20 Best Tv For Kitchen (2022 Updated)

It is very small in height and size, be aware of that. It fits under my cabinets in the kitchen so it works for me. I cannot get any channels from my cable and do not understand what I need to get them.

Waiting for a savvy visitor to come visit and show me. Instructions did not help me at all, currently can only watch Fox News which is fine as that is my news channel. I only watch this TV whole cooking.

I was hoping I would be up and working with my cable. HELP!!.

This tv is placed on my kitchen cabinet and I needed a small item. This purchase is 15. 6 in. and fits just right. I had a little difficulty connecting to my directv channels but after some experimenting with the cords, success was had.

Am enjoying my new tv.

Bought to use as an extra monitor for work, and as display for 1080p 60fps games. There is a noticeable delay to the image being displayed, even with game mode enabled and every setting I could think of getting in the way disabled.

Maybe 0. 2 seconds or so? I would say that enabling game mode has no difference in this lag. As a monitor, if you scroll a window that’s between two screens, the part on this display will lag behind.

As a game display, characters no longer jump when you tell them to jump. Using the mute feature causes a mute icon to flash on-screen intermittently. You can set the volume to 0 to avoid this, but it’s inconvenient.

The audio is strangely quiet before going into game mode, where it suddenly can get pretty loud and actually sounds good for built-in speakers. That said, I didn’t buy a sound system, I bought a 1080p panel.

Switching sources should happen with the press of a button. Needing to navigate a UI and confirm a selection to do this is inconvenient for how often this has to be done. My TV before this was 15 years old and could do this no problem with dedicated buttons on the remote.

what happened? The 1080p image is crisp and after adjusting the colours looks acceptable. But I feel that’s a low bar to clear in 2022. As a TV, I feel it’s missing features that should be basic, like being castable or being able to download apps I thought it could download.

(No steam link?) That all said, for the price (and being the only 1080p 32″ TV available in this price range available in a pinch at my local store. ) it’s not too bad. I’m still on the fence about returning it, because what other options do I even have when my main complaint is the 0.

2 second delay, something I can’t even test at the store?.

I bought one of these as a TV for watching Blu-Ray and streaming video. The picture quality is very good, as it uses an LED panel, with a full-array local dimming backlight control that offers bright and vivid colors, as well as HDR10 visuals.

As a simple smart TV, it gets the job done. However, the remote control that comes with the TV isn’t really compatible with any of the Samsung Blu-Ray players that I’ve tried and it has limited functionality for the ones it will work with.

On the flipside, the remotes that come with the Samsung Blu-Ray players also have limited compatibility with the TV. There is a networked remote control app called “Samsung Smart Things” that you can use to control the TV and connected Blu-Ray players, using a smartphone or tablet, but it’s compatibility is also limited and it is somewhat glitchy.

One use I have found for this display is as a 32-inch 1080P PC display, as the picture quality is superior to any of the 32-inch 1080P LED PC monitors that you will be able to buy, simply because they don’t use full-array local dimming like this HDTV does.

That being said, those monitors will cost as much as this TV usually does, so this is definitely the better choice to buy, as it also has built-in speakers that are better than anything you’ll find in a regular PC monitor.

As for the TV software, it’s rather clunky and takes a lot of effort to get set-up, but once you do get streaming apps installed, configured, and arranged in your preferred order, it isn’t an issue. However, you will find there are functionality issues with the streaming apps and remote controls, including the digital remote app that I mentioned above, so that can be a problem that leads to you using multiple remotes to operate the TV.

Hulu in particular, requires me to use the remote that came with the TV, while the digital remote app and additional Samsung TV remotes don’t work with it. That being said, most people will likely elect to use a Fire TV or Roku box over the built-in streaming, simply for ease of use and quality purposes.

Samsung also makes a larger 40-inch version of this TV, which has the same features and performance, but with a larger screen. If you want something a bit bigger and don’t want a 4K TV, that is what you should buy.

The software and remote are the same on that model, so whatever I said here also applies to that one.

I bought this for my wife because I knew she would be bedridden after impending surgery. Now a couple of months later, and on a second tv, still don’t have a TV that will play YouTubeTV which is our preferred streaming service.

Spent hours on the phone with support, finally convinced them that their YouTubeTV app is broken. All other streaming services worked fine. Beautiful picture, just no YouTubeTV. Took a couple of weeks to actually receive a replacement.

Turned it on – great picture, streamed Prime and other services, just not YouTubeTV. Uninstalled and reinstalled YTTV app, and still bad. I just hooked up a Roku to the HDMI port and she is watching on that until I get thru with support – again.

