20 Best Tumbler For Tea (2022 Updated)

I received a hot cold cup for Christmas. Very nice. I agree it doesn’t keep the hot as long as a Yeti. Then I read the criticism of the screw on top. My feeling was they are correct in screwing it on for correct mouth opening orientation.

Yes I put it on and it has to be done several times for mouth orientation. Then one day!!! I put it on wrong for myself to use. But I was busy working and pick it up with my left hand and had a drink.

My mind went bonkers, the mouth opening was in the perfect position for a left handed person. I assume ya’ll spent hours creating a cup for both left and right handed people. GREAT JOB who ever thought about it.

The first Simple mug I purchased the paint failed. The paint started to flicker off around the top and handle. I was pretty upset. I contacted Simple Modern immediately and they made good on it and sent me another.

I found out that I did NOT Follow the Instructions that came with the mug. HAND WASH ONLY, DON’T USE A DISH WASHER. I highly recommend this product.

So normally I use a plastic travel tumbler because the metal insulted ones make my filling buzz. But I came across the 20oz Voyager & immediately feel in love with the price (super affordable) the color & the size.

I purchased the matte black w/ clear & black flip top. Most days I make 12oz of coffee but those days I add espresso I have plenty of room. I’ve had the Voyager for over 6 months & have had no problems with my fillings.

And I can’t tell you how many times I’m running around with my coffee & bend down BUT don’t get a single drop on myself because of that secure flip top lid! Plus you can put it in the dishwasher!! A huge plus also is that i can make my coffee & leave it in my car, come back from school/class meetings & my coffee is still piping hot ♡_♡ !!! I’ve even taken to putting my cold drinks in it on long car rides.

It’s just an all around excellent tumbler ♡ ☆ And a little summer hack = put 3 regular Popsicles in the Voyager add a lil crushed ice in the open spots, screw on the top & take it w/ you to the park! I did this and the Popsicles were perfectly frozen an hour later when we were ready for them @ the park on a hot summers day ☆_☆.

I love my new mug. It’s so cute. But I must say I do love the Tumbler better. The tumbler was my first product from this company and I have used it every single day for over a year. It was perfection for both cold and hot drinks.

I ordered the mug to try something new. They are different with similarities. I had to replace the lid on the mug because the flip lid broke off. But customer service was AMAZING and helped me replace the flip lid with a much better top.

I use the mug every single day. It is even better with my new leak proof lid. You are definitely receiving amazing quality and excellent service with this company!.

I originally bought the 12 oz tumbler for morning coffee…it perfectly holds the largest size from a Keurig coffee maker. (I add an ice cube because it’s so well insulated your coffee doesn’t cool down!) Then I add cold water to the last few drops of coffee and have a really cool “coffee water” for the day.

Refill with cold water through the day. Some evenings, I rinse it out and it’s perfect for a cocktail…usually gin & tonic! Really all day it feels more like cool barware rather than a clunky insulated cup it’s great for taking on the boat or in the car or on the golf cart.

I prefer the light colors so I can spot it easier when I’ve left it around the house. I love my Simple Modern 12 oz tumbler all day and my husband loves his too.

These are ok for home use. I’ve had another brand that was totally clear and MUCH stronger. These feel thin and flimsy in the hand. If dropped, they’d probably be ready for the trash. I really like the idea of the product but it’s about 80% when compared to other brands of like product that I’ve owned.

These are great glasses in many ways. They hold a lot and are insulated, which is great for the summer. However, there is one big problem. When I stacked them 2 by 2 to store in the cupboard, I couldn’t get them apart again! I tried everything: hot and cold water, twisting them, banging on them–you get the idea.

Finally, I was able to separate one set, but the other set resisted all my efforts, and I had to throw those two glasses away. Would I recommend this product? Yes, but only if you don’t try to stack them.

I had been looking for a set of acrylic in beautiful colors. I knew if I just waited long enough Zulily would have some and right I was. The colors remind me of a beautiful rainbow in the spring. My favorite thing about them is that they are double walled and do not sweat on the outside of the glass.

First off, I’ll say I ordered the bifrost color thinking, like others, that it was iridescent. Slightly disappointed that it’s not, but not knocking off any stars. It’s still a pretty cup. Beyond the aesthetics, this cup is awesome.

I have a bunch of Starbucks tumblers and I’m never buying one of those again. Those get condensation and don’t keep drinks cold for as long as I like. Simple Modern tumblers keep my drinks cold forever and don’t sweat.

