20 Best Tummy Time Pillow (2022 Updated)

I absolutely loved this Mini Boppy for tummy time! I loved that it had little attachments that baby couldn’t pull off and it get away from them. The attachments kept my baby entertained trying to get them, playing with the crinkly sound, chewing on them, and just looking at them.

It definitely made tummy time ALOT easier. Plus it is pretty small, so you can take it on the go and use it anywhere!.

Love this for multiple uses. Tummy time, nursing, and just general playing with the baby. He loves looking at the colors/patterns. It is very easily washable as well for all those times he spits up.

My baby loved this! She liked that the little book has the crinkley sounds and the little teething ring is attached and slides back and forth. We used it for as long as we could (aka until she started walking basically).

Definitely recommend.

I adore Boppy nursing pillows. I wish I had one with my first and second child. I bought 2 for my 3rd child. I got a very pretty flower boppy and I got another boppy with a soft slip cover. The covers come off easily and are machine washable.

You can buy more covers and change them out. The boppy is inexpensive. It’s very convenient for nursing. Or just comfortable holding your baby. It’s great for tummy time and help while sitting. It’s not recommended for naps but under supervision, I have used it to elevate my baby while napping since she had reflux.

Boppy is marketed as the iconic breast feeding support pillow and i understand the appeal. I actually had two: this one and a super soft grey whale one that didn’t have a removable cover (at least I don’t think so??) and it was SO CUTE in comparison to this pillow.

I was worried that I would ruin the cute one, so I used this one right out the gate after my son was born. And idk, honestly. I was far too lazy to have to position this pillow around my body in the middle of the night during the first month of breastfeeding so I gave up pretty quickly on using this thing and used a square/rectangular decorative bed pillow instead.

Aside from the print, I also wasn’t impressed with the softness of the cover. I think I used this as back support or as my pillow after a couple nights because the pillow itself is super comfortable and versatile.

And I used the super cute soft one to position my son when he was older, especially when I took those monthly pics of him!.

I brought this to the hospital when I had my first. It turned out to be too big for my newborn even at 8+ pounds. She would sorta get too wedged in between the pillow and my torso, and it was not tall enough on the sides to support her for football hold/side carry.

Fortunately, the hospital had a lactation center and the consultant suggested that I try the My Breast Friend (MBF) nursing pillow. That worked a lot better, at least for the first 6 months to a year.

When my baby got a bit bigger so that she wouldn’t get wedged down, the Boppy became easier to use. It’s super easy to put on and take off due to the simple horseshoe shape. If you prefer more security, the MBF has a waist strap which also makes it easier to carry IMO.

The Bobby is easier to clean and switch covers.

Purchased the Bright Start Tummy Time Prop & Play just this last weekend for my 4 month old grandson. This is our 6th grandchild and we have had a number of Baby Gear & Activity items such as this. This has been the absolute worse item.

Our grandson is of average weight/length for a 4 month old & the prop-up collapsed immediately when I set him up against it. It just is not made strong enough for any infant to be placed against it. Paper cloth & plastic stays just don’t do the trick.

The slippery synthetic fabric of the pillow against the mat causes the pillow to slip around & baby to slide off it also. I would never consider machine washing with the stays and the Paper Cloth the prop is made of.

This item is no where worth the money & could be dangerous. Sorry I allowed the cuteness of this item to cloud my judgment.

It’s a cute mat but the photos make it look way more plush and thicker than it really is. Another issue I have is that there’s only a flimsy piece of cardboard that props it up in the back and the slightest bit of push on it makes it fall down, since my baby always pushes on it to play with the attached toys, i don’t bother propping it up anymore.

Not a good design at all for the price I paid for it.

My little one absolutley loved how interactive and bright this tummy time mat is! Even the older siblings thought it was so neat that their little baby sibling had a video game toy and I love that the wedge part is fully machine washable.

Its a highly interactive and engaging toy to keep tummy time interesting. I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family. The toys that come with it can even be detached and put on other items or played with on their own as well.

The primary colors are nice and bright and fun for baby. Tummy time used to be a struggle, but not anymore with this exciting new littlest gamer tummy time mat, it has provided lots of fun and entertainment for everyone especially baby.

Its so cute to see all of my littles wanting to interact together and play with this exciting new toy! I highly recommend it. The wedge part is also nice and soft for baby, but firm enough to still be safe for little ones to lay their tummy on.

