My Doberman has choked 3 times on different treats from salmon skins, bully sticks and tendons. When I say choked I mean she was unable to breathe and I had to reach into the back of her throat and pull the item back up again.

As I prefer single ingredient treats for her, I was left with pig and cow ears as the only option… until I found this. The Large is perfect for her. I can put bully sticks of different thicknesses in as well as a variety of other treats.

Though I watched her like a hawk the first time she used this, it worked exactly as designed. Now I can give her treats again and not worry about choking on the ends. Her specialty was getting 4-6 inches softened enough to go down her throat then try to swallow it at once.

With this device, she now eats like expected by working small pieces off as she softens and holds the end very secure. I was worried that she’d be able to pull the stick free as she tends to grab and push with her paws for leverage, but it stays secure.

Awesome product!.

I purchased 1 small and 1 large for both our dogs. We feared our larger dog would swallow the last bit of bully stick left which would pose a choking hazard or potentially could get lodged in their throat or stomach.

What a peace-of-mind the Bully Buddy’s offer. The bully sticks are secured into the Bully Buddy. So, as the dogs chew down on the bully stick we are not worried our large dog may decide to swallow the last bit of bully stick whole ! We like the design, made very well especially for our large dog who is an aggressive chewer and is tough on toys.

Our small dog knows when to stop chewing once a bully stick is chewed down to a couple inches she has no further interest in it. Until the big guy comes along and steals it. Easy to use and easy to clean, incase it needs a good rinse.

The dogs like their Bully Buddies too because it makes holding the bully stick so much easier to get their chew on ! As a friendly reminder though always keep a watchful eye on your dogs when chewing or playing with items such as balls,toys,chews….

I was really excited to get this product, and knew it was something I needed for our Dobie girl. It is durable and well made but the plastic is a little rough on our hardwood floors. We found blue stains throughout the house when/where she dropped it.

Thankfully, alcohol removed those stains. I am a bit bummed the sticks are as pricey as they are but more so that the holder doesn’t adjust well when it gets down to the last few inches. Additionally, it does not work for thicker or some other round chews (it’s nice to give her options).

Otherwise, I am good with this product. Additional, Customer Service was amazing. There was a mix up with the address (my part) and they were quick and very helpful in getting it resolved.

So happy that I came across these. My cat has both small cell gi lymphoma as well as pancreatitis, and this has affected his diet and food allowances greatly. I was having a very hard time finding a treat for him that was a single novel protein source that he liked.

He loves these! The bites are a little large (as they’re probably more often fed as dog treats) so breaking them can be a little tough, but otherwise they have been great. Shipping took quite a while, but I will continue to buy them as long as he approves.

We have been using this brand for my dog food for a few years now. I’ve been looking for a local small business. Ompany which cares about their quality and ingredients and this company does it all. They provide great products with good ingredients.

This stuff is amazing. We have a three legged cat who is missing her back leg. Her skin gets very dry in the winter and without our help she can’t scratch one side of her face. Her dry skin really started last year and she was having these strange uncontrollable head bobbles.

We took her to her vet, the ER, a neurologist and no one could figure out what was going on. We kept telling the doctors that the bobbles stopped once we scratched that one side of her face so it must be linked to the dry skin.

But no one really listened to us. No one had an answer. They said we could try a dermatologist but we couldn’t really afford another specialist. We wanted to exhaust our options before going that route.

So we went to a local pet shop and the woman there recommended giving this product a try. It worked perfectly. No more head bobbles! The shea butter must be the key ingredient because it’s immediate relief for her.

I highly, highly recommend giving it a shot if you’re in a similar situation.

Like all Earth Bath products I’ve used, the Mango Tango refresher spray works great and smalls amazing. I love every Earth Bath product I’ve tried. I love the company as well. They seem to truly care about the users of their products and formulate them gently with high quality, plant based ingredients and are very effective.

They also leave out soap, parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, etc. They are cruelty free as well, as one would hope for an animal product company. This spray smells so good and the fragrance lasts on my dogs fur for a long time.

He never gets the unpleasant “dog” smell so I am not sure how it holds up to more pungent odors, but when used just to spruce or freshen up, it works awesome. My dog does not like the spray out of the bottle so I spritz my hands and massage him and work it n well.

