20 Best Turmeric Ginger Tea (2022 Updated)

This Rishi turmeric ginger tea is the holy grail of all turmeric teas. It’s so soothing to drink and I love the bit of a bite that the spice gives it. I have tried many many many other turmeric teas in search of a good dupe because I hate Rishi’s plasticy mesh pyramid teabags.

I would vastly prefer a tea with less plastic and foil and more biodegradable packaging. But I have yet to find any tea that comes anywhere close to the flavor of this tea.

This black tea is packed with the flavors and aromas of blackberries and sage! If you have any doubts as to whether those flavors go together, I can assure you, it’s a match made in heaven! When you brew a cup and put it to your mouth to take a sip, you’re hit with the luscious scent of juicy blackberries! Then, take that first sip and savor the deep blackberry flavor combined with the very interesting taste of sage! The sage is not overpowering- it is just enough to add another level of depth and flavor to this cup of tea.

I’m really reviewing The Republic of Tea Blueberry Lavender flavor, but couldn’t find the exact match. I initially purchased this tea because it sounded smelled pretty. We are now on our 3rd canister of it.

It smells good and is lovely to drink. There is something about it that is soothing and wonderful. This tea brand is a bit pricey. But it is so nice feels like a self pamper – so I do think it’s worth it.

Its not the easiest to find, but i have purchased it at Whole Foods, Cost Plus World Market of course – Amazon.

I love blueberry green tea. Like love it, both hot cold. I find it to be a great way to wake up. For a while, it felt like was the only one available it’s flavor was definitely lacking. When I finally found Republic of Tea, it became my go-to blueberry green tea for a long time, I definitely recommend it.

However, once I found , I never looked back. If you can find it, I’d suggest that one. But The Republic of Tea is easy to find in the states, and it’s nearly as good.

Great Black Tea – these days it is harder to find a quality Black Tea anywhere especially as most retailers mix Black teas up with fruit infusions that they call Tea – so it is increasingly difficult to find real tea of such high quality at a good price!.

Hey! This here tea is delicious. Nice and gingery with a well-balanced sweetness. You can taste the honey. I started having it as a replacement for coffee, and I drink it every day. It brings me an immediate sense of warmth and comfort.

You can also have it cold, but I have not yet prepared it this way. Each sachet is filled with ginger-honey crystal pellets that look similar to instant coffee. You can modify the intensity of the ginger by increasing or decreasing the water.

I use about 1. 5 cups of water per packet. Be informed that this product does have added sugar and is not made from/of tea leaves. I am giving 4 stars for the added sugar. I purchased two boxes (20 packs each) on Amazon, and I can not stop giving it away to others to try.

I bought this tea to drink in the winter; it’s perfect to warm yourself up with. Each packet has easy-dissolve granules in it. I personally dissolve one packet of this tea in about 16-20 oz of boiling water, otherwise it’s too strong for me.

I always stir afterwards, although most times the tea has already dissolved. The liquid on its own is a little cloudy looking, which makes sense. Even though I dissolve it in so much water, it has the perfect sweetness.

The ginseng smells quite strong, but the flavour of the tea is balanced between the honey, ginger, and ginseng, with the bite of the ginger not too overpowering. Everyone in my family knows when I make this tea because the smell is so strong; it doesn’t put me off but may bother others.

Personally, I love drinking this in winter at night, especially since it’s caffeine free.

Delivery was on time! I usually have my sister bring me this tea from NY. I was so happy and shocked to learn that Walmart carried it. Ive never seen it in the Walmart store that I frequent , so I looked online and saw that Walmart carried not only the Honey Lemon Ginger but an assortment of flavors I never knew existed.

I revived my tea and surprised that I had 4 boxes ! I only ordered 2 boxes. Upon further investigation I saw that an order consists oF 2 boxes Since I ordered quantity of 2 , received 4. The tea is delicious! You can actually taste the ginger and honey.

Im a ginger lover so I require an envelope and a half of tea, but one envelope is more than sufficient. These are not teabags they are crystals like instant coffee , and dissolve in hot water. No need to add any sweetener, the honey does its job! This tea is perfect! I shared some with my neighbors and they love it! So much so that they are ordering it themselves.

I cant wait to sit in front of my fireplace and enjoy my perfect tea! I also plan to try the other teas this company offers!.

Really appreciate Celebration Herbals Double Chai tea since I can’t consume black or green tea nor tea substitutes such as rooibos. I drink it daily and prefer it cold so always brew up about 4 cups at a time and keep in fridge.

