20 Best Vegan Makeup Brushes (2022 Updated)

My father bought me these brushes maybe 4 or 5 years ago. They are still in almost perfect condition (the bag helps). They are easy to hold and apply makeup with. I use these brushes with different products and they work very well for cream, shadow or powders.

They wash easily with some gentle soap (I tend to use baby soap) and a rubber makeup brush mat. Very Sturdy. Great for beginners as I was, advanced as I am now or professionals.

Absolutely AMAZING! The brushes are so soft. They feel like feathers on your skin. They apply your makeup so well! The beauty sponge is practically the EXACT same thing as the original beauty blender.

I couldn’t tell a difference! 10/10 RECOMMEND! Definitely should get!.

I recently purchased this brush set online. I feel that for the price these feel a lot fuller and softer than other bamboo brushes. My only complaint so far is that 2 of my brushes have different color handles.

However, if you don’t mind having mismatched brushes, this is honestly a great deal. They wash up nicely, and so far they do a great job.

These can’t be beat! The brushes are as amazing as the price. Beautiful makeup application and clean like new. My go to!

The brushes are all i ever wanted. Very alike the pics and a good quality.

I really like the Coco and Eve self tanning foam. It is quick to develop, has a beautiful color (not at all orange!) and is very easy to maintain. I will say, however, that I was surprised at the tons of freckle like dots it brought out on my legs.

I realize that it comes from the rate of absorption on my already dotty skin, but I just wasnt expecting them to be so pronounced. I suppose one should decide if tanned skin via self tanner is better than skin cancer via the sun.

My answer is always yes. So this product does what I wanted it to do, with a little polka-dotted surprise. I can live with that! I still highly recommend Coco and Eve!!!.

I use the bali bronzing foam in a medium colour, well, this is the BeST. I used to use xen- tan which is amazing but super expensive. This one is vegan, affordable, and best of all, super easy to apply, the mitt makes it impossible to apply streaky.

I find it’s very important to use the circular motion when applying the product. The brush is essential to avoid streak and build up tan around the knees , elbows, neck, face. The colour is gorgeous and natural.

I have olive yellow but still very light skin tone, it doesn’t make me yellow. Will never buy any other brand this is the must have one!.

The brush would be great if the bristles didn’t fall out of it. It wasn’t one or two either, it was more like 10 during the first use! I would have to stop and pluck them off of my tanned hands and feet while blending as they would get stuck in the wet tanner.

When I contacted the company, they didn’t even say it might be defective, which made me think it was the norm. I have already sent it back for a refund. Don’t waste your time.

“Earth to Babe”. I was eager to buy these. I love supporting the use of bamboo in place of non-ecofriendly ingredients, but when so much unnecessary plastic is used, it’s a bit difficult to feel good about the purchase.

(Product was bought in store, so I’m not referring to packing waste. ) Of course, the brushes are great, Morphe never disappoints on product quality, however I’m not the biggest fan of the bag. No big deal though, I’ll still use it, it’s just not my favorite.

I LOVE Morphe brushes but this set, despite the great price and number of brushes you get, is quite flimsy. I was disappointed when using. Its hard to get a firm press on your powders. Okay set if you’re starting out.

I recently bought this product and it was recommended to me by my sister. As a new person interested in makeup, it was an amazing buy for me as I received multiple brushes for a great price and awesome quality!.

I’ll start with the positives: the brushes are insanely soft. I’m so used to switching back to my blending sponge when I try a new foundation brush because the bristles are hard or sharp, but this foundation/primer brush is so soft.

The eye brushes made application so easy, too. The angles eyeliner brush is fantastic. Now the downside: the “precision blush brush” is basically only good for blush application over your nose (that Gen z look) or for highlighter.

The over all powered brush is super soft and nice, but the shape is a little awkward. The high liter brush does what it name implies. The angled precision concealer brush is really only good for applying base for cut creases and very fine spots, but not for overall concealers application (aka not very multipurpose).

Overall, I would purchase maybe 4 of the 8 brushes.

I’ve used morphe brushes for a few years now. They are always really affordable, but great quality. I was so excited to receive this box! These brushes were great, as morphe ones always are! The bristles are super soft and sturdy.

I enjoyed the variety of brushes that came in this set. I love the case that it came in. The only complaint I have is that the brushes are extremely long. I think they look beautiful but aren’t super convenient and dont fit in my usual makeup bag.

