So many folks are busy or think they can figure out products such as this then have many thinking it doesn’t work, the antenna doesnt bring in any channels, place the DVD wrong side side loaded and quickly want to return it, when there was nothing wrong with the unit.

There are other small (yet precise) antennas that you can purchase. Some claim if you get an antenna with amplifier it will bring in more networks. The set up has really improved and basically sets itself up. Using your phone as a remote is great when it is only one person using it but when you have company staying in your room you probably don’t want them to have your phone.

You need the normal remote and this Roku gives you both – this was a strong selling point for me. Roku keeps adding more and more stations and exciting streaming devices & sound bars. With hundreds if free channels and quick access to all your favorites: Netflix, Prime and Crave.

My first Roku was my best investment and I loved it then and love it even more now. This was a gift for my daughter but I will definitely be getting one of these for myself.

Good money spent for the quality of image. Very low power consumption. Sound very acceptable. Easy to install. Overall a good HD TV for a little more than 300$.

I made my purchase on line and the only reason that I am giving 5 stars is for the ease of ordering. After that, everything wend downhill. By the time I received the TV from the UPS store, it was TOTALLY DESTROYED!! I will never ever again purchase a TV online to be delivered to home.

purchased television for a Christmas present. at this time television will not sync with dish network remote after having tried all codes provided. I contact dish tech, and tech was unable too sync with dish remote.

Television have a beautiful picture. I’m mostly satisfied, however my 97 year old mother inlaw are not.

This particular tv had poor picture quality and cheap speakers also. We could not get it to work with our existing cable remote even after several calls to our local cable company. We were told we would have to use 2 remotes.

We removed it and put our old tv back in which is the same brand and it’s much better than the new one. I guess newer is not always better.

My old 26 inch TV/DVD broke, and I thought to move up to 32 inch. It works perfectly, the colors are bright and vivid. however I realize now that I should have purchased the even larger 40 inch. Next time.

the tv show up a day early,before we got a snow storm. that good. the sounds great,dvd works good. and the picture is good too. easy to figure out. BUT when I turn it on it has weird smell to it. the smell is like something getting hot.

We needed a new TV for our motorhome, and had a very specific width maximum. Strange, but much of my research was for the right width! Then, once I had a few selected, I did much more research. Ive liked ProScan since they were the Lexus to RCAs Toyota.

I realize that today, theyre made in Canada, and not what they once were, but were thrilled with this combo TV/DVD. Reviews knock the lack of black tones, but we dont notice that at all. Picture quality and clarity is excellent, as is the setup and menu option list.

To us its the best value for the money in a 32 TV. Were very delighted.

I like this TV. The picture quality is excellent. The DVD feature is useful to me, even though it is an outdated technology. As is the case with the narrow-profile TVs today, the sound is thin. But I like the fact that it is pleasant and clear at lower volume levels.

These tvs are perfect for my family. We have one in ever bedroom and livingroom. Bought them on Black Friday over two years so for $100 and I’ve never had a single issue with any of them. I’m proud if there desk I got, three TV’s for $300 and they’re still going strong.

I needed a small flatscreen in my bedroom to replace a 13″ analog set and dead converter box. I specifically needed to mount it to the wall in front of my bed. The built-in DVD player was a bonus feature.

The set performs well and was relatively easy to figure out. It gets in all the broadcast channels my living room TV gets. We’ve had some strong winds which can interfere with the signals, but I’ve had only momentary blips.

(If I blinked I would have missed them. ) I got a bracket to hang it with but decided to not use it. The TV weighs only 8. 5 pounds and needs to hang where there is no stud. The bracket weighed over 2 pounds and caused the whole thing to stick out from the wall unnecessarily.

I used doubled up plumbers tape and two Hercules hooks instead. I was told these TV’s get hot, but it does not and it’s built to have some airflow around the vents so I’m not worried about setting it out from the wall.

The sound quality is hard to describe. The speakers point down and it kind of sounds like it’s playing in a box. I don’t mind, but I’m not a sound engineer. The DVD player is a bit sensitive, probably because it’s vertical.

I played a couple brand new discs in it and it had a problem with one that I think was loose in it’s box when I got it. It has a slight scuff on the mirror side which makes no difference when played on my horizontal player, but causes the movie to freeze on this TV.