He loves that, of course!.

So I have 5 cats, 1 year to 14 years, and all of them are picky eaters besides one. I’ve fed them Fancy Feast and Purina Friskies Pate in rotation their whole lives, until recently they stopped eating both.

I’ve been searching high and low for a food, any food they will be content with. I’ve ordered just about every wet food on the market, with no success. I placed an order the day before yesterday, for this Weruva grilled Tilapia and 4 other different brands; praying they at least like one of them.

My Chewy package just came and I about broke my neck opening the box so they could try them out. I opened every brand/flavor, set them out, and let my babies decide for themselves. All 5 went for the Weruva!! I cannot believe it.

I proceeded to open more so they could all have their own plate; they all licked their plates clean! I pray Weruva never changes their formula like some other brands often do, so my kitties can be happy and healthy for the rest of their lives.

Thank you Weruva, and thank you Chewy for a 10 star experience. 10 paws from my kitties as well, literally.

I definitely recommend this brand overall: the food is clearly real bits of fish and good quality. However, Asian Fusion is the one flavor they just refuse to eat. They love every other flavor in the seafood variety pack but they will go hungry before they will eat Asian Fusion.

We even tried mixing it in with one of the flavors they like and they just looked at us like we were jerks(!) I even tried offloading it on our cat sitter, but her cats won’t touch it, either. But I definitely recommend this brand.

We had been serving them cheaper grocery store brands–but once they got a taste of Weruva, we can’t get them to eat anything else. They’re real gravy lovers, so I usually mix a bit of warm water with it, especially when it’s been stored in the fridge.

This helps them stay hydrated and they will lick up every last bit of the soup. (And look adorable licking their lips afterwards!).

My cat has a food allergy (poultry) and the other is a picky eater. This and one other canned food by the same company are all they can agree on. For the price, you’d think they’d have a can that is easier to open.

I usually need a spoon to lift the ring up. On top of that, sometimes I can’t even pull the lid all the way off because it is bound so tight! For reference, I’m a pretty strong person with decent dexterity.

I also don’t want to use so much force that I fling stinky cat food all over my kitchen. But then, and this is the most time consuming part for me, the chunks of meat are unrealistically large. I can’t imagine a cat actually eating them as is.

So I have to spend another ten minutes chopping and mushing up the food so they’ll actually be able to eat it. You’d think they could afford to chop the dang food up themselves so that I don’t have to spend so long just to feed my cats a couple of cans of cat food.

I’m happy they can agree on the food now, but I’m always looking for a replacement so that I’ll have an easier experience.

My puppy has atopic skin allergies and we are treating it with Benadryl and the Benadryl seemed to help I purchased the BB itch spray after seeing reviews on how much it helped others skin integrity and honestly it made it way worse.

After the Benadryl dose he wasn’t itching at all. His fur is red, blotchy and dry and figured with Avocado oil it should hydrate it. Nopppeee he started to itch like crazy and I have like 3 hrs left for his next dose.

If ur thinking this will help moisturize their skin or soften it think again. The only relief mine got was the coldness of the spray… continuing on with my search to help his skin clear up and let him feel some relief… also if ur pup has skin allergies from ragweed, ryegrass or pollen Benadryl works amazing just be careful on the dose and either wash w/a moisturizing shampoo or use wipes all over (in paws too) every time he is exposed to those elements.

Too bad I couldn’t use it’s a 10 on him lol bc when I go blonde it makes my hair feel so soft when it should feel like straw….

We have three shampoos we use for our rescues, two which we purchase from the Vet when needed. Burt’s Bees oatmeal shampoo has been our go to over the counter shampoo for decades now. One of our rescues is like our old Lab was, pollen comes down thick enough to write your name on the car and the dog’s coat dries out.

With the dry coat, shedding is unbelievable, even in a short hair dog. Then the constant scratching begins. With this oatmeal shampoo, it takes care of both issues, scratching stops and the shedding goes back to normal.

It’s definitely a chore reducer! The great thing about receiving the shampoo from Chewy is not only the lower price, but the fact that they taped the top down so no spills in the box!.

