20 Best Tub For Newborn (2022 Updated)

This is a great product. However, had I known how difficult it would be to get the warning stickers off I can honestly say I wouldn’t have bought it. I liked the size and the hook on this baby bath and it fits in our bathroom space better than some of the other baths on the market.

Do bear in mind that it’s quite heavy so if you do plan to hang it, it’ll need to be somewhere able to take the weight. However, the warning stickers are a nightmare to peel off! It took me an hour to take off each label.

There are three. Why you need three labels next to each other warning you that babies can drown in water, I don’t know! Why you couldn’t put these labels on the base of the bath so you don’t need to take them off (apparently they chip off in water and stick to baby’s skin if left on), I don’t know! A lesson in how to take a great product and with one mindless action, replace the potential joy of the thing with an intense hatred for the hours of your life you’ll never get back, the fingernails you’ve destroyed, and the shoulder pain from the repetitive act of peeling! If you don’t mind three hours of scraping and peeling off miniscule amounts of sticker at a time, whilst offloading expletives to vent some of the intense anger you feel towards a blue plastic whale, then go ahead.

But in hindsight, I wish I’d bought one second-hand, having let someone else do that!.

We have a bath in our nightly routine, every night. So at 7 months old- this bath has gotten some use! There are both pros and cons to mention- Pros- has 3 growing stages Easy to clean/drain Can hang for storage Price is reasonable Comfy and safe- no sharp edges/holes Cons Bulky Warning stickers wear fast from water contact Growing stages could use some troubleshooting Overall, I’m pleased! The only stage we have used with complete success is the first stage, sling style.

We tried to use supported sitting by moving the sling as well as taking it out completely but both were a fail! It’s super slick without the sling at all, and even with us holding her for constant contact, she was sliding all over.

I love how super easy it is to clean (sling is machine washable), but it is soo bulky. So traveling and storage in a small bathroom can be an issue. I haven’t decided if I will hold onto it for next child or not, but I do think the pros of this tub outweigh the cons in our case! We just hope she gets the hang of not using the sling at all here soon.

I really loved this tub. Used it with my baby from NB to now 7 month. She loves taking baths in it ( not sure if it has anything to do with the tub or her liking baths). I have used stage 1 the whole time bc it was hard to give her baths on stage 2.

She doesn’t mind being on stage 1 as it keeps her in a very relaxed position. The only things I don’t like: I washed the mesh multiple times and the smell just doesn’t seem to fully go away and taking the clips off is difficult so I usually use tools to press on it until I get the clips out.

If it wasn’t bc of the whole smell situation I would have kept using this tub. I am going to buy a different tub now and see how it works out. I feel like I made the best use out of the tub anyways and it’s time for me to move on from it.

It would be awesome if they sold replacement mesh slings so that buying a whole new tub wouldn’t be the only alternative.

I thought having this bath tub would make my life so much easier during bath time. Not so much. I very rarely keep the infant part attached to the tub, but have to remove it and go to the sink anyways because of the very small amount of water the bath tells you it holds.

I barely have extra water to actually wash the baby with. I’ve been having to constantly run water to make sure she is washed and rinsed properly. It is also so hard to secure the snaps to the base and I’m never confident that they won’t pop off because they are not aligned correctly.

Also when the infant seat it on the tub, the water flows into the base but there is not drain to remove the water under the infant seat, so you have to remove the seat anyways to make sure it is drained properly.

My baby is also not quite sitting up on her own, but is nearly to big for the infant seat. So there is no in-between because if I used the larger tub portion of have to hold her up the entire time while only using one hand.

It’s just been a challenge getting bath time right. I was so excited when I got this, but I’ve been let down. I think if there was a grow with me seat it would be so helpful, and if it was easier to snap into place for a secure fit.

Also, using this in a bathtub, make sure you put a none slip mat under it, because it slides!.

Used- Why would you send a customer a used infants tub? At least put a note under the description so the customer can have a choice. We are in a pandemic!!! Box was busted, permanent marker was on each bottom corner.

This is my second time purchasing this item. The first tub was as expected and I gave it away as a gift. It’s very convenient for parents who’ve had a c-section and may struggle to bend over. This tub is elevated and provides some sort of relief.

I have 8 kids and used many types of baby tubes. This is my favorite! This is my second one. The only reason I got another one is that we had to move and didn’t want to spread contamination from one tub to the other in my new house leaving a rental.