This is just such a wonderful bright toy! It is so realistic and engaging from birth on up. I know we will get lots of use out of this toy for sure. I really wish this toy would have been around when my older children were this age because it would have allowed for tummy time to be so much more enjoyable.

It was always a struggle to do tummy time and build up those muscles they need so much! The product is bright and cheerful as well as very well made and high quality which I love about fisher price products.

Okay so, my baby is 9 months old, a little old for this but he still enjoys the sound of the crinkle pad. He plays with it sitting up, and it doesn’t keep his interest long. The toys are cute and he enjoys teething in them.

The toys can be removed from the pillow for independent play, and for wiping down. You could also hook your own toys on the loops if needed. One thing I don’t care for, however, although they remove from the pillow, they should have a way to un Velcro or remove from the material piece for sanitization.

With this being on the floor, these pieces see dog hair and the whole 9 yards. Wiping is sufficient but on occasion a good sanitize is a good thing and the material getting wet is kinda gross. The pillow is filled a good amount and feels comfortable to the touch.

One big thing I appreciate about this toy is it has no batteries and no sounds. It requires interaction to make a noise with the touch of crinkle paper or shake of a rings. These things teach our kids so much more than noisy toys.

They learn cause and effect, etc. so valuable for a little one just exploring the world for the first time. Tummy time age is so short for my babies it seems, so this isn’t something I would purchase just because the short duration of use, however if it was gifted I definitely would be happy to have it.

The Fisher Price Littlest Gamer Tummy Wedge does exactly what it is supposed to do. It helps to prop up the baby from the floor so they can have tummy time without their face being on the floor. The Littlest Gamer tummy wedge has bright colors of green, orange and red and is in the shape of a super cute gaming remote.

The tummy wedge has a soft terry texture for the baby to lay on. Attached to the front of the wedge is a crinkle page for the baby to crinkle. There are two play rings that can be attached to the side of the wedge.

One of the rings is in the shape of gamer headphones and the other set is of a bright green baby bottle that rattles. Our baby played on the Littlest Gamer for about 5 minutes. We had our baby lay on the wedge and play and sit up next to the wedge and play with the baby rings and the crinkle page.

You can definitely use the wedge to play with your baby once they can sit up on their own. What we wish the Little Gamer Tummy wedge had is a sound button and maybe a shiny material to act as mirror.

Love this tummy time pillow. The incline is not too sleep for baby unlike other larger pillows. Love the rattle thy baby can play with during tummy time. The pillow has two different patterns on either side.

I use the soft to rest baby’s head at times at a bit of an incline.

My little boy had brain surgery at 6 months old and lost all control of neck I never knew of this sort of tummy time cushion but this is amazing he is slowly learning to hold his head lovely product he now crys wen hes taken off tummy wear as befor he hates it because of poor neck control.

Bought his pillow for tummy time. My little one loves it. It’s the perfect shape and size for her and to mention super soft. She enjoys looking at the toys which have a variety of textures and colours to keep her occupied.

This has been a great purchase for us.

Haven’t had a chance to use yet but the toys are lovely and the pillow is so soft, just beautiful. Only downside is the “mirror” on the penguin is like it’s frosted so won’t be a clear reflection. Other than that perfect.

Really cute tummy time pillow , does the job great whilst also keeping her amused ! She doesn’t get bored too quickly with the toys. We bought this as it looks nice , it helps with tummy time and we love the penguin as we call our little girl baby penguin ! Really well made would recommend and the price is amazing.

I wish I had bought this sooner. It’s perfect for a newborn and adapts as the baby gets bigger and more nimble. Lovely fabrics and the reverse is equally as pretty. Easy to use and helped give me more confidence with tummy time with my baby.

This tummy time pillow is perfect for s very young baby. The smaller ring is perfect. Combined with the tummy time book it’s a great way to get your baby interested in sounds and pictures. The pillow allow for comfort and safety when on her tummy and will help to build her muscles and strength.

Great pillow my baby actually enjoys tummy time now it helps him a lot and has given him the confidence to do more tummy time unassisted. It’s soft and a great height for him.

My 11 week old hates tummy time and usually only lasts on her stomach for a minute before the tears begin. I bought this product out of desperation not really expecting much. I was so pleasantly suprised to see that she actually enjoys tummy time when we use this! She’ll happily lay on her stomach for 10-15 minutes at a time.

