This leave-in hair mask sample has me interested in the whole product line. I used it after a wash on damp hair focusing on the mid-lengths and ends the most as instructed. Says to let air or blow dry, whatever your preference is.

I love the Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair! Conditioner, so I was looking forward to using this spray. It’s more like a mist, and while it did have a nice scent, it left my hair feeling a bit sticky. I was looking forward to the soft, detangled locks, but this product fell short for me.

I have been taking these for a week so I don’t see any results yet. I also haven’t experienced any reactions to taking the supplements. That being said, the biotin dosage in this supplement is a lot lower than I get from my regular biotin supplement and the price point on these is a little higher than I’d like so I’m hoping for good results to justify the price.

I think these are good quality and provide a lot of nutrients that can help skin and hair. I don’t like the smell, although it’s not horrible. And they’re a bit difficult to swallow, and I usually don’t have a problem swallowing pills.

There are 2 vitamins for sleep but the only difference is the name. One is just ‘sleep’ and the other is ‘sleep deep 5HTP. Both have the exact same ingredients. I looked up 5HTP because I had no idea what it was.

Turns out it increases serotonin like an antidepressant. Too much of this can cause serotonin syndrome with can lead to coma or even death. After a few days I had symptoms of serotonin syndrome which is super not fun.

I also had terrible nightmares. I got the ones that say just ‘sleep’ thinking it might not have the 5HTP. I read the ingredients and it’s exactly the same as the ‘sleep deep’. This feels very deceptive.

Make sure you can safely take this! Be sure to tell your dr about the 5HTP, drs often don’t know all the ingredients. If you aren’t already taking something that effects your serotonin levels your dr might approve it.

They really need to put something on the label about the interaction or at least something about it helping your mood. If you’re taking either of these I suggest you look up the symptoms of serotonin syndrome so you can watch for them.

I’m on the fence with these because they do work but there are alot of negatives that may just make this my first and last purchase from SugarBearHair. (I’m still undecided if I want to get more once my last bottle is gone) I have super long wavy/straight damaged over processed hair.

This product requires to take 2 a day, the gummies are overwhelmingly sweet. For woman that are trying to cut down on unnecessary calories and sugar these suck. At 15 calories per gummy and 3 grams of sugar each.

yikes. I was discouraged at first as I did not see any results until I was on the second bottle. I take them consistently everyday, twice a day. If I had not purchased the 3 pack I would not have seen any results.

With that being said once I started the second bottle I started to notice my hair transforming. It went from dull to shiny, it is stronger, it started growing faster and is overall just much healthier.

I started taking biotin gummies a gew months ago after being diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis which caused my hair to start falling out more. These are the third brand of gummies I’ve tried so far and I’d say my second favorite in how well they work.

While taking these gummies I did notice my hair was still falling out, but less than it previously was. The biggest change in my hair was how much more it started growing, this is literally the longest my hair has been in my life.

I have fairly thin nails, and I unfortunately never saw any improvement in them. My skin never really changed either. I loved that with these gummies you only had to take one a day, which meant the bottle lasted longer.

I absolutely adore this product. I use this as well as the collagen gummies from this same brand and I must say I have seen a major difference in just a month of consistent use ! These are great. They feel like a snack and I’ve already had noticeable changes in my hair. I had a major surgery that caused my hair to start falling out and became very brittle. After even a week after brushing my hair, the brush isn’t full of hair.

My hair feels silkier again. Not back to perfect health but I’m sure it’ll get there. My nails also are shiny again with a chalky feeling. Great to have no gelatin and extremely normal ingredients! Note also that I’ve only been taking one in the evening because I do take a morning multivitamin.

And it does turn your *** quite yellow, but that’s all natural vitamin b supplements.

Overall the delivery was smooth and the product instructions were clear. I’ve been using iRestore every other day for about three months now and am hoping to see some results soon. I do not see the value, however, in having the vitamins included, since biotin has not been proven to reduce hair loss or promote hair regrowth in people with androgenic alopecia.

I enjoy these vitamins as they provide me exactly what I am looking for – hyaluronic acid, biotin, magnesium, zinc and selenium. I have looked through quite a few vitamin/supplement ingredients and most of them have a lot of additional vitamins/minerals that are not needed for me.

I have only good things to say about Future Kind’s Vegan Biotin gummies. They taste great and haven’t given me any noticeable side effects. And I love that they’re vegan. I’ve not been taking them for long enough to see a difference in my hair yet but I’m confident that I’ll have great results in a few months.