If you never on using YTTV app, its a great picture. I don’t think I should need to add a Roku stick to a ‘smart’ TV. Can’t wait to go through support all over again. I did buy the Walmart extended warranty.

I bought this TV 2 years ago during the beginning of the pandemic. Before buying the TV i saw a few reviews about how the TV disconnects from wifi and will freeze constantly. Although I still bought the TV thinking that it was just a defect with a couple of TVs.

After 6 months of use, the TV started to freeze up, but would eventually unfreeze and work again soon after so I thought nothing of it. Then a few months later the TV started to freeze more and started to disconnect from the wifi.

I know that there is not a problem with my WIFI because my WIFI is very good and I have no trouble with my other TVs and devices in my house. Now 2 years after purchasing, I can not go 10 mins of screen time without the TV going to a plain black screen where you can’t do anything unless you unplug the tv and hard reset it.

On a good day, I can get through 30 mins of screen time without it disconnecting from wifi or freezing (which is ridiculous to think that 30 mins is good but whatever), but on bad days the tv can even get through a minute without disconnecting from wifi and going to the blank, unresponsive screen.

It is beyond frustrating to keep getting out of bed to restart the tv. Also sometimes I will shut my tv off, but then I will wake up or walk into my bedroom and the tv will be on. It is just frustrating because I paid for a tv and I should not be wondering whether or not my tv will work that day.

Purchased TV 10 months ago, mainly to stream Netflix and YouTube. In the beginning I noticed it would take long from the time you start the TV to the time you could watch a show even with the power time save option.

After a few moths I noticed it got better so I forgot about it. Now recently in the past week I noticed the TV would not adjust the volume or would shut off on the remote or on the only button on the TV.

So I pulled the plug from the wall to turn it off. Turned it back on and it would work normal for a little while and start doing the same thing. I did a factory reset and that didn’t fix the problem.

I tried changing the batteries on the remote, that didn’t fix it. Then it said it needed an update, so it did it’s update, and now you turn it on and after about 3 minutes it shuts itself off, you turn it on and it turns off again, you turn it on again and it stays on but after a minute or so you cannot adjust the volume or turn it off.

Now I just unplugged it came started using my laptop because of the fear of a fire. This is my 3rd Vizio and the first to have manufacturer defects. I started a warranty claim and now so far so good, waiting hopefully on a prepaid shipping label.

Purchased a year ago and it was problematic from the start. I hate returning stuff so I kept it and have miserably tried to make it work ever since. Approximately once every 3 weeks the apps just crap out- no sound, can’t back out or move forward so I I have to literally UNPLUG the tv from power source and restart.

Garbage. This past weekend I got a new curveball – no apps loaded at all just a repetitive message to accept the Vizio agreement, register the tv, etc. OVER AND OVER AND OVER again – after I’d already done it several times! I rebooted the tv, same thing, I rebooted AGAIN, same thing – all the while having to re-sign up for all the apps/channels I already subscribe to.

Finally sucked it up and reset the thing to its factory setting, patiently resigned up for ALL my apps/channels and as God is my witness, if it crashes again, I’m throwing it into bulk trash THIS week.

Don’t waste your good, hard earned money. If someone stole it and gave it to me I’d decline.

I bought this TV under the recommendation of a friend who raved about this brand. I will never take that friends recommendations seriously again. This TV is slow, picture is barely decent, doesn’t connect to my extremely well running wifi well at all to the point where every time I stream it lags and delays making the experience straight up enraging.

The volume is the same sound from 30 pretty much all the way to 100. So pretty much they should just stop the vol at 30 because it literally doesn’t change. And on top of all this – someone at VISIO decided WITHOUT WARNING that it was a good idea to FORCE UPDATE products, not even giving me an option, a warning, or any information at all before or after to understand the changes being made, which as a marketing professional I’m well aware of the fact that it’s a HUGE red flag to update products without first warning your customers, and your marketing team should know that as well.

When this update was forced on me, my TV has literally not worked properly since so who’s fault is that? Not mine but yet are they offering any support or replacements? No. Every single time I turn it on it makes me log in and reaccept terms and conditions that I’ve already ok’d then emails me 6 times saying I registered a new product and literally makes me jump through hoops just to access my own Streaming services.

I purchased a TCL thats 10 inches bigger for only $50 more than this television for my livingroom, it works amazing the picture is more clear it’s louder and it never lags. Basically I’ll forever be telling people not to go anywhere near this brand due to sketchy secret updates, lack of support, and a poor quality product overall.