Also, I can put my ice, water, and coffee concentrate in this thing, screw on the straw lid (without the straw in it), and shake it up and it doesn’t leak. I’ll definitely be buying more.

25 bucks for six tiny glasses????!!!! YES! And for GOOD reason! You will buy these and have them forever. Chances are, your grandchildren will inherit them after you are long gone. These glasses are made to last.

Nothing skimpy about them, they are thick and durable and you will never purchase more juice glasses ever again. Heck, they could probably survive a nuclear blast. These are the perfect size for downing your morning vitamins or medications.

They are also the perfect size for a bathroom glass or to keep on your nightstand and not worry about knocking it over. I was so impressed with these tiny guys, I ended up ordering three sets.

I bought these to use at home. My husband drinks ice tea glass after glass. I was tired of the Twrvis cups which were so ugly when guests came over. These hold enough beverage and still fit in the top rack of the dishwasher.

They come out clear and clean without water marks.

The glasses are tough and keep their new look well. They are easy to hold and grip when they are wet. They are not too bottom heavy so they don’t fall over when they are upside down. Well weighted all around.

I like these because they look like glass. So I can serve drinks in them proudly to my guests and not feel embarrassed that I use plastic because I break everything.

I love the VB borosilicate straws and had been eyeing these borosilicate glasses since I drink water alot and had been using quite heavy tall glasses that get wet to hold with condensation from the iced or cold beverage.

I love these glasses, they’re light, keep beverage colder, no condensation on outside, comfortable to hold, and are beautiful.

Bought these glass for my condo since I have them at home!! Love these but remember they’re made of glass and will break!!$$!

These cups are unique. They are comfortable to hold and friends always comment on them. Be sure to note the size – the medium size is OK for a cup of tea or warm cider, but if I get more I’ll order the large size.

They are not glass, so we’ll see how they hold up in the dishwasher.

These glasses are very thick but boy can they be deceiving! I bought these back in April and haven’t really used them on a regular basis; as a matter of fact, I think I’ve only used 2 so far, the other 6 have been left untouched.

I tend to just use it when I want to make smoothies. I made myself a smoothie last night and poured it in this glass. As I was walking away from the kitchen, getting ready to enjoy my delicious drink I created, out of nowhere the bottom base broke off and my smoothie completely spilled!! Thank God I was still in the kitchen with the hardwood floors otherwise it would’ve been an ever bigger pain in the butt to clean on my padded carpeting! I compared another cup and notice the base is weak as well.

I’m now afraid to use any of them. They’re going back!.

I received these glasses within the past week. They are beautiful, hard plastic, and crystal clear. I was thrilled. I just tried to wash them, and they scratched immediately, and all the clarity of the glass has been compromised.

The sponge I used is NOT a cheap abrasive sponge. It is a scratch proof sponge that never scratches any of my other dishes! Needless to say, I am so disappointed.

The acrylic tumblers are a super buy! Much more substantial than I expected. Quality made and very pretty. Set of 8 at a bargain price. Color is beautiful.

I like this 20 oz. tumbler for my hot tea, but I wish it’d keep my tea hot longer. 20 ounces is a lot of tea to drink since I like to sip on it thru out the morning, but before I was able to finish it my tea became cold.

I still drank it, but for longevity, I prefer how my insulated stainless steel tumblers keep my tea hot. Don’t get me wrong, this tumbler is cute and I bought the zodiac insert which adds even more cuteness, but I need my hot beverage to stay hot a little longer.

The cup does have some unique features that i like such as the loose tea strainer, the hidden compartment at the bottom, the strap on the side and it does not leak should it get tipped over.

I do actually use aTeami Tumbler because it’s super easy to be a cup of loose leaf Tea without any tiny pieces of fruit or leaves left floating in my Tea. But I especially LOVE their Loose Leaf Tea Blends.

There is a huge variety of flavors, all different types of tea leaves(black, green, white, herbal). You can choose a blend that is high or low in Caffeine and also no caffeine at all. I buy certain blends to make my cup of hot tea in the morning but other blends make the most delicious, refreshing Iced Tea.

I use the White Tea Pomegranate to make Ice Tea by the Gallon and everyone is constantly asking what kind of tea I use.

I really enjoy my tumbler (red)! I love that there are different colors; so I can make a collection of them (I intend to buy more)! The tumbler is durable and convenient. It’s multi-purpose, considering I sometimes use this for water, other than the Teami teas I purchase.

If I could make a suggestion: I would like it if there were stickers that are durable enough to place on the tumblers – just to make them look all the more fun! They can either be seasonal, Teami themes, etc.

