13 Best Twin Nursing Pillow (2022 Updated)

I purchased the TwinZ Pillow for my daughter who was expecting twins, after I saw it on Shark Tank. She used it from the day she brought them home from the hospital until just after they turned 1 year old.

She told me it was the one gift she couldn’t have done without. She used it while nursing them (sometimes one baby at a time). She used it for nap time. They used it for play time, so they could engage with both of them together.

Dad used it for feeding time, when he needed to feed them both. They used it for feeding time, when they both could hold the bottles by themselves. They used it for tummy-time. ( I have an adorable picture of them facing each other on opposite sides of the pillow.

When I learned I was expecting twins, I always heard that a must have was the Twin Z. We brought our newborn twins home last Friday and I already rely on this thing SO much! We’re breastfeeding and the pillow makes tandem nursing so much easier/more possible.

I also set them in it for lounging during the day many times (always attended). A couple of improvements would make the pillow perfect: I wish the actual pillow was made from waterproof/water resilient fabric, and I wish the clasp could tighten just a little more to better fit my little twinnies.

Overall, so happy with my purchase and I’d buy it over and over again!.

I was hesitant because of the price, but we have used it multiple times per day since it arrived. It even goes upstairs with us at bedtime for night feedings and to grandma’s house when we visit. Babies seem comfy and supported.

Works well for tandem nursing. Will work even better when my little guys are a bit bigger. As a bonus it’s perfect for propping the twins up for photos. Big sister or older cousins can sit behind it for cute kids only pictures.

Cover is removable/washable but I often cover it with a couple of receiving blankets to keep it clean. I wish I had it from day 1.

My baby is now 2 weeks old and at first I wasn’t sure if I had made the right decision purchasing this pillow as it’s rather expensive and I wasn’t sure I needed it. But after less than a week and my arms and wrists getting very sore I began using it regularly and I am now extremely grateful to have made this purchase.

Whilst a 2 week old baby seems small and light, when you are holding them in your arms for up to an hour for feeds every 2-3 hours it can take a massive toll on your arms and wrists. I have found this pillow to be amazing to give me support in holding her for such long periods of time and the extra back support at the back is also great as well.

I also love that the material is cotton and breathable so I don’t feel hot wearing it. And the clip is amazing because once the pillow is on you can lean back a bit and now worry about a gap between yourself and the pillow.

This has also helped with my breastfeeding posture. I would highly recommend this product to any new mums choosing to breastfeed.

The absolute BEST NURSING PILLOW out there. Now, this thing is ugly as sin, and there is no way of disguising it with decor. (Please consider making basic slipcovers that are sold with pillow in cotton… microfiber is blehhh) still, I can’t imagine breastfeeding without this thing.

I’ve tried other types of feeding pillows- but the back support and adjustable harness are just ingenious.

This nursing pillow is amazing. Previously I had been using the basic ‘C’ shape nursing pillow and after 4 months the cushion has flattened and baby keeps sinking in between the pillow and myself. I also needed to use another pillow to place under the nursing pillow due to the flatness.

Now I’m using this pillow for the first time as I write this and it’s a world of difference! My back is fully supported and I’m not slouching anymore, as well as the cushion feels very firm and is holding baby at the perfect height, no more second pillow! I love how snug it fits around my waist and the pocket it has is super helpful! Another neat feature that I didn’t notice from the image is that it has little bumps on the right and left side that acts as little pillows for baby’s head.

Great purchase and I look forward to using this pillow daily! Considering buying more for other new mothers in the family!.

I was having trouble with standard pillows and finding the right size, shape, and firmness and then I tried this pillow. It gently wraps the thin side around you and the other side to help hold the baby in position.

I honestly have trouble breastfeeding, but these pillow helps position the baby in the perfect way for an ideal latch. I mainly use these to help angle myself in feedings and breast feedings. It is firm and soft at the same time.

I have only washed the case once but it was easy to clean and maintained it’s quality. I will be using this pillow for awhile to come. I recommend this to anyone looking for a support pillow while nursing.

The size is great and not bulky which is great for carrying in my car.

I am a new mom to a 3. 5 week old baby girl. This is my first child and breastfeeding is something that is very foreign to me. I had been having issues with how to hold my baby and finding the right position where she can latch on perfectly and we both can still be comfortable.

