way less than the serving size on this bottle, which is 4 capsules. Those four capsules provide 350 mg of magnesium. I usually take about 100 mg in a day, just because I also drink a lot of electrolyte drinks which also have magnesium in them.

The magnesium I have been taking is a solid tablet form; these are a clear veggie capsule, through which you can see a white powder. They are described as fully chelated. I find these easy to swallow; I would say they are somewhere between a medium and large size capsule, and I do not perceive any taste or smell bleed over when I put these in my mouth.

At this point, I do not perceive a difference in using these versus my tablet form magnesium, however KAL is a well-known brand name to me, and so I am happy to have ordered and received these and am confident in the quality.

If over the longer-term, I notice any difference in these, versus my usual tablets I will update this review with that information. I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.

Took this for crippling back pain (of all things) after C-19 seriously messed me up. Already had a bad back for 30+ years, but this was pain x10. Did some deep studying into the problem after seeing some YT video by chance by a doctor advertising one of these proteolytic enzymes and settled on the Doctor’s Best because it’s actually reasonably priced compared to another heavily advertised proteolytic exzyme brand that’s rediculously expensive if you’re poor and need to take it every month.

I’m really amazed by the results, nothing short of miraculous! I spent all last fall, the winter and spring and a good part of summer on the couch, dreading having to get up to go to the bathroom or cook something to eat.

Now, after about a month on it, I’m up and around. Feel better in other ways too. And no, I’m not getting paid by the company, lol. Only drawback is now that my nutrients are more bioavailable, I need to cut back on the snacking.

It enables the nutrients that your body would just pass through to do what they weren’t before. If C-19 got into your lower back and you’re in agony, and desperate for options, I can’t recommend this highly enough! What I’ve found is I have to get up about 3-4am and take them with a glass of water and then go back to sleep for another 2-3 hours so theenzymes have a chance to work on an empty stomach and get to your small intestines where they get things done.

I was not sure if this really works, but I know the quality of Trace M company, they do really very good qualtiy products, I got this one and then I got one more for my mother. I got third one for my friend because he was going through stressful time.

The sugar only is the downside of it, but I don’t use it every day, so its ok to have it.

I found an alternative to make easier and funny for my kid which is autistic and he need the magnesium in his daily dietary. This product has good taste and kids will love it!

Extra magnesium was recommended after I purchases an indoor sauna during COVID. Before I took huge capsules; these are SO much easier to take and enjoyable. tasty! Highly recommend the watermelon (haven’t tried the tangerine).

I just can’t get past how awful it tastes! If you make a smoothie regularly, you might benefit by adding this powder and masking the taste. If you intend to add it to water as I did, have something on hand to follow it.

I cannot testify to its benefits because I just couldn’t handle the foul taste and have only taken it twice. It is another supplement taking up space and not being used. I bought this to replace a pricey, lemony tasting product from another company.

I bought magnesium glycinate because it is supposed to help with sleep. The taste of it is not pleasing. I much prefer the powdered magnesium made by Pure Encapsulations. Unfortunately, I can’t purchase this from Swanson; but it works and has a less obvious taste.

I am sure this Healthy Origins is a good product, it is just not my favorite.
