20 Best Vegan Hair Mask (2022 Updated)

I have dry, damaged hair from years of straightening and blowdrying without adequate heat protection, so I was looking for a hair mask that would make my hair soft and lustrous again. I looked through a ton of reviews and asked multiple Sephora employees for their advice, and this product came HIGHLY recommended to me.

For context, I have thick, mostly straight Asian hair with roots that get oily if I don’t wash my hair at least every other day, but dry ends. I’ve also dyed my hair before, so that’s thrown off the texture a little bit.

The first thing that I noticed about this mask was that it’s quite thick, and you don’t really need a lot of it. It’s definitely thicker than my normal conditioner, and I use it in place of conditioner once a week.

I comb it all throughout my hair, except for my roots, since they don’t need that extra hydration, I leave it in my hair for 10 minutes (longer than the instructions suggest), and then I wash it out.

After blowdrying, my hair feels shiny and smooth, and it has much less breakage and annoying flyaways. This mask also smells really good, like a sweet vanilla, and it lasts for a good amount of time without being overpowering.

While I don’t think this product is life-changing, I think that it adds a good amount of luster and smoothness to my hair, and my hair feels healthier than it did when I first started using the mask.

It’s also a better price than a lot of other popular hair masks out there, such as the Gisou Honey Infused Hair Mask, which is $57 for 7. 8oz, or the Moroccanoil Intense Hydrating Mask, which is $38 for 8.

5oz. This product is $28 for 8oz, and the value size is $42 for 16oz, which is an even better price. Ultimately, I think that this product would work for most if not all hair types, since you can target where you want that extra hydration and nourishment.

After using this product a couple of times, you’ll start to see results, and it’s definitely one of the more affordable choices out there.

Like a lot of us, my long hair is DAMAGED. Let me clarify this though, by saying that when I say damaged, I mean bleach or dye my hair every other month damaged. We’ll just say that my wavy/curly hair needs a treatment that’s serious, and not just your average everyday conditioner.

In my latest Sephora order, included was a mini sized version of the Amika Soulfood Nourishing Mask which I was very excited to try. I had previously tried another Amika product, their Kure Multi-Task Repair Treatment, and it had given me great results, so I was eager to try this new product.

I love the way they package Amika products, with the bright colors, and the fun names, this product came in a bright orange colored tube with a rainbow colored paisley/mandala style print all over it, which went perfectly with the 70’s style name.

The product itself was thick and creamy, was white in color, and smelled great, kind of fruity and floral. I applied a generous amount to my wet hair after I shampooed it, and left it on for about 6 minutes, as per the instructions.

After that I rinsed it out and towel dried my hair. I didn’t have to use a de-tangler on my mid-back length hair, which was very impressive right off the bat, the comb slid right through no problems.

Wow! My hair was SO soft and manageable! This product really worked wonders for my hair. It made my curls so smooth and shiny, not frizzy at all like normal. I had a LOT less flyaways and my hair was much, much sleeker.

My hair felt so much more hydrated it was totally amazing. Even my normally dry ends felt soft and hydrated, instead of dry, blah, and rough. You can deeply condition, hydrate, and restore dry hair to it’s natural vibrancy and health with this replenishing treatment.

This is the second time I’ve tried this mask. The first time, I wasn’t that impressed. I had high hopes because I’ve used other Amika products before which I absolutely loved, but this one missed the mark for me.

However! This time my opinion is different. I don’t know whether they’ve changed something in the formula or maybe my judgement is better now, I absolutely love it! It’s so thick and creamy which I love for a hair mask.

I slathered it all over my hair, including my scalp because that’s how I like to mask. It left my hair feeling beautifully smooth and soft. Honestly I could not stop touching my hair afterwards. And as always, 10/10 for aesthetically pleasing packaging!.

My hair gets pretty damaged because I have blonde (balayage) applied to it every 10 weeks. My hair is super fine and I’m 50 years old. So you can imagine how dry and damaged my hair feels. I only use the more expensive hair care lines and I have no idea why I bought this product! I mean I do like other things by Pacifica, like their body and sun products.