One thing about it tho is that mildew can form under the tub connected to the stepping stool. when you separate it you may need to clean with Clorox bleach cleaner. Otherwise its makes it so much easier to reach a newborn.

no one wants to reach down in a tub to hold on to a tiny newborn. This sits up nice and high to have better control and easy on the body after giving birth. highly recommend.

The FridaBaby Soft Sink Baby Bath is light gray in color. The bath is a soft foam-like material that feels closer to cloth. It says it can be used for up to 20 pounds. There are two buttons per side that snap into each other with an extra foam side piece to cover the snaps.

It is very flexible and not firm so it can fit in a variety of sinks. It sits pretty low in a deep kitchen sink so be careful. There was a strap included to keep it folded up when not in use. I also like to use the strap to hang it in the shower to dry.

It takes about 12 hours to dry unless it’s in a humid area. It can be thrown in the washer, too, but hang to dry. It’s super easy and convenient to take on trips for hotel or camper sinks. It’s crazy lightweight (about 1 pound) so don’t worry about taking it in your suitcase.

This sink baby bath is awesome! It’s very soft and comfortable for baby to lay in, yet still has good structure to support them. It fits perfectly in our sink and has holes to drain the water. My favorite part is that it is so compact and folds into a small, flat piece.

Our house isn’t very big so having something that can be folded and put away is super convenient to me. You literally just unfold the bath and button it together on each side to set it up, so it can be put together quickly.

It’s machine washable so no need to worry about that. After each wash I leave it draped over our regular bathtub to dry, and it dries pretty quickly. I’m really glad we got this baby sink, it has been such a space saver for us, is convenient and comfortable for the baby to lay in.

For our first child, I didn’t think I’d need a tub, plus we didn’t have room to store one. I was gifted a mesh folding seat which should’ve come with safety harness. This time around, I bit the bullet and bought this tub and am SOOOO glad I did! The non-slip, textured inside is perfect.

The little cushions are great for baby’s head and back and the drain plug is genius. I didn’t use the newborn sling much because baby seemed to end up in a ball lol. The tub also does not fit in my kitchen sink like the picture.

If that’s a priority, try and get measurements before.

I was hoping this bath would be better for Newborns. when the newborn is in the attached sling they are basically at the highest point of the bath- which I understand for safety reasons but when following the recommended water level it is difficult to get to the water itself around the baby sling.

Also the sling is very difficult to attach physically- you are stretching it a lot!- and honestly I could see where the plastic clips were starting to wear from pulling and stretching trying to get the sling on at all 4 contact points.

Plastic started turning white at the clips from pressure- surprised they did not break- I’ll be cutting the sling off when baby is bigger!.

This tub is great for so many reasons. There weren’t a bunch of manufacturer stickers like my last baby tub so I didn’t have to deal with impossible to remove adhesive. That alone made this tub a great pick.

The price was way better than all the similar options while not sacrificing the quality of the tub. My newborn was very cozy laying on the padded side which was at the perfect angle to keep them safely in place when they were still too little to hold up their own head.

The opposite side of the tub has a great sitting area with back support to keep little ones steady while they splash and play. The storage area is a good size to keep everything I need close by. The plug has a great seal but it is also easy to open and close it with one hand.

It seems very roomy without being too large to fit into my small tub. All in all, great buy!.

We received this tub as part of our registry for our newborn. Unfortunately the plug cover at the bottom was warped so water leaked out the bottom. My husband had to hold the tub over the sink while I bathed our newborn and after doing this once it was clear that the defect posed a safety hazard for our child.

We called buy buy baby to rectify this issue and it’s been a terrible customer experience. First of all, for a cost of this product, BBB should have shipped a replacement for free, no questions asked.

Instead of doing that, we were told we had to mail the old tub back before we could get a new one, that we couldn’t even take it into the store for an exchange. Given the size of the tub, we didn’t have a box to send it back.

we were told we’d get a refund if we bought a box at fedex. Fast forward, we sent the receipt for the box to BBB and then were told the refund would be in the form of store credit, not an actual refund.

So basically BBB sold a defective product and then conned us into spending more money with the company. The process for returning defective products is very cumbersome, especially considering this company sells products to parents with young children.

