I love that this is HIGH in fiber and has 5 different super grains – Oats, buckwheat, millet, amaranth, quinoa. There’s also flax seeds and real pieces of fruit aka blueberries 🫐 inside with a hint of vanilla as well.

This stuff is so SO good that I HAD to put my name on it!! SO YUMMY SO GOOD FOR YOU!! 💕 I’m a vanilla Greek yogurt finatic here lately since noticing it’s been helping me get full and lose weight. I wanted soemthing to “spice” up the vanilla yogurt though and at first wa crumbling up actually honey oat granola bars but that was getting to be a pain and realized UHM HELLO!! They sell bags of granola! Ounce buying a bag eating a bowl of my yogurt with The on top that’s when I had to go back for more.

The grocery store only orders 5 bags each time so I buy up all 5 bags then have to re-up before the store has them in again!.

I LOVE this granola in Dark Chocolate. It’s fairly low in sugar which is a plus. I have to admit I’m a bit of a hoarder. Purchasing this, usually all of them on the shelf, every time i see them. The clusters are good to eat like popcorn.

Although messy when I eat them in bed 😂 The Best part for me is adding the crumbles to my original Cheerios to add a little sweetness. It’s also amazing in yogurt and anything else you can put granola on.

I highly recommend this product.

I bought this for my daughter and son-in-law for Christmas. The cookbook has a great variety of Vegan recipes. The ingredients are “usual” items that you would normally purchase; nothing exotic.

I absolutely love this cereal. You can smell the maple scent as soon as you open the box. It tastes just as it smells and has just enough sweetness to where it is a perfect balance. My picky daughter even loved eating this and asks for it every morning.

She has even brought some to school for a snack. I love the ingredients in here and truly taste the natural flavors. This has 22 grams of whole grains and 4 grams of fiber. I love that not only is this delicious, it is healthy to eat as well.

I received this free for review. Now i am someone who is just plain when it come to cereal. Im usually just plain bland no sugary cereals unless its christmas crunch then its a different story. But usally its cheerios.

cornflajes. or oatmeal for me. This cereal. let me tell u. is soooo good!!! Its the perfect mix for me. Its sweet but not too sweet. its def not a sugary cereal. Yet it still tastes a little bland at the same time.

I dont know. its just perfect. Hard to describe what i mean. My daughter who is 6 loves it. Its so good. And for me it stayed crunchy in the milk. Didnt get soggy fast at all. It was a nice start to my day.

I will definitely be buying more of this.

I tried this Kashi Maple Waffle Crisp cereal and I love the Maple taste. It has just the right amount of maple flavor. It’s nice and crispy. I love the crunch. It stays crisp in milk for quite awhile.

I like that this is made with real maple syrup. I also like that it’s vegan and low fat. I also like to eat it as a snack with out milk. It’s easy to take on the go in baggies. It’s a great cereal and snack for kids, too.

The bag contained 50% very small pieces and even straight dust. Perhaps I got the bottom of the batch, but the inconsistency was disappointing. The few larger pieces I tasted were great and the quality of the apples seemed very high.

I would recommend, but I would not recommend buying online.

At 34 I was diagnosed with SEVERE Celiac Disease and after a year Gluten Resistant Celiac Disease. I got down on myself because everything contains what I can’t have, I gained weight, stopped exercising, I mean my entire life changed.

Last week I went to Vitamin Shoppe and I asked the guy to shoot me straight, he said its pricey, but I have heard incredible things. I just found hands down my favorite protein. I mix it with 10oz of oatmilk and BAM, deliciousness in my mouth.

No bloating, no gas, no stomach upset, no sugar alcohol what did I put in my mouth after taste. You can short freeze it and re-blend for a shake or ice cream. Toss it on all natural popcorn and add some dried fruit, I add it to my overnight oats too.

PLUS, I am about to make a mug cake with it because its versatile! This makes me actually want to cook again, eat healthy again, get back in the gym. It fuels my brain, my body and my soul. I love the packaging, the flavors, the ingredients, the versatility, the company values! This helped me get my life back and now my kids get to see their momma happy and healthy again.

I absolutely love this protein powder, I?ve only tried the sprinkle cupcake but definitely want to try the other flavors at some point. It?s definitely filling, it keeps me full throughout the day with out the bloat.

This flavor tastes like vanilla, so it?s a great base if you like to add other fruits to blend it. I?ve tried it with water and it?s chalky wasn?t my favorite way to drink it. I recommend blending it with almond milk.