Total life saver. I love that it converts to a chair but I don’t find it’s sturdy enough to support the weight of my 12. 5 lb daughter. Regardless it is worth it to me for the tummy time alone, not to mention it’s adorable and very well made!.

I have received the Prop-A-Pillar Tummy Time & Seated Support from Infantino to facilitate my review. Overall, I like the Prop-A-Pillar Tummy Time & Seated Support from Infantino. I have a 5 month old son and he likes using it for tummy time for short periods, and will sit in it (in the chair position) while I get myself or my toddler ready.

It’s a nice alternative to a bouncy seat, but a little floppy even with the attached Velcro straps securely fastened. My son is not sitting well independently yet, so this could change over time, but right now I worry that the seat will tip over while he’s in it, so I have propped it up in a corner for added stability.

I like that he can access the toys and he especially likes the crinkly sunshine/mirror toy. You could also attach a favorite toy or extend the toys reach with plastic links to make them more accessible in the seated position.

As it is, my son can barely reach the white “button” tether toy to bring it to his mouth. The design is quite cute and not overly gaudy in my opinion. I like this toy, but wouldn’t I rave about it at this point, due to the lack of stability and restricted access to the toys.

As soon as I took it out of the box I was very impressed with the quality and thought that went into the design.

I decided to start my baby off with the “tummy time” position/configuration (because she’s still a little too small for the seated position). She instantly fell in love with the “pillar’s” face and the attached teether & mirror (added perks)! This has become one of her favorite daily “toys” since day 1.

I love all of the different colors, patterns & textures this item offers. I also love the attached fabric/mat on the bottom. This is very convenient if you don’t have anything else to lay/sit your baby on (one less thing to think about).

I currently have this sitting on a cabinet in my livingroom while not in use and my baby always needs to pet it when we walk by it 🙂 I look forward to using the seated support position once my baby’s at that point! Awesome product & design features!.

I’ve had this for a couple of months now. My boy didn’t really like using it at the start, as he hated tummy time. Then started to love listening to the music and see it light up. I believe this toy helped my boy so much with his head control.

And now that he doesn’t need it, I have detached the giraffe from the toys. My boy still loves pressing the buttons and listening to the music as we sing the songs. And seeing himself in the hipo mirror.

Overall, highly recommend.

This is a great toy for tummy time for any infant and continues to grow with them with detachable toys. My 2 month old granddaughter has started tummy time and it grabs her attention immediately. I also got one for my 4 yo grandson when he was a baby.

He also enjoyed it immensely.

this is a very different tummy Time pillow compared to the other ones that are out there. While the shape is really neat it resembles a very cute giraffe which is nice and soft and plush and very easy to clean and sanitize.

I like the fact that all the toys are detachable which makes them really easy to clean which is important because babies chew on them. it provides different textures and shapes and even music and lights to stimulate your baby’s brain.

I was sent this product by Infantino and asked to test it out and leave a review. My daughter is just shy of 3 months old and the prop-a-pillar has been fantastic for tummy time. Both my son’s absolutely hated tummy time so I fully expected the same from my daughter but she is so happy and content.

I love the design of this, the material is easy to clean if baby spits up or drools over it, it’s bright and fun looking. The crinkly additional toy is great to use to encourage baby to turn his/her head.

My little one isn’t quite holding her head up on her own but I decided to try out the seat so I could still comment on it. Again, I think it’s great! There’s lots of support and it feels pretty sturdy too.

My little one was really content sitting there (with me sitting behind her giving additional support because she’s still not quite strong enough). I’d definitely recommend this to other moms. Well done Infantino on a great product!.

This is nice in theory, but execution is bad. My son is 4. 5 months, 27 inches and 16lbs. He’s already learning to sit and this did not help at all. Sometimes he can maintain his balance but not for too long but this seat is not stable enough for even an experienced sitter to sit in.

And the caterpillar converted to the tummy time position is also a no-go. He absolutely hated the pillow. It was very thick and to have that under his chest was awkward. I tried it for 3 days and it just didn’t work for us.

I know some babies are picky, but the seat itself isn’t stable and I would not recommend this to anyone. I like Infantino but this particular item is horrible.