I purchased this Barbie Dream House after debating between it and the ‘wooden’ KidKraft Cinderella Royal Dream Castle. This was $50 more expensive than the castle, but I decided my daughter would like the electronics and elevator on this, which I know she will.

However, as some previous reviewers have commented, this is extremely flimsy plastic. I am now worried about the durability of the product, especially as I have a son who is a bit rough with his sister’s toys.

This house is definitely overpriced based on quality. I was also disappointed in the electronic features. It is advertised that the stove, toilet, sink, and aquarium all make sound/light up; however there is only one electronic base.

The sink must be taken off the top of the base and the stove clicked into place on the top before the stove will work. Then, that has to be taken off so the aquarium can be put on the base. First, this is going to be frustrating for my five year old as it’s not the easiest thing to pull the base off.

Second, she’s going to want to use all those electronics at the same time and won’t be able too. Third, my guess is that it won’t take long to lose the tops that aren’t in use. 🙁 Why not have more than one electronic base!??? The garage door is also very frustrating.

It doesn’t open easily. I can already imagine how many times I am going to have to put that thing back on, frustrating my child (and me). All the teeny tiny accessories will be lost in the first week, so don’t buy for the accessories! The pros–it went together super simply.

I had it completely together in an hour, and I am not a “handy” person. Also, I do believe she’ll enjoy the elevator feature. I would buy the KidKraft Cinderella Royal Dream house if I had to do again.

I think it would last longer than this will and all the little pieces to this Barbie Dream House that we thought were going to be fun are only going to frustrate my kids.

The mouth of the whale is just a cheap paper sticker – that’s why I knocked a star off. I easily peeled it off before first use to avoid it become a melted paper mess. Function-wise this tub is awesome.

I upgraded from a smaller infant tub to this one after my baby outgrew the sling on the former. 4. 5 month old baby likes to splash, kick and arch his back. With this tub he doesn’t easily flip out of the newborn seat part like he does in the other.

We purchased this blooming bath-bath cushion for our daughter after she was born. We decided to get rid of the little baths we used when our boys were babies. I absolutely love the bath cushion! It turns any kitchen sink into a cute little spa for my baby.

She’s been using it ever since her cord finished falling out. She is now 3 month and is still love using it. The pros are it fits any kitchen sink I’ve tried it with, it makes bath time fun and relaxing for my baby girl and it’s worked well as she has gotten older.

The cons are It does absorb a lot of water, but if you wring it out and hang it in your shower it dries out before the end of the day. It is starting to yellow a tad after 3 months of weekly uses. But it’s not bad at all.

I’d definitely recommend to new or seasoned parents. It’s definitely been a game changer for this seasoned mama.

I thought this was SO adorable and space saving. This did not serve us the way we hoped. Pros: Lightweight, easy to put in sink and control how much water baby is exposed to, easy to clean. Cons: My newborn didn’t cry, but looked very uncomfortable in the tub as there is no clear spot for his head and he just sunk down into the flower.

I constantly held him with one hand and washed with the other. Wringing this out was a nightmare for me, I would stand for about 5 min wringing and wringing and when I hung it behind the bathroom door there would be piles of water which created another mess to clean up.

Yikes! The string in the back broke and I had to manually sew it back on. I started to really not look forward to bath time with my newborn because of the time I would have to spend wringing this out and the time spent cleaning up the residual mess after allowing to dry.

I’ve recently returned this and purchase the OXO Splash and Store. It is amazing, my newborn loves it and splashed his little feet (something he couldn’t do in the blooming tub) and this is a much better option for a anyone looking for a space saving tub.

Bought this after our baby turned two months old. This is great for those quick sink bath nights where you just need to get in real quick for your stinky baby! The only con is yes you need to dry it out.

I take mine outside to dry every time and wash it every other time of usage. I see other people saying it molds, but I don’t think hang drying in a shower or bathroom allows enough opportunity for it dry because it does absorb a lot of water! I take outside to dry and it has been fine.

I will admit because of the tedious drying care, I still use my baby tub, but again great alternative for a quick rinse and easy on your back!.

This is made for a small bathroom sink and it works well in ours! I checked the measurements before getting this. Also our faucet swivels out of the way which I think is important. I did NOT want to bend over into the tub and worried about the hard edges of using a sink alone.

The only tough part is getting into baby’s little neck folds but that’s probably the case with most tiny babies. It is super easy to clean and store. At first I swaddled her loosely for baths when she was very small but now she doesn’t need that.

