This paper is slightly see-through. I don’t know where these five(5) stars are coming from when you hold one of these sheets against a light source it’s like holding a potato skin from its stock weight.

This will bleed a sharpie through the other side. No doubt. Honestly, this paper should be used as copies from originals or a final letter concluding business relations. It’s not the quality that you may think.

There are other brands for that. And Boise-X9 is not one.

This box contains a tall stack of paper which means the lower third of the stack is under constant pressure from the weight of paper above it. I have seen my printer swallow 4 sheets at one time this is because they are stuck so tight together.

It is terribly difficult to pull 4 jammed sheets out of a cheap printer. HERE IS WHAT I RECOMMEND YOU DO. Simply fan each batch of paper you load into your printer then load it. FANNING separates the pages so it will only pull one page at a time.

This is still the best deal in paper.

Yowza yowza!!! Paper that goes INSIDE? the printer. I couldn’t believe it. I was strolling through the store looking for pens that I later found out I didn’t need and pick some of this paper up because it was on sale.

If I didn’t buy it, I wouldn’t have been able to save money. So in order to save the $6 and give up all my personal information, I made the purchase and boy am I glad I did! When I’m holding this paper it feels like I’m holding something very important, but the pages are still blank.

I don’t understand how it can feel so important but say nothing. Once words are put on this paper, forget about it! Mind is blown! The words pop of the page in some sort of romantic mating ritual trying to get me to jump into the page with them.

Unfortunately I couldn’t jump down that rabbit hole with Alice as I was already late for a date. a very important date. I brought the paper with me to the date and she was blown away as well. I said it came from Office Depot and she didn’t believe me.

We immediately ran out of the restaurant, didn’t have time to even stop to pay the bill. (Carlos if you’re reading this, I will get you the next time I’m in). We arrive at Office Depot just as they were closing.

I begged and pleaded with staff to let me in just for a second, they agreed (outstanding customer service at this location btw). We slowly approached the the stacked paper. Our hearts were racing. I pulled out my pocket knife to cut open the package after a quick glance to the employee that let us in.

He gave an approving nod. I removed the yellow straps that hold the lid down. With lifted the lid up and a glowing yellow light shined from within. Sadly my date is highly allergic to glowing yellow light and we had to rush her to the hospital.

but not before I bought 16 more cases of this paper!! The toner takes the page perfectly and the words look great. Everyone is always impressed with the paper and asks where I get it, but I’ll never tell! Not after what happened to my date.

I wonder how she’s doing.

The best printer and copy paper I’ve ever used, bar none. No other paper (especially in this price range) comes close to the SMOOTHNESS or whiteness. Inkjet printing never “bleeds” or wrinkles from damp ink.

All printing and copying is crisp, bright and professional looking. I’ve spent years in office admin plus home office and this is the ONLY paper that has not ever jammed. Not once. I think this is due to the incredible smoothness and total lack of dust of this 80gsm paper.

Ordered two boxes. Only one delivered. Waiting for the second one. The one that was delivered had a destroyed box. Several of the reams were torn open at the edges. The box was opened it had been so severely damaged it was barely holding together by tape.

Waiting to see how the second box arrives and in what condition. I love this paper. Not sure I’ll order again.

The paper is great, I love the paper. Shipping however proved to be a nightmare. All the boxes came damaged beyond belief. Several individual reams of paper are completely open and dirty or bent, making them completely unusable.

Very disappointed with the shipping process.

I was surprised at how fragile the wrapping paper encasing the copy paper was. It broke open very easily. As I was putting the paper away, I dropped a couple of the reams on the counter and the casing broke open.

The paper inside also tore to the point I had to through some sheets away because I was concerned it might jam in our machine. The actual paper is advertised as 20 lb paper, but it feels lighter/thinner than that.

I am not sure I would buy this paper again.

