Cassida is a glorified adding machine which counts pieces of paper. You tell it what denomination it is counting & it can tell you how many pieces of paper it counted & the value of those pieces. Slip a $100 bill in the stack of ones & it counts a $1.

it will count what you tell it to count, & then tell you how many & value of that batch & the value of all batches counted. Overall it does well, counts fast, does not jam frequently & can tell how many counted & value of those pieces of paper counted–but be realistic, it is not a miracle worker.

I really love the silicone sleeve which I purchased for my AirPods! They actually arrived 2 days earlier than expected! With the added key hook I dont have to worry about them getting lost in the bottom of my purse which is a definite PLUS! I didnt even notice when I purchased that there was also included a carrying case which is equally as nice.

My only suggestion would be to NOT affix the product sticker to the carrying case because its really hard to peel off without scratching the case! Other than that I would recommend this produce to anyone who has AirPods and want to protect your investment!.

Own a car wash and use this machine to count money from the bill changers. Am amazed how well this counter works. Have paid hundreds more for past machines and this machine works as well if not better than the more expensive units.

Have had it for over a year or more and still works as new. No problems. I do cover the unit when done with a cloth as to avoid any added dust. Don’t know if it helps but it sure does not hurt to keep it clean as the bills are dirty by themselves.

This book has great appeal to investors who are prepared to spend a lot of time analysing their shares, and are not too worried about the tax implications. Australia’s capital tax system is different to the US and is a disincentive for speculators or short-term investors.

For longer term, more defensive investors, I would recommend reading The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham or Contrarian Investment Strategies by David Dreman.

This is not your average “quick and easy to make money in stocks” type of book. It is a text book for serious investors, and try as the author might, he can’t make it simple and light. if you are serious about investing in the stock markets this is the book for you.

Just be prepared to study this book and study hard you will. It will give you confidence about the right stocks to invest in, teaching you about everything you need to learn about the company’s finances and how to evaluate the stock and when and how to buy and sell.

The only negative issue I have is that there are not enough real companies from which the author draws his examples. Otherwise an excellent buy.

But it given this book is already on its third edition, it must have worked pretty work for some. The methodology is a comprehensive and systematic way of making money on the market. It may work well, but it’s not for the timid If you’re a professional who just wants to put some extra income to work, this may not be way as you’ll probably not have the time.

I have read alot of books on the stock market. This is the only book that shows you how to buy a stock and make money. If you follow what he tells you. I highly recommend this book. It does help if you know a little about the market but, it is not nessary.

I also recommend buying his news paper the Investors Business Daily he makes it real easy to track and pick stocks. If you are interested in making money this is the book.

Basic info about finance in Australia for a young lady/lad, so if you know nothing it’s not a terrible book. After listening to many of Victoria’s podcasts I was quite disappointed by this book. It lacked actual help and just felt like a slapped together girly version Barefoot Investor, but with less useful content.

You’d have to buy her $300+ master-class to get more help. Between Barefoot Investor or this I would reccomend Barefoot, as you’ll get actual step-by-step guidance for setting up your finances to be set for life.

SOTM podcasts are a great source of better financial info from Victoria and I would reccomend those to a friend over her book in a heartbeat.

I have been using the Tab S7 11″ for most of the year and have really liked it. I was content with its size, but searching for a keyboard that was not of the stand variety and not a magnetic keyboard attachment was hopeless.

There are times when I just want to quickly pound some keys! I typically have a laptop laying around in the living room, but have been trying to better define my work and living space. So my only reason for getting the Tab S7 FE was BF sale and the matching Samsung Keyboard (exactly what I have been searching for) was really what sealed the deal to give it a go.

I definitely feel like it can replace a laptop if I am to really keep work/life balance in check. DEX mode is great for giving that full laptop feel. I have a Note 20 for the SPen and the same reason I went with the Tab S7.

I don’t use AirPen features; they really just feel like a gimmick or niche use. The Tab S7 FE does not have those features and I have to say I love not needing to charge the SPen. I never ran it down, but I think I was always a little self conscious.

This doesn’t in any way change the SPen usage, still great response time!! I can say if it wasn’t for the sales I would not have jumped in to try this setup out. I am a heavy user of the Samsung Notes App for my handwritten notes.

There are other apps out there that have more features, but S Notes always works and never any palm rejection issues. Loading PDFs and annotating on them is a cinch and something I use a lot. The bigger screen size is definitely nice and the build quality is just as good as the S7/+ line.

S7+ is the only of the 3 with an OLED panel. I have seen so many misprints on other sights claiming the S7 11inch does too, but it does not. The S7 FE does have a better chipset than the S7 FE 5G variant, so if you don’t need the mobile data connection (run a hotspot off your phone) then get the standard S7 FE.

I don’t game or use the camera; I do have it synced to receive SMS and I use that a lot. I don’t the phone calling anymore though, just not necessary. My transition from the S7 11in to the S7 FE was seamless and an upgrade in my opinion for my needs.

Not having an OLED screen is noticeable, but it wouldn’t be any different if I had a laptop.

