20 Best Vanilla K Cup (2022 Updated)

I was really excited to try these k-cups because I loved the idea of a quick and easy way to prepare my coffee in the morning. Overall, I was very disappointed with this product. I am used to and enjoy stronger coffee so K-cups don’t really work for me.

If there is a way for k-cups to be more flavorful and stronger, from my perspective that would be a great way to improve this product. But, that is just a personal preference and I’m sure many people enjoy the flavor of k-cups because it is definitely a prominent and popular product.

i see reviews for this at 4-5 stars. im confused. there is NO flavor to this coffee. i love a vanilla or honey flavored coffee, Black even normally taste as good as it smells. Maybe i got a BAD batch.

no smell or taste of honey or vanilla. will NOT buy this again. a waste of money.

These are the only flavor of kpods I’ll drink! I’m very picky about the type of coffee I’ll drink and I have finally found one that I enjoy and it’s this right here it has the best flavor to it and I don’t need to add of a ton of cream a sugar to make it taste better! 10/10!.

I just opened this replacement bag of coffee, for another Green Mountain Nantucket Blend Bagged Coffee that just didn’t taste right – it didn’t have the robust aroma and rich flavor as the previous ones.

The newly opened replacement coffee is as I had remembered it. Robust aroma and flavor. I love it! Before this bag of coffee, I had already purchased another bag of Nantucket Blend, that was also of equal quality to the replacement bag.

I have been drinking Green Mountain coffee for many years, and never had a bad cup of coffee, until this one recent exception. So thank you, Keurig, for replacing it with a fresh bag of Nantucket Blend.

I continue to be a loyal fan of Green Mountain coffees, and would recommend them to anyone. I am enjoying a cup of Nantucket Blend right now!.

I’ve been buying dark magic for ages. The last several orders just aren’t the same. It doesn’t have the same wonderful aroma or full bodied flavor. I had stocked up on the dark magic because it was selling out quickly.

Even with having auto delivery I had to wait for it to come back in stock. I know the coffee is different because I had an order stored from some months ago stocked away and when I brewed the pods from that order it had that same great aroma and flavor.

I started using my most recent order from about a month ago and there’s hardly any aroma and the only way it comes even close to tasting the same is to brew a smaller cup and even that doesn’t quite make it.

I’m considering switching or just going back to brewing my own coffee. I am so disappointed because the dark magic was the perfect cup.

I often find medium roast coffee to be too weak and watery tasting, so I usually look for Medium Roast Extra Bold. I don’t believe Nantucket Blend is labeled extra bold, yet It has a fairly full coffee flavor, making a nice mellow every day cup.

As a flavor reference, I also like the Medium Roast Extra Bold blends from Newman’s Own Special Blend and from Keurig Donut Shop, however they sometimes taste burned, so I keep going back to Nantucket Blend.

As another reference, I also enjoy an occasional Folger’s Black Silk k cup. Nantucket Blend doesn’t come close to the intense flavor of Black Silk, but you still know you’re drinking coffee. I find that all 4 of these coffees have a similar flavor, different strength, but similar flavor.

GM French Vanilla is a perfect blend as far as I am concerned. The flavor comes through without overwhelming the taste from the coffee beans. I thought that adding French Vanilla creamer to regular coffee would be about the same.

That proved to be far from the truth. Green Mountain French Vanilla is simply in a class of its own.

Green mountain French vanilla coffee is the only coffee I’ll drink. I pair it with sweetened vanilla soy milk and it’s delicious. I also buy the decaf so I can have a cup at night. It has a very smooth flavor and just taste delicious.

You’ll love it.

I did make this my main brew, but would of liked to have tried it with a little more vanilla. If Green Mtn. ever had taste testers from across their buyers out here, I would of loved to have been one.

Other wise the hint of vanilla is one that keeps me coming back for more.

I really liked the taste of the Starbucks decaf House Blend coffee. I honestly haven’t had any other decaf coffee before. I was pleasantly surprised on my overall liking of the coffee. I do drink on a daily basis.

I always have a hot cup in the morning and I make homemade cold brew as well. I decided to try it out on a lazy day one morning when wanting a hot cup of coffee. I feel I do always want and need the strong stuff, however I planned on having a down day around the house and thought it was a perfect time to give it a try.

Honestly I think in the back of my mind I’ve thought in regards to decaffeinated coffee that I would be giving up on the robust flavor that I crave when I’m wanting my daily fix. That was not the case though.

