16 Best Turkish Delight Online (2022 Updated)

I think experiencing Turkish Delight for the first time is a rite of passage for most American kids who read the Narnia books. I didn’t want my child to miss the searing sense of betrayal, naturally, so I ordered this.

She was excited, and eagerly bit off a corner piece. You could follow the trail of emotions across her face. At first, with chocolate, there was a smile and the sense that this is familiar. Then, a hint of something new.

A hesitation, a little uncertainty, puzzlement. Then as she chewed, dawning horror creeping slowly across her face. She looked around quickly for someplace to spit it out, gave up and swallowed with a visible effort.

Then she just kept shuddering and asking, “why?” It was pretty awesome, and she proceeded to gleefully share it with her cousins.

This is great with a good British tea. Take a bite, then sip, and the taste of Cadbury chocolate, and Rose water gently rolls across your palate. Not something for everyone, or everyday, but definitely enjoyable, and is way better with good tea.

The center is like jelly, and is not an authentic Turkish Delight experience. Thanks!.

I used to buy Turkish delight in Cananda. A different brand but I will give it a try. My mum used to buy turkish delight in square with powder sugar.

Decent packaged Turkish Delight. There is ‘enough’ pistachios in them where I can’t complain but they’re not stuffed or anything. They taste fine, and still soft and moist after arriving. It has a little bit more powdered sugar than I’d prefer.

I’ve never had Turkish Delight before so I thought I’d give it a try. It’s not bad, but definitely not to my tastes. I ate one piece and gave the rest away at work.

First time I ever purchased Turkish delight. I purchased the rose flavor. It is the most delicious candy!!

It does taste like roses, an when I gave some to a girlfriend of mine she said it tastes like rose flavored talcum powder , Americans grew up with rose scented talcum powder where I don’t think the Europeans would have , it’s a good product, but now I can say I had Turkish Delight.

These are fresh, clean, high quality Turkish delight candy pieces. Great transaction and I can’t wait to order more!

I love the chocolate on these bars it’s just so good. They have filled the bar with the right amount of Turkish delight. Good flavour. Love the colour of the packaging. I m a repeated buyer of these.

When I was a child, I read a book that talked about Turkish Delight. I always wondered what it was. I bought two of them and they are yummy. Light rose gel and chocolate. Great with tea.

Of course it isn’t real turkish delight and I fully admit I have only myself to blame. The review refering to childhood, the ingredients list, the price. I like real turkish delight, I like the rose flavour where appropriate, but not this.

The jelly is too soft, one piece is too large, and the chocolate coating (which is not usually part of turkish delight) too thin. But I can understand perfectly it’s not a bad choice for a cheap chocolately snack.

My darling dad passed away 2 years ago next month. ❤️ For my entire life he ate Fry’s Turkish Delight almost every day. As a child and also being a daddy’s girl, he’d always break a piece off for me and we’d sit together and thoroughly enjoy it.

Is it like “true” Turkish Delight? No. 🙄 But who cares when it tastes so good and brings back wonderful memories. 😍 The milky chocolate coating and the gooey centre are delicious. 🤤 I’m now 50+ and I still highly recommend it, especially if you need a quick sugar fix! 😉.

Not surprising that Fry’s are still producing this wonderful Turkish Delight! Loved it from the first bite as a child, and, to this very day, my favourite treat bar.

WAIT, PLEASE READ! A LITTLE LONG BUT THIS SHOULD HELP YOU DECIDE TO PURCHASE OR PASS!!! I purchased the Marble Rose Gold Chocolate palette during the Christmas rush from Marshall’s. I was so excited because I could not find this palette anywhere.

I decided to use it as the start to my Valentine’s Day series on my YouTube channel. Initially, I planned to do one look and give my first impressions, but the formula for this palette is unlike any I have ever known.

The marble shades are dry and powdery. almost dusty and not as pigmented as they look in the pan. I put these in my crease, but they were not pigmented enough to stand out. even when I cut the crease.

Then each of the other shades were this hybrid satiny matte with some pinpoints of silver or pink, possibly some golds, which I used on my lid. there was no shimmer-shim-shim!!! I did what I could to save the look and then decided that since I better understood how to use the shades, I would do a second eye look in reverse.

