cooling fan to protect them. Also, the instructions are very detailed about everything you can imagine.

It also balances cells better and best of all it does not overcharge LIPOs like most chargers do, which will damage them beyond repair. Super charger for the price.

This kit came with everything needed to fit my Traxxas Rustler, and installation was simple and straight forward. The bearings that came in the kit are rubber sealed and smooth, they seem well made so far.

All the steel parts in this kit are thick and seem as though they will have very good longevity. I noticed two things when installing this kit that could be slightly concerning. The first is a slight fitment issue with the hub’s.

The lower pin is rather tight and could cause some binding in the suspension travel. The second is with the retainer ring that helps hold the upper pin in. It has a small split in it that the pin can slip out of should the grub screw come loose.

Ive been using the b6 mini for a couple of years to power all kinds of projects. Its very versatile and even has enough power to bring a dead car battery to life. Discharging takes a long time but charging is fairly quick unless its a monster of a battery- its wattage rating and the rating of your power supply will determine how much of those 50-60 advertised watts will be flowing.

I like it enough to have bought a second one for simultaneous use.

I bought this to replace my classic optima bumpers. Shape, color, and material is very similar however the mounting point is a bit different to the classic ones. It is still possible to install by using the available 4 screw holes under the chassis, its just missing the one big bolt upfront.

A good quality kyosho product nonetheless.

Upon first application it has a pleasant sweet vanilla smell with just a touch of light floral scent like honeysuckle or jasmine. Right after you spray it, it does smell a little trashy and boozy, in that the alcohol scent is still there.

I don’t really get any of the coffee or darker scents until a few hours later when it really starts mixing with the chemistry of my skin. The final scent is a sweet vanilla late with a hint of musk and spice.

This is definitely a perfume that needs to age on the skin a little bit, so don’t judge it until it’s had ample time to mingle with your oils. I will say, the coffee scent is way more subtle than I thought it was going to be and so is the more masculine musky smell that some people have been talking about.

Nevertheless, I think this is a safe buy for most people who like gourmands. I love it! My boyfriend loves it too 😉 Haven’t worn it out in public yet but I’m sure when I do I’ll probably get complimented on it like a lot of other people have been mentioning.

Also I think the longevity and potency is perfect for my purposes. I only do a tiny, tiny spritz on my wrists, a tiny spritz on my neck, and finally I spritz and walk through the mist. You don’t need much.

Theres nothing worse in my opinion than a perfume that smacks everybody in the face when they walk into a room. Don’t overdo it.

This is the first perfume that ever made me understand what “intoxicating” truly meant. I went into a Sephora back when this launched and spritzed my pulse points with this hot new fragrance. At the time, I didn’t think anything of it, the first impressions weren’t anything that blew me away.

I know by now the secret is out and it’s not a hidden gem like it use dry to be, but there’s no denying that it’s a gem nonetheless.

This is confidence in a bottle. There’s a reason it’s so popular. I feel like everyone either loves it or hates it but god, I am in love with this scent. It’s warm and spicy with notes of boozy vanilla, jasmine, and coffee.

This will make you feel confident, sexy, and like you can take on the whole world. This is the perfect scent to wear out at night and will make you feel so alluring and powerful. Yes, I know a lot of girls tend to use this scent to go out but I feel like that speaks for itself! I also just love wearing this out on fall/winter nights in general.

The packaging is stunning. This perfume lasts hours on me. Because there’s such a sharp divide in people who love this and hate this scent, I’d definitely recommend sampling it first, but if you’re considering buying it please please do it.

I purchased the Stealth Plus 9 degree driver around a month ago from Golf Galaxy and I very happy with the performance up to this point. I have only played about 4 to 5 rounds with my Stealth Plus so far but the results have been great.

Once TaylorMade launched the Stealth lineup I immediately knew I was going to purchase one but I wasn’t sure which one fit my game. I purchased the Callaway XR speed last year and the performance was okay but I wanted to change up and get fitted for the newest technology.