This Pillow can be used pre- and post baby as well. This pillow is supper stuffed and makes excellent support for mom-to-be’s growing belly, or an oversized travel pillow, which is my toddlers favorite use for it when he gets a chance.

I like that this pillow comes with a removable and washable pillow case cover. I love that this is a smaller pillow which makes it easy to travel with or always have on hand in your stroller or car.

Does wonders when you want to get the perfect positioning to breastfeed, especially in the first few weeks when you’re trying to get the hang of it. Also a great pillow for tummy time and cushioning my little one so he can sit up comfortably, whilst the pillow supports his neck.

I didn’t purchase a feeding pillow when I had my daughter but now wish I had of done. This pillow has been one of my best purchases for my sons arrival. It’s firm so it holds him at the right height, I don’t have to sit and adjust loads of cushions to get comfortable, I just grab this and feed.

His now 7 months old and smiles when he see it. Although I’d like to stop feeding now I can’t due to his allergy to cows milk formula and his resistance to drinking dairy free formula so the comfort of this is making all the feeding being down to me a little easier.

Very comfortable and practical. The fabric is so soft and a lovely neutral pattern. Baby lies on it very nicely. It’s really helped me with keeping the babys weight off my c section incision.

Love love love this nursing/feeding/support pillow. It’s the greatest. It’s large and comfortable and can be used for a variety of things long past when baby is nursing. (It’s a great back support for mom, too!) The ONLY downside to this pillow is, with frequent washing, the pebble fabric starts to wear a bit faster than the standard cotton covers on other nursing pillows.

It wasn’t too bad, and didn’t change my thoughts on the pillow at all.

What a disappointment. I’ve owned (and loved) this pillow for seven months. I keep it in my living room and use it for several daytime feeds. I keep a Boppy in the nursery and use that for several feeds.

The cover has been removed once and washed according to directions. ALL seams are now ripping and tearing. It is as if the pillow is shredding itself. I contacted Nook and they will not stand behind their product because it is one month past warranty.

They offered a 10% discount on a new cover. Wow, just wow. For this much money, I expect so much more durability. The Boppy I use was from 18 months of nursing my son as well as the last ten months with my daughter.

It has held up so much better. We own a Nook lilly pad and had planned on mattresses and pillows for both the kids but I’ll be sure to take our money elsewhere, to a company that actually believes in their products enough to handle issues when they arise.

I really thought Nook was better than this. Beware. You’ll love the pillow but it won’t last.

This is the softest pillow! It’s a great shade, for holding baby while nursing/bottle feeding. It’s perfect for tummy time, and I even use it to set things on when I’m pumping. I’ve used it for both babies.

I love that it’s organic material, and an comfortable with my baby using it.

As a first time mum with a lower back issue ive spared no expense. Ive ended up buying 3 pregnancy pillows, and not really falling in love with any of them. I assumed id use them for nursing too, but that idea fell flat on its face.

I didnt account of kicking, wiggling baby nor did i realise to breastfeed you need one had to hold baby, one to hold the breast, so there are no hands to hold the pillow in place and all the pregnancy pillows slip away during the atruggle to feed and baby gets hungrier and more frustrated and.

Urgh! That was until i found this nursing pillow. A simple, brilliant design to tie it around your waist, the cushion is super light weight, cover is washable and baby rests easily on it, while holding or feeding.

I originally went cheap on a breastfeeding pillow and regretted it, it moved around and was floppy during feeding, making the whole experience frustrating. This pillow is fantastic and is the best baby related product investment I’ve made.

The fact that it ties around you is so simple but genius, it says in place and the bean bag filling moulds to you and your baby. It’s light enough to take with you outside the house and has just made the experience so much easier.

This is great for both mum and dad. I use it for hands free breastfeeding, and also when baby is napping to prop them up against me which relieves my back, arms and shoulders a lot. My husband ties it around his waist to help support baby as he carries her, and useful for bottle feed comfort too for both baby and dad.

I used the large bbhugme at first which I had throughout pregnancy, postpartum it meant it supported baby and me on sofa, but this smaller nursing pillow was well worth the additional purchase, as it is portable and always at hand, moving between rooms and floors.

It’s great also for gently propping baby’s bead up after feeds, to prevent reflux vomiting. I recommend watching the manufacturer’s YouTube videos on how to mould and manipulate the pillow as once I knew that I got the most use out of it.