I will definitely use these, but probably won’t travel with them.

Thank you Morphe and Influenster for this complimentary vegan pro face and eye makeup brush set to test out! Was definitely a nice surprise! This is a costly set running $70 on the Morphe website. A bit pricier than I’d usually spend but I absolutely love they are vegan friendly.

They have a very nice sleek look and came with a carrying case. The brushes are super soft and easy to work with. I didn’t notice any shedding so you can really tell the quality. I recommend trying this set if you can afford it and are ok spending that much on a quality makeup brush set.

This is my favorite blush brush in my collection and I have over 200 makeup brushes! It lays down color beautifully and is very durable. Very soft bristles. Cleans very easily. I was skeptical at first because I’m used to using a fluffy brush.

But it worked perfectly! I tap on my powdered blushes and it worked like a charm! Made me feel like a pro! I bought it from their 70@ sale so I got a great price. But loved it so much that I bought another one! [brand:bdellium-tools].

I don’t want to have a whole lot of brushes in my collection (I’m an aspiring minimalist over here, although my makeup and skincare stash would suggest otherwise!) so when I saw how versatile this brush would be, I knew it would be worth the purchase! It blends foundation like a dream because it’s nice and dense, but its precise shape and size make it really useful for applying contour too! I even use it for blush sometimes.

I also love that it’s cruelty-free and has not been treated with anything antimicrobial. I didn’t realize this before, but many brush companies treat their brushes with synthetic antimicrobial substances.

I’m so not a fan of anything that’s synthetically an antimicrobial–I really believe in maintaining the integrity of the natural protective healthy bacteria of the skin! Thankfully this amazing brush company seems to be on the same page as me and doesn’t treat their brushes!! 🙂 Thanks IB for carrying them!.

I like the size and shape of this brush–it’s good for concealer. However, I was expecting the bristles to be softer. They’re pretty hard. Some people may like this but I personally prefer softer bristles.

I didn’t have any brushes and was looking for a set especially for eyes. Considering how good brushes are so expensive in the market, I think the Bdellium tools brushes have a great price point and good quality at the same time! The brushes are soft on the eyes and I love that they curated a set so that people don’t have to bother figuring out every piece to buy.

Just buy this if you need brushes for eyes, I’m positive that you won’t be disappointed and seriously, we can’t get enough of brushes for the eyes! Love that the brand is conscious in to making their products eco-friendly and vegan!.

This is the first and only brow brush I’ve ever used and it’s wonderful for whatever look I want to achieve. It’s thin enough to where I can get hairlike strokes for more natural looking brows. I’ve used this with powders and pomades and it works wonderful with both! It also washes well.

I wash mine about once a week and I haven’t seen any strand loss or deformation. Still looks brand new!.

I love this brush––the hairs/bristles are luxurious, but yet feel very secure and durable, so I don’t anticipate shedding any time soon. I agree that application can be flawless and natural, but I have noticed it works better with certain things than others.

It does not apply liquid/cream foundation well in my opinion, but that could be a result of what I am using (Lawless “I Woke Up Like This” foundation). Primer and setting spray don’t make much of a difference, either, so I am forced to throw powder on top to keep it in (this is less of an issue when I use a liquid foundation brush).

That said, I can easily go from applying the liquid foundation to doing a quick sweep of powder bronzer with the same brush (I know, I know) and applying that to my face for a beautifully unifying application.

I have never encountered a brush that can switch medium and maintain efficacy, so I am truly impressed. I am sure some people have figured out a way to apply liquids better and I will continue trying, but may do well to just purchase a different brush.

I feel like it would be a great blender or follow-up for people who use sponges to apply foundation. I think I have done this a few times with success. I do recommend the brush and only wish they had a retractable or shorter version for easier travel.

I wear light makeup, but prefer to keep it in my purse or backpack when I travel or leave the house and the brush head does bend in my smaller handbags… Bottom line is I do not think anyone will be disappointed if they experiment through any initial hiccups––there is a definite place and function for this bad boy in everyone’s routine!.

I bought this and ended up returning it. I didn’t find that it lived up to the hype. Yes, it was very soft and did appear to be nicely and sturdily made. But I didn’t find that it stood out among other high quality brushes.

Honestly, for face brushes, I prefer the IT cosmetics brushes sold at Ulta. I find them softer and better for dispersing powder, which is what I bought this for. If you have no high quality face brushes and you are looking for your first one, this would be a good buy, but if you already own some and are looking for something else special, I would pass this one over.