I scheduled a fitting at golf galaxy and went in with the mindset that I was going to get the stealth not the Stealth Plus. Started out by hitting my old driver (Callaway XR speed) and the results were not good lol Very high spin rate (5,000-6,000 range) and drives only carrying around 230-240 at best.

Then I hit the Stealth and Stealth Plus and the results were similar between the two but the Stealth Plus had the advantage for me. Results for Stealth Plus were low spin (2,000-3,000 range) and drives carrying around 260-270.

I had 2 drives over 300 yards! The regular Stealth had around the same data but higher spin resulting in lower yards off the tee. Dispersion was similar between the two as well. All of the data was from the trackman, hitting in a bay but I was very impressed with what I was seeing.

I ended up purchasing the Stealth Plus 9 degree extra stiff shaft. My natural drive shot shape is a cut and sometimes a slice. It took me a while to get down that this driver keeps my shot shape much straighter.

Once I got that down, I am hitting it around 10-15 yards further consistently and I’m able to keep my ball flight lower and straighter. Id highly recommend to get fitted for this driver and bring your old driver so you can compare statistics on the trackman between the two.

Hopefully this is convincing enough to pull the trigger on this beast.

I’m a 20 handicap occasional golfer, intending to play more often, so have been considering an equipment upgrade for a while. Drivers have got expensive! So, it took me a while to summon the courage to splash out on the Stealth HD Driver.

Having previously bought through a pro shop, I was hesitant to go direct, but I had a good idea of what I needed from a loft and shaft point of view so I went online. The chat support was v helpful – and the fact that my previous driver was an R15 TaylorMade helped.

The Stealth HD looks great, feels good in the grip and the head is a sensible size – big enough to instill confidence but not too enormous to draw withering attention from your playing partners. I’m not a good enough golfer to give you chapter and verse on the performance, but I am a bad enough golfer to let you know that this club is extremely FORGIVING!!! My frequent flare to the right has been reined in – a lot.

My mishits have resulted in surprising distance. The performance of the club overall adds confidence when you’re standing on the tee and that has been huge for me. I didn’t get any extra distance over my previous driver with the new Stealth HD, but I have achieved considerably more accuracy – and that has been worth the price of admission.

I have been a 15 hcp for years due to not being able to keep a driver in play. My driver swing speed is 98-103 typically. Iron play and putting are fine, strokes gained analysis showed what I knew- I’m a 25 hcp off the tee and a 5 hcp after the tee shot.

My last “few” drivers were. Titlest 813- when I hit the sweet spot, ball was hammered, out to 270 yds, but yardage greatly dropped on off center hits- which are my norm. Ping G400- Very forgiving and a huge improvement over the 813, but I was giving up yardage-quite a bit.

Gamed it got almost 3 years, then in the quest for more distance, off to the. Sim 2- much better distance, but I think poorly fitted shaft for my swing- I had no control over the club face. Sometimes open, sometimes closed, sometimes square.

I switched shafts with another who had the Rouge shaft and it was much straighter. Went to get fitted for a new shaft, but hit the Stealth plus and couldn’t go back. So now. Stealth Plus 9 degree with the stock Rouge shaft in stiff, 1/2” shorter than standard.

I hit all but 1 fairway first round I played. Drives were 255-260 typically and a VERY tight dispersion. Longest drive 283. My playing partners were in awe especially from ME being the one doing that- it’s not my MO.

The club head speed is up about 2 mph, ball speed is up about 3mph. Mishits don’t hurt much. I have found driving Nirvana.

Skates are amazing, I’ve been wanting some Moxi Lollys for a long time. These skates came as described, unused, unlaced, and with crab tool and aqua energy skates. They’re gorgeous!Unfortunately these are just a tiny bit too big, I should have found a size 7 somewhere but I took a chance and will most likely have to resell them.

I can get away with skating in them, but to me my foot looks big even though I could wear them probably. The skates themselves are of impeccable quality, structured nicely and durable. I have not laced them up I just slid my foot in the right skate with a sock on and saw how much space I had.

They feel snug on the sides of my foot as do my other pair of Moxi Beach Bunnys. I wear an 8. 5 in women’s but I’m in between 8. 5 and 9, my foot doesn’t stop at 8. 5. which is why I should have ordered a size 7.

