I have purchased from your guys many times over the last 4 years. I have always been satisfied. I purchased one other time from a different company and their product didn’t compare with yours. Your product has always been consistent.

This time the product does not look right as far as texture nor does it taste like it normally does. Its so different it makes me question if it is pure Biotin. I’m hesitant this time to take it because it is so different.

I received this product for free in exchange for an unbiased review. I will start off by saying that 10 grams of pure biotin is a lot smaller than I first anticipated. It comes in a very small package inside the normal Bulksupplements package.

At first I didn’t have any idea how I would measure out a milligram of this powder. After looking all around, it seemed like I might have to get a milligram scale, which I still wasn’t convinced would give me an accurate reading without getting one that was hugely expensive.

I found someone who suggested wetting the end of a toothpick and dipping it in the powder. It is only an approximation and I wouldn’t use that trick with any powder that you could overdose on, but biotin is pretty safe.

After figuring out how to take it, I started taking it daily. I wanted to see if it really did effect how my hair grows, since there are mixed opinions about whether or not it works on hair and nails.

In the 14 days I was allowed for this review, it does seem that that the new growth in my hair is stronger. I have lost less hair when I shower or brush my hair. I will continue to use it and see if there is more improvement as time goes on.

I did look around and it seems like Bulksupplements has the best price for their pure biotin (as well as many other things). At this point, I would definitely recommend this if you are looking for improvement in the growth of your hair and/or nails.

The Greek word for life bios۝ gives the vitamin called biotin its name. It seems that little is really known about how Biotin works in the human body but it has been found to help synthesize fatty acids, protein and the metabolism or carbohydrates.

I had been very sick many years ago and hypothyroidism and adrenal insufficiency were some of my ailments. I also had Candida Overgrowth which is a Fungus. This Fungus is known to effect both fingernails and toe nails.

I have corrected the condition using a plant based diet and feel like a kid again. But a lingering problem is my finger nails and any remaining fungus. They are still weak and very brittle. Research has found that the intake of Biotin or vitamin B7 helps that condition.

I recommend Country Life supplements in general. I actually had to cut way down on the strength because it was too high for me to metabolize but still a good supplement. I been using a variety of this brand of supplements for several years.

They are all in glass jars not plastic. They have consistent excellent quality control without any unnecessary ingredients. I feel safe buying this brand.

I used to use 5000 mcg but it stopped working so I doubled the dose. Helps for thinning hair. Heathy Origins is a good company with good prices and quality. I’ve used many of their products.

I’m sensitive to soy, which seems to be present in our food, vitamins and beauty products. Why, I do not know. Maybe cost, or there is so much of it available. I search for products without all the added ingredient, and Vitacost gives the consumer a choice.

I’ve been using Bestvite biotin for a while now and it has helped me with thinning hair issues from autoimmune disorders. The fall out of hair is less and the regrowth of hair is faster. I will continue to take biotin to help with my hair as I age.

I’ve been using this for almost 6 weeks. I started out at 5,000mcg a day. I noticed a difference after 3 days and onward. My hair was not being caught in my hand during pre-rinse or shampoo in the shower more and more every day.

After about 2 weeks I upped the dosage to 10,000mcg. I thought I was curing my hair loss problem. As the days progressed I had less and less hair in my hand after washing my head. But, then I checked the shower drain.

There was still a slight pile of hair on the drain after every shower. It’s not so much during the week, like it should. On a Monday I usually get a lot of hair loss in the shower due to the weekend of not washing/brushing.

I still get the same amount of hair on the drain. But my hair feels a lot better, a bit fuller and slipperier. My balding spots are still the same. This ain’t no miracle vitamin to regrow everything that is gone.

I was also trying this for a nail problem I currently have, but it’s not doing any miracles on that either. I think I’ll try 5,000msg in the morning and 5,000msg at night to let my body ingest the most vitamin possible.

I think a 1/16 tsp seems to be about half of their pill size, so probably 5,000msg. 10,000msg at one time I believe is way too much to intake as your body will probably not use that much and just waste the rest out to your fluid exit.

I have to take Biotin 10,000mcg daily because of wrong dosage prescribed for thyroid disease. Instead of buying my usual brand that isn’t on shelves, I tried this brand. No problems taking it. Easy to swallow.

It helps my dry skin from thyroid disease, but doesn’t help my hair grow back. My surgeon referred me to use Biotin aka Vitamin B7. This brand is good for dry skin and growing nails, but not for hair loss due to other medications.

Got this because my nails were starting to get grungy. Noticed an improvement in a week or so. Weeks later, I noticed that my skin felt smoother, almost like silk in some areas. I was told it should also help my hair; after a couple of months, it seems to feel softer.

So I can recommend it, which I rarely do.

I have used this product and I can say it really works, but you have to be patient. It’s not instant. I’ve been taking it for 2 years and hadn’t really noticed because I take it daily with my regiment.