I got the color Red Rust & it’s such a beautiful color in person!! When it says (soft matte) it’s literally that. They nailed this color & the finish of it perfectly for fall & winter!! My new favorite Stanley!! Gotta set the Chambray aside for now.

Love love love!!! The texture of the new soft matte is amazing. I got the Dune color, and it’s gorgeous. A little more of a pinkish color than the photos show but still a great neutral! This is the second Stanley I’ve bought and I’m sure I’ll be back for more!.

I don’t particularly care for the flip lock on the lid – especially while driving. Coffee gets on my thumb when opening the lid to drink. Also the air release got clogged a couple of times in the beginning causing extremely hot coffee to splash onto my lips.

Maybe there is a learning curve to using this, I don’t know. On the bright side, it’s 7 hours after pouring my 40 ounces of coffee, and it’s still really hot.

I enjoy most things about this product: – Great insulator – fits well in car cup holder – Profile is really nice, easy to hold – color and finish are very nice. I despise the lid on this tumbler: – When I place a hot liquid in the container and snap the lid close it will slowly come loose.

– This is fixed by popping the snap lid to let steam out. – I don’t like pouring coffee into the tumbler and having it come loose as I walk to my car/desk. – I don’t like having to carry a tumbler that is not fully sealed.

RTIC support was super helpful when I talked to them about this. they sent a new gasket to see if that would fix the issue. It did not but they were super prompt.

I love this cup! There is no weird smell. The lid closes perfectly and keeps my tea warm and nice. Even the flavor is better than in plastic cups. Easy to clean and take everywhere.

We love theese travel mugs !! All glass, even the lids!!! No metallic taste in our tea!!! Glass is a ton toxic material that I trust !

I bought this to use at home. I like my tea warm, but tea in a cup doesn’t stay warm very long and I drink very slowly. But I got this for Christmas and now I can drink my tea over several hours! It keeps the temperature very well.

Only downside is it does it’s job well. I can’t handle really hot drinks, so I have to keep the lid off for a while or leave it in the steeper longer to cool off. It can take hours to get cool enough otherwise.

But then it stays a nice warm temp for hours too. I do notice that my herbal and green teas don’t stay warm as long. Not sure if it’s because they aren’t as hot to start with or they cool faster or what.

But I’m very happy with this and the rich black color suits my tastes!.

This tumbler is popular among the residents in the care facility I work at so thought I’d try it for my self. The versatile lid is convenient and the cup keeps my drink hot for a few hours and warm for several more.

I also like how spill proof it is for myself and the residents. I have 3 main. annoyances with the tumbler after using it for myself. First, the smooth surface on the tumbler body and lid make it difficult to open for me so I understand now why the residents get the care aids to help them with this.

Second, I find the air release hole (sip mode) isn’t large enough to allow a free flow of my drink. I fix this by opening the straw cover. And third, the most distal edge of the lid opening does not align with the inside edge of the tumbler so I am unable to get the last few dribbles of my tea without removing the lid.

We don’t want to be wasting any of the yummy tea do we? All in all I like it enough that it is my go to tumbler atm and it is still a good choice for different-abled individuals. I really wish it was easier to open, especially for my residents so they can retain more of their independence.

Purchased this to replace a previous, beloved davidstea travel mug that had died, and was initially very happy with my purchase: the mug is well insulated which is useful for my forgetful self. However, in a few months use, I can say that the tumbler is a lot less tip proof than my previous mug (rounded corners, is too top heavy), less easy to grip (wider so needs two hands), and unfortunately comes open much too easily when put in a container or bag, on account of the latch on the cover wearing out almost immediately, and the edge coming out past the body of the mug easily catching on anything nearby.

After a few almost very costly spills while traveling, this mug is banned to only desk-side, at home use. I never bothered using the straw, so can’t comment on that feature.

I was given a few of the Gamecock Tervis cups for Christmas a few years back and I love my cups. The cups are fantastic! They are a priced a little high for everyday cup purchasing but are perfect for gifts and special events.

The tervis brand cups are customizable and have hundreds of designs to choose from. They’re also tough and very long lasting. I love Tervjs and highly recommmed.

Tervis is one of my favorite brands. This style is good for many uses, from serving water, iced tea or beer. This particular one was ordered as a replacement for a tumbler that was showing signs of a breakage somewhere; condensation was appearing inside.

Tervis sure enough made good on giving me a new one, as promised. I would have expected nothing less from this classic American product.

