I am so in love with this rodelle organic vanilla extract! It tastes amazing! The smell is so sweet, so decadent and smells how actual vanilla should smell. I can’t believe I’ve been settling with imitation vanilla extract all these years.

I absolutely I thought every Vanilla Nielsen-Massey until I tried the THIER Mexican Vanilla. I grew up on various cheap brands of amazing Mexican Vanilla for full disclosure. In short I would recommend any well reviewed inexpensive brand of vanilla in its place, not only for better value, but more authentic Mexican Vanilla flavor.

This is just not worth the price point of premium Nielsen-Massey vanillas like Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. This Mexican Vanilla is very weak in flavor concentration compared to other Vanillas of the World, not uncommon for Mexican Vanillas, but this one is very weak in flavor and I didnt notice any of the lovely Mexican Vanilla flavor I am accustom to from Mexican Vanillas.

Even when mixed strong had a very weak, as in every definition of weak, flavor with no notable regional flavors. If the bottle didnt say Mexican Vanilla, I never would have guessed in widest dreams this was Mexican Vanilla.

It did seam to mix nicely with other regional Vanillas 50/50 with no noticeable weakness in flavor when mixed, but had more of a softening effect on the worlds regional sources vanillas. Bottom Line: Unless your willing to pay 200-300% more for Mexican Vanilla just so you can have a Nielsen Massey label, and are willing to then use 3 times as much inrecipes skip this one and buy a long time inexpensive Mexican brand of Mexican Vanilla.

If you the Label then go ahead, but you are wasting your money. Note: All the bottles of Vanilla in the photos cost about the same, and the bigger 3 are all superior to the little bottle for flavor.

This vanilla is the best I’ve ever had! I use vanilla daily in my morning latte, and after seeing this vanilla at Sam’s, and at such a low price, I decided to try it. It is so good! It has a warm, comforting vanilla flavor that I have yet to find in any other extract.

Decided to give Double-fold Vanilla Extract this year as Christmas gifts to family and friends. I am looking forward to the delicious creations which will be made with Heilala products, so I cannot review that now.

I have been a baker for years and have tried many expensive Vanilla Extracts. Heilala is suburb above all others in my opinion. All their products from the beans, paste and extract. Devine indeed and so pure.

I bought this right before Christmas when I was baking many treats. I was a little hesitant to pay that much but I ALWAYS use real Vanilla Extract. My Grandmother once told me that if you are going to the trouble of baking for Friends and family use the best.

That is what I was trying to accomplish. Let me tell you/this is the stuff. Best Vanilla I have ever used. I whole heartily recommend it. Great stuff. I just wish I could afford it in everything. A wonderful Vanilla taste in all of your baked goods and the odor makes you want to just smell it constantly!.

Sometimes you need energy, but don’t want food. I have a friend who is trying to get into shape and gets exhausted on hikes, but can’t handle food and these have been exactly what they need. Here is my opinion on a few flavors: Birthday Cake- It’s birthday cake.

It delicious and by the second or third taste you realize it’s way too sweet. but you keep eating it lol. It’s birthday cake. Cola- Its flat Cola. Ever had some leftover coke in a bottle you left capped and hoped it still had gas when you went for a drink only to be disappointed that it was flat and just tossed it out? This is that.

Caramel Macchiato- ever had the iced coffee from a place like 7-eleven? Its kind of chemically and you understand what they were going for but its not that. This is that. Maybe you like it. I do not.

Chocolate Outrage- Chocolate, not too sweet, but just a tad chemically. Not as bad as Caramel Macchiato, but not my favorite. Espresso Love- Tastes like fudgy pudding. Its delicious and I can’t get enough.

Vanilla Bean- Sweet, not as sweet as birthday cake, no chemical taste. Very good option.

If I’m heading out for a long run I am absolutely grabbing one of these energy gels! I have tried so many things to keep my energy up during a long run and this is my favorite. You can definitely feel a difference after you take one.

So they are supposed to last 45 minutes and kick in about 5 minutes after you take it. I find that this does vary a little bit and it just depends on how much you’ve had to eat that morning and how much energy you’re putting into your run or other activity because I do use these for other things.

If I know I’m going to have a hard workout I will use one of these. And to be completely honest I have even used these if I’m having a really rough day and just have zero energy. They make several varieties that don’t have any caffeine in them because I don’t normally consume caffeine but I prefer one with a little bit of caffeine when I’m running.

