My original wedding set, which I will never part with is a pink sapphire stone with diamonds. I wanted to upgrade to something a little more traditional. My husband always wanted me to get a solitaire ring.

The picture online is not what matched in real life. Very cloudy, immediately apprehensive about the purchase when I saw it when I picked it up. Although customer service and returning was a breeze, very impressed by how easy is was to return and find the right diamond I was looking for.

She was very helpful and PATIENT and worked with our budget. Overall excellent customer service both online and in store. After only having my ring for 4 days I took it back to be sized down a half size because I was afraid of it slipping off.

Only took 15 days but it seemed like FOREVER. however their service center repair team did an okay job when they sized down my ring they cut out and smoothed down the 10 k stamp , (you can now only faintly see it) I was told I could send it back to them to be re stamped but I didn’t want to deal with all that plus the extra 2 plus weeks wait time, AGAIN SO I’m feeling a tad disappointed about that but was told later down the road this could be done if I want or need my ring serviced or whatever ! Seems to me it was done in a rush or something because a good service man would look to make sure it’s still visually seen! Kay on the other had apologized and I know this was not their fault.

Kay will hopefully continue to be our go to jewelry store for all future purchases, maybe not their service center but I have nothing bad to say about Kay Jewelers. I’m just nervous about sending anything off now! I get complements daily, it’s so sparkly pictures don’t do this ring any justice.

Since I had already purchased the ring online I felt I was treated poorly by the staff. I was rushed to sign paperwork and when I asked to see the ring I had purchased before signing anything, I was told it didn’t matter because I already owned it.

This ring is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for me. Then I had it sized as it was too big. It took 3 weeks to get it back. Not even 1 month after getting it back the diamond fell out. Instead of fixing that ring since only had it less than 3 months (including the 3 weeks it was getting sized) they ordered me a new ring.

I waited 1 week to get this ring and it still had to be sent out to get sized because they only offer this ring in a size 7 as they are no longer making them anymore. I was told it would only take 1 additional weeks to get sized.

It took 1 1/2 weeks because they were having issues getting one of the stones to stay in the band. They officially had the ring longer than I did. Here I am barely 1 month after getting this ring back a second and wouldn’t you know.

Overall experience was pretty good. Shipping was quick and the ring looks pretty good. I think the only downside is not being able to see the diamond firsthand or pictures of actual diamond before buying.

The ring I purchased was not at all what the image showed. I knew the rock in the image was larger than what I was purchasing. I purshased a 1/3 diamond and the picture had to have been at least 1/2.

I ordered this ring online (for a right hand ring) after seeing it in my local store. The ring I received was VERY cloudy and had ZERO “fire”. I know…you get what you pay for. But luckily I was able to take the ring I received and exchange it at my local Zales, and for the price it is beautiful.

I don’t notice any yellow coloring and the inclusions are minimal. Definitely recommend for someone on a budget. Just beware of the possibility of being disappointed in the online purchase. If you are unhappy, exchange it! There are beautiful stones out there :).

I saw this ring first. It was the first one I tried on and it was love at first sight! It called to me as “the most beautiful ring I’d ever seen”. Very Tiffany-esqe design that majestically carries the solitary without the distraction of other diamonds around it.

My husband and I ordered this ring after we read all the reviews and looked at other options. I knew the price was unbeatable for this size diamond, but I also knew the quality would not be the best either.

I was expecting a somewhat flawed diamond, but the one that arrived was terrible. There was a thick, cloudy line straight through the middle of the diamond that made it look like it had cracked in two and been glued back together.

That was more of a flaw than I could be ok with. I ended up taking the ring back to my local store and swapping it out for the same ring, same price. only better quality. Don’t get me wrong, the one I purchased in store was still flawed, but not noticeably like the first one.