My favorite almond milk to blend it is with almond breeze unsweetened or sams club unsweetened almond milk. Almond breeze leaves it a little bit more thinner but still creamy, and sams club almond milk definitely leaves it a lot thicker, almost milk shake consistency.

Just don?t drink it with water is my advice.

I really like this protein powder. I can’t tell you is tastes fantastic or anything, but it doesn’t have that overpowering taste that so many protein products do. It’s very palatable, and does have a nice subtle vanilla flavor.

Not grainy at all either. I blend 1 scoop with a banana and 2 cups of almond milk and it tastes really good. If you’re planning to blend it with other fruits/veg, then you’d barely taste this. I haven’t tried it with plain water, but I imagine it would still be palatable.

Overall happy with this and I’m gonna continue buying it. Seems to have a great blend of stuff and 22grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber is awesome for as easy as it is to drink for me. I used to drink premier and quest drinks, but they get to be expensive and leave that weird film in your mouth.

And the plant based ready to drink protein is even pricier and usually tastes foul. Overall a 10/10 for me. You have to manage your expectations for any protein powder, but this definitely meets any expectations I have.

Great flavor (for a protein drink), no weird textures or aftertaste, and much more affordable. (Around $1 a serving for me, factoring in the added nut milk and banana).

We’ve been loyal customers since 2008, purchasing the original bars by the case many dozens of times over. Our hope was to be forever customers and supporters of a local company that takes pride in maintaining both product quality and customer satisfaction.

Unfortunately, this was not the case. Initially, your oat bars were moist, freshly-baked and muffin-like in texture as well as very artisan in appearance. We couldn’t get enough of their home-style deliciousness.

As time went by the bars have gradually lost their appeal. They dried out, became harder from apparent mass production and always seemed to be either stale or short-dated upon arrival. The latest coconut bars we just received are so dense (almost rubbery) we can barely bite into them.

Not only that, the batter must have been whipped more thoroughly than previous batches as the tell-tale oats are no longer visible. And the new annoying plastic wrapper had to be cut off as it can no longer be easily torn open.

Over the years, we faithfully tried all the new products which did nothing for us. Toaster bars without sufficient filling, don’t think so. The cases of protein bars with good expiration dates we ordered were already turning rancid and couldn’t be safely eaten.

Our brownie bite subscription order took almost a year to fill and when they finally arrived, they were completely stale and extra firm, just the opposite of what we expected in a brownie-style bite.

With our combined 100+ years of food preparation, baking and homemaking experience as well as our 50+ years in the restaurant industry, we hoped you might listen to our sound, food-savvy advice. But, despite our ongoing valuable input via your surveys as well as our feedback for each quality-control concern we encountered, nothing ever changed with your company.

Sadly, most of your products continue to move in a commercially driven and less desirable direction; even our once-cherished oat bars. In closing, we wish your company the best of luck, but you’ve compelled us to move on to other more receptive companies that actually listen to their customers and evolve their edible products in a more positive and satisfying way.

I had the opportunity to try the stuffed apple pie bites. I found them delicious. I noticed that the negative reviewers seem to be those just looking for a healthy snack, I am gluten intolerant due to Celiac disease.

These were so much better than most of the gluten free produces I have tasted. I think the mistake here is that others can eat healthy snacks without them being gluten free and they are expecting a very moist product and texture you only get from true flour products.

Leave these for those of us who are forced to remain wheat free. My bones and teeth break due to not absorbing vitamins and I am prone to sepsis and other infections. If you just want healthy there are so many better things out there.

I bought the Apple Pie flavor using a coupon and they were a hit with the whole family! My kids only had about 10 minutes for snack each morning at camp this summer, so the bites were a great size. My 8YO son is pretty picky and usually complains about anything other than Zbars, especially fruit, but he had one every single day during his two weeks of basketball camp.

I loved that the bites are not only really healthy with whole foods like oats and apple, but also gave him good energy to get through to lunchtime. I will definitely buy again for the school year. My only request would be for Bono’s to offer a variety pack so we can try other flavors.

At close to $5 a box, I’m not sure about trying other flavors, especially since those flavors are closer to Zbar flavors and I already know my kids love those.