But never thought I would buy a $6 hair product. After sitting on my shelf for a few months I decided to use it. The product was brown but like. who cares? I applied the product as directed, and while I was squeezing the water out of my hair afterwards I thought this feels like wax.

this is not going to be good! I was wrong! I allowed my hair to dry and as I ran my hands through It afterwards I was amazed at how soft my hair feels! None of the dry ends that stick out to the sides all the time were there! None of the pieces that I normally get cut off that were split and fraying were standing up! My hair is laying beautifully, it flows nicely, there is no after smell to the product and it just did an amazing job! I didn’t even put my Pureolgy spray on it because I wanted to see what only the Pacifica product did and it’s actually softer than usual! I am just amazed that a $6 product did so much for my hair! I am ordering a backup immediately!.

Carmen who made a review on 02/28/2022 might be a little slow. The photo of the product itself is clearly shown as brown. You can see there is a brown hue. The color of the product is brown but that doesn’t mean it is bad.

That’s just the color. If you are truly that grossed out by colors of HAIR PRODUCTS, then you should be looking for a not-so natural hair product. My hair is glossy, silky, and less tangled once I use this.

It tells me that on wet hair in the shower, you should put it on and leave it for 60 seconds. I do 3 minutes and it is fine. You can also use this on dry hair. I love this stuff, it’s super good.

I LOVE this mask. I’d never tried a gloss before and absolutely saw results the first time I used it. It’s really liquid and runny, the nozzle helps a lot with control. I like the short simple ingredient list.

I always comb into to dry hair, and sometimes mix with castor oil. I’ve never used it in the shower. However, I don’t really follow the instructions, I leave it on for about an hour before shampooing like normal.

If leaving it on for a long time is bad. RIP I guess, my hair feels great every time. I have long fine 3a curls.

For reference: my hair is about mid back, thick, naturally chestnut brown with heavy red undertones, with years and years of black or ash brown hair dye over top. Greasy roots, flaky scalp, and dry ends- likely from years of dye layering.

Recently I wanted to go back to my natural hair colour, but I wasn’t looking forward to reddish brown roots and black, dull ends. I decided to do a bleach wash, twice on my hair, and successfully lifted it to the colour desired.

The colour is gorgeous, but my hair was as dry as the Sahara desert. I considered Olaplex, but was turned off by the insane prices. It was here I learned about Verb mask. I have used it twice, and my hair has rejoiced.

Smooth, shiny, bouncy. Truly a miracle. I can’t stop running my fingers through it. It hasn’t looked this healthy in years. I use this in combination with my Chi oil, and the two together are perfect.

The scent of the mask is amazing, light and perfumy. And the price! You cannot go wrong with 20 bucks for so much glorious product. This is a must try for your over processed, bleached hair.

One star because I didn’t read the ingredients and another because I think this would work for others. However, if you’re like me and have fine hair that’s prone to build-up (I have hard water and a lot of hair), this may not be for you since it has a LOT of silicone in it.

Dimethicone is one of the heaviest silicones and it’s listed second on the ingredient list. I used it once after using a clarifying shampoo on my scalp, applying it from mid-shaft to ends and rising well.

While it made my hair look nice after letting it airdry, it felt like it had product on it and was not really silky or hydrated. That’s when I checked the ingredients. I thought “ok, maybe I can treat it like an in-shower styling product instead of a replenishing mask” but when I woke up the next morning, my hair looked like straw at the ends.

Running my fingers through it, a bit of residue came off in my nails. It came off with some vigorous shampooing. For my purposes (something to put some pep back in my hair after my weekly clarifying wash), this is a fail.

If your hair plays nice with silicone, this could be a winner for you, though.

I absolutely love Verb’s whole Ghost line and this hair mask is no exception. I first got hooked with the Ghost Oil, then the shampoo, condition, hair spray and then the heat protectant. And now the Ghost Hair Mask is part of my obsession.

First- I love that this is in a tube (as opposed to a tub like a lot of my other hair masks)- it makes leaving it in the shower and remembering to actually use so easy! Second- I love the way this hair masks makes my hair feel.

My hair is smoother, shinier, silkier, less frizzy, and more manageable. I have some crazy frizzy 2B/2C hair, and I now actually enjoy running my fingers through my hair. If you are on the fence I would suggest going for it.

It’s an amazing product, at a great price point, and it’s cruelty free. I couldn’t ask for more.