Now that our baby is learning to sit with support Im looking for another tub she can play in but she can still use this one at almost 6 months.

This tub is an ok tub. Definitely need to have something underneath it to keep it from slipping. My babe is 2 months old and barely fits in it. It’s hard to wash without the concern of it slipping. I do like that it’s compact and easily stored.

I am in love with this. My last kid is now 3 1/2 and they didn’t have anything like this when she was born. I am now about to give birth (any day) and I was attracted to this because you don’t have to bend over to give baths.

Well, the baby is not out yet, but I have done a practice run to see how this works and it is so cool. I’ve even shown a few friends and they also think it is awesome. It fits great in our kids bathroom sink.

(I tried the kitchen sink first and that was definitely a no go). But in the bathroom sink, it fits great and I can put pressure on it and tell it will fit a baby very comfortably. As for me, I don’t have to bend over a single bit.

When the bath is done, we can quickly empty the water out, fold, and hang it up. The only negative thing I can think of is that the baby will outgrow it within about 6 months. But I think it’s worth it for sure.

We are also planning a trip this summer and this is super portable, hardly takes up any space. I’m glad we bought it. It is one of the coolest new things that came out since I was last in the baby market.

My LO loves bath time so I was excited to try this out! For reference, LO is 7 months old and has good sitting control but is not quite at the point where he can transition in and out of sitting. LO is also big for his age (95-99th percentile in height and weight).

Pros: LO seemed to have better posture using this bath seat than when he sits in his usual plastic tub and he was definitely less squirmy. He also fit pretty comfortably in it even though he is bigger for his age.

I also felt less weary about him hitting his head off the side of the tub since he doesn’t quite have the falling reflexes yet. The seat is very sturdy and well-made. He also loved the toys that came with it! Cons: It’s a bit bulky for our space.

If I had a separate/kids bathroom I wouldn’t mind because I would leave it in the tub but having to take it in and out and store it in our hallway closet is a bit of a pain just like his usual plastic tub.

Also, it was a little difficult to reach in and get around LO’s bum to clean because of his positioning in the seat. Overall, I would recommend this to others but would suggest purchasing as soon as baby can sit unassisted to get the most out of the seat.

Right now I feel like our LO may transition out of this in the next month or so.

It’s GREAT! Perfect for the transition and allows baby to enjoy bath time while alleviating some of the stress of mama and papa! Of course, You should NEVER leave your little one alone inside the seat!!! Next, I’d think this shouldn’t have to be said as it’s common sense, but after reading some reviews I feel I must say it: this seat is used in the bathtub with water so you MUST take it out and clean and dry the ENTIRE seat ever so often (I try and do it each time but if not, at least every other use) because if you don’t it WILL begin to get some mold underneath and on the suction cups.

I’ll add that you should do this with EVERY bath toy, especially the ones that hold and squirt water out because if water is left in those you will get mold and mildew pretty quick and it will not be safe for baby.

There Is Nothing Wrong With The Product Itself But Keep It Mind It’s Used More As A Transitional Seat Than A Seat For Your Child To Sit In. Don’t Bother Buying It If Your Child Already Knows How To Stand Up Because They Will Just Squirm Right Out Of It.

this “tub” is meant to be soft, I get it, but it’s so soft it won’t hold its form and any infant without significant head control will slide around in it and risk injury. The tub is meant for tiny sinks, too.

Don’t even dream of using it in a standard kitchen sink – think hotel bathroom sink, but then remember that most standard height faucets that come on small sinks will likely scrape your infant as you bathe him/her.

This item is really made for only one ideal configuration of sink, and good luck finding it. I returned mine.

This tub is okay. I thought it would be good for us because it is simple and easy to store. My newborn slides down it in our sink and the water fills too much and gets in his ears. My husband has to hold his bottom when I bathe him so that he doesn’t slide down.

Love this space-saving bathtub design. All baby baths should fold flat like this! The built-in hook is perfect and it hangs perfectly on the back of the bathroom door. I also love the material. It’s not slippery plastic like a lot of other tubs; it’s grippy so baby doesn’t slip around, even when she’s kicking and splashing like crazy.

Baby has seemed comfy and secure in it since she was a teeny 5-lb newborn. It holds the perfect amount of water too. Two downsides: 1. Baby is now a 40th percentile 4-month-old and is about to outgrow it length-wise.