I shopped at a couple of office supply stores and in the Walmart store for legal size paper. I wanted to buy a case as my business requires me to print a lot on legal size paper. The office supply stores were expensive, $10 to $19 for one ream! I can’t afford to spend that much on paper.

I checked at Walmart and they sold a ream for a little more than $6, which was a huge savings but again I wanted a case. I clicked on the app on my phone and was very excited to see that not only could I order a case but it would be delivered to my house and the shipping was free!!! If you have never picked up a case of paper, it is very heavy and you could throw your back out if you’re not careful! It makes me so happy to have it delivered to my front door! I will never have to shop at a store and haul heavy paper home again.

The quality of the paper is good, too.

We do not mind using the 8. 5 x 14 WHITE paper, but we prefer the 8. 5 x 14 CREAM COLOR. But it’s been out of stock. The cream color is used for our church bulletins. We prefer cream. but we don’t have a choice at this time.

This printer has some good features and some bad features. Starting with the installation it is far below other printers in ease of setup. Part of this was due to the problem that my computer could not find the printer over wireless, even though the printer was right next to the computer.

Finally, I had to go to the printer itself and use its controls to connect wirelessly. This caused another problem in that the printer’s physical interface is rather primitive and entering the WiFi password was cumbersome.

Once connected next (at the printer), it asked if I wanted to update the firmware. I began the process when I was asked to enter the WiFi password at the printer again (or so I thought). I eventually found out it was not the WiFi password being requested, but instead a password that is on a label on the back of the printer.

I found this out when I updated the firmware from the computer interface and the installation software at the computer told me it wanted the password from the back of the printer. Bottom line is that although this printer has a more affordable price, the printer controls should be updated and also the software in the printer should be updated as well.

Now on the good side. This is a well-made printer that does print well and is very sturdy. It does not print very vibrantly but its printing is satisfactory. The printed documentation to setup the printer was clear enough to get things installed not withstanding my comments above.

I would recommend this printer as an entry level unit at a very nice price considering the printing features it provides like fax, scanning and document feeder. You also get some nice utilities via the ‘Brother Creative’ application which is included.

I decided to start my own business and work from home. I needed a new printer that I could use my phone with the printer. I came across this brother printer and decided to purchase it. That was the best decision I made for my business.

This printer is absolutely amazing. It is so easy to use you can control everything with the printer from your phone which makes everything so much easier and faster. Sometimes I do not have time to sit down and get on my laptop to do everything I need to use my phone and carry it around to get test completed and it helps to be able to type what I need into my phone and the printer delivers what I’m asking for.

Ahh, paper clips. So essential, yet so often overlooked. What would we do without them? How would we hold a thin stack of paper together or distribute flyers one-by-one to our neighbors? Even more important, how would we store them so that we would have them ready in a paper-clip emergency? If you ever rummaged around in a drawer where you had thoughtlessly dumped the last few dozen, you know what I mean.

If you trim your fingernails even once a week you will never be able to pick up a single paper clip from the bottom of the drawer – and don’t even start me on the number of times I thought I finally captured one, only to find it was really two (or maybe even three!) ingeniously interlinked like those puzzles your uncle gave you when you were nine years old that the instructions said could be untangled in a second, except for the extra step they forgot to put in.

But anyway, I needed a paper clip holder, so I went to Staples on-line. I found it in the paper clip holder section or wherever the search took me. I bought it. I am using it right now. It completely meets my expectation.

Fortunately, I did not expect much. For instance, I did not expect it to walk into the kitchen and cook dinner, or drive me to the supermarket, or help me choose between new computers, or buy a new pair of shoes.

It would be nice if it did, but that’s not what paper clip holders do. Few of us truly appreciate the thought and effort that go into making paper clip holders. They don’t just pop up out of the ground.

(Well, actually, the plastic part comes from chemical factories that get their feedstock from petroleum by-products that come from wells, and the metal part comes from underground mines). So be kind to your paper clip holder.