Lesson learned! But I love the skates, I love the wheels and am awaiting a different pair of Lollys to arrive in size 7 so I can see how comfortable those are. Once I know those fit well, I will most likely list these Clementine skates.

If you’re interested in purchasing skates of quality, Moxi Lolly is definitely the way to go. I highly recommend. Also, make sure you do your research on you proper foot size! Women’s size should be 1 to 1.

5 sizes down (ex: 8. 5 women’s =7 in Moxi Lolly). but measure your foot so you don’t make the same mistake I did!.

Skates weren’t bad, however, the customer service is terrible and showcased how little the company actually cares about the ones keeping it in business. For that reason alone I will never order another thing from this company or recommend it to anyone.

Thank God they couldn’t send another pair. All I wanted to do was exchange my skates & customer service decided to instead go back & forth with me through EMAIL, couldn’t even pick up the phone. Trust, I tried calling on multiple occasions and no one would answer and I got my call log to prove it.

Shop Moonlight Roller (Black Owned & Woman Owned) or Impala if you want great skates with a company that cares!.

The only thing I dislike about these skates are the toe stops and the laces (I mean for the price is it that hard to throw in some funky laces instead of just beige?), but I dont dislike those two things enough to drop the rating down a star.

These are really comfortable on my narrow feet, so I recommend them for people like me. I actually got these to replace a return that were too wide for my feet, these are definite much more comfortable! These are very good to put on and just go straight away.

Havent really had to adjust much either. I dont do any skate park stuff so cant review them for that purpose (I hear the nylon plate is not suitable?), but theyre super smooth for leisure skating. I also had really good customer service from the staff at skatescool returning the previously bought pair of different brand skates and exchanging them for these.

So if you have no choice but to buy online where you cant try anything on, then I do recommend them.

I bought this product from my 14 month old boy at my local bi-mart he is 23 months now and beats the snot out of it and it is still intact. The mirrors are rubber and dont just brake of with one drop and the wheels amd axles are tuff he stand on it all the time and he weighs 35lbs and there not even bent.

Ive bought many other brands because they were cheaper but they dont last a week. I will definitely be buying more toy cars from maisto. Plus vary nice details.

Its heavier then the other truck toys. It is a great Ford truck. My nephew loved it and he says its special.

I went down with board size, so I had to get new trucks as well. After years of skating with mostly thunders, I wanted to try Indepedents. I skate a lot flat ground, slappys and ledges so I wanted to get light ,but strong trucks.

For board size 8,25 I chose 144 Independents. I have bee skating these trucks now some sessions at my local park and spend some time in the streets as well. They turn really fast, which is nice but for me it will take some time to get used to it after skating Thunders past years.

Shape of the hanger is really nice for the grinds and the reach from the baseplate compare to you’re axel is also very nice for nose and tailslides compared to the other trucks. Big plus is also, that these trucks don’t make you’re wheelbase longer.

So far I have been very happy with this trucks. They are super light and feel that they will last long time,. Highly recommended!.

I bought a pair of indy titanium trucks in the US, and had them shipped by a family member to me while I’m living here in Japan. About 5 or so months in, the axle snapped while skating flat. I was extremely surprised and kind of disappointed since they are on the expensive side.

Once that happened I contacted the customer support about the issue. Within a day or less, Jose responded and helped set up the process for getting me a new set of trucks here in Japan. Not only that, about 4 months later he also helped confirm whether the trucks I had purchased here in Japan were legitimate indy trucks.

The customer service from him is amazing. He is extremely helpful and super quick. For this reason alone, I will continue buying Indys and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work! You are awesome at what you do, and provide a real value to this company.

After just 3 days of skating them, I’m already sure that my first pair of independent trucks won’t be my last. If, like me, you like carving bowls/transition and pumping into your turns (even on flat sidewalks), these stage 11 raws are for you.

I prefer a heavier truck, but if you don’t then consider the other stage 11 models (hollow, titanium etc. ) which are lighter than the raws. I don’t do many grinds so can’t talk on how they work on rails, slappys etc.

but these are the most responsive and smoothest turning trucks I’ve used (started skating over 20 yrs ago and hadn’t tried independents until now). The orange bushings which came with the trucks feel great and I’ve no desire to swap them out out.