The only remedy is to FF a moment through “the spot”, then it plays normally. The only other disappointment is that this TV does not have a wake up timer, something my old set had that I used in leu of the jarring sound of an alarm clock.

All in all I’m pleased with it. In fact it’s my favorite of the two right now.

An excellent value. The perfect size for a smaller need or to facilitate DVD playing, either for kids or any person who wishes to keep DVD viewing simple and uncomplicated. This TV is loaded with features that you can either use or ignore.

Among them a computer hub to serve as a monitor, wall-mount capable , sleep timer, headphone jack, located in the back so if you are looking for large sound you could easily connect a small computer-type speaker system, AV and component input , HDMI jack for true HD.

In short all the features of a far more costly TV, maybe even more. There is a USB port but I’m not sure of its utility. The label says “for service” The closed captioning is a great feature for either the hearing impaired or for more subdued viewing in a noisy area.

The size of the print on screen is just right as to not get in anybody’s way. But is still easily legible. The volume is fine and even features bass and treble controls and mono, stereo or surround option in the settings area.

Those who complain of volume quality may not have noted that, or could take advantage of the audio out(headphone jack) mentioned above. Because TV’s no longer weigh a ton, shipping charges were minor and the TV arrived 3 days after it was ordered.

Seems to be a great item for value conscious consumer also interested a full featured television.

The set came without a set to wall cable and a 12 volt power cable. That necessitated a shopping trip to Radio Shack of 35 miles to get both. All extra time and expense. This fact should have been included in the listing.

The fact that it was made in China was not disclosed. Whenever possible I buy U. S. products. The owners manual is vague on some points. Evidently customer service is in China. I had a problem which turned out to be my RV’s antenna.

However, I called CS and got a rapid speaking lady. I’m 74 and have a high frequency hearing loss. I told her my problem and repeatedly and politely asked her to slow down and speak louder. Finally I asked to speak with a man whose deeper voice I may understand.

At that point she hung up on me. My wife, who has normal hearing, tried a day or two later. She got CS man who she couldn’t understand either. I finally paid a local technician to find and fix the problem.

This may be a smaller T/V DVD combo, but buddy it is absolutely huge on quality! The picture is vibrant and so clear. I was pretty skeptical and kept putting purchasing it, off. I finally took the plunge after comparison shopping.

The DVD is fantastic, once again, super clear picture and the colors are vibrant. I read the sound wasn’t so great. I did not find this at all. It gets pretty loud. I wouldn’t turn it up pass the 1/2 point.

I wanted this for my bad weather, hurricane back up. It is perfect for this. So light weight that I can carry it with ease. If someone wanted a really super volume due to background sounds, just add a small sound bar.

You don’t need one unless you are, maybe at a tailgate party or something. The company who sold this is incredibly kind and very involved in the care of their customers. You will not be sorry if you get this, you may seriously regret it, if you don’t.

I needed to replace a bunk tv in our motorhome. This TV/DVD combo is perfect. It has a great picture and multi settings for sound, all of which are very good and not tinny like some of the reviews mentioned.

It does have a non-traditional way to handle dvd’s. The power button for the dvd has to be pushed and then the open and close button push before you can push in the disk. Normally, just inserting a disk turns the player on.

Additionally, the back of the unit is not level adjacent to one set of the wall mount screws. as a result, the wall bracket needed to have some spacers installed on one side. None of these two issues are a major problem for me but should be mentioned so others are aware.

I really enjoyed this TV it came quickly very easy to work. I love the DVD player being included instead of separate. So much easier and not all those additional wires. I would recommend it to anybody who needs a small TV.

Tv is great but the remote was bad! Batterie compartment got hot! Only had since April. Had to purchase another remote at my expense. Done with Stoneberry.

Was back ordered before Christmas but finally arrived after New Years. First flat screen I have seen with built in DVD player. Light weight and easy to move around. Am enjoying watching movies from Redbox in my bedroom!.

Bought to use in my travel van and fits great where I removed an older VHS player. Plugs right into the 12 volt system and works great. Picture and sound quality great for such a small unit.