This is a great natural dog shampoo that i use on my dog regularly. I used to use a lot of product, like a quarter of the bottle every time I bathed my fur baby. I was told from my groomers to create a foam with some water and soap in a bottle and it makes the product lather better and uses so much less! My fur baby suffers from itchy skin and this shampoo seems to temporarily relieve that! I enjoy using this on my dog! This shampoo did not disappoint and I am happy with the results Im getting.

I also like that Burt Bees doesn’t have toxic chemicals in they’re products which is what lead me to this purchase. I can often find it at Marshalls for a good price. It’s a bit pricey at the pet stores but not outrageously so.

But so worth the money in my opinion.

Rey is a 1 year old stray I brought home in January. He enjoys rubbing his face on my toes, staring threateningly at the bird, gazing into the fish tank, forehead kisses, being held like a baby, and mealtimes.

He does not like being put into cat clothes, being left home alone, and Wellness Core dry chicken kitten formula. His reaction to this wet food was similar to his reaction to the dry food. He came running, which is his Pavlovian response to the sound of a pop-tab can, but that’s pretty much where it ended.

I did find this pate to be considerably less attractive than other brands we’ve tried. I know that sounds crazy, it just seemed uneven in consistency and color. He sniffed at it and licked it some, but he didn’t finish it and I threw most of it away.

His normal response to wet food is much more enthusiastic. After 10 months together, I’ve learned he likes meaty beef and chicken wet foods – he’s mostly been given Purina and fancy feast. He seems to prefer those over salmon and tuna blends.

He also enjoys chicken or turkey dry food and treats. He also turned his nose up at the Welness Dry Chicken kitten formula I received with this sample, and Purina Proplan Classic Chicken for kittens.

He ate regular Purina Kitten. It is weird. I like the brand and the idea behind their products, but my history is that my cats don’t seem to be interested.

Saw some of the write-ups on here regarding the Turkey and Duck canned Wellness Cat food. I do agree that some of the consistency varies but when you find one you like, look at the Best By date and if you get that same date on the can, bet your cat will eat it.

I purchased 2 years worth of 30 Apr 22 because that is the only one my cat would eat. Now that she has eaten all of that up I had to find one she would eat. I was frantic, but to my surprise, she is eating many of the Best by dates.

I also heat up water to put in her food. I first put her food in a glass dish then cover it and put it in a bowl. Then I pour water on it almost to the top of the covered bowl that is about 2 inches high.

Wait a bit then put it on a flat glass plate and pour a bit more hot water on it. Good luck. My cat is 14 years old and just had the best ever blood work up. I trust this food more than I trust any of the other cat foods.

I gave her a few others years ago like Harmony made by a vet in TN, but he stopped making it. I also gave her Hello, I’m a party Animal soft cat food. She ate that till they changed the food and added something in it that made it look reddish.

I also gave her another one that she ate until they changed the inside of the can. It was a silver color and then they changed it to white. She wouldn’t touch it. Good luck to all of you and I sure hope they never stop making the turkey and Duck Wellness Classic Pate because I won’t know what to do.

I was so impressed with this kitten food! I started incorporating the food in with their other food to where they eventually were just eating this full time. I have 5 kitten and the momma cat and they had no stomach issues at all.

I was very impressed with the ingredient list too. When I say this stuff has no fillers, I mean it really has no filler ingredients! The kibbles were small enough and shaped just right that I felt it was far easier for the kittens to eat.

I would recommend this to literally anyone who has kittens or a breastfeeding momma cat. I went and purchased a new bag when this one ran out. Also, the can of kitten food I also received wasn’t as big of a hit for them as the dry food.

I don’t think it had anything to do with the brand being unappetizing, but more that it had to do with it being a pate, which my cats aren’t used to. I fed them meaty chunks or shreds, so I think this threw them off a little.

But it seemed like good quality to me.

Maybe I’m just a sweaty person, but so far most natural deodorant’s have done little-to-nothing for my sweating underarms and smell. MegaBabe (doesn’t last and dark underarms), Tom’s (just no), Kopari (smooth application but doesn’t last four hours), Milk&Honey (extra strength stays on the longest but smell is overpowering & rough application), Beekman (smooth application but not as long lasting for the price), and this.

This lasts the whole day, and while it may not dip into the next day like Milk&Honey, it does the job and smells great (I got the mango). The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because it is rough on the pits to apply.

