Pills look like they were made in someone’s home kitchen. Some pills are broken. Pill count is somewhat reasonable but pill count could be doubled. Creatine is cheap. At the time of purchase, this product look reasonably among the other choices.

I think next time I will wait and find a better value. Shipped time was reasonably. If I was with the product at the time I made this review I would have attached pictures of broken pills!.

My goal was to get more toned so my arms would pop for a wedding where I was a bridesmaid. I asked my trainer if he knew any tricks and he suggested I take 20 grams of creatine per day for five days.

Ive used creatine before and really didnt like the taste. The tablets were terrific, even though I had to find a way to take 12 every day. But hoo boy did it work! I was surprised at how great my calves, shoulders and biceps looked and it actually made me a lot stronger too.

Definitely recommend this to any gal looking to add a little size. I didnt look bulky, just lean and strong!.

High quality creatine in a convenient sized dosage that I can keep some at home and in my gym bag. Ive been taking for over a month now and have not experienced side effects but have better strength and stamina.

I like that it includes 3 different types of creatine which have different effects to accelerate muscle growth. Ive tried capsules before but the same dosage would require many more capsules. So it is more cost effective to go with Crazy Muscle which is 3 pills.

Creatine metabolizes in the body to creatine phosphate which is used by the muscles as a form of energy. It speeds up recovery between sets on a work out as well as speeds up overall recovery time. It’s best to take it about 30 minutes to 60 minutes before a work out, a small amount during, and some after.

There’s also been some studies that in older populations, late 20s and beyond it improves cognition as well, but there hasn’t been a lot of research in that. Somethings to consider though. Poorly manufactured creatine contains can be hard on the liver as it processes it out fairly quickly.

If you do have a liver problem, or it runs in your family you should monitor yourself through a doctor regularly. Some blood tests check creatine levels so you may Also need to tell your doctor at the time you are taking supplements.

I started off taking “The Golden Trio” of Citrus Bioflavonoids: Rutin, Quercetin, & Hesperidin (500mg each + 500mg pure ascorbic acid) daily a year ago (6 months was required), primarily to treat capillary fragility.

Specifically, I wanted to determine whether this suggested combination of supplements would treat existing lesions & prevent new ones from arising, or reduce episodes of the development of purpura, particularly on my forearms.

Self-assessment & evaluation of the effectiveness of “The Golden Trio” failed to echo the results claimed by various research. Final analysis – This combo did NOT effectively diminish my forearm skin-bruising/senile purpura.

I have noticed a significant reduction in the number of new purpura lesions, but I’ve also been extremely more careful. Regardless, the slightest bump/rub of my forearms along the lip of a cardboard box or grazing the edge of a cabinet opening & voila: instant bruising (nasty purpura spots!) Both my husband & I continue to take this combo because of its exceptional anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, & anti-carcinogenic benefits.

How we take it: First thing in the morning. I measure & combine each supplement into our empty Tombert 5oz stainless steel demitasse cups. I microwave water (in a glass container) for 90 seconds & add it to each demitasse cup – mix & drink it down.

The only other thing we take immediately before/after is 1 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (just cuz – we’ve done so for over 5 years), & a few cups of caffeinated coffee thru-out the morning. We credit this regimen for feeling super-healthy!.

I started with Pruvit at about $100 per week. I also tried Perfect Keto at about $40 per week. I then looked at the proportions of the Calcium, Magnesium, and Sodium compounds in the ingredients on Perfect Keto and ordered 1Kg each from Bulk Supplements.

So, for each dose (twice a day) I add 3. 8g of each compound to liquid and flavor it. The price equivalent to the other two products is $4 per week. So, 1/25th of the cost of Pruvit and 1/10th the cost of Perfect Keto.

The downside is having to weigh and mix the three compounds. Also, the Magnesium and the Calcium compounds are relatively odorless. The Calcium compound appears as a compact white powder. The Magnesium compound appears as a white powder with slightly greater volume to weight than the Calcium compound.

However, the Sodium compound has a distinct odor–making me wonder if it contains some impurities. Also, the Sodium compound is slightly beige in color and about 25% greater in volume to weight and “fluffier” in consistency than the other two compounds–again indicating possible impurities.

As the Sodium formulation is about 50% greater in price than the other two compounds–making one wonder why we pay more for a product that appears not to be a pure Keto salt. I will stick with it pending further negatives.

I have noticed a marked difference in inflammation since starting with Pruvit several weeks ago and have noticed appetite suppression and several pounds of weight loss. But the opportunity cost of Pruvit is pretty high.

If you want peppermint taste this product is not for you. If you want the many well established health benefits of peppermint this product is a fantastic 5 stars. Now if you increase the dosage of this product the health benefits also increase.

However, there is a negative side effect of consuming too much peppermint – kidney failure and death. The problem is with menthol which is known to cause kidney failure in high dosages. This product seems to be completely devoid of any menthol and I guess it is safe in higher dosages but you have judge for yourselves.

I just know that before I took it I had boarder line kidney failure, could not urinate due to BPH, could not walk due to arthritis, could not take a good breath, had a failing cardio vascular system and felt tired with body aches.

After taking 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of this product for 2 years now those problems are all gone. And yes I have great kidney function now. I live in fear that this product will be canceled due to lack of demand.