Amazingly, I pulled off an eye look with the satiny rose shades in my crease and the marble shades on my lid. I also found that if you layer the marble mattes with the satin shades. you get new, cute colors.

My eye look was bomb!!!!!! IF YOU DON’T MIND THE CHALLENGE, I RECOMMEND THE PALETTE. THE COLORS ARE PRETTY, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU LAYER THEM. USE A COMPANION PALETTE FOR A SPARKLING INNER CORNER AND CURVE UNDER YOUR BROW! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PALETTE FOR BEGINNERS, BUT THAT’S JUST MY OPINION.

I’ve been looking for an compact, everyday brown eyeshadow palette that fits my skin tone for awhile and was surprised to find it at Ulta in the Friends collection. I have a yellow undertones, so purples and mauves tend to look like bruises on my skin, or they’re much trickier to work with to make look good.

So I tend to gravitate towards peaches, pinks, corals, and browns. “Juice Box” has a barely-there purple undertone, but it helps the brown be more cool-toned for depth, so I’m not too mad about that.

It’s almost like a charcoal black, but one that can blend in with browns. This palette is brown with pinks: 1) My Sandwich – opaque, slightly peachy dusty rose 2) Leather pants – light pink shimmer, white shift 3) Break – mid-brown, with a slightly-red, but not too-red undertone 4) White Teeth – Rose gold shimmer, gold shift 5) Dinosaur – White shift, white shimmer, with a barely pink undertone 6) Fossil – Strong gold shimmer/foil 7) Juice Box – Very dark brown, charcoal-like 8) Keyboard – light-medium, warm clay brown 9) Unagi – Very strong copper shimmer/foil Like another reviewer said, the non-browns are pinks, not mauves.

The darkest shade Juice Box has a barely-there purple undertone, but it’s almost like a black-brown where the purple undertone seems to make it a better dark shade for this color scheme. The limited color story, along with a lack of redundant shades, makes it easy to form combinations.

Some examples I like: a) My Sandwich + White Teeth b) My Sandwich + Leather Pants c) My Sandwich + Keyboard + Fossil d) My Sandwich + Break + Key Board + Unagi e) My Sandwich + Break + Key Board + Fossil + Juice Box f) Keyboard + Break + Fossil I didn’t list Dinosaur because that is more of an inner corner highlight or topper.

It will show on the skin more as a white shimmer than a pink one. Shimmers apply best with fingers. They’ll barely show up w brushes. Not a con for me, but some ppl seem to care.

To begin I really like Makeup Revolution and their sister brands (e. g. [brand:makeup-obsession] , [brand:i-heart-revolution] , XX Revolution, [brand:revolution-pro]. ) and have made several online orders recently.

This palette was one of only a few items that has been a disappointment and I think it could be a great palette for someone who is new to makeup, wears very little makeup or is looking for some shimmer shadows that give subtle hints of colour.

I knew the palette was going to be exclusively formulated using shimmer eyeshadows which was fine because I have other matte shades with which I can mix and blend. The biggest issue for me is the lack of pigment in nearly every shade.

Perhaps it was on sale because it is older stock and the formula changed over time(?) but I tried various products including , , J. cat beauty Lock Seal, but none really helped the intensity. For those who like a mirror, the top is fully lined like the other Chocolate Bar palettes and the textured plastic shell helps prevent damage if there is a bump or small drop.

** The Bottom Line: the colour story with the Honey Chocolate palette is about as disjointed as my review. There was no colour payoff and I have not been able to use it for any looks so I guess it goes in the pile to hopefully donate- However there are other palettes in the line that I absolutely adore!.

I love these little guys so much. They are so good. Bite size fun in a bag. I do not buy them enough because they are expensive. I get them at Walmart.

I actually only discovered this chocolate a couple years ago because of my boyfriend. it is basically like a chocolate covered jube jube but BETTER! They mix of the two together just tastes so great.

They are on the pricier side i would say, Here in canada I can find these at metro or zehrs for about $5 a bag. Still would repurchase if I am really craving them lol.