I wish the tub was a little longer so we could use it until she’s able to sit up. 2. Baby’s butt suctions to the drain holes on the bottom of the tub. So we have to open the drain and then gently lift up her booty for the water to actually drain out.

Love this Bathtub. I used the Angelcare Baby Bath Support with my first baby and was going to buy it again till I saw this one. I love how the legs fold in and the hanging hook. It makes it really easy to hang on the wall for when my older kiddo needs a full bath.

I also like how there is only holes at the bottom so it actually fills up a little even if the tub isn’t absolutely full. It’s very stable. Never had any issues with it tipping or the legs folding in.

This baby bathtub was the first thing I bought when I found out I was going to be a grandmother for the first time. When I saw it I remembered the first baths I gave my children. How beautiful they were.

And they were also complicated, and we needed to bathe them by two people so that their fragile little bodies that we still did not know well how to handle, did not hit or that water did not get into their eyes and mouth.

This model is fantastic and will leave behind all those worries that a new grandmother may have. Happy with my purchase that I am taking to South America in my suitcase, because there we don’t have something such amazing as it.

My baby girl is 7 weeks old and loves this bathtub. She seems more happy and comfortable in the sling for this bathtub, than another baby bathtub I have. Since she is so comfortable, I can take my time and let her enjoy bath time.

The sling material is thick and soft. It did take me a few minutes to lock the sling into the bathtub, but it was not difficult. It comes with two pouring cups and a sprayer which got my four year old interested in helping bathe her.

The sprayer is a neat feature which made rinsing her hair so much faster. This is my forth baby and I wish I had a tub like this sooner. It does require four D batteries which is a bit inconvenient because I don’t normally have those on hand.

This isn’t a deterent to me though. I like the look of the bathtub as well as how it functions. It made giving my daughter a bath very easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tub.

I really like this modern style baby bath tub! It’s appealing to the eye, but more importantly it seems extremely comfortable for my newborn. The foam sling is well made and allows for my little one to lay there comfortable as I bathe her.

The shower sprayer is a nice touch as well. Very soothing and makes rinsing easy. Wish it was a little longer though, because when I put my 24 month in the bath tub, the sprayer was a little short for rinsing her hair.

The cups it came with sufficed though ! Will definitely continue to use this as my newborn grows. I had a different more simple brand of baby tub for my oldest, and it just wasn’t as functionally or nice looking as this one, so I’m happy with this product.

I received this tub in exchange for my honest review. My son is 3 months old, so I was able to use the sling attachment. The attachment is very thick, soft, and baby seemed very comfy compared to another sling bath we received as a baby shower gift.

The spray hose is super cool, and my son really likes when we spray his body. It does need batteries, so make sure you have those on hand. Since my son love the spray so much, we take our shower head down, and refill the little water tank when it gets low.

I just received this tub for my 4 month-old daughter and I think it’s a unique and well-designed product. The 3 levels (including the lay flat level) are easy to cycle through with the two-button system.

It reminded me of many infant car-seat designs, so it was very intuitive. I used the highest setting for my older infant. I let the warm water run over the silicone to warm it up a bit before laying her on it.

I used the bather in the tub. My child was secure and didn’t slip or slide, nor did the bather itself slip on the bath floor. I felt that this was a great product because babies can be a bit unpredictable in the bath and in other systems She has urinated once placed in the water.

Then I have to start the process all over it replacing the water. This system is more like a shower where even if she was to urinate in this system, I could quickly wipe it down and rinse it off and be back to bathing again, and not use dirty water to bathe my baby.

Compared to other bathing options, I feel this is unique and handy. I think for someone with limited storage or who travels a lot, this is a great product. I love that it folds flat and is sized well to fit in a linen closet.

Additionally, I like the flexibility to use it in different areas of the home such as the kitchen. I also feel it seems more hygienic than other options on the market. There isn’t any place for water to pool, so it dries completely.

This would be a great gift for those in small homes or apartments, those who travel or as an additional tub for a caregiver’s house, such as a grandparent for those times when baby needs a bath away from home.

I received this tub from summer infant for my honest review. I really think this is a great tub. I like that is a softer plastic that helps keep baby comfortable and their head in place. Most tubs are hard plastic and their head keeps falling to the side and really dont seem comfortable.