It is not to be confused with Dementholised Mint Oil which contains 30% to 56% of L-menthol.

This has helped me with my workouts significantly. I’ve been using these a week now and already notice performance improvement. I can finish sets a lot easier now. Definitely recommend this stuff increases performance in the gym.

The reason it is a 4 star is my only complaint is the capsules are a little big. If you aren’t a fan of the big pills. They have a powdered version of this brand as well. Go with that one. Besides that it’s an amazing product.

And offers convenience in the capsule form for me. It would be a 5/5 if they could find a way to decrease the size of the pills while still having the same dosage.

This is my 1st time using creatine and I have to say I’m so happy with this product. Alot of people warned me about taking creatine, saying that it could give me gastrointestinal discomfort, especially because I have IBS and Diverticulitis , but this product has given me no stomach issues at all.

Creatine monohydrate is one of the best fitness supplements a person can use. It helps build and maintain lean muscle mass very well. This product is no exception. The reason I purchased from 1st Phorm was that it becoming more and more difficult to find good brands that sell unadulterated and unflavored creatine monohydrate.

So many brands add other weird ingredients and flavorings to their creatine supplements, but if you want the best results, I recommend buying plain creatine monohydrate without flavoring, and I recommend that you mix it in hot water until fully dissolved (you do NOT want to drink undissolved creatine, or it can cause diarrhea).

Make sure you stay well-hydrated, and be prepared to use some skin moisturizers as creatine can potentially dry out your skin. On a side note, creatine basically cured my brother’s hyperhidrosis by stopping the excessive sweating and skin moisture.

I rate this product well because it works very well for me.

This is the first and only creatine I’ve ever taken. My experience has been great. It has no flavor or odor, and dissolves easily enough in my protein. I noticed that I was dehydrating during the loading phase pretty badly and suffered some constipation, despite my water intake.

I’ve been taking this creatine for two weeks straight. It’s my first time ever trying creatine. I do like how my body looks like since I’ve been on the product. Since taking the product I drink a little over a gallon of water a day because of how thirsty I get with the creatine in my system.

I did feel slightly addicted to taking the product so I took a tolerance break for a week. Overall I’m thrilled with the product and I do see a difference in my strength and appearance in just two weeks.

This version of creatine monohydrate has been a boon to me as far as recovery after workouts. I have also noticed a bit of size increase in the short time I have used it. My weight is up, but in the right places.

I will need to order more soon since I only ordered a one month supply as a trial. I recommend this product to anyone looking for help with recovery and for size increase. It will be money well spent.

I’m a first timer with creatine and although I’ve only been taking it for two weeks, I feel like it’s helping my muscles feel firmer, especially in the biceps. I know it’s likely due to water storage but it feels natural.

It might be a placebo affect, but my stamina during workouts is improving as well. In fact, my VO2 has gone up a couple of points. So far so good with HS products.

1 to 1 & 1/2 servings a day caused lower back pain; kidney, and back pain. Felt more fatigue/tired. Black particles in water after mixing. Flavor seemed OK, smelled a bit strange like a concoction of black licorice and antifreeze.

Don’t know if this was botched batch or contaminated. If this is was a standard batch I would not recommend based on opposite of performance expectations and anecdote feeling of unwellness while only taking product.

The Idea of so many types of creatine is great way to approach full spectrum saturation, but something seemed off about this batch.

I have always wanted to try creatine and researched big time before purchasing. After just few weeks I noticed my muscle structure cutting up! I am a female so I was worried about too much growth but it has done amazing for my gains without just blowing them up.

We were referred to Pure Bulk by a geneticist who diagnosed our son’s rare mitochondrial disorder which required L-Serine supplementation. It’s been four months since we started him on this supplement.

Although we have no means to personally test the product’s purity, we have faith in our geneticist’s recommendations. Treatment for such conditions are slow and we wouldn’t compromise the quality of care by having him ingest a supplement that was substandard.

I use this for chronic bladder infections. I used to have to purchase pure cranberry juice all the time which is expensive and getting exponentially more expensive by the day, but this works equally as well, if not better for me.

Strong, energizing, less nausea associated than other brands of PEA, kicks in quicker than other brands, lasts a bit longer than other brands. Only downfall was that the consistency of the powder seemed too moist so it would tend to clump.

Overall though, great product. Will most likely buy again.

Well, I guess I am not the non-responder to creatine that I thought I was. I guess I was trying non-quality products. Just 1 scoop a day and without even doing barbell hip thrusters, I tacked 30lbs on to my best ever lift and I am walking with a KB over my head for 50 meters that I couldn’t even lift just 1 month ago.

Capsules are so much better than the chalky tablets or gritty powder

Hoping this brand would increase my strength in powerlifting comps but it had little or no affect , Tried a 8 week coarse of swallowing those oversize smelly tabs down my gullet 8 times a day which would be worth it if they worked but they don’t, So on to the next brand!.

I use this product once a day every day in my shake or with some water/juice. After about a week, you can feel strength levels increasing and I’m able to workout harder. Great if I’m doing HIIT workouts and need some help getting to the end! It mixes super easily with a little stirring and doesn’t taste of anything.

Most importantly, it works!.

I love this booster. It gives me tons of energy before workouts and I can work them through vigorously. It’s also easy to digest and doesn’t cause any tummy issues. Five stars.