I LOVE this product! I dont write reviews until I’ve completed something and let me tell you, this evening I had to take the top off of the spritzer bottle and slap the last bit into my hand I love this so much! For reference, my hair has been through the wringer! Bleached, coloured, teased, heat fried and the likes! I am in love with this leave-in.

I got it randomly to try and I don’t think I’ll be looking for anything else, it makes my hair so soft and shiny. My hair is also really prone to getting tangled up and knotted anytime I wear it down and this has almost eliminated that issue for me.

As an added bonus, I’ve been getting constantly complimented for the way my hair smells. The guy I’m in love with always makes a point after I use this to tell me how fantastic I smell which is great since almost all my body wash it unscented or very lightly scented for skin reasons and I’m not much for perfume.

Game changer for sure! I’m really looking forward to trying more of FoxyBae’s products in the future!.

I am completely obsessed with Foxy Bae’s products! Thank you to Ipsy for introducing me to this amazing company. I have thin, semi-wavy and oily type hair and scalp. I also dye my hair quite often, so it gets pretty frizzy easily.

This leave in mask is amazing and does wonders for my hair. I use the creme in the tube, haven’t tried the spray one yet, unless they just redesigned the packaging. After I’ve wash and conditioned my hair, dried it, I then apply a dime size to my hands and gently rub it in to my ends.

I always let my hair air dry and by the morning, my hair is amazingly soft, flowy, bouncy and smells like heaven. This is a great leave in hair conditioner/mask!!.

This is my absolute favorite hair mask I’ve tried so far. I found this on sale at TJ Maxx for around 6 dollars. Affordable at this store, but I would dish out the full price if I couldn’t find it again.

I add a good amount to my hands, and then lather it in my damp hair. Especially on the ends. Once I work it in my hair, I brush it and then blow dry. This helps my hair feel soft, stronger, no tangles, no fizz, and makes my hair look great! It is not sticky whatsoever.

Zero residue leftover. I highly recommend trying this product. 5 stars isn’t enough in my opinion.

I love hair masks so I was excited to try out this one when it arrived with my Voxbox. I have never dyed my hair and I usually just let it air dry so I would not considered it damaged. Because of this, I can’t say how much this will help with over processed or damaged strands.

As a mask, I felt like it made my hair very soft, but without any other products my hair became frizzy once it dried. I did notice in the shower that I needed a lot to cover my hair from roots to end and I found the scent to be meh.

This surprisied me since the Nubian Heritage Indian Hemp Shampoo smells so nice and refreshing. I would not recommend to use it as a leave-in conditioner since it did not feel hydrating and left me with an itchy scalp.

I also noticed some white flakes and had to wash it out of my hair. Overall, I thought this was okay, but it wasn’t moisturizing enough for my hair. I also found the instructions to be too time consuming for me since this will take about 20 minutes of your day, which doesn’t help for those that are busy.

One thing to note is that the product I received was expired so the product might work better if you decide to buy it (if you do, post a review since I am curious on others’ experiences with a fresh, non-expired product).

Based on what I experienced, I would not buy another jar of this.

My hair is overly processed so it’s nice using products like these that can give my hair some nourishment! For this mask, it’s recommended after shampooing, to dry off hair with a towel and put the mask on for 15 mins with a cap.

I don’t have the patience for that, I mask for 5 minutes. It’s just as effective. The scent is strong but as I wash off the mask, it subtly lingers and is more bearable. I can comb my fingers through my hair afterward too! It totally conditions and softens my hair by adding moisture to it.

This 11 oz tub goes for $14. 99 on the brand’s website, or $10. 39 on Amazon which is where I got it from. Overall, my hair looks way healthier now and I would buy it again!.

I was really looking forward to this masque, as I use the same line of co-wash and love it. But I used it for the first time today and my first thought was, it smells like it is just shea butter or another type of butter.

All good there, except that it didn’t make my hair softer. And after my hair was dry, it looked like I had been in the rain, a lot of frizz on top and all over, and it didn’t help with curl definition.

Overall not hydrating. Shame as I was excited to try it.

I reciently tried a sample of EcoLove hair mask, and I fell in love. I was amazed how soft and smooth it made my hair! It felt great after using it, it does not weigh you hair down. It also helps to tame fly aways.

The scent is amazing as well :).