If I hadn’t known prior that this was a decaf coffee I wouldn’t have been able to tell the difference. It filled my kitchen with the coffee aroma that I love to smell while waiting for my coffee to brew.

The House Blend is a very flavorful and robust coffee and it truly didn’t disappoint me whatsoever. I haven’t tried it yet when making a pitcher of cold brew but I know I won’t have any hesitation now after knowing that I won’t have to give up on any flavor that I love and expect in my coffee.

I’ve actually made the House Blend part of coffee routine throughout my week now. It doesn’t disappoint!.

I have been buying Starbuck’s French Roast Dark Roast K-cup pods for as long as they’ve been making this flavor. About a month ago, the graphics on their French Roast Dark Roast package changed (or maybe this new package just came to my area).

I’m all about updating graphics, so I didn’t think anything about it until I drank my 1st cup of coffee out of this new package. This coffee is not the same. Not even close. I looked on the box and the new graphics state notes of dark caramel & sweet smoke.

This is not the original FRDR recipe. The original FRDR is intense & smoky. They have definitely changed something to make this coffee sweeter and leave a bitter taste in your mouth. The original FRDR that I’ve been drinking forever was not sweet and never left a bitter taste on the tongue.

I like a good strong cup of coffee and the original Starbucks FRDR has given me that consistently every morning, never failing. until now. Hate to say it, but I will now be shopping around for a new dark roast coffee.

This is a real bummer for me. If you just want a consistent, deep rich coffee to wake up to every day, I do not recommend this new Starbucks French Roast Dark Roast at.

I LOVE Starbucks and was so excited to find that they teamed up with Nespresso. The Nespresso decaf coffee was never strong enough for me. Finally I could enjoy a decaf latte/ cappuccino that actually had a decent coffee flavor! So good, in fact, that I went through my last orders way more quickly than anticipated.

Hence, I ordered several of these 50-count boxes. They arrived yesterday. When I looked at the expiration date, I had to find out that they will expire in 4-weeks time! Oh no, no, no – thats not okay.

Part of my order was also a 50 count box of regular Starbucks Nespresso capsules these will expire June 1st, which is in 3 months. Still not a lot of time, but better. It was difficult to give an accurate star rating, because the product itself is wonderful and deserves 5 stars.

The problem is simply the expiration date, and this time thats – sorry to say – on Home Deliveries USA. HOWEVER, I just talked to a representative and Home Deliveries USA, as usual, redeemed itself. They are sending me a replacement that should arrive tomorrow already while I can keep the coffee that will expire in 4 weeks.

So far, Home Deliveries USA has always done right by me and customer service has been outstanding. Yep, despite of this hiccup, Im still a very happy Home Deliveries USA customer. Update: Its almost comical, but the replacement pods had the exact same expiration date! Not funny :

I purchased 2 boxes (Victor Allen’s Variety Pack and Victor Allen’s Autumn Favorites). The price was great, however, the coffee is a waste of money. Weak, flavorless and not even returnable! I tried each different flavor thinking it was just a processing error.

Sadly all of the pods brewed up extremely light and flavorless. But the really odd part was when after trying this product I noticed I had no reaction to the caffeine. I normally drink decaf and purchased these flavors as a seasonal treat.

Since I don’t drink caffeine I usually get jitters after a cup. No such reaction occurred! This coffee had no effect on me. This coffee is definitely made cheaply.

We use these in our vacation rental. We have a 6-pod k-cup holder by the Keurig machine and give our guests a variety of k-cups to enjoy on their first morning. If they get in late, they may not have been able to stop at a store so we have them covered.

This selection is nice. We love bold coffee and the Seattle Dark and Italian suit our taste well. The Kona is better for those who like a more subtle flavor profile. Lastly, the Caramel Macchiato is a lightly flavored regular black coffee that would be good for an afternoon cuppa.

The best by dates on the pods were 6-8 months out, so plenty of time even if you only have one cup a day. 100% satisfied.

This is the closest I could find to my product. I was in the Dollar Tree and saw this in the cooler right by the register. Man I was so surprised. I never heard of Victor Allen before. This vanilla iced latte chilled coffee drink is amazing.

The perfect blend of coffee and vanilla. It’s a full 11 ounces. Made with real milk and sugar. 5 grams of protein. Will definitely get you where you need to be. Highly recommended if you need a little boost throughout the day.

They have them in caramel and mocha as well. Only $1. 25!.