My daughter really likes playing with the Prop-a-Pillar! She enjoys grabbing and chewing the detachable toys and the caterpillars head during tummy time. The colors on it are very cute and the way it winds up to a baby seat is really neat and useful! Overall the quality of it is fantastic – the fabric is thick, it is fully padded and props her well, and the attachable toys are great.

The only reason I rated it 4 stars is because she tends to fall out of the seated stance. It isn’t quite as supporting as other baby seats but she is only 6 months old, once she starts getting the hang of sitting a little more I think it will be a perfect transition toy for her.

For the first 3 weeks Absolutely amazing. Couldn’t fault it. After then it becomes unstable and doesn’t stand up. Flops to one side. Shame from a brand like fisher price. It’s only 6 weeks old. Stick with a roller type.

This is fantastic Tummy time toy. The little toys to explore and grow with are fantastic too.. Our little person is just beginning tummy time but watchin them grow with it will all add to the fun..

My 3 month old turned a corner on tummy time using the llama just the once & now she’s going from strength to strength in terms of neck strength & other motor skills. 100% worth the price & surprisingly cheap for how great it’s been for us.

I love this product for its 2 in 1 features of supporting both seating my baby as well as tummy time. Started using this when my baby was 4 months old, and I don’t see us stopping any time soon. We have mostly used this in it’s seated position as my baby loves to sit up, and I feel by doing so she has learned pretty early on how to sit up on her own already now at 5 months.

The crinkle toy and teething ring are also helpful for her to grab on to. Baby is also relatively good at tummy time regardless, but she definitely enjoys doing it more on this vs. her regular playmat as she gravitates towards the colors.

and the pillow is comfy! Definitely recommend. I have received this item from Infantino to facilitate my review.

Die kleinen Spielzeuge können schön in die Tasche hinein gesteckt werden, an dem Blatt, am Mund oder an der Decke befestigt werden. Das finden wir ganz toll, denn so gibt es immer wieder Neues zu entdecken.

Die orange farbige Möhre dient zugleich als Beißring und hilft unserem Sohn beim Zahnen sehr. Er will die Möhre schon garnicht mehr hergeben. Ständig nimmt er sie in den Mund und kaut auf ihr herum. Dabei ist er sehr zufrieden.

Scheinbar ist sie sogar besser, als die herkömmlichen Beißringe. Aber nicht nur die Möhre ist toll, sondern auch der Spiegel. Unser Sohn liebt Spiegel einfach. So guckt er sich manchmal minutenlang im Spiegel an und ist einfach happy.

Die Melonen Rassel ist auch richtig niedlich und vom Klang her sehr angenehm und nicht zu laut. Das niedliche Lama wird aber auch gerne zum Kuscheln und schmusen genommen und auch die große Schwerter hat viel Freude daran.

Was uns auch noch sehr positiv aufgefallen ist , dass das Lama überhaupt nicht komisch gerochen hat und wir es unserem Sohn sofort zum Spielen geben konnten ohne schlechtes Gefühl. Und wenn es mal mit etwas Spucke etc.

Das Lama bringt viel Zubehör mit: Im Hals befindet sich eine Rassel. Die kleine Decke lässt sich vom Körper abwickeln und knistert beim Anfassen oder darauf liegen, zudem kann das weitere Zubehör in einer Tasche daran verstaut werden.

Bei Nicht-Benutzung geht so nichts verloren – super praktisch, man weiß ja wie schnell solche Teile mal unterm Sofa oder in irgendeiner Ecke verschwinden. Ein Spiegel kann an der langen Zunge befestigt werden, so dass das Kind in Rückenlage auf der Decke liegen und nach oben in den Spiegel schauen kann.

Viel ist durch den Spiegel allerdings nicht zu sehen (aus Sicherheitsgründen besteht der Spiegel natürlich nur aus einer art reflektierenden Folie, nicht aus einem echtem Spiegel). Ein Beißring und eine zusätzliche Rassel in Melonen-Form sind ebenfalls dabei.

Mir gefällt besonders gut die Idee, dass es “mitwächst”. Das Kind kann in den ersten Lebensmonaten in Rücklage zum süßen Lama aufschauen während das Lama bei Bewegung rasselt. Nach ein paar Monaten kann das Kind sich in Bauchlage auf dem flauschigen Körper auflehnen und mit dem Zubehör und der Knisterdecke beschäftigen.