These treats are the perfect size! Just the right amount of that yummy raspberry jelly, coated with a good quality chocolate. My sister used to take the full size Big Turk chocolate bars and put them in the freezer.

When frozen she would bang it on the counter, and OH was it good! I wish she was here today to enjoy these Big Turk Bites. She’d be in heaven!. But she already is. ??.

We first learned of Turkish Delight through the Chronicles of Narnia by C. S. Lewis. I saw these for sale and knew that our daughter would love them as she always loved the books and it would be fun to find out why Edward was willing to forfeit the Kingdom for these delicacies.

So, we all discovered that they are absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed how they were packaged – similar to the film. We’re not going to forfeit the Kingdom – but will enjoy the treats nonetheless!.

I wanted to try these treats for a long time. I never heard of Turkish Delight and it sounded exotic. I read all of the reviews and decided to try them. I was not disappointed. They are delicious. I will probably order more in the future.

This would make a nice gift for someone who doesn’t care for sickening sweet candy. Quite a treat.

I bought this candy because my grandchildren and I were reading C. S. Lewis’ book. Lion , the witch and the wardrobe. They asked me to make some Turkish Delight ,It’s a process that took almost two days , mainly waiting for it to settle.

This product is close to homemade. The flavor is delicate and the texture right on. Only one problem. just like Edmund. it’s difficult to stop eating this Turkish Delight.

This was my first time trying Turkish Delight, so I have no other experience with what it should taste like. I didn’t care for it, but that doesn’t mean someone who loves it wouldn’t love this.

Never had this before, too bland tastes like a lump of gelled sugar. Not a fav.

I can only eat gluten free food and am always looking for new treats. This was a pleasant sutprise. Better than I expected. Will order again.

I love this product! This is my second time purchasing it! I wear it daily without foundation or concealer and it evens out my skin tone adds a soft bronze and a light shimmer! I love love this company! I have been using this for over a year and gives perfect coverage and glow without heavy makeup underneath it.

Recently purchased lip gloss and 4 eyeshadow pans and can’t wait to try them! I highly recommend this bronzer palette and this company! Will purchase again I won’t go back to any other bronzer.

Great! The formula is buttery and blendable without being too dry or too greasy. The color payoff on this shade (Ingenue) is lovely for a natural look, which is what I’m going for. For reference, I have light ivory skin with a neutral undertone.

This color works beautifully with the tans, golds, and beiges that I already have from Juvias Place and ABH. Karity isn’t kidding. their formula IS GREAT and the price is CHEAP. I’ll buy more colors in the future.

Love this color. It’s very similiar to a popular color I used to use from a high-end brand. Goes on very smoothly and has good pigmentation. It’s a nice light peachy-champagne color. This is my first purchase from Karity, and I will definitely be buying more of these shadows.

They are an excellent quality for such an affordable price, and the ingredients are good quality and get a good health rating, which is important to me.

The new recipe (first found in my store 2/2022) is soft, with none of the classic waxy snap of the old bar. Additionally, the texture is nearly chewy. it sticks to your teeth in an unpleasant manner.

The worst though, is the cheap finish; it’s rough and grainy like all the inferior Hershey chocolate bars. It’s like they decided to take the nibs out of the melanger 12 hours early to save money. Heck, add a little fermentation, and this would probably be identical to a Hershey bar.

Yuck. Thanks for ruining a chocolate staple that I’ve eaten for years. I guess I’ll have to import the UK version to get decent chocolate from the famous purple wrapper. Please don’t follow in the footsteps of Butterfinger and destroy the core following with change for the sake of change.

About 2 yrs ago, Hershey’s changed the formula of Cadbury’s chocolate and it now does not taste like Cadbury’s should. I know because I’ve been buying it for years and I have definitely noticed the change.

The new recipe is vile– sickly sweet, not as smooth, harder and gritty in texture. They even changed the way the slab looked. It is so sad. I stopped buying it here in the U. S. and now get it from Britain, where is it has not been altered.

Shame on you Hershey’s.

I’m fortunate enough to visit Oxford (UK ) each summer and Cadbury is made in England. They make every sort of confection w this wonderful chocolate ! It’s even better than in the USA! But no matter how much you spend , you’ll not find a smoother chocolate than this!.
