20 Best Tupperware For Freezing (2022 Updated)

The size is just right. They freeze very well. And you can take them from the freezer to the microwave. However I do not. The main reason is that much of the soup I make is tomato. If you microwave the tomato soup in the extreme container it will stain.

So I simply thaw my soup, put it in another container to microwave it. No problem and the containers, when removed from the dishwasher look just like new! I recommend these to anyone who makes soups or freezes leftovers.

I plan to order more.

I’ve had these shoes 3 weeks and It was a good buy. They are comfortable. They appear durable. Good arch. Good slip ones.

I wear an 11W in Sperry and Merril. I mail-ordered an 11W of this shoe from Drew. I couldn’t even get it on my foot. So relative to Merril and Sperry, it runs small.

I am so happy that I bought these a few weeks ago. The containers fit inside each other and that makes for great storage. I have had zero issues with leaks. So far these are absolutely wonderful, and I will probably order more!.

Have been using them to organize my pantry. Can easily see the contents. They look very nice and all sizes use the same size lid.

Good quality containers! They seal tight so they are good for my soups. I use them for everything!

These are small but I love them! They are perfect for making single serving leftovers. If I have too much leftover for one container, I just use more – the joys of having 40 available!!! The lids are super tight so no spillage, I can stack 3 or 4 on top of each other in the refrigerator – great for saving space.

I’ve put them in the top rack of the dishwasher and they come out perfectly. No regrets!.

These items appear to be the proper plastic and quality, but their shape is not as pictured. They appear to be about as wide as they are tall, but the ones that came are broad and shallow. I suspect they’re using the 16oz photo for the 8oz listing.

This would not be an issue except I was looking specifically for a certain size/shape. I needed it to be cupholder friendly, and these are not.

I made a mistake by selecting Reditainer over Newspring. First of all, the picture depicts 8 oz container (not the 16 oz as advertised). The material is below average to low quality plastic. Having used the Newspring 8 oz containers for quite some time, I wanted to give it a shot to Reditainer 16 oz.

I should have purchased Newspring 16 oz instead. Last but not least, $13. 50 is way overpriced for such a low quality plastic product.

Haven’t used for long, but I’m happy with them. I just throw them in the dishwasher so they’re very easy to clean. The glass is thick so it feels pretty durable, and the lids are very secure. I got these so we can use them for non-baby food too in the long run.

I also like that they stack on top of each other nicely when I put them in the fridge.

Great item. I use them for either making my own baby food or store bought, to store in the fridge. They hold up well in the dishwasher as well. I have been using it for almost 2 months now and i love the tops on them.

Easy to measure out and feed baby directly from the container. Freezing is also not an issue. Overall I would recommend this product and soon I will purchase some more. I just didn’t like that it’s a little more expensive than I’d like, but I can just use a coupon for it.

These are nice! I freeze leftover stew, pasta dishes, etc. for my husband to take in his semi truck. They are great in the freezer, microwave w/out cover, and general storage. I have a feeling there are going to be a lot put to use in the truck as well for storing rice, snacks, using for mixing bowl or whatever.

I plan to purchase other sizes of these.

I had gastric bypass and got these to freeze food that I can make in bulk. They are great. Very well constructed, can write on, and work good even for left overs. Thinking of buying more.

These Glad Entree containers are my absolute favourite for meal prep, I’ve used them for years! Both the medium and tall ones are great, seal tight, and are super easy to clean. I’ve used them for pasta, salads, wraps, subs w/ veggies on the side, rice, etc.

Sadly I think Glad is in the process of discontinuing them because they’re crazy expensive or just plain unavailable elsewhere, so thankful that Big Lots is still carrying them at a reasonable price and I was able to stock up!.

In an effort to save money eat healthier, by NOT spending $5. 00 EACH on salt-laden frozen entrees for my husband’s work lunches, he began using supper leftovers for his lunch. This was a BIG WIN all the way around, until my more expensive storage bowls and lids started NOT COMING HOME with him.

We had the right idea, but we needed these reusable storage bowls and lids to make the idea extensively cost effective. Mission accomplished. These containers are reusable multiple times, and come out PERFECT from the top rack of the dishwasher.

The best part is my Hubby IS remembering to bring these home, so our original plan has truly come to fruition. I absolutely recommend these for the aforementioned reasons. They have also proved useful to send food home with family members after Pot Lucks, and for us to bring foods home from other family members dinners.