This is a great brush – the bristles are really soft and the handle feels sturdy. I use it for blush. No regrets on buying this brush.

I am such a huge fan of Jenny and her brushes. The brushes are so incredibly soft and expensive feeling. They are lush and luxurious and work so incredibly well. My husband actually stole this to apply his powder sunscreen, so I bought another.

I have a whole set. Highly recommend!.

I really like this powder brush. The brussels are really soft and its large and fluffy.

I was surprised how effective this brush was! I use to blend the outer edges of my eyeshadow and to diffuse shadow that has a patchy formula. It’s actually been a saviour with patchy shadows, especially when I’ve been in a hurry.

I’ve also used this as a highlighter applicator with great results also as I have a small face and small features, so I feel a normal sized brush might just be a little bit overload.

I now have 6 of these. That should tell you how much I love them and how good they are. I’m an MUA and am converting my kit across to BH and one other much more expensive brand but truthfully I could be happy with just the BH ones.

This is a gorgeous fluffy blending brush. It feels like it’s much more expensive than it is. I bought nearly all of the Makeup Geek eyeshadow brushes and the quality of them is fantastic for the price.

They look lovely and they all do exactly what you’d expect. This brush is lovely to use as the bristles are so soft. I love Make up Geek products. They never let me down! :).

Very nice brush, lovely fine bristles, allow for an easy application and feels nice to the touch. I have used several times and have just been washing this with soap and its still very good after each wash.

I would recommend BH make up brushes, I have several of them and they’re all just as good as each others. And an we talk about the colours of the brush handle and bristles? It’s such a lush combination.

Love the softeness of the brush for my clients lips. It picks up product easily so that’s great for not having to use much to make a impact. The size of the brush is great as I’m able to control where I guide my brush/hand.

I needed a lip brush ghat I could use on my clients. I do but the disposable wants but they do not blend the colors as flawlessly as I need them too. This brush gets the job done effortlessly! If you are looking for a brush to eliminate the hassle of lipstick application this is definitely the one.

These Brushes are very soft and obviously good quality. The little case they come in is cute as well! I had been eyeing these brushes for a while and was so happy when jnfluenster sent them to be but I ended up being more disappointed than happy with them.

I am a beauty blender girlie so maybe that’s why i didn’t love the Foundation and concealer brushes but to be they didn’t seem to blend well at all. The powder brush isn’t firm or big enough for my taste and felt like it didn’t do it’s job.

the Blush brush was just okay for powder blush but definitely wasn’t worth it for creme blush. The Highlighter brush and eye brushes are only ones really with anything.

First and foremost, these brushes are now my softest brushes. They’re perfectly shaped and densely packed, yet I had no excess bristles fall out. They pick up pigment effortlessly, and I find they transfer really well-my powders and creams don’t get completely absorbed in them, the majority of it is transported to my face, which saves me product, especially compared to other beauty tools I’ve used.

The handles are light and can fit perfectly in your hand, or between your fingers- they feel a bit more like wands than anything! Very fun and comfortable to hold. Big fan of these brushes!.

Incredibly misleading description for those purchasing online and have never seen in person in my opinion. While yes, the brush is made of soft fibers and can be used for eye application, I would not describe it as fluffy, good for blending all over- especially not on the face due to how small it is, and it’s incredibly stiff for what is supposed to be a blending brush.

I wanted something to be able to create soft, diffused transitions of color in eyeshadow looks that are Instagram worthy but this absolutely won’t get you that. If you just need a brush to lay down the color before really blending it out, this will work.

However, I feel like that kind of brush would just take up space in my brush collection. It’s going back.

I am loving this brush. It’s exactly what I was looking for! I watched a few Celebrity make up artists using this type of brush to blend out under eye concealer to get this flawless look and this brush does the job.

It would probably be great as a nose highlighter brush and cheekbone highlighting brush. It’s like an eye shadow blender but slightly bigger. Love it!.

This is a really good synthetic brush. It works great for detailed work, for smokey eye, or adding dimension by layering with another color. I love it for under eye work. I don’t want a super soft brush because it won’t pick up product and I also don’t want it to be too firm as that won’t well for blending.

I find this brush has the perfect density and softness for under eye. It really gives a polished pro makeup look.