Be aware if you have bought this paper in the past it has changed and is not the same quality. I buy cases of this paper all the time for my business. The last case I bought in April 2022 is awful. The paper weight is much lighter and thinner than a comparable ream from an earlier case.

The paper is too thin and is constantly jamming in the copiers and fax machines. I have to suffer through finishing out this case and I will not buy it again. Very disappointed. Price goes up and quality goes down.

I have worked in the IT industry for over 17 years (and even longer as the “family computer guy”) and have come across a multitude of printers: Canon, Lexmark, Epson, Brother, Konica, HP, Ricoh, and all have their Pros and Cons.

As a former, professional photographer, I also trusted Canon and Epson for accurate photo reproduction. Canon announced 4 new PIXMA printers in the summer of 2019, including the PIXMA TS6320, just in time for the back-to-school season.

So, how does the TS6320 photo printer, which is geared towards students, fare? Pretty well! Once in a while, you may have to run a self-cleaning cycle to keep the ink flowing optimally Overall, like many inexpensive, family-oriented, consumer printers, the high cost of the ink cartridges makes the per-page print cost high.

However, the PIXMA TS series is known for its excellent photo reproduction where images and colors pop. This printer produces great output for low-volume homes and small offices, and is quite suitable for students needing to print reports and presentations.

Bought this based on online reviews and specs. It feels extremely heavy although the construction is light and flimsy/delicate. The scanner lid feels like it might snap off each time you lift it (it wobbles in hand) and the paper tray is the same – additionally, the tray has a nonsense flat that must be removed to insert paper.

I had thought that the asymmetric design might have some interesting function, but no. It’s just a weird design with an extra bit of “shelf” surface to catch dust. Importantly, this printer used 5 different ink cartridges to limit any wastage in replacing but (a) printing black only appears to use the BK cartridge that comes in the multi-pack replacement; and (b) you do not get many prints from each ink cartridge anyway.

Also, replacing ink cartridges is very awkward – you need to lift the scanner lid, then lift the scanner bed which only opens to a 30 degree angle and you have to squeeze the cartridges into place.

I’ve used several generations of Canon printer over many years, and was looking for a replacement that had: dual paper feeds, duplex (double sided) printing, individual colour ink tanks for economy, and both USB & WiFi connection This one fits the bill! It has a practical compact design with a simple LCD display and push-buttons rather than a touch-screen, easy to use with no unnecessary frills.

As an engineer keen on practical design, I was happy to pay almost 50% more than the TS8250 (my initial choice) for this no-nonsense model that sits alongside my desk and can accommodate papers on the flat top when I’m not using the scanner.

Set-up with direct USB connection was straightforward – I didn’t bother with the provided CD, but went straight for instructions on the website. Wi-Fi set up was less obvious until I realised that the front panel itself allows initial connection to a router, after which it was easy.

I was pleasantly surprised that it also connected easily to a Linux PC via Wi-Fi, even though I’m a bit of a Linux novice. I’ve used the printer for several days, now and the print quality is excellent.

One feature that I’ve missed from a much older Canon printer is a front-panel switch to toggle between the cassette and rear paper trays – for routine printing I have plain paper in the cassette, and recycled single-sided paper at the rear for less important drafts.

I’m pleased that this one notices if I insert paper in the rear feeder, and gives me the option to change paper source at the front panel which is great. I’ve been able to source compatible high-capacity (XXL) cartridges on the Internet at about half the price of Canon originals, so am hopeful that running costs will be modest.

This is a good everyday product; have been using it for years. Disappointed, though, to see that Staples is following other sellers (of everything) in downsizing quantity. Used to be 10 reams per case; now 8.

Yes, it *does* say so, but still.

This paper prints just as well as the name brands, but at a much lower price. Average $4 per ream delivered to my door in two days. Can’t beat that! Very satisfied.

The price was a good deal and overall it’s a decent buy. We’ve just had issues with it getting jammed in the tray way more often than is typical with other paper brands. Decent buy if you need an economical choice.

