I purchased this along with the thyroid support, in hopes that it would help with my joint pain from my Hashimotos. I was in constant pain before I started taking these. My joints always felt stiff sore and puffy.

These supplements have made such a huge difference. I usually only take 1 a day. But if I’m planning on doing more physical activity than usual I take the suggested 2 for that day and the following day and find that I’m not in agony requiring days of recovery like I used to.

I take Turmeric to help decrease inflammation in my body which then decreases pain. I find this supplement works just as well as other brands that cost 2-3 times as much. I take 3 tablets every evening where I used to have to take 500mg of Tylenol.

So much better for my body! I highly recommend Turmeric.

I am a Dr. and have taken another quercetin product before. My significant other is a Dr. We both have taken nutritional supplements for decades. We started this product as soon as I saw a video and reports of the effects of quercetin, especially combined with zinc, on covid-19 in mid March 2020.

I had to close my practice following Executive Order of the Governor. She rotates through a Respiratory Clinic and is exposed to flu patients frequently. I do think quercetin can be helpful regarding covid-19.

However, this product caused both of us to have gastric problems (upset stomach; decreased bowel movements), even taking 1/2 the recommended dose. We both stopped for a few days and restarted using product and confirmed return of same symptoms.

I recently added Swanson Quercetin Maximum 800 mg to my daily routine. I take it with Swanson Zinc Picolate & Swanson Vitamin D3. I have been plagued with massive sinus issues this year, to the point I frequently had what I call sinus flu.

I have severe allergies year round. This was recommended to me by a friend and it has helped a great deal to lessen my allergy symptoms. I’ve been taking 2 caps twice a day while the pollen is very high.

Hello! I am writing this review cause im very impressed and surprised with what this product does. Im a Physician Assistant in Rheumatology and I started recommending this product brand to ny patients since we recommend 1000mg once or twice daily.

My patients that have rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis , lupus ect feel great with it. It has drastically decreased their joint swelling and early morning stiffness. Would actually be very interested in selling these in clinic.