I hate getting a rash due to irritation, and while this has not done this, it makes me nervous after shaving and applying this after (hint: apply along the direction of hair growth). It’s not as big of a deal as I’m making it, but it would save product and unwanted rub application if it were smoother.

Running it under hot water with the cap on helps soften it a bit, but the packaging has paper stickers on it rather than plastic (which is good for the environment!), but it means it can’t be placed under water or it will peel.

I’m sum, this lasts all day, smells nice, and keeps me from having smelly and sweaty pits. So far it’s the best one overall with the only con being rough/hard product during application.

I made the switch to a natural deodorant about a year ago and went through some trials with many different brands each one falling short; that is until I discovered this gem at a local all-natural beauty boutique when traveling.

I gave it a try and instantly became obsessed!! Only problem was– in my local area I was not able to find it available in any stores. I took to the internet and quickly realized I can have it auto-shipped every 2 months so I always have my favorite deodorant on hand when I need it! Best part is that I can change the scent every shipment if I want or stick with the same scent.

Recently I have been switching each shipment and every scent without a doubt has been delightful! They’re light, clean scents that are not overpowering and many are very gender neutral. My husband has even forgotten to pack his own deodorant on a trip and since I had picked a fresh/clean scent he didn’t mind borrowing mine.

I also LOVE the cardboard packaging option- any small step to a more eco friendly lifestyle is a thumbs up in my book! Forever grateful I stumbled across this product, I am definitely going to be a life-long customer.

I have tried a lot of deodorants. I used to use kopari, but it would give me the most painful rash in my armpits. Kopari would also give my husband a rash in his armpits, & he doesn’t even have sensitive skin.

I switched to this deodorant in the unscented version & it is the only deodorant I’ve found that truly doesn’t irritate my armpits in any way shape, or form!!! It seems to hold off stink for about 12 hours.

I’ve been using it for quite a while now, so I know without a doubt it is the best one for sensitive skin. For reference, I have eczema, &. Seborrheic dermatitis, so finding products that don’t cause flare ups is hard! This deodorant in the unscented version is very trustworthy.

Another thing to note that is important is that the formula doesn’t pull at your skin like a dry deodorant, because it’s very buttery, but it’s also not a gross wet sticky feeling like the other brands either.

It’s genuinely perfect. Idk who created this deodorant, but they’re angels.

The directions are one pump for every 20 lbs. my dog is 100lbs! At 5 pumps every single day, you blow through this really quick. The snip tips were are pain to break open every day so I switched to this thinking it’s easier.

Its great for smaller dogs but not my big boy unfortunately. Fantastic brand though and I noticed a shinier coat within days.

This is so much more convenient to use than the capsules. My german shepherd has to have fish oil due to his allergies. It was definitely getting old squeezing capsules on his food and getting fish oil all over my fingers.

This is just a few pumps with no mess.

A veterinary orthopedist recommended this product for our dogs, and we really do believe it’s helped with their joints, and over-all well being. I started them out on the capsules, but they got to where they wouldn’t eat them.

I find the “snips” too difficult to remove, and messy. We went to the liquid, and I just add two pumps to their food in the mornings. This works well, but my only complaint is that the liquid only comes in a 4 oz.

size. I wish the company would consider offering an 8, 12 or 16 oz. size in the liquid.

I specifically bought Weruva Green Eggs & Chicken with Chicken, Egg, & Greens in Gravy Grain-Free Canned Dog Food because it was listed in a blog as a dog food to buy if your dog is having liver issues.

What I dislike about canned dog food on the market is that it is so highly processed that you can’t even recognize it as ever having been real food at one time. On top of that, it smells. I recently bought Hill Science Diet and the smell was making me sick.

What a God send when I discovered Weruva. Real food and no smell. It looks like real chicken stew you’d make for yourself except that it’s packed with all the nutrition that dogs require. It is expensive, but so is eating organic and healthy.

If you feed your dog cheap dog food, they will develop the same health issues as a human would that doesn’t eat healthy. My only complaint is similar to other posts that some of the cans are always dented.

Canned food in the grocery store also has a high rate of dented cans, so maybe it’s a manufacturing issue with the canned food industry.

I never write reviews but rely on them when buying a product…so I feel compelled to write this. Our dog Bailey who is a Boxer aged 13 1/2 yrs was diagnosed with Cushing’s Disease a year ago. About 4 months ago she stopped eating her dry food and was sort of going down hill, so we thought her life was coming to the final end.