I have been using this for over a week and it is a great all in one printer at an affordable price point. This does not come with a manual but when you set up the printer you can send a digital copy to the computer you are linking it to.

The vague instructions it comes with do not tell you that you have to link it first to your WIFI before it will connect to your computer or iPad. There are only two ink cartridges. One for black and one for all color.

The replacement costs seem like a good value for ink compared to my former Canon printers. If you are using this with your phone, computer or iPad you will need to download the Canon Print App to each device for ease of use and the capability to use all the features of this printer.

Hopefully it lasts as long as my last Canon printer (over 10 years) that I just had to recycle because my operating system would no longer support it.

We Previously were Satisfied/Content with an Earlier Canon Pixma Printer Model’ it Finally Stopped Working after Several (3-4) Years; Hence, I Researched Similar Newer Canon Pixma All-I-One Ink Jet Models, and after Reading the Reviews decided on the TR7020 Model.

Had to Buy a New USB Cable, Which Like the Power Cord was a Little Tricky to Connect Because the Ports are Recessed and Angled. Once Powered Up; Went to the Canon On-Line Internet Site to Set-Up. Printer Works Fine; Does Consume Initial Ink Supply Especially Black.

Printer also Automatically Shuts Itself Down after a Short Period of Non-Use. All Said; a Good Printer for the Price; Recommend that You Purchase an Ink Cartridge Supply when You Buy this Printer.

Used to have an HP Office pro which broke, so I replaced it with this. I have a Canon camera, so I thought, should be good, right? And as superficial as it sounds, I wanted a small white printer. Unfortunately, I’m underwhelmed.

The paper tray only holds 1/4″ worth of paper, flimsy tray, slow as molasses printing, turns off so you have to turn it on to print, and plows through ink. I’ve gone to Kinkos to print large documents, because it’s painfully slow.

Never again. Sorry. Usually don’t write bad reviews, but I was compelled. Scanning was easy, and it was easy to set up to wireless – so hey, ending this on a good note. ;).

I bought this printer to replace a 10-year-old Epson Artisan 50 that broke, and I was tired of wasting so much expensive ink on nozzle cleaning. The many reviews I read were positive so I figured I’d give the G620 a try.

When I got the printer installed on my MacBook Pro via USB, I was surprised at how bare-bones the printer driver was, especially compared to the Windows driver, and that according to the manual in order to print borderless on a Mac I need to set an option on the printer’s small LCD panel before each print in addition to specifying borderless in the print dialog.

This is extremely frustrating. On top of that, to perform maintenance functions and settings like nozzle checks and cleaning I need to open and log into the ‘printer web page’ as these features aren’t available in the print driver on OSX (they’re available in the Windows driver, as are a host of other useful settings).

My old printer had a much more functional Mac driver that the G620. I was also surprised that unlike previous photo printers I’ve owned I was unable to turn off printer color management and use Photoshop and Lightroom’s color management (this is apparently the case on Windows as well as Mac), though the prints I’ve made so far using the G620”s printer color management seem pretty accurate.

I love the MegaTank feature, and the print colors seem to be really good, but as a Mac user the lack of a fully functional OSX printer driver and the extra manual step in borderless printing on OSX are disappointing.

For Windows users that don’t need to use their photo application’s color management I would recommend this printer and give it at least 4 stars.

Printer was bought to replace a Canon MG6853. It’s perfomance is as good as this older printer and the print quality is good. However the mono 5 x 1. 5cm display is shoddy compared with the illuminated colour 6 x 4.

5cm one on the MG6853. I had to use a torch to be able to see it. At three times the price of the 6853, not to put a descent display on the 3560 is criminal. Another critism is that nowhere in the setup paperwork or online does it mention having to attach the printer to your WiFi network using the printer control panel.

Neither does it explain what the buttons do and how to use them for inputting numbers etc. The “Getting Started” guide enclosed for setup recommends going online to Canon in order to connect to a computer.