For a change I like to brew it with the Pukka Vanilla Chai which also contains no tea leaves. Big thanks to Healthy Planet for carrying Celebration Herbals Double Chai.

Too early to tell. No negative reactions as of late. Oh Have noticed a definite reaction on my complexion. Which is a definite plus. Good points no strings on the individual bags easy to discard after seeping in hot water.

About 25 bags enough to get a reaction or discovery if the tea is working. I will probably reorder a few more times because of its list of benefits and the teas flavor is good. Not bitter which is a definite plus!.

Absolutely awesome. Tea combo to try. 2 tea bags of earl gray, two of blackberry tea. Put in water cold, heat on medium till almost boiling. Let sit 20 minutes. Makes 2 quarts of amazing tea. Add sweetener to taste.

I ordered the tea for inflammation in my joints. I was so pleased that it shipped immediately to me. My daughter is pregnant and has severe nausea all day long. I started fixing the tea for her and she drinks some tea and nausea is gone.

I received samples of from the company and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Being a sufferer of several autoimmune diseases, chronic pain is a part of my every day existence. I’m always looking for natural remedies to help me find any amount of relief.

I expected the taste to be overpowering but, it wasn’t. It actually is quite mild with a hint of spice. It did help to ease some of the minor aches and pains but, that’s more relief than I had before so anything at all is a win in my book! Ive been brewing and drinking this tea for over five years now. I started when I decided to implement a “detox” program for myself because Id long been a functioning alcoholic and my doctor was increasingly concerned about it.

This particular tea was recommended to me and it became a key ingredient in my daily diet along with a dose of fresh lemon juice, organic apple cider vinegar and a dash of turmeric in an eight-ounce glass with water.

Three months later after reviewing my lab test results my doctor was smiling. I knew I was onto something and two years ago I gave up alcohol altogether. This tea has earned a place in my regular diet.

I brew enough to make 2-1/2 quarts on the stovetop and let 8 or 9 teabags steep for two to three hours. I stir in some organic honey while the pot is still semi hot, and before I pour it into a pitcher I add six or seven tablespoons of lemon juice.

I use a juicer on the lemons ahead of time and keep the juice refrigerated in a Mason jar so its always on hand. In my humble opinion this tea is not only good for your health and well being, its downright delicious.

CBD Turmeric & Ginger Tea is one of my favorite flavors! I drink it for good joint and anti-inflammatory health. Also, orange is my favorite color. Buddha Teas packaging and designs are delightful and beautiful.

First off, we love the tea. However, the last two times I have purchased it directly through Buddha Teas some of the tea bags seem defective. A lot of the ginger bits floating in your cup tends to lessen the experience of the tea.

This happened with about half the previous order and so far this order is a hit and miss.

I am so excited to have found I’ve tried other brands that contain turmeric but I had to mask the taste with a ton of honey. This one has an amazing flavor balanced with ginger, licorice root, lemongrass, orange and lemon.

This is one of my favorite teas. It is so warming and comforting. I feel healthier when I drink it like it is truly doing something for my wellbeing and immune system. I love the quality of this tea and that it’s organic.

It is also a really good tea to drink when you are feeling a cold coming on or are already under the weather as the turmeric can decrease inflammation and the ginger can help calm the digestive system.

A lovely tea for when you a feeling under the weather. I prefer this tea hot vs iced. The ginger is definitely a strong flavor, but balanced by the turmeric. Rishi has great packaging and is a “small” company I love to support!.

Delicious with just the right amount of ginger and sugar but you can always add more than the recommended 6oz. of water or less, hey it depends on your taste. I can’t understand how the one customer missed there is sugar in the tea as it is stated right on the FRONT of box “SUGAR ADDED,” in all capital letters and again on the rear right at the top under ingredients “cane sugar”.

Target sells it for less than the others.

Great ginger tea. Not too spicy, not too sweet. We love drinking them on a rainy day or when our stomach doesn’t feel well. We will buy them again.

I love the blend ginger/turmeric. I am not a fan of the orange essential oil component but overall the 2 spices are dominant and very pleasant to drink in the morning. And no other brand can offer such a lower price for an organic herbal tea.

I have purchase some ginger teas that were just too strong, and not palatable. This is nice and mild. And organic! I don’t really taste the turmeric, which is probably a good thing.