Now she’s 4 months, I use it to help her for tummy time and for when she just wants a chat or to be curious about what we’re doing it props her head up. It’s so versatile and will be going in her nursery in a couple of months.

I have always used a different brand nursing pillow, and thought there was no way this one could be different! Turns out it can be, and I think it’s better! It’s thicker in size, however it’s not as dense and I Ike that! It almost feels like bean bag beads, but at the same time it’s fluffy and soft.

My baby loves to lay propped up on this pillow next to me-it not only looks stylish and cute but it’s super functional. ! I’m impressed!.

This nursing pillow is very good. The material is very nice and stylish. It is very comfortable to wear and the baby lays on a good high angle for hands free nursing. The pillow feels very firm and hopefully it will remain firm and stiff for a long time.

Ready to go for baby #3 and needed a new nursing pillow. Fun pattern on this one that hopefully will not get tiring to look at. Seems to have ample stuffing to support the baby (its main purpose after all) although I am sure it will squish some after being used longer term.

I love this for nursing. It helps so much in the middle of the night when needing and you are half asleep. It helps your back from slouching over and helps with posture. This is definitely something I always recommend to expecting mommas.

Our favorite thing about this pillow was that we could lay our twins down in it side by side and they would fall asleep holding hands. As with any product of this type, no, you cannot leave your babies unsupervised in this pillow, but you can watch them doze or just look around and take in the world, the way a newborn will, in the comfort of your livingroom.

I purchased this after many recommendations from other twin moms. This pillow was useful in many ways. It made nursing much easier and comfortable, especially early on. The pillow was also handy when I needed to set the twins down.

Our babies are 6 weeks and this is a must have! It helps with feeding, sleeping while being watched and acts like another set of arms. I’ve washed the cover several times and it holds up well so far.

I got this gray and black camo nursing pillow by The Peanutshell a couple weeks ago and my twins absolutely love it so much, they’re still in the learning stage of taking turns to share haha! The comfort for them is surreal as it is very squishy yet supportive and the fabric sleeve cover is very soft.

The cover pattern I couldn’t help but fall in love with because there just aren’t many manly and tough pattern designs for boys to be found. I love that The Peanutshell patterns and designs are expanding so broadly! This is a quality made pillow with phenomenally sturdy stitching and comfortable materials.

Before I was offered the monarch pillow, I had used a wedge pillow to support my baby bump and then had progressed to a full sized body pillow for full body support. The wedge pillow was comfortable but only useful for a couple of months.

The full sized pillow was very comfortable but huge and difficult to store. When I was made aware of the Monarch pillow, I was curious and requested a sample. The Monarch pillow has a unique design with 6 buttons – 4 on corners and 2 on the longer sides.

The Smilo Monarch Pregnancy & Nursing Pillow & waterproof cover is an absolute must for Mom, Dad, & Baby. (Or whomever cares for baby). It provides a way of comfortable sleeping or laying down (or sitting up) while pregnant.

Simply place the pillow between your legs or behind you for back support. It folds up different ways with great convinience. I love this pillow while feeding because It is convinient for breast feeding and bottle feeding.

I work so my daughter eats both ways. She stays home with dad while I am at work. I use the pillow behind my back after a long day when my back is hurting to breastfeed or lay it under her for her comfort and to prop her up.

Both ways are comfortable and my arms don’t get all sore from holding her a certain way. Dad uses the pillow when he feeds her the bottle and said it works quite well. I feel that the waterproof cover is needed.

I was really happy that I came across the Monarch Pregnancy & Nursing Pillow. I was on that point of my pregnancy where you start to research pregnancy pillows, and then you find out there’s a different pillow for every possible thing you could imagine – one for back support, one for leg support, one for nursing, and even a different one for your baby’s playtime.

But the idea behind the Monarch pillow is that it will follow you throughout your pregnancy and beyond. I loved the idea of the buttons that allow you to shape the pillow into different formats. Right now I’m on my second trimester of pregnancy, so my favorite formats are one for back support, and one to use in between my legs when sleeping (which helps preventing you from laying on your back during the night, while also providing support for the belly).

I’m not pretty sure how well it will work as a nursing pillow (yes, there’s a shape for that!), or as a pillow for tummy time, but I sure hope I can continue to use this super pillow until then! They also make a waterproof cover, which might be very useful for after the baby is born!
