11 Best Tuscan Olive Oil (2022 Updated)

Pompeian makes the best cooking products I have tried and this organic EVOO is no exception. I prefer to use organic products when available and it’s very nice that this company has the option to do just that.

What’s even better is it’s not hard to find at a lot of the places I shop and reasonably priced. I use this stuff every single day for tons of different things. Cooking, baking, salad dressings, marinades, etc.

I even use this in some of the moisturizers I make. The taste is rich and robust but does not overpower food. I prefer to use a light drizzle of this on my salads rather than dressings that are full of processed ingredients.

I like that it’s recyclable and lasts a long time. It’s the only brand I use and I have a ton of their other products which are all fantastic as well. I’ve never had a negative experience with this company and their organic line is a terrific addition to an already wonderful line of products.

With having a big family to prepare and cook meals for flavor is important. Also, having a really tasty extra Virgin olive oil is key to delicious meals. I’ve used the Pompeian brand in the past and the products are good quality.

Pompeian gourmet select extra Virginia olive oil is absolutely tasty. I often use this type for my salads, breads, pestos and dipping or just drizzling over a meal for extra flavor. I love the pure, distinct, unique blend of the three olives used.

It has a rather fruity, sweeter flavor that sets this extra Virginia olive oil apart from the rest. In my opinion this is one of the best oil blends I’ve tasted so far. I will most definitely purchase and use regularly in my meals and would highly recommend to others.

I am really impressed with this olive oil. It yields the perfect light peppery flavor of true extra virgin olive oil. This is also a very versatile olive oil. Aside from sauteing and stir frying; I use this for drizzling over roasted vegetables and adding to red wine vinegar or lemon juice for vinaigrettes.

I think this is a great product if you are looking for good quality, budget friendly extra virgin olive oil.

I purchased four 750ml bottles of different olive oils. Two of the oils arrived without the safety seal intact and the cork was barely in the bottle. I was concerned they had been tampered with. I phoned Saratoga and was told they were perfectly good to use.

I was expecting for them to be replaced because I really don’t feel comfortable using them. I have purchased many bottles for olives, salts and different balsamics of the past few years and this has never happened.

I am a repeat buyor of the same products. Very disappointed in their service concerning this matter and lack of concern for returning my call when I first reached out to them.

Well my wife loves your products. Whenever I am in Burlington or Lake Placid I have to stop in. She is particularly fond of the meyer lemon olive oil. So I brought a refill, which can’t be done during Covid.

Understood. The salesman in Lake Placid was so charming and helpful. Handed him the empty meyer lemon bottle. I asked for two large meyer lemon olive oils. Unfortunately, never checked them when he was wrapping them.

Got two Milanese Gremolata bottles instead. Now, like all your products it’s tasty. a tad disappointing though.

I can’t keep this oil in my pantry. Actually it’s on my prep island in the Saratoga commemorative bottle. I use it every day for all of my meats, steak, pork, chicken as well as my Fisk and other seafood.

Everything is washed then patted dry and rubbed with outstanding oil before seasoning takes place. Just love the flavor that it adds.

My new favorite thing. Great with olive oil for dipping. Awesome will olive oil and red wine vinegar as a dressing. The thing I’m really loving right now is a healthy sprinkle on cottage cheese and fresh tomatoes.

No wait, there was the sour cream and Tuscan spice dip i put on my baked potato. Then there was the Naan I brushed with oil and Tuscan spices and warmed in the oven. See what I mean.

We love this with bread, but it already has salt added. We prefer to use fleur de sel with olive oil (or the Portuguese saltcream). And I’d much prefer to be able to control the salt. There are so many salt-free versions of a lot of the Spice House’s blends, so I’m surprised I can’t get this in a salt-free version, too.

We love this flavor so much that one night I mixed it with powdered horseradish and rubbed it all over my NY Strips that I first splashed with Worcestershire – it was out of this world delicious. It’s the only way we like our steaks now, whether ribeyes or strips or filets, it makes all of them 5-star restaurant worthy.

I rarely use any other infused olive oil. I do not use any added sugar, especially on salads and Saratoga Meyer Lemon Olive oil and lemon juice on a kale salad with fresh peaches is the best ever! No added sugar and as sweet as can be! The lemon and the Meyer Lemon Olive Oil bring out the flavor of the sweet peaches.

This is the second gift box from Saratoga that I have seen, both have been excellent value. The first was received as a gift and very nicely packaged. The second I purchased to give as a gift. Value was excellent but the packaging was not as pretty as the first.

However, I would definitely purchase from Saratoga again.

Product is excellent but web site to order was frustrating. This was a gift and I had ordered a gift on a separate order prior to this one. The gift message from my prior order came up on this one and I didn’t notice it.

I typed my message for this order but it must have reverted back to previous order. Anyway the recipient asked about the incorrect message. I was so embarrassed. Maybe by next holiday season you can improve your system and allow addresses to be kept and the ability to send multiple items to different recipients in same order.

We bought this as a treatment to my daughter’s problem with earwax as those sold in tiny vials with dropper have the same content as this. We could see the improvement in terms of size but it hasn’t come out yet.

No irritation occured on my toddler’s ears and we are planning to continue the treatment.

I love this extra virgin olive oil. Very light taste. Nit strong taste. You can use it for sad, cooking, stir fried or even deep fried. It is good source of fat. Best to use everyday instead of another oil.

Good source of fat for heart health. I also use it for make up remover and face oil.

I’m not a fan of super flavourful/bitter olive oils. That’s why I absolutely love Bertolli’s Extra Light olive oil. This is my go to for making my family Caesar salad dressing recipe. It’s actually in many respects the secret ingredient.

It’s subtle, smooth, and not too expensive. I always keep some in my pantry, and you should too.

I’m italian, amazing smell of olive, takes me back to italy and reminds me of my mom, the wraps was really good. I received it in amazing condition, i would definitely buy again. Ciaooo!

At this price don’t expect it to be wholly from Italy. In fact the bottles I have bought recently have all contained a blend of oil from Greece and Portugal. It’s still guaranteed 100% extra virgin olive oil so, if you like the flavor and density it’s a good product.

We have no problems with it. It has a consistent quality and flavor, and that’s the main thing. The price is also important but, I suppose, if you are an olive oil snob you might insist on expensive Italian oil.

Just don’t be alarmed to discover that the eastern Mediterranean countries (today’s Iran, Greece etc) were using Olive Oil thousands of years before Rome even existed.

Yes, spend the extra 5 bucks or so to get better olive oil! This is really good! Great olive scent, great color, amazing taste. I use this for everything, but the best is dipping a good bread – such an excellent flavor.

Need to learn how to effectively pour this cleanly though, lol, or buy it in the jar.