I’m in LOVE with this mask! I was skeptical at first bc I’m not a huge fan of bananas. I can’t stand if they’re too ripe, sometimes their smell is just too much, and to be honest the thought of my head smelling like bananas kind of weirded me out.

But after reading so many positive reviews, plus a sale, an 18% rebate, and free shipping I couldn’t say no to this or A few other items. I love everything I ordered, but this is by far my favorite thing I’ve ever used in the 15 or so years I’ve been shopping at The Body Shop.

It smells SO GOOD! It definitely smells like bananas, but not artificial or chemically. Just natural, really good smelling bananas. It lingers, in a good way and leaves your hair smelling fresh and bananay, BUT not so much that when you walk into a room, everyone start to sniff and asks where the banana smells coming from.

(I was worried about that) After using it once my hair looked and felt softer, shinier, and healthier then it’s looked in forever. My family, fiancée, 4 and 5 yr old daughter and son, and a few strangers complimented me and asked what I had done/used! It’s like a 5 minute confidence boost! I’m sorry if this is too much but I’m in love with this stuff and you should buy it.

I ordered the shampoo and conditioner after using this and they’re pretty great too! Lastly, I color my hair and it didn’t fade or mess it up.

Must have product!!! Although I have oily hair and this product is for dry to normal hair types, I use it on the ends of my hair. I leave it on wet hair for 15 minutes and then wash it. My hair is shiny and moisturized.

I use it 2-3 times a week. Being there for about 3-4 months. The texture is like yogurt, nice and slightly thick. Has an amazing banana scent. I have already bought the third pack. Highly Recommended.

This product is one of my all time favorites for my hair. I didn’t expect that much out of it, to be completely honest, I just got it because I love all things banana scented! However, as someone who has bleached my hair for 17 years, this is one of the only products I’ve ever used that makes my hair feel like virgin hair again! It’s seriously amazing.

I use the banana shampoo and conditioner, then I put the mask on my hair with a focus on the ends and mid lengths, and I leave it on there as long as I can. I’ve found the longer that I leave it on, the softer my hair is.

I’ve seen all kinds of comments about what the smell is like, and as a banana connoisseur, I can confidently say the smell is exactly like an extremely ripe banana. It’s like if you took that ripe banana and mushed it in a bowl and then took a whiff, that’s the exact smell.

Not like the artificial banana smell on snocones and candy. But that’s besides the point, get the hair mask! If you have dry, damaged hair, you need this in your life!.

Apparently I need to leave multiple negative reviews as I keep getting emails to review this product that I’ve already reviewed and gotten refunded. This product was absolutely horrible on my hair. I would NEVER recommend it to anyone with bleached hair.

The color not “rose gold” but more copper orange after first application and rosy red after the second. The worst part about it was that it was patchy all over despite very thorough application (I’ve been dying my hair for years and know how to completely saturate my hair with product).

And not just different colors between roots and bleached ends. But patchy throughout the entire length of my hair. Ended up having to lay $400 to fix it as I couldn’t get the reddish hair tint from my hair.

Ironic that the issues with platinum blonde and color retention isn’t listed on the product page whatsoever and you have to dig through the blog to find it. I’ll post before and after pictures though the overtone company will probably just delete this review because it’s negative.

It may be a fine product for people with darker hair, but platinum people be warned.

My hair is all around delicious after masking for 10-15 minutes. Smells delicious, feels delicious, and looks delicious. If this stuff does to my body what it does to my hair, I would bathe in it. The routine: I’m always looking for the most efforless yet most effective way to care for myself.

Because let’s be honest, when I’m not busy, I’m too lazy to commit to an elaborate routine. This mask is perfect. Every week, I run a bath, shampoo, then sit in my tub with this mask in my hair until I’m ready to rinse.

Result: the scent is fresh and crisp, very relaxing. The texture is thick and creamy. You can turn the jar upside down and it won’t drip. I’ve had this for a little over a month. My hair has no split ends.

The color I put in my hair (coloring conditioner) is still healthy and shiny. My favorite yet is that I have thin, fine, slippery Asian hair and it has not flatten my hair. I actually get a nice shiny, wavy bounce right after airdrying.

Totally worth the money and I will be repurchasing.