I am a big fan of “on the bike” nutrition products and hav used GU (and proper hydration) for many years to reduce/eliminate muscle cramping on during the longest and toughest rides. GU “Cola me happy” is a good flavor.

It does not really taste like a soda but more like a cola bean. That said – it is not bad just different from initial expectation. It is pleasant and I have purchased more for the grab bag. Just wish it had a stay-on tear off tab to reduce litter.

Just remember to stay hydrated, recharge before you need to, and never ever litter (if you drop something – turn around and get it) and try all the different GUs.

I was so exxcited when this product was introduced. I am not able to tolerate stevia & manuka honey is a family favorite with us, so it sounded ideal for our needs. This is the only product I have ever purchased from AO that has not garnered a 4-5 star rating.

Reviews I read were all over the place, but I decided to try it anyway. I thought the taste was awful & had a chemical note to it, but my husband thought it was desccent when mixed into a morning smoothie.

He did describe a “fake sweetener” taste. So between the two of us, this averaged a 2 star rating.

I have some pure ethanol (to make COVID spray) and put about 75 grams of Papantla Mexico Vanilla I got when I visited there a hundred years ago, that were frozen. It developed into a wonderful liquor in the last 5 months and is getting darker every month.

The Tahitian 1 fold vanilla extract is even more intense and full bodied liquor that has a great flavor and aroma. No hay mejor!.

I was so excited to receive this vanilla (and beans to try to make my own). After tasting it (in a blind taste test) with others I’m honestly disappointed. I try to always buy quality vanilla, and the price point of Beanilla’s was a little higher than I’m accustomed to paying, but I don’t mind paying for quality and couldn’t wait for it to arrive because I was certain I would love it.

When it came in I arranged a taste test using a measured amount of milk with a 1/2 tsp. of sugar and vanilla. I compared Beanilla’s to two other good (but half the price of Beanilla, purchased at local store) double fold Madagascar vanillas and Tone’s Vanilla in the plastic bottle (from Sam’s club, bought in a pinch when I ran out of better).

Tone’s stood out horribly, tasting flat, old, and chemical. I immediately threw my bottle in the trash and will never purchase it again. The other three were all a better and noticeably much better quality vanilla flavor, but Beanilla’s was the lightest in flavor of the three-much less perceptible vanilla taste and aroma, with more light floral notes.

I would compare it to half-strength of the other two, and would feel I’d need to double it in recipes for the same effect. The other two were favored by myself, my spouse, my mother, and my teenager as having the warm and full vanilla flavor.

I really like the smell of Mancera’s Velvet Vanilla, with notes of Vanilla, tuberose, jasmine, pear and black current. To me it’s so well blended that you can’t pick apart the various notes, I just get a nice Vanilla cotton candy scent lol.

While I love this smell, I don’t like it on me because it gets to be too sweet on my skin. I’d recommend it to anyone that loves sweet smelling perfumes, and likes to smell like a straight snack.

I love this perfume SO much! This is a floral, green, vanilla scent that is intoxicating and is SO strong! This has notes of pear, angelica, black currant, mandarin orange, pink pepper, clove, tuberose, jasmine, neroli, rose, vanilla and white musk.

I just opened a newly purchased (from the highest volume supermarket chain in NY), brand new bottle of your Pure Vanilla Extract. It is PALE in color and smells like a bottle of chemicals! I opened it immediately following finishing what was left from a bottle I’ve been using for about TWO years.

I needed another tsp of vanilla to finish what I was making. Thank goodness I didn’t just move quickly & dump it in. I could see immediately that the color was light. Then I smelled it. absolutely awful, NOT vanilla extract.

I decided to go to your page to see if perhaps there was a recall for a bad batch, but noooo. instead, there were several reviews telling you EXACTLY what I had in my hands and YOU replied with dismissive, insulting answers.

Hello; I grew up using McCormick’s pure vanilla extract and have always been satisfied until now. I emptied a current bottle and opened a new one to immediately see that the color was weaker and the scent was off.

It smelled more like watered down alcohol. Please don’t tell me that the vanilla scent intensifies as it ages, because I’ve long loved opening a fresh bottle and enjoying the rich vanilla flavor. I’m not sure where you’re getting the information that I’m reading on other 1-star recent reviews with the same complaints that the flavor will intensify as it ages.