I like that I can recline it back as well since my baby doesnt have good head control yet and it makes it a lot easier to wash his hair. I also like the seat part that keeps them in place. My baby wiggles a lot and this definitely helps.

I would definitely recommend this to anyone expecting or have an infant and looking for a tub. Great product!!.

This chair has the perfect angle for my infant. I wish I would have gotten it sooner bc I feel it would have been very useful on the counter top when my baby was a newborn. However, she is now 5 months and we use it in our tub and it’s great.

She doesn’t slide off of it unlike the other folding bath seat we have and the angle is perfect to pour water on her hair without getting it in her face. It is made of a very soft material and very light and compact for storing away.

The material always allows me to sit her up to clean her back and she doesn’t slide off. Overall it is a great chair and would definitely recommend to a friend.

Our 5 month old outgrew his little infant tub so quickly! We were looking for an easy option because it is just too hard to hold him up in the bathtub and bathe him at the same time! Especially when our little guy loves to wiggle! Found this at the store and bought it.

It’s a little bit of a pain to blow it up with just your mouth because we had to squeeze the plastic a little harder than most things. But once it was blown up thanks to the air pump we almost forgot about, it was perfect! He was able to lay back and relax in a comfortable position and it was a win for everyone! And once he is able to sit up and support himself, it will be an even better fit! When we are done we just suction cup it to the back of the tub.

Unlike his infant tub that didn’t hold much for obvious reasons, he was able to splash around more and discovered he loves to do so! So glad we bought this, and for the price, you can’t complain.

I have bought this for every one of my 4 kids. I bought in 2004, 2009, 2018, and then 2021. The one I just bought wouldn’t air up. It looked like they forgot to leave a hole where you put air in. I always blew these up with my mouth prior to this newest one.

Definitely couldn’t do that this time. My husband had to pierce holes in the air hole opening and had to use a pump. It was still difficult to air up and it just hasn’t held air like they used to. I still prefer this tub as a transition between the infant tub and using the regular tub.

This offers padding and you don’t have to fill a huge tub for a little baby to splash in. I’ll just probably transition to the big tub sooner than I normally do since the quality has changed, unfortunately.

It’s annoying that it doesn’t hold air very well. As a side note, I don’t have an issue with my babies slipping and getting hurt in this. In fact, the opposite is the case which is why I use this as a transition tub.

I picked this up after passing through the baby bath section. This is duck is small, cute, and functional. It is definitely not the most high-end way to ensure that the bath water is not too hot, but it gets the job done.

It is simple enough to plop into the bath water and pick up to check to see if the ‘hot’ notice on the bottom is illuminated, but it also floats in the bath water like any old rubber duck and also entertains my 2 month old.

I have not noticed any water accumulating on the inside of the duck. I just remove it from the bath water, dry it off, and place it on the side of the tub – ready for the next use.

Got the job done but I’ve felt like my son was too big for it since he was born. The newborn sling barely fit him initially and it seems he’d slide off if he squirmed. Newborn sling required 2 people to bathe him.

After a month or two I took that off and put him on the newborn side, his butt would slide off and I always worried he would slip under so I didn’t fill it up much, and would constantly have to readjust him.

Around 3. 5 months he wouldn’t stay on the seat without me holding him in place, because he was too big to stay on the. 5” seat but not long enough to reach the other end. He’s almost 4. 5 months now (and tall) and finally doesn’t slip – but only because his legs are so long that when he kicks, one leg is straight against the other side, keeping him back.

I meant to look for a different one earlier but recently he’s passed the worst stage, I wish I had bought a different one though. And will probably need to buy a different one as soon as he can sit up stronger since he’s about out grow this one.

*I noticed a lot of reviews mention buildup in the crevices, personally I always lay it upside down to dry out thoroughly before I put it away and I haven’t had any issues with that so, just a tip!.

First off, the negative reviews are ridiculous. The tub is not difficult at all to clean and is perfect for newborn to sitting up/ toddler stage. I’ve had zero issues, keep in mind when you buy in the store that it does come with a newborn sling, thats literally attached at the top when you buy it.

If the sling is not there visibe when you buy the item then its missing. Best suggestion would be to clean after use once you have baby in a safe place. I also have the flower tub and its annoying that you have to throw it in the washer after almost every use- this is WAY easier to maintain but does take up space.

