As always from Haynes a very helpful guide. It covers a lot of the basics and some items in detail. Ihav just bought a van which I am going to fit out and this book will hopefully be very handy.
Rather dissapointed with this edition as i found there is little or no instruction on actually building a motorcaravan and too many references to a previous edition which i would also have to purchase in order to understand those references.
Far more detailed instructions can be found on various internet blogs. Author also wastes too much space advertising various companies who specialise in conversions. The whole idea behind my purchase of this book was to BUILD MY OWN so i expected reasonably detailed instruction,will not be buying the previous edition that the author seems intent on pushing.
I say it’s a little dated but this doesn’t reflect the seller at all. The book is great and I love the 90s style pictures but it gives you direction as a first time builder which is exactly what I needed!.

Originally purchased a 6. 5 and they fit until I wore them-they stretched out horribly. I’m a consistent 6. 5 in Vans. So I ordered a 6. 0 and they fit however the right shoe is narrower than the left and hurt my big toe to the point I can’t wear them.
They are cheaply made. I’m so bummed as I’m a Vans fanatic and it is all I own. Also I’m out of about $150 plus dollars since I can’t return both pairs after wearing them once. Buyer beware of the sizing and fit.
These are too big for my wide feet. I never have that issue. I bought my normal size and they were too big. I read reviews to help too! Nope. Too big. Jesus. Definitely gonna have to exchange. I want these to fit.
I’m a bit worried going a size down may be detrimental. Unfortunately I don’t see these in stores so the trial and error process may be long to get the right size:/.

I installed this dishwasher about 2 months ago, and have so far been happy. Replaced a unit from 2003 that was falling apart. My initial reason for choosing this particular model: it seemed to be the best unit available in the store that day within my price range.
It’s not the quietest I’ve ever heard, but compared to the freight train that used to be under my kitchen counter, it’s a major step forward. The sounds it makes are more just “wish wash” water movement and electronic motor cycling, far more pleasant than the motor humming/vibrating/rattling from the older and cheaper ones.
Control panel and wash cycles have several options, all of which are easy to operate. Cycle time is longer than I am accustomed to (2-4 hours for regular/heavy, 1 hour for “quick wash”), so don’t expect to run multiple cylces in rapid succession.
Regardless, it gets the dishes clean, and the drying cycle actually dries the dishes like it’s supposed to (this is new for me!). Spacious enough for large fry pans and medium-sized baking sheets leaning on an angle.
Utensil holder is excellent, with individual drop-in holes to keep them separated for better cleaning. Due to the door’s hinge design, I was unable to use the original wooden cabinet toe kick that was in front of the old unit.
It sits too far forward, and the bottom of the door was catching on it. I have since ordered the screw-on toe kick that fits the unit. Overall, a worthwhile investment, no functional issues so far, it looks good, and it was priced fairly.
Only thing that I can see being a turn-off is that quieter units do exist. So if you expect something that is so quiet you don’t even know it’s there. pick something else. But if a little background noise in the kitchen is acceptable, it’s a fine choice.
This dishwasher cleans my dishes without me having to rinse or scrape clean beforehand. It does not dry them unless the dry boost, temperature boost, and a rinse aid is used. The door automatically closes which is unfortunate because I need to crack it to allow dishes to finish drying.
The construction of the racks is pretty rickety, and they do not slide smoothly in and out of the dishwasher, often going off track. My previous dishwasher (7 years old that cost half the price of this new one) that this washer is replacing did a better job with much fewer features, and was more soundly constructed.
If I had previewed this model in person instead of just purchasing online based on the description I would not have spent this amount of money on it. I would have paid the same amount I paid for the old washer for the plumber to fix the leak in it.
Like I mentioned earlier, it does wash the dishes clean, but everything else is disappointing. But not disappointing enough to go through the hassle of returning and looking for a new one. My delivery for this one was rescheduled 5 times despite it sitting in a warehouse less than 4 hours away for most of the time.
This dishwasher is very cheaply made. I wondered when the delivery guy took it off the box truck alone. It doesn’t clean skillets very well at all. I didn’t see anywhere on any of the reviews that a “rope” helps close the door.
As on other reviews, the bottom rack comes off the track real easy. The way the bottom rack is made, it’s hard to place dishes. It needs another row of what I call prongs. I read on other reviews where the inside of their dishwasher was wet.
Well, that is true. My husband was taking the dishwasher off the cardboard it was attached to and I seen water going on the floor. I gave him a cup and a total 16 ounces came out of the dishwasher and that didn’t include the water in the water hose.
My other GE dishwasher was made “way” better so I’m disappointed that the quality of this dishwasher is so poor. The insulation you put across the top and down the sides to help with the sound is a fourth the thickness as my previous GE dishwasher.
This dishwasher is way louder than my previous GE dishwasher. I’m glad I didn’t pay full price for this dishwasher. We’ll see just how long this GE dishwasher lasts.