It’s not there now, and it always has been before. Also, it is difficult to pour small amounts from the bottles now that the company has eliminated pour spout lids. A sad day in my baking world!.

I’m allergic to wheat/and while the alcohol in most vanilla extract is from what/this one isn’t. But that’s not the main reason I’m ordering this vanilla for the 4th time – and btw/this time I’m ordering 2 bottles.

I love it. It’s great for baking! My family has commented since I started using it that many of my cakes and other baked goods taste better. And they didn’t know I switched vanillas. It – and my baked goods – smell yummier/and the kitchen smells vanilla-ier when baking than it did while using other brands.

Oh/and it’s great in chocolate cornstarch pudding/too. There’s too much alcohol in this vanilla extract to use in non-baked goods imo unless you’re using just a little. But that’s okay/because I can get non-alcohol vanilla for those things.

There’s only one thing I’d change/and that’s the bottle. It looks very nice/but most vanilla is protected from light by darker glass. No problem/though – I keep it in a very dark cupboard that doesn’t get opened that often.

I see some people have had bad experiences/but my first three purchases of Heilala Baking Vanilla Extract have been delicious/and the company is very fast at replying to emails/too. And since I’ve been happy with the product and the company/if I happen to get a bad one/I’ll contact them for an exchange.

Overall I’m a happy camper.

I really like the flavor and fragrance of this vanilla. It is completely different than Tahitian (which I love for it’s cherry notes and inimitable sweetness) but with darker notes more reminiscent of caramelized apples and spice notes reminding me of sweet potato pie.

I swear I also get a little root beer in the nose as well. Altogether it is different from other vanillas/similar to Mexican but more complex/dark like Madagascar but sweeter and fruitier. It is my go to vanilla for glazing apple turnovers for now but I’m already dreaming of Autumn baking with Heilala!.

I bought this to use for baking and making waffles,but I found a different use. It tasted so good I concocted a variance to my usual afternoon cocktail of ginger ale and vodka. I added a small amount to my cocktail and WOW ! did the Vanilla flavor come out !! I Love it !! I can only imagine the uses for this unique flavoring.

I have never been a “perfume” person, as I can never find a fragrance that isn’t cloying and gross. In fact, many floral scents give me headaches. This brilliance, however, is a perfect balance of sweet and citrus, and I get many compliments when I wear it.

It’s true, the scent itself is subtle, and I think that’s why people are commenting that it disappears quickly — I’ve found that it does last all day, and I still get small whiffs of it at night. It definitely is not an obtrusive scent that is heady at the end of the day — or heck, even when you apply it — but I think that’s the point.

It’s a light fragrance that does last, but can’t be smelled from across a large room – which frankly, I’m all about. I have never loved a scent more, and have gone from wearing 1 or 2 different scents only for special occasions to making this my daily signature perfume.

For the love of God, please never discontinue this. Please start carrying it in stores, I beg of you. This is the best scent I have ever tried.

At first I wasn’t having much fun with the sample. It kind of felt a little meh, it kinda felt like “just vanilla” to me, kind of straightforward and not 100% memorable. I didn’t hate it but I wasn’t a die hard for it.

I then realized that this oil is absolutely delectable and delicious when part of a layering system. I tried it out with an unscented lotion, added this oil and topped it off with Ariana Grande’s Cloud and this just changed everything.

The vanilla is absolutely scrumptious when you begin playing around with it. I plan to play around with other fragrances in my repertoire. Oils can definitely be a fun little experiment with a little trial and error.

I might have to give it a shot on its own again once I’ve warmed up to it a little more.

I’m glad I only lost out on $30-something for the small size, because I would have been really irritated had I shelled out $98 for the large size. The smell is absolutely amazing (sandalwood with a crisp, clean, fresh, breeziness to it).

I thought I had found my signature scent! But then an hour later, the smell had vanished. This is particularly annoying because perfume oils are meant to last longer than alcohol sprays! What is the point of this NEST product if it can’t even do a perfume oil’s ONLY job?! I don’t enjoy spending money on something that doesn’t even get the job done, so I would absolutely never buy this again, and if I saw someone mulling it over, I’d steer them away.

This was a waste of money.