There are 2 sides, so once your child begins to sit up they can use the toddler side and sit straight up. Never leave them unattented. Would 100% recommend for use until they use the tub.

Perfect! We have been using this tub since baby was a few weeks old. At 3 months old it is still functional for us, baby loves it. We rinse the tub with water and place it upright and upside down in the big bathtub to dry (so we don’t have the mildew issue that most are experiencing).

The little drain plug is a great feature, to drain water semi-quickly when wanting to add more warm and clean water. Baby seems comfortable on the seat, it has a thin layer of foam on the back of the seat, no issues with the plastic.

Super great for the kitchen sink or even placed inside the big empty bathtub. We don’t dare walk away from baby while baby is in the tub, so no safety issues for us. If I could offer one design suggestion, it would be to place thicker foam (similar to pool noodles, which we tried but they don’t stay in place) along the curved areas near where baby’s head is, because when baby is three months and starts wiggling, splashing, and swiveling head, baby has leaned over onto this part of the tub, we have to hold baby on one side to keep upright sometimes due to the excitement of bath time and kicking and splashing.

I received this as a gift and I cannot be more excited about it! My baby just turned 3 months and has never smiled so much during bath time! My previous tub was also a gift but he hated It. I tried to make It fun by singing but he was always ready to get out as soon as he was washed up, sometimes before.

With the 4moms tub I no longer have to rush! I don’t have to worry about him sliding down because of the newborn insert, he loves that part, he was so comfortable the whole time. I love the design and also that it comes with a rinse cup but the best feature is the thermometer.

I also love how fast the water drains, the old tub would take forever, sometimes I would come back and it’s still full even though I pulled the drain. Everything about the 4moms tub is amazing and I’m so happy that I made the switch, most importantly, my baby loves bath time now! At first I thought It was because he was so young and It happened to be the tub he didn’t like.

The 4moms tub is very affordable especially compared to some others that didn’t have the same functions. I researched many different tubs to replace my old tub and wasn’t quite satisfied until I saw this one and just knew this would be a great choice.

This tub exceeded my expectations! As a first time mom I couldn’t ask for a better tub and I highly recommend to all mothers!.

When I was pregnant, I bought the Angel Care tub because I didn’t like the thought of my baby sitting in the same water that quickly gets cold. The tub worked well until my baby became 4. 5 months and SUPER wiggly.

So I searched for a baby tub that would fit inside a big tub and this one grabbed my interest. I don’t really use the thermometer because we have our faucet handle set to not get too hot. The two biggest factors I LOVE is the clean water reservoir and the overflow outlet that allows the water to refresh quickly.

With the Angel care, I’d have to let some water out and completely refill the tub without him getting cool or over wiggly. With this tub, I can warm the water outside the baby tub and then direct it in and fill as needed.

The only drawback is for people who have a single handle tub faucet because to get to the hot water it has to be on full blast. The function of this tub works most efficiently with a double handle tub that allows hot and cold adjustment so you can lower the water velocity.

This doesn’t deter me, however, as I just turn the faucet on and use my hand to flow part of the water into the tub.

Babies poop in warm water, this keeps your baby’s bath water clean at all times! Also, love being able to know if the temperature of your baby’s water is safe. Not too hot and not to cold. My baby never slips on the infant insert.

Easy to clean and store. I have ordered this three times already. My first one I gave to a good friend after my baby grew out of it, then purchased another for my 2nd baby. Found out I was pregnant yet again, 4 years later and purchasing my third lol! It’s definitely a must have.

I purchased this tub due to being able to hang it up and save some space but it’s still very bulky but that’s the least of my worries. I placed my 1 month in the tub and she slides every where it’s not secure at all and she sinks down it’s too deep and there is nothing protecting her to sit in place horrible! For $60 i would of never bought it if i assumed this.

It also is very uncomfortable in the middle of her legs. I placed a towel there to make it more comfortable but it doesn’t help. I would not recommend for a newborn maybe 6 months and up and I’m skeptical about that as well.

It takes me and the husband to bathe her to keep her from falling. If I could I would return it IMMEDIATELY!.

Very cute tub but might work better as a storge bin. My 12 month old is still a little too small for it and I am just not able to bathe him in it yet because he gets too scared due to the fact that it is so roomy and there are no arcs or suppport sides and back like is former baby tub, so it is easy for him to fall back and therefore it cannot be filled up with water very high.