I’ve been a loyal Kashi and Kelloggs consumer years. My favorites are Kashi Go Cinnamon Crisp, Kelloggs Cinnamon and Pecans and Protein Cinnamon Crunch. I buy 4-6 boxes of each. I am down to ny last box of Kashi when I go to store and I see a change on the box.

It did not say “new recipe” but what I saw was 13 grams of protein, 11 grams of fiber and 10 grams o sugar. Original says 14 grams protein, 10 grams fiber and 12 grams sugar. I opened to new box and I knew from the first bite, oh no.

The texture in the new version is terrible. I wish I could articulate the difference other than it’s diluted in crunch and taste. It’s nothing like the original recipe. Why would they change a great thing? I am sad and disappounted becauae this was my #1 cereal.

It was my base if I added the orhers listed above. My hope is a lot of people will complain and they revert back to original recipe. I remember Kelloggs changed their Cinnamon Pecan and it was not good, people complained and they went back to the original recipe.

Again it was the texture and taste of the flakes that was not good. I am diaappointed about Kashi but hopeful that feedback will speak volumes and chage will occur.

I bought this cereal for almost a year and would eat it every day. Literally every day, so I’d become familiar with the taste and loved it that much. Then all of a sudden, I can’t find it anywhere, and the packaging changed.

So, I take a chance and try the new version. Utterly disappointed. What was once so flavorful and easy to bite in to, was more flavorless and hard as a rock. The cereal want cheap either, but I was willing to pay for it because it was THAT good.

Unless they change it back, I will not be buying the Kashi cereals ever again.

It’s really tasty! I love those peanut butter flavor more than the other flavors Kashi has to offer. The cereal crunch isn’t too hard where it’ll break your teeth when you bite down, it’s just right for texture and it’s very nutritious.

High in protein and low in sugar, best way to start your day is with a bowl of this cereal. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a peanut buttery cereal with a crunch and high in protein!.

Only 4 stars because I’ve only tried the blueberry and not the cinnamon sugar just yet, and blueberry doesn’t have its own page for some reason. But I love these! Great flavor, great crunch! They’re very light.

I can’t decide how many I should eat for these to be a breakfasty snack. 1, 2, the whole pack? I do notice they stick to your gums a little like the magical animal crackers, but not the biggest issue compared to other sucky gf treats.

So excited I finally found these. Can’t wait to try cinnamon sugar.

Absolutely love these! They stay together pretty well for a gluten free biscuit and taste exactly like Graham crackers to me, would make a great s’more! Also love that there’s 3 cookies in each package.

These have a gross after taste. I could not finish the whole package. I have been wanting a gluten free replacement for Belvita breakfast cookies and was hopeful about these, but they are not good. The search continues.

Super disappointing; and no, they aren’t expired. Good luck finding the chocolate nibbles (no ‘chunks’ found). These are dry and crumbly. Based on the protocol for companies to list ingredients by order of the most used to the least used (not so with this product), and based on the “chewy” descrip and the pic of several chocolate chunks, I tried these for the first time and was beyond disappointed.

The pic looks nothing like the actual item, which rather than square w/countable chocolate chunks is more of a shapeless smear of mostly amaranth seeds, some oats.

So I got into these bars while skimming through HomeGoods – I saw their price at $4. 99 and purchased a pack of 5. After my first bar, I went back to HomeGoods and purchased 2 more packs. I then went around town to 3 other HomeGoods to look for more cause they’re kinda pricey at the supermarket.

Unfortunately I got bored of them and stopped eating them. They were delicious, especially the dark chocolate since dark chocolate is my favorite. I liked the sweet honey-like flavor mixed with dark chocolate chips.

It’s the perfect snack for whenever.

There are bars of every sort out there many of them are just nasty. I am always skeptical when I try a new one. Kind did a great job on this Health Grain Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate bar! It is 100% whole grain with 5super grains – oats, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa.

150calories. 3grams of protein. Low saturated fat 1gm. No trans fat. Gluten free. All that it still tastes pretty damn good. I’ll definitely buy more of these.

I really like this HONEY Peanut Butter granola, but Vanilla MCT is my real favorite. Honey Peanut Butter comes in second for me, I tell truth how I like products. Some I do not like I will not comment on.

People like different flavors and things. I recommend for people who like the peanut butter taste to try this. I have tried many of their products, all good, but I prefer some flavors over the other.

In Purely Elizabeth, there are no bad products, only some are loved more than others. I do not like chocolate, but will eat some. So I am not a fan of the chocolate. I like this Honey Peanut much better for an example.