Was introduced to this tea and loved it; tried similar brands, but they were not the same. Something in this blend makes it wonderful. Got creative and tossed a bag into a pot of coffee I was getting ready to brew and came up with a super anti-oxidant herbal coffee.

Great with cream or chocolate and a dab of honey or other natural sweetener! Of course, it is delightful straight too!.

There is another review who had the unfortunate experience of the teabags breaking and the taste being too strong; sorry to hear that. I have not had the teabags breaking experience in all the times I have purchased this fabulous brand.

Yes, the turmeric is a pungent, distinct taste and mixed with ginger, so you are in for a bold, flavorful tea. I, personally, enjoy that the turmeric flavor comes through strongly! Remember, you can always change the amount of time you let it steep.

It’s quite perfect: turmeric, ginger. I needed just those two ingredients in an organic, non-gmo tea, and here it is. Brilliant.

Similar to my experience with Vadham teas; I was gifted a huge sampler set of 15 different types of tees from this brand from my cousin. Who is a brand ambassador for the company, Paromi. Let’s just say – my mom is an incredibly generous person, especially when it comes to her daughters, and we were legitimately fighting over the lemon ginger tea sampler LOL.

They have a huge spectrum of flavors types the tea materials all are naturally sourced, could you ask for more? I would honestly give this seven out of five stars if I could.

This is the most delicious tea I’ve ever had, really. I do add several drops of organic stevia but it’s like a decadent treat while winding down in bed for the night. At almost $10 for 15 bags it’s a bit extravagant for me, but thought I’d try it once but I would not be able to justify spending this on tea all the time.

I used to buy this tea from my local grocery story until they stopped carrying it, which was a shame because it was by far and away the best Earl Grey I have ever tasted. This is a calming tea. It’s easy to make and tastes great. The tea is not too aromatic but brews well. A great tea to have in the morning with breakfast or at any time of the day plus it contains turmeric.

It has a mix of flavors with lemon ginger and turmeric. It will have a calming effect on you. The taste is a bit strong if youre not use to drinking herbal teas. I normally drinking coffee but I really like the tea.

Its not like bagged tea you buy at the store regular black so its only one or two cups a day will be good.

This tea is amazing. I recently purchased this tea after being infected with Covid. I starting drinking 1-2 cups a day, along with my Covid meds and plenty of water. I can honestly report I have made a 100% recovery in a very short period of time.

This tea blend is beautiful and healing on many levels. The tea taste great and I noticed that it has helped with inflammation in the body. I normally suffer with back pain and since I have been drinking this tea, I truly believe the turmeric in the tea has helped with my back inflammation.

Thought I’d try something different and glad I did! For someone who loves coffee I wanted to incorporate more tea and this one will be one of my new favorite. Ginger but not too much and Turmeric but not too much! Soothing and spiced at the same time A must try!.

I was completely unimpressed when comparing this to another major brand of peach tea. I use herbal tea to add an accent flavor to my iced tea. The first thing I noticed was that for the same price you get 18 tea bags instead of 20.

The second thing I noticed was that packets are individually wrapped. It seemed wasteful. I’ve never had a problem with herb teas losing flavor or scent because they weren’t individually wrapped. The third thing was each tea bag is very small with much less content then the other brand.

Lastly, the flavor was almost imperceptible in my iced tea. I could taste a floral hint but that was it. For the same amount of money I can get a much more robust peach tea. It doesn’t have ginger and turmeric but it doesn’t matter to me because I couldn’t taste even a hint of it in what I made.

I am looking for a ginger tea that would hit my taste buds just right. I like peaches so I thought peaches and ginger sound good. I didn’t notice particularly that it also has tumeric. I personally feel ginger with peach would be great.

However, it would taste better without the tumeric. Of course I guess I could try just 1 tea bag per cup. Usually I’ve found Celestial Seasoning teas need 2 or even more for an 8 to 10 ounces cup because their teas are a lighter taste and if I like it I usually prefer more flavor.

So I will try it with 1 teabag next time.

I love this tea. I purchased it on a whim when i saw it had tumeric in it. I love the mild balance of peach, ginger, and tumeric. Some ginger peach teas that i’ve tried in the past are waaay to gingery and this one is just a nice even blend of both (not sure i really taste tumeric but to be fair, i don’t really know what that tastes like).

I’ve really been enjoying this as an iced tea. Very refreshing. I like my tea strong so many times i’ll use two tea bags but with this one, i only need one and it’s got enough strength without being too strong.

I highly recommend this.