I think it’s very realalistic with the graphics, road laws including traffic violations you can get for speeding and running red lights to just name a few. Build your career as a trucker and eventually start your own business and your own fleet of trucks and workers.

I do highly recommend you have a steering wheel of some kind with pedals cause it’s way to hard using just the keyboard and mouse. And be prepared to be glued to your PC for hours and hours cause this game, strike that, this simulator is very addicting.

I give it an A+++.

I got this as a present for my fiancé and he absolutely loved it. He immediately looked over everything he could and sat it up high on his collection shelf so it is more protected and is shown off better.

The only “issue” he had was that it was red. I ordered a black one but he’s still happy with the product. Since he didn’t want to get it out of the box, I’m not sure how it really works but it’s heavy so I know it’s made well.

It’s great for his collection so it’s a win win all together.

This car is pretty cool. It seems really well made aside from the quality control is likely lacking. One of the rubber parts of the tire does not fit right. I say it’s likely quality control because the rest of the vehicle is solidly built and all parts fit together really nicely with no weird gaps.

I recently added a Maisto 1:25 Special Edition 1950 Chevrolet Pickup to my collection. The style is great and looks authentic. Very nice quality. I’m very happy with the addition. I definitely will be checking out more.

I find them to be reasonable priced, with a nice selection.

I have worn Kobes for over five years and never had a bad customer experience. This changed with the Kobe A. D. There is nothing bad to say about this shoe except two critical flaws. First, the back-end support is too high, leading to severe Achilles pain.

Second, the shoe is cut in a strange way around the ankles. It starts high from the shoe tongue, reaches its lowest point around the ankles, and then goes back up for the previously mentioned Achilles ‘support’.

This leads to constant friction of the skin around the ankles’ area. I cannot wear this shoe for walking, let alone play basketball, without irritating the skin around my ankles. Wearing high socks does not solve the problem.

I sustained bleeding skin wounds several times trying to play basketball in this shoe. Several players on my team had the same experience. I had to use my old 2014 Kobes to play instead. Very disappointing shoe.

To start off with there where many negative reviews toward the newest addition to the Kobe line; the Kobe A. D. I Just purchased a pair a week ago, so far no damage on the product. The first day of wearing this shoe is uncomfortable and stiff, but after three days of breaking them in they are much better.

The description said there would be lunar foam cushioning, the cushioning is minimal and not as much as expected but still does the Job. So performance on the court? The performance is par nothing great or bad.

It provides some traction, similar to the Kobe 10’s. It’s definitely hard to move around at some points and has it’s flaws but it’s manageable. Anesthetic’s are 10/10 in my book a beautiful shoe. Overall this shoe is par has it’s bad elements and good elements, I would rate this shoe a solid 6.

I have played basketball since I was a kid (Middle School teams, High School, and college intramural). I am now 30 and play recreationally. Recently I played in Lebron’s, but had to make switch because of how bulky they felt.

I first tried the Kobe XI, and the freedom was amazing. I then spent the money and got the white Kobe ADs. I couldn’t be more satisfied. I have played in them about 10 times and have no complaints. Traction is unbelievable.

Comfort is first-class. They are a little stiff and took a few times to break in, but once they are broken in they are like heaven on your feet. I could see them lasting a very long time. If you want to be agile and have freedom, along with security of not rolling your ankle with a low top shoe, this is the show for you.

I have always wanted to try depends because of the cloth like feel, not like a plastic feel. I have always gone with other brands because the largest size hair is 2X. I have an inoperable tumor in my stomach which makes it quite large and a 2X is just all stretched out and tight when I put these on.

I always put good incontinence pad in the pull up also because I have gotten this bad illness. I can’t even do that with the depends. I wish you would go up to a 3X for those of us with the need. I am not going by anybody else’s reviews that were negative because I know depends it’s a good brand and I know two people who are very happy with that, a man and a woman.