Red for brown is actually an orange color. Loving all color, I tried it and got a rich coppery color which is fine, but it stained my scalp which no other color has done. A little embarrassing. As I’m trying to fade it out, my hair turned brassy and then the minerals in my well water turned it GREEN!! Not pretty!! I’ve tried to contact Overtone but they have no phone consultation line and have not answered my plea for help.

Someone did ask for my email last week. but no reply yet. I had to go to my beautician and spend the $$$ to have her try several rinses, then a Blush semipermanent color that at last gave me a human color hair, but is not where I want to be.

Overtone needs a consultation line for such circumstances and to take seriously the customers who contact with poor results to make it right. I’m disappointed on many levels here.

So. Where to start. Smell: Not the best smell. Given how it has coco rose in the name, I thought it would smell like roses or something soft/floral or even tropical due to the coconut bit but it doesn’t smell like that.

It sort of reminds me of a medicine smell like the penicillin liquid pink medicine you got as a kid. I wouldn’t say it Does smell like medicine but that was the first smell it reminded me of. Consistency: It is very thick.

I thought i would be more of a cream consistency but it felt more like choco cake batter and maybe even a little more thicker. When you poured it it sort of fell in a clump rather than a pour if that makes sense.

This bottle came this much full, that much space was there even before I used it which as someone who doesn’t like buying plastic products, it is a waste of plastic. It also felt a bit anticlimactic finding out the bottle wasn’t filled.

I know not all hair products have a seal put in place but this one also didn’t have one. The instructions were confusing though. On the actual bottle it said to use it on wet hair but the instructions on their official website it said to use it on dry hair so I didn’t know what to do and ended up using it on wet hair.

After using it I did wash it with cold water and it did feel a lot slicker and less frizzy. I’m planning on using it once a week. Also, I fill the cap and I use that as a measure (I’m using 3 caps worth of product for my thick natural colored medium hair).

This product has saved my sanity. My hair suddenly started being super dry. To the points I had knots like when I was a little kid. It got to the point it took my hair dresser an hour to get them out.

I use this mask twice a week. When my hair is feeling dry, i put my hair in a shower cap and leave it on for half an hour. My hair literally comes out feeling like silk and tangle free.

This hairmask smells sooo good, mostly like rose but you can definitely smell a hint of coconut too! I’ve used this about 7 times now right after a shower and it never leaves my hair oily even if I leave it on longer then recommend, and I’ve only used half of the bottle since a little goes a long way with this product.

I definitely will be buying this mask again and again and recommend to everyone I know!.

It really smells like rose. great scent. It makes my hair very soft, especially if I put it on damp hair and leave it on for an hour before washing it off. it’s not as moisutiring as the shea moisture manuka honey mask, but if you leave it on longer as above (not just for 5 mins, but for 30-60 mins) then it’s very moisturizing.

love the smell. it is also curly girl method approved (CGM approved) I have 1b fine hair and I use the curly girl method on my wavy hair. this mask seems good for my hair.

My hair is curly and super dry as I have balayage and recently more blonde at the front trying to disguise grey. It desperately needed moisture so I used this. I had it the draw for ages but forgot about it and was using a different one.

Im constantly hauling conditioners but I have to say this one has really made a difference! I saturated my hair in this after shampooing and left it for a good 10minutes. My hair is actually starting to feel healthy and has some bounce back after one use! It’s still not perfect but considering what it was like before the difference is amazing.

I use this with boucleme curl creme as a leave in for reference so you’re a curly girl like me Id definitely give that a go aswell.

This product is amazing! I’ve tried several kinds of hair products before and nothing has ever made my hair this soft. I love putting my hands through my hair now! I promise this one is worth it. You can put it on all of your hair without worrying about greasiness like other products on your scalp.

I simply put it on after shampooing and make sure it sits for several minutes before washing off. You can also put it on after the shower and let it sit longer if you would like and then rinsing after.

I may never have to buy any kind of conditioner again.

I have type 2c long thin to medium type strand, super tangly, greying dry hair. Recently went silicone (and nearly phosphate) free. I’m in hard water. I think silicones have added to my greying colored (not highlighted) hair’s really dry ends and a lot of my terrible tangles.

In a hurry, I picked this up. Papaya hair treat 3 in one. Like every Garnier product I’ve ever tried, not impressed. I’ve tried as a conditioner, mask, and leave in. Mask definitely best. It seems to help some with detangling.