This coffee was smooth with great flavor and taste. The reason I took of 2 stars was because the pods do not work in my Keurig 2. 0. If I brew a 10 oz cup I MAY get 4-6 ounces of that in brewed coffee.

When I went to removed the pod, the grounds and water inside the pod spilled over into the machine. I thought maybe is was the matching so I gave it a thorough cleaning, tried it again and it did the same thing.

I cleaned it again and brewed the Walmart brand coffee and it brewed fine. I’m now looking for paper filters that I may be able to put the grounds into those and brew like that. I did enjoy the coffee very much.

The pods just didn’t brew well.

I was dubious about this purchase only because of the mixed reviews. However, I really wanted to try this K Cup because I love her TV show and I was intrigued by the flavor choices. One thing I like to do is taste K Cups both hot and iced for a full evaluation.

I was pleased to see that I enjoyed this K Cup both hot and iced (I usually only like a K Cup one or the other). I look forward to purchasing this item again and want to try a flavored variety, too!.

I loved the idea of this coffee. The spices were fantastic, you could really taste them. The coffee itself was really lacking in coffee taste. It tasted weak and almost stale.

Dunkin’ Donuts original blend is one of my favorite brews of coffee. It is considered a medium roast, but will stand toe to toe with a number of dark roast brands. The flavor is rich with that nice deep nearly dark roast flavor without the bitter after taste left in the back of your throat that many coffee brands tend to leave.

My husband, a huge fan of dark roast, has more than once nabbed the last dunkin’ pod even though there were plenty of other darker roasts available to him. Yes, he has gotten more than a few glares over the years as a result.

This is one of those coffees that you can drink as is, no sugar or cream. The price is a better value than when purchasing this exact item in a big box store. You might be saving a few cents per pod, but in the long run, it all adds up.

Can’t help but wander if hot water in this plastic, like most any other, causes leaching of chemicals in the coffee cup? For sure it’s causing more daily plastic waste for nothing more than a very mild convenience.

I’ve also read that paper filtered coffee is supposedly better for your health because the paper filtered coffee removes chemicals that can increase cholesterol levels leading to higher triglyceride levels.

I’m going back to the old way and paying half for my coffee!.

This was always my go to coffee. I don’t know who the manufacturer is but I suspect a brand I used to buy before I discovered this option a few years ago. I bought 2 cans about two weeks ago and was surprised to see the price at $9.

98 a can. I looked back and the last time I purchased it was $6. 98. I called WM customer service at the corporate level and got zero response. They had a store associate call me. I told them “I need corporate marketing.

The stores don’t set pricing!” The issue of this dramatic price increase for a store brand has yet to be resolved. I won’t be paying $9. 98 for private label WM items.

Buying a Value size of coffee means that you absolutely love the coffee you’ve selected and you drink a LOT of coffee! Those two criteria fit me to a T but I also love the Great Value Classic Roast Medium having tried several of the other brands/flavors.

I have also tried the Maxwell House version of this flavor but believe that the Great Value one wins hands-down! The price is also fantastic especially for such a large capacity and trust me, you will not be disappointed! It is hard to find this type of large capacity on the Walmart shelves due to limited space but in this case I ordered it online through my Walmart account which was handled with speed.

Great aroma when you first open the cardboard? can, so I brewed 4 scoops through a 4-cup coffee maker, It had a nice aroma while brewing but the final verdict after “fixing my coffee” is that the coffee is very good for the price but ends on a slightly weak note.

Will add a 5th scoop for the 4-cup brewer. The container could be a bit more sturdy – does seem to be made of lined cardboard which just feels squicky, but then again I guess the can isn’t meant to last forever.

In conclusion: would recommend, just use a bit more than you might normally use of your preferred national brands.

These are nicely flavored coffees, great for the winter and holiday season. The coffee is nice strength medium roast, and the flavor (eggnog/gingerbread cookie/chocolate cappuccino/maple french toast) comes through in each sip.

There is no bitter or chemical after-taste from any of the flavors. Enjoy!! This is a true medium roast coffee. The coffee is NOT for those looking for super-strong coffee. It won’t disappoint those who are looking for super-strong coffee, but it will not deliver the anticipated jolt.

This was always one of my favorite coffees to buy from the gorcery store, so I decided to get it in k-cup form. The coffee has a nice, smooth flavor. It’s somewhat acidic, but I think that’s from the high temperature the machine brews with.

The coffee tastes great, but the smell it leaves in the room is kind of similar to the smell of stomach acid when you vomit. It’s not very pleasant. I’ve had my wife and both children come in and make faces asking me what the smell is when I’ve brewed it.