I started doing TONS of research and learned that there are a few special foods on the market that are recommended for dogs with Cushings, this food was at the top of many lists, and now I see why! Bailey LOVES it! I mix it with a dry recommended food for Cushings called Diamond Naturals Light Adult Dog Lamb Meal and Rice Formula, add some Liquid Health K9 Glucosamine and the PranaPets for Adrenal Support.

She is like a new dog from 4 months ago! She’s loves to eat now, is playful and basically is doing AMAZING! All these products I mentioned are all sold here on Chewy, which is a plus. I think her favorite is this Weruva with Chicken Breast in Gravy.

Bailey is incredibly happy and her vet said she is doing great! Again, I highly recommend!!.

This is literally the only dog food I have been able to find that my smaller rescue dog will eat without putting up a fuss. He loves this food and gets so excited when it is time to eat. We’ve tried so many foods and for some reason, this one gets his seal of approval.

It is pricey, so thank goodness he’s not bigger (he’s about 18 lbs. ) but the other food we buy only gets wasted when he doesn’t eat it so this is worth it to us to purchase for him. Our vet tells us that grain free is not good as it can cause cardiac issues with dogs in older age so we do mix in rice with it as well.

It is pretty much packed to the brim with food and isn’t like some other canned food that are wet that have tons of liquid and not as much of the food as it should so you do get your money’s worth with this one.

The Weruva larger cans also are 14 oz and most other cans are 12. 5 oz so again – you do get a little more for your money with this one. Chewy. com had a sale for this recently (thank you, Chewy. com!) so that made it easier to purchase, too.

My 4 month old Frenchie absolutely loves this toy. First off it’s adorable AND it’s vanilla scented. If you read the directions to trim the rubber pieces inside to the level of difficulty you would like, it works perfectly! Also be sure to only use dried food – I missed that and put soft treats in that were difficult to get out.

However using his kibble he had a blast chasing it around the house to get the pieces out. He looks forward to getting this every day and it keeps him entertained for a long time :).

I am a new dog owner and was looking for a treat toy to keep her busy when in her crate. I put some treats in but could not get them out! Turned it over, squeezed it, shook it and nothing. I thought this odd so asked a couple friends to look at it and tell me what they thought.

They agreed that a dog would probably not be able to get treats out. I ended up cutting off the “teeth” that held them in and it works but it should have worked without altering it. Very disappointed!.

I ordered this to be a food dispenser for my 65 Ib lab/golden mix. It was much smaller than I anticipated, but my dog quickly discovered that it’s very bouncy! So as a food dispenser, it’s not quite what I was looking for.

It only holds half a cup of Purina Pro Plan: Large Breed food, and I cut out all the inner prongs in order for it to work. As a bouncy-ball toy, my dog loves this thing; it’s the first toy he grabs in the morning.

I could see it being really great for a medium sized dog who loves food-dispensing toys AND fetch!.

I don’t feed my current feline, Wilson a lot of fish and when I do I must feel confident the product is both safe as well as yummy. Mideast Feast has a nice consistency and since Wilson refuses water this is a necessity! The chunks of Tilapia, since a soft fish, are easily broken with a fork if you choose.

Weruva products are only carried by the best retailers and can be difficult to find so thank you Chewy! Don’t let the fact that Weruva is manufactured in Thailand allow you to skip over this wonderful product.

Before Chewy was born I had the advantage of meeting the owners of Weruva and I ask MANY questions before purchasing! I have fed many cats Mideast Feast over the years and not one refused it. The ingredients provide what a normal cat needs so no additional supplements necessary.

I initially ordered this because it had the chicken gizzard as well as the liver and I thought Stella would like that. She may have, but we’ll never know. We have had her since July of 2021 and have given her many different foods trying to find the right diet for her.

So far the Weruva pawlickin chicken have been the varieties she enjoys. BUT, not this one. Kind of funny, because she is not a picky cat and has never done this before. I had to cut open the package and it did slide right onto a plate.

I cut it up and did find the texture kind of weird. like cold gravy from Thanksgiving??? Anyway, I sat it down in front of her anxiously awaiting body and went back to the sink to dispose of the pouch and put the spoon in the dishwasher.