Is there any chance you might be making these larger? I have the silhouette, and I don’t care anyway, shape, or form about designs or not like someone else did. I appreciate you trying to make them more than diapers.

Now can you start putting dinosaurs or Mickey and Minnie mouse on the whole thing, we would have a problem. Ha ha Thanks.

I was using another brand of underwear and didn’t care much for the fit or for the material used to line the panty so because I had really liked poise when I was using pads decided to give these a try.

On the down side they are quite expensive compared to other products but what a difference in quality! I was certainly able to go all day where with my old product I often had to change three times a day if I was having floods or gushes.

I suffer from severe incontinence of the turn a tap on and I go variety! So I have zero control and very little ability to hold fluid. These have made me feel like a woman again with the pretty colors and great fits.

On top of that the material is very comfy and fits much better than my old product which was also called silhouette but is made by Always and uses cheaper materials. I love my Depends,.

This is embarrassing, but if I save one person the trouble I had, it will be worth it. I bought these to use on a long car trip and I didn’t want to get out and use the bathroom. The Equate brand works GREAT and I have tested them multiple times.

I bought these Depends thinking an adult diaper is an adult diaper. WRONG! I peed all over myself, my jeans, and my car seat when my urine leaked through the legs, into my jeans, and all over the car seat using this product.

I was so so so mad. The Equate band works extremely well and will hold a full bladder sitting down in jeans. The Depends leaked everywhere in the most inconvenient way – will never buy these again ever.

The SCX24 is a great platform. Whether in stock or modified form it is an awesome little 4wd entertainer. Parts availability is exceptional-OEM or aftermarket-and prices are in line with expectations.

If you are still debating its worthiness, debate no more. I hate buying a product that doesnt live up to the hype but the SCX24 does what Axial intended-it delivers smiles and joy battery after battery.

In stock form its a cool looking capable scale trailer/crawler and with a few mods it can go hard in either direction without letting you down. As with most RTR kits it does have a couple points in need of upgrade shortly after unboxing but in general this truck is very solid.

I never have to write a bad review! This was a poor choice. First we have a high functioning 15 yr. old with Autism, so sending it back was not an option! The box was opened and resealed when it arrived, all the plastic bags were opened.

We charged the battery, he played with it during the day, battery ran out, and will not charge. His last RC car lasted him almost 6 yrs. so it’s not him. It’s a shame because he was really happy with it.

While this one was actually a gift for someone, I already own a Deadbolt, they are basically the same with different bodies on them. It is a lot of fun, and Ive had zero issues with it. Ive even started to add aftermarket parts to it.

So much fun. Very simple to maintain, modify and repair. And did I mention that dollar for dollar, it is so much fun !.

Although we have snow I have been driving the Bronco for in the house and basement. It climbed over all obstacles. High quality suspension and tires. I cannot wait to get it outside

Where I live, (Nova Scotia, Canada) it is hilly. From home to work and back, there are many, many hills, some of which are quite steep and large. On my Townie, using the max assist, in a low gear, I finally made it up the largest, steepest hill in my commute.

I loved my old bike, but I went to the Townie because I’m getting closer to 60 and my knees aren’t what they used to be. The Townie is longer and heavier than my previous bike and one of my real challenges has been learning how to manage some of the sharper cornering with the longer bike and power assist.

On the Townie GO, the assist works a bit like cruise control in car. While you’re pedaling, the assist is boosting you. If you brake or stop pedaling, the assist suspends until you begin to pedal. It seems like any amount of forward pedal will produce a surge of assist, which I especially appreciated while making a left turn in traffic, while going uphill.

One thing I’ve noticed, is that I have an increased confidence in being in traffic. My commute takes me 25 – 30 minutes by car; on my old bike, about an hour through trails and neighbourhood roads; on my Townie Go it takes around 35-40 minutes.

I like the handlebars, I like how upright I’m sitting, I like the feeling of being flat-footed when stopped, and I’m loving the boosted assist. I use a rear basket. With the assist, I quit thinking in terms of what I couldn’t carry because of the weight it added and I started thinking in terms of, what do I want to take with me today.