Other than the smell, it’s 10/10 delicious.

I also thought. apple coffee? But I was pleasantly surprised with the taste. I got this as part of the New England variety 72 pack. Only 4 stars for New England in general because the flavors are not strong enough to make my usual 12oz cup.

This works well with 8-10oz cups. The price point on the variety pack is well worth the purchase. Enjoy something a little different than the usual. I always use real half-n-half and a touch of cinnamon in my coffee.

This is my absolute favorite coffee; my second is Major Dickisons. The Sumatra is so well-rounded that the dark roast is never harsh or sharp, even if I run really low on cream and sugar. I have been without it for more than a month, and I Want My Big Sumatra Reserve delivery Very Badly! My husband got me the Starbucks version, and it just doesn’t compare.

I realize that you are probably doing your best, but I need you to get the 72 or 96 amounts in stock soonest! Thank you for your great selection of coffees, and the honest effort to describe the difference in them….

flavor and texture are extremely hard to explain. The website and I don’t always get along but your wonderful customer service people are super at getting me what I want in a timely manner. My compliments all around, and please get me my Sumatra Reserve as soon as you can, Chrisanne G.

Love it, was shocked. Have been using Gevalia Swiss Hazelnut coffee since before single serve coffee makers. When single serve came out, Gevalia was only offered in Tassimo T Disc form. Recently could not get T-discs so bought Keurig Mini and tried Green Mountain Caramel Vanilla.

Result:Put big Tassimo machine on the donate pile. Did not in my wildest dreams ever see that coming. Anyway, had bought Keurig Mini to use temporarily but now planning to move Mini to in-home office and replace with bigger Keurig in kitchen, one that fits 7″ travel mug.

This coffee truly shocked me. Have been drinking Gevalia Swiss Hazelnut since at least the early 90’s and with one cup of Green Mountain coffee switched for life. Also ordered Green Mountain Hazelnut but haven’t tried yet.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Green Mountain Coffee, but this k-cup group 12ct not only did it have no flavor but the underlying coffee was bitter even at a low strength. Don’t know if the very short best buy date has anything to do with it, but I was quite disappointed that there was nothing redeeming about buying this coffee.

Keurig has been overall great in respect to these issues, and I will continue as a loyal buyer. But, not for Caramel Vanilla Cream, a flavor I hae no idea has such a high rating.

I just received my second order. This is definitely the way to go if your a serious coffee drinker. I’m paying half the price as what I normally was paying at the grocery store and the large stores don’t want to mention nes here.

I am set up on autoship and will continue to keep. My coffee coming this way as long as the pricing stays within reason like it is now. I’m glad I found out I can order my green mountain coffee directly from the distributor.

Nice vanilla flavor with the perfect smooth under notes in this coffee blend. I love being able to get flavored coffee that doesn’t require a sugary syrup and this fits the bill so nicely. Nice high-quality product and I’ve never had any mishaps with these pods so the quality control is on par.

These are good. French Vanilla is my favorite taste, and Green Mountain Coffee is up there with Starbucks. The price can be steep if not on sale though. I like light roast coffee because it is smoother.

I would definitely buy again. Although, currently I am not using my K-Cup coffee maker. I have been drinking Super Coffee chilled.

This review is for the donut shop snickers flavored coffee. I drink black coffee, I have for almost 30 years. I’m a coffee addict you never see me without a coffee in my hand. My amazing husband works at a grocery store so he sees all the new flavors they get.

He bought this home for me to try, here’s my thoughts. Once it started brewing it started to smell almost musty, not what you would associate when you think snickers bar. Drinking black coffee allows me to taste the coffee bean.

This even tastes musty, too be fair I added a little bit of cream to see if that would give me the taste I wanted. It disappointed me. I’m staying far away from this. It got 4 starts from me because it’s coffee.

So I bought a 60 pack of these pods from Walmart. In order to get 1 cup of coffee, I’ve had to go through sometimes as many as 4 pods in a row, and have to totally disassemble and clean my Keurig each time until I get a cup that will brew without being totally full of grounds, or that doesn’t cause the brewer to give up and say that it’s clogged.

These pods are garbage. My Folgers, or Great Value brands will ALWAYS brew correctly, and this is the second set of pods from Keurig that suck. I’m going to just throw away the 40+ pods I have left and go buy something else just to save my sanity.