But if you condition your hair twice in shower, any conditioning product should help detangle;) From what I can tell on ingredients it’s basically watered down glycerin with some sort of alcohol to help your hair absorb it.

There’s probably a place and time for glycerin on hair. As using as a leave in it definitely helped me do some light detangling, as ANY conditioner should do, but gave my hair a stiffer texture to run the comb through with less breakage.

But there’s no “slip”. Lots of other silicone free products with a lot more slip for detangling. So I used both and worked out well. As a leave in, I noticed my dry ends dried very quickly, instead of preferably holding onto moisture longer.

So I misted my ends during/after combing. I dunno, maybe a great product for straighter less dry hair. I just think the product seemingly markets to very dry hair, but isn’t really meant for it. Probably a great “treat” for “normal” Barbie doll hair.

If you have really dry hair I would personally recommend other silicone free (and harsh detergents and alcohols free) products, like those in the “ethnic” section that leave hair softer and more manageable.

I haven’t tried Cantù or shea moisture yet, but Camille rose is amazing. And Palmers silicone free products have been good to my hair over time. (My main problem was dimethicone in my conditioning, detangling, moisturizing, styling and leave ins.

Since going silicone free my hair is much less tangled, less dry on ends, and less oily on roots- I can go 5 days easily now without washing my hair- not that that was my goal, but my hair would get so tangled it become a must to wash often or the roots got greasy).

But I give it a 3 (I don’t really see if it does anything for me), because maybe it’s adding something to my hair care and I just don’t fully realize it. But I imagine it will be added to my pile of other more “natural type’ Garnier products in the guest bedroom bathing basket:):).

They’re ok, but not for me and super dry ends. As for my old silicone products, they are already in the dump except for some dearly beloveds with low quantities of silicones I might use here or there.

I’m keeping a sulphate shampoo for an occasional super clean – oils can overly build up on hair too. And another issue is the water used. I have HARD water here. Terrible for dry hair. People in soft water may have a whole other experience.

I got some of this Hair Mask to try from my friend who loves it and now I’m hooked also. The only problem is it’s really hard to find this specific one, I usually only see the other kinds of their 3in1 Hair masks but rarely ever see the Watermelon one.

Besides availability this is one of my favorite hair masks. I have a hard time finding affordable ones for my hair type that I like but not anymore. I have fine, flat, type 2a/2b, combination hair (oily roots and dry ends).

Finding a hair Mask that hydrates my ends but doesn’t weigh down my roots is complicated but this mask delivered. After using it my hair felt soft, smooth, hydrated, and light and looked soft, shiny, and finally not so flat.

I was able to skip a day without needing Dry shampoo so it didn’t weigh my hair down right away or after only 1 day either like some do. This mask does have a Watermelon type scent to it which is one thing I don’t like but it is very light and fades so I can deal with that for the results the Mask gives me, it’s not a horrible scent just isn’t a good Watermelon scent.

Some ppl like the scent and some don’t and I’m one of the ones that don’t really like it. It comes in a tub with 2 different sizes available and is very affordable. The best part is Garnier is cruelty free now so i can I use it with peace of mind! If u have combination hair and/or want a mask that’s hydrating but doesn’t weigh down ur hair while also providing some volume this is it!.

I was one of the lucky few that was picked to try this Garnier Fructis Hydrating Hair Mask for free for my opinion of this product. It smells very soft and for those of you who do not like strong scents this would work.

It is on the thick side but most masks are and the container is another side it is as well. I am one who doesn’t like to keep digging my clean fingers into a container over and over while in the shower so that is my only thing I would change.

I am loving this mask though, specially because it’s cold and dry in New England this time a year. It really helped with my static hair which I also love. I have fine hair so this is good to use once a week or a few times a week if you go very lightly and rather use as a regular conditioner.

I originally found this brand in a local health food store 7 years ago. I would stock up on it as this store was the only one in the area that carried it, but unfortunately they stopped selling it. So I stocked up on it online once i ran out.

I typically use it as a leave-in conditioner for my curly hair (3c). A little goes a long way and I love how it makes my hair feel. It allows me to have 3 day hair and to refresh easily too! I’ve used it for wash-and-gos and twists.

It works equally well with a cheap drugstore gel I buy and even with my expensive salon finishing creams. I love the scent of both the Olive Oil and Indian Hemp. Please don’t change the formula, this is truly my holy grail cream!.