I did this, identified my model number then clicked setup and downloaded the exec which I initiated. This searched for the printer on my network and could not find it. Looking online for help I was reminded to try connecting to my WiFi network using the buttons on the printer itself.

Inputting my network password a number of times failed but I tried the alternative of using the “WPS” button on the router and this worked. I checked my PC for Canon printer Apps and found that nothing had been installed by the downloaded programme and so went to the CD supplied with the printer and installed the drivers and setup software from that.

The search for my printer on my network was now successful and the printer was ready to use.

I bought the printer for general use at home, not specifically for photos. Having printed both photos and regular text, I am very happy with the output. Despite not having ICC profiles for Canon paper such as Photo Paper Plus II, as long as I select the correct type of paper and quality in Lightroom, the results are very impressive.

So far I have printed multiple detailed scenes on 5×7 Glossy Plus II paper and the results match the output on the monitor very closely. I am very happy with this level of color photo printing. The printer does fine for regular text printing or my children’s school projects.

I am not too keen on the paper handling as the printer has only one tray and I need to explicitly set the correct paper size on the printer prior to sending anything to the printer. In the past, I would just put the right paper in the rear tray and tell Lightroom the paper size with no additional fuss.

Fortunately, I do not plan on using this printer for photos too much (I plan on getting the Pro-200 for that), however, if you are printing photos and changing paper size regularly, then it can be can be a nuisance.

Setup was somewhat straightforward, although trying to understand how to enter the password characters for the wifi was very cryptic. Fortunately, once you enter the password, you don’t have to worry about it again.

Build quality is average, the printer feels light and not too cheap. I cannot comment on ink longevity as I have only printed about 20 photos so far. Overall, a nice printer with good photo output.

I’m 73 and I started when screens were either blue or green and then the MacPlus entered the game. Now I have an iMac. When the first laser printer came out, I started with this paper. I’m so glad Sam’s sells it.

No smudges and is the right brightness for my writing needs. Has a very professional finish to it.

Folks – photos of product are not accurate – first photo shows box with 10 reams clearly shown. Next photo shows 5 reams. If you only looked at the first photo you would think you are ordering a 10 ream package – have to really look at fine print in following description to find you are only ordering 5 reams.

So price is 2x other sellers for ream – I would suggest very misleading. Seller should be warned of sharp practices and very clearly state in order info that it is for 5 ream packed right out front.

These bases work ok, but they are quite small. They are perfect for indoor use, door frames, refrigerator, etc. But I had wanted to use them outdoors to put a gate on top of my bus. A medium strength breeze will knock the gate over.

(It’s my own fault for not looking carefully at the description. ) Pros: easy to use, just thread right on. Rubber coating keeps them from scream the surface, and small size makes then manageable for indoor use.

Very inexpensive. Cons: small size makes them unusable outside on a breezy day.

These are good enough to hold the gate vertical when you have something made of thick ferrous metal, like a structural beam etc. If you have a thin / rough fridge door or something like that, they will probably slide due to the weight, or let the gate get “tipped over” with small impacts.

The surface must be thick and smooth for these to work very well, and for that reason, I’d like to see a version that uses much stronger neodymium magnets instead.

Be careful, this is 3 reams not 10. Pretty high price per ream.

I have no fault with the actual product. It seems to be a good value. My problem is with the packaging. The package of paper was wrapped with a single 4-5” product wrapper, much like what you would see in a store.

There was no cellophane wrapping to contain the paper. So, when I opened the shipping package, I discovered that the wrapper around the paper was torn. And since the shipping envelope was much larger than the contents, paper was tossed everywhere inside that envelope.

Some sheets were crumpled, some torn, some folded.

Have had a few months, having a lot of trouble with the unit going into sleep mode, and Brother tech support verifies you cant turn it off! They disabled the hidden menu that used to be available on their laser printers to turn off deep sleep, and mine goes into sleep mode immediately upon reboot/reset, then shortly after into deep sleep and there’s nothing that will wake it up.