I use these to make large salads for lunch. I will make 2 at a time and store one for the next day. If I fill it up with washed lettuce, and then add my other salad items, it is the perfect size to enjoy a salad and be full.

Also very portable with the lid and I can take it along on busy days in a lunchbox with ice packs. I wash them on the bottom rack of the dishwasher and they have survived fine using the 3 containers every day for 5 months now.

Not bad for a disposable container. I’m ordering more just to have on hand as I like them so much.

This tub is the best for storing home made ice cream, gelato, etc. Believe me, I’ve tried several storage options over the years. It keeps the ice cream fresh (and soft!). I have not seen any freezer burn or ice crystals form, including items that were in my freezer longer than recommended.

I like this product so much that I bought several more. These tubs are also easy to stack on top of each other in the freezer if desired.

We use this regularly. It lives in our freezer full of homemade ice cream. The lid is easy to remove and the tub is easy to clean. I didn’t think it would make a difference but the ice cream stays fresh in it more than standard plastic container.

these containers do what they’re advertised to do. They’re very sturdy. They’re good for portion control. Only thing, when I ordered them, I thought they were bigger in size. Guess I should have paid more attention to the description.

Best portioning container for once a month cooking. Stacks very well in freezer, owned most of mine for 2 years + and no cracks in this size and large. I store vegetable, beef and chicken stock in the freezer as needed and it’s perfect and individual meals.

I have 30 of the small one’s and 10 of the large.

I’ve been using Glad for many years. They come in different sizes and colors so that’s fun!! Prices are good. Durable. Great for packing foods, meal prep, lunches and much more. I would definitely recommend.

I really love the Ziploc freezer. I never have an issue with putting items such as leftovers in them in the freezer. I’ve never had an issue with any of them cracking. They are super easy to clean. I would definitely recommend.

These are really Crack resistant in freezer and withstand extreme temperatures I use them and have used them for several years as freezer storage, for microwave, and dishwasher. Tight-fitting lids lock in freshness and prevent messy leaks.

I love them and sad they are discontinued.

These containers helped me portion pasta salad for a party. They worked great and I continue to use them.

Great for storing single servings in the freezer. The one-pint size in this brand is only one pint if you fill to the very top — and that is something you do not want to do if storing in the freeze (because of expansion of the food as it freezes).

I always try to stop filling near the bottom of that one-inch top rim to play it safe. If you really need to store a full pint, I recommend the 1. 5 pint size (which again is only that size if you fill to the very top).

I use both and need both sizes. It is a good quality of plastic and the lids have a good sort of “snap” feature in one corner to let you know if you have closed the container fully and properly. I have had these for about 5-7 years and only one lid and one bottom have cracked on me in all that time.

Love these freezer boxes! May sound old fashioned, but these are the same kind of boxes my mom used many years ago. Tried & true – they are sturdy, stack well and protect the contents from freezer burn.

I tried a name brand “freezer container” from a big box store last year for sweet corn. Those containers cracked and there were ice crystals inside. These Arrow containers are all I will use to preserve fresh produce.

Growing up in a family that loves leftovers, I was always taught that having multiple food storage containers is a must! Not only do you need to have several of them, you need to be able to organize them and keep them clean with as little effort as possible.

These storage containers do all that and more. Easy to stack, durable, and best of all, it holds up in the dishwasher. They also continue standing up to the the abuse of being used in the microwave. In our house, things don’t last long if they can’t be tossed in the dishwasher with little or no pre-rinsing.

We used these for to store all sorts of messy/colorful/sticky foods and the containers aren’t showing much wear or stains (compared to other storage containers we’ve recently used). The only issue we had was with soups/liquids.

The seal is not super tight which does allow liquid to flow out slowly if upside down or tipped on its side. This isn’t a huge deal for us but I can see folks who transport soups for work, may want to use something else.

Highly recommended for anyone who brings leftovers to the office for lunch. Not to mention those who don’t like handwashing their storage containers!.

Very disappointed in rubbermaid brand with these. They only last about two or three times. I only used them to store homemade dog food in fridge or feezer. They crack easy and become super brittle in the feezer.

They would not last if you actually used them for lunch items or things you carry out of the house. I never microwaved them and only hand wash them, but I can’t see them lasting in the microwave or a dishwasher either.