Obsessed with all these from this range because they smell amazing. This one shares its scent with one of the leave in conditioners so it’s great to have the option between them, when hair needs more of a treat you can pick this one and your hair will always smell yummy.

It’s a soft woody note, fresh, rather than a candied gourmand coconut. However, we don’t use the regular shampoos and conditioners from this range because we have other faves already. Read a few bad things about people experiencing hair loss with those, so hoping the brand rethink the formulas!.

I love garnier hair food. I bought so many of these over few years. I have tried papaya, coconut, banana, aloe vera and watermelon. They smell amazing. I regularly use this hair mask on my daughter’s hair.

We both used to loose hair before but it has got better after using these hair mask and also taking care of the hair alongside with other hair oil. Makes the hair soft silky and smells gorgeous for a long time.

Okay so i have straight fine hair but its quite long so there’s alot of it to manage, it tangles quite often and its easy for it to look messy really fast. I thought id try this out as my first hair mask because ive noticed my hair getting gradually drier because withh the current situation i tend to avoid going out unless i go to work.

I use shampoo, leave the mask on 3-4 mins, wash out and use a little conditioner. This is amazing it smells great and my hair has never felt so soft and genuinely weightless. This mask is amazing for hydration and keeping ur hair untangled and easy to brush out of the shower as well as lasting until the next time you wash your hair.

However if you like volume in your hair i’m not sure id reccommend this specific mask for you, since its goal is to hydrate and untangle your hair can lose volume unless you style/blow dry/curl your hair to add volume again (i cant speak for thicker hair types).

If you consider yourself low maintenance and like less effort this is good for increasing that sleek shine to hair x definitely buy it again.

I have a lot of fine, bleached/colored, and very, very, very long hair that hasn’t been cut in nearly 5-6 months. Split ends and breakage galore. I usually use either Redken’s All Soft mask or Joico’s K-PAK mask instead of conditioner every time I wash my hair, which is about 2x a week.

Seriously, it’s a complete nightmare to detangle otherwise. This stuff is incredible! I tried the birthday cake mask first and FELL IN LOVE. It has the best birthday cake scent I’ve ever smelled in any bath/body/beauty product I’ve ever bought, and my collection is pretty ridiculous.

My hair was super manageable, and so soft I kept telling my husband to feel it. I immediately got back on the app and bought every single scent while they’re on sale. It seems like I can get about three uses out of one packet, maybe even more.

The consistency of this stuff is different than other masks I’ve used and really coats your hair nicely. Start with a little at a time or you’ll be rinsing it out forever. Brite, I’m so glad I gave you guys a shot! You killed it with this!.

Omg this product is amazing. I was not expecting anything to deliver such great results. I bought the strawberry milkshake scent and I’m so excited to try the rest of them!! I love that they are cruelty free and vegan!! I tried it first when I didn’t have much time but I was just so excited to see what it was like and how it smelled so I used just a little bit after my conditioner for like 1-2 minutes and washed it out.

Later in the day, I touched my hair and noticed it was soft and couldn’t believe it! This product completely changed the texture of my hair and has made it so soft, even when I don’t have enough time to really let it sit on my hair for a while and when I just a little bit.

I’ve never used any product that has made this much of a difference or an impact and I’m still so amazed. My hair is color treated and I have damaged ends and this has made such a difference for me since I’m trying to grow it out and I really just want long, soft, healthy hair.

I have waist length layered, balayaged hair. It’s also 2C/3A and super fine, but there’s a lot of it. That makes for dry, lackluster hair at the bottom that frizzes up at the slightest provocation but collects oil at the roots pretty easily.

Cute look, right?! I need something deeply moisturizing that leaves shine and manageability but doesn’t make me greasy. And the salted caramel mask actually delivered! To be clear I did not leave it on as long as I should because I was in a rush, but it left me with smooth, shiny hair that was a dream to blow dry.

I’m so impressed. The packet is generously sized, so I look forward to trying it again and leaving it on longer. In the meantime I’m ordering other scents.

This was the last product I used in this line since Sienna Naturals recommends to use it once to four times a month. I literally just finished apply this mask to my hair and I had to quickly write a review.