I love their Oatmeal, with cinnamon. Try this everyone, you need to sample them. Then pick favorites. MCT oil ones are my favorites. I try many things, even when I traveled the world years back. Many other foods, non American ones.

I’m trying to eat better breakfasts in the morning. I’m usually a ‘grab a breakfast sandwich at Starbucks’ kind of girl but since working from home, I’ve gotten more into oatmeal lately. I grabbed the Blueberry Hemp granola the other day at the store and have topped it on my strawberry/blueberry oatmeal this morning.

I mixed it into the oatmeal so it lost some crunch but the flavor is still great. I tried a piece on its own and it was delicious. Accidentally dropped a piece on the floor and my dog gobbled it up. All in all, 10/10, will keep eating this.

1/3 cup is a great portion size too.

I like to snack “Acai bowls” almost every day. I do my own Acai with a mix of blackberries, strawberries, and bananas. Then I put just a little bit of natural peanut butter on top. All my life I have loved granola, but usually, it contains lots of sugar, and as I am trying to reduce significantly my sugar consumption, I quit eating granola.

Then I just found a youtube review of super healthy granola, 100% organic, called Pure Elizabeth. I bought the product and I just love it! Now I use this product every day for my snacks, I just love the brand conception, and It is so much gummier than all of other sugared granolas that I’ve tried.

The packaging of each product is elegant and beautiful, and every time I buy a product of this brand I feel that I am nourishing my body and mind with real and natural ingredients that are wonderful for my health.

I believe this brand was made for me!.

Last night at work I was extremely ill. I couldn’t eat my dinner so I went to see what they sell in the breakroom. Everything everything look disgusting or had dairy in it. I must have picked up 25 items in read the ingredients and put them back down.

and I saw this cookie and it said vegan on it. First I picked up the chocolate chip cookie and put it back down and picked up the double chocolate cookie and I could not decide which one to eat. I was so sure it was going to make me sicker.

Well I ate that cookie and wanted to lick the bag. it was so delicious. I’m about to go by another one right now and I’m going to buy a case online cuz it’s cheaper than buying it at work.

I love this cereal. I’ve been a fan for quite some time now. It has become increasingly difficult to find in stores at times, so I have had to resort to ordering online. This is my first time having it shipped from Wal-Mart though.

The only thing it noted, was a lot of the biscuits were smashed or lost their shape. Not sure if just from the box bouncing around in transit or what. This isn’t a huge deal for me personally, but if you require all yours to be fully formed biscuits, be aware that they may come a bit smashed if shipped.

My husband has numerous allergies. Kashi cereals are organic and thus the perfect food for persons with multiple chemical sensitivities. He eats approximately 5 or 6 boxes of cereal per week. Getting enough of Kashi cereal to keep him supplied is becoming difficult.

If you aren’t aware, this exact meal is actually in a US Military MRE (Meal Ready-To-Eat). Words can not convey just how much this meal means to me but I’m sure gonna try. Whether I was overseas and deployed, or back home in the field on a training mission we were always eating MRE’s.

Most of the time it was not safe enough to heat them up in the included heating bag due to the steam it gave off (yes steam is visible through a halfway decent set of binoculars up to a mile away) and we were left eating them cold.

There are only two MRE’s that contain civilian food: the granola MRE, and the Tuna MRE (Starkist brand tuna). I would trade two meals for this one. It was worth it to go hungry. On top of tasting amazing and being able to eat it cold, this meal was a source of comfort to me going back to my days working up to becoming an Eagle Scout in the BSA.

Mountain House, I don’t think I can thank you enough for keeping my spirits up until I made it back home.

I have tried many brands of freeze dried, dehydrated and mre meals and hands down Mountain House are my favorite. I had purchased on of the variety packs a while back and the Granola with Milk and Blueberries were in the box.

I had several people over to try different meals and this one was so good I ordered 6 more pouches. It is both great as a cold cereal during the warmer months and hot cereal on those cold days. As an emergency responder as well as hiker/camper these meals are part of both my camp meal load out and emergency response kit for times we get deployed in the field.

Used the Granola with milk and blueberries to start the day during a weeklong backpack trip in the Mummy Range of Colorado. Jetboil hot water for coffee and granola for nice kick start before heading up the peaks.

People told me the granola is also good cold, but its tough to beat when it’s hot. Quick and tasty energy. Thank You!.