This TV has everything I need. Namely, it has a great quality picture, an intuitive and comprehensive menu system, decent sound, and is easy to setup and control via the remote or the SmartCast app. First off, picture quality is really only an issue if it is not good and after streaming several UHD videos, I confirmed that the picture quality was good.

Second, since I am watching without a cable box it is important that I can easily find, connect to, and stream content from a variety of apps. This TV has all available apps already listed, which is nice.

However, if it doesn’t have the app you want you cannot download it. The one app that I wanted but wasn’t available was for my cable subscription. Unfortunately, without the app I will not be able to surf channels like a regular cable subscription, but I can use the cast function to watch on the TV, the caveat being that I need to use my phone or iPad to cast, and it takes extra time and effort.

Besides missing the Spectrum app, all the other apps I use were available, plus more. Lastly, the remote and menu system are very intuitive and easy to use. There is a voice feature so you don’t have to spend a lot of time spelling out your searches.

Also, the SmartCast app can be paired with the TV and you can use it as a remote to control the TV. I also have a Vizio soundbar hooked up to the TV so I can control both through the app. Overall, the TV feels great.

Good quality and easy to connect and watch. I would recommend it.

I’ve had this TV for a few months now and have been nothing but pleased with it. LG represents quality to me, I have used LG phones exclusively for years until they discontinued they’re production. The picture on this TV is very bright and sharp.

The controls and remote are easy to understand and operate. I haven’t had any issues with it at all and don’t plan to for a very long time. I did take one star off of my review because the LG menu that pops up at the bottom of the screen whenever the TV is turned on is very irritating and makes it harder to control my cable box until the menu disappears.

I have searched for a way to turn this menu off and haven’t found a way to do so. I feel this should be an option, not forced onto people. Other than that this is the perfect TV for people who prefer smaller TV’s or who might be on a small budget.

I do have the money and room in my home for a much larger more expensive TV but prefer this lovely LG. It’s just the right size for my preference.

I bought this tv from a local walmart 0n 5/18 to replace a bedroom tv. I was open to anything except the previous junk roku experience that I had with my previous television. It took about 10 minutes for me to setup wifi, channels, etc.

The webos experience is like no other that I have experienced. It was smooth, fluid and no account setup like the roku. It’s unbelievable how many free channels that are available thru webos/LG/Pluto.

there are literally several hundred free channels, almost any genre you can imagine. news, sports, movies, comedy, music. Just wow. Although this is only a 720p television it still has a beautiful picture and works well for a bedroom/office.

Contrary to a prior review that I read. yes, it does so have a sleep timer function. I’m completely sold on webos!.

Purchased this monitor for it’s small size for an office space to upgrade from an older SmartTV that lacked many features I wanted. For the price, it’s exactly what I wanted; bonus was 1080 upgrade over 720, although at this size and my use, it was not something I needed.

Biggest gripe is lack of optical out, despite the specs saying otherwise. Instead, it has AUX (3. 5mm) jack in the back, which works fine for me, but again, seems misleading. Also, the power cable, which seems to be built-in, is a wee bit shorter than I’d like, limiting where I can directly put it as I have to keep it in short proximity to power outlets.

This plus the lack of optical out (despite it listing it as a feature) of this particular model rid a star from this otherwise perfectly adequate unit. Lack of HDMI outputs is something to watch if you’re planning to use this moderately/heavily with various devices.

But two is plenty for my use. Composite over Component outputs, but I have an old-school video camera and VCR, which was another positive feature for me (it’s a dying tech, so having a modern device I can easily connect without adapters is a big plus).

This was an out of the box, have used it for a day review. I have had little issues with Vizio products in the past (the TV I am replacing was a older Vizio SmartTV which was working perfectly even to this day minus the ability to put certain apps on it.

I trust this brand, and should I have any issues that are not resolved, then I will return to this review.

We bought this TV when one of our sons decided our old TV looked like a piñata and hit it with a foam sword, effectively destroying the left side of the 50” screen. We bought this TV because it was on sale at Walmart, and we didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a new TV.

We’ve had this TV for less than 1 month and already we’ve had to it reset on us. Logged us out of all applications, and it simply wouldn’t turn on until we finally unplugged and replugged it. Effectively resetting it we found.

Some applications simply don’t load well, and often have pause or have glitch moments (I’ve got 1GB WiFi as I also work from home, so I know that’s not the issue), times where the screen freezes though the audio goes on for a second then Pauses as well.