This mask is super thick and penetrates my 4c hair due to the cold weather in NYC my hair gets extremely dry and brittle. This mask literally brings my hair back to life and restores my curl pattern.

I keep in my hair with a plastic cap and heat for about 20 minutes and then I wash it out. It quickly restores my hair since my hair cannot handle too much protein this mask gives it enough that it doesn’t become overly saturated.

What I love the most about this mask is the ingredients!! It’s all natural, no hard to pronounce words. And also it is super super thick! Do yourself a favor and get this protein mask.

I have struggled for years with dry and damaged hair. Products I used either temporarily addressed the issue or didn’t work at all. After my first shampoo/conditioning and hair mask treatment with my steam cap, my hair was so soft! It lasted for more than a day and looked great.

I received a Together Beauty “”Dreamer”” Overnight Repair Masque courtesy of #Bzzagent. The views are mine. The product is a thick consistency—think of clay—that you place into towel dried hair and leave in for 10 minutes to overnight if you have the chance.

*do NOT place into dry hair* because it will cause your hair to become entangled and matt up. You can easily distribute it amongst your hair after a shower or spritz your hair with water and comb it through gently with your fingers and put a shower cap on to go to sleep and wash out in the morning as usual.

If you struggle with enough time in the day to get things done you could jump in the shower and wet your hair and work it onto your head and clean your body or shave your legs while it sits on your hair to work.

Both ways work nicely and my hair was silky smooth afterwards. For those that don’t know I am a natural blonde and have color treated my hair for 20 years. I have a lot of damage, breakage and roughness to my hair after all of the chemicals.

It’s a product you would use every week or more to return moisture and strength to your hair similar to how often you would use a face mask. My hair has never felt as soft and smooth and it’s limited the amount of flyaways I have.

I received this jar as a complimentary sample and am so glad I did!! This night time hair mask by Together Beauty is amazing. With an intense scent of lavender the name Dreamer couldn’t be more perfect for this jar of conditioner.

The jar itself has a soft matte feeling and I really like this as it gives you the feeling of soft sheets and fluffy pillows. The lavender scent is perfectly relaxing and wonderful for a nightly ritual.

The conditioner itself is very thick and creamy. I found it kind of difficult to comb through my hair as it is so creamy but dampening the hair makes it easier to spread. It absorbs into the hair nicely and doesn’t leave any kind of greasy residue on your pillows or bedding.

The only thing left behind is the divine lavender scent which is my favorite thing about this hair mask. It leaves your hair smelling like a field of fresh lavender. Once morning comes, shampoo and condition if you’d like, I didn’t feel the need to condition as this left my hair so soft even after shampooing.

This deep conditioning hair mask would make the perfect addition to your night time beauty regimen. It conditions deeply but doesn’t leave the hair feeling too weighted down. I would recommend this to anyone looking for intense conditioning or those with heavy damage to their hair.

Texture: Perfect balance – not too runny but not too thick. Applies to hair pretty well. At first I was afraid the mask would show in my dark hair but it absorbs well and doesn’t leave any white streaks/residues.

Smell: Label says clary sage, lavender, clove, and orange. I definitely smell hints of lavender and clary sage, but couldn’t tell what the remaining scent is. It’s not overpowering at all and overall I don’t mind the scent.

My preference is generally more citrus or floral so the scent in this product did not win me over. The scent does not stay in your hair long unlike other products that last a whole day! Packaging is simple, which fits it’s branding for natural product.

When I first looked at the container I felt like it wasn’t very clear it was for hair or that it was a hair mask. It’s not a very appealing or eye catching packaging. I honestly wouldn’t have stopped to look at it in a store.

Overall usage is okay. I use a hair mask every other night after I wash my hair. I massage it into my hair roots and at the ends and leave it on. With the one I normally use I can tell notable difference the next day – my hair is soft and smooth, feels hydrated.

I gave Together Beauty Dreamer a test over 2 weeks and I was slightly disappointed. My hair the next day felt dull and lacking the moisture and texture that I get with my usual hair mask treatment. Perhaps this works on specific hair types – I have natural fine and thin hair.

Wasn’t that satisfied with this product, unfortunately. I only use natural products so I was hoping to add this to my list. Still probably worth a try if you’re looking for a hair masque that contains very natural products and don’t have a strong lingering smell after using.