I bought this open box Samsung Tab 7 FE 12. 4 tablet with Keyboard to replace my old and not working refurbished Samsung Galaxy Pro 12. 2 that I bought back in 2014. The Tab 7 tablet and keyboard all came in the original packaging just like my old Galaxy Pro with all the accessories with no scratches or blemishes, just like new.

I was able to setup the tablet very fast with ease going thru the step-by-step process. At one point, it asked me if I wanted to copy all my information from my Samsung cell phone using the Smart Switch App, but I declined to do it.

Once the setup was complete, I was able to download some Apps that I was using in my old tablet, and I was up and running. The Tab 7 also comes with 64Gb of internal memory. So, no need to worry about memory space.

If you need more space, you can add an additional memory card by removing the sim & memory cartridge on top of the tablet with the included pin to remove it. What I like the most is the style and finish of the tablet.

It is very good looking and thin tablet with no bevels around the face of the display, like my old tablet did come with a white bevel all around the face display for the Home button and front camera on top.

The Tab 7 is all black front display, and you notice the thin black bevel when you turn on the display. But when off, it looks like one continuous display screen. The other thing that I like of the Tab 7 are speakers and keyboard.

The speakers on both sides of the tablet are much louder with deeper base. The Keyboard is very thin and professional looking with precise key stokes. The keyboard has magnets at the base and the back cover to hold the tablet in place.

It also has a place for the stylus where if folds and on the back over with on open cutout for it to magnetize to the back of the tablet. Very neat. I prefer to use the keyboard to turn on the tablet instead of the hidden Home button.

The Tab 7 came with 29% battery when I first turned it on and took a couple of hours to fully charge it. The battery has a better management system and it last 10 to 20 times longer battery life than my old tablet, which is good for watching movies, news, books, games or taking pictures on the go.

Cons: None for now.

It’s been a month since I got my Galaxy S7 FE and I am super happy with its performance. I thought and imagined this would be the perfect tablet for me and I was right. I got it with the keyboard cover and got a microsoft mouse (bluetooth) to work with it.

It has become the best cheap alternative to an office and work computer. I take it to the office as a laptop and people keep turning their heads. I keep it as a netflix viewing machine on my bed before sleep.

Best part is I got it for 479 CAD, which is the cost of an ipad 9 and I believe it is much more functional than iPad 9. Firstly the bigger and better laminated screen, given it is not an oled, but have you seen the screens of most $500 chromebooks and i3 laptops ? they seriously lack contrast, have large bezels and flex like crazy when you open the lid.

I mean laptops have surely lost their touch with time and diminishing sales. Secondly there is a keyboard which you can actually type properly, takes a little bit of time to get used to but if you put it on the table it doesn’t move unlike the ipad’s keyboard.

It uses the table’s stability as its own and uses the tabs weight as a counterweight and feels so solid it is crazy how it is able to pull it off. Key travel is better than a macbook air 2016 and is slimmer and feels more solid than the surface’s keyboard.

Then there is the mouse which I hardly use. I got it because there are some office applications that absolutely need it and dont work with it properly. Given the huge touch screen in front of you using the mouse seems stupid.

but it adds to the functionality so it is sitting on my desk the most retro piece of technology looking at me with those googly eyes and begging not to throw it away. It is bluetooth so might last a bit longer than its dongeled counterparts.

Add to that the samsung fast charging and “battery bank sized battery” makes this cheap laptop alternative a beast. I don’t even lose charge on the 2nd day of work and netflix. That’s just one more thing Samsung did right this time.

with s7+’s 120 Hz display and more powerful processor it eats battery quite quickly whereas FE sips it slowly like that expensive cappuccino from starbucks. Wifi bluetooth gps everything works fine, sometimes i think car manufacturers should just stick this on their dashboards and be done with it.

Android Auto, Apple Carplay Who ?? This is perfect. One nagging problem I had though is that 4 gigs of ram, I wanted the cheap version so I got the 4GB variant with 64 gigs storage. Just that when you open more than 4 tabs on chrome it will close the old tabs and that is annoying especially when I am working on all 4 tabs simultaneously.

I Have heard that Samsung is working on a feature called RAM Plus for its budget smartphones. I believe that FE needs it more right now. do the budget phones later and bring it to FE first. So, In conclusion this is a great tablet for light work and using chrome veiwing netflix youtube prime and all that, this will give you the freedom of movement and space on your clutterd desk and save you the hassel of charging every couple of hours.

if you want to sit in a cafe and type, listen to music do some light drawing, write some notes. this is the absolute best you can get. nothing compares to this in this $ range.

I LOVE AOTR products. Even if you’re not into magic, if you love beautiful, earthy scents, I’d recommend this company. Fiery Wall of Protection oil smells strongly of cinnamon and earthy herbs. It’s what I’d imagine a sexy witch nestled in a moss-covered cabin in the woods would smell like.

Quicken for Mac is one of the more comprehensive personal finance apps available but if you’re transitioning from the Windows version, you may be disappointed as the Mac version is less robust in terms of features and friendliness of the user interface.

The user is likely to feel that the Mac version is less intuitive than the Windows version. So, it’s essential that you understand your personal use case and select the Windows or Mac version on that basis.