This was happening frequently, so I finally tried factory resetting the whole TV (again, we’d had this less than 3 weeks at this point, so kind of frustrating when we never had it with our other TV) and that seemed to help a bit, though it still glitches, sometimes won’t connect via chrome cast, etc.

the remote also connects to it shabbily, you often end up pushing a single button several times before the tv responds. All these are minimal – First world problems, but enough to have earned the rating In My opinion considering it’s brand new.

I do like the number of apps it has right on the main screen, which is why this TV got any stars at all.

Samsung is a quality company and this Monitor/TV is a perfect example. I’ve owned many monitors. I use this AM500 almost exclusively as a smart TV for streaming, primarily YouTube, though it has most of the majors apps already installed.

Others are available in the linked Samsungvstore. It’s HD vs 4k but gives a great, clear display. The only caveats are in a brightly lit room, which is true of most videos or diminished view at an angle, where the picture fades.

It’s mostly intuitive but some nebulous directions pop up, usually resolved with a couple of efforts. I especially like the remote control which makes navigating the menus easier. While not an A+, it is a solid A for my uses.

I have owned a few other “smart” TVs prior to this one, and I would consider those to be “dumb” TVs! The clarity and picture on this TV is amazing. Whether you are watching cable, streaming, or even using connected devices, this has been the best experience I have had by far.

I do lots of streaming, such as Youtube, Prime, and Netflix, and have had the greatest experience with them all. I also stay on the internet constantly, and being able to do this from my television is unlike anything I have tried.

There’s nothing like being able to see the content you watch and do on a big screen like this. Using the browser on the TV became more favorable than using my computer or even my phone. I also love how if you don’t have a sound system, you can use a Bluetooth connected speaker, and the sound is amazing (and wireless!) I also love the fact you can upload your pictures and video gallery, and feel like you are watching home movies on a what feels like a theater, all from videos and pictures taken on a smartphone.

Having a Samsung smartphone makes the experience so lovely, because everything connects seamlessly, as well as giving you TV and phone extra features when using them together. Not that I would think there would be any issues with any other smartphone being connected, it is just awesome to use a Samsung smartphone with a Samsung TV, because the usability of the TV is even easier to get use to, since it has the same platform, setup, and settings similarities.

I love this TV for many reasons. The size makes me feel like I’m at the movies – super immersive. It even does well in a sunny room without much of the typical glare thanks to the bright picture. The sound is loud and full, even with bass, something that other TVs this thin generally fail to deliver.

The settings menu and apps are easy to navigate and use with the lightweight, minimal remote. The remote even controls my Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k Max via HDMI-CEC – super convenient. The overall design is modern with a tiny bezel so it almost seems like a high-quality picture just hovering in the air with my multi-axis wall mount, which was easy to install given its relatively small weight – if not for the awesome size, one person could easily lift it.

While prices vary by region and retailer, I found it to be very affordable given all of its specs and features, not only compared to other brands in its class, but also compared to other Samsung models.

I have other TVs in my home and office with similar specs from LG and Sony, but this Samsung is easily the best of them all. I highly recommend it for its great picture, wonderful sound, simple remote, overall design, and excellent overall experience.

It is definitely best-in-class.

I have to admit that I didn’t think I would even be using the smart features on this tv because I had a ROKU, but I was wrong. I use these features all the time, as a matter of fact I am using the internet right now to write this review.

Not only is this tv packed with features, it allows for the connection of external devices to make using this tv even easier. I connect my MX Keys keyboard, mouse, and many other devices to my tv all the time.

I am using my keyboard and mouse now to write this review. This TV is so versatile, with the ability to adjust the picture according to what you are watching, to adjusting the equalizer for the internal speakers to get the best sound possible.

Speaking of sound, this TV is also bluetooth capable so you can also connect your favorite headset, earbuds, or headphones and watch what you want to w/out disturbing anyone in the house. This feature is one of the many reasons why I picked this TV.

There isn’t enought room to write a review that would cover all the features and options this TV has and offers. If you buy this TV you won’t be dissappointed, I know I’m not. I also want to say, with having a ROKU device already and already having it up and running I didn’t think I would use the streaming features on this TV, but it was super easy to set up and I was wrong, with the push of a button, I am watching the Weather Channel, or switch, and I am watching Netflix.