Deep sleep knocks it offline every time, so when I use it I have to uninstall, re setup wifi and it only works until I stop. Within a minute it goes into sleep mode, unusable again. Brother support offered no solution nor warranty coverage, seller refused to take it back because its over 30 days.

Clearly either a software or electronic defect in this 4 month old printer, its now trash. Yes, updated all firmware, reinstalled several times, set the time for sleep, same result. Won’t buy Brother again, won’t buy from this seller again.

Expected better from a seller Walmart allows in their market, as well as from Brother.

So far so good! I managed to pick this up from a very nice place at a really good price. It was really easy to set up and although I’ve only used it a couple of times, it really produces fantastic quality prints.

I bought it mainly for my daughter who is a student. She is studying art and needs quality colour pictures printed from time to time, along with course work text. Only being for occasional use I wanted a laser printer as ink cartridges cost a fortune and tend to dry up.

So basically are poor value for money. Our new Brother led printer solves that problem which is great! It replaced a Samsung grey scale laser printer which is a little smaller, but I managed to find space to site the Brother.

One thing I will say, it is very heavy! So mind your back when lifting the box and take care when removing it from the box and installing it. Could be a two person job to be on the safe side. All in all you can’t go wrong, especially if you can get one at the good as I did, very happy.

Bought this printer to replace an older one that wasn’t printing very good, getting splochy and faded print areas. Needed one with a multipurpose tray that would hold more than one page at a time because we issue prenumbered checks on this printer, Since this printer pulls paper from its paper tray “face down”, I would have to reverse the order of my checks before I could print or print them “one check at a time”.

This was not discussed in the features of the printer and the in-store employees could not explain this print feature to me. With further research, I found out all I needed to do with my old printer was to replace the drum unit.

Printer now works fine. However, now I am stuck with $300 printer that I really don’t need, Try to return it to the store and was told they could not take it back since it was bought on-line. Went on-line trying to navigate the return procedure which did not work or was very difficult to understand.

Called the customer help number and was told through computer prompts that nothing on that order number was returnable. this is when I found out that Technology items have a 14 day return period, we thought we had 30 days to return this printer.

Like the color/brightness. Could have been packaged a little more secure as it came with the paper cover ripped. But no defected product.

The color is not as pictured. The word description of neon green is more accurate. I will used it eventually (in years) but would have preferred to have the color that is pictured.

I love the blue color of this paper. The paper is stylish and of great qualtiy.

Really good product. Not as thick and opaque as the Canon Red Label version but nonetheless good quality paper. Ink doesn’t run. I like it. However, if you print double-sided you can definitely see what’s on the the other side of the paper.

Doesn’t bother me too much. I print my lecture slides and it looks nice Although I would appreciate not seeing the other side of the paper when I print double-sided. Good value for the price. Would you recommend.

Of note, if you’re looking for a very thick, smart looking paper this might not be it despite the fact that it is really good quality.

9/10 and recommended*. I regularly buy this paper. It is of good weight per sheet. Has adequate shine to stop absorbtion of inks and to allow for crisp printing of graphics or illustrations in letters.

And comes well packaged to ensure no dog-eared corners on arrival. I would describe this paper as ideally suited for daily use. If you have special requirements or wish to do high gloss photographic printing, then you need specialist papers, but for most work I find this paper excellent.

It has not arrived. This is ridiculous. I have contacted you a few times and told you this. It was supposed to arrive yesterday!!

I was bought the HP Deskjet 4152e All-In-One Wireless Color Printer by a friend with hopes it would print from my Chromebook as well as his smartphone using Bluetooth. We read that once you get the printer setup from a smartphone with HP app installed using wifi connection printing from devices in home network was suppose to be as easy as find printer then print.