The plastic is awful compared to my other thicker more flexible plastic rubbermaid products, I have used rubbermaid for 40 years and they have now lost a customer. They got super cheap and now have terrible quality.

I take my lunch to work a lot. Having a container to do this helps. The Rubbermaid TakeAlongs, food storage containers are a 5. 2 Cup Square bowl. They are reusable which saves a lot of money. They are big enough to hold a sandwich.

The bowls are clear with red lids. In my opinion a sealable bowl helps keep my food fresh. Also you can warm up your food in these bowls. There are 8 bowls. That makes it easier planning lunches for myself and my kids.

The bowls are not flimsy. They are sturdy. I like these bowls. They hold anything you need them to. They are easy to transport and easy to clean. I can pack 2 bowls in my lunch bag and still have room for anything else I want to take.

The lid attaches easily and you can hear it snap on so you know it is closed. Overall, I would recommend these bowls. You can use them anywhere you need a bowl. I like there is 8 to a pack, I know there is plenty for everyone then.

The brand is trustworthy. The bowls are better than similar ones. These would be great as a gift or for personal use at home, school, or at an office. These are worth being bought.

If these are the same I have, can’t totally tell from the picture. They can be super annoying to clean. The o ring sealer needs to be pulled out and cleaned separate. I got these as a gift but I did look to get more and their ridiculously expensive for what you get.

I personally wouldn’t buy these again specifically for the cost.

These are my favorite for when I was making baby food. They store great in the fridge and freezer, held up well through many washes. Very durable. I love the tray for storage and freezing accessibility.

These are perfect for taking snacks on a trip, or my great granddaughter’s snacks for school. Nothing spills or gets crushed and saves me money in the long run on how many plastic bags I had been using.

For the most part these work great. They say dishwasher safe, but the silicone cover gets very spotty after washing and should be hand washed and dried. One major issue is they can be fragile. I was using our larger one to store shredded cheese.

When I pulled it from the fridge, alot of the cheese had stuck together and to the bottom of the container. I resealed it and tapped the container against the kitchen counter a few times and the corner of the container broke off.

Since I don’t keep receipts for any length of time Customer Service said without a receipt, I was out of luck. Until the plastic container broke, it worked fine. So just beware these are fragile and they’re no Tupperware.

One of my most recent purchases! This is a great food storage system idea! Comes with 6 containers and 6 lids that fit inside eacheother for easy storage when not using. They keep my food nice and fresh and also that strech silicone lid helps when I put a bit more food than the size of the container because the lid does stretch over the piled up food and secures it.

The lids also locks, which keeps everything airtight for extra freshness! Another great thing about these is, they are dishwasher safe, and if food gets stuck in the grooves, I can pop out the silicone insert for better cleaning! I love the color too! I even threw out for recycling, some of my other containers that don’t keep my food as fresh as these do! I bought a second set to send to my daughter and because they’re so wonderful, I bought another double set for both of us, which I’m expecting in the mail soon! For my daughter, my intention was to save these sets as a Christmas gift, but I debating on sending them to her sooner because I know that she will enjoy them as well, and I can’t wait to share them with her!.

I put one of the containers and the lid in the dishwasher before using. It caused the silicone part of the lid to discolor and look foggy and no longer clear. Not a huge deal, but you will want to wash the lids by hand if you want the lid to stay clear.

I put water in the container and placed it at an angle to see if it would leak. After a few days and changing the position of the container multiple times it never leaked. Putting the lid on the container with four flaps is a bit annoying and can be both easy and cumbersome, but if you want want leak-proof then that seems to be the trade-off.

Sometimes the lid goes on easily, sometimes I have to fuss with it. These containers are microwave safe which is the most important feature to me. Overall, I recommend these containers.

These containers are perfect for me to use in my freezer. I use all sizes but prefer not to use the 1/2 gallon because the lids tended to break for me. The other sizes are great with the square shape to stack and organize the freezer using all the space so perfectly! I wash by hand but have been using them for years no problems.

I cook different types of foods for elderly friends and family and they really are nice for them and there smaller freezers. They always tell me that they like the shape to save room for them. I’m very happy with this product!.

I recently went looking for more Hefty freezer containers and could not find them anywhere. I bought these Arrow on a whim and imagine my surprise when they came in. they were a duplicate design of my old Hefty’s, including the lid.

Now, if they hold up as well as the Hefty’s I’ll be a very happy camper. Of course, I’ll have to wait 20 years to find out!!!!.