I had a 19″ old clunker T. V. in my bedroom for years and it was time for me to update so I got this 22″ Toshiba. I could hardly believe the difference. The clarity was much, much better and one thing that many people (including me) don’t think about, is the Remote Control.

This one was beyond awesome. I loved everything about the TV and Remote. However, after having it only three weeks, I decided that I wanted an even bigger screen than 22″ so I exchanged it for a 26″ Sharp.

If it wasn’t for wanting a larger screen, I would not have gotten rid of the Toshiba. I only hope the Sharp does as well as the Toshiba. So far, so good. Recommend the Toshiba highly.

Seems to be working fine! built in DVD player was a requirement due to space on the boat. The price was ok. but the DVD player only plays certain burned DVD formats. My other player plays all of them.

This unit plays about half. I make my own wakeboard videos and it has been a problem for viewing in office (on the boat), but not a big one. I just use the projector @ home when it cant play any given DVD and “trash talk” Toshibas cutting edge DVD copyright software thats blocking valid data half the time.

great “little TV” easy to operate, with very good crisp picture, and very good looking. Having DVD capability is big plus. What is missing is digital tuner, as coupling it with tuner box affects is channel capture.

Today a TV without digital tuner is “toast” – annoying to deal with. With the inhouse digital tuner this would be a top unit.

The picture is good, but I wanted it to record on usb stick mainly. I ordered the compatible one, set it for three programs, but only two came out. I have set it before, and none came out. I have never had this trouble with other TVs.

I was very annoyed. If it isn’t going to record the programmes I set it for, it’s no good for me. Not happy.

I ordered this for a friend who doesn’t have access to the internet, but I knew it would be a good product as it is identical to one I already own. She loves it. said that she’s sorry she waited so long to get a ‘better’ TV than she had before.

It fits the space she has to work with, and she’s very happy both with the TV AND with the price she paid.

Pros: The TV itself is fine: works well, looks nice, easy to tune-in, picture and colour quality fine for the price. Cons: The 2 HDMI ports (I specifically looked for a TV with 2 ports) have been positioned so that cables plug-in vertically.

In theory this is a good idea because it means the cables lie flat against the back of the TV rather than sticking out. But there isn’t sufficient room to plug-in an Amazon Firestick. As this was one of my main requirements for buying the TV I’m tempted to return it as unfit for purpose.

We brought this for our daughter for Xmas we tried it to ensure it was working. There is a mouse feature that is really great idea anyone who had tried to use the Internet on a smart tv will know how irritating it can be to move the cursor but this feature works like a wii remote, move the remote left and the cursor moves left etc.

The reason we have deducted 1 star is the instructions are pretty much useless, figuring out how to scroll across in Netflix took us a good 30 mins as you can only really use Netflix in mouse mode.

I have bought 2 of these tv’s for Xmas presents. I have tested them and they have a great picture, good quality, sound and value for money. I would highly recommended this product

I bought this for my bedroom can’t seem to download the sky app no real information or instructions on how to navigate the tvs settimg the dvd part is pretty noisy but it works

That is surprisingly strange. (This is a good thing). I like the built-in DVD. Unfortunately, this TV seems no longer to be available. Hopefully the next generation of this TV will be as good as if not better than this set.

I tried Samsung Picture quality was not good although cheaper. I sent it back and decided to go with Toshiba as my past experiences have been great. Love Toshiba you can plug and play. they keep it simple and stupid so no programming involved.

When I first got the TV I thought the sound was not loud enough called Toshiba Customer service and they walked me thru trouble shooting came to find out it was a new cable wire that I needed for the HDTV box to the TV.

Once I did that the TV was perfect. the sound problem had nothing to do with Toshiba but they helped me solve it anyway. Thanks Toshiba. I love my built in DVD player!.

Needed something for the living room for the kids that has a built in DVD player this works great, I mounted it and kids can’t get into the controls always watching their movies like when I had a Blu-ray player plugged in.

I was some what leery about buying this never heard of the brand. I bought for my 10 year old son for Christmas. No issues very nice picture quily he hasn’t used the DVD part yet. You need to buy chorme to cast from netflex Hulu or Disney.

Tv viewing option is either too small or too wide, speakers are weak, even at 100%. Transitioning from DVD to Tv is a hassle. Tv stand hard to put on. Colors are not vibrant.