I felt something by my leg and lo and behold, it was Stella. She had actually walked away from her plate without touching it. She was sniffing it when I put it down and I never dreamed she would leave it like that.

I took it up and gave her a can of the green eggs and chicken, which she happily chowed down and licked her bowl clean, as usual. Anyway, some cats may be able to get past the texture. Not here. I put the remainder pouches in my donation pile and called it a day.

I love this brand but will not recommend a food that has all the thickeners in it to make it form like this one. Friskies and Fancy Feast even have a better texture!.

Cannot recommend this one enough. Got this at my local pet store to try and some variety to my cat’s diet. This is some super smooth pate with good water content, essential for my 21-year-old gal, with second stage kidney disease.

Sadly, the other flavors were not a hit, but this one is a staple that she’ll eat. Go figure! Only gripe is the price keeps going up–but then again, that’s true for almost everything these days. If you’re on the fence, buy a few single serve pouches at your local pet store to see which one appeals to your feline.

And then buy in bulk from Chewy!.

Amazing food for my kitty cat. She is going crazy when she sees me opening this purple packet, she literally eats everything and this one seems to be her favourite. She loves new food. It is also very easy for me.

I open it, mix it and give it to her. I feel like my cat eats healthier then me, lol. Because the ingredients are amazing. It is full with lots of vitamins, which is important for my 12 year old cat.

Beef & salmon dinner from Weruva will be choice, as my cat loves it.

I bought these for my older cat who has oily skin and has a hard time keeping himself clean. I use them all over- his eyes, nose, all over his body. They really do help and he allows me to use them so he must like it.

For the price its a good deal for 20 wipes. They have all natural ingredients and are gentle for both the cat and person using them.

smells nice and not too fragrant. bough for my kitten since i noticed he didnt know how to clean his head lol im wondering if it would hurt my yorkie. since my kitten learned, i still have them here.

BFF (by weruva) is still a fantastic cat food. Sadly Kriser’s has lost its way. They no longer carry this cat food in-store instead having brought in the rubbish foods of many other chain stores (science diet among others).

I remember being able to walk into any Kriser’s location from California to Chicago and not only find they best quality petfoods. But knowledgeable, friendly, caring staff who always knew the answer to the question you had.

We miss you old Kriser’s.

I received some of the B. F. F collection from Weruva and Octoly for my honest review and let me tell you this brand really knows how to make some cat food. It looks a little different when you first open it.

A little runny but I believe it’s just because the heavier pieces sink to the bottom. It looks way better when you dump it out. But literally both kinds I tried from this brand my cats loved it. It has great ingredients and extra water so they get the hydration they need.

This is the only wet food that my cat will eat. He absolutely loves it. Grain gluten free which is important!s This is also the only flavour he will eat. I tried giving him some other flavours from this brand he won’t eat it.

He also only eat it from the can not the pouch. Yes he is a bit of a diva haha. I do the smallest can with him which is the 3 oz and I give him everything in the can Since he only takes it once A-day.

He won’t finish it and and it doesn’t stay the best in the refrigerator. That’s the only down side. I like that you can actually see the little shrimp in there and it’s not little fake things. He only has 2 bottom fangs since he had dental work and hes able to eat it just fine.

He also gets dry food diet prescription. My vet highly recommends this and we use it at the cat rescue I’m with.

This used to be Percy’s favorite food. After much experimentation, his highness showed a clear preference for a perfectly smooth pâté, preferably with some amount of chicken. But since moving inside, his tastes have grown more refined, and he now refuses this one, crying until I provide weruva’s tic tac whoa (tuna & salmon), meal or no deal (chicken & beef), or jolly good fares (chicken & salmon) we don’t bother with the who wants to be a meowionare or the Meows n’ Holler PurrAmid (chicken with pumpkin and shrimp, respectively) because those have small but discernable chunks which is absolutely not acceptable according to this little Prince.

On receipt of more palatable fare, he does his usual scarf down the food at lightning speed so he can sit on my lap and burp and hiccup in my face while he has a bath, as a way of saying thank you and to show he enjoyed the meal.

So. It was Percy approved for almost a year. But now it isn’t. Right after I ordered two cases.