At any rate, I plan to hang on to it until he is a bit bigger; maybe closer to 2 years old or so?.

Not well made, it’s just a plastic tub, and foam stickers to make the animal face that seems like it could fall off with wear and tear… disappointing because now we have to take time out to return it

We love this tub! Not only is it adorable, but super functional. The simple design and multi-stage use is great for a growing babe. Love that you can use it as a storage bin after your kiddo grows out of it.

This tub is the best ! We used for our two kids. Perhaps the people with negative reviews did not properly use the metal (well made) bracket underneath that secures the position. Practice before there is a baby in it ?? I also think that all of these baby tubs really aren’t made for a baby over 6-8 months, once they can sit up reliably move them to the big tub to play.

We always used 3 washcloths for the early days, wet with warm water – one that we pull up for behind their back, one that we keep wet for the chest during back and the other for active washing. We loved ours, the curve of it and the amount of water it holds is perfect.

Wipes clean, don’t need the porous surfaces that hold water and germs. It stores with less space. What more can you want in a temporary baby tub? Boon has best stuff.

I got this tub because my 6 month outgrew his small newborn cushion. There’s so many reviews below that were “collected for a promotion” so I wanted to give a actual honest review that was NOT collected for a promotion.

It says fits up to toddlers, it is SO small. My 6 month weighs 16 lbs and doesn’t fit. There’s no room for him to play in the water. This bath is not for boys, his little private was hurt by the middle piece in the bath, he cried the minute I sat him down.

The legs on this bath also slip easily so it’s really dangerous. I had a circle coupon but why is this even $50 for a basic tub?? The only positives about this tub is that it’s collapsible and easy to store.

This tub is more for a newborn baby but if you have a boy I don’t recommend because of the middle piece. I returned after one use, very disappointed.

I have tried and been through so many different baby bathing options it’s ridiculous. We first used the tub you get from the hospital which really offers no support, then tried a sling for a while, which they slide right out of, the sink itself which to me is icky, a big blue one they never seems to fit right, an inflatable tub which doesn’t hold them in place once they get so heavy.

This thing could have replaced all that and more. I love that it’s transitional, I was able to use it with my 1 yr old with it fully expanded and she couldn’t slip out of place. She had a ball splashing around and playing with her toys and I felt like she was very safe and secure with the way it is made so that she cannot slide around.

It takes all the worry out of washing her solely in the garden tub. It’s also great that it has a smaller condensed way to use it as well because with having a newborn also, he can easily lay back while I wash him and I feel like I can a good handle on him.

When the girl was that small she was flopping like a fish or being held in place by me the entire time which makes it very difficult when some bath products require 2 hands. Overall I feel like this is a great investment, especially when you have multiple little ones in the home.

It is well made and sturdy and can take up less room if you need to store or travel with it. Everything about it is well made and impressive and would have been handy to have a long time ago.

I almost never take the time to write reviews but felt I needed to share how great this tub is for others. I used the Puj tub in our since for 5 months and loved it but as my son grew he was soon too big.

I wanted him to be able to splash around but due to my back I didn’t feel comfortable putting him the tub just yet. I looked everywhere and finally found this tub. It fits perfectly in my sink in the kitchen but it provides a great bathing experience for my son.

He splashed around and loves it. The bump in the bottom keeps him from slipping and I love that there is a drain in the bottom too. It really meets our needs. I suspect it will last until he is about a year and then hope to be able to transition to the tub.

It is great and love it! If you are on the fence about the product please go for it and give it a try. It is awesome!.

I was dubious about this. People told me I NEEDED one and I thought why spend $80 when I could use literally any container or even the sink?! But it was so worth it. Bub can sit up by himself, and I can bathe him without needing my husbands help, and not worry that I’m going to drop him into the water or my arm is going to fall off.

Even a little baby can sit if you just support their head a little. Plus it’s so cute, and takes up less space than a big baby bath. I love it so much.

Have used this bath to bathe our newborn baby aswell our 2 year old nephew. and they’ve both loved it. Have propped it up on our change table for our baby, saving our backs from bending over, the size makes it perfect to fill up without having to carry a heavy load of water but enough for baby to enjoy a good soak.

For our 2 year old nephew, we place it inside our big bath tub, the peace of mind knowing he’s safe and not able to slip and slide in a pool of water makes it worth it. I highly recommend.