If you’ve already transitioned to a Mac and need the features offered by the Windows version, you’ll need to run an emulator and opt for the Windows version. It’s not inexpensive. For a few years and since being acquired by a PE firm, the cost of ownership has increased.

Like most software these days, Quicken is subscription based with versions ranging from $42 to $72 per year. At the end of that year, the company prevents you from downloading data directly from your financial institutions.

Further, the system prevents you from importing data to the program. You’re left with a crippled app which allows you manually input every transaction, something I don’t recommend if you value your time.

The most notable changes from the 2020 version were that which related to speed of the app. including: • Faster start-up • Faster loading of charts and graphs • Faster backups One of the more annoying shortcomings is the apps inability to handle warrants and stock options.

I love how the desktop and app versions sync, but I wish the app was as fully functional, capable, and independent as the desktop version while still being able to fully sync with each other. The one thing I hate is how Quicken reconciles lines of credit like the amount of credit used is a positive balance when reconciling.

It is borrowed money, and should reconcile like the negative balance that it truly is in reality! As a product with an annual subscription, it should renew at 50% less than its current renewal rate. Maybe after 2 years of being a loyal customer even 70% less than its current renewal rate.

That is not a reflection of the value of the product, but rather the value of customer happiness and desire for customer retention for Quicken. Other than that, I love Quicken! It has become an invaluable asset to managing my finances! Other than these things I wish Quicken would do to improve their product, it is an amazing product, and I have not seen another to serve my needs as well.

I have used and purchased many upgrades of Quicken since 1992 and love Quicken except their latest subscription policy. I PURCHASED the last 2019 Deluxe version and although it states that I can continue to use it by downloading the latest version before my subscription expires it became unusable after many attempts to follow their instructions.

I wasted over two hours and multiple attempts on the help line to restore a usable version with no success. I do not need or want upgrades as I am a senior citizen and do not do online banking and just use quicken for my checking account and savings accounts.

The tech support could only make my PURCHASED Quicken program operational if I paid them for a yearly subscription fee which they would not even honor the 40% discount that they emailed me to renew my account but instead gave me a token 20% discount.

It looks like I am forced into a yearly subscription fee even though when I purchased my 2019 CD version it was not a subscription but a purchased version. I am on Social Security and do not have this newly enacted subscription fee in my budget and at my age I do not want to learn a new program and loose thirty years of Quicken records.

I am extremely disappointed with Quicken and their lack of ability of their help line to fix an issue that they specifically say can be used without paying a yearly fee. Jim C.

Quicken keeps me keep control of my finances and investments. The download of credit card and stock information is easy and reports for a variety of transactions are easy to create and review. You must be careful and disciplined and consistent in recording transaction to take full advantage of this software.

I drop 1 star because you must renew at additional cost yearly to maintain the download ability, and the cost to do this is much more expensive than it should be. Quicken is greedy in regards to this and sooner or latter will loose customers if they do not lower the cost for renewal just as cable/satelite companies loose customers because people cut the cord and find other solutions.

Without the renewal I could not download transactions but still use other features in the program. I could manually input data to whatever extent I need to, and since info available at bank, investment, and credit cards sites is so complete moving away from the download feature is a possibility as I would still be able to track finances and budget.

For many, using a spreadsheet could be all they need to get and maintain control of their finances to supplement other financial institution data and reports. I may get to that point. Someday but not today.

Overall, I am happy with the product. There are several issues. I like the completeness of the banking sections for keeping up on purchases and deposits. The coupling with our bank US Bank no longer works, downloaded entries repeating those already entered.

This may be a bank issue, used to work great. There are some repetitive tasks that should be remembered by the software and learned from if possible. The entering purchases by % never works right, too may different jurisdictions with different tax rates where I live, and I wish there was an easy way to delete those already entered.

I wish there was an easier way to edit saved payee typical charges. The budgeting section was good but has gotten too complicated, unwieldy and can cause redundant entries happening and missing stuff too easy to miss.

Difficult now to tell where we stand on our budget at a glance. The investment section was good but now undependable, missing on current values on some stocks, misinterpreting stuff, not remembering that it is always “first in first out”, miscalling growth on our accounts.

I can no longer trust or depend on it. A nice option would be something similar to the features in Fidelity’s Active Trader Pro. Maybe that could be a future product. Thank you for the opportunity to submit feedback.

I was looking for a book to be educated about my investments, bonds, money markets, index funds, HSA, 403B, IRAs, and Roth IRAs. It was recommended by your staff to read Complete Guide to Money. I was disappointed that there were only 20 pages of very basic knowledge.

The rest was geared toward those starting out or those who don’t have knowledge of budgets, saving and money. I’m 67, retired, have NO debt and a widow looking for knowledge to manage the investments left to me by my financially educated late husband.

This book while a very good book was not what I asked for. We learned this in the 90’s and lived by it but it has nothing I need at this stage in my life.

I have used these Dome Simplified Home Budget Books for several years now and I love them. They help me stay on top of my budget and spending and show me in the data where I can save more. It is nice to know that I can rely on these budget books to help keep my spending and savings in order.