We finally found an actual pate without guar gum that our picky girl both eats and loves. We moved away from pates because a lot of them contain guar gum, which can potentially cause digestive upset.

Granted, this contains both xantham gum and locust bean gum, but I’ve searched high and low for something reputable that says either is something to avoid and have found nothing. We originally gave her Fancy Feast pate as that is what my cats growing up lived on (and they all lived very long, healthy, and happy lives so I don’t mean to cause unnecessary panic about guar gum) but since this is my first cat that I’ve actually been financially responsible for, I’ve gotten very into researching absolutely everything.

We switched to Instinct pates (which aren’t really pates, more just blobs of meat) and it was a massive pain trying to convince her to eat it. We also tried out Tiki Cat’s After Dark line, hoping that the shredded chicken and organ meat would fare better.

No such luck. We had to coat everything in treats and put her bowl in different places around the apartment in hopes that it would make dinnertime more interesting and pique her interest in the food (with very little success).

I knew that several Weruva products contained guar gum so I’ve stayed away until very recently. I finally researched this particular flavor on my favorite website, catfooddb, and discovered it is surprisingly well reviewed and the only questionable ingredient is tapioca starch.

I decided to give it a shot and wow, does she love it. Breakfast and dinner are no longer a struggle, she doesn’t sniff and walk away, we can finally give her treats as they are meant to be: a treat, not an everyday additive to her wet food.

We’re having a little less luck with the chicken and beef flavor, Meal or No Deal, but I think we’ll get there.

Someone said it is like chicken jello pate, and that is accurate! My old guy with kidney and urinary disease loves it. I put it in a bowl, microwave for 10 seconds (it heats quickly And unevenly, beware), stir it up and serve.

He previously refused to eat and is super finicky, but can only have certain things – I was SO happy to find this. I wish it weren’t so expensive. I have to supplement with kibble which is terrible for kidney problems, but I can’t afford this exclusively (we have 2 other cats and a dog, all eating Weruva and Merrick brands).

I saw a reviewer here who gave one star, saying she opened it and it looked gross so she threw it out and never even offered it to her cat. Ridiculous. Give it a chance before giving a one star review.

My 3 and 5 year old love this. They were both so excited to go through the process of finding out what kind of dog we got. We’ve had a few of these, but this is by far the most fun to reveal. First, they took turns shaving the hair off the dog.

This was a really cool feature. It really seemed like they were shaving the dog. Next we washed the dog. We found out we had a husky with one blue eye and one purple eye! After blow drying, the kids got to style the dog with all of the accessories it came with.

The most fun was the nail polish. We literally had to use an ice cube to get the nail polish to work though. My kids love this toy! Even though the shaving and washing part is only a one time thing, there’s still so much more fun to be had with styling the dog.

I recommend this product for young children.

We opened the box and I thought oh my what a mess we must have got a bad toy there was pink fuzz everywhere. Boy was I shocked Scruff A Luvs Cutie Cuts turned out to be the cutest little fuzz ball. My granddaughter loves her she got to cut the hair off, gave it a bath we used a hair dryer to dry her then she got to comb and put hair barrettes in her hair.

The box turned into a Pet Salon with little surprises. My granddaughters favorite is the nail polish you just add cold water and the color magically appears. Little Live Pets Scruff A Luvs turned out to be the cutest little puppy.

We love her.

My daughter is 7 and she absolutely loved this little scuffle luv. It’s so exciting watching her get excited right out of the Box wondering which one she’s gonna get knowing that she gets to shave it with the little clippers that comes with to be able to find her surprise.

Many little surprises with the scruff of it’s definitely a win win in my book. And I have a very very very happy 7 year old. They’re super soft and squishy and she hasn’t put it down.

When I see the photos online and in the bag I expected something very. different. to what was delivered. One of my dogs has SEVERE allergies so I got this food to make it easier for me to not have to fully meal prep for both dogs 3x a day.

The brick that the food comes in is quite unappetizing in color, and smell. Even after it thaws I still cut all of it up so I’m not just putting one solid chunk of food in his bowl. It feels as though I’m cutting foam, not actual food.

As I said before I really just expected something different and was disappointed all around. Unfortunately I had to buy 3 bags to even try it, so I’ll continue to incorporate the little bricks in with their other meal prepped food.