I bought three of these tumblers with the X on them as gifts for family because my son is going to Xavier next year. My husband carries his around with him all day- takes it to work, on the boat, to the gym, and carries it around the house.

It’s pretty obvious he loves it and it must be keeping his drinks cold so I’m really glad I bought these. When my next oldest child graduates from high school I’m going to buy one for each of his friends with the college they will be attending.

My friends helped me purchase quite a few of these in store and online (I thought the online color pairs were better suited to my “giftees”) because they were supposed to be leak proof. Well, a couple of them were not leak proof.

A few of them were difficult to open. And a few more had knicks on the inside of the lids. Some of the sliding locks on top were extremely loose. If you moved the cup from side to side, the slide would move and “jingle.

” We should have tested them before we gifted them, and we should have looked at them closer. Maybe it is a quality control issue. If Sam’s Club will refund or exchange them, that would be great. Although we might have to look elsewhere for true leakproof tumblers.

Disappointed.

Very nice coffee cups! I personally recommend these as they are well made and the lid design is great. No spills when closed. Bought 6 then I bought 6-more! I’ll have and enjoy these for years to come!.

The tumbler works very well at keeping our coffee and tea hot for hours. They fit well in the car cupholder. The top closes completely unlike many others. We just love them.

The loose leaf tea holder insert is awesome but the biggest issue with this is how much the lid leaks. First, you have to really excessively tighten the lid so it doesn’t leak from the large gasket ring.

Second, if you pour boiling hot water and then seal the lid, it starts to leak from the sip flap. What’s the point of this bottle if you can’t turn it sideways? Really want to love this. Have been using it daily but when I put it in my bag the first time, it got everything wet.

And it’s continued to leak intermittently even though I’ve been diligent about closing and tightening everything. Wish it was the same size as my hydroflask lid.

I somehow missed the “handwashing recommended” part of the description. After three times in the dishwasher (first two were fine), about 25% of the coating came off. Other than the inconvenience of not being dishwasher safe, it’s a fantastic bottle.

It’d get 5 stars if I could put it in the dishwasher. Now I’m going to have to try and get the rest of the paint off it, so it doesn’t flake off in my hands (as it did when I pulled it out of the dishwasher).

I still recommend it, but I like dishwasher-safe bottles better.

This bottle is a great size. Not too small, and it is hard to find insulated bottles that are not 24 oz. or larger. The tea/fruit infuser is wonderful. It is a great accessory to have and I will be able to use it in other large mouth bottles that I own.

I was hoping to put a sport lid from a different bottle on this one, but, while the bottle mouth is the same size, the threads are different, and it does not fit. That is not a big issue, there is nothing wrong with the top it came with.

It keeps things cold for a long time, and I’m sure it will work well for hot drinks.

These are terrific for driving in the car. They are tough, they do a great job keeping hot drinks hot and cold ones cold. They are flexible so if you drop one they do not break. If you brake the car suddenly, you are not as likely to lose a tooth as with a metal or glass cup.

They are light, so they’re very portable. The lids are well designed and fit snugly, so there is no mess. Recommended!.

Love this cup! I was worried it would be too playable and would leak and neither is the case. Plus the temperature retention is amazing! I actually burned my tongue the first time I had hot tea, whoops.

Durable, comfortable, easy to clean. From the first touch my husband loved drinking his coffee out of this cup. Durable cup and wont break. Keeps coffee warm for an ok amount of time, not hours but you can drink it in a reasonable time.

A beautiful tea tumbler that came in gorgeous packaging. Love the uniform iridescence, but there are a couple if issues: 1) does not feel sturdy. The glass feels very thin and makes me hope and pray that it won’t shatter even with careful use 2) other reviews mentioned this, but the lid definitely has quality issues.

Arrived with chipped paint (?) on the bamboo lid. No pieces in the box, so it seems like it was packed this way.

I love this thing so much I’m buying another 😛 I’ve purchased a few of these types of loose leave mugs before and this one is my favorite! Pros: – You can still drink the tea with the infuser inside, so you can keep it steeping all day (if you wanted) – Really good quality for the price! I’ve bought other ones at $30-40 before that are the exact same product.

Save yourself some money and get this one! – The design is really nice. Double walled, and keeps your drink warm for a long time. The bamboo lid is nice, and you can put your infuser on it as a coaster.

– Open mouth so it’s easy to clean Cons: – I wish it had some type of silicone protection (maybe that’ll be my next purchase). I dropped my last one and it shattered the outside wall :/ Preferably some type of protection without making it bulky would be nice.