I read reviews, I watched videos on You Tube, I saw some ladies in my neck of the woods on their Townies and asked them how about theirs, and I spoke to other cyclists who had switched to electric bicycles.

I’m glad I finally made the leap, it’s made such a positive difference in my riding. This was a BIG purchase for me and I’m glad I did it.

This bike is meant as a pleasure cruiser, not necessarily a daily commuter. The balloon tires feel for a nice ride overall, but are easy to rupture. I got a flat my 2nd time out. If you’re going to be going through areas of unlevel surfaces like potholes or rail road tracks, you’ll need tougher tires.

That max out of 20mph can be a bit of a bummer. You can coast downhill faster than that, but once you’re full speed on the highest gear, you will know because you have no torque left in your pedal, even if you’re not using the pedal assist.

Gears 1-3 are completely useless, unless your goal is to pedal 100x and go next to nowhere because there’s no torque. I think just having some more torque power could have added some speed to the bike.

However, at the highest gear, the bike is a pleasure to pedal. I never actually need to be in any gear other than 7. The cruiser style puts you in a more upright position, with higher handlebars. At first, this was completely foreign to me as I’ve always had mountain bikes.

I love not sitting on my wrists and having pain in my hands. Since I’m more of a travel for fun and commute and not out here jumping hills and doing tricks, I like it. Might even raise the handlebars on my other bikes.

The seat is pretty comfortable also. I’m still crushing my pelvic bone in the front, although less than my other bikes and my butt is pretty cozy. The bike itself is pretty attractive. I’m going for a more mountain bike style on my next one, but Electra has nice colors and overall just pretty.

So many companies are doing this one-size-fits-all thing and I do not like it. I don’t understand the whole “flat foot technology”. What have they done special besides create a conversation about making sure you can put your feet on the ground?? I have no idea.

I’ve tried like crazy for the past week to figure it out. I’m almost 5’6″. I am tip-toed on this bike even when the seat is all the way down. I definitely have to come off the seat to flat-foot the ground.

And I definitely cannot ride with the seat in the lowest position. Let’s be real, no bike company has a bike built for me. Last time I had. A bike I could easily reach the ground, my feet were hitting the tires because I have very much above average size feet for a barely reaching average height.

When the frame is short enough, the frame is not long enough and I’ve always had to put up with not reaching the ground. It’s maddening. One day I’ll get a custom bike and it will be the one that lasts the rest of my life.

I swear 😆I got last year’s model (2021) and I really like the look of the battery on the back with a rack. I’m sure this has it’s downfalls. Now batteries are built-in to the frame and that’s I’m sure better for longevity and not as immediately identifiable as an ebike to theives.

But the one on the back with the rack looks cool, am I right? LoL.

I absolutely love this bike. I find that just knowing you have the assistance if you need it makes you want to cycle more, farther, and try new routes. Last weekend I cycled a 24-km route that I would have been more hesitant about if I didn’t have my Townie Go.

My view on what’s feasible has totally changed. It is very easy to switch between no assistance and pedal assistance, which is normally what I do. It rides very well as a “non-e” bike, and the 7 gears are helpful for this.

When I’m using the motor, I tend to ride in 7th gear unless I’m going up a hill. I am definitely heavy and the motor still gets me up average hills fine. I do have to put a BIT of effort in, but I expected as much and don’t mind.

It’s very minimal. If you are looking to put absolutely no effort and do a lot of commuting up hills, you may need a bike with a more powerful motor and larger battery. That being said, I have still taken this to work or out on errands on routes with some small hills and it’s a breeze.

The battery lasts about as well as I expected. I would say I have to charge it after 3-4 rides, and even then, the battery isn’t dead– I just want to make sure it’s full for the next one. It is very quiet, just a faint whine when the motor kicks in.

The bike is also very comfortable, as all Townies are. If you’ve never ridden in the upright position, it’s a game changer as well! My back has always hurt on mountain/commuter bikes but doesn’t with this one.

After stealing my bike a few times, my husband has now bought his own e-bike. Everyone I’ve let try it out has been impressed at how fun and comfortable it is. I would definitely recommend giving this bike a try if you can– you may be surprised!.