Printing using a devices Bluetooth pairing was to be same. Nothing about this printer was easy or without some step necessary before printing. When one device had difficulty a setup reboot was necessary and then the other had to go thru hassle of setup like dominos.

I can say I haven’t been able to use any features like photo printing, scanning, copying, fax, print from email or many other tasks a person’s expects a All-In-One printer to seamlessly perform. On top of that the issue of cartridges is another reason not to buy.

You don’t have option to black only print and the cartridges printer came with are empty in less than 40 pages and then you are offer to buy a month to month HP printing service. New cartridges must be HP for printer to read chip and acknowledge like old school Kcups and to replace is about half the cost of printer.

On paper the HP Inkjet 4152e All-In-One printer looks good on paper but a time blackhole in reality.

I needed a small all in one for the space it had to go into. Printers started getting rather large compared to what they were years ago and it was getting hard to find one to fit in the space. It’s a cheap printer, feels like a cheap printer and I don’t know how long it’ll last but it may surprise me.

HP claims it to have a 1000 page per month duty cycle and I don’t print anywhere near that number so maybe it will last 4 or 5 years. or maybe not. I’ve only owned this a couple of days and so far all the functions seem to work OK.

It was very difficult to set up using a wifi network with a security password so one word of advice – use your smart phone to install it on a secure network. The phone set the printer up quickly after I struggled for quite a while on the computer.

Also, you need to log into the printer for internet access and it asks you for a password – I found it is either just the “enter” button or “space” then “enter” buttons. Once I got it all set up it seems to be working OK.

One thing I’ve always hated with the 2 ink cartridge system is wasting some unused expensive ink; I’ve signed up for the trial of the instant ink program to see if it is more economical to do it that way.

I took away 1 star because of the setup and how cheap it feels. I would have probably bought a little better all in one if they made more (and the store having more options at the time of purchase) of the size I need.

If it lasts for 4+ years based on my usage that will be great.

Decent, basic, printer for basic needs. We were looking for something with a small footprint for a small workspace. We also needed something that could support only a couple uses a week, without spending too much.

This printer seemed to match our requirements. There are some nuances we found that I’ll cover here at a high level: – The printer mandates a minimum 1/2 inch margin. No setting we found would ‘force’ it to print into the 1/2 margin.

If you have headers or footers that would have normally printed above/below 1/2″, you may have to adjust those. – On a Mac at least, the printer seemed like it ignored the “Black and White” option in the print dialog.

We found that we had to go to the system print dialog and set that setting there. Application-based print dialogs’ color settings seemed to be ignored. – The Instant Ink setup didn’t work for us. We’re glad it didn’t though; the HP rep at the store talked us into the trial of Instant Ink.

But looking back on it, I should have been stronger and said “No”. Most “pages” we print are only a couple lines. A monthly ink charge for us doesn’t make sense when the density of print is so minimal.

Our XL print cartridges will likely last an incredibly long time, all with no monthly fee. – We’ve only scanned minimally, but with our first few scans, we didn’t get the document fed straight. A little practice and this is much easier now.

I wanted to like this — I still WANT to like it. It’s sleek, small, purportedly super savvy — but I literally just cannot get it to print for the life of me. Everytime I try to print something I spend half of the time regretting everything and the other trying to rationalize about sunk costs and such, until I finally just decide ‘forget it’ and I’ll read onscreen whatever I was hoping to expedite review of by printing it out.

In short: it is almost less than worthless, for the time and energy I have to spend to get to the point where I give up. In fairness, this happens only approx 80% of the time I try to use it — so occasionally it surprises me.

And in actual fairness, I’ve never figured out what the problem is – no matter how much or little I’ve tried — and when I need it, I really need it and so typically don’t have time to troubleshoot (tried that too – the AI process is worthless).

So in all I strongly regret. Probably not having one at all would be far better.

Style points are off the chart! This is the perfect printer for someone who just needs to print things every now and then for everyday family type needs. I followed the steps to set it up and didn’t have any problems, even when setting up on my MacBook Air.