Like I said, I am very very impressed with this TV, and it’s features.

very excited to have this tv. the user interface was fantastic. easy to use and nice picture. unfortunately, without any damage being done a large black vertical strip appears on the left side of the tv less than 2 years after purchase.

given the price, you would expect a tv to last longer than 2 years. i contacted their technical service team and was quoted a repair cost of $1100, only $700 less than the original purchase price. at that point it almost makes more sense to just buy a new tv.

unfortunately, this experience really destroyed our confidence in samsung product quality and we will have to look at a different brand for our new tv. would not recommend buying this tv if you want something to last longer than 2 years.

Let me start by saying this is a really good TV. There are number of positives 1. Apps/Connected – this TV has all the apps you could need. I have been a huge user of Chromecast in the past, however I have yet to find a need to go back to it given the wide range of apps available on this TV.

Not only that but its fast when using apps, really fast 2. Picture quality – when you get the settings right, this TV has great picture quality. Black levels on the whole are generally quite good (nowhere need OLED but cant expect that at this price-point) 3.

Sound – I was generally impressed by the sound. when you turn on the right setting, its pretty decent for a TV (again much better than expected) There are some downsides 1. Remote eats batteries – I have never seen anything like it.

This remote absolutely chomps through batteries. I’ve owned a lot of TV’s but this thing will go through a set of AA’s in 3 months or less 2. Getting the perfect picture – for me its been a real challenge to get a decent balance between brightness and black levels.

If you can afford it, get it calibrated by a professional. I’ve tried a range of settings from various well established review sites, but really struggled to keep brightness whilst not crushing blacks.

3. The screen is really quite reflective – its really good in a dark room and in a well lit room its performs really well where there’s not a lot of black to display, but dark scenes in a well lit room pick up a lot of reflection.

Am I glad I bought this set? yes, absolutely. its a really good balance between price and performance. Its not perfect as noted above, but its well worth considering if you are in the market for a QLED.

We were in the market for a new TV for our movie room. After days (almost weeks) of looking we stumbled across this beauty. We compared lots of TV’s in store and at multiple stores. We were nervous to purchase a smaller brand like Insignia as it is Best Buys “Store Brand”.

I was in disbelief of the quality of this TV compared to some of the big brands like Vizio, Samsung or LG. The QLED screen on this Insignia is stunning. The 4K Streaming makes this look unimaginable in terms of color accuracy and brightness.

I cannot speak for the sound as we have a big sound bar but the picture quality is incredible. I still cannot believe this TV was on sale for $499. 99. Our friends came over and were shocked in the screen quality and the design of the TV.

It was extremely well packaged in the box and very protected. We are honestly Insignia TV customers for Life now. Never will I spend huge money for big brands when the quality of this TV is competitive in that class.

You seriously will not be disappointed in the vibrant colors and modern design of this TV. We couldn’t be happier to replace our Vizio with this and will probably upgrade our LG 4K in the bedrooms to Insignia QLED as well.

Fantastic quality and product.

I’ve had this for two months. Picture quality varies based on input. Watching a DVD or Blu-ray through my PS4 provides the best picture quality. Streaming through the tv itself is good, but has it’s quality issues.

The biggest issue I see with picture quality is, facial quality/skin color is bad. Hard for me to describe exactly, but it’s not a normal skin tone, it’s like pixelated layered regions, and the color is chromatic.

Not all skin is like this, just a majority. Sound is pretty good. You’ll notice an almost surround effect (depending on where you place your panel) The biggest drawback is the stupid power saving program.

I’ve tried everything in the menu, changed screen saver settings and anything I could try. If you leave a streaming movie on pause, or at the main menu. the screen saver never activates. the panel just turns off after a few minutes.

Doesn’t give you enough time on pause to do anything. the panel just powers down and you have to go back through your app to start your movie again. It’s a real pain! With that said, I have not noticed this issue while leaving the PS4 on or a movie paused through the PS4.

Screen saver still doesn’t activate, but it doesn’t power down either. If they would’ve been in stock, I would’ve spent a little bit more and got a Sony.

If you recommend this to someone you’re either terrible or hate them. The build quality is complete trash, if you try and rotate this tv it flexes so much it feels like the actual screen is going to come out.

The plastic around the edges is cheap and also doesn’t feel like it’s in place and you can’t even tighten the stands all the way down so guess what they flex too. Not to mention when you pick the thing up you can hear things rattle and move on the inside.

Picture is ok from a distance but up close you might as well watch tv static or consider looking at the sun till you go blind it’s so bad. This tv’s perfect for throwing out of windows at college parties and if you were wondering what it’s like to have glaucoma.