Später ist das Lama mit seinem langen Hals und den langen Beinchen prima geeignet um durch die Gegend geschlurft zu werden. Insgesamt ist das Lama eine gelungene und wirklich süße Abwechslung zu Erlebnis-Spieldecken.

Im Unterschied zu den Decken hat das Lama auf jeden Fall Potenzial lange ein treuer Begleiter zu bleiben!.

My friends told me I wouldn’t need a tummy time mat, so I just used a soft blanket at first. My son fussed and I felt terrible giving him tummy time. At two months, we received this as a gift. and it made all the difference in the world! My son still fusses a little bit, but only after about 15 minutes of tummy time instead of right away.

He likes the crinkly frog face and the pillow makes tummy time easier on everyone. I use the mirror for tummy time and I carry it with us everywhere. It sounds crazy but that mirror can get him smiling any time! Everything has been really easy to wash.

Definitely worth registering for.

My daughter was attached to this mat for the first few months of her life! Even though it’s small, it was the perfect size because she didn’t go anywhere! The little tummy pillow was adorable, but honestly, she usually stayed on her tummy without using it.

When she first learned to sit, we’d prop the little pillow behind her and she’d just sit on the mat and play with the little toys. Hinestly, we got so much use out of this. We loved it!.

My son hasn’t quite mastered tummy time. He isn’t a fan since he can’t just crawl away, he gets frustrated. This May is great though with the pillow and mirror. The mirror has extended the time we are able to do tummy time and the pillow makes it a little more comfortable.

Overall this is great and a great price!.

I love how soft the material is, I know my baby is comfortable during every nursing session! It also gives me so much support, I’ve tried many well know breast feeding pillows and have always been uncomfortable! I got to the point where I would just nurse hunched over back aching because at least I could make sure babies latch was right, this pillow unlike the others allows me to get a deep latch and remain comfortable! I even used the pillow for newborn photos, and let’s just say the came out better than I could have hoped for.

I love that every aspect was beautifully thought of from the look and feel to use! Tummy time has been an absolute breeze and I can’t wait to use it for our next milestone (sitting up). I love all my snuggle me products the lounger has been a lifesaver and the covers for both feeding and lounging are unbelievably amazing, especially when you have a baby with reflux and a tendency to have blowout!!!! The ease and worry free aspect of knowing I can was the cover and not spot clean like many other breast feeding pillow sets this way far above the others, there is no competition.

Great quality, supportive pillow. American made and organic is hard to come by, and that is what caught my eye first. We used regularly for feedings. I preferred this over the boppy because of the tapered sides.

I found it to be more comfortable and just as supportive. Our son didn’t like tummy time on the ground, so this was a great option to get him on his stomach safely. As baby grew older it was also nice for support while mastering sitting.

Now that he is a toddler, he uses it regularly to lay on. Overall I definitely feel like it was worth the extra money to buy the Snuggleme instead of the Boppy. I definitely recommend getting a cover or two.

This is a great tummy time mat. I like that you are able to set the sides up or lay them flat. My baby also loves the crinkle bear toy that comes with it. It also has a nice little prop up pillow. The one thing I would change is to have the mat be a little bit bigger for when the baby rolls.

We used this mat with both of my kids. It’s cute, it serves its purpose, but it’s flimsy. The little mirror got scratched up really quickly and the only toy my kids liked was “squishy bear” as we called it.

We use this tummy time prop and play mat with my nephew when he stays with us and it is absolutely fabulous! He loves playing with the toys and rolling over to look in the mirror. I love that the mat will be able to grow with him as he begins sitting with more confidence.

I ordered this for my grandson for Christmas, it is beautiful, comes in a dust bag. It is made to perfection, the texture of it is beautiful, practical and perfect for Tummy time. Safe and sturdy. My daughter loved it and will definitely be looking for more things from you.

The crocodile cushion makes tummy time much more comfortable for our baby and she loves grabbing the rings and furry spikes. She is still only managing short amounts of tummy time, but is able to hold her head up really well! It is also really cute and doesn’t take up too much room if you are short on space.

I bought this in the sale and despite it being reduced I still feel it was overpriced. The design is lovely, the quality is great. But it’s a little too hard for my little one and so we don’t actually get that much use out of it.

The accessories are a bit too close to the cushion so hard for baby to interact with when leaning on the cushion.