Tried out a lot of decaf coffee on my husband through the years an he never liked any of them. I caught my husband sneaking my donut shop coffee pods an asked Keurig if they made it in decaf an to ship a box if they had it.

Well, the decaf pods arrived and my husband was excited to try it. He made his cup an took off with it, leaving me waiting for hours for my cup. I asked what he was doing, an he responded he was sitting back and enjoying his cup an that it was so good he forgot to brew my cup.

I laughed an finally was brought my cup. I had never seen my husband enjoy a cup of decaf coffee before. He liked it so much he asked to have an additional box of decaf pods added to our order, which I did.

I tried the decaf and it had the same great flavor as the regular donut shop coffee. I however need the caffeine, unlike my husband who can’t have it. Enjoying the Java.

Solimo Dark Roast Coffee Pods, French Roast, Compatible with 2. 0 K-Cup Brewers [French Roast].

K cups are expensive, I don’t have to tell you that. But if you are looking for ones a little more affordable with nice, deep, full flavor, hop on to Amazon and get this brand. From dark roast to light, you will be pleased with your choice.

I like all of Amazon’s K cups. I personally prefer the lighter roasts but I have never had a bad one. They are comparable to Dunkin or Starbucks. I give them four stars only because I wish they made more flavored coffee.

I love iced coffee, and I truly love Keurig K-cups and all the wonderful flavors. Having said that, sometimes it’s good to go back to basics and enjoy a good (iced) non-flavored coffee. Green Mountain “brew over ice” classic black K-cups really bring this home for me.

Fill a thermal tumbler with ice, brew the k-cup on 10 oz. and strong, pour the coffee into the ice-filled tumbler, add sweetener and creamer to your liking, stir and cap the tumbler. You’re now ready to enjoy a robust, yet smooth, tumbler of iced coffee way cheaper than Bigbucks or the Donut shop without having to leave the house.

I drink iced coffee year round, but it is especially good in the dog days of summer. Enjoy!.

As the coffee starts to brewm the scent of caramel vanilla fills the kitchen. I always put a pack pf Stevia in my 12 oz. coffee cup, set the Keurig on 10 oz. strong, and place it under the incoming coffee, While that is going on, I fill a 16 oz.

tumbler with 8 healthy-sized ice cubes. When the brewing is done, I pour the coffee into the tumbler and still have room for coffee creamer. Voila! Nectar from the gods! I love the taste of this coffee so much that it is part of a daily ritual (often twice in a day).

There is none better than this, in my opinion. And rest assured, the coffe flavor holds up even after being diluted with ice. Do yourself a favor and try it, then tell me if I am wrong.

I was looking for something different than my normal hot coffee go to’s. I’ve been making my own cold brew coffee using standard hot coffee, brewing it, then adding ice and trying to get everything to meld together to taste decent.

The new Brew Over Ice from Green Mountain is fantastic!! Grab a nice 16oz mug, and fill it full of ice. Brew this coffee in the Keurig at the 8oz setting with full flavor. Once it’s done, I add more ice (Because the brewing coffee melted some) and then I’ll throw in my milk to lighten the coffee.

The product tastes great, with just enough Vanilla flavor to know it’s vanilla, but not overly vanilla to make it taste like you’re sucking on a vanilla bean. The caramel is there, not as much as I’d like but there is a hint of caramel flavor and smell to the finished product.

Overall I would purchase this one again, and they come out with a couple other flavors maybe something chocolate.

I love coffee and try to find the best in any type of coffee. I love Keurig for the ability to try out different coffees without committing to a huge bag or can of coffee. This is the only one of Gloria Jean’s coffees I have tried so far.

It did not have much flavor and certainly not a butter toffee. It had a odd, burnt taste to it. Inferior, poorly processed beans for this batch.

I just tried this for the first time today and found it bitter and without butter toffee flavor. Typically I find these flavored coffees are a bit bitter but I add coconut nectar and nut pods cream to mine and that usually balances things but not really as much in this case and that’s adding a little more than usual.

Not a buy again for me. I also ordered Donut Shop Duos Nutty Caramel and found that flavorful with a wonderful aroma (but still a bit bitter if you drink black coffee).

I was disappointed the hazelnut flavor and smell was very weak compared to other hazelnut coffee’s I have tried. As for the coffee itself it had a somewhat smooth and neutral taste. You can tell they did a decent job roasting the beans.

It was not horrible and was definitely drinkable. If you add a hazelnut flavored creamer to it you can fix the biggest issue with it.