It makes you set up a Samsung account too LMAO which is ideal for you creatures that live under a rock and still use a Samsung phone. Debating on if I want to return it or just leave it outside for trash.

Perfect size for my bedroom, purchased a swing out wall mount as well. Very light and easy to install with basic tools. I’ve been drawn to the Samsung brand for years as I have a 2010 plasma that is still going strong.

All of the features included are handy, setup was simple just plug in and connect to your network. Streaming works alright, if you’re far from your access point consider running a CAT 6 wire or get a wireless booster if needed, I’m about 40 feet and three walls away without issue still have 3/4 signal.

All of the apps included offer free tv / B-rate movies good for baseline entertainment I guess. The only issues to speak of are the sound which seems to be rather standard fair these days with flat panel models having speakers of low grade facing rear, marketing 101 must buy a soundbar if you care about quality.

Voices are distorted at times, it sounded like something was rattling against the wall but wasn’t. Messed with the sound settings and those really didn’t help much. Purchased a Samsung soundbar and used the ARC / HDMI connector and it solved the issue totally.

Lastly, and this might very well not be the tv, but when attempting to access my DNLA media server via wireless from my computer (sharing saved movies, pictures, etc accessible from your hard drive), sometimes the connection point shows up on the Source screen, maybe 70% of the time.

No rhyme or reason why or why not, I turn off the set and wait, turn it back on and sometimes it shows. Also when searching, only certain files are accessible. The TV does not load. avi files despite saying it recognizes this codec, only.

mp4 works. Again, this may be an issue with Windows or my computer, I’m not totally tech savvy but it’s worth knowing before hand. Otherwise this seems to be a great baseline model TV for a great price.

call me old fashioned, but some video is broadcast/transmitted at ratio 16:9, some at 4:3. prefer correct ratio when viewing. don’t like stretched images. older tvs had a command so the tv would detect and adjust picture ratio automatically.

not this tv. have explored settings, cannot find automatic adjustment. can’t use ‘custom’ picture size or ‘fit to screen’ settings to accomplish my goal, being able to switch channels without having to correct ratio.

don’t like having to manually change picture size settings each time i change channels. hey samsung, lots of programming is still in 4:3. will be purchasing another tv in near future, but not samsung if i have to “unstretch” picture each time i change channel.

dumb ‘smart’ tv.

Pros: IT was to replace a previous 6″2 TV on a wall mount close to the ceiling I did not want to move, so it increased the screen size in the same frame and still cleared the ceiling. I did not have to move the wall mount.

Larger TV in similar frame size to previous. There are literally no other TV options at this size. They mostly jump from 24″ (too small for us) to 32″ (too big for us). I would have gone for a Sony 28″ TV if they did one as I am used to them and they seem much “smarter” with the possibility of Alexa and Google assistant control and easy Chroemcast of mobile content.

Cons: It doesn’t work with Alexa, it does with Google Assistant. How frustrating. If you google it it says LG Webos TVs vsoftware version 4 would run with Alexa. This TV has version 4. 75 Webos and does not.

LG tech support say the TV is not compatible with Alexa. Very frustrating for a Smart TV. My 2017 Sony Bravia TV works with Alexa and Google assistant. Also casting is only really partial, no as easy as Chromecast in the Sony TVs.

I would call this a low intelligence “Smart” TV for these reasons; No Alexa control possible, can’t instruct Google Assistanto cast security cameras to it when they can to my Sony Smart TVs. Yes, you can switch on/off with Google Assistant only, not Alexa and change channel as well (basic Smart functionality I guess).

It seems LG “Smart” TV capabilities with Alexa and Google are not the same in all countries which makes for a challenge when you research capabilities on Google and get answers for different areas to purchase (which is not so clear).

This is a great little television for our caravan trips, because it has both a satellite freesat and terrestrial freeview tuner, so we have the best of both worlds. There is also the inputs on the back for external devices like a dvd player or storage device, but the best bit is the built in wifi and smart features, so we can log in to netflix etc with a one button press.

We have one of these in each room in our caravan and theyre great if we both want to watch different shows. Many thanks lg for a fab product amd ling may it last. PS I also bought spare pcbs just in case of failure, then I can swap out and make the telly live a very long life.

Bought this after doing a bit of research. Reviews mixed but glad I bought this TV. Arrived early, easy to set up and wifi connection fine, get Netflix Prime etc no problem. Bought as spare as stuck in spare room with Covid.

Will definitely move TV to main bedroom when clear as much better TV than existing.