I didn’t love that you have to download an app to get it set up to a computer, but wasn’t the end of the world, and I’ve already printed from my phone a few times so ended up being great in the end. I haven’t had any problems to date with it not connecting after it’s been closed up for a while.

I tried printing some photos on the included paper and they aren’t bad for the level of printer. I wish some sort of pull-out catch tray was included in the design, I keep mine closed up until I need to print something, and have to make sure I’m there to catch the papers as I keep it on a cabinet that is only 12” deep.

Would have to be kept on a larger surface to not have to deal with papers falling. Also, some sort of space to keep paper when not in use would be a nice inclusion in the design. Right now I keep a small stack on top of the printer under the fabric cover.

The charcoal cover is definitely a dark blue/navy. More cover options would be nice. Very happy with this purchase!!!.

Love this printer! It has NEVER had a paper jam and gives out excellent pictures. I make my own nail decals and this printer is perfect for Crystal clear and highly pigmented, vibrant colors. Easy to set up and the HP instant ink program is a no brainer.

I do get connectivity issues from time to time but I think that’s my network not the printer. My printer started doing double lines and after a simple alignment test it was back to normal. I would reccomend to anyone asking and if this one breaks I’ll buy it again, I’ve had this one about a year so far.

I was looking for a new printer as my previous Canon wore out (bought in 2004) after a very long reliable service being used several times a week printing photographs. I contacted Canon & spoke to a very helpful gentleman who suggested several options.

However, Canon was unable to provide any of these models, John Lewis was recommended me. As I have used John Lewis for other appliances, I was happy to contact them. This model was in stock and was delivered in two days.

The instructions to set it up were clear, although I must admit as I am of an older generation, I had some help from my son. I still find it easier to follow a paper booklet A basic introduction paper instruction was included.

The quality of the photographs it produces is excellent It is a neat, compact machine; I still have to see how long the inks last. So far, I would recommend this printer.

This is a perfect printer for crafting. I purchased this printer from HSN about two years ago. Wireless printing with a mobile device was a little tricky at first. But if you follow the online manual it’s rather simple.

There is also a PDF version available. You are not charged by Canon to print from your mobile device as another reviewer stated. You can print from your home network for free. You simply turn on WiFi on your mobile device, and connect to the same network that you printer is connected to.

Printing on 12×12 cardstock is no problem either. Load your paper in the rear tray, adjust the guides, and select your media in the printer dialogue box.

I got this printer after seeing it advertised on HSN during a craft day. As an avid hobby crafter, I wanted a good printer for printing my own die cuts as well as some pictures. It does the job pretty well however, there is a very, very limited list of paper to select from considering it can print up to 12×12.

there isn’t an option for Labels or Sticker paper. just a basic generic setting for cardstock. I probably won’t be getting another Canon after this one eventually dies. My prints are not up to the quality they could be.

Disappointed in that respect. I’m not sure if it is a Mac issue or just a Canon Pixma TS9520 issue or what. No really updates to firmware that address this issue.

I bought this paper last week. I bought a box which was 10 reams so I would have enough to last me for a while. This paper is great. Perfect for the new laser printer I bought. The paper fits perfectly in the printer tray and the print comes out perfectly every time.

I will definitely be purchasing this paper again. Also, I went into the store and bought the last box they had after going to several other office supply stores who were completely out. Thank you Office Depot.

For years we have purchased the 10-ream case of Office Depot brand Copy & Print paper. We’ve always received a quality product until earlier in 2022. The boxes began arriving ripped and sloppily taped together, and the packaging of each ream was torn to the point of not containing the sheets of paper.

I can live with these issues, but the real problem is the quality of the paper seems to have declined significantly – every other sheet jams in a sheet-fed scanner. It’s an even bigger issue when the weather is slightly humid.

A lot of paper has been wasted as well as my time in having to manually perform duties that are normally more streamlined and efficient.
